When the store reopened on December 26th, Sheree followed up with us and offered to use her personal truck to bring us the remaining piece. Was in the store for about 20 mins without a greeting on a slow evening. Had to find a rep for assistance. The guy I got was pretty rude right away as if I was interupting him from an important job of chatting amongst coworkers. Right off the bat I asked if they price match. Rep initially said they do but come to find out there’s a caveat; They only price match their own website, not any other companies out there. Bottom line; You can buy Ashley branded furniture for less, from companies other than Ashley. Just type the model you like in online. And if the customer service isn’t even there to begin with, I can’t see why you’d spend more to buy the exact same product from Ashley.

I'll give them a two star for getting most words spelled right on their new commercial. But they really need to spell all words right . Because it can confuse Children that are learning to spell words correctly. Besides it don't look very professional to misspell the words the world will see . ( selection) is the proper spelling than you and get it right. .

Website price isn't the out the door price.. Think twice about making the trip to the store.. All you can do is spend your money elsewhere. Soon these stores may learn. They won't match the website advertised price..Purchased exact same product online and saved $75.00. I walked away from this brick and mortar store for $25.00. While I understand they need to make money to keep the lights on they should have the price listed on their website as the out the door price. Everything is negotiable, this store chose $25.00 over gaining a customer and making a sale. It's the principal. I didn't like the price, gave them the opportunity to match and the end result is I walked.

Check online prices. I was looking at a couple of pieces and they are charging way more then their site. They charge a couple hundred more in-store at least the rep told me they would price match their online store. Which is nice to recognize the price difference and offer the better price I did appreciate an honest sales person. However a desk was listed for $600 in-store but site showed $460. When talking about shipping they would charge me $250 to deliver I think thats a big shipping fee for a desk. Now that makes the desk $710. Now on the other side of things site shows delivery would be free. Now I can understand delivery, assembly and putting it in the house would cost but its a desk and they should offer door step delivery at least for like $75. If it was me I would say hey its $250 for us to deliver to a farther location. So if you find something else to be delivered with the desk like a couch or table it would make it worth the delivery fee. But if not you can order it online and get free delivery. But you will have to assemble it and there is more risk of damage from weather and shipping since its being delivered by a shipping company. That would be a better thing to say giving your customers options for shipping and even offering more to sell because I wasn’t aware that I could finance for 60 months in store only which I would have most likely did.

As soon as I walked into the Missoula Ashley Furniture store, I was greeted by Shaun who allowed me to browse freely. It did not take long, because I immediately spied the perfect sofa/loveseat combo for my new home. Shaun was very helpful and knowledgeable. The great customer service continued with the delivery of the furniture. The furniture was brought in to the house with much care. I plan to return to Ashley to purchase other furniture items I still need.

My furniture came in earlier than we first thought but I was kept updated . My furniture was exactly what I ordered and the delivery guys worked fast and efficiently to get it set up for us. It was a pleasure doing business with Ashley Furniture!

Overall every experience I've had has been very solid. The staff is very helpful and they are willing to go above and beyond to get you the furniture you want. Their back-of-store staff is great also. Whenever I have transported stuff myself they have been extremely helpful with both the loading and the protection aspects. It's a great place to shop overall!

Went into the store looking for a sofa and love seat. Found a nice set at a great price and it even included pillows. However I wasn’t sure if it would fit. The salesperson gave me his card and told me to call if it would fit and we could do a payment over the phone. It was super easy. It arrived in less time than expected. The delivery process was great! Excited to enjoy our new couches.

Great experience. When I ordered the furniture they gave me an estimated day of delivery and the furniture arrived a week earlier than expected, which was a welcomed surprise. The delivery staff was in contact with me to arrange the delivery. On the delivery day they were ahead of schedule and reached out via phone and text to notify me. When they arrived, I requested they remove their shoes since I had just cleaned my carpets. They complied with my request and were very professional in assembling the furniture. The furniture was exactly what I was looking for and looked great in my freshly painted living room. The whole experience was great and would highly recommend their service.

