Was the worst service from management I have ever experienced! Had ordered furniture at the end of Sept. 2024 and told the sales manager that I needed it delivered to Laughlin NV by the end of Oct.2024. No problem he said. I bought a total of just under $12000.00 worth of furniture. Everyone was happy. BTW, can I have a receipt for my order I asked? Oh, It is such a big order, we have to email it to you. OK…one day, two days, three days go by and no receipt. Called again and said there is a problem with their system and I will get it soon. Gave up on that and said just make sure that the order is OK and that I need it by October 30th. No problem. Called again Oct. 25 and said I close escrow on the 28th and am moving on the 30th, will it be there. He said they only deliver on Wednesdays to Laughlin, which would be the 2nd of Oct. OK…no call, no show! It wasn’t until I told them to cancel my order, that I bought from another Ashley in Arizona did I ever receive a callback from a customer service rep., not from the sales manager. They promise a great sales experience but fail in delivering the promise. Too bad for that store. BTW I already have my furniture from the Ashley in Bullhead City, AZ!
Loving my 3 piece sectional! Sales associate David and manager Donna were great! They both took the time to help me measure and make sure the right sofa would fit my home. David was very patient and gave me time to find the right sofa for me!
This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful process. About 7 weeks ago, I go into the store and order furniture for my new place. That part of the process was great. But two deliveries and several schedules for deliveries and I still have my mattress in the floor and sitting in a camping chair in the living room, and my furniture has not been delivered completely, to no fault of my own. I’ve spoken with many customer service agents over the month and a half…I may be getting the rest of my furniture next weekend, we will see! I don’t see ever buying from Ashley Furniture again, no one has even offered me any kind of discount or deals for all of my trouble and stress.Ive lost three Saturdays sitting at home waiting for furniture, now its going to be four.

I went in because I was in need of a couch. Tammy met me at the door and was a wonderful breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable and took all my questions in stride and with a high level of patience. Definitely recommend this location and Tammy for any of your furniture needs!

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with the overall customer service that I have received. I helped my elderly parents pick out a high quality bed/mattress a couple of months ago and after "trying it out" for thirty days as required per the so-called awesome warranty, they were not able to get adjusted to the new bed and decided it would be best to upgrade the original purchase. The communication (or lack of) has been horrific. Local office is always waiting on the corporate office to "reply to their email." I even tried reaching out to Corporate myself and that was even worse. Had I known what I know now, I would have chosen a different store to help make their purchase. After two full weeks of back and forth, we are still waiting for them to figure out how to take the credit card payment for the additional fee's for the upgrade. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Although I love Ashley furniture, I'm afraid my next purchase will be made someplace else due to the unacceptable customer service experience.

If I could give a zero I would. I filed a claim for a broken lift chair, in August 30, 2024 it was approved by for replacement by warranty company. As of today Ashley furniture at 6425 N Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89131 has NOT honored the claim. I purchased 2 of these lift chairs for my elderly parent because health issues. I have called the store several times the calls are always transferred to the east coast. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST which doesn't help me here in Las Vegas. I will not be purchasing anything else from the Ashley furniture. Buyer be ware of purchased.

Furnitures are great. But shipping and delivery is not ok. It took so long. Lastly it’s impossible to speak with a store person when you call. Making a million times of redialing. No answer. I bought a pull out sleeper couch. The pull out function broke in the first 2 years. I have been going through their warranty program and they came out 2 separate times to verify if it could be fixed or needed replacement. We'll 2 months go by they said I was getting a new couch bc they don't have my couch part available anymore. It's now been months and ASHLEY FURNITURE had declined to give the warranty the documents needed to get me a new couch. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY THEY DO NOT DO THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I still haven't gotten a response to the warranty claim and it's been 5 months since I started the process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE GO TO RC Willey they actually honor their warranties and they fix things in a week or 2 max.

DELIVERY -Horrible (So Far) but will update! Purchase Process -GREAT Desperately needed recliner to soothe back pain. Tammy was great help finding the right piece and Kimberly in the front office was phenomenal as well. Such blessings! Part 2. Question. Does Ashley not make enough off of high interest yielding purchases to upgrade their logistics and delivery notification system? One week later. Greatly anticipating delivery of chair TODAY 9/6 as was discussed when purchasing. Called to find out it had been rescheduled for 9/19 although no email or phone notification had been given. Asked for deduction of delivery fee but that was not available. I understand that holidays and delivery schedules can adjust. I understand that life happens. But I had a similar issue with a purchase for my mother a year ago. Promised Date extended. If this is the norm tell us, deliveries have been running late or whatever. I could have selected something different. It was definately an upgrade from my original purchase intention. But like a kid in a candy shop (with extensive back pain ) I am a bit disappointed. Is it worth canceling and starting over? No. Is it the anticipated comfort next week worth the wait? Yes, I believe so! Is that the best experience I would offer to my constituents or customers? Absolutely not! Technology can be coded to shoot out an email stating the delivery date has changed. Ashley …y’all can do better!!

