Clean business. Furniture seems nice and durable. Employees were attentive and had knowledge of what I needed. Delivery was not specific. I had a set day I was told when I went to the store. That then turned into three days later. Then on Sunday I get a morning call and the delivery is a week later than promised. Other than that the store seems legit.

Terrible experience with this business/customer service. They brought me damaged furniture, lied multiple times about when it would be replaced. Completely got the run around from EVERY customer service agent I spoke too. I was promised a complete refund of my delivery fee once my order was Completely delivered. I called back as I was told to do by customer service agent Jessica Rivers only to be told by next customer service representative that no notes about any conversation I have with them didn't exist. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told that they don't have one. Buyer beware never will I support Ashley Furniture Stores again.

I walked the store two times trying to find a sales agent. Some were talking to someone, two I think were employees talking with each other. Nobody acknowledged me, not a we'll help you a minute... no customer service at all. A did hear some employees said they were sales people. They did NOT offer me anything at all. You go to Walmart, Dollar Tree, a gas station, my favorite sushi place Yama Sushi...everyday they are packed and I believe besides their great food is their great customer service; they make you feel welcome.

The mattress I bought for my nephew was a very welcome surprise. I know he's sleeping well. 😴

HORRIBLE customer service & DISAPPOINTING PRODUCTS. We purchased a brand new sectional. When we got it home and unwrapped it from the plastic we found one of the pieces actually had a nail protruding from the back of the couch and the seat part was also not sewn properly and coming undone. We contacted the store asking if we could please replace the damaged piece and after more than one email submission (on our part, they did not respond and asked us a second time to give them information again of pictures etc); they told us no they would not replace the piece that was given to us already damaged. Extremely disappointed, they do not seem to care about their customers or products, only that they can make a quick sale. I would not recommend if you care about having a quality product and/or customer service.

I came to your Las Vegas location tonight and was was expertly helped by a sales lady named Loan. She was terrific. She was knowledgeable and courteous without being overbearing. I hope you appreciate her because I have already thought how she would make an ideal employee for my business!

Trashley Furniture no matter where you go. Walked in on vacation since we’re buying furniture back home and these salespeople were obnoxious as all get out. Save yourself time

Their warranty covers nothing and they will make every excuse not to repair or replace the furniture. I highly recommend going elsewhere, you can get the same quality and look for cheaper and possibly a warranty that holds to what they say.

Update: I emailed the person they suggested I reach out to for help in their response. Still haven't heard back, AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never going back. People in the store were nice and helpful with our purchase. But the delivery was 0/5 stars. There were multiple issues that required 4 different deliveries or technicians to correctly install my new modular couch. Backordered parts, and delivery that was 3+ hours outside of my delivery window that lead to a technician rushing through my installation. They didn't even connect the end piece which led to a near disaster and safety issue. Customer service didn't even re-imburse for the delivery charge and then just stopped calling me back. Awful experience.

These guys charge for delivery and show up late. Track dirt all the way through my house only to say we don't have the legs for your bed or nightstand. Now, I'm waiting for a tracking number for those parts, am I supposed to put all of this together after I have paid for that service? You call to get a status, the agent over talks you and is nothing more than a script reader and when you ask to speak to a supervisor there is never one available. Ashley SUCKS! They can have all of this back and I will go elsewhere. Do not get your furniture from them! You will end up frustrated and regretting it!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this furniture store while trying to purchase furniture for my entire house as we prepare to move to Las Vegas. I approached the store with the intention of making a big investment, expecting professional and helpful service. Unfortunately, the service I received was shockingly poor. A red-headed male employee, who reeked of alcohol, outright refused to assist me. When I asked for help, he told me he was “too busy” and simply walked away without offering any alternative or solution. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel completely unwelcome as a customer. It’s hard to believe that someone in a customer-facing role would behave this way, especially when dealing with a potential large purchase. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it left me no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I hope the management takes notice and addresses this issue because no customer should ever be treated with such disrespect. If you’re looking for quality furniture and decent customer service, I would strongly advise avoiding this place or at the very least definitely this employee.

I love the dinette set I bought but when it got delivered there was a piece missing so it’s sitting on the floor! I’ve been getting the run around and at this point I have no idea w he n it will be set up😢

This place is huge. So it’s pretty incredible to look at from the outside. Walking in I expected to see a lot more varieties of furniture than they had. I’m pretty sure you can go to any Ashley store near you & find the same things. But it was a fun time and if your traveling to go, well iKEA is directly across the street so price & quality comparing is right there.

