Scott knickerbocker sold me a new sofa a couple weeks ago. Scott was great! He actually helped me find what I wanted and was able to answer my questions. This was unlike the experiences I had at other stores. Brenden and Josh delivered my sofa today. Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. Brenden called me ahead of time and confirmed the time. Communication is good… They explained how to assemble and disassemble the piece which I greatly appreciated. These gentlemen then helped me remove the old piece from my house. This was service above and beyond my expectations. Thank you very much! I will turn to Ashley for my future needs.

Despite the challenging snowy and cold weather, Brenden and Sean arrived promptly, with smiles and a courtesy call ahead. They efficiently assembled and tested our furniture, demonstrating professionalism and care. And a special shoutout to Tracy at checkout, who had a super cheerful demeaner and gave us great chuckles! The delivery guys, Brenden and Josh did a fantastic job. It was dark, cold and snowy. They showed up and got to work and were done in a flash. The new bedroom looks great!
Brenden and Abe were very professional and proficient. Moving a couch and loveseat into a split level is not easy, and they did so without hitting a wall or rubbing the furniture on anything along the way. They were friendly and let me know each step they were taking as they moved everything in, kudos to those guys for sure.

So I’ll be as non bias as possible with this review to provide feedback and information. My gf and I baught a house and ordered 6 items of furniture from Ashley’s online store . This was pre thanksgiving 2024 . We recieved 2 items within a week and that was simple . The king size mattress , bed frame and 2 dressers took over 2 months to arrive . The technicians just delivered yesterday( Feb 4, 2025) and installed and did a fantastic job. I appreciate them . The issue was getting honest and accurate feedback from the Ashley furniture Helena store . I spoke with a few people over there while waiting for our bed to arrive . Keep in mind we were sleeping on an air mattress until our bed arrived. We communicated that to the Helena store and asked if the mattress could be delivered without the stand and they ignored our inquiry and responded with our order will arrive and they would contact me when it did. They told me 2nd week of December , then after another email the 1st week of January , then the the middle of janaury, ect . I’m not sure why they couldn’t tell when it was slated or scheduled to arrive or if they even knew that information. Anyways . I called at the end of January only to be informed that my items have all arrived and I could schedule the delivery . Thanks for letting me know guys, glad I called and was persistent. Their earliest availability was a week from that phone call and I had been patiently and kindly waiting . I did have to switch the delivery date and push it back 3 days due to life matters . Also I had asked for a discount during this process because their website said the furniture is usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks . And they gave me the 1800 number to the online store , and then I was redirected back to the Helena store by them to ask for a discount . Lol. Keep in mind we ordered sometime mid November . Overall, love the furniture , happy with the delivery team . Extremely dissatisfied with the wait and misinformation on the Helena store. So if your going to place a large order through them , just know if may take a few months before it’s in your residence . Thanks

Sold me a faulty box spring then hauled my perfectly functional one to the dump. Was told store policy is that you're pretty SoL no matter what happens so I guess I'll just put my mattress on the floor in order to not wake up in pain at 5 am(When I'm writing this) I wish there was a store in town where I didn't need to gamble with my sleep.

This was a cream colored sectional delivered in the slushy wintertime. They were extremely careful of my sectional pieces and coming in and out of my home and did not track any mud in. Well our trip originally started out as just going to “look” at a new couch. By the end of our visit, it turned into having a complete new living room furniture set ordered. They originally estimated 2 to 3 weeks, but the set arrived and was delivered 1 day before the 2 week mark. Brenden and Cory showed up exactly when they estimated they would arrive. They had no issues bringing the furniture into my house and were professional and very courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the products that we received.
Couches are great!! Just what I was hoping for. Brenden and Cory, our delivery folks, were very professional and make very quick work of bringing and installing them. I have shopped with Ashley for several years for many different products. I've always had great experiences. My most recent experience was good but not great. In store shopping during the labor day sale, Justin was the salesman who helped me. He was patient and friendly and didn't give up when we had trouble finding a certain product. I had just moved less than one week prior and didn't have measurements of the rooms but I showed Justin some photos of the staircase and explained how it looked. He was sure the guys could fit it. With everything I ordered, it was a 2-3 week delivery window. Shortly after 3 weeks I called since I hadn't heard anything. A few items had not arrived, including chairs thst apparently were pushed out for 6 weeks. I was frustrated they didn't call to tell me this, but we agreed they would deliver everything else earlier, so that was reasonable. Delivery day. Brenden, Josh, and Cory were here. Let me say, these guys were great. Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the couch did not fit down the stairs. I could have returned it, buy I chose to swap the furniture that was in my living room because it would fit down the stairs. The guys kindly moved it down for me (not their job), and then proceeded to spend the next 2 hours set-up multiple sets of furniture. They were awesome. Overall I like Ashley but this recent experience left a little to be desired.