With two dogs at home and a growing baby, she helped us find the perfect couch that fit our needs within our budget. She was very quick with answering our questions and listened to all our concerns. He was patient as we couldn't close our purchase due to having a prior engagement we had to make but he put our furniture on hold for the night until we could return the next day. The only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is I was not told until I had paid that I had to go downtown to pick up the furniture. AND when I got there I had to load it myself - they will ASSIST. Fortunately they actually did help me because I didn't take anyone with me and I am in my late 60's. Good people to work with just a lack of communication.

Unfortunately, I need to edit my previous five-star review. While the actual sales process was exceptional, everything afterwards has been absolute nightmare. Our furniture had to come in three different shipments, and nearly a month out, we’re still awaiting a few pieces. When our son’s bed set was delivered, the installers did hundreds of dollars in damage to our stairs (before we had even moved in) and left without saying a word. Ashley responded to our concern three weeks ago but has yet to follow up on compensation or resolution. Additionally, they forgot to bring an electrical cable for our son’s bed, which took almost three weeks, multiple email exchanges, and one incredibly rude technician visit to replace. The post-sale experience has completely soured us on Ashley, and we will never buy from them again.

That's funny that you would say to please reach out to you and then not provide a phone number. I did call customer service again and to be honest this is probably the ninth time this time I'm hearing that I never officially canceled the order so they're going to get that started today and it'll be 21 days before I get my money back. What I really want to know is why do I need to contact you for a 10th time to ask for what I ask for the first time which is a full refund on an order that was paid in full. Let's be clear I don't have your furniture but you have my money. So please don't offer me your empty apologies or ask me to contact you YET again. What could I say any differently than the first 9 times I called? Just please refund my money and we never have to do business again. Horrific experience. I was going to order online but they kept mentioning the orange event. When I asked what that was no one had an answer but they were like if you go in store there will be sales and giveaways and so forth and so on. So I went in and you can see what the giveaway was. Picture below... So I decided I would still order there. There was no price difference than if I would have ordered it online and the Sales guy was slow in the store to get my order in. He confirmed it verbally still ordered the wrong sofa. I told the guys when they came to deliver it they put it back on the truck. Now I'm stuck because I don't have the furniture and they don't want to offer me a refund. So I called the store and they finally answered after 2 days of not answering and they told me I have to come in to do paperwork. I've been ill and I don't want to drive all the way back up there. I asked them to email me the documents and they said no. They really just pushing me to get another order in but at this point I just want my money back. At one point one of the people I talked to told me to take pictures of the incorrect sofa received and I was like I don't have it. They put it back on the truck and returned it. It's been a fiasco all the way around. At this point I have no sofa in my living room and they have my money. PS there was no way for me to know that he had the wrong sofa ordered because it's just numbers there wasn't a description. Otherwise I could have seen I was getting the wrong one and I could have stopped it before it got delivered. That's my empty living room with a coffee table that was delivered the day after the sofa which I can't put together yet. I'm also having company so that'll be real nice...
Benz was our salesperson. He was patient and not pushy. He gave us our space while we perused the entire floor, and we took our time, too. He quietly stayed in the distance, and when we were ready to ask questions, he made himself available to help answer them. We have always appreciated the furniture from Ashley. You do get what you pay for. I highly recommend Ashley for your furniture needs and ask for BENZ when you stop by. Ashley has a variety of furniture to fit any budget. I hope the delivery staff will be a 5 star service also. We shall see.

Bought couches, two dining tables with the help of Benz, his customer service is on point and actually someone who has customer service skills and enjoy of what he does. I know they're sales people but the last time I visited there, I exited right out as I was not fond of people who are lackluster even when I know exactly what I want to buy. I'm there for an experience, some may argue but customer service is important to me. The couch I bought was nice and huge, just what we needed. I bought two of the Isanti dining set and they're beautiful, I love the real wood. No issues so far.

