Great customer service! Lupe is the best! She went above and beyond to service us. Although we had to wait for all of our pieces to arrive - 2 months - the delivery team was extremely professional, polite and set up all of our pieces quickly! Loved the text messages and auto phone call to confirm delivery time. The ottoman's feet were encased in the netting and should not have been. I was asked it it was alright if the netting was cut so that the set up of our furniture could be completed, as it would be repaired. Within minutes of the delivery team leaving, I received a phone call from the service dept apologizing and service scheduled within 2 days. It was fixed perfectly. All of the other 4 pieces of our leather sofa set were in perfect condition. Well worth the wait! We love our new furniture and couldn't be happier with our experience with this Ashley Furniture location.

It was nice to walk into a store and people actually say hello and offer real help. Unlike our experience in other near by places. We love our new reclining love seat, it was the perfect addition to our living room. If you go in definitely ask for Ryan.

My wife and I just moved to Henderson and Edgar at Ashley was extremely helpful. We came in a second time and Daniel started helping us and then when Edgar came in he helped us again. They're pretty great over here and delivery was no issue.

I purchased a tv stand and coffe table here few years ago and I am happy with the quality of the items but it took three weeks for them to deliver the items. I went back about a month ago and the service was not good at all. When I walked in with my husband the sales people just stood where they were gossiping with one another.

Pros: They care about the customer at Ashley. They have quality furniture at Ashley. If you want quality at a reasonable price with service provided by a helpful staff, this is your place. Cons: Tax, delivery fees.

We were shopping for a reclining leather sofa, loveseat, and chair. We were assisted by salesperson KIM whom was most courteous and knowledgeable of the displayed we liked. We ended up purchasing a rather expensive set and was able to negotiate an acceptable deal. (Presidents Sale Days) During our discussion we ask if they had Cal King mattresses on sale which they did. The on duty manager along with Kim gave us a very extensive detailed demonstration of most all their mattresses in the showroom. We were impressed with the TempurPedic Flex, and the Ashley adjustable base. We purchased both of these and was then given even a better deal on the living room furniture we were purchasing. We were able to save a considerable amount money on the deal. Love the bed and frame as well as all the furniture.... As for the delivery we were somewhat disappointed. The delivery was on time as promised however the personnel seemed to be in quite a hurry and somewhat careless, drug loveseat out of box and on the pavement scratching the leather under the arm, dropped mattress on the ground, banging into walls. Just seemed in to big of hurry!!! We now have an Ashley service rep coming out to replace or make any necessary repairs.

Ashley's has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered!! First, they delivered the wrong bedroom set to my house. They said they ordered the right size and that it would be delivered within 72 hours. Ok people make mistakes so I was upset, but I gave them time to fix the problem. They called me back 3 days later at 8am saying how the delivery truck was full and that I would not get my correct set for another week and a half. After being poorly treated over the phone by a customer service rep(Julie) who does not know what she is doing. I asked to speak to a supervisor(Stephanie) who got on the phone and said" I am just going to let you know that I cannot help you." She then went on to say how they do not have my set in the wharehouse and that she will call me back in another 72 to set up an exact delivery date. When her rep told me it was because the truck is full. As if I shouldn't be first priority! After going back and forth with her she said "again there is nothing I can do, and there is no point of me listening to you anymore." She then hung up on me. I will NEVER do business with Ashley's EVER AGAIN, and I am getting ready to send my furniture back. Whether I love it or not. I will not pay good money to be treated horrible by a company that made a mistake with my order, and that clearly does not care about their customers or value anyone's business according to all the other reviews in addition to mine. Screw Ashley's Furniture!!

Prior to this experience, I have done nothing but sing the praises of how great my Ashley furniture has been. But that is no longer the case-and quite the opposite in fact. I purchased a sectional and cannot believe how far the quality has slipped since my last living room set. There was glue on the throw pillows, my chaise sits about an inch lower than the rest of the pieces, one couch cushion is SIGNIFICANTLY over-stuffed by comparison to the rest, and worst of all: NONE of the holes were drilled to attach the plastic (PLASTIC!!) legs, yet the assembly instructions say I only need a phillips screwdriver. I am so disappointed. There's obviously a reason why they've "slashed" all their prices, and it isn't to stay competetive-it's because this is crap furniture now. My sales-person was Rodney, who could not seem to remember my name to save his life, and repeatedly called me by the wrong name during my second visit. He also failed to mention on multiple occasions that I would need to pick up my sofa from the downtown warehouse, and caused extensive delays and considerable inconvenience as well as additional expense when I went to the wrong location to pick up my purchase. I would do anything to go back in time, and undo this entire experience, and will encourage anyone I talk to to avoid this company. So sad-I LOVED my last living room set, it's all I can do to just tolerate this new one.

