I just had a box spring and two mattress delivered, I did not get the 2 men's names but the call telling me they where 15 minutes out came from Jody Pitts phone. I want to give them a great big thanks. They where very professional and quick. They cleaned up all the plastic and cardboard and where very polite. It is nice to know that there are people who do a great job. They need a big thank you from the owners of Ashleys.

Got a door good u load

I purchased a sofa and matching recliner about 2 years ago. The cushions on the sofa do not fully cover the sitting area of the sofa. The recliner mechanism broke so the chair doesn’t recline. I called Ashley In Beatrice and the manager said I would be charged 89$ to pick the recliner, then another fee for repair and another 89$ to return my recliner back to my home!!!! Absolutely the worst furniture I have ever purchased! Rude manager and NO SERVICE.

Sorry for the complaint I was wrong my husband rechecked my measurements and I measured wrong,he turned the mattress so I could read the label it was a queen size just what I ordered

Shopping for a deep seated sectional with chaise and an oversized round chair. Our budget was $6k. We walked thru the store 2x and both times walked right past 3-4 associates standing around a desk on their phones chitty chatting. Not once did anyone acknowledge us much less offer to help us find what we were looking for. VERY disappointed. I prefer to spend my money locally and support local business but we ended up driving north to Nebraska Furniture Mart where they were happy to assist.

Kristey was great helping us choose our new washer and dryer. The delivery team, Mike and Cody, were outstanding! Turns out our old W-D was one of the heaviest sets ever made (sorry guys!). DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! They promised us the world and didn't cover squat. Chair is ripping out on the arms (Which we were told was covered) at about exactly 5 years. They told us that this furniture set was discontinued so they couldn't repair it, which I understand but we were sold the warranty with the promise of any rips or tears being covered for the full 5 years. They claim this is normal wear and is not covered. They offered us store credit in the amount of the warranty. I will not buy anything here again. They apologized for THEIR Salesperson misleading us but won't back up what we were told. If you want to buy disposable furniture with no customer service...this is your store.

Jodi was patient in all of the time we spent there, helped measure, and showed interest in the finishes we picked out to help suggest furniture based off of our taste... Will definitely be back!

Kristey W was great with helping us select our furniture & when we got the call that our furniture was going to be delayed instead of date promised Kristey went above & beyond to get the delivery date back to the original date as planned. Today they delivered & hands down the two delivery guys where just amazing & polite!! Will be going here for any future furniture needs for sure!!

I am just thrilled to have new furniture coming. All of the staff at Ashley are wonderful, with a special Thank You to Jenny S. I was able to buy the king size bed of my dreams as well as a new furniture set. I had intended to buy a sectional couch, but when I was shown this beautiful set, I fell in love with it's comfort and style. It is perfect! Jenny found a way for me to get it all. My bed comes very soon and my furniture a little later so we have time to make room and whatnot. Thank you again for making my furniture dreams come true...I can't express how excited I am about my purchases.

Just had a horrible experience when purchasing a mattress from this store. Mattress was delivered 2 weeks before the base. Not really a big deal cause they had to order the base, but when trying to contact to ask how I can get the old mattress hauled away the woman I spoke to got very upset thst I wanted the mattress hailed away when I already had a delivery in a couple weeks.... I had to repeat that I know this but when they come how do I get the old mattress hauled away and she yelled at me saying there is nothing about it on the ticket. I told her again that when I visited the store a week ago I was told it could be an option for an extra fee so why cant this be set up now? Very angrily she finally said that when the delivery ppl call right before the delivery, I can set it up then... felt like it was was pulling teeth to get any answer on such a simple question and her attitude was very unprofessional. Setting up or at least getting information on how to have your old mattress removed after purchasing a $2000 order should not be so difficult. Should have took the warning when it took 20 min for a salesman to even notice we were in the mattress section of the store.

Monetse Sanchez was so great to work with. She made shopping for bedroom furniture fun. Moving to a new home wanted a Master Bedroom Set and a good mattress for my wife’s back. She was so patient and extremely knowledgeable, we feel we choose the best fit for our needs. She was also great with making sure we got the best pricing available. I also like the fact Ashley’s is right here in Grand Island-prefer to shop locally and have that hometown service.

