Dom and Damian were great when delivering our sectional! They called before coming, which I’m sure is standard practice but was still very nice. They were both mindful of my home when carrying in the large sectional pieces and made sure to not hit doorways and set pieces down carefully. The sectional was brought in and installed quickly and professionally. Dom even noted that one of the sectional legs was installed incorrectly and moved it to the right place. They were kind and professional!

Our family was in need of a new mattress for our teenage daughter and Shermim assisted us throughout the entire process. We came into the store twice to evaluate and compare the cost. Shermim is incredibly knowledgeable about the products at Ashley Home Store, she went out of her way to answer all our questions and came in on her day off to help us with the actual purchase! We ended up not only purchasing a new mattress, but walked out of there with a new leather couch and loveseat that was on clearance!

I was in Ashley Homestore today looking for some furniture, l got help from Mark S. He was AWESOME. So nice, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bed, dresser, and even a fireplace tv stand that I’m in love with. He was very patient with me and my children who tagged along and were a handful. 5 star/ 10 out of 10 recommend.

My wife and I were looking to buy new recliners for our great room, and we had an excellent experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Kearney. We were able to try out dozens of different models with just about every feature you could imagine, all without any pressure from the sales staff. We were assisted by Rachel, who answered almost all of our questions immediately, and found the answers to the few she didn’t know quickly through the in-store computer, which was outstanding in the customer service aspect of our visit. We found just what we were looking for, along with a couple of end tables to go with our new recliners. We were taken care of very well from start to finish, and we’ll definitely return there again to have Rachel assist us with any future furniture needs. 👍

Store was pretty nice on the inside. I was walking for a few minutes and one of the staff members came up and tried to help me. I asked her about sectionals and that I wanted to look around for a bit. Everything I found was pretty expensive, but the quality felt pretty poor for everything that I tested out. The time that I was in there as well, I was never helped again at all even though she said she was going to talk to me again.
