I just had a box spring and two mattress delivered, I did not get the 2 men's names but the call telling me they where 15 minutes out came from Jody Pitts phone. I want to give them a great big thanks. They where very professional and quick. They cleaned up all the plastic and cardboard and where very polite. It is nice to know that there are people who do a great job. They need a big thank you from the owners of Ashleys.

Got a door good u load

I purchased a sofa and matching recliner about 2 years ago. The cushions on the sofa do not fully cover the sitting area of the sofa. The recliner mechanism broke so the chair doesn’t recline. I called Ashley In Beatrice and the manager said I would be charged 89$ to pick the recliner, then another fee for repair and another 89$ to return my recliner back to my home!!!! Absolutely the worst furniture I have ever purchased! Rude manager and NO SERVICE.

Sorry for the complaint I was wrong my husband rechecked my measurements and I measured wrong,he turned the mattress so I could read the label it was a queen size just what I ordered

Shopping for a deep seated sectional with chaise and an oversized round chair. Our budget was $6k. We walked thru the store 2x and both times walked right past 3-4 associates standing around a desk on their phones chitty chatting. Not once did anyone acknowledge us much less offer to help us find what we were looking for. VERY disappointed. I prefer to spend my money locally and support local business but we ended up driving north to Nebraska Furniture Mart where they were happy to assist.

Kristey was great helping us choose our new washer and dryer. The delivery team, Mike and Cody, were outstanding! Turns out our old W-D was one of the heaviest sets ever made (sorry guys!). But they did great hauling them out of the cellar and setting up our new ones, like the pro’s they are. We’ll be back!

DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! They promised us the world and didn't cover squat. Chair is ripping out on the arms (Which we were told was covered) at about exactly 5 years. They told us that this furniture set was discontinued so they couldn't repair it, which I understand but we were sold the warranty with the promise of any rips or tears being covered for the full 5 years. They claim this is normal wear and is not covered. They offered us store credit in the amount of the warranty. I will not buy anything here again. They apologized for THEIR Salesperson misleading us but won't back up what we were told. If you want to buy disposable furniture with no customer service...this is your store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! My SO and I worked with Jodi, and she was fantastic! We are in the process of furnishing a new build and have traveled several hours to furniture stores to find things that we were in love with. Jodi was patient in all of the time we spent there, helped measure, and showed interest in the finishes we picked out to help suggest furniture based off of our taste... Will definitely be back!

Kristey W was great with helping us select our furniture & when we got the call that our furniture was going to be delayed instead of date promised Kristey went above & beyond to get the delivery date back to the original date as planned. Today they delivered & hands down the two delivery guys where just amazing & polite!! Will be going here for any future furniture needs for sure!!

I am just thrilled to have new furniture coming. All of the staff at Ashley are wonderful, with a special Thank You to Jenny S. I was able to buy the king size bed of my dreams as well as a new furniture set. I had intended to buy a sectional couch, but when I was shown this beautiful set, I fell in love with it's comfort and style. It is perfect! Jenny found a way for me to get it all. My bed comes very soon and my furniture a little later so we have time to make room and whatnot. Thank you again for making my furniture dreams come true...I can't express how excited I am about my purchases.

Just had a horrible experience when purchasing a mattress from this store. Mattress was delivered 2 weeks before the base. Not really a big deal cause they had to order the base, but when trying to contact to ask how I can get the old mattress hauled away the woman I spoke to got very upset thst I wanted the mattress hailed away when I already had a delivery in a couple weeks.... I had to repeat that I know this but when they come how do I get the old mattress hauled away and she yelled at me saying there is nothing about it on the ticket. I told her again that when I visited the store a week ago I was told it could be an option for an extra fee so why cant this be set up now? Very angrily she finally said that when the delivery ppl call right before the delivery, I can set it up then... felt like it was was pulling teeth to get any answer on such a simple question and her attitude was very unprofessional. Setting up or at least getting information on how to have your old mattress removed after purchasing a $2000 order should not be so difficult. Should have took the warning when it took 20 min for a salesman to even notice we were in the mattress section of the store.

Monetse Sanchez was so great to work with. She made shopping for bedroom furniture fun. Moving to a new home wanted a Master Bedroom Set and a good mattress for my wife’s back. She was so patient and extremely knowledgeable, we feel we choose the best fit for our needs. She was also great with making sure we got the best pricing available. I also like the fact Ashley’s is right here in Grand Island-prefer to shop locally and have that hometown service.

Customer service was terrible. They gave us the run around for 2 weeks on the warranty for our furniture. They finally said they weren't going to cover anything. Why not tell us that from the beginning? Don't buy the extended warranty, they will just say everything is wear and tear and not cover it. Products are ok.

The delivery guys were respectful to my new walls and flooring and they worked quickly to set everything up. I could not be happier and will definitely shop here again. We wanted to support our local store, but unfortunately we did not get our appliances that we ordered for four months. We were continually given a new date that appliances would be in and when we called the date continued to get moved back further and further. We were also told we could not be given a refund or any of our money back for having to wait for four months. I hope others have great experiences, but unfortunately we will not be giving our business to Ashley’s in the future.

Never had a problem with the service and it helps that I know someone who works there.

They are the best place for furniture and appliances in the state, very friendly staff and tons of inventory to look at, great prices are just the icing on the cake! Highly recommend! Have never had a bad experience there, I have purchased from them many times over the years, quality furniture and TVs, they offer financing and same as cash options, so many items to look at and choose from in store and hundreds more on line, they now offer the "Purple " mattress along with other fine name brands in beds I will always be a customer!