Don’t expect to refund any purchases without paying an extra 30% plus extra delivery. I’m a hefty guy and this bed was flimsy particle board when I thought I was receiving a quality product. Was treated as if I was poor after spending too much money. Was treated poorly by Jeff and do not appreciate having money taken from me with no value in return. I do not recommend this location to any self respecting Montanan.

On another note we have a brand new baby and have a bassinet down stairs and he had the audacity to put muddy dirty trash in his bassinet and he left all his trash in my house and was mean to his partner that came with him! His partner was super nice and grabbed all the trash and apologized for his managers actions! I wish I could give a review of a zero because it was very very unprofessional!

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get the sale price for the bedroom set I purchased using my Ashley credit. Because of this, the chances of me buying anything else from Ashley furniture is pretty slim.

I’ve never been treated as disrespectfully as I was tonight by whoever sits at the front of the store and greets people. I was attempting to return a pillow I purchased from the Ashley website and mentioned that I would like to try out ones they carry in the store since I was dissatisfied with what I bought online. Off the bat, the guy sounds visibly annoyed and makes a snide remark about how their pillows might be too expensive for me. As I’m literally standing there with a pillow I’ve already purchased from Ashley, mind you. Then he says he’ll take me to the pillows they have in store, and as we’re walking, he makes 2 or 3 more remarks about how high their pillows run. The pillow I was looking for is Tempur-pedic, and he tells me they don’t carry that brand with his nose turned up in the air like Tempur-pedic is below Ashley standards or something. Annoyed with his attitude and being told they don’t carry what I’m looking for (I did see they sell tempur-pedic on my way out), I left. As I was leaving, he suggests that cost co might be more in my price range. I would not go back to Ashley for any reason, evidently the employees don’t think I can afford to shop there.

Best delivery experience I’ve had since I moved here. Alan was amazing and helpful all the way down to the suggestion of putting felt pads on the bottom of the chairs so I don’t scratch my floor. Shawn was efficient, knowledgeable and also extremely helpful. I am so impressed by the two of them!! I have purchased many things for this house, with awesome salesmen, but the delivery part of it sucked. Kudos to Ashley for making sure the entire experience rocked!!! And I only hope I spelled Alan and Shawn’s name correctly 😍

My experience was amazing! The gentleman who delivered my furniture, were very professional, and extremely easy to work with. They brought in my furniture and took great care with not only the new sofa, but my home. I couldn’t have asked for better!

My wife recently purchased new bedroom furniture at Ashley for all three of the bedrooms in our new home. She bought mattresses, bedroom suites, & everything needed to completely furnish each room. We both agree, the furniture is stylish and comfortable, and a surprise to me, very affordable. My wife was very complimentary of the sales person & everyone in the store she worked with, and the delivery team was great too! We will definitely shop at Ashley again.

I would absolutely not recommend buying anything from here. I am a disabled Vet and I bought an expensive recliner couch from here. When I got home I set it up and one side of the recliner didn’t work. I was really upset because I live an hour away from where I picked it up from this store in missoula. They said they will send someone out to fix it and it’s been weeks. The couch is super uncomfortable without the recliner working. So we haven’t even been using the couch for that reason. Called today and they said that they can’t get a tech out until November. I picked this couch up September 17th. At this point I would rather just return or exchange the couch. They are saying that they can’t do anything to help or compensate for the troubles. Horrible customer service. Not Veteran friendly at all.

Amazing salesman. Knowledgeable in every part of our purchase. His caliber of honesty, respect and kindness is a rare blessing in todays society. So rare is it, to have an employee give undivided attention, answer all our questions, and actually know when we needed privacy to talk or needed his help, that we will only be shopping at Ashley for future purchases. This was a big purchase for our modest family. As soon as the other businesses knew we were making a single purchase thus a smaller commission, they ignored us, and we had to search for an employee for help. At Ashley Furniture we walked out feeling excited and important. Ashley Furniture is beautiful inside and has so much to look at. The layout was easy to navigate. I wanted to stop every five feet to look at something I wanted. The salesman treated us with more respect and honesty than any other salespersons we’ve worked with. (House, truck, appliances, cell phone, etc). We are no longer nervous about future furniture purchases, we will only be going to Ashley.

