I can't say enough good things about your store and the sales lady Ms. Martin. She was absolutely helpful. My husband and I came in on 1/11/2026. We wanted to replace the furniture in our 5th wheel. She knew exactly what we needed. We purchased the loveseat a week later. I was so happy that it was in stock. That it was on sale and, fits perfectly in our 5rh wheel. Thank you again for the perfect solution so we can enjoy our travels more..

So this has to do with the return process of a product. Mind you the sales people were great. The stores clean I feel the prices are good for what you got. But we received a defective item. We bought a chair an expensive chair took at home, opened it up and started putting it together and realized that the holes do not lineup. There’s nothing we can do. My husband is a very clever man, but even he could not get this together. We proceeded to exchange the chair and we were told we could not. We had to warranty the item 1st then we asked for our money back. They said no you’re not allowed to get your money back. You have to go through the warranty process as well. So we have to send pictures multiple pictures. And wait for the warranty department to get back to us which is taken about a week. We are still waiting for them to give us an answer. We just purchased the chair last week. They keep requesting more pictures. I don’t know how we can get more pictures showing you that the holes do not lineup. We said we could take it back down there and actually show them that this chair does not work they said you’re not allowed to do that. So apparently if you have a return or a broken item, you’re gonna have a long process and it sounds like. They’re making this more difficult than it needs to be. So we will never purchase from Ashely furniture because of this reason again. Unfortunately, there’s no need for this. If I could give them a negative one star I would this is not how you’d have good customer service. It’s horrible. Why can’t we just return the chair now and get our money back. Since when can we not return an items to a store apparently not at Ashely furniture you can’t so buyer. Beware if you have an issue with your item it’s gonna be a long process if they even warranty it because they can deny it.

Purchased table over a year ago. Damaged found after warranty expired. Sent SEVERAL messages to the managers then referred me to customer service assistance. Sent SEVERAL EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET ME TO THE DEPARTMENT A AND AGAIN UNSUCCESSFUL. I’ve been a LOYAL CUSTOMER BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WONT HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM I DONT WANT TO THINK THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT APPLY WHEN YOU ARE DONE PAYING THE BILL. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOUNTED!!!!

Clean business. Furniture seems nice and durable. Employees were attentive and had knowledge of what I needed. Delivery was not specific. I had a set day I was told when I went to the store. That then turned into three days later. Then on Sunday I get a morning call and the delivery is a week later than promised. Other than that the store seems legit.

Terrible experience with this business/customer service. They brought me damaged furniture, lied multiple times about when it would be replaced. Completely got the run around from EVERY customer service agent I spoke too. I was promised a complete refund of my delivery fee once my order was Completely delivered. I called back as I was told to do by customer service agent Jessica Rivers only to be told by next customer service representative that no notes about any conversation I have with them didn't exist. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told that they don't have one. Buyer beware never will I support Ashley Furniture Stores again.

I walked the store two times trying to find a sales agent. Some were talking to someone, two I think were employees talking with each other. Nobody acknowledged me, not a we'll help you a minute... no customer service at all. A did hear some employees said they were sales people. They did NOT offer me anything at all. You go to Walmart, Dollar Tree, a gas station, my favorite sushi place Yama Sushi...everyday they are packed and I believe besides their great food is their great customer service; they make you feel welcome.
