Steve was incredibly helpful when he sent his workman to fix my adjustable bed, so my daughter could come home from the hospital and enjoy its comforts. I have never had a company of any kind care about their customers after the sale especially when its been almost ten years since I puchased the bed. Our experience with Vicky was 5 star! She wanted us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had sat on the loveseat, chair and ottoman in Cheyenne but didn’t purchase it there as they were going to charge us $425 for delivery to Torrington! When we arrived in Scottsbluff they did not have the one we wanted on the floor and Vicky showed us another set but knew we wouldn’t be happy with it. I showed her our small living room and she had some good suggestions but didn’t want us to order something that wouldn’t fit or that we weren’t pleased with. Went home and did some serious measuring (my husband cut cardboard the same measurements of the 3 pieces which was easy to move around instead of taping the measurements to the floor). With Vicky’s suggestions it fit. We ordered and delivery is free to Torrington to threshold and only $129 set up and packaging thrown away! Will rate delivery and furniture when we receive all 3 items.

Bought almost 6000 worth of items from Ashley! Sales manager is a jerk! Recliner broke three months after purchase! They said they wood Check into it. Somewhere in the next ten days. Said they would be here February 6 to look at chair! No show! No service behind sales lousy company!!!!!!??

Best customer service ever! Steve at this store has went above and beyond his job description to help me from clear across the country! Most stores are there for you for the sale but disappear after. The older female that assisted me at the Scottsbluff location was rude and not helpful. I would have purchased, but her immediate attitude and apparent frustration with me was very obvious as I asked normal questions before one would make a purchase should. I do not recommend this location.

Can't give this place no stars would if I could. Bought 2 living room sets advertised as suede leather(not). Both sets of furniture broke in less then 6 months.(Frames) Dont ever by anything with the Ashley brand on it!!!

The staff knew that I was coming to pick up a new mattress that I had a store credit as a mattress cover company had honored their warranty. I have been very patient and waited for a replacement to be ordered. After over a month I have been told that they no longer carried that mattress so I chose another mattress to replace the damaged one. The staff was very hasty in dismissing me and only one salesperson working with a man behind a desk who was less than helpful and rather rude. I will never come back to this or any other Ashley Furniture store. The people here seem shady and are less than helpful. Do not shop here ever. The worst furniture store there is.

Steve is the worst!! Horrible customer service. I spent over $2,000 on living room furniture and warranty insurance. Over 6 months to have it delivered. Less than a month the recliner broke and I got the run around back and forth that Ashley's and the insurance neither wanted to cover it. Finally I did convince Ashley's to come look at the chair and they were going to charge me $35 to look if it was really broken or just not put together correctly. Well it really was broken so they took the chair. I had a broken chair in my home for a month before they came. They took the chair to replace it. I got a call today weeks later that they will return my chair tomorrow broken. They will not fix it or replace it. I was told I lied about the damage I was told even a grown man could not do that damage and i probably dropped it out of a truck. I asked what I should do next. He told me either order another or chair or find someone who can fix it! I said I have that insurance but it's passed 10 days now. He said call them and just make up a story or they won't fix it. I have NEVER Been treated so poorly by a customer service representative! Very disappointed and I hope I can get my chair fix so I'm not out $378.00

Do. Not. Shop. At. This. Store. If I could give it no stars I would. This store is a joke, they have no idea about the financing they offer or how it works and have been the biggest nightmare to deal with, especially as the sales associate has no idea what is going on, refuses to do her job and then threatened LEGAL ACTION. Plus, you can find way better quality, way better priced home furnishings online that you will be enjoying way sooner than by shopping with these clowns.

Delivery guys drove right past my house and said they were too hungover to deliver. Called to talk to their manager and he was very rude to us, he apparently thinks a customer would make something crazy like that up(the deliver kids must have went back and told him they had pink eye after they told me they were hungover). Then waited a week longer and didnt hear back, cancelled our order without letting us know because i let the BBB know about their poor business practices, then they claimed they sent a check that we havent seen. Hell of a way to do business.

Ashley franchises these homestores and then they can do whatever they want when it comes to delivery and customer service. I ordered online with FREE doorstep delivery and Steve called when it arrived and said i could come pickup my dresser. I explained i selected free doorstep delivery and he stated he will not deliver it due to it being far away. So whats the point of it being offered if you refuse to do even when the online has you select your zip code and it finds the closest store?! Corporate basically said there was nothing they can do either about the situation since its a franchise. Definitely will continue to do our business with the Ashley in Rapid City after this ordeal.

Placed an order for a bed set in March, it’s now July and still no bed set.

The employees are fantastic and helpful. Manager is not. Had to order a couch through this store. It came broken in 3 spots and filled with visible bugs. When I called to ask if I could receive a new one, he answered with "not my problem." Don't recommend.

The price is right for how much you pay but the items to choose from are limited.

I bought a couch here and I regret it my home is NoW infested with BED BUGS!!! By trying to save money on a couch I ended spending so much more. Owner denies it and is still making me pay for the couch.