Worst costumer service ever..!! I ordered a living room set. they said it will be delivered on the 28 of May. on the 28th no body showed up. I called they said they cant deliver until June 10th I called on June 10th they said it will be on June 16. I called on June 16 they said I have to wait until July 9th..... and that I was never scheduled for delivery at all...!!!!!! their employees are not well trained. they don't know how to use the system. their system seems to be having issues.... I will cancel my order because I am sure by July 9 they will tell me we are sorry the store and company have closed for bankruptcy.

I just had the worse customer service experience with Ashley's furniture and their extend warranty department. I purchase a living room which includes a love seat, a three seat sofa and wedge. I file a claim under the extend warranty that I purchase with the living room. I was told by the sales associate that their extend warranty products was very good. I just found out the hard way that I was mislead into the purchase. The sofa has a tear that according to the terms of the extend warranty was supposed to be cover. I reported the tear to and file the claim. I as told that they could not repair the tear and they do not have the materials to replace the cover. The solution that I was offer by Ashley's was to reimburse me my money for the extended warranty. Instead of honoring their warranty agreement they prefer to lose a customer. I would not buy anything else from Ashley's again and I will tell my family members and friends not to buy anything from them as well. Ashley's customer services is awful and they do not do the right thing for their customers.

Awful experience my pregnant daughter bought an entire bedroom set. Had trouble with getting it delivered so picked it up from warehouse ourselves. After setting furniture up the bigger dresser has a broken drawer. It's been almost 1yr since the purchase. We've set up multiple delivery times. Since they're all 2 weeks out on deliver and still they can't seem to get it correct. Whoever does these orders for the drivers or whatever is going on needs to be fired. My daughter has all of her stuff scattered She's 8 months pregnant and this is just becoming to much. She cant even set up the crib waiting on them to get it right. This is enough already this is a shame! I have to see about doing it myself since they're incompetent. My daughter has been working through her pregnancy with all of her stuff scattered with a dresser she's paying for and cant use.

Ashley delivered a couch with underfilled cushions & a couch with a spot on it. The delivery person told me the cushions would expand after a couple days. Ashley sent out their technician who told me that's not true. He is ordering filling so that I can stuff the couch cushions myself. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was also called the day before my tables were due to be delivered to be informed that they don't have them in stock. They are scheduled to be delivered at the end of October but there is no guarantee that they will get more in stock. So far, customer service is proving to not be an area where Ashley is exceeding. Incredibly disappointed.

Was just asked to leave Ashley HomeStore while preparing to pay for a sectional. I had asked the Henderson, NV store manager -- John Salandra -- specific questions about the delivery of some clearance items (Vincenzo Living Room Set) and he became unhinged, canceled the $2055 deal, called me "problematic" and told me to get out of his store. This wasn't my first visit to the location; it was the sixth. I wasn't "kicking tires," but was at the Customer Service counter reading over the paperwork. The issue? Ashley HomeStore had written in fine print that the clearance item was sold as-is, no refunds or exchanges. Further, I was informed that the sectional would be delivered by a third-party company and not by Ashley HomeStore. Since the clearance item was also backordered, I questioned John Salandra: "If something happens to the furniture between the store and my apartment, who is responsible for replacing it, what will they replace it with and when (since it's backordered)?" John was clear there could be no exchanges under any circumstance, then demanded that I sign the paperwork or leave the store. I repeatedly mentioned that I was willing to purchase the furniture; however, I wanted to be able to transfer the purchase dollar amount ($2055) to another living room set if anything happened during delivery. Moments later he pushed the sales paperwork (aggressively) back toward the female Customer Service associate and told the salesman the deal was canceled. He stormed off and I followed him to the middle of the store. I told John (the manager) that I would be contacting Ashley Corporate to report his bad behavior, as well as the BBB and RipoffReport. He spun around to face me and yelled, "Get out of my store right now!" I left without saying a single word to anyone else. I believe I am owed an apology from the manager of this store, John Salandra, as well as Ashley Corporate for blatant discourtesy and unprofessionalism.
