This has been the best experience in Ashley furniture EVER!!!! Ana Rosales is one of the best experts there. All of the employees and managers are awesome here. This location feels like you walked into furniture heaven. Ana knows her products extremely well. Very thorough and detailed and gives you a start quality treatment as of your a celebrity walking down the red carpet. I will definitely shop here again and again.

I was having a hard time finding a living room set, So I just went to Ashley's on Sunset and Jasmine helped me on a Wednesday, we couldn't find want I wanted but did find a mattress. I advised Jasmine I would come back Friday for bedding. Jasmine and Chris with Acima search for the perfect living brown set I was looking when I went back on Sunday...I really appreciate all the effort.i ended up buying a bedframe at a really good deal using the Acima with Chris who is truly amazing. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

The store is a great place to go see a ton of different styles and ideas. 4 stars because there’s no less than 40 sales people waiting and staring. As soon as you make eye contact they start approaching and asking if you need help. Anxiety inducing when you just want to walk around and look.

I purchased an Ashley brand (firm) mattress from this store for a vacation home. The mattress was delivered at the end of October but not slept in until the end of November. After 1 nights sleep it was clear that there’s a problem with the mattress. One side of the mattress was very soft and “sucked us in”, it was nothing like previous firm mattresses I’ve had nor was it like what we laid on in the store. I went to the store to ask about their mattress guarantee policy only to be told that the policy doesn’t apply to the Ashley brand. I then had to create a ticket for a service technician to come to my house and inspect the mattress. In order to accommodate this I had to rearrange my travel plans. The technician read me his report which verified that the there is a problem with the rails in the mattress and he said that Ashley would follow up the next week. Fast forward to a week later and I still hadn’t heard from them. When I called, I spent 30 minutes on hold while the representative tried to figure it out. She ended up creating a new ticket number and said to give them 3 business days. On the 4th business day I’m being told that I need a second tech visit for “clarity”, apparently they don’t trust the first guy. 😵‍💫 I’ll never buy from Ashley again and I recommend NOT purchasing anything with the Ashley brand.

This store is located on the southside of the Galleria at Sunset Mall along Mall Ring Circle. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the store and with very convenient store hours of operations. We were there to purchase a new bed frame and were taken care of by Johnny and Mark, who both did a great job assisting us in making our selection. The store is large and provides the customer with a wide variety of options to choose from excellent price points. At no time did we feel any type of pressure, as a matter of fact we came back several times over the course of several days before making a final selection after visiting several other furniture stores in the area. As of this post, we are waiting for the bed frame to arrive in early December but expect no problems and will update this otherwise.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I clearly told my sales representative that I needed my new couches to arrive before Thanksgiving, and we agreed on a delivery date based on that. Today I was informed that I will not be receiving my furniture until December 2 because one of the items is not in stock until then. If this was known at the time of purchase, I don’t understand why it was not disclosed to me—especially after I expressed that having the couches before the holiday was my main concern. It feels as though my urgency was ignored just so the sale could be made, and that is very frustrating. At this point, I am seriously reconsidering doing business here again.

There is no auto pay facility in their payment section and you have to deal every month to pay. you have to drive every month to their store to pay. just buy cash and DONT RUIN YOUR CREDIT. I FEEL ITS SCAM FROM THEM TO MAKE MONEY OFF LATE FEE AND THEN JUMBO INTEREST RATE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CREDIT SYSTEM

Working with Ashley furniture was a disaster from start to finish. First off the guy who created us in the store promised not to be pushy but then proceeded to follow us through the whole store. We picked a couch that said one price but when we checked out it was a very different more expensive price. Then they demanded that we buy their protection plan and when we refused the manager all but called me stupid saying it was a “no brainer” and I had to decline it five times for them to finally get the point. Then when we were checking out they made me sign their electronic pad. When I asked what I was signing he just told me it was the price and no big deal just sign it. When we finally got to the car and saw the breakdown I realized I had signed agreeing to a $400 delivery fee that was never once discussed. Also I was told part of my furniture would be delayed. They quoted me a date. That date came and they had a two day delay. When that date arrived they called again and said it still wasn’t in and that they couldn’t even give me an estimate as to when it would arrive. When I asked for a refund of my delivery fee she just said she couldn’t do that without manager approval but didn’t offer to talk to a manager about it. I still do not have my furniture and I can honestly say I will never buy from Ashley ever again. They were pushy and unclear about pricing and didn’t deliver as promised. If I could give them zero stars I would have. Do not shop here!