Awful experience. If you have any issues after the sale expect to be ghosted like they never met you. Bought a TV and still don't have it after a month but they've for sure already got their money! Save yourself a headache and just go to Costco or RC Willey. Will NEVER step foot in one of their stores.

I recently went to Ashley’s to purchase couches. Angie the one that help me was great but I can’t speak for the lady sitting behind the desk. She checked me out but the whole time complaining how she did not want to deal with a leasing program. She was so rude and just made my overall experience a shitty one. She should reconsider her job!

Terrible Experience — Misled, Overcharged, and Problem Still Not Solved In September 2025, I went to Ashley Furniture inside Mott Furniture and told the salesperson, James, that I wanted a specific fireplace TV stand, along with several other pieces of furniture. I was very clear about what I wanted — I even showed him the exact product in-store. He scanned the item right off the floor, and the invoice clearly states “TV stand with fireplace option.” I ended up spending several thousand dollars on my order, expecting to get exactly what I was sold. But when the items were delivered, the TV stand came without the fireplace. I went back to the store to fix the issue, and instead of helping, they told me I had bought the version without the fireplace — despite what the invoice says. Now they’re saying it was a mistake on their part, but if I want the fireplace (the one I believed I already paid for), I have to pay even more money. They acknowledge the mistake but refuse to correct it. It’s now been days, and they still haven’t resolved the problem. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I was sold one thing, received another, and now they’re dodging responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Be extremely careful — get every detail in writing and double-checked, or you may end up in the same situation.

Convenient location with ample free parking. I was greeted at the door by Sondra. She was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I told her I was looking for idea on 3 pc dining set and sofa. She showed me the dining set and provided delivery charges, etc. The sofa sets were located throughout the store. She told me to take all the pictures I wanted and ask her for any questions. There was no pressure selling which I appreciated. The displays were presented for any lifestyle.

This place has horrible customer service. Order Furniture here three weeks ago paid in full was told today it was going to be another 6 weeks. And got no help. If you're going to shop go somewhere else

I had a great experience buying my new sectional at Ashley at The Curve. My Sales Rep, Marissa, was just amazing and a delight to work with. I had some minor issues after delivery and Marissa really went above and beyond what she needed to do to make things right. Head on into Ashely at The Curve and ask for Marissa.

Do NOT shop here! I normally don’t leave reviews even when I’m unhappy but this one is a must. My sales guy James was extremely helpful and great so I applied a star just for him. My delivery was 309.00 dollars. When they showed up they were rude! My sectional cords were plugged in, in a place where people walk. My rug under the sectional was bunched up underneath. There was zero give a damn. A part of it was actually torn and they tried to convince me to keep it. But to add insult to injury I had closed the door when they were done loading and the delivery guy took it upon himself to walk in my home!! I ended driving over to Decatur to speak to them because customer service doesn’t speak English and they can’t transfer you to the store. Once I got there and explained how horrible my experience was, I told them I’d pick up the replacement and They didn’t even offer to make it right. As of now I have no idea when I’m going to get the replacement. I spent 600 on a warranty, I was told if I don’t use the warranty I get the money back in five years…. Well, that was a scam cause they just got done telling me that I had to use my warranty to replace the torn portion of my couch. Please save yourself the headache and go to BLVD home. Similar options and delivery is only 50 bucks. I’m out over 300 and have to go pick up the rest myself. Zero apologies from that place. Just a wow!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! We bought a beautiful $4,000 large sectional that was delivered broken. They told us to keep it and it would be replaced, lie #2. They instead sent 3 repair guys to reupholster 3 sections of couch in my living room and replace wood parts. It’s what their insurance covers, complete garbage. You will NOT get new replacements regardless of who you speak to. Lie #1 was that if my pillows or cushions lost their density, they would come out and replace them accordingly. I just got off the phone after a 1 hour phone argument with a phone rep who doesn’t speak good English and a very polite supervisor who informed me that that is not covered. I will NEVER buy from here again. I now only go to Costco or RC Willey. Better customer service. Our couch looks horrible and now need to replace it. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB to help other families from the expensive $$ hassle and poor workmanship couches. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you to buy from them in their showroom and their warranty since they are commission based salespeople.