We purchased a lift chair and was told it was brand new in a box. Instead, we were given the floor model. VERY DISAPPOINTED with a bait and switch.

I wasn't prepared for my furniture to be assembled in my house. The guys used my new kitchen bench (upholstered) to sit on with his tools and nuts/bolts. The lead guy was really rude and hard on his trainee in my presence.

My experience with Ashley Furniture was a pleasant one. We were showed several different products and was not rushed, which is always a good experience. The delivery was an hour late but driver call to let us know that he would be late. The driver and his helper put our bed in a quick and professional manner. The driver did most of the work, but he explained everything that had to be done to his helper. Both were very polite to my husband.

I was pleasantly surprised by their great selection of living room sofas. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and low pressure. Dave was a wonderful help. He explained things in detail and looked out for our best interest while allowing us to browse, discuss and test the furniture out on our own.

If you want to make sure you get the right product/color you should bring a spotlight and make sure its the right color under the brightest light you can find. Otherwise if you are unhappy with it they tell you that since it is such a popular product (in this case a $1k bed frame) go sell it somewhere then come back for something different. They'll be happy to help you In response: If previous customers have had the same thing happen maybe that should be an indicator to fix the lighting situation which ok it happens. However, your response or 'solution' to the problem is probably the worst I have ever heard in the customer service industry.

I went into the Missoula store on 9/3/22, and had the worst experience by their customer service desk. I went in to buy another chair, I had purchased the same chair a year ago. A gentleman helped with finding out if they had it in stock & if they still sold that particular one. He took me to the customer service desk. There was a younger male & female there talking. We walked up , the gentleman asked the two who would like to enter this information for me. Not a sound out of either of them. I was appalled. The young lady said she had worked the day before entering all the orders by herself, while the young man was off. Perhaps the young man felt bad?? He entered all my information & let me know there was the door model if I wanted it. I told him no and asked his long would it be to order one. The gentleman asked the young lady to search and check that out. She shook her head and said “no”. Again, I was appalled. I spoke out and told her she shouldn’t have a job. The young man took it upon himself to find this information out for me. I wonder if the younger generation know what exactly “customer service”, really means.

As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a friendly good morning. The gentleman explained the sail they were having. As I walked through the store looking at the furniture, the store was very clean, easy to walk through. When I found a couple things I was interested in, I asked questions and was pleased with the responses.

A friend recommended Ashley Furniture when I moved to the area and was seeking to furnish my new place. I went in on a Sunday and Dave greeted me warmly as I entered the store. He was friendly and knowledgeable as I selected several items for my new place. He was patient as I asked questions and didn't try to "sell" me anything. I purchased enough items to fill my new home. All quality! This was a great place to acquire all the items that I needed. Dave is a real asset to this business. Thank you again!

We went looking for a coffee table and found one that was perfect but it was $699 and 5-7 weeks out for delivery so I said we’d have to think about it. I looked that same table up online that night and found it ON Ashley Home store’s own website for $409!!!!! And only 6 days out for delivery! I know it’s common to find things cheaper online but when the store and the website (for the same company) have a $300 price difference that’s absolutely outrageous!

The Ashley Homefront store Keoni and Geoff were extremely helpful. I ordered a sectional online and it couldn’t get delivered till the end of July so I called and talked to the store and they were extremely helpful and were able to get it delivered within a week. Next time I will only go into the store to buy additional furniture, I’m extremely happy with the Ashley home front!