Today, me and my family got a table with chairs and a sofa. Ana assisted us through the whole process. She was so friendly, funny, helpful and informative. She talked through all the pricing options and respected our budget for what we were looking for. If you're looking to find something for your home, don't hesitate to come in! There are amazing sales reps like Ana who are understanding and can work to get you the perfect furniture for your home!

They have some nice stuff but they are shady as hell. If you want a refund you will get the biggest run around and wait a month for your refund. I also got a dresser from there that a full month later I still cannot put clothing into the drawers because of the horrific chemical smell; like why would you treat a piece of furniture this way that you know it’s whole purpose is to hold clothes?? No more Ashley for me

Furniture looks good but don't be decieved poor quality. If you look under the ding chair some have no wood underneath only a cushion with missing support. Same with sofas and recliner.

We had a great shopping experience with our salesperson. However, we were sold a bed frame in May for their Memorial Day sale and told the product would be in within two to three weeks. It is now September and we’ve received no correspondence from anybody about the order arriving. We’ve had to call the customer service line multiple times to follow up on a misleading purchase order. It’s been an overall disappointing experience, unfortunately.

I only got 1/2 my order and it's going to take an extra month to get 5 more pieces. Unacceptable.

We have had the worst experience here. Purchased a mattress and when it was delivered they dropped it in the process breaking the side, trying to get any sort of response from the store or any customer service has been impossible. We have had to physically go by the store 3 times and have been on hold to many times to count. Trying to get it replaced has been the worst experience ever. I do not recommend shopping here and will never be back. RC Willy is across the street and so much better experience. I only gave this place a 1 star because it would not let me do zero. Initially we were excited when the store opened but after the last 6 weeks experiences I'm disgusted.

Irwin Feder was the awesome sales representative that we dealt with today. He wasn’t pushy at all but was right there to answer our questions. He was very warm, friendly and professional. Irwin was very knowledgeable when explaining the bedroom sets that caught our interest. He was able to explain all the differences in each one. Due to his knowledge we were able decide and purchase a complete bedroom set and mattress. Irwin was such a joy to work with that we ended up leaving as friends. We highly recommend irwin for your furniture needs. Just remember he’s not there on Thursdays and Fridays because he’s out enjoying life to the fullest!

Salesman wasn't helping to make the sale. Minimal info was given regarding the sofas. I had a better experience online. This place is pricey and in need of customer service training. Thankfully, Walker Furniture salesman took really good care of us. Spent about $2,300.00 Ashley Furniture salesman have to step their game up. Their furniture is old school and expensive for no reason.

If i could be zero stars I definitely would. I went into the store and ordered 3 dressers on Saturday, April 12th. I was told all items would be delivered on Friday, April 18th. I was told to make sure to confirm the call / text i would receive to confirm delivery which i did on Tuesday, April 15th. Well today I receive a call telling me that now it won't be delivered until the middle of May. When I called the customer care number they said there was nothing they could do as 1 dresser was suddenly not available i said so cancel that and deliver the other 2 they told me they couldn't do that. I then called the store and asked to speak to a supervisor (which i was told they were off) and nobody could do anything. So apparently they would rather me cancel the entire order instead of keeping the 2 pieces. Since nobody is able to correct this

Very easy to work with when we were moving and we had no idea when we would find a house and move in. Ordered all our furniture and it will be delivered on the date we requested.

When we returned with our daughter to try the bed out, we received the same service. The paper work went quickly and out the door we went. The warehouse staff was equally friendly, and our questions were answered clearly and promptly. One suggestion, when entering in the dirct middle, the old sign says to the left. Otherwise, great!