We would like to thank the Ashley team who repaired our electric recliner. They were quick responding to us when we asked them for help after our move.
Ashley furniture is the worst place to work for. If you don’t fit in with their little group there, they will fire you. Tracey the warehouse manager is nice at first, but when some one does something against company policy and then you get the blame for it, they will not hesitate to fire you and or take money out of your check.

Do not buy a mattress from them. Zero return policy if it isn't still in the plastic. If you spend a good amount of money like I did, and hate your mattress, they will not return it. I tried to contact customer service and was left hanging. Buy a mattress from a retailer who offers a warranty. Expensive lesson learned here.

We ordered a king size tempur pedic bed and a couch. We were told 2 to 3 weeks for in store pick-up. After 2 weeks we were told they were in. We hooked up our trailer and drove an hour to Helena to find out it wasn't our couch and a full size bed was ordered instead of the king. The salesman put the price for the king, but the order number for the full size. After another 2 week wait, our king size bed came in. We had our bed delivered. It almost blew out of the pickup truck bed so they smashed and bent the king size hybrid bed with springs to fit into the short bed pickup. Hopefully, the integrity of our expensive bed wasn't compromised.

When we first came to the store we worked with a wonderful salesman named Justin, and I wish we had waited for a day that he had been working. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, financing application approved and ready, it could not have been an easier sale. We encountered an employee named Britney and when I saw she was awful, that is an understatement; she was absolutely terrible, not only was she incredibly rude to my husband and I, she was also incredibly rude to her coworkers such as our wonderful checkout girls, Vera and Gayle. I can understand that from a sales point that it’s frustrating to sell someone else’s quote, but we had also brought in additional service that would have been sold under her name had she had an even remotely acceptable attitude, i instead steered my mom way clear of the woman and sent her to Scott, who was amazing. I have never ever been treated so poorly by someone whose entire job is a combination of sales and customer service, both of which she failed miserably at. I very rarely leave reviews, but this was our first experience purchasing furniture as a married couple, and this woman ruined that for us, we had planned at looking at mattresses, pictures to add to our bedroom and living room set and she made it so uncomfortable that we couldn’t even do that. I have NEVER been so upset by a salesperson in my life, and I leave this review to warn people to work with anyone there except Britney as the rest of them were great. Not to be a Karen, but I absolutely intend to speak with her manager.

The shopping experience was nice. We worked with Scott, who was very knowledgeable and low pressure, yet he was always nearby to answer questions. He worked until we had a deal that satisfied our needs. Unfortunately, he was not apparently not aware of the required distance our couches had to be from the wall. This was a deal breaker for our house. When we went back to find replacement couches, he was not there to help us get a good deal. So we paid the same price for an inferior product. But we needed it soon and we live an hour away from the store, so coming back another day was not a good option either. I should also note that we had purchased the original couches on the last day of a sale, so we lost that sale price because we had to switch to another product. I felt that we should have been given the sale price on the second set because it wasn't our fault we were given false info on the first set, intentionally or not. I would still like to have this made right if Ashley Furniture is willing to look into it. Once the couches arrived at the store, we were notified that delivery would be the next day during our work hours and no change in time was allowed. I had to take off work to meet the installers. Brendon W. and Josh quickly and carefully moved the couches and cocktail table into our house and set them up. I had been told they would walk us through the functions and answer any questions, but they did not offer any information, and only answered questions I asked to their ability. They were not completely familiar with all the buttons and had to struggle a little to get the LED lights under the edge of the couches to work. I don't think they had even hooked up the power cord for that option when I asked about it. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Overall it was a good experience. But buyers beware of these possible pitfalls.