I normally don't do this, but after reading some of these reviews felt everyone should know. This is one of the worst experiences I've had from start to finish. I'm not going to add any names as some of this I'm sure not their fault for being unable to help or lack of training. Our sales person must have been very inexperienced as questions like real wood vs compressed / particle board confused him. After shopping around we had decided this was going to be our last store and found something we liked. When asked if they offer 12 mo same as cash (like their competitors) I was told yes. I filled out their apt.(ding on my credit now) Then went to close the deal. He came back and asked if $X a month would be ok? I said that is not same as cash. He spoke with a manager and came back with another manditory monthly payment. I told him this was not ok, but would just pay in full as this was something my wife really wanted. Also because of Covid this would be serveral months out. The day of pick up I showed a friend what we were getting and found that the same item was over $600 cheaper. When I showed up and asked if there was something they could do they said no that the price was locked at the time of sale and there would be over a $600 restocking fee if we didn't want it. Not wanting to take that kind of loss for my frustrations, I continued to pick up our purchase. I know it was my fault to pick this up on a rainy day (not wanting to pay their daily fee for not picking this up), but thought it would fit in my pickup with a topper. Nope It was 2 inches too long. I asked if they had some plastic or something I could cover this with as I had to drive over 60 miles back home. They responded with we don't store anything like that and you will need to go to the local hardware store and figure it out. Even a sofa or loveseat cover from something they have already put out would have been a nice gesture, but just a sorry we have nothing was the answer. I haven't tried to put this together yet, but was promised that it was all there and was inspected for no damage. I hope this is true and is the end of our nightmare.

I purchased a new couch at the Missoula, MT, homestore and was helped by Dave. He was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my ideal purchase. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating from the time I walked in until I left the store. I am very excited for my new purchase!

The sales Consultant and manager were both excellent people to talk to and deal with. It is unfortunate that then you go to the front to pay for your product and sign your paper work and have to have anything to do with "dez" she should have nothing to do with customers. She has a horrible attitude and does not make you feel like your business is appreciated as you are spending close to 6,000 dollars in the store. It is sad that businesses are stuck with sub par employees due to a labor shortage. Fire her as soon as possible, I am sure I am not the only person that feels this way

Jason was extremely helpful and was able to guide us through our mattress selection process effortlessly. He was able to get us some amazing deals and worked with my mom over the phone (she's the question asking expert) because she was purchasing us the set for a gift. We are extremely grateful for his help and my back will surely be thankful after sleeping on a good mattress.

The customer service in store is great. There were some issues with an order I placed that had nothing to do with the people who work here, but with the product arriving from distribution. I kept declining the floor model and hoping it would show up, but it did not. Eventually I really, really needed it, and they worked with me to find something on the floor that would work, and even lowered the price. Great staff.

I wouldn't even give them a full star except I don't have an option e the girl inside that helped me with the furniture was absolutely wonderful and till I went to the back to pick it up not only did the men not help me put the boxes in their properly I had to have my 16 year old kid in my 9 year old kid get out of the truck to help me stacking properly then drive down the road as we were told we were blocking the area to re stack them in the highway so they wouldn't fall off the back of my truck time down ourselves and then proceed to drive back 40 miles with the furniture half in the truck because they refused to help me stacom and time down properly apparently it's a liability "" and the shut the door on us and locked it in the middle of me talking to on would never go back to the store again because of that experience

I went to Ashley in Missoula to get a couch or couch and loveseat combo. I had seen a set online that I liked and wanted to make sure it was as comfortable as it looked and the size was right. I found it right away and found it was quite nice. I went around looking at other couches just in case. In the mean time it seemed I was missed by the associated there, so when I was ready to purchase no one was around for a bit. I think a couple that an associate was showing around obfuscated my presence as they were also looking at the same set. I started looking at the couches online again and was getting ready to purchase through that when someone came by and asked if I found anything I liked. I told them the couch set I wanted and he realized I'd been missed so ushered me over get things settled. He called over a manager to help get things settled as there was an approval needed since things weren't in stock. Will was very helpful and quite likable. He helped me get things set away and set up for delivery, he was informative without being pushy at all, which I really look for in a sales associate. Fortunately I dislike hovering so the neglect in the beginning of my shopping experience didn't bother me too much. Ultimately they did come over to help me, lol. They matched the online price and things were arranged quickly and with ease following the first hiccup.