Store lied multiple times to make the sale. I canceled an online order because store said they could match the shipping, turns out they lied. There was no resolution and they did not fix the issue, so I canceled again and bought from a more reputable dealer. Would never buy anything from the store or site again.

Service and delivery were great! I could do without the incessant follow up calls though. We told yall the first time it was great. We didn’t need 4 other follow up calls after that.

Went in to the store to buy a couch and recliner. Salesperson approached us, and we told him we were just looking. He let us know his name and to let him know if we had any questions. No pressure. We found what we were looking for and decided to buy them. Easy purchase experience. Day before delivery, got a text confirmation of our delivery window. Day of delivery, they arrived at the beginning of our deliver window. Recliner arrived as ordered, but instead of a couch, they had a loveseat. I accepted the recliner, and rejected the loveseat and figured later in the morning, I'd call the store to figure out what happens next. The delivery vendor called ME, even before the truck left and said her driver reported that there was a mixup with what was sent. She advised that she was opening a ticket and someone from the store would contact me. I didn't have to do anything. Turns out a mistake was made in ordering and the order confirmation we had did show a loveseat, but we wanted the couch. I didn't want to miss the call later that day, so I called the store, and the person who answered already knew my situation and said he was still working on it and once he had it figured out, he'd give me a call. The next day, he called me back and stated that they didn't have the couch in stock, but it would be here by 4/1. He took responsibility for the mix-up (even though honestly, yeah, the salesperson made a mistake, but I didn't catch it either, so it's just as much on me). Yesterday, we got the text confirmation for our delivery window. This morning they arrived first thing with the couch, set it up, made sure it was in good order, and that was that. PLUS, right after they left, the store called me within a few minutes to make sure everything was ok! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and even though a mistake was made, they just took care of it proactively. This will always be my first stop when buying furniture.

Kim was a wonderful to work with in purchasing my new furniture. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Also had an additional question, after the sale and called the store and spoke with Jose, who researched my question, and called me right back like he said he would.

We purches a carpet 1 1/2 months ago and never received it the day the manager and the sales representative guaranteed. I called to see the order status and by my surprise they informed me that the carpet was not going to be delivered on till July. So I requested for them to cancel my order and for my refund since the order was never completed. It's been 2-3 weeks since the call and I been calling to see any update on the the refund but nothing they keep on saying they are going to be working on it "LIE". I just checked my bank statement and I have a $89.20 charge from Ashley furniture. They charge my card with out my concent and costumer service doesn't know the reason for my card been charge. Crazy work if you tell me! I been requesting for my refund for 2-3weeks and instead they charge me $89.20 with out my consent and the crazy work is that they don't have a reason for the charge. Ashley please fix this.

Just had the best experience furniture shopping in Ashely furniture. I did my homework prior to coming in. So me and my husband knew what style we wanted. We were immediately met with a warm greeting from Shawn and he was amazing w/great energy. We also met and worked Chris w/Acima that helped with financing. He was awesome to work with and was very thorough/professional. I mean chef kiss 💋. We left with a whole living room set, bed/matress, book shelf, chairs for our new home. This was by far the best experience I have had furniture shopping. Will be back for more as we expand. Don’t question the decision, come see for yourself!

This store is extremely unresponsive. They are happy to take your money but offer zero customer support. I had a piece of furniture delivered. They delivery crew screwed up the install and stripped the hardware so I could not correct their mistake. I tried the email address and phone number provided by the salesmen, neither got any response from the store. The call center is slightly helpful but I would find another place to spend you money. This location provided to me they do not care about the customer.

As I walked in the store there was no one to assist me I waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one approached me to help me find what I I was looking for there was no good selections on small dining room tables or chairs I end up going to Walker furniture and found exactly what I needed and had to help I need it as I walked in the door

They changed the delivery date without informing me. I waited today and decided to call customer service and that’s when I got the information. Poor service.

Made at least 5 calls into the Henderson store to check the availability of a Havalance end table. I could not get to the store from 10AM to 11 AM, because the store didn't change to day light savings on their answering system. On one occasion the store associate answered without identifying himself or the store and said "hang on". The other two calls I could barely understand the associates English. Not a positive experience for a life long customer. Thanks

Wife and I walked into Ashley Furniture in Henderson and they were running a President’s Day special. Osmany and Adriana provided us with excellent service. Very pleased with the furniture choices and the customer service.