Brenden and Brandon delivered my daughter’s new dresser. Upon unboxing it, they noticed that there was damage to the dresser. They went over and beyond what they needed to do to accommodate me and were able to get a new dresser back to my home within 30 minutes. They were kind and understood that I did not want my daughter to have to wait another 2-4 weeks for a new dresser to be shipped out. They spoke to a few different people and were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thank you Brenden and Brandon for having a great work ethic and using great customer service skills! I am a happy customer! :) Also, I would like to add that Nancy ward has helped me many times with my furniture needs in Helena. She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. We had a wonderful experience x 2 with Ashley Store in Helena, MT! First, Nancy went above and beyond in helping research sleeper sofas and dressers both on the floor and online. She was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for new furniture in Helena. Then we had excellent “white glove” delivery service for both pieces on 2 separate dates by Brenden and Brandon. They are careful, thorough, thoughtful and friendly - despite having to bring both pieces up two flights of stairs during a heat wave! We will use Ashley Homestore again in the future!

I would actually give Brenden W, Josh and Cory a 4.5, but there is no fractional grading. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the products they were delivering as some of them had to be assembled and they did it correctly and quickly. My only negative was that one of the pieces, an end table, fell of the end of the truck due to windy conditions. In hindsight it would probably have been best to not leave it on the lift of the truck, however I was informed and I was told Ashley would be ordering a replacement. Overall, the delivery guys did a great job.

I was laughed at and asked how they would sell a used mattress. Purple won’t offer an exchange because I bought it from Ashley. The store sets their own return policy which means as soon as it’s delivered you better love it because NO EXCHANGES. Now I’ve been humiliated and out +$2000. Thanks for the worst customer service experience I’ve had in Helena Montana.

We received most of our furniture today and we’re very happy with how it looks. There was a shipping defect on the back of one of the end tables but the guys that delivered it noticed the ding in it and pointed it out to us. They left it with us until they get a replacement. Staff at our Helena store were friendly and didn't hover when we sat in every sofa in the store. I ordered two sofas and they were delivered within the estimated lead time. Tracy scheduled the delivery and was great. Brenden and Brandon were our delivery team and were actually ahead of schedule on our delivery day, which worked fine for us. They were professional and were in and out of our house within 10 minutes. Sofas were assembled and placed with care. Great experience overall.

We went shopping on Monday and found a discounted bedroom set that would work perfectly-- and a delivery was scheduled for Saturday! Nice. Nancy was great as our salesperson, really personable and helpful, and Brendon and Brandon delivered and set up our bed and mattress. They took care with the corners in the move (we have some tight areas) and tested the nightlight before leaving. All was as expected -- thanks for making this a smooth project setting up our new bedroom!

I went in there last week dressed very casual to look at a King size mattress and foundation. Nancy met me by the mattress department and I told her what I was looking for. A couple walked in a minute later and she left me. I stayed there for some time looking and testing. The other couple had been gone for awhile and Nancy never came back to check on me. Finally, frustrated, I left. On the way out I saw her talking to another employee. Nancy caught up to me, handed me her card and said, when you figure out your price point and if you want to finance, come back and see me. I went down the street and dropped $6,200 with no financing. Lesson is to pay attention to everyone because you just might be surprised who has the money. I dressed how I did on purpose and someone failed in their job.