Today, the mattress I was considering happened to be on sale but the primary reason for my return to the Ashley HomeStore, in Tulsa Hills, was the really pleasant experience with the sales person on the first visit. Tim Lewis was very helpful and informative without being a pushy salesman. He was professional and courteous, but also had a friendly demeanor. Excellent Customer Service at the Ashley Furniture in Missoula, big shout out to Lauryn who remembered which couch we wanted after showing us the couch 2 months prior, always love it when they remember your and your needs. Will be back to purchase a coffee table in the near future

First of all, the store had a very welcoming environment and I didn’t feel bombarded like a typical “sales atmosphere”. Mike “Coach” Gottsch was genuinely trying his best to not waste my time as his customer. He wanted to know exactly what I had in mind and took me to a variety of different sets of furniture, was not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the different sets he was showing to me. He made our experience very easy, and quick. BEWARE!!! Do not buy from or trust these people. They will tell you anything to make a sale all knowing delivery for any item right now will take months after telling you every few weeks that it will just be a another few weeks. It's been over 6+ months. Even the managers are in on it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Also, do not leave your scripted contact us email to this review because we both know that leads NOWHERE! Treat people of this city honestly and with respect! You should be ran out of town. Disgraceful.

Customer service is awful. Bought 2 pieces of furniture 3 weeks ago and haven’t gotten any piece delivered. Every time I called, they gave me a different excuse and being rude about it instead of a sorry. First time, the salesman named Hayden did the math wrong so I had to pay extra to get the first piece delivered, I put 20% down for the second piece which was not in stock. Second time, they only had 1 piece on the truck so they didn’t want to deliver even though I paid for the delivery fee. Third time they promised it will be delivered the week after and nothing has shown up at my door yet. I called and no one answered or contacted me back. Will cancel my whole order and never go back there!

They checked temperature at the door and staff wore masks. Salesman was great to work with and very helpful. He listened and showed us exactly what we were looking for.

Upon walking in I was immediately greated by Jesse; he was professional and genuinely happy to offer me any help and advice I asked for. He even went above and beyond to make sure I was able to walk out with the couch that I was looking for. If you are seeking new furniture and a pleasant experience, Jesse is your man. I couldn't recommend working with him enough.

Mike was helping my stepmom and I today and he was great! We wandered the store briefly but when it came to what we wanted, he was available and had all the answers we needed. The furniture was beautiful; our dining table is exactly what I was looking for. We’re definitely coming back soon to do more business! Ask for Mike, he’s fantastic.

Too expensive and hidden fees

Fine service, they did match the price we found online. They did check our temps coming in but many of the employees were without masks or had them hanging on their ears/necks without actually putting them on.

We came in looking for a new mattress, Taylor Bailey was able to help us out over a couple hours to inform us about the products available. We wanted a cheap mattress coming in, but left with a TempurPedic mattress because it was that damn good. Taylor was able to work with us and get us financed, even contacted our financial institution, to make sure we could get what we needed. Great store and we appreciate the help and time from Taylor.

Shelby was great! She helped direct us without crowding us, and her attitude was very pleasant. Walked in to look and walked out as owners of a new reclining loveseat.

Our sale person told us our couch came with pillows. When we got the couch delivered over a month late, I called and asked about it and she told us that it didn't come with the pillows now???

I came in to purchase a table and was greeted immediately. once I found the table I was looking for jason helped me arrange for delivery and adding the purchase protection plan in to my bundle. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees will shop Ashley's again in the future

Taylor is an excellent sales representative. He was very knowledgeable of the various livingroom sets that we looked at. He was very patient with us and gave us time to think about and discuss our thoughts about the various options. I highly recommend him. They matched online prices which was good. But online will deliver free and they wanted $90 to go 5 miles and leave on pourch. Very bad.

David met us at the front door to take our temps and help us check in safely. After introducing himself, he asked if there was something specifically we were there to find. I had exact dimensions and descriptions of the ideal piece we needed. David was familiar enough with the stock that he immediately took us to several items. He encouraged us to sit and talk while he checked other areas. David knew all the details, special deals, etc. In one hour, we had found the furniture we needed and taken care of all paper work. An easy, relaxing, but painless experience.

Will welcomed us today and listened as we discussed our preferences between four sectionals. He checked in with us when we returned later in the day and we knew he would be available for questions. Geoff worked with us the second time we came in today. He provided the warranty information and wrote up the sale. We enjoyed shopping at the beautiful Ashley Home Store. Thank you!!!

