Ordered a dresser, good dresser. We did the pick up option, they don’t allow pickups on Sundays and I forgot. However, Jennifer was wonderful and since we drove so far, she went and picked up the item from storage herself even though the box was as big as she was. She was quick and friendly and helped us load it into our pickup. She deserves a raise! Will be shopping here again! Thanks Jennifer!

I have been very disappointed and frustrated with the service at Roth Platte Store. I was sold a mattress, frame and headboard that did not fit together. I returned the frame the day before Christmas and was told I would receive a refund in the mail. It’s a month later and no refund in sight. I tried to call the store and they hung up on me. Zero customer service. All these great reviews must be fake. An update. I was able to connect with someone at the store that was very helpful and resolved my issue it was a matter of misunderstanding on my part. I’m happy now and wish them the best

My husband and I ordered a couch which we were told would be there 5-6 weeks. We waited 5 weeks, were told that the couch was going to arrive on time. Week 6 came and nothing. My husband called just to be told a part of the couch we already paid for was discontinued. We never got a call or update on our order and the sales rep knew we were needing the couch ASAP. Will not be ordering or buying from them again. Very disappointed.

I got a huge sectional get delivered today and Victor and Ryan were the ones to deliver it. They did such a great job bringing in all the pieces and putting it together! They even played with my dog!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Jennifer and Shelby are the bees- knees. Buy a purple mattress here. Shop local.

I purchased a king mattress (store brand) in october. I was told I had to but the base and cover in case it wasn't comfortable I went in January cause mattress was too soft. Was told it was going to cost me almost the same as what id already paid on the first mattress. Sales lady kept trying get me to get a card through them so I'd only pay so much per month. I refused this option at least 3 times. I feel like I was duped when I bought the mattrees.

Sooooo thrilled! I worked with Colton and Ty today when they delivered and installed my daughter's new bed. It was definitely worth the installment!! We had been thinking about getting a new bed for some time but were not specifically looking locally. We went into Ashley actually searching for a bench for the end of the bed and ended up looking at, loving and buying a Tempur-Pedic bed system with Valery Crocker. Valery took her time with us and demonstrated several options. She is very knowledgeable about the products Ashley carries and about the ordering process. She was not pushy in the least and let us take our time. She asked us questions about our sleep habits in order to help us find the best set up. She is very kind and professional. Valery was wonderful! I called in to see if they had a certain mattress size in stock, and when I went in she had everything I needed ready to go. I ended up purchasing a sofa/loveseat/ottoman that I had my eye on due to NYE sales as well, and she was amazing during the whole process making it easy and smooth!

Cole (Schultz) and Brady delivered my sofa, loveseat, and coffee table today and WOW. I knew I’d love the pieces since I picked them out, but I’d been worried about actually getting them into my apartment…on the second floor…with no elevator… 😬 So not only did these gentlemen have three pieces to deliver, they had to bring them one by one down a narrow hallway, turn a corner, go UP a flight of stairs, turn a narrower corner and into my apartment. Did I mention these pieces are huge? Well, thanks to Cole and Brady, I didn’t need to worry one bit! I honestly am amazed at how easily and quickly they made the whole process go. Oh!! AND they got my current sofa out of the apartment just as easily, so….out the apartment door, around a narrow corner, DOWN a flight of stairs, around that other corner, and down the narrow hallway to their truck. So if you have a furniture delivery from Cole Schultz or Brady, rest assured you and your pieces are in excellent hands. Professional, kind, humorous, positive - these guys are real gems!!!