I had a terrible experience with Ashley furniture. I paid almost 4k on 5-30-25 - They charged me 309 dollars for delivery. I suppose to get them in two weeks but they failed. Rescheduled by July 12th more than a month waiting . They showed up on the day 12th , but the driver said the street was to narrow and was unsafe to unload the truck, So he left - I called customer service to reschedule and said will deliver in the next week. Finally a week later I got the furniture but to my surprise that the package was incomplete I missed the otto - man. I had to call customer service again and find out - it was a back order and will be ready until July 24th. Terrible service - Don't buy here , go somewhere else. thanks

I will never buy anything from Ashley again. There are 4 reasons: 1-They do not allow returns (not what the sales person in the store told me. I specifically asked him about returns and he said I could bring it back.) 2-They messed up my delivery date over and over again, but I already sold my old furniture to make room for the new furniture, so I don't have furniture for 2 weeks. 3-It is impossible to get someone in the store to pick up. 4-The store sells you stuff, and then any issues afterwards they said they don't deal with it, and tells you to deal with customer service over the phone. The store refused to help with arranging for delivery or returns. They basically only does the selling, and anything after you pay you have to call customer service. And anybody you try to reach is BY EMAIL ONLY. There is no phone number you can call. This is the worst furniture buying experience I had.

I called this store on Decatur numerous times attempting to speak to a human being. It's impossible. I tried calling their toll free number, hoping to speak to a human being, but was met with the same frustrating automated phone system. I will not waste my time going into this store if I can't contact someone on the phone to get preliminary information.

Bought a bed set with expensive pillows. Pillow was the wrong type and they refused to exchange it. Kept stating all sales final. Get furniture from a different store with a less rude staff.

Today we went to the Ashley Curve grand opening. We went for the intention of just looking to get an idea of a sectional reclining couch. The store was open and bright. The staff was friendly, welcoming us as we entered the door. We were immediately greeted by Jackie Petzak. Her energy was so positive and she was so easy to connect with. Jackie listened to what we needed, by asking questions of our lifestyle and showed us exactly what I was asking for. Having dogs (4) who are family, we wanted something durable, comfortable and good quality. Jackie, showed us exactly what we were looking for. She answered our questions, and when she was not sure, she asked for assistance to get us the answers. Her personality, and genuine caring about the customers needs impressed me. Never did we feel pressured, in fact, she made us feel like family. Jackie is an asset to your company and I will refer to your company and to Jackie to my family and friends. Thank you Jackie for all your help, your kindness and truly showing that you care what the customer needs and wants. We came into the Decatur Ashley Furniture store specifically for a deal they advertised in a mailer they sent us. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The saleswoman was not helpful at all. When it came time to enter our information, she had my husband do it himself because her nails were too long to type on the phone or computer—seriously? Then the finance woman asked if we had brought the mailer (which felt like she was just trying to dismiss the deal altogether) but offered no assistance beyond that. And the manager? He sat there watching it all and did nothing to help. The whole experience felt unprofessional and like they simply didn’t care. Save yourself the frustration—go to the MLK location instead. We’ve had much better service there.

What a terrible experience! Worked with a sell rep name Tammy. Told her to get me a price for a sectional couch that I wanted to buy that day. Quoted me the couch price + delivery ($450) + protection plan($950). I politely asked her to remove the protection plan and she said she couldn't on her ipad (thats not normal). I also asked her to remove the delivery fee. After 10 minutes of talking to her manager she comes back telling me that the delivery would be free but i still needed to pay the protection plan. I asked her again to get me the price of the couch with taxes and no protection and delivery. Told me she had to ask her manager again. Never saw her again. What a waste of my time and all i wanted was a couch :(

The reason for three stars is because of the non communication of when to pick up my purchase item from the warehouse. I had to contact customer service to find out when my item was available for pickup. Paperwork stated the 7th of May. The sales person at Decatur location stated I would receive a call. I didn't.

Very clean place, the sales person I worked with was very knowledgeable and really nice and helpful. I would recommend your store to friends. Just handicap doors for my electric scooter were not available that I could see. Had a bit of a problem getting outdoors.

The initial store visit to purchase our furniture was excellent. Our sales rep Tammy B was amazing. She explained everything to us so that we had a great understanding of the purchase & delivery process. The delivery process was great. The store called us for an earlier date they had available. The calls, texts & emails for the delivery were on point. We got our delivery sooner than the estimated time which was so great. The delivery guys were amazing. They system they have is unmatched. Off the truck, set up & gone in under 10 minutes. OMG the furniture is better than what we imagined. It is so much more than the store display. The comfort, the material. We are more than pleased. After our delivery we went back to the Ashley store for an end table. Salesman Daniel D. did not disappoint. He was exceptional as well. So far Ashley Furniture you earned your 5 stars

Came here with my husband to look at furniture and had a disappointing experience with one of the women (redish brown hair, older in her late 30s into 40s) that worked there. She continued to make disrespectful side remarks to my husband and be condescending during our shopping experience and continued to present us with a bitter attitude making us uncomfortable We will not be considering this location any further.

