Had a small issue with a mattress and they were quick to replace it. Delivery guys Brenden and Josh were very professional!

Nancy was simply amazing in providing assistance with my purchases and making recommendations, based on her knowledge and expertise. She’s patient, personable, and professional. Brenden and Cory delivered my 3 rooms of furniture with excellent care and handling of each piece as well as giving great consideration to my home. I was the last delivery on their route on a Friday afternoon, and they treated me as if I were the first one of the day. I appreciated their work ethic and positive attitudes.

Brenden & Jeremy were the 2 that delivered and set up our new couch from Ashley's in Helena MT. Both were very courteous & acted in a professional manner. We have a tricky entry way from the front door into the living room. After looking it over and discussing with each other they had determined their plan. Laying blankets out so not to damage the upholstery they twisted/raised/lowered the couch making it almost look easy. Photo is of the couch in place. Looks wonderful. The delivery guys, Brenden and Josh did a fantastic job. It was dark, cold and snowy. They showed up and got to work and were done in a flash. The new bedroom looks great!

Moving a couch and loveseat into a split level is not easy, and they did so without hitting a wall or rubbing the furniture on anything along the way. So I’ll be as non bias as possible with this review to provide feedback and information. My gf and I baught a house and ordered 6 items of furniture from Ashley’s online store . This was pre thanksgiving 2024 . We recieved 2 items within a week and that was simple . The king size mattress , bed frame and 2 dressers took over 2 months to arrive . The technicians just delivered yesterday( Feb 4, 2025) and installed and did a fantastic job. I appreciate them . The issue was getting honest and accurate feedback from the Ashley furniture Helena store . I spoke with a few people over there while waiting for our bed to arrive . Keep in mind we were sleeping on an air mattress until our bed arrived. We communicated that to the Helena store and asked if the mattress could be delivered without the stand and they ignored our inquiry and responded with our order will arrive and they would contact me when it did. They told me 2nd week of December , then after another email the 1st week of January , then the the middle of janaury, ect . I’m not sure why they couldn’t tell when it was slated or scheduled to arrive or if they even knew that information. Anyways . I called at the end of January only to be informed that my items have all arrived and I could schedule the delivery . Thanks for letting me know guys, glad I called and was persistent. Their earliest availability was a week from that phone call and I had been patiently and kindly waiting . I did have to switch the delivery date and push it back 3 days due to life matters . Also I had asked for a discount during this process because their website said the furniture is usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks . And they gave me the 1800 number to the online store , and then I was redirected back to the Helena store by them to ask for a discount . Lol. Keep in mind we ordered sometime mid November . Overall, love the furniture , happy with the delivery team . Extremely dissatisfied with the wait and misinformation on the Helena store. So if your going to place a large order through them , just know if may take a few months before it’s in your residence . Thanks

Well our trip originally started out as just going to “look” at a new couch. By the end of our visit, it turned into having a complete new living room furniture set ordered. They originally estimated 2 to 3 weeks, but the set arrived and was delivered 1 day before the 2 week mark. Brenden and Cory showed up exactly when they estimated they would arrive. They had no issues bringing the furniture into my house and were professional and very courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the products that we received.

I have shopped with Ashley for several years for many different products. I've always had great experiences. My most recent experience was good but not great. In store shopping during the labor day sale, Justin was the salesman who helped me. He was patient and friendly and didn't give up when we had trouble finding a certain product. I had just moved less than one week prior and didn't have measurements of the rooms but I showed Justin some photos of the staircase and explained how it looked. He was sure the guys could fit it. With everything I ordered, it was a 2-3 week delivery window. Shortly after 3 weeks I called since I hadn't heard anything. A few items had not arrived, including chairs thst apparently were pushed out for 6 weeks. I was frustrated they didn't call to tell me this, but we agreed they would deliver everything else earlier, so that was reasonable. Delivery day. Brenden, Josh, and Cory were here. Let me say, these guys were great. Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the couch did not fit down the stairs. I could have returned it, buy I chose to swap the furniture that was in my living room because it would fit down the stairs. The guys kindly moved it down for me (not their job), and then proceeded to spend the next 2 hours set-up multiple sets of furniture. They were awesome. Overall I like Ashley but this recent experience left a little to be desired.

We would like to thank the Ashley team who repaired our electric recliner. They were quick responding to us when we asked them for help after our move.

Ashley furniture is the worst place to work for. If you don’t fit in with their little group there, they will fire you. Tracey the warehouse manager is nice at first, but when some one does something against company policy and then you get the blame for it, they will not hesitate to fire you and or take money out of your check.

Do not buy a mattress from them. Zero return policy if it isn't still in the plastic. If you spend a good amount of money like I did, and hate your mattress, they will not return it. I tried to contact customer service and was left hanging. Buy a mattress from a retailer who offers a warranty. Expensive lesson learned here.

