We live over an hour away and had done a lot of research on sectionals before visiting. When I called to place an order, Alyssa did an excellent job explaining both the pros and cons of the one I was interested in. We waited until we could come into the store, and she was exceptional in helping us find the perfect sectional to fit our needs. She also gave us some great deals and discounts, which made the experience even better.

Then won't honor a $50 Ashley coupon received from your store' s website because.." we are Not an Ashley store..your store front clearly advertises differently! It's the principal of the fact..not the money. This was completely deceptive not once but twice. I should have walked out and gone back downtown where they were $50 cheaper with no smoke and mirrors!

I recently was looking for a few pieces of furniture, and I hit a remarkable sale! While that alone made me happy, the service I received far surpassed that. I worked very closely with Joshua, then was also helped by Geo and a couple other associates and all of them had such professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. This store helped my husband and I very graciously. We ordered chairs from Nebraska Furniture Mart that were Ashley furniture brand, and the NFM boxes didn’t have the parts to assemble one of the chairs. NFM was no help when I called and asked what to do regarding the situation. They told me to call an Ashley Furniture store. Luckily, I called this store and everyone I spoke to was so kind and they are shipping us the parts to assemble the chair at no charge. Such a wonderful and thoughtful act of kindness. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new furniture set. Josh was very kind and very helpful. We love that he gave us time to look around by ourselves and just kept checking in on us. We were shopping with 2 children that had a long day already and were tired, but he did not get frustrated with the chaos and made it a very pleasant trip for us. Dom and Damian were great when delivering our sectional! They called before coming, which I’m sure is standard practice but was still very nice. They were both mindful of my home when carrying in the large sectional pieces and made sure to not hit doorways and set pieces down carefully. The sectional was brought in and installed quickly and professionally. Dom even noted that one of the sectional legs was installed incorrectly and moved it to the right place. They were kind and professional!

Shermim helped us get a new king sized bed and mattress. She went above and beyond to help us check every option and to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. We will definitely be back again.

I was in Ashley Homestore today looking for some furniture, l got help from Mark S. He was AWESOME. So nice, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed, dresser, and even a fireplace tv stand that I’m in love with. He was very patient with me and my children who tagged along and were a handful. 5 star/ 10 out of 10 recommend.
