This store helped my husband and I very graciously. We ordered chairs from Nebraska Furniture Mart that were Ashley furniture brand, and the NFM boxes didn’t have the parts to assemble one of the chairs. NFM was no help when I called and asked what to do regarding the situation. They told me to call an Ashley Furniture store. Luckily, I called this store and everyone I spoke to was so kind and they are shipping us the parts to assemble the chair at no charge. Such a wonderful and thoughtful act of kindness. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new furniture set. Josh was very kind and very helpful. We love that he gave us time to look around by ourselves and just kept checking in on us. Dom and Damian were great when delivering our sectional! They called before coming, which I’m sure is standard practice but was still very nice. They were both mindful of my home when carrying in the large sectional pieces and made sure to not hit doorways and set pieces down carefully. The sectional was brought in and installed quickly and professionally. Dom even noted that one of the sectional legs was installed incorrectly and moved it to the right place. They were kind and professional!

Even with some truck issues, the delivery was made on time. With 4 guys working to haul and assemble the furniture, it didn’t take long to have our bedroom set up. Cole and Quinton did a great job and were very friendly.