Just had an awesome experience here. We've had our couch about a week- so it's been enough time to write a review. The couch is amazing- everything we want, and very comfortable also. The BEST part of our experience was working with the sales person on the floor, Nancy. VERY knowledgeable- VERY patient with us----- and didn't pressure us in the least bit. She came around to answer whatever questions we had---- then left us alone to discuss and figure out what we wanted to do. I mentioned her patience because I'm extremely tall--- and it took us quite a while to nail down what would work for us--- and within our budget also... Everything was great--- and we will definitely come back when we need new furniture.... Thanks! Jimmy
We received attentive and not pushy sales women on the floor that gave us the time to literally sit in every recliner in the store (more than once) before settling on our own decision- that we are still very happy with! We found out when checking stock and price it was actually 40% the posted price! We were a little bummed it was going to be be 4-6 weeks before delivery BUT we are in Montana dead winter. In negative temperatures and the most snow all season, we get the call from our delivery driver ( just into our delivery window) that they were 15 minutes out. Dakota and Brenden got our new recliner couch hauled in, set up and working in no time and took all the packaging and boxing with them when they left. Delivery was absolutely worth it!

We came to the store to ask for help with 1 piece of Ashley recliner that we bought online. They went out of their way to help me with no charge for part. I have been become their customer since then. Beautiful store, Price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. The Living room set and bedroom set we have just bought were much cheaper than online. Its great to deal with good people. We always have great time, good conversation with everyone and good laugh there
Worst experience ever. Delivery team needs different attitude towards customers pulse if you call stating it doesn’t fit to the store and cancel you shouldn’t be bullied into keeping the item 10/10 don’t recommend shopping here if you want to be respected sales team is great however the rest of their team needs help with attitude. Damaged our walls and furniture still wanted full price not worth it to me.

Great service from our delivery guys! Anthony and Dayne were great! They called us when they were on the way to let us know when they would arrive. They were friendly, polite and FAST! They put a king sized bed together for us, having us check to be sure it was right where we wanted it before leaving. They also gave us some tips to strengthen the bed based on their knowledge of this particular bed. They took all the packaging with them and even asked for a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor! What started out as a negative experience turned good. I ordered a couch online and the online store gave me the biggest run around. Sean went above and beyond to get my couch delivered on the day that was given to me by online. Not only that, he used his personal truck to do it, and put it together for me. I purchased $5000 worth of furniture over the phone without visually seeing the furniture. When it came delivery day the sectional and table together were to big for the space necessary. I called to speak with my salesperson Ann, to discuss exchanging the table. At that point in time I was informed that they don't offer refunds, an exchange was an option with a 30% restocking fee!!! Perfect, thanks so much Ashley Furniture for your lack of communication. That information would have stopped my initial purchase. Now I am stuck with a table that doesn't fit in my home! Terrible communication on their part. Will NEVER purchase from them again.
Helpful staff. Great selection and access to company wearhouse rather than having to wait for unknown timeframe from manufacturer. They had the same living room set another store has.. but could deliver much quicker. They also gave us the online price which saved us 100s of dollars.
Ordered a sofa and chair back in February 2022, was told it would be here no later than April 15th. Chose this store due to being told my order would be here much sooner than other options in town. Now on May 7th we are told they might be here the last week of May. They are great at make a deal of lies. Update: ugh now they have pushed it back to the last week of June. Cute 😒

Rude sales staff. They were great up until it came time to make a purchase. The salesperson told me everything we needed to make the purchase would be at their sales desk. We were then left to browse the store for some other items. When we were done and ready to check out they had no idea who we were and what we were trying to purchase. They told us to grab the tag ourselves even though the salesperson had already grabbed it. So we were left wandering the store trying to make a purchase. Never again.

They had a big selection of items but I was disappointed in the furniture because they seemed to be all the same style and none of the rocker - recliners I was looking for. I was also looking for curio cabinets and there were none.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered an ottoman through their online account (while on the phone with an employee in the Helena Store). When ordering this piece, the man on the phone said that we should order online because its "probably cheaper (because they jack up prices anyways) and will probably get to us quicker than ordering in store." We made the purchase in AUGUST 2021 online, with confirmation by email. This was scheduled for delivery for NOVEMBER 21, 2021. Well it did not show up yesterday so we called and they informed us it would now not be available for delivery until FEBRUARY 2022. I'm not sure who dropped the ball here, but very frustrated that we have had a pending charge on our bank account for nearly $300 for MONTHS and now they say this. Won't be ordering any furniture through them. Extremely displeased with this situation. EDIT following reply from owner: I already called the store, was transferred by 2 people and then told they couldn't do anything to help me. They then gave me the online order phone number to cancel through them. Why are email confirmations from your store sent out if you have nothing to do with it? (it indicates orders are fulfilled through your store so tell me how you have no idea how to address online issues).

