We were assisted by Rachel, who answered almost all of our questions immediately, and found the answers to the few she didn’t know quickly through the in-store computer, which was outstanding in the customer service aspect of our visit. We found just what we were looking for, along with a couple of end tables to go with our new recliners. We were taken care of very well from start to finish, and we’ll definitely return there again to have Rachel assist us with any future furniture needs. 👍

Store was pretty nice on the inside. I was walking for a few minutes and one of the staff members came up and tried to help me. I asked her about sectionals and that I wanted to look around for a bit. Everything I found was pretty expensive, but the quality felt pretty poor for everything that I tested out. The time that I was in there as well, I was never helped again at all even though she said she was going to talk to me again.

In reality if I could I would make this a negative 5 but I cant. Everything was great until the movers put a hole in my ceiling. After the fact it took them almost a month to get somebody out there to fix it however, the person that fixed it was the same person who put the hole in my ceiling not a certified contractor, and as you can imagine the patch job looks absolutely terrible. I also had them look at my recliner which has not worked correctly since having it and they still have yet to do anything about it. I do not recommend this store and I will not be purchasing anymore furniture from this company.

I have to say, I expected a much better customer service experience for the 3k I spent here. Part of my furniture was damaged in shipping, after the standard 3 week wait for delivery, that's frustrating enough, but what can you do? These things happen. They called the day before delivery & assured me that the replacement pieces were already ordered. Skip forward a week. I get a call & I'm figuring that it should be to arrange delivery. Nope. "We need you to sign something we forgot." Sure I can sign something you forgot last month when I was in to purchase my furniture. Oh, while you're on the phone, when can I expect delivery of my missing pieces? What missing pieces? Um, the ones that were damaged in shipping that are not in my home, that I was assured were ordered prior to my furniture being delivered incomplete. No, still not sure what that is? Oh well, it would be a console & a chase that complete the high priced sectional I purchased. No, still no record of that, & it's supposed to be in my home? Well, it's definitely NOT here. What are we going to do? This is pretty inconvenient. I'd think something could be done to rectify the problem & smooth it over. I was told that they would "look into it & call me back". This is day 3 after being told this. Still no call. I will not at this time be giving anyone a recommendation to get furniture here. Instead I would recommend this: If you're going to spend this kind of money on furniture, do yourselves a favor & take it to Bruce's, where you will receive the quality AND customer service you would expect for the price paid.

Every time I am in the market I stop here first. Been in sales for years and these salesmen and saleswoman are outstanding. The first big component is that they don’t lie. Too often at a location I feel the sale is the main goal, here my sleep and comfort was what they actually focused on. I’ve purchased furniture from here a few times and always it was simple and quick. Pei Pei especially always gets a smile. If you need something, call or stop by they are amazing.

Customer service is key to any business and at Ashley, these folks go above and beyond for their customers. The friendly, patient, hometown feel cannot be beat. Great quality furniture at a great price!

Found what we were looking for, the service was great and everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly.

Things in the store where okay in Kearney. It took 3 people to help us get info on the Couch. If I didn't like it so much we would of gone somewhere else. Prices were super inflated on every to make it look like a good sale was going on. Online the items were half the price of what was shown on the sticker in the store. Luckily it was still cheaper than online price by a couple of hundred of dollars When the couch was delivered they scratched up my front door with their carelessness and a part of one of the end tables feel off with in hours of it being at my house. We called and complained nothing has been done about it and we have to wait to hear back from the manager been almost a week and have heard nothing.

We found a great mattress with some great financing options at Ashley Homestore. Shermim was super patient and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had about 95 questions and she had the answers. In the end, we're very happy with our purchase and really look forward to some great sleep. Ashley had tons of mattress options and they weren't all a fit for us, but that's really the beauty of it. So many options for diverse sleep needs. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
