I had a great experience at the Ashley Homestore. Kids greeted me as soon as I came in the door and helped me through the selection and purchasing process. She was extremely patient as I took time to try out different mattresses until I found something that suited my needs. Kila’s customer service and sales was second-to-none with an approach that allowed me choose what was best for me. They did price match and I felt like I got a good deal on my furniture. The staff was very friendly and next time I purchase furniture, it will be through this store.

In case you were thinking about shopping @Ashleyhomestore I want to tell you my experience. We ordered a bed on Black Friday and paid for delivery. When they came to assemble the bed on Dec. 17, they put the rails on upside down and then laughed about how that never happens before admitting they didn’t have a necessary tool to fix it. The Ashley HomeStore representatives then made my daughter sign their phone, explaining she was just saying materials had been delivered, not showing her what she was actually signing and left with the bed partially assembled and taking up her whole bedroom. We get a call saying a repair was required and that it would be a couple weeks before they could come repair the bed, as they needed to order parts. After an hour on the phone we got them to promise they would be at our house on Sunday with new parts. Frustrating as hell since my daughter has no place to sleep!! Then we get a call saying that Ashleyhomestore won’t be sending anyone until “sometime after the new year”. When we said nevermind, we want to return the bed and cancel the order, we were told that was not possible, we signed saying the bed was delivered and therefore we cannot return it. WTH?? This was not an as-is purchase or a clearance item, how can they not accept a return?? I cannot believe we are being treated so poorly, and I wanted everyone to know about our experience so you can shop somewhere else!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. We pay Top Dollars to these big stores so we won''t have to deal with headache. I made a mistake by ignoring the bad reviews, there is a reason why people have to write a good or bad review. 1. This is chain store, so people working here doesn't care about what you will go through while shopping here. 2. I spent thousands of dollars here and was told that I will be contacted by the delivery team. NOBODY contacted us, instead I had to call and send a proof of purchase so they can find my merchandise. According to them they had nothing in the system for us. NO DATA AT ALL. 3. Furniture was sent in 2 different days and still not complete, and we don't know when we will get the rest of our stuff. 4. THE WORST, STORE WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALL.

Buyer beware if you want any after service assistance. Feel once they got our money, no one cared to return any calls- Henderson Manager specifically. After after all 3 USB ports stopped working about 1 month in, was discoverd that one port wasn't even installed or hooked up, still waiting for the uninstalled part to come in. Phone call wait times are at least 40 minutes. They like to say they are made in USA but parts are from Viet Nam FYI. The 1 star if for our sales guy who was very nice and professional

Bad customer service, I bought a sofa and they told me it would be ready for pick up in two days which would be on Wednesday, I called Wednesday just to make sure that it was there before driving to the MLK location since it's a 30 min drive from my house. They said there was a delay and that I had to pick it up on Friday, I called Friday again to make sure and they said there was another delay that it would be ready on Saturday, I called Saturday and they said that it wouldn't be ready for pick up until the 26 of December when I bought it cash on December 2. At that point I got upset and frustrated and told the woman on the phone that how was it possible that I had to wait 1 month for something that I purchased and was supposed to be ready in two days and she told me to drive to the store to get my money back so I did . Never going there again.

I should've listened when locals told me not to ho here for furniture... They were nice and helpful before the sale but getting it delivered was horrible. They backordered my bed after knowing about it for a week and told me when it was too late to have it delivered on a good day for me. Had to use Silverado to deliver it. Then realized a piece was broken on a new night stand. Then had to play one tag for three more days before I finally got the new piece. No I'm sorry or anything. Left multiple messages for our sales lady Sabrina and never heard from her again after she got the sale. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for furniture. The furniture is beautiful but the experience of dealing with them was not.

Horrible customer service, I purchased a $1000+ dinning set and when we received it we realized it was too tall for our dinning room. They refused to receive the return the next day in the morning and their only 'solution' was to try to sell us another one. We could see that specially the salesman was not willing to help at all. They lost a few clients there.

I will never buy anything from here again! From start to finish, my experience here has been a complete joke. I walked in the store and one of the workers said they would help us find a mattress but would be right back. He never came back. We decided what mattress we wanted and there were no workers to be found except for one elderly worker who was sitting on a couch playing with his phone. I walked around and found someone and asked if we could get some help and he said “hold on let me find someone.” He goes and finds the phone dude on the couch who saunters on over to us. We tell him we want this mattress and he spends 15 min checking tags and prices and then tries to talk us into another mattress. I tell him no, we want the one we picked. He spends more time checking prices and finally tells us how much it will be. We’re cool with it and tell him we want it. He tells us it won’t be available to be picked up at the warehouse for another 2 weeks. A bit inconvenient, but we still go ahead and purchase it. Two weeks later and the mattress is ready to be picked up from the warehouse. My husband goes to get it and brings it home only to find out it’s not the right mattress! He drives back to this Ashley store to be told that yes it is indeed the wrong mattress. The mattress that we wanted is discontinued and they can’t sell us the floor model. So now here we are two weeks later with the wrong mattress and can’t even get the correct one. I feel in this situation, someone from the store should come and pick it up from our house since 1. This is their fault and 2. Spending an entire day driving all over town with this mattress is a huge inconvenience. My husband and I are extremely upset about the whole situation but nothing got done to make it right in the end. Definitely won’t be finding another mattress or any other furniture here in the future.

I walked in looking for good furniture for my new apartment; not only did they have great quality furniture but the salesman Johnny V. Is a great human being awesome customer service he surely convinced me in buying my whole furniture for all my apartment. Gave me a great deal better than any other store.