Will never shop here again! Ordered a bed 7 months ago and was told to expect it in about a month. Called almost every two weeks to check on status and was told the bed would arrive in the next two week period. The girls that answered the phone were nice, and I knew the delay was not their fault but frustrating none the less. Finally, I messaged the corporate store about my order status and dilemma. Miraculously, the very next day, I received a phone call from the Helena store saying my bed was coming on the next truck (early September). I called again the next week and was told my bed was ready for pick up. We picked up the bed and set it up in our house right away. Got a call from the Helena store the next day. They informed me that although I picked up the correct model of bed, the order was actually someone else's. They asked me to return the bed and offered a small store credit and a loaner bed, until my order came in. I told them I paid and ordered 7 months ago and I was not giving the bed back. The manager insulted me by accusing me of being grumpy. I did not even raise my voice, but repeated that after a 7 month wait (and continually being told the bed was coming in the next 2 weeks), I was not returning the bed. This store is extremely unprofessional, particularly the manager, and I would not recommend.
This store is full of people who are ready to help you meet your furniture needs! I’ve been in multiple times over the last year trying to get furniture for our new house, but due to COVID we could never find what we wanted in stock. After months of probably driving Brock and Sheree nuts, they helped us get everything we needed to fill our home with what we wanted!! They are always willing to work with you and for you and won’t stop until you are happy!! Thanks so much! We will always come back and buy with you guys!

I love the couch but no one asked or offered protection plan and I ordered a bed they said mid June I ordered it may 20th and I still haven’t received it… then when I called they said next week then they said 3 more weeks they say aug 2nd I don’t even know if that’s true… idk not a fan of how everything has been handled trying to get help the person helped like a bunch of people and wasn’t as helpful as they should of been idk I’m not impressed at all with how they handled everything… next time I rather deal with the website and not this store…. The customer service sucks but I like the product
Gordon and Sheree were the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with. The day I came in I was extremely stressed out as my daughter was admitted to the children's hospital. I was looking for a couch big enough for my family and in the right color. They didn't rush me, were NOT pushy and were incredibly patient as I had to take a ton of phone calls. Not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. As an added bonus to their kindness and compassion they volunteered to deliver the couch to me on their days off since we live outside the delivery area. On one of the hardest days of my life they made it just a little bit easier. When they found out that my daughter was coming home for the weekend, they surprised me and delivered the couch a week early so my daughter could enjoy it with us. Never in my life have I been treated so well when buying something. Not only did I get my dream couch, I gained a new respect for how kind people can still be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you both did these past few months for me and my family!
Gordon was wonderful but the girls in the back one blonde in particular was very rude to me. She says I was yelling at her and I waz not! She made me feel very badly 😢. My husband and I went to this store thinking we would get top of the line service and product. We got top service from Gordon . Although we called 3 times to find out the status of our couch, and was given a different delivery date each time, and each time I took the day off of work to insure one of us were home. If they would have called us to reschedule that would have been fine. Although that was not the case. Although we did stop in and speak to Gordon and decided we were going to wait for our couch even though it was going over the 12 weeks. Went back to get our chairs delivered and was snapped that period I would never deal with that woman again she was very rude to me and made a very big scene and I did not appreciate the treatment. I then spoke with Gordon and he offered to bring us our refund check to our house which was very appreciative. He is a wonderful salesman. We understand that covid has affected everybody, Although you should treat your customers with respect. The woman that I spoke to has no customer service in her mind at all
The couch I was interested in (the jarreau sleeper) wasn't on the floor. I made a call and Gordon offered to put it on the floor for me the next day, he and everyone else there were super easy to work with! Couldn't've been a smoother process, even when a piece was missing through no fault of their own, they were quick to send me a replacement. Would recommend!