The in-store service was fine as was the selection. The only frustration is having to wait two weeks for delivery of something that is in stock.

Unfortunately, a horrible experience. I will start by saying that Seth our sales person was very amicable friendly and really helped us around this store. He made lots of promises that he’ll get the best pricing for us that he would keep us happy and was very helpful in finding the sofa and finding the expensive bedroom set, and all of our Purchase. And we were buying a large amount as we were establishing a new residence in the area. . Then it got to Adriana, and since then it went downhill. The pricing seemed great and friendly, and they promised us all kinds of things and how fast things would get to us. Then come delivery time only some of the furniture showed up and some of the other furniture, which was promised to us wasn’t gonna be until mid late March and there were a ton of inconveniences. And every time we question them or try to get information, it was a nightmare trying to get proper customer service, whether it was online with Ashley whether it was from the warehouse or whether it was for Adriana. Then we found out that Adriana charged us $500 for an extended warranty when we very specifically said we do not want the extended warranty. When we asked about it, she said that was the only way she gave us the better pricing as if we took that, but that was never disclosed to us. I don’t need to pay the Shell game give me the best price you can and let me make my decision, especially when I said I didn’t want the extended warranty. As for the other furniture that just never was delivered I still haven’t gotten a credit on my statement and it’s been nearly 60 days. Then they said to to make us happy they promised us so we could go out and pick up two pillows to the best pillows as possible so we came back into the store, trying to be friendly and said OK that would be fair and we picked out two pillows. Here we are almost 3 1/2 weeks later and the pillows still haven’t been sent to us. Do you realize I can get pillows at target, Walmart or any other furniture store almost instantly. Then when we walked in to talk to them one of the sales people came up and said hey what can I do for you and when we said we were just here to talk to customer service the amount of rudeness was unbelievable. Listen bottom line is I have shopped for furniture many times over my 58 years on this planet and the customer service here while that first was great, really really turn sour. I would not shop at this store. You can get the same furniture at the same level and be Treated professionally courteously and respectfully. Me and my better half felt completely deceived and I don’t know. Maybe they were playing the shell game with number so they can get commissions or whatever it is but it just felt dirty and trying to get to the bottom of it. We’re trying to get like an honest upfront answer has been a joke. And while I’ve canceled the other half of the furniture, which, for some reason they could just never deliver to me without telling me that, and never communicate to me, they’ve also never credited my account with synchrony and I guess they expect me just to trust them that eventually I am gonna get the proper credit. So we are in the middle of disputing the entire charge. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else to buy your furniture

We went in on 02/21 and Yolanda helped me and my family purchase a bed . She was professional, and very helpful. The Acima representative Chris was also amazing, they were both very thorough with the process. They did everything in their power to make sure we were accommodated!

Very bad service. I received text messages confirming delivery on the delivery date even on the morning of the delivery day. The delivery never came and I was never notified of any issues. I called an hour and a half after the delivery window and was told there was a financial hold on my delivery. I went to the store and they said it was an error in their system and would be rescheduled. I received no further information so I called the warehouse this morning to get the new delivery date but it is still on hold. I will be going back to the store this morning to either get it taken care of or cancel the order.

I when to Ashley because I saw sectionals for 600 dollars so i although is true indid not choose one because I need it some specifically design for my living room anyway the customer service was great, they have a okay selection and I believe they are overpriced I bought a nice table super nice with a wine racket under and rotate sitting seats is pretty solid and tall because I am 6 foot 2 still was 1000 dollar with discount they have 3 options for financial the have a pretty good one is 60 months without interest charge but unhave to gave them 30% of the price at front and no discount but still I bought 10 k in feniture in RCWillie and they did not had it so I amnhappy with my table although I belive is over price still was my choice then problems is from one table to another one the different in quality is significant the price gap is small so this is the reason why I choose that table quality

It was difficult to get someone to help me. I went in asking for a particular sales person. They could not find him. They let me stand around and until I finally had to ask. They said they were still looking for him. I then asked if someone else could help me and it tool a couple of people saying no before I got help. While they were writing up my order the sales person I asked came over and said he was sorry, he was at lunch and he wishes they would have called his cell phone and he would have come to assist me. There were a lot of sales people around but I wonder if maybe they do not work on commission. If it wasn't the situation that I really wanted the item, I would have just left and gone somewhere else. I will never go back.