Bed BUGS stay AWAY!! I wouldn't give this place any stars at all I bought a box spring from them a little over a year ago and its now broken not good quality at all and when I walked into the store the manger was cussing at one of her co works I guess that is normal for them horrible service horrible products never again will I ever go to buy anything from them ever the experience overall was horrible. On top of that they gave me bed bugs never had them before and lived at the current residence for years

We stopped at two places for beds today. The first place was, shall I say lackluster, the lady who tried to help us, wasn't that helpful. Ashley Home Store was a polar opposite. We were greeted with a smile, to told her what we wanted. We were taken to the bedding area, layer on a few beds, and ordered what we liked. We might have paid more for what we ordered, but the customer service was worth it.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced by far. The delivery guys were great. No response to phone calls. Now we are closed 2 days a week but how would anyone know that. No way to leave a message. Online still shows open those days. This was my last email to them. They didnt respond. I had to call them myself. I have not heard a thing from you. Here we are a week later with no response again. I guess I will be going to my bank today taking back my money from you and head over to where I can get furniture now. How frustrating to have a new house but cant have people over for a place to sit. I understand the issues with covid and shipping. I just would have rather had better communication. I gave you all over $1000.00 and you have not bothered to call. This is the only communication that has even taken place. I am in the customer service industry and communication is the key no matter if my couch is in India. I will not be back for furniture ever again. You can take my name off your mailing list. This has to be the WORST place to buy furniture in the area!! What kind of a company leaves a woman and her family with no furniture with a new baby and her children!!! THEY ALREADY PAID FOR IT And NEVER GOT A DELIVERY, and you REFUSED to give her a refund!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Pathetic example of customer service!! That's called stealing and you WILL be reported to the BBB!!

If I could give no stars I would. Husband and I initially bought new living room furniture and the coffee table was slightly damaged when we recieved it. The scratch was small and on the side where it won't be noticed so we didn't bother to say anything but it was obvious from the big rip in the box it came in that it hadn't been handled properly. We went back a couple weeks later to order mattresses. We needed the mattresses in about 3 weeks for some family that was coming. The mattresses we originally chose we were told wouldn't be in until possibly July (it was May 16th when we were in the store). So we asked if there were any that WOULD be in on time and Steve told us if we went with a different mattress we would have it in time. So we changed our order to this other mattress Steve recommend even though it wasn't our first choice. The time for our mattresses to come in came and went. My husband called and Steve told him they'd been backed up. Steve said they are sending us the floor model (supposedly professionally cleaned but I have my doubts) so that we will have at least ONE bed before our company arrives but the other bed is not expected to be in before we need it. They are refusing to discount us for the fact that it's the floor model. We asked if we could just get a refund instead and Steve said no. So now we are stuck paying for a floor model at the price of a new mattress, we aren't getting the mattresses we actually wanted, and one of them won't even be here on time. What a joke! We were going to furnish our kitchen through this store as well but obviously have changed our minds.

If it was possible to give a less than zero Rating I would. The store manager Steve and his assistant Vicky are not so nice. Very Rude, Unprofessional and disrespectful especially over the phone. We ordered a special order and waited 2 months to receive the sofa and loveseat. They called me to advise it was here and it could be picked up. My 2 sons went to pick up and were received by Steve who was very short with them gave them the Loveseat and said that was it. After he was asked if this was it, he rudely answered YEP. My son went on to ask well where is the other part or what happened? He answered he didn't know and we could figure it out on Monday. I called the office and spoke to Vicky who stated I would need to wait because the "office gal" was not in. And by the looks of it the other piece was picked up already. I told her that I needed some better answers and I wanted to know what happened she then must have put me on hold because I was speaking to music. Then Steve answered "Well what do you want me to do?" He said this several times until I asked that I wanted an answer He then said No one was there it was Friday evening and everyone went home. In the background Vicky asked if I would like for my employer to be calling me when I am in PTO (she was laughing) Then Steve said you know what bring the piece back and I'll give you a refund. I said ok will I get my refund immediately he responded well I don't know we will see....all in all I feel like they do not take pride in their business. They don't care about anything or anyone and they are very rude. He called the warehouse person and said be sure everything is there and it's not damaged.....He said not one word to me only that he wanted the card I used for the purchase. He gave me a receipt of refund which I'm sure if there were not others in the Store he probably would have thrown it at me. I still have not recieved my refund. I will never go back there. This is the WORST place to go.

Terrible experience. We were helping a friend pick up a couch on warranty. (She is in a wheelchair and only form of transportation is on the bus, which does not run after 6 pm) The previous couch she purchased fell apart and the store refused to deliver her the new one. So we lined up a truck for pick up. We called this morning to make sure it was the correct couch and that we could pick it up after 5. We were told they would be there until 6. Upon arriving and getting the wheelchair Into the completely unaccesable store, we were greeted by an elderly sales woman who didn't even say hello. She said, "Are you here to pick something up!? You need to hurry You aren't even in the right building. It's way over there and you need to hurry!!! They are ready to leave." As she was huffing and rudely yelling this at us, we were already on our way back outside and across the uneven dirt parking lot, IN A WHEELCHAIR to the warehouse.(120yards away) This woman could have easily said she could call and ask them to please wait, she could have even said, "its only 5:15 you have 45 minutes before we close. " but instead she decided to greet us with panic and rudeness. Making the experience completely stressful. In the warehouse we were given the couch and told to sign papers. WE had to make sure it was the right couch as they didn't even want to check our paper work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. This review isn't even mentioning the countless phone calls and altercations it took to get the warranty replaced on the $1600 couch in the first place.

