Way over priced.
Okay so it's been a couple of months since my last review on yelp Well never mind my five star review. This place is a joke they are all so very nice and cater to you to get your money. Yes I feel stupid for allowing myself to become their victim. What you see on the floor is not that you get. I bought a dinning set plus an accent chair with end tables. They scheduled me for delivery but than changed the date. Okay should have been a sign for me. Than they called me to tell me that my dinning table would be the only thing delivered and that I would have to wait two more weeks for the rest. Okay no problem but when they delivered the dinning set little did I know that it would start falling apart a week later. Chairs were flimsy, screws were coming off, table was scratched NOT AT ALL WHAT I HAD SEEN ON Display! Than I get another call telling me that the rest of my order yet again was going to take another week. Okay so by this time I had enough. I go back to the store talk to a manager explain to him what is going on and he says okay we can have someone come by your house to fix the dinning set. Someone from our Corp office will call you to set a date. I said okay however I canceled the rest of my order and asked for a refund they agreed and gave me back my money for the rest of the order I hadn't received yet. Well 2 weeks go by and the table gets worst chairs are making noises and I still hadn't heard back from anyone from corporate. Oh wait the best part of it all is that I financed have of my purchase and I got my first bill. Well my bill had the wrong amount seems like this morons added the amount that they refunded me to my synchrony account. Oh I was hot drove again to Ashley's spoke to manager again. By this time he felt really bad about what was happening. So he asked a store rep to fix my account and offered me a whole new set. I agreed so we scheduled a date for delivery. Okay delivery day comes and when they got there needless to say they where missing parts to the dinning set. So they took back the new set and left the Flimsy chairs scratch table behind. Not again right? So I called the store couldn't talk to a manager. But he did call me back and told me he was sorry and told me I could go choose any dinning set I liked could be different no matter the price he would honor it or I could have the same one I already had but new and he would still give me a $300 store credit. So I thought about it and I decided to get A different dining set. Went to the store picked it out schedule delivery and they came by however the dining set was too big for my house doesn't fit and I wasn't home when it was delivered. When I choose this set the sales rep told me I could exchange it should I need to. So I called him the very next day to let him know that I needed to exchange it for a smaller one. He texted me back and told me that the only thing I would have to pay was the delivery fee of $99.99 okay no problem I get it my felt this time and I'm willing to pay. Now I just had the other manager John call me today to tell me that I would have to keep what I have now and they can't do the exchange for me. Well doesn't that suck. After all you guys have put me through and what I've had to deal with now u can't help me after I was told you could. Okay I ain't done with this yet. If you John can't help me that's fine. I will take this to the better Business bureau and file a complaint with Synchrony Bank. I'm done dealing with people who don't have the best interest for their customers.
John the manager holds up the buying process. John has to approve every transaction, making checkout take upwards of an hour. Also John seems to treat his staff very poorly. John should go!
Jonathon was amazing! He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and show us all of the options.
Decent selection of furniture be careful purchasing a bed room set as many of their bed to not include enough slats for the manufacturer's warranty of your mattress. 5 wooden slats are the minimum required for a mattress warranty. Unless purchasing a platform bed Ashley they all have three slats. Additionally they do not offer a comfort guarantee if you don't like the mattress you're stuck with it.

Like a Boulder highway used car dealer! Very proud of their mediocre product at best COASTER quality.. nothing more nothing less.

My family was in need of a house full of furniture. Our salesperson was Liz Cano. We didn't know what we needed or wanted but Liz was so patient and extremely helpful with everything from color combinations to placement. Her knowledge of literally every aspect of home decor blew us away! The first visit we did not purchase anything. The next time we went ( when Liz was working) we purchased a whole house and Liz was again very helpful in our final purchases. We needed 3 bed sets, dining room, family room. When we had finally got done that day, Liz had worked so hard to get the fastest delivery possible. We love this woman! When furniture was delivered they took very special care not to damage our walls or the items! Thank you ALL at Ashley Home Store in Henderson for making our new home a Mansion!!!
Over priced and the sales associates were too busy socializing with each other to even acknowledge my presence in the store. I left and purchased furniture at RC Wiley

Ashley HomeStore is great. Their whole staff treated my wife and I very well. Each time we needed the delivery date changed they did it for us and we are grateful for their patience service from start to finish.
