For a community as small as ours for them to charge over $1,000 for a mattress is ridiculous
Bought almost 6000 worth of items from Ashley! Sales manager is a jerk! Recliner broke three months after purchase! They said they wood Check into it. Somewhere in the next ten days. Said they would be here February 6 to look at chair! No show! No service behind sales lousy company!!!!!!??
I had phenomenal experience at Ashley Furniture in Scottsbluff. Vicki was very nice and accommodating to work with. The delivery guy JP, brought it all of your furniture and set it up quickly
Purchased a recliner from Vicky in mid October. It arrived the first week of December. It was well worth the wait. I picked it up, took it home and immediately noticed a flaw in craftsmanship. It didn't sit right and the back felt different from the one in the store. The recliner made a loud popping noise when reclining. I contacted Vicky mid December and Ashley sent a repairman (JP) to assess the situation. JP was on point as soon as I described the issue. In less than 2 minutes he had the recliner apart and verified the issue just as he suspected. Steve contacted me a few days later and within a week he contacted me again to schedule an appointment to swap out the recliner. JP and Sam arrived early, were very polite and respectful, removed the damaged recliner and set up the new one. These guys performed their job to perfection. Never as much as knocked the dust off the wall. Was extremely careful to not damage the walls and was very considerate with cleaning their shoes before entering the residence. I received first class service from Steve and Vicky and first class service from JP and Sam. Couldn't ask for more.
The store has a very welcoming and cozy environment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Furniture looks great and the delivery guys were fast , efficient and over all did their jobs very well. Would recommend.
Vickie was amazing and so helpful! Our order with another place fell through and they were able to get us all set up in time for the holidays!!!!!!!
We had an all around great experience with Ashley furniture- my husband and I picked out 2 chairs, everyone that helped us with the checkout process was great and it took about 2 weeks to recieve. JP and Kenny dropped off the chairs today, they were fast, set everything up perfectly and JP created a rapport with me and was just super kind. A+++ thanks so much!! The Lanes
