I went into the Missoula store on 9/3/22, and had the worst experience by their customer service desk. I went in to buy another chair, I had purchased the same chair a year ago. A gentleman helped with finding out if they had it in stock & if they still sold that particular one. He took me to the customer service desk. There was a younger male & female there talking. We walked up , the gentleman asked the two who would like to enter this information for me. Not a sound out of either of them. I was appalled. The young lady said she had worked the day before entering all the orders by herself, while the young man was off. Perhaps the young man felt bad?? He entered all my information & let me know there was the door model if I wanted it. I told him no and asked his long would it be to order one. The gentleman asked the young lady to search and check that out. She shook her head and said “no”. Again, I was appalled. I spoke out and told her she shouldn’t have a job. The young man took it upon himself to find this information out for me. I wonder if the younger generation know what exactly “customer service”, really means.