The Manager Terrance at the store is so professional, kind, respectful, and knows his customers along with being informative about all of the furniture at Ashley. Very courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I’ll be changing my rating. After having an amazing in store experience on 03/08/25. I set up delivery on 03/10/25 and was told to make sure my old couch was removed. So we did and now on the day its supposed to be delivered I’m told it won’t be delivered till at least 03/22/25 and now my wife and I and our 2 kids are left with no where to sit but the floor. My wife and I have both called the store to see how we could fix this but the attitude we received was “oops sorry” with no attempt to make it right and when we asked to speak to the store manager we were told she was busy and would call us back. Been waiting for 3 hours for that call. Would love to go back like I said we had an amazing in store experience but not if this is how they conduct business when customers are spending thousands to furnish their homes

Angela, our sales representative, had the answer to every one of our questions. Pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the Ashley inventory. She and Dawn were very helpful during our process to decide and purchase.

Came to Ashley looking for new living room furniture.. I know I am a difficult person when it comes to thing like this, very indecisive. Tammy worked with m, to get just want I wanted and in the price range I needed. My husband would say "Hats off to Tammy for dealing with me" haha.. I bought a couch, rug and an ottoman. The couch was delivered incorrectly. The corner piece was delivered wrong. They sent a white corner when my couch was dark blue. The correct item came when I wasn’t home. Which left me to unpack and install by myself!! The ottoman came to in store pick up, which I declined since I didn’t have space. Which then I was prompted to get something In its place. (Like just listen to what I’m requesting)!!! The rug was supposed to be delivered by 2/13, it’s now 2/19 and I still don’t have a rug. I spent over 4,000 for these products and the only professionalism I was given was when I bought it. The only thing they care about is selling. They don’t care about the customer or what happens an afterwards. Save your money and don’t buy from Ashley!! Sincerely, one pissed off customer.

Tammy assisted me in finding a sofa that correctly fit my apartment. She was helpful and allowed me time to think over the different options. The only reason for the 4-star review is the double charge to my account. I am waiting until it updates and my furniture is delivered to adjust my review.

We bought a mattress on Nov 3rd. I spoke to our salesperson and the store manager the very next day, because the mattress gave us extreme pressure points on our backs. They haven’t helped us. We were willing to upgrade. I do not recommend Ashley Home Store.

I purchased a chair from them in 2023. I purchased the 5 year warranty. The chair broke almost a year later. I contacted the warranty company almost 2 months ago. Had a tech come out. It can't be fixed. I was approved for a full replacement . They told me to call the store to schedule the replacement . A month later and no chair. And no one knows anything. Every time I call the store they never answer and it goes to the customer service number . They have even tried to get their and they still don't answer. They have also sent a ton of emails and no response. I don't understand why this is so difficult. I just want my chair replaced. Now I have to physically go down to the store because no one is answering and doing their job.

I was looking for a specific item at Ashley’s and began my search at the Summerlin store. While they didn’t have it in stock, the staff there were incredibly helpful. A young lady at the desk took the time to look it up for me, explained that it was on sale and in limited availability, and directed me to the Decatur and Henderson stores. I decided to visit the Decatur store, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. A young man named Benjamin greeted me warmly, made great eye contact, and immediately asked if I needed assistance. I showed him a picture of the item, and he knew exactly where to find it on the floor. He let me know it was part of a sale due to limited stock, and I was thrilled to purchase it at the price I wanted. Everyone at the Decatur store went above and beyond, from the managers to the team member who loaded the item into my car. The level of customer service was truly exceptional—something that feels rare these days. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I love the item I’ve been wanting for a while. Thank you to the Summerlin and Decatur teams for making this such a seamless and enjoyable process!

“We're committed to ensuring our customers have a smooth experience” … Funny. We ordered a dresser over a month ago and it has been a NIGHTMARE working with Ashley’s customer service. We received a call confirming it would be shipped out a couple days after we placed our order. They called us again the next day and stated there was an issue and was going to be delayed, returned the money to our account, then randomly tried to take it and put the order on hold again. They then let us know the new delivery date and then this was once again cancelled and the money returned. Finally they tried to pull the money again and put the order back on hold, we called them and we got the funds added, 2 days later they cancelled the order completely without a reason or a phone call. I’ve heard similar situations happen to many customers, as far back as 7 years!! Why does anyone order from them???

Our saleswoman was VERY HELPFUL and my husband and I many recliners. The ladies in finance were very friendly and nice especially the sweet black lady sitting at the counter. We all talked and laughed and took care of business. I will return. Thank you Ashley Homestore.

