The team at Ashley Furniture in Helena (Independently owned from my understanding, unlike the other Ashley stores in Montana) has been terrific! The owners, sales floor team and delivery team made the process seamless...I can't thank you guys enough for helping me outfit a new home! With so many things going on during new construction and a move, I rested easy knowing that Ashley Furniture had the furniture logistics and details handled...matter of fact, the new furniture was delivered on the day we moved in! During the purchase process I had been assisted by many people, as mentioned from ownership to sales and finally delivery, everyone seemed to genuinely care and performed as such. I hesitate to name any names...because there were many wonderful people that helped me out...and I wouldn't want to forget anyone (I do, however, highly recommend Scott Knickerbocker in sales) ...simply put, thank you all...we'll see you again in the future!

Brenden & Jeremy were the 2 that delivered and set up our new couch from Ashley's in Helena MT. Both were very courteous & acted in a professional manner. We have a tricky entry way from the front door into the living room. After looking it over and discussing with each other they had determined their plan. They were hard workers and took our old bed away and set up the new one in less than 30 minutes. They were professional, courteous and great to work with. We couldn’t be happier with their service!

The delivery guys, Brenden and Josh did a fantastic job. It was dark, cold and snowy. They showed up and got to work and were done in a flash. The new bedroom looks great!

Moving a couch and loveseat into a split level is not easy, and they did so without hitting a wall or rubbing the furniture on anything along the way. They were friendly and let me know each step they were taking as they moved everything in, kudos to those guys for sure.

So I’ll be as non bias as possible with this review to provide feedback and information. My gf and I baught a house and ordered 6 items of furniture from Ashley’s online store . This was pre thanksgiving 2024 . We recieved 2 items within a week and that was simple . The king size mattress , bed frame and 2 dressers took over 2 months to arrive . The technicians just delivered yesterday( Feb 4, 2025) and installed and did a fantastic job. I appreciate them . The issue was getting honest and accurate feedback from the Ashley furniture Helena store . I spoke with a few people over there while waiting for our bed to arrive . Keep in mind we were sleeping on an air mattress until our bed arrived. We communicated that to the Helena store and asked if the mattress could be delivered without the stand and they ignored our inquiry and responded with our order will arrive and they would contact me when it did. They told me 2nd week of December , then after another email the 1st week of January , then the the middle of janaury, ect . I’m not sure why they couldn’t tell when it was slated or scheduled to arrive or if they even knew that information. Anyways . I called at the end of January only to be informed that my items have all arrived and I could schedule the delivery . Thanks for letting me know guys, glad I called and was persistent. Their earliest availability was a week from that phone call and I had been patiently and kindly waiting . I did have to switch the delivery date and push it back 3 days due to life matters . Also I had asked for a discount during this process because their website said the furniture is usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks . And they gave me the 1800 number to the online store , and then I was redirected back to the Helena store by them to ask for a discount . Lol. Keep in mind we ordered sometime mid November . Overall, love the furniture , happy with the delivery team . Extremely dissatisfied with the wait and misinformation on the Helena store. So if your going to place a large order through them , just know if may take a few months before it’s in your residence . Thanks

Well our trip originally started out as just going to “look” at a new couch. By the end of our visit, it turned into having a complete new living room furniture set ordered. They originally estimated 2 to 3 weeks, but the set arrived and was delivered 1 day before the 2 week mark. Brenden and Cory showed up exactly when they estimated they would arrive. They had no issues bringing the furniture into my house and were professional and very courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the products that we received.

I have shopped with Ashley for several years for many different products. I've always had great experiences. My most recent experience was good but not great. In store shopping during the labor day sale, Justin was the salesman who helped me. He was patient and friendly and didn't give up when we had trouble finding a certain product. I had just moved less than one week prior and didn't have measurements of the rooms but I showed Justin some photos of the staircase and explained how it looked. He was sure the guys could fit it. With everything I ordered, it was a 2-3 week delivery window. Shortly after 3 weeks I called since I hadn't heard anything. A few items had not arrived, including chairs thst apparently were pushed out for 6 weeks. I was frustrated they didn't call to tell me this, but we agreed they would deliver everything else earlier, so that was reasonable. Delivery day. Brenden, Josh, and Cory were here. Let me say, these guys were great. Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the couch did not fit down the stairs. I could have returned it, buy I chose to swap the furniture that was in my living room because it would fit down the stairs. The guys kindly moved it down for me (not their job), and then proceeded to spend the next 2 hours set-up multiple sets of furniture. They were awesome. Overall I like Ashley but this recent experience left a little to be desired.