I went in to the store looking for a sofa sleeper for immediate use. They had nothing available so we went to a local competitor. The competitor had one available but it was smaller than we wanted. After discussing our options we decided on the small one because it was available. I called back to let them know we would be taking it, by mistake I called Ashley furniture back. I spoke with Jason who, even at closing time, said he would get back to me right away. He found a sofa sleeper for us and called back. While waiting for his call I discovered my mistake but waited for his call to see what he could do. He found us exactly what we were looking for. I give Jason 5 stars. I just wish we could have found it the first time.

Warning - I purchased a great sectional couch from this location just under 2 years ago. Unfortunately one part of the sectional had a defect that caused the seats to sag/protrude which eventually broke over time. The issue is the sales reps will sell you on the great limited warranties that cover any manufacture defects. In my case I was told 3 years. You can also purchase additional coverage for stains and wear and tear. Long story short I was told that the damages were not a manufacturer error but my fault. I live alone and have no pets. I work 60 hour weeks and barely use my couch except to watch TV. The customer service and lack of accountability to rectify the clear and obvious mistake on the manufacturers part is astounding. In summary, if you are purchasing a furniture piece from this location there is a very good chance they will not assist you should there be a defect or issue. Hopefully this is helpful when making a furniture decision in Missoula!

Bought some furniture a little over a year ago - Geoff and his team have been very helpful with some service we required.

Dishonest salesman and manager took advantage on me on their pricing. I was charged over double in store for a product that was listed on their site. They gave me a non itemized receipt to hide the price from me too. I can see why there are never people in this store.

If your going to run a promotion of buying a mattress and getting the bad free, at least have the base available at the time. I don’t live locally and will have to make another trip to pick the base up when it gets to your store.

There is no furniture in stock and the ETA's they give on orders are meaningless. I waited two months longer than the original estimate I was given with no price reduction, no waived delivery fee, nothing. I understand COVID is affecting things but if you can't give even a somewhat accurate time frame to your customers then it's just bait and switch tactics. I have no complaints about the salesman or the quality of the furniture I received, but I'll be looking elsewhere in Missoula to furnish my house after this experience.

We ordered a $3000 sectional around June 20th from Jason, with delayed delivery estimated at 6-8 weeks (Jason was awesome to work with - no complaints there!). It’s almost been another month since the date we were told our couch would arrive. We prepaid $80 for in town delivery, and when we called to check the status back in July, the employee from Ashley tried to sell me additional delivery charges without having all of the pieces to the sectional (which at this point they were still waiting on 3 pieces all to arrive at different times...3 more delivery charges). Unreal. I’m super disappointed in this whole transaction. The couch we currently own & are replacing was also purchased from Ashley Furniture & until now I have had no issues with this company or their products, hence why we bought from them again. I called again today and they still do not have all of the pieces, but keep telling us they are on the truck. They sold us on 6-8 weeks, is this not bait and switch at its finest? We just purchased our first home and were elated to buy this couch for our living room, and now we couldn’t feel more helpless and disappointed.

Jimmy and Jason were the best to shop with! They made the furniture experience for my husband and I enjoyable and ensured we got the best deals and quality for our money! We will certainly be returning to work with them as our local furniture store of choice!

Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture selection. I didn't feel pressured in any way to buy something I wasn't wanting. Just bummed the delivery time is between 4 to 6 weeks because of CoVid19.

Lots of options, great deals, and great service. Just a heads up if you do make an order: wait times are pretty long for delivery with COVID. Ask for Jennifer if you go in! She gave my husband and I distance to figure out what we wanted, but was always close to answer all questions and give suggestions, which were both very helpful. She was also very patient and didn't rush us at all despite us changing our mind a few times and the time it took us to fully decide on things. Definitely will return when the time comes to get more furniture! Update: Furniture did not come according to the estimated times. Calling for updates things were constantly being pushed back. They fixed the issue by delivering all the furniture that was there, then did another deliver on them for the stuff we've been waiting on. We've finally received all the furniture and so far enjoy it.