We ordered a king size tempur pedic bed and a couch. We were told 2 to 3 weeks for in store pick-up. After 2 weeks we were told they were in. We hooked up our trailer and drove an hour to Helena to find out it wasn't our couch and a full size bed was ordered instead of the king. The salesman put the price for the king, but the order number for the full size. After another 2 week wait, our king size bed came in. We had our bed delivered. It almost blew out of the pickup truck bed so they smashed and bent the king size hybrid bed with springs to fit into the short bed pickup. Hopefully, the integrity of our expensive bed wasn't compromised.

When we first came to the store we worked with a wonderful salesman named Justin, and I wish we had waited for a day that he had been working. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, financing application approved and ready, it could not have been an easier sale. We encountered an employee named Britney and when I saw she was awful, that is an understatement; she was absolutely terrible, not only was she incredibly rude to my husband and I, she was also incredibly rude to her coworkers such as our wonderful checkout girls, Vera and Gayle. I can understand that from a sales point that it’s frustrating to sell someone else’s quote, but we had also brought in additional service that would have been sold under her name had she had an even remotely acceptable attitude, i instead steered my mom way clear of the woman and sent her to Scott, who was amazing. I have never ever been treated so poorly by someone whose entire job is a combination of sales and customer service, both of which she failed miserably at. I very rarely leave reviews, but this was our first experience purchasing furniture as a married couple, and this woman ruined that for us, we had planned at looking at mattresses, pictures to add to our bedroom and living room set and she made it so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even do that. I have NEVER been so upset by a salesperson in my life, and I leave this review to warn people to work with anyone there except Britney as the rest of them were great. Not to be a Karen, but I absolutely intend to speak with her manager.

The shopping experience was nice. We worked with Scott, who was very knowledgeable and low pressure, yet he was always nearby to answer questions. He worked until we had a deal that satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, he was not apparently not aware of the required distance our couches had to be from the wall. This was a deal breaker for our house. When we went back to find replacement couches, he was not there to help us get a good deal. So we paid the same price for an inferior product. But we needed it soon and we live an hour away from the store, so coming back another day was not a good option either. I should also note that we had purchased the original couches on the last day of a sale, so we lost that sale price because we had to switch to another product. I felt that we should have been given the sale price on the second set because it wasn't our fault we were given false info on the first set, intentionally or not. I would still like to have this made right if Ashley Furniture is willing to look into it. Once the couches arrived at the store, we were notified that delivery would be the next day during our work hours and no change in time was allowed. I had to take off work to meet the installers. Brendon W. and Josh quickly and carefully moved the couches and cocktail table into our house and set them up. I had been told they would walk us through the functions and answer any questions, but they did not offer any information, and only answered questions I asked to their ability. They were not completely familiar with all the buttons and had to struggle a little to get the LED lights under the edge of the couches to work. I don't think they had even hooked up the power cord for that option when I asked about it. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Overall it was a good experience. But buyers beware of these possible pitfalls.

Brenden and Brandon delivered my daughter’s new dresser. Upon unboxing it, they noticed that there was damage to the dresser. They went over and beyond what they needed to do to accommodate me and were able to get a new dresser back to my home within 30 minutes. They were kind and understood that I did not want my daughter to have to wait another 2-4 weeks for a new dresser to be shipped out. They spoke to a few different people and were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you Brenden and Brandon for having a great work ethic and using great customer service skills! I am a happy customer! :) Also, I would like to add that Nancy ward has helped me many times with my furniture needs in Helena. She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. If you are needing new furniture, I would recommend that you go see her.

We had a wonderful experience x 2 with Ashley Store in Helena, MT! First, Nancy went above and beyond in helping research sleeper sofas and dressers both on the floor and online. She was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for new furniture in Helena. Then we had excellent “white glove” delivery service for both pieces on 2 separate dates by Brenden and Brandon. They are careful, thorough, thoughtful and friendly - despite having to bring both pieces up two flights of stairs during a heat wave! We will use Ashley Homestore again in the future!

I would actually give Brenden W, Josh and Cory a 4.5, but there is no fractional grading. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the products they were delivering as some of them had to be assembled and they did it correctly and quickly. My only negative was that one of the pieces, an end table, fell of the end of the truck due to windy conditions. In hindsight it would probably have been best to not leave it on the lift of the truck, however I was informed and I was told Ashley would be ordering a replacement. Overall, the delivery guys did a great job.

I was laughed at and asked how they would sell a used mattress. Purple won’t offer an exchange because I bought it from Ashley. The store sets their own return policy which means as soon as it’s delivered you better love it because NO EXCHANGES. Now I’ve been humiliated and out +$2000. Thanks for the worst customer service experience I’ve had in Helena Montana.