Sales people will do anything to run your credit and accept offer and have no idea that they are opening accounts for you. My wife and I went in and spoke with Alex and he had no idea what he was doing with the application and signed my wife up for “CONCORA” account which we did not even agreed to apply to. He said he was just gonna print something out but instead he straight up opened up an account and now we have to shut down the account which then affects our credit score. Also they even say that ohhhhh this won’t affect your credit BS!!!!! It did a hard pull on my wife’s score. BE CAREFUL of doing applications here because they just sign you up for whatever they can get their sleazy hands on. Very very unprofessional

Customer service is terrible. The communication is awful. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered the next week. I kept getting emails confirming my delivery date and then the day before we found out only part of the sectional was being delivered. After much calling we had to physically go into the store and talk to them to get them to wait until all of the pieces were in to deliver. They said we should receive a call within a day to confirm a new delivery date and also said if we need to call we can get the store by pushing “2”. Nope. Doesn’t work and no call for new delivery date. When I try to call and find out a new delivery date I’m on hold for 20 mins while they “look up my account”. It’s been 6 weeks and still no communication.

Sales person was helpful. However was told I could have my sofa with in the week… I scheduled for 2 weeks out due to my job and then received a call the day before delivery that my sofa was delayed by 3 weeks… soooo what happened to it being available in one week???

The home store in Vegas was fabulous. However the order itself has been nothing but issues.. when they first arrived to deliver (suppose to be all my furniture) I received only the couch the recliner and kitchen table. No chairs with that kitchen table. After calling Corp they apologized and said next delivery I should have all my items.. so they arrive a month later with my kitchen chairs the end table and rug. I ask the delivery company where the coffee table is and they had no clue.. I again call Corp and they gave me the answer well it’s on back order and we have no idea when u shall receive it.. this is the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company.. the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because of the gentleman that sold me the furniture and quality of product. After paying 4k for furniture u would think they would want to keep me as a client and make it as smooth as possible but that has not been the case.

I will never again order from Ashley Furniture. It has been nothing but a nightmare. We go to the store on 11/25 to order the living furniture we want that we found on the website, it says in stock, they tell us we can pick it up on Saturday 11/30. Great! We cancel our plans we had so we can go get it. The next day 11/26 I get a call saying that the items are not ready and we have to wait until 12/14 to pick them up. Uhhh why say they were in stock and ready then? Strike 1. So annoyed we go with it. Now I get a call on 12/09 saying that part of my order isn't in and won't be ready until 12/28. Another 2 weeks!! It was the recliner chair so even more annoyed we decide to deal with it because at least we can get the main parts of it, the sofa and loveseat. Ohhh wait I get another call on 12/10 now saying that the loveseat isn't available and that also has to be rescheduled to 12/28, oh but this one tries telling me that the sofa and recliner can still be picked up on 12/14. Um what?! I literally just got told the day before that the recliner wasn't available so what is it? She looks into, yes you're right both the recliner and loveseat are not available until the 28th. So you can make one trip (which is over an hour away, one way) to get the sofa on one day, and then go back another day to get the rest. So I called just now to reschedule everything to all the same day because that's a huge inconvenience to us. I have to call the store where I ordered the furniture to change my pickup date, but this is the number they gave me to call to change my pick up date if I had any problems with it. She finally figured it out because I wasn't calling someone else, but this is absolutely insane!! I will never ever go through Ashley furniture again nor recommend them to anyone I know! UPDATE ON 12/24: I emailed that email on the 12th that someone said oh let's try and fix this, yeah no reply back. I got a call just now, 3 days before I was scheduled to pick up my furniture, and get this the furniture is now discontinued, and I need to go the Ashley store to pick out new furniture!! Yeah, no, I don't think so! What an absolute headache.

Horrible service. No communication over what you purchased or when you can go pick it up. Supposedly got a refund and the manager just wrote on a paper that I needed a refund and that’s it. It’s been eight days and still haven’t gotten a refund on my card.

So I went into the location picked out exactly what I wanted and did not receive what I asked for instead you guys brought the wrong couches. I’ve reached out and also went up there twice and was told “everything is going to be okay we are working on correcting this issue for you” still have not heard anything from nobody still have the wrong furniture in my house before the holidays.