Although this store carries nice furniture and seems to have some great reviews, our experience wasn't so great. As of the day of this writing we still haven't received the rest of our couch. We went months without any of it, this included Thanksgiving and Christmas which we hosted, sans a couch. We now have half of our couch almost 4 months later. We have recently gone to the store to talk about this issue. The manager proceeded to blame everyone and everything but would not give a resolution to our issue. He did however, offer my wife an ottoman at a "discounted" price. When we looked at the on line price we saw it was less than the offered one, with discount. He also offered gift cards to a couple chain restaurants in town. We just want our couch. This place has the market cornered in Helena but I'd advise to shop out of town.
We just recently bought a house and stopped by Ashleys to buy some stuff. Well we just kept adding more and more and Brock was awesome in helping us find what we liked. He put in work as we came in 2 days in a row and even being busy with other people he still gave us AMAZING customer service. Great prices and great staff!!

This store is a joke. should have checked the reviews better. Was told my love seat was 2 weeks out. Called after 2 weeks was told it was another week out. Called again was told again a week out. Called again and was told it was in route. we'll see. I will never recommend this store to anyone in fact I'll steer them in another direction. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 as they called the very next day to schedule my delivery. they refunded my delivery charge as well.

Stopped into Ashley to look for a new couch. We are not quite sure what we want yet, so I was mostly just browsing. Multiple employees offered assistance, and then left me to browse which I appreciated. The questions I did have were answered easily by the staff. There is a huge selection of furniture. I also really liked how each area is staged- it helped me more easily envision the furniture in my home.

This was probably the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I worked with Gordon Gideon and I cannot say enough about how great that was. He was extremely helpful without being overbearing and he was very knowledgeable about the product lines and saved us a good bit of money because of it. Usually I need 6-12 MONTHS between furniture purchases to reset but after today I would be happy to go back tomorrow! Thanks Gordon! We are looking forward to enjoying our new bar stools!

I was in need of a new recliner. I stopped in at Ashley Home Store. When "Rock" asked if he could help me find something, I said yes and gave him my preferences. After a little looking around we found just the chair I wanted. The necessary paperwork was completed. The chair must be ordered - should be in within 2-3 weeks. The staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and I was able to get the chair I wanted. They have double 👍 as far as I am concerned.

👎🏻 Update👎🏻 Call me to let me know my bed was in so I call back to set up a delivery time. come to find out my bed wasn’t actually there it’s been almost three weeks since I ordered the bed 😕 if the item is not in don’t call and say it is giving me false hope I shod have gone somewhere else my mom and sister who both went to different stores got their beds weeks before me and it’s the same bed 😩 I guess this is what I get for not shopping around 😡Update😡 I called them back because they did try to call me about my review and now my bed won’t be in until the end of the month It should not take a month to get a bed and when you add delivery wait time I will not see my bed until sometime next month. And when asked why it was taking so long the manager blamed everything on the Covid situation. Which yes it has slow down deliveries but other mattress stores can get you your mattress in a week or less. And for those who are wondering if there is anything you get for the long wait there is nothing but maybe an apology you are paying the same price or more like in my situation than other stores. And they will not remove your old mattress for you. I will be posting another update after I actually get my mattress but right now I would not shop here again And we have yet another excuse they’re delivery truck is “broken down” 😒and are unable to deliver my bed I am so over this. 😄I finely got my bed 😑 they set the bed to the highest height when they put it together evidently they think I’m 7 feet tall when in fact I am a short person. for all the issues I had the originally agreed to take $200 off of my order I agreed to do a couple of pillows instead of that so we didn’t have to do all the paperwork over again. They gave me two $30 pillows not even close to the original $200. I took one out of its casing just to see if it was any good and these are in fact cheap $30 pillows they are stiff and hard to lay on heading back to the store

Went in to look at getting a bed for my mom and dad, and they said it would be a few weeks for delivery; however I saw that many on here state that it can take much longer than that and we just couldn't risk them sleeping on the bed that they currently were on. So they went to Mattress Firm and got the same bed that they wanted at Ashley for less and it was delivered in a week and a half, and they even took the old mattress with them so that it could be disposed of. For what should be a high end furniture store they sure don't have much going for them for customer service.
I have purchased 3 separate items in the last month and have been very happy with everything. Nancy was great to deal with, honest, fair and over communicated every step of the way. When our dinning room table was delivered the two delivery drivers were great! They were kind, efficient and right on time. Would highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Helena!