We received most of our furniture today and we’re very happy with how it looks. There was a shipping defect on the back of one of the end tables but the guys that delivered it noticed the ding in it and pointed it out to us. They left it with us until they get a replacement. Staff at our Helena store were friendly and didn't hover when we sat in every sofa in the store. I ordered two sofas and they were delivered within the estimated lead time. They were professional and were in and out of our house within 10 minutes. Sofas were assembled and placed with care. Great experience overall.

We went shopping on Monday and found a discounted bedroom set that would work perfectly-- and a delivery was scheduled for Saturday! Nice. Nancy was great as our salesperson, really personable and helpful, and Brendon and Brandon delivered and set up our bed and mattress. They took care with the corners in the move (we have some tight areas) and tested the nightlight before leaving. I went in there last week dressed very casual to look at a King size mattress and foundation. Nancy met me by the mattress department and I told her what I was looking for. A couple walked in a minute later and she left me. I stayed there for some time looking and testing. The other couple had been gone for awhile and Nancy never came back to check on me. Finally, frustrated, I left. On the way out I saw her talking to another employee. Nancy caught up to me, handed me her card and said, when you figure out your price point and if you want to finance, come back and see me. I went down the street and dropped $6,200 with no financing. Lesson is to pay attention to everyone because you just might be surprised who has the money. I dressed how I did on purpose and someone failed in their job.

Just had an awesome experience here. We've had our couch about a week- so it's been enough time to write a review. The couch is amazing- everything we want, and very comfortable also. The BEST part of our experience was working with the sales person on the floor, Nancy. VERY knowledgeable- VERY patient with us----- and didn't pressure us in the least bit. She came around to answer whatever questions we had---- then left us alone to discuss and figure out what we wanted to do. I mentioned her patience because I'm extremely tall--- and it took us quite a while to nail down what would work for us--- and within our budget also... Everything was great--- and we will definitely come back when we need new furniture.... Thanks! Jimmy

We received attentive and not pushy sales women on the floor that gave us the time to literally sit in every recliner in the store (more than once) before settling on our own decision- that we are still very happy with! We found out when checking stock and price it was actually 40% the posted price! We were a little bummed it was going to be be 4-6 weeks before delivery BUT we are in Montana dead winter. In negative temperatures and the most snow all season, we get the call from our delivery driver ( just into our delivery window) that they were 15 minutes out. Dakota and Brenden got our new recliner couch hauled in, set up and working in no time and took all the packaging and boxing with them when they left. Delivery was absolutely worth it!

We moved back to Helena and went to Ashley's to buy new furniture for our home from dining area to bedrooms and in between.Nathan our wonderful salesman went above and beyond to help us measure and make sure that everything we were purchasing would fit the spaces that we had to work with and he was extremely helpful and very pleasant as we had him all over the store!! The gals behind the desk Tracy and Anni and actually everyone that we came in contact with were eager to assist us to meet all of our needs! Great people! The furniture came in and was delivered exactly when they said it would and the delivery crew Taylor & Corey were outstanding.They came in,did their assembly of all the rooms and left us with a beautifully furnished home and we love it all!! Thank-you for making what can be a somewhat stressful purchase a very pleasant experience!

Good service

We came to the store to ask for help with 1 piece of Ashley recliner that we bought online. They went out of their way to help me with no charge for part. I have been become their customer since then. Beautiful store, Price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. The Living room set and bedroom set we have just bought were much cheaper than online. Its great to deal with good people. We always have great time, good conversation with everyone and good laugh there

Worst experience ever. Delivery team needs different attitude towards customers pulse if you call stating it doesn’t fit to the store and cancel you shouldn’t be bullied into keeping the item 10/10 don’t recommend shopping here if you want to be respected sales team is great however the rest of their team needs help with attitude. Damaged our walls and furniture still wanted full price not worth it to me.

From the excellent staff at the Helena store to the furniture delivery team, Cory Taylor and his partner, we were very well taken care of and love our new couch.

The customer service here is top notch. We originally ordered a mattress that we tried out after it arrived, and weren’t satisfied. Nancy, Scott, Tracey, and the team helped us find a mattress that we wanted, allowed us to exchange it, and it was still within our price range. Not to mention, they delivered the new mattress the same day! We could not be happier. Thank you Ashley furniture.

Anthony and Dwayne delivered our couch safely. They quickly put it together, connected everything, made sure it worked in short order. They were very polite, considerate and enjoyable. We liked working with Nancy who was patient, gave us room to feel comfortable trying out couches. She was helpful in showing us options and delightful to work with. Awesome Job Helena store!

Great service from our delivery guys! Anthony and Dayne were great! They called us when they were on the way to let us know when they would arrive. They were friendly, polite and FAST! They put a king sized bed together for us, having us check to be sure it was right where we wanted it before leaving. They also gave us some tips to strengthen the bed based on their knowledge of this particular bed. They took all the packaging with them and even asked for a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor! Totally recommend them! Thanks for a great experience!