Was the worst service from management I have ever experienced! Had ordered furniture at the end of Sept. 2024 and told the sales manager that I needed it delivered to Laughlin NV by the end of Oct.2024. No problem he said. I bought a total of just under $12000.00 worth of furniture. Everyone was happy. BTW, can I have a receipt for my order I asked? Oh, It is such a big order, we have to email it to you. OK…one day, two days, three days go by and no receipt. Called again and said there is a problem with their system and I will get it soon. Gave up on that and said just make sure that the order is OK and that I need it by October 30th. No problem. Called again Oct. 25 and said I close escrow on the 28th and am moving on the 30th, will it be there. He said they only deliver on Wednesdays to Laughlin, which would be the 2nd of Oct. OK…no call, no show! It wasn’t until I told them to cancel my order, that I bought from another Ashley in Arizona did I ever receive a callback from a customer service rep., not from the sales manager. They promise a great sales experience but fail in delivering the promise. Too bad for that store. BTW I already have my furniture from the Ashley in Bullhead City, AZ!

This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful process. About 7 weeks ago, I go into the store and order furniture for my new place. That part of the process was great. But two deliveries and several schedules for deliveries and I still have my mattress in the floor and sitting in a camping chair in the living room, and my furniture has not been delivered completely, to no fault of my own. I’ve spoken with many customer service agents over the month and a half…I may be getting the rest of my furniture next weekend, we will see! I don’t see ever buying from Ashley Furniture again, no one has even offered me any kind of discount or deals for all of my trouble and stress.Ive lost three Saturdays sitting at home waiting for furniture, now its going to be four.

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with the overall customer service that I have received. I helped my elderly parents pick out a high quality bed/mattress a couple of months ago and after "trying it out" for thirty days as required per the so-called awesome warranty, they were not able to get adjusted to the new bed and decided it would be best to upgrade the original purchase. The communication (or lack of) has been horrific. Local office is always waiting on the corporate office to "reply to their email." I even tried reaching out to Corporate myself and that was even worse. Had I known what I know now, I would have chosen a different store to help make their purchase. After two full weeks of back and forth, we are still waiting for them to figure out how to take the credit card payment for the additional fee's for the upgrade. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Although I love Ashley furniture, I'm afraid my next purchase will be made someplace else due to the unacceptable customer service experience.

If I could give a zero, I would. I filed a claim for a broken lift chair, on August 30, 2024 it was approved for replacement by warranty company. As of today, Ashley furniture at 6425 N Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131 has NOT honored the claim. I purchased 2 of these lift chairs for my elderly parent because of health issues. I have called the store several times, and the calls are always transferred to the East Coast. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, which doesn't help me here in Las Vegas. Ashley furniture customer support system is the worst. They don't respond back to your calls. They'll promise you a date to call you back, that doesn't happen either. They'll promise you a date to tell you the status of your complaint. I still have not heard from Ashley as of November 30, 2024. In regards to a chair under warranty that should have been replaced in September. I will not be purchasing anything else from the Ashley furniture. Buyer be ware of purchases. Please be aware of any new purchases from Ashley furniture.

I bought a pull out sleeper couch. The pull out function broke in the first 2 years. I have been going through their warranty program and they came out 2 separate times to verify if it could be fixed or needed replacement. We'll 2 months go by they said I was getting a new couch bc they don't have my couch part available anymore. It's now been months and ASHLEY FURNITURE had declined to give the warranty the documents needed to get me a new couch. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY THEY DO NOT DO THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I still haven't gotten a response to the warranty claim and it's been 5 months since I started the process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE GO TO RC Willey they actually honor their warranties and they fix things in a week or 2 max.

Asked for deduction of delivery fee but that was not available. I understand that holidays and delivery schedules can adjust. I understand that life happens. But I had a similar issue with a purchase for my mother a year ago. Promised Date extended. If this is the norm tell us, deliveries have been running late or whatever. I could have selected something different. It was definately an upgrade from my original purchase intention. But like a kid in a candy shop (with extensive back pain ) I am a bit disappointed. Is it worth canceling and starting over? No. Is it the anticipated comfort next week worth the wait? Yes, I believe so! Is that the best experience I would offer to my constituents or customers? Absolutely not! Technology can be coded to shoot out an email stating the delivery date has changed. Ashley …y’all can do better!!

Our furniture had to come in three different shipments, and nearly a month out, we’re still awaiting a few pieces. When our son’s bed set was delivered, the installers did hundreds of dollars in damage to our stairs (before we had even moved in) and left without saying a word. Ashley responded to our concern three weeks ago but has yet to follow up on compensation or resolution. Additionally, they forgot to bring an electrical cable for our son’s bed, which took almost three weeks, multiple email exchanges, and one incredibly rude technician visit to replace. The post-sale experience has completely soured us on Ashley, and we will never buy from them again.