Very bad business! I called the store before coming into see Navi couches. Jose told me on the phone he had the whole collection. I drove 30 mins to get here and find out that not only do they not have it but they don’t even have swatches to look at the what the color would look like. The sales team member told me they are all told to lie to get people to get them to come in. This is extremely wrong. I will never purchase from them knowing how conniving they are.

Way to pushy. John was nice but aggressive. I just bought my house and was not even sure what style i was going for. Such a terrible experience. Being an Ashely credit card holder I expected better and better treatment. The in-store experience was fine, no issues. The delivery drivers are fine, they’re just doing their jobs. It’s the in-between that’s awful. Not delivered on time, missing pieces upon delivery, delayed deliveries multiple times, a complete no show on delivery day. They don’t keep you updated for delayed pieces or back ordered pieces. I should not have to have 5 different deliveries for how much we spent. The 0% for 60 months financing was a great option for us, but once they take your money, the rest is a crap shoot. I won’t be keeping my Ashley credit card once we pay it off. The experience after purchase has been terrible. Now I’m stuck with the Ashley credit card and payments and we still don’t have all our pieces.

I am so frustrated. Ashley furniture has horrible service. I can't find an online help and their chat is useless and the phone number goes to Philiphines where they can't help. I ordered a bedroom set and need to cancel since the sales man told me to order the wrong one. When called they said just to have it delivered and to refuse the order. Then I chatted and they told me they would cancel the order, they didn't . It was delievered. Now I can't get hold of anyone. I have been told to email two different emails and they don't get back to me. I have been charged on my credit card and they don't care. Such horrible service. When you give a email address that doesn't do anything and no one helps you on their service line and just sends something to another department that doesn't call... bad run company. Dont buy from them.

Go see Osmany!! He was very patient with my indecisiveness and worked a great deal within my budget. I’m leaving feeling like I got a great deal and not like I do when leaving a dealership…lol

The sales people were good and the delivery people were great once the order was finallydelivered. I'm giving a 3 because of frequent conflicting information about when the delivery would occur and having a delivery canceled without notification even after getting confirmation that same morning, which left me waiting for a delivery that never came. I did get a significant credit fir my trouble, so I appreciate management's accommodation.

My Experience with Marcie and Chris was AWSOME!!!. We had an issue with our delivery and we came into the Henderson Sunset location and from the moment we walked into the store Marcie was absolutely attentive until the end of our resolution and purchase along with a few additional items. Chris from Acima was absolutely knowledgeable and very detailed. They really made our day.

Walked in looked at the furniture we wanted and Seth got us taken care of. He was a great guy real funny or maybe it was me.

Great quality items but the reason for only 3 stars is that the communication is horrible. 1. Never got a call or text prior to delivery (luckily we were home) 2. Our ottoman never came so week after it was suppose to arrive they said it was available for pickup which wasn’t the original arrangement. Drove to the store and said it’s for pickup at the warehouse location. 3. Phone support could not find my order number via phone and order number 4. If you call the store directly it automatically hangs up. They want you to email them for communication

I’m very disappointed in them. The day after Thanksgiving, I bought a couch. I set the reliever date for December 27. I had people set up to pick up my couches. December 23, I get a call that they won’t be delivered for another month! 4 days before delivery. I won’t shop there again after this horrible experience:

Salesman Jeremy Acosta went above and beyond from the moment we had entered he asked us what we wanted and from there he showed us the product and went with it . From paperwork to signing of lease was super easy and everything went very smooth and fast . I cannot ask for another perfect salesman . Still waiting at the end of December for rhe new bedroom set I bought and paid $3000 for in the the beginning of September.