My daughter bought me a bed there for Christmas. Most comfortable bed I've ever had!

I ordered a chair in December to go with a couch we'd purchased a week earlier at Ashley Home Store. The manager, Steve, agreed to let me put down half for the chair instead of paying in full because it was not in stock & would have to be ordered. He let me know it might take up to 6 weeks for delivery. After waiting a few weeks (not six) I called to get an update on the status of the delivery. I spoke with the same manager who told me it had already arrived. I asked when & he said "it just arrived. Some time last week." Irritated I said I'd be there soon to pick it up. The first associate who met me asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I was there to pick up a chair. She asked if anyone called me about it & I said no & that I was irritated because of it. She began to explain how sometimes things get delivered & before finishing her thought stopped & said "you look bent out of shape so I'll just take you to the manager & you only have to tell this to someone once." She took me to Steve who pulled up my order & asked if I'd be paying in full. I answered by telling him I was irritated that no one had called to tell me my order had arrived. Steve told me no one had called because my order had not been payed for. What followed was a circular argument about how I didn't get a call about my order arriving & myself asking how I was supposed to know I needed to come pay & take my order if no one had called me. Seeing that this was going nowhere I told Steve he could refund the money I'd put down which he quickly agreed to & informed me that because the item was now in stock there would be a 20% restocking fee. I said no & he told me that was what I agreed to in the contract I signed. I continued to disagree with the manager who eventually told me, with a wave of his fingers, that he wasn't "dealing with me anymore. Bye" I angrily walked away while telling Steve to "'F' off." After spending years in customer service industries I understand that customers or clients become displeased, upset or angry. Your goal, as an employee in this situation is to deescalate & let the customer speak & help them leave happy or, at least, content. When Steve found I was irritated his first reaction was to place the blame on me. Which escalated my emotion to angry. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley Home Store again & now regret furnishing a livingroom, kitchen & multiple bedrooms through this store. I'd give less than one star of I could.

Nice place to shop

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Steve the owner of Scottsbluff Nebraska store was very rude and unfair. We ordered an entertainment stand, and a beautiful table from him. Our stuff was delivered 8 weeks later, entertainment stand was damaged, but will be replaced with new thankfully. This was a process in itself seeing that every time I called when having a missed call no one knew why I had a call. When I finally called to see what would be done I was called a liar and told I had been trying to get contacted three separate times. My table was beautiful but the wrong chairs where ordered for my counter height table I got dining room chairs. I was left with no chairs for a month and when I did receive the right chairs they would not change the price for my chairs. Which was a 140.00 difference. Cant believe people treat people this way. Very sad will never go back. To me it is like they stole from me. He said to me if you would of owed me money would you have came and paid me more money. When I told him yes if that is what it took to get the right chairs, he questioned my answer and said his finally answer was no. It was my fault the wrong chairs where ordered.

The sales ladies are great and helpful. However, the quality of furniture does not match the price. 50% of the drawers and cupboard doors I opened would not shut again. When I shop local I want to be able to buy it and take it home today. While I realize they can't possibly keep everything in Stock they didn't even have their best selling mattress in Stock. You have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for everything in that store unless you want the floor model and several of their floor model bedframes were already broken. I am going to stick to shopping online. The prices online are a lot more reasonable for comparable quality or better than what Ashleys offers. Shipping online is usually free or a small amount. (Ashley would charge me 45 dollars to deliver) Most of the time the items come within a week when I order online. Ashleys charges a 20% restocking fee even if the item has not arrived in the store and you never picked it up. Because their furniture is well over priced that usually ends up being 100 dollars or more. Most online places you just have to pay return shipping or they cover the cost of the returns.

We bought a couch and loveseat set covered in Durablend from Ashley Furniture in Scottsbluff, Ne about 4 years ago February 2014 I believe. Within 2 years the cover started to bubble and then peel off. We contacted the company that they sold us the special protection plan thru of which they, Ashley Furniture claimed would cover anything even if your kids cut cup holders into the armrests. The company of course said they don't cover the bubbling and peeling because that is a manufacturer defect. So we contacted the Ashley Furniture Store in Scottsbluff, Ne where we bought the set from and talked to the sales lady who sold them to us, I believe her name was Amber. She said she had a set that did the same thing. Anyways she said they couldn't do anything since it was past the warranty. This was the first brand new furniture set we ever bought and it didn't last under normal use over 2 years. We just recently seen that others have had the same problem. The fact that they sold us the special insurance and it didn't do us any good is upsetting. We wanted to take care of our "new" furniture so we bought it just in case something happened. It was rather misleading I would say considering this problem with their Durablend furniture existed but failed to mention it to us. We saved up to buy "new" furniture and Ashley Furniture didn't stand by their product and now we are still sitting on embarrassing furniture.
