very unsatisfying buying a sectional that did not last a year, and paid 1,600 for it. i did talk to someone and had told me to bring it in but to fix it i was going to be charged 200! even after paying what i did. will never be buying from there again. i think if its going to be expensive like that it better be the sturdiest furniture ever 👎🏽not cheaply made.

We had the best experience with buying a sofa loveseat and recliner. Judy was THE BEST!! What a great personality and so friendly. We checked all over GI and had several quotes all over the place. We went to slumbering found exactly what we wanted but salesperson changed price on is 3 times after jumping through all their hoops and still couldn't give us a definitive quote. Went to the appliance place with furniture they gave us 3 quotes wich were all 3 highest of em all and not 100% what we wanted. Then at Ashley's we explained what we wanted and needed the sales rep 100% listened gave us options then found the perfect solution to our specific needs and cheaper then the other 2 we previously went to. Thanks to their patience we was heard and the rep listed to the details of our needs and being she was very knowledgeable about their products was able to make us suggestions and all with out having to go ba k and forth with thir suppliers or managers or someone else who was basically just pumping us for more money so GREAT JOB TO OUR SALES REP Judy! And a huge thank you from myself and my family!

Never buying anything from Ashley again. Took 3 months longer than what we were told to get stuff. Dresser came messed up and we didn't get delivery so we were told we had to take it to the warehouse to get it fixed. Fought them on that and they sent a rude guy to the house to fix the drawer. Also had paint chips and they gave us only 40 bucks back on an expensive dresser. Now putting the bed together it is also messed up. Terrible quality of manufacturing. They didn't even put a screw in a bracket because the side board is so far off from the main board. We spent 6k on this stuff you'd think it'd be better. Never buying from Ashley again and I would tell anyone to look else where for furniture.

I'm glad we have a location to see things in person, but be sure to do your research. I've bought a lot of Ashley brand furniture, but very little from our local store due to price differences. In my experience, Ashley has never been quick to fulfill orders regardless of where you order from. Plan accordingly, especially with the slow down of materials due to Covid. The local staff is super friendly, and I wish the Ashley model allowed their local stores to compete better with other outlets.

I fell for he whole 50 % off SCAM when the homeless people Ashley hires to hold signs for them where holding their summer sale this July I went with my wife to look for a new bed The sales staff name was Derek and was helpful the whole time we were there made me feel like I got the best deal of my life I spent over $12,000 on an entire new bedroom set everything was supposed to be the best of the best. That’s where anything good about Ashley Furniture completely ends! I as of November 28, 2020 still do not have my bedroom set! I sold my old bedroom set four days after purchasing my new one because I was assured by the staff there that the wait time would be no longer than six weeks six months later I still have no bedroom set I am living out of cardboard boxes in my bedroom The bed I purchased was originally 5000 dollars it felt nice when my wife and I Tried it out in the store and it felt very comfortable however the bed we received was hard as a rock it was such a difference we even checked the serial numbers on the mattresses to make sure that they were both the same! when we contacted Ashley Furniture about the hardness of the bed I was explained by every staff member and management who work there that bed would take at least one year to break in and no way with the new bed you receive NEW would never feel like one on the show room floor. My response was why put it on the show room floor then? I even bought the 365 package that they have that allows you to return any bed you purchase at any time for any reason, one time.it took me four trips to the store to receive the mattress off of the show room floor MY ADVICE IS RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE I see the manager has commented on some bad reviews of this same Ashley store in the past two weeks let’s see what you have to say about this... I went in looking to furnish my entire new home. I was greater nicely and I told the gentleman that I wanted to just look on my own and that I would ask if I needed help. He did check on me from time to time, which I didn't mind. The issue I have was him trying to push the Ashley Credit Card on me. As if that was the only way to buy furniture from the store. Then kept insulting me by quoting the "low monthly prices." As if I could not afford the furniture in one lump sum after I told him that paying for it was not the problem. Just because I wasn't dressed in a fancy outfit with high heels does not mean that I do not have the money to buy my own furniture!! I couldnt find items that I was wanting and did not appreciate being pushed to get something I do not want. Not to mention I tried searching for what I want on the touch screen computers. Of course there was only a handful of prices actually listed and the ones that had prices were lower then what the actual price came out at. So then you need to again talk to the salesman who then took 20 minutes to find the prices and get back to you. So I ended up leaving the store very dissatisfied!! You have a very nice store and good potential but you need to listen more closely to the customers instead of pushing your own agenda down their throat!!