Customer service was terrible. They gave us the run around for 2 weeks on the warranty for our furniture. They finally said they weren't going to cover anything. Why not tell us that from the beginning? Don't buy the extended warranty, they will just say everything is wear and tear and not cover it. Products are ok.

I recently was able to get a new table top from them in exchange for mine that was damaged with unknown reasons that warranty would not cover! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! My experience was dreadful and a complete headache over the course of several months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. And the worst part is, they did absolutely nothing to make it right. Here's my story..... I came in to shop around for some bedroom furniture. Gal who helped us was pleasant and helpful. We bought a set and as I was making the purchase in store, I asked about financing and she told me it was too late to do so and acted like it was a big pain in the neck. They didn't even offer or ask or present that as an option during checkout. How incredibly poor on their part for a furniture store. So I reluctantly made the purchase in full... They then said they would be calling us in 7-10 days for delivery (we live in Lincoln). Well I waited FOURTEEN days and got no phone call so finally I made the move myself. They said that one item has been in the store the whole time just sitting there and the other piece of furniture is back-ordered for another THREE weeks. "Oh they didn't tell you that when you checked out?" NOOOOOO - they sure as hell did not ... **super annoyed** ... "Okay well we'll give you a call next week to get this up to you in the meantime then." I wait another week. No phone call from Ashley Furniture. I call again the following Monday and have to wait until Thursday because their Tuesday delivery day was already full. So four weeks and three phone calls later, the first item arrives. I wait again and they finally let me know when the second item is in store. We work out a date for delivery. They deliver it and when I take it out of the box, the furniture is COMPLETELY BUSTED!! It looks though it got dropped, HARD. Broken beyond repair. Joints were busted, ball bearings are missing, and drawers are completely out of alignment from when it got dropped. The wood is cracked in several places as well. So now I'm infuriated and on my fourth call to Ashley Furniture. I ask to speak to a manager because this has just gotten completely ridiculous. "Jenny" tells me they have to order a new one and it will be another three weeks for delivery without any other nurturing of the situation. The customer service in handling all of this from start to finish was god awful on their part and I will NEVER EVER shop there again and I will sure as hell make sure my family and friends don't either. When the third delivery attempt was finally made, the guys who dropped off the "new" piece were absolutely horrified at the condition of the last piece and embarrassed that something was delivered in such condition. They couldn't believe it. I was not refunded a dime or taken care of in any way to make up for the incredible headache with this whole thing. I will never shop there again and had I known this would all happen, I would not have wasted a minute stepping through their doors. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!! I hope they lose business and learn how to get their priorities in line to take care of the people that take care of them.

I have made several purchases at this store, including bedroom sets, a dining room set, but most recently a kitchen set. We went in looking for only a fridge and dishwasher to upgrade our appliances. Ruth stayed after hours to help us, answered all of our questions and made AWESOME recommendations. The price ended up being far less than we expected and we got a QUALITY Samsung 4-piece set for about the price of 2 pieces. Ruth worked hard to help us, so I am glad I stayed in Beatrice to buy local! Best deal by far!

LeGina Burnett was such a huge help and she is a great sales associate! Not only did she help me get a beautiful new desk and stool, (neither of which I was looking for.) My wife and I have been purchasing furniture from this location for the past 5 years. On our most recent visit we purchased some living room furniture and a tv. We had the best customer service from their store manager Jenny that we just had to write about it. Ashley furniture found a great manager with Jenny. She was able to meet all our needs.

My husband and I went in fully ready to purchase a complete twin bed. We waited 20 minutes before anyone asked us if we needed help. We barely said yes we do when she walked on and started talking to another couple. Another person said we should look around the store and see if we see anything we liked. We did that and then went back to the desk while waiting another 10 mins for the lady to get off the phone. She did ask if we were being helped and I said well the lady we talked to walked away from us to help someone else. She looked puzzled and said someone was bringing a mattress up for us to look at. That making no sense at all then two guys walked in they said something about the store at the other end of the mall. It was a part of their store. Things were broken and thrown all around the place and no one was there. We left. I will NEVER go back to that store ever. If the customer service were good I would have bought a bed and it would be set up tonight as it is they lost a sale. How rude.
