Awful experience. If you have any issues after the sale expect to be ghosted like they never met you. Bought a TV and still don't have it after a month but they've for sure already got their money! Save yourself a headache and just go to Costco or RC Willey. Will NEVER step foot in one of their stores.

I recently went to Ashley’s to purchase couches. Angie the one that help me was great but I can’t speak for the lady sitting behind the desk. She checked me out but the whole time complaining how she did not want to deal with a leasing program. She was so rude and just made my overall experience a shitty one. She should reconsider her job!

Terrible Experience — Misled, Overcharged, and Problem Still Not Solved In September 2025, I went to Ashley Furniture inside Mott Furniture and told the salesperson, James, that I wanted a specific fireplace TV stand, along with several other pieces of furniture. I was very clear about what I wanted — I even showed him the exact product in-store. He scanned the item right off the floor, and the invoice clearly states “TV stand with fireplace option.” I ended up spending several thousand dollars on my order, expecting to get exactly what I was sold. But when the items were delivered, the TV stand came without the fireplace. I went back to the store to fix the issue, and instead of helping, they told me I had bought the version without the fireplace — despite what the invoice says. Now they’re saying it was a mistake on their part, but if I want the fireplace (the one I believed I already paid for), I have to pay even more money. They acknowledge the mistake but refuse to correct it. It’s now been days, and they still haven’t resolved the problem. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I was sold one thing, received another, and now they’re dodging responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Be extremely careful — get every detail in writing and double-checked, or you may end up in the same situation.

Convenient location with ample free parking. I was greeted at the door by Sondra. She was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I told her I was looking for idea on 3 pc dining set and sofa. She showed me the dining set and provided delivery charges, etc. The sofa sets were located throughout the store. She told me to take all the pictures I wanted and ask her for any questions. There was no pressure selling which I appreciated. The displays were presented for any lifestyle.

This place has horrible customer service. Order Furniture here three weeks ago paid in full was told today it was going to be another 6 weeks. And got no help. If you're going to shop go somewhere else

I had a great experience buying my new sectional at Ashley at The Curve. My Sales Rep, Marissa, was just amazing and a delight to work with. I had some minor issues after delivery and Marissa really went above and beyond what she needed to do to make things right. Head on into Ashely at The Curve and ask for Marissa.

Do NOT shop here! I normally don’t leave reviews even when I’m unhappy but this one is a must. My sales guy James was extremely helpful and great so I applied a star just for him. My delivery was 309.00 dollars. When they showed up they were rude! My sectional cords were plugged in, in a place where people walk. My rug under the sectional was bunched up underneath. There was zero give a damn. A part of it was actually torn and they tried to convince me to keep it. But to add insult to injury I had closed the door when they were done loading and the delivery guy took it upon himself to walk in my home!! I ended driving over to Decatur to speak to them because customer service doesn’t speak English and they can’t transfer you to the store. Once I got there and explained how horrible my experience was, I told them I’d pick up the replacement and They didn’t even offer to make it right. As of now I have no idea when I’m going to get the replacement. I spent 600 on a warranty, I was told if I don’t use the warranty I get the money back in five years…. Well, that was a scam cause they just got done telling me that I had to use my warranty to replace the torn portion of my couch. Please save yourself the headache and go to BLVD home. Similar options and delivery is only 50 bucks. I’m out over 300 and have to go pick up the rest myself. Zero apologies from that place. Just a wow!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! We bought a beautiful $4,000 large sectional that was delivered broken. They told us to keep it and it would be replaced, lie #2. They instead sent 3 repair guys to reupholster 3 sections of couch in my living room and replace wood parts. It’s what their insurance covers, complete garbage. You will NOT get new replacements regardless of who you speak to. Lie #1 was that if my pillows or cushions lost their density, they would come out and replace them accordingly. I just got off the phone after a 1 hour phone argument with a phone rep who doesn’t speak good English and a very polite supervisor who informed me that that is not covered. I will NEVER buy from here again. I now only go to Costco or RC Willey. Better customer service. Our couch looks horrible and now need to replace it. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB to help other families from the expensive $$ hassle and poor workmanship couches. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you to buy from them in their showroom and their warranty since they are commission based salespeople.