Do not buy a mattress from them. Zero return policy if it isn't still in the plastic. If you spend a good amount of money like I did, and hate your mattress, they will not return it. I tried to contact customer service and was left hanging. Buy a mattress from a retailer who offers a warranty. Expensive lesson learned here.

We ordered a king size tempur pedic bed and a couch. We were told 2 to 3 weeks for in store pick-up. After 2 weeks we were told they were in. We hooked up our trailer and drove an hour to Helena to find out it wasn't our couch and a full size bed was ordered instead of the king. The salesman put the price for the king, but the order number for the full size. After another 2 week wait, our king size bed came in. We had our bed delivered. It almost blew out of the pickup truck bed so they smashed and bent the king size hybrid bed with springs to fit into the short bed pickup. Hopefully, the integrity of our expensive bed wasn't compromised.

When we first came to the store we worked with a wonderful salesman named Justin, and I wish we had waited for a day that he had been working. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, financing application approved and ready, it could not have been an easier sale. We encountered an employee named Britney and when I saw she was awful, that is an understatement; she was absolutely terrible, not only was she incredibly rude to my husband and I, she was also incredibly rude to her coworkers such as our wonderful checkout girls, Vera and Gayle. I can understand that from a sales point that it’s frustrating to sell someone else’s quote, but we had also brought in additional service that would have been sold under her name had she had an even remotely acceptable attitude, i instead steered my mom way clear of the woman and sent her to Scott, who was amazing. I have never ever been treated so poorly by someone whose entire job is a combination of sales and customer service, both of which she failed miserably at. I very rarely leave reviews, but this was our first experience purchasing furniture as a married couple, and this woman ruined that for us, we had planned at looking at mattresses, pictures to add to our bedroom and living room set and she made it so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even do that. I have NEVER been so upset by a salesperson in my life, and I leave this review to warn people to work with anyone there except Britney as the rest of them were great. Not to be a Karen, but I absolutely intend to speak with her manager.

The shopping experience was nice. We worked with Scott, who was very knowledgeable and low pressure, yet he was always nearby to answer questions. He worked until we had a deal that satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, he was not apparently not aware of the required distance our couches had to be from the wall. This was a deal breaker for our house. When we went back to find replacement couches, he was not there to help us get a good deal. So we paid the same price for an inferior product. But we needed it soon and we live an hour away from the store, so coming back another day was not a good option either. I should also note that we had purchased the original couches on the last day of a sale, so we lost that sale price because we had to switch to another product. I felt that we should have been given the sale price on the second set because it wasn't our fault we were given false info on the first set, intentionally or not. I would still like to have this made right if Ashley Furniture is willing to look into it. Once the couches arrived at the store, we were notified that delivery would be the next day during our work hours and no change in time was allowed. I had to take off work to meet the installers. Brendon W. and Josh quickly and carefully moved the couches and cocktail table into our house and set them up. I had been told they would walk us through the functions and answer any questions, but they did not offer any information, and only answered questions I asked to their ability. They were not completely familiar with all the buttons and had to struggle a little to get the LED lights under the edge of the couches to work. I don't think they had even hooked up the power cord for that option when I asked about it. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Overall it was a good experience. But buyers beware of these possible pitfalls.

Brenden and Brandon delivered my daughter’s new dresser. Upon unboxing it, they noticed that there was damage to the dresser. They went over and beyond what they needed to do to accommodate me and were able to get a new dresser back to my home within 30 minutes. They were kind and understood that I did not want my daughter to have to wait another 2-4 weeks for a new dresser to be shipped out. They spoke to a few different people and were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you Brenden and Brandon for having a great work ethic and using great customer service skills! I am a happy customer! :) Also, I would like to add that Nancy ward has helped me many times with my furniture needs in Helena. She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. If you are needing new furniture, I would recommend that you go see her.

Great experience from walking in the door of the showroom all the way through delivery by Brenden.W and Josh. Justin on the sales floor was the perfect salesmen to deal with! No pressure from him to buy. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and got the recliner delivered the next morning! Wpuld purchase from Ashley again.

Brenden W, Josh, and Cory just delivered our couch, they got it in and assembled in less than 20 minutes. They called ahead to let me know they will be at my house shortly, they were just across the street doing a delivery. Very friendly and efficient. Couch is soft and very comfortable.
