Chris from acima was also amazing in explaining to us our different options when purchasing! He took his time to carefully inform how Acima works, what would be our best option to save money and overall was super friendly and attentive ! 10/10 will definitely be back to John D & Chris !

We purchased four (4) bar stools and a coffee table. We had them put together and delivered. The salesman along with the manager knew we were buying the coffee table for my daughter site unseen because it was discussed at length, however they never told us that once it was purchased in store that it could not be returned for any reason. We brought the table to my daughter’s house and the lift top did not open high enough to be functional and the top was bowed which was also discussed because the floor model was also that way. We tried to return the table and were not allowed because of their no return policy. The only thing we were allowed to do was get the table repaired, which they did do. Now we have a table my daughter can’t use. I have never seen a policy that won’t allow you to return a piece of furniture that will not work for you. Be forewarned don’t buy anything from Ashley unless you are 100% sure it will work for you. We will never buy from them again!

The furniture is nice but it took 5 months to get all pieces and the delivery scheduling is ridiculous. If you want it right away I would go with someone else and don’t plan anything for the scheduling day that they pick, not you, because they will not change it. I won’t be buying from them again.

Our experience with Ashley furniture in Henderson has been a train wreck. We paid in full and bought a dinning table with 6 chairs to be delivered 2 months before Thanksgiving. We spent over 4500.00 there that day. They delivered a table and only 2 chairs. No one there can tell us when we will get the other 4 chairs. They keep blaming their new warehouse system. Now they say Dec 15 after Thanksgiving but who knows if they’ll break yet another promise because they keep changing the date every time I call down there. We had our open house on our remodle without the chairs and now we’ll not have the chairs for Thanksgiving. We were desperate and asked them to borrow the showroom chairs on the floor and that was a disaster. Why do they keep the showroom model set up if they can’t deliver the chairs? We asked them if they could just loan us some chairs and that too was a disaster. We ask them to give us our money back so we could go else where, that too was not happening. No refunds is their policy because I assembled the table and side board. They were screening our calls and not answering the phone so we drove down there and met them face-to-face, that was a waste of time. If I were you and you go to Ashley after reading this review then I don’t know what to tell you. I would run from Ashley. By the way, check their real reviews online under Ashley Furniture review's and not these cherry picked reviews, you’ll find the story is very similar to others. I don’t know how they stay in business, and by the way, they could really care less about the customers needs. Read their reviews. I wish I had.

Very cumbersome process for returns almost got the wrong product twice. The warehouse worker caught the second error and saved a second return. Otherwise am very pleased with my purchase.

Everyone has been so helpful with my purchases. Shawn saless person was so patient and making decisions for my new home. Chris with Acima helped from beginning to end of my purchases. Thank you so much for your help 2nite. Everything was easy purchases.

The sales staff is amazing. I purposely dressed down the day I went couch shopping. Stopped at another furniture store and not a single sales person approached me. And it was NOT during peak hours. My Ashley salesperson was great. I told him what I was looking for and he took to me to every couch in the store that fit what I asked for. I came back a week later, bought my couch, two nightstand and a mattress. And I paid cash. I am obsessed with the couch I bought!

We dropped into the Henderson Ashley Home Furniture Store to window shop. What happened instead was finding the exact dining and living room sets at the right price we wanted for our new home. Our sales person did a great job of being just attentive enough, answering questions, while allowing us to browse and make our final decisions. We will definitely be back for future needs!

Ashley's furniture store is ridiculous as a whole company, in my opinion. We bought a whole couch set and a whole bedroom set ($$$). Day of delivery, one of our chest of drawers was broken. Ok, no problem, accidents happen. Rescheduled. The second one arrives... Broken.. again. Finally, 3rd times, a charm. Mind you, we got the "Warranty" on everything. So, as part of the bedroom set, we got an Ashley's adjustable bed base stand with massage functions for our king mattress. WITHIN MONTHS! Bed base already began malfunctioning. We contact Ashley's, and we are referred to the Warranty company, which happens to be GBS, a company they no longer have business with due to poor customer service. That company sent out their "tech" just to mess up the base stand even more. It's been years of back and forth to keep being told bxllshxt after bxllshxt excuses on why Ashley's furniture store can't do anything about it or us being told in the store by newer managers now (cause the older managers were messing up or doing dirty shxt) how our Warranty was messed up upon purchasing our furniture and how it had to be fixed BUT YET NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED! At this point, I've accepted the loss. Beware of this place. Well, at least for this location. OH! P.s. Corporate was also made aware of this whole situation, and they told us they couldn't do anything either and that it was the stores problem and to deal with them. Since I see the owner likes to reply to these reviews. Feel free to give me your email so we can rectify this.

We purchased a coffee table “Cariton Coffee Table” a year ago and the quality is super cheap. This table is way over priced for its quality. Yes it’s a heavy table, yes it seems like real wood which I’m not sure about anymore, but it’s full with flaws and deformities. We bought it for our new house that we only visit on weekends, and every time we come here I discover something new. This table is filled with shiny circular spots that don’t go away with whatever you wipe them with. It’s like someone opened a can of pop over it and it sprayed everywhere,m. There is a bump on the surface of the table from a preinstalled screw that holds the top of the table to the side. And now I discovered multiple hairline cracks on the face of the table, it’s like the glued a sheet of wood to the table. I believe this table has a film of wood glued to its surface to look like it’s real. Wood sealer should be applied to Coffee tables. This was definitely does’t have a sealer. Any cup/bottle of water left on the table will leave a mark that you cant get rid off. Any drop of liquid no matter how small, left for few minutes without wiping will be absorbed by the table and will leave a bump on it. This was the only piece of furniture we bought from this place(online) and we won’t be getting anything from them anymore.

Would really like to say that Maya, our sales expert, was incredible! I went to several furniture shops to pre-shop for a sofa since my husband works long days. Maya didn't hover, was never pushy...After I narrowed my choices, I expressed to Maya that I would be back with husband, she worked up pricing, I scanned QR code with her card and details. When we returned, we went through the store again...when we narrowed our choices again, Maya had some awesome suggestions for configurations based on our measurements and we ended up with the sofa we wanted and an alternative chair that I am so excited for!!