That's funny that you would say to please reach out to you and then not provide a phone number. I did call customer service again and to be honest this is probably the ninth time this time I'm hearing that I never officially canceled the order so they're going to get that started today and it'll be 21 days before I get my money back. What I really want to know is why do I need to contact you for a 10th time to ask for what I ask for the first time which is a full refund on an order that was paid in full. Let's be clear I don't have your furniture but you have my money. So please don't offer me your empty apologies or ask me to contact you YET again. What could I say any differently than the first 9 times I called? Just please refund my money and we never have to do business again. Horrific experience. I was going to order online but they kept mentioning the orange event. When I asked what that was no one had an answer but they were like if you go in store there will be sales and giveaways and so forth and so on. So I went in and you can see what the giveaway was. Picture below... So I decided I would still order there. There was no price difference than if I would have ordered it online and the Sales guy was slow in the store to get my order in. He confirmed it verbally still ordered the wrong sofa. I told the guys when they came to deliver it they put it back on the truck. Now I'm stuck because I don't have the furniture and they don't want to offer me a refund. So I called the store and they finally answered after 2 days of not answering and they told me I have to come in to do paperwork. I've been ill and I don't want to drive all the way back up there. I asked them to email me the documents and they said no. They really just pushing me to get another order in but at this point I just want my money back. At one point one of the people I talked to told me to take pictures of the incorrect sofa received and I was like I don't have it. They put it back on the truck and returned it. It's been a fiasco all the way around. At this point I have no sofa in my living room and they have my money. PS there was no way for me to know that he had the wrong sofa ordered because it's just numbers there wasn't a description. Otherwise I could have seen I was getting the wrong one and I could have stopped it before it got delivered. That's my empty living room with a coffee table that was delivered the day after the sofa which I can't put together yet. I'm also having company so that'll be real nice...

Benz was our salesperson. He was patient and not pushy. He gave us our space while we perused the entire floor, and we took our time, too. He quietly stayed in the distance, and when we were ready to ask questions, he made himself available to help answer them. We have always appreciated the furniture from Ashley. You do get what you pay for. I highly recommend Ashley for your furniture needs and ask for BENZ when you stop by. Ashley has a variety of furniture to fit any budget. I hope the delivery staff will be a 5 star service also. We shall see.

Bought couches, two dining tables with the help of Benz, his customer service is on point and actually someone who has customer service skills and enjoy of what he does. I know they're sales people but the last time I visited there, I exited right out as I was not fond of people who are lackluster even when I know exactly what I want to buy. I'm there for an experience, some may argue but customer service is important to me. The couch I bought was nice and huge, just what we needed. I bought two of the Isanti dining set and they're beautiful, I love the real wood. No issues so far.

The store employees were great. The delivery experience was horrible. The guys damaged my home and I’m still waiting for a response on when the repairs will take place. My dinette set was damaged it was delivered while it was raining out chairs were left out in the rain partially covered and table also damaged. We walked in a couple of weeks ago excited to buy bunch of new furniture as we were in the midst of closing on our new home. My wife and I visited 5 furniture stores in a 3 day period in Las Vegas trying to find a sectional couch. The last store we visited was Ashley Furniture. When we walked in the door we met Mike Glover, and all of the frustration and hassle we encountered in the previous 4 furniture stores disappeared. Mike greeted us, and I guess he could tell we were tired of shopping in furniture stores. He was polite, friendly and professional, and most of all patient. He was so easy to talk to, and he took time to listen and understand what we wanted in a sectional. We picked out our 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices, and we finally decided on one particular couch, and started the paperwork. After we had all the paperwork completed, my wife found another couch she really wanted. Mike very patiently deleted all the work he had just completed, and started over with the new couch. I really felt like Mike was working for us, not for Ashley. I really trust Mike, his opinions, his advice, I wish we had found him before we started looking for furniture. He made the entire purchase process easy and enjoyable. He found ways for us to save money and managed to get the couch delivered in an acceptable time frame. If you need furniture, I would quickly recommend you to go to Ashley furniture on Decatur Blvd and ask for Mike Glover. This is a guy you can trust.

Item arrived on time in good condition. Benz was a great salesman. We had our item shipped Fed Ex for free as Ashley’s home delivery charges are very high.

Staff were attentive during shopping, but sold me boxsprings with a tempurpedic mattress that would’ve voided my warranty. The store manager had to adjust my order and push back delivery to ensure I received the proper items with my bed after I discovered the issue. Delivery staff were on time, but didn’t bring shoe covers and walked through my house, including over brand new custom carpet, with dirty boots. Will likely find another furniture store as we replace furniture in additional rooms.