Salesman (won't mention his name) was very cocky. We asked the price of a lift top coffeee table and he told us the price is on the sign. $889. It was how much??? He told us told us that no reasonable offer would be refused so give him an amount! They were having their $3 million liquidation sale today too! Since I did some research before going in, I knew the Ashley furniture website had the same exact coffee table for $502.99! He also stated if there was more we were interested in he could do better on the price! The salesman was very rude and was very hesitant to look up any prices for us, he said that they do price comparison of in town business. We pulled up the price of the table at Slumberland and showed them it was cheaper over there. He informed us they won't compare to their website! We left! Went over to Slumberland and ordered a coffee table from them, no pressure, considerate saleman over there, no outrageous prices for them to mark down to match their website prices or make it look like a sale! Will never step foot in Ashley again!

The store didn't have enough help. We walked in and no one said, hi. After being there for nearly 10 minutes, then someone offered to help. The prices weren't as cheap as an advertisement said. It was over $100+ than what was advertised.

Very disappointed in my visit today. Fell in love with a sofa. Because of the type of lighting, it was difficult to determine the true color. Asked if there was a fabric sample I could "check out" and was told no, they didn't do that. So then asked if I could check out a pillow in the fabric of the sofa. Offered my credit card as collateral. Again, the answer was no, they didn't do that either. Definitely not my idea of customer service. Well guess what Ashley Furniture? Very silly policy if you buy a matress in a box and you don't take it out of the box. You can't return it unless you buy a matress cover for it. Your matress covers are more than the ones I buy and I have allergies. Also, if it is Not out of the box or has been opened, then it obviously has not been tempered with. Crazy rule.
Went to find an ottoman that would match our couch. We live by Lincoln and we were back in the area for a wedding. I am a mom of 2 kids under 2, my husband was in the wedding party so I went with our children to see if there was anything we should even come back to look at together the next day. There were 7 members working the floor. I was in the store for over 20 minutes and walked the whole store having only had one salesman even acknowledge I was there. He commented on how my son liked the water feature and walked away. I found an ottoman I thought would work along with a couch that looked exactly like ours. They were not in the same area of the store. The top of the ottoman came off to be flipped over to be used as a cup holder. I took the top of the ottoman off and walked it over to the couch which was in front of the customer service desk, where 2 employees along with the manager were located. I took the piece back and went to the customer service desk. Frustrated I asked to speak to the manager, to find that he was one of the employees that would have watched me move he top of the ottoman around ( mind you I have my two children with me). I asked how many people were working the floor and why I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help, especially when moving furniture in front of them, he responded with he thought I was being helped. I was so frustrated! We choose not to buy the $400 ottoman there and purchased it from another Ashley Furniture store. We won’t be back!

I am so done doing business with Ashley Furniture. I have purchased all of my furniture there but I will no longer do so and I will no longer send family and friends their way. I have had issues not once but twice issuing an insurance claim to fix the cheap garbage they sell you. My sectional couch has a frame issue and I purchased the insurance for reasons like that so 1. They could order parts to fix it or 2. They order me a new couch. I was just told that parts for this particular couch has been discontinued so I cant get the issues resolved and that I would need to speak to another company to see if I could get a new one from them or else Im out of luck. When I purchased the insurance, the person who sold it to me told me if I had any issues with my purchase in the future that it would be no problem to file a claim and if they couldnt fix it I had the option to get a brand new one with out any hassels. I have been couchless for 3 weeks and the gentleman in charge of furniture claims says there is nothing wrong with my couch but he cant explain to me why there is a board sticking out of the material gouging into your back when you sit and that board also happens to be the reason the couch cushions slip out from under your butt when you sit down and has caused the velcrow to wear off and that when the couch part and the lounge part come together the back part where its suppose to be flesh together, there is a huge gap between the two. Ashley furniture, you suck at customer service and satisfaction.

Beautiful furniture. High prices,but high end furniture. Often has good sales and return or exchange policy usually works out well. Fun store to just dream through!!

I spent 25 minutes walking around the store and trying couches, recliners, and measuring to make sure what I was eyeing would fit. Unfortunately, no one ever came to help me. There were three employees within distance of me at the center desk but no one left to help me out. Off to Slumberland I go!