We bought a queen sleeper, a small couch and two rocker recliners on 4/6/2020. With Free White Glove Delivery. Concerning the order, the next day, 1 Bedroom was handling delivery stating that in Montana delivery was going to cost 199. We paid it. Today the delivery company wanted to ignore the paid for delivery and dump it in the street.
Choices are limited.
The delivery men were quick and polite. I appreciated their postive attitude. Definetely pleased with the service. A plus is they delived on Saturday.

Sheree was great to work with! She helped us get a great deal on a new bedroom set and sectional. She was patient and was able to answer all of our many questions. The delivery guys were wonderful as well, they were polite and took great care getting the furniture in our home and getting it set up. They also made double sure everything was where we wanted it before they left.

This was the worst, never-ending experience i have had shopping anywhere. Collectively, i bought over $10,000 worth of furniture. it wasn't until I paid that they informed me most items were 3-4 weeks out. Okay, i thought, i can wait. I paid for 2 deliveries. the first delivery was for the item that were in stock (they brought the rugs but forgot the giant ladder).The second delivery came and they forgot my items (including the ladder again!) that were in stock, only some pieces of each bed came (no rails so they couldn't assemble and one bedroom set got delayed again) and the couch was the wrong color. I called the manager and she said that was the only color that couch came in and if i wanted to return it i would have to pay 30% restocking fee. This is not true because the color or the couch on the showroom floor was a caramel colored and this couch delivered was a dark brown color. We settled with the couch. Then a couple days later i noticed the night stand we got was completely water damaged and had a huge streak across it that had started peeling. the other nightstand
BUYER BEWARE!!! Had two kids beds that were made terribly. Foundation frame was made of cardboard and cheap wood. After working with the assistant manager for two days, the owner Shane made no effort and did not have any options to replace/return/fix the beds or set. I highly discourage anyone from buying from this store. They put cheap subpar products on their show floor and then have no intention to make their mistakes right when the customer comes back.

We have had nothing but good experiences at Ashley. Most recently, we worked with Scott who was knowledgeable, and was just the right amount of involved; gave us space to make our decision, but checked back to answer questions (enough, but not so much it was overbearing) and crunched numbers before we even asked, which expedited our final decision in the end. We so appreciated not having to wait around for the numbers. It made our experience buying furniture absolutely wonderful. Not only will we come here again, but we will also be recommending Scott as the "go-to" guy.
We went in looking for an entertainment stand with fireplace insert. Sheree was incredibly helpful and made shopping a breeze. Our items were in stock and we took them home the same day.

Overpriced
Easy pick up process and VERY helpful staff. I did not do the shopping (matresses), only pick-up. One downside was no one in warehouse portion of store; had to wonder around a bit. Once I found somone, they were all over it; found the items and helped with loading. Very nice staff throughout. My wife might convince me to come back and shop; maybe.