Ashley has terrible warranty repair. Our couch was purchased 2 yrs ago. First year we had the repair man come out because one side of the couch was feeling broken and we paid for the warranty. He said nothing was broken. It has continued to get worse so we took the underneath material off to look again and this is what we found. The tiniest pieces of wood STAPLED together and had pieces completely detached and staples had loosened. The WORST CRAFTSMANSHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! I guess I should have known we were buying a couch from the dollar store furniture store but I’m furious we were talked into the warranty. Do not waste your money here!!! A couch should last longer than this even if it is cheaper than expensive builds!!!

My family and I have shopped at this store since we first moved to Las Vegas in 2014, and throughout the years, we've purchased a new mattress, night stands, bed frame/set, and an area rug. For the most part, this store has definitely delivered with respect to product quality and service. But unfortunately, that mattress we purchased went bad a little over a year after purchase. Certainly not 100% at fault to Ashley Furniture since it was a Sealy-branded mattress; however, if this store sells a product, I expect quality throughout with all their products. The store itself is nice...very spacious in there which allows customers to walk around freely without constantly worrying about bumping into things or people. The bathrooms were clean every time my family and I needed to utilize them; both male and female bathrooms. The sales team are extremely friendly and don't portray themselves as being overly pushy and/or annoying. They're very helpful in every aspect which makes your decision making process easier. Overall, I prefer this furniture store over the majority of furniture stores in Las Vegas. Although there's one furniture store in the valley that takes the trophy, I will still come to this store majority of the time. Definitely recommend this business to everyone.

NEVER ever buy anything from Ashley Home Store. If you do it is at your own peril. I went in last week and ordered two lamps. NOT a lot. Not furniture. I opted to pick it up today because of a time schedule to finish redecorating before visitors. I confirmed with the sales person prior to purchase it was IN STOCK before paying. I agreed to go to the skeevy section of town and pick it up so I could get it on time. Nope. Epic FAILURE. I went there today and was told there was a "manufacturers delay" ??? It was in stock. They claim they called 3 days ago and left a message. No calls at all from them let alone a message. Then told me I had to drive all the way back to the store of purchase for a refund. I will NEVER spend a cent with this company again. ZERO customer service and not the highest quality product on top of that. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I was sold a defective table, promised solutions, and all I got were endless technician visits and a replacement that was just as bad. Their idea of 'customer service'? Sending an email dismissing our valid concerns, as if we're just another complaint ticket to close. The audacity of Ashley Furniture knows no bounds. They've shown they don't care about their products or their customers, just the sale. We're not letting it slide, and neither should you. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Zero stars would be too generous for Ashley Furniture. We were conned into buying a wobbly table, sold on lies and empty promises. Multiple technician visits, table swaps, and a barrage of miscommunication later, they dared to claim this unstable junk is their "standard". The audacity didn’t stop there. Just today, they sent an email basically telling us to deal with it. But trust me, this isn’t over on their terms. Word of advice? Don't waste your money or sanity at Ashley. Their smooth talk is a trap, and once they have your cash, you're on your own. Absolute nightmare.

My girlfriend and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. However, *gasp* we weren’t sure if the two piece sectional was going to fit through our doorway. Daniel saw our pensive faces and immediately stepped in and asked us if we needed assistance. We asked him our questions. He then pulled out his handy dandy measuring tape and did some measuring. After a short moment, our minds were at ease. Daniel made our entire purchase experience pleasant. We are already discussing future purchases and hoping to work with him again in the future. This shopping experience was a slay 10/10.

The salesman by the name Benz has been very accommodating and friendly to my inquiries. He has been very patient to me changing my mind few times on the furniture that i am choosing. I came back twice and could decide, he never gave up following up until on the 3rd time i finally decided to get the bedroom set and dining set that i picked. I initially wrote a great review but found it important to update my full experience. I purchased $6,000 in bedding furniture and mattress. I was never told that the mattress was not returnable. I expected a FIRM mattress upon delivery and it was in no way firm. After one night of sleeping on the mattress, my neck and back were in so much pain. I immediately contacted them and after them giving me a runaround I was told that i could not return the mattress and the fact that their employee didn’t tell me about the policy was met with “I’ll make sure my team emphasizes that in the future.” I’m disgusted and livid with their actions and refusing to give me money or allow me to get another mattress. I will share this experience with everyone I know and tell them not to shop at Ashley’s beythey take your money and run. I received great service with Angie today. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in this sale. I highly recommend her service as an Ashley’s team member.
