Can't give this place no stars would if I could. Bought 2 living room sets advertised as suede leather(not). Both sets of furniture broke in less then 6 months.(Frames) Dont ever by anything with the Ashley brand on it!!!
The staff knew that I was coming to pick up a new mattress that I had a store credit as a mattress cover company had honored their warranty. I have been very patient and waited for a replacement to be ordered. After over a month I have been told that they no longer carried that mattress so I chose another mattress to replace the damaged one. The staff was very hasty in dismissing me and only one salesperson working with a man behind a desk who was less than helpful and rather rude. I will never come back to this or any other Ashley Furniture store. The people here seem shady and are less than helpful. Do not shop here ever. The worst furniture store there is.

Steve is the worst!! Horrible customer service. I spent over $2,000 on living room furniture and warranty insurance. Over 6 months to have it delivered. Less than a month the recliner broke and I got the run around back and forth that Ashley's and the insurance neither wanted to cover it. Finally I did convince Ashley's to come look at the chair and they were going to charge me $35 to look if it was really broken or just not put together correctly. Well it really was broken so they took the chair. I had a broken chair in my home for a month before they came. They took the chair to replace it. I got a call today weeks later that they will return my chair tomorrow broken. They will not fix it or replace it. I was told I lied about the damage I was told even a grown man could not do that damage and i probably dropped it out of a truck. I asked what I should do next. He told me either order another or chair or find someone who can fix it! I said I have that insurance but it's passed 10 days now. He said call them and just make up a story or they won't fix it. I have NEVER Been treated so poorly by a customer service representative! Very disappointed and I hope I can get my chair fix so I'm not out $378.00
Do. Not. Shop. At. This. Store. If I could give it no stars I would. This store is a joke, they have no idea about the financing they offer or how it works and have been the biggest nightmare to deal with, especially as the sales associate has no idea what is going on, refuses to do her job and then threatened LEGAL ACTION. Plus, you can find way better quality, way better priced home furnishings online that you will be enjoying way sooner than by shopping with these clowns.
Delivery guys drove right past my house and said they were too hungover to deliver. Called to talk to their manager and he was very rude to us, he apparently thinks a customer would make something crazy like that up(the deliver kids must have went back and told him they had pink eye after they told me they were hungover). Then waited a week longer and didnt hear back, cancelled our order without letting us know because i let the BBB know about their poor business practices, then they claimed they sent a check that we havent seen. Hell of a way to do business.
Ashley franchises these homestores and then they can do whatever they want when it comes to delivery and customer service. I ordered online with FREE doorstep delivery and Steve called when it arrived and said i could come pickup my dresser. I explained i selected free doorstep delivery and he stated he will not deliver it due to it being far away. So whats the point of it being offered if you refuse to do even when the online has you select your zip code and it finds the closest store?! Corporate basically said there was nothing they can do either about the situation since its a franchise. Definitely will continue to do our business with the Ashley in Rapid City after this ordeal.