So far, I am very happy with the furniture once I finally got it still waiting on a table. My only disappointment was it was all supposed to be delivered according to what I was told at the purchase on December 10 had drugged out to the 18th on pieces I had company coming. I needed the bed. It was a little bit of stress added to my holidays that I didn’t need and again I am still waiting for the table to go between the chairs and told it won’t be here until after the new year. So be a little more forthcoming as to when the furniture would actually come and not be led to believe it would all be here on December 10 would have saved me a little bit of stress which would have been appreciated this time of year.

We purchased four (4) bar stools and a coffee table. We had them put together and delivered. The salesman along with the manager knew we were buying the coffee table for my daughter site unseen because it was discussed at length, however they never told us that once it was purchased in store that it could not be returned for any reason. We brought the table to my daughter’s house and the lift top did not open high enough to be functional and the top was bowed which was also discussed because the floor model was also that way. We tried to return the table and were not allowed because of their no return policy. The only thing we were allowed to do was get the table repaired, which they did do. Now we have a table my daughter can’t use. I have never seen a policy that won’t allow you to return a piece of furniture that will not work for you. Be forewarned don’t buy anything from Ashley unless you are 100% sure it will work for you. We will never buy from them again!

The furniture is nice but it took 5 months to get all pieces and the delivery scheduling is ridiculous. If you want it right away I would go with someone else and don’t plan anything for the scheduling day that they pick, not you, because they will not change it. I won’t be buying from them again.

Our experience with Ashley furniture in Henderson has been a train wreck. We paid in full and bought a dinning table with 6 chairs to be delivered 2 months before Thanksgiving. We spent over 4500.00 there that day. They delivered a table and only 2 chairs. No one there can tell us when we will get the other 4 chairs. They keep blaming their new warehouse system. Now they say Dec 15 after Thanksgiving but who knows if they’ll break yet another promise because they keep changing the date every time I call down there. We had our open house on our remodle without the chairs and now we’ll not have the chairs for Thanksgiving. We were desperate and asked them to borrow the showroom chairs on the floor and that was a disaster. Why do they keep the showroom model set up if they can’t deliver the chairs? We asked them if they could just loan us some chairs and that too was a disaster. We ask them to give us our money back so we could go else where, that too was not happening. No refunds is their policy because I assembled the table and side board. They were screening our calls and not answering the phone so we drove down there and met them face-to-face, that was a waste of time. If I were you and you go to Ashley after reading this review then I don’t know what to tell you. I would run from Ashley. By the way, check their real reviews online under Ashley Furniture review's and not these cherry picked reviews, you’ll find the story is very similar to others. I don’t know how they stay in business, and by the way, they could really care less about the customers needs. Read their reviews. I wish I had. UPDATE: 2 months have now passed, still no chairs, no phone calls, or updates, no solution, nothing but silence from Ashley and there is nothing we can do about it.

Very cumbersome process for returns almost got the wrong product twice. The warehouse worker caught the second error and saved a second return. Otherwise am very pleased with my purchase.

Kimberly was very helpful but everything after our initial order has been a train wreck. We placed our order for a dining table set and bedroom set on 9/10/24 and have not received our order as of 11/17/24. They first told me they would deliver on 10/17/24 but nothing came. I finally received the bedroom set on 11/13/24 but no dining set. They are now telling us the dining set is back ordered until 12/27/24. If you are looking to buy, be aware it may take half a year to receive what you order. We ended up cancelling the dining set order.

Came in for a friend to purchase a new couch and had the best help for her with Osmany was amazing helping her. When I asked him about my personal couch that was bought 2 years ago he and referred me to the amazing Danielle who figured out exactly my couch name and ordered two new pillows. Her coworker Liz had them ordered to be sent to my house before our talk about cleaning was through. Amazing job and amazing place.

Kimberly was very professional and helpful. She assisted me with choosing the leather sofa/loveseat a day before and I went back the next day to finalize the sale through Edgar. Edgar was also very nice friendly and completed the smooth transaction. I would recommend and look for the names mentioned if you want to buy your future home furnitures!