My bride and I initially were just going to purchase a headboard from Ashley's in Helena. After talking it over and due in part to Sheree making it affordable and pointing out the benefits of purchasing more than just a headboard, we ended up purchasing a king poster bed set, chest of drawers and a dresser. Upon delivery the delivery crew forgot part of the bed set up, not a big deal. They did assemble the dresser and the chest of drawers. The next day they brought the part of the bed they forgot and assembled the bed. They did a great job and were friendly during both set ups..... Turns out we had a warrant issue with the dresser, I took pictures of it and showed it to Sheree. Her and her boss looked at and said they would warranty the dresser. Wow, couldn't be more impressed at the quick decision process, no paperwork, no calling and talking to someone in a far far away place. The dresser got delivered today. It was inspected before it left their warehouse and delivery was friendly and courteous as I have come to expect from them. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with a local store. Sheree is a great gal to deal with. If you reading this review that means you are serious about buying. Ashley was having a no interest furniture sale recently and we were in the market for a king size bed so visited the store. Sheree greeted us with a warm welcome. After getting answers to several pointed questions, Sheree showed us several bed sets that met our specs. She really knows her products! She never hurried us along, never used any pressure, answered all our questions - and some we hadn’t thought of! We purchased a new Serta hybrid and a gorgeous sleigh frame. I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore. My husband and I came in looking for new furniture for our new home. We were very lucky to have a very nice sales lady named Nancy Ward help us. She was very helpful, kind and best of all, not pushy. Nancy listened when we said no and didn't try to push extra products on us. This is a bit of a post but, My father had a really bad experience at another furniture store that he bought an almost $1000 chair from. The chair was in and out of the repair shop almost 4 times in the first month it was owned. I told him to take it back and we would try Ashley's because I had heard good reviews about them. Tori was the rep who helped my dad to find a chair that was comfortable and more than met his needs. She answered all the questions and made suggestions that helped him to find the best fit for hi. He ended up buying two chairs, one for me, from them that day. This was due to the courteousness and helpfulness of the staff. We ended up needing another piece of furniture, a sectional couch, so back to Ashley's we went! Scott and Bethany were the reps who helped us this time. Both of them took the time to listen to what we were looking for and they also were observant of the way I was moving. I am a disable Vet, they say that with the taller furniture I had an easier time getting in and out of it. With all the information and observations in hand they helped to find a couch that would not only be a benefit to us but made things a little easier for me. The professionalism does not just rest with the floor reps, the office staff was also helpful and very professional when we would call in to speak with someone. The Delivery guys were also very professional and helpful when we received the furniture. Nate and Jamal were extremely helpful with getting things set up and moved. Their advice on where to put things really helped with such a big piece of furniture. Nate and another young man, I am sorry I cannot remember his name, were the ones that delivered our chairs. With such great service that goes above and beyond what they really have to do Ashley will be the place that I will always recommend when people are looking. We have one last piece to get from them and we know that we will be treated well and given a great deal and service! Very expensive
I have had several great experiences at Ashley's. Sheree is excellent to work with: she listens to your personal style preferences, takes into consideration your budget, and personally walks you through the store to the items she believes will be the best fit for you. There is no push to purchase, and there is something for every budget. I bought a set of 4 stools over a year ago from the store, and even with 4 kids using them daily, they are holding up nicely and look amazing in our home. Thanks, Sheree!!!
The furniture leans towards being on the expensive side. Financing is great whether you have credit or not. They'll call you to update you on your order and will work with you on when to deliver.

The customer service at this store is exceptional. Sheree made my shopping experience very fun and easy. I wasn't expecting to purchase my living room furniture over the phone, but Sheree was able to answer all of my questions and helped me put together the perfect set. She did a wonderful job.

We bought our Tempurpedic mattress from Nancy Ward a few months ago. We had an amazing experience with her and with Ashley furniture! She gave us plenty of time to try out all types of mattresses. We never felt pressured to buy, we only felt like she genuinely wanted us to find a good fit for our family and start sleeping well! We bought a mattress frame along with the mattress. We LOVE our mattress and frame! I highly recommend Nancy and Ashley furniture! We will be back with our furniture needs in the future!

At the time I needed a new bed and mattress and decided to to Ashley. I was immediately greeted by o e of the amazing employees. She ask about why I was looming for, and she started to show me around. She showed me a brand new queen size all would bed for less than 1,000 and I jump at it like a tiger. Also showed me the mattresses they had a pointed a few out. It doesn't end there. After I choose the bed and the mattresses she gave me a discount on the purchase. The employees working at Ashley's Furniture is a great 100% amazing, helpful, and outstanding