The store employees were great. The delivery experience was horrible. The guys damaged my home and I’m still waiting for a response on when the repairs will take place. My dinette set was damaged it was delivered while it was raining out chairs were left out in the rain partially covered and table also damaged. My wife and I visited 5 furniture stores in a 3 day period in Las Vegas trying to find a sectional couch. The last store we visited was Ashley Furniture. When we walked in the door we met Mike Glover, and all of the frustration and hassle we encountered in the previous 4 furniture stores disappeared. Mike greeted us, and I guess he could tell we were tired of shopping in furniture stores. He was polite, friendly and professional, and most of all patient. He was so easy to talk to, and he took time to listen and understand what we wanted in a sectional. We picked out our 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices, and we finally decided on one particular couch, and started the paperwork. After we had all the paperwork completed, my wife found another couch she really wanted. Mike very patiently deleted all the work he had just completed, and started over with the new couch. I really felt like Mike was working for us, not for Ashley. I really trust Mike, his opinions, his advice, I wish we had found him before we started looking for furniture. He made the entire purchase process easy and enjoyable. He found ways for us to save money and managed to get the couch delivered in an acceptable time frame. If you need furniture, I would quickly recommend you to go to Ashley furniture on Decatur Blvd and ask for Mike Glover. This is a guy you can trust.

Excellent customer service
Item arrived on time in good condition. Benz was a great salesman. We had our item shipped Fed Ex for free as Ashley’s home delivery charges are very high.
Staff were attentive during shopping, but sold me boxsprings with a tempurpedic mattress that would’ve voided my warranty. The store manager had to adjust my order and push back delivery to ensure I received the proper items with my bed after I discovered the issue. Delivery staff were on time, but didn’t bring shoe covers and walked through my house, including over brand new custom carpet, with dirty boots. Will likely find another furniture store as we replace furniture in additional rooms.

Ashley has terrible warranty repair. Our couch was purchased 2 yrs ago. First year we had the repair man come out because one side of the couch was feeling broken and we paid for the warranty. He said nothing was broken. It has continued to get worse so we took the underneath material off to look again and this is what we found. The tiniest pieces of wood STAPLED together and had pieces completely detached and staples had loosened. The WORST CRAFTSMANSHIP I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! I guess I should have known we were buying a couch from the dollar store furniture store but I’m furious we were talked into the warranty. Do not waste your money here!!! A couch should last longer than this even if it is cheaper than expensive builds!!!
Very attentive to buyers’ needs and desires
Sofa of so-called leather dissolves! As a person who has been in the leather business for decades, even I got fooled. We purchased an "all leather sofa." After the warranty period, the "leather" started to lift off; looking like tissue paper. It was actually bonded leather: powdered leather that is mixed with a bonding agent and cut into sheets. Ashley did a good job hiding this fact as even wrinkles appeared making it look natural and real like full or top grain leather. The tissue bonded sheets kept falling off, sticking to clothes etc . to where we wound up with felt pillows partially covered in bonded leather. AVOID BUYING ANY FURNITURE ASHLEY STATES IS LEATHER! W
The salesmen that helped me at Ashley Furniture were really nice! I was helped by Alex during my first visit for our new loveseat, and then my husband and I were helped by David for the matching rocking recliner. They were both very patient and kind. They helped me find exactly what my husband and I needed! The delivery men were also very fast and efficient! All around we had a great experience, and if we ever need any good furniture in the future, we will definitely consider going back to Ashley! Thanks, guys! Keep up the good work!

My family and I have shopped at this store since we first moved to Las Vegas in 2014, and throughout the years, we've purchased a new mattress, night stands, bed frame/set, and an area rug. For the most part, this store has definitely delivered with respect to product quality and service. But unfortunately, that mattress we purchased went bad a little over a year after purchase. Certainly not 100% at fault to Ashley Furniture since it was a Sealy-branded mattress; however, if this store sells a product, I expect quality throughout with all their products. The store itself is nice...very spacious in there which allows customers to walk around freely without constantly worrying about bumping into things or people. The bathrooms were clean every time my family and I needed to utilize them; both male and female bathrooms. The sales team are extremely friendly and don't portray themselves as being overly pushy and/or annoying. They're very helpful in every aspect which makes your decision making process easier. Overall, I prefer this furniture store over the majority of furniture stores in Las Vegas. Although there's one furniture store in the valley that takes the trophy, I will still come to this store majority of the time. Definitely recommend this business to everyone.

Today was my first time in an Ashley Home store. My daughter was in the market for a new sectional. We were immediately greeted upon entering by a young man named Daniel. He offered to walk us around or gave us the option to look on our own. No pressure. We came across a sectional that we were interested. Daniel came over and gave us an in depth overview of the sofa. We both sat on it and loved it right away. It was very sturdy and made of leather. We also purchased the protection plan as it is very reasonable and covers a lot for 5 years. NEVER ever buy anything from Ashley Home Store. If you do it is at your own peril. I went in last week and ordered two lamps. NOT a lot. Not furniture. I opted to pick it up today because of a time schedule to finish redecorating before visitors. I confirmed with the sales person prior to purchase it was IN STOCK before paying. I agreed to go to the skeevy section of town and pick it up so I could get it on time. Nope. Epic FAILURE. I went there today and was told there was a "manufacturers delay" ??? It was in stock. They claim they called 3 days ago and left a message. No calls at all from them let alone a message. Then told me I had to drive all the way back to the store of purchase for a refund. I will NEVER spend a cent with this company again. ZERO customer service and not the highest quality product on top of that. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I enjoyed our overall experience on our bed frame. They delivered it on time and hooked it up in a timely fashion. I will say this since it's November. Black Friday is a scam. We received a email for Black Friday promotion so we just fake ordered our exact bed frame using "Black Friday sales" only to find out, ain't t no sale. Our bed frame was $704 in-store and $770 for "Black Friday." Point is, don't be fooled because they label it Black Friday thinking you're getting a deal or saving money cause you're NOT!!!

I was sold a defective table, promised solutions, and all I got were endless technician visits and a replacement that was just as bad. Their idea of 'customer service'? Sending an email dismissing our valid concerns, as if we're just another complaint ticket to close. The audacity of Ashley Furniture knows no bounds. They've shown they don't care about their products or their customers, just the sale. We're not letting it slide, and neither should you. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Zero stars would be too generous for Ashley Furniture. We were conned into buying a wobbly table, sold on lies and empty promises. Multiple technician visits, table swaps, and a barrage of miscommunication later, they dared to claim this unstable junk is their "standard". The audacity didn’t stop there. Just today, they sent an email basically telling us to deal with it. But trust me, this isn’t over on their terms. Word of advice? Don't waste your money or sanity at Ashley. Their smooth talk is a trap, and once they have your cash, you're on your own. Absolute nightmare.
My girlfriend and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted. However, *gasp* we weren’t sure if the two piece sectional was going to fit through our doorway. Daniel saw our pensive faces and immediately stepped in and asked us if we needed assistance. We asked him our questions. He then pulled out his handy dandy measuring tape and did some measuring. After a short moment, our minds were at ease. Daniel made our entire purchase experience pleasant. We are already discussing future purchases and hoping to work with him again in the future. This shopping experience was a slay 10/10.

we bought our mattress from Ashley Furniture in north Las Vegas in March, we noticed that something wasn't right about it, when we felt like we were falling out of bed. I called Ashley and they ended up sending two different people out to review our complaint. It was deemed defective. Here's where it gets interesting. We spoke to several personnel on the phone and explained to them that we were not wanting to exchange it just get our money back. We were also sold a mattress cover and we're told it would not only protect the mattress but it would help us with our warranty. Ashley said they can't take back used mattress and refund money they could however exchange it for the same mattress or of course upgrade us. What my wife and myself don't understand is that if the mattress is defective whats the big deal, or to put it another way, there not taking it back to resale it because it's defective. We both feel it's not about customer service it's all about profit. Unless Ashley sees the error of their ways, we will not recommend anyone, nor will we ever purchase anything from Ashley's again.
The salesman by the name Benz has been very accommodating and friendly to my inquiries. He has been very patient to me changing my mind few times on the furniture that i am choosing. I came back twice and could decide, he never gave up following up until on the 3rd time i finally decided to get the bedroom set and dining set that i picked. He gave me the necessary discounts to convince me to closethe deal. Over all, everything went smoothly, i am just waiting for the delivery next week.

I initially wrote a great review but found it important to update my full experience. I purchased $6,000 in bedding furniture and mattress. I was never told that the mattress was not returnable. I expected a FIRM mattress upon delivery and it was in no way firm. After one night of sleeping on the mattress, my neck and back were in so much pain. I immediately contacted them and after them giving me a runaround I was told that i could not return the mattress and the fact that their employee didn’t tell me about the policy was met with “I’ll make sure my team emphasizes that in the future.” I’m disgusted and livid with their actions and refusing to give me money or allow me to get another mattress. I will share this experience with everyone I know and tell them not to shop at Ashley’s beythey take your money and run. I received great service with Angie today. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in this sale. I highly recommend her service as an Ashley’s team member.

Staff was friendly, lots of nice inventory. My criticism is that they created a policy to not take cash unless you have the exact amount down to the penny. Really, you can’t make change for a buck? And when I said then keep the change, they wouldn’t do that either. That policy is bad business.

We needed a new couch and loveseat and are loyal Ashley customers for the past 25 years. We came into the Ashley on Decatur kinda knowing what we wanted. Sales Associate Mike Glover greeted us and we looked at a few different sets. He is very nice and would allow us time to relax and discuss our decision, and come back and check, and then give us more time to discuss! Outstanding Customer Service by Mike!!! We actually came back a couple times before we made our decision, and Mike patiently and kindly helped us every step of the way! We chose what we wanted and told Mike that we would come back for the new end tables once the couches settled into the house and just to see him! If I could give this store zero stars I would, HORRIBLE customer service from Ashley Furniture and their warranty company GBS Warranty. I purchased the Party Time full set of recliners, sofa, chair and loveseat. The power on the sofa has gone out 3 times, the last time was last year Oct. 2022. I purchase the extended warranty and since last year GBS Warranty and Ashley Furniture has not resolved the issue as of date August 2023. Please do not purchase from this store if you do, you will be stuck with furniture that does not operate and wasted thousands of dollars.

Purchased a warranty for our couch. Eventually the seat area collapsed and warranty denied the claim because “loss of elasticity “ is not covered. A waste of $800 on warranty coverage.

I had been in the store 4 times over the span of 2 days trying to make sure the sectional I was choosing would be perfect in my new home. Michael A. was so patient and understanding throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I had visited the other Ashley location on MLK and the man that was helping me was trying to rush me to make a decision and following me around the entire store. This location was such a great experience in comparison to that. All of the staff was very friendly and always made sure Michael was the one dealing with us. Thank you for making it easy!
We purchased a dining room table set on 5-56-23 to be delivered on 5-31-23 and this was our experience: The two men brought in the unassembled table and laid it on my carpeted floor. While one man assembled the table, the other man brought in the 6 chairs. Once he had all the chairs inside my home, he helped the other man complete the assembly of the table. They then stood the table upright, inserted the two leafs, and placed the 6 chairs around the table. As quickly as they put the chairs around the table, one man immediately asked me to sign his phone as receipt for the table and chairs, which I did, and they then left. Once they had left, my husband and I proceeded to really look at and inspect the table and 6 chairs as we didn’t get a chance to inspect the furniture once they completed the assembly as they left rather quickly after they were finished. Upon our inspection, we found 4 out of the 6 chairs had nicks/scratches on the wood, which was VERY disappointing being it was brand new. After paying a good deal amount of money for the table set, we didn’t expect to find a total of 7 nicks/scratches on the brand-new furniture. Since, were assuming, the chairs had been assembled at the warehouse because they were not assembled in our home, the two men who delivered them probably didn’t even look at them, so we find no fault with them. We do, however, find fault in the people who assembled the chairs to be so careless as to nick/scratch them and to actually send them to our home. I called the Ashely Home Store's customer service line about these issues, only to find out that if we hadn’t “accepted” the table set, that Ashley Home Store would have immediately replaced the damaged chairs but because we did, they would actually have to send someone out to repair them. SERIOUSLY???? Maybe if the two delivery men weren’t in such a hurry to leave our home and had allowed us time to inspect the furniture, we would not be going through this huge hassle to get this furniture issue fixed correctly. Bottom line here is that this experience has absolutely made us decide that we will NEVER buy anything from Ashley Home Store again. We will also make sure to put this on all social media accounts for everyone to know to not purchase anything from Ashley Home Store as well. BUYER BEWARE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! UPDATE 6/9/23: Ashley Home Store called me after I left my phone number with them and I explained what happened. The gentleman, Ryan, stated that they would send someone out to "repair" the damaged chairs. I stated that the chairs were not one color so how could they be repaired to where you couldn't tell they were repaired? Ryan stated the repair person was an "artist" and I would not be able to tell they were repaired. Seriously? I guess after hearing me complaining enough to him about what we paid for the furniture, he finally stated he would have 4 new chairs delivered to me. Moving ahead to delivery day of the new replacement chairs, a very nice gentleman asked if I would please go outside to inspect the new chairs. I am very happy to report that not one of the four chairs had a nick or a scratch on them. Yay! Now on to the bad part. Every single rung that attached between the legs, the screws were not even tightened AND 2 of the rungs were missing screws which meant they were even attached to the legs of the chairs. The gentleman had no replacement screws so he literally had to take screws from the chairs I was returning and if I wasn't replacing those chairs, how would he have replaced the missing screws? I probably would have had to send back those chairs and wait for replacements again............. Now, imagine if I hadn't noticed this, accepted the chairs, and someone sat on one of those said chairs and it collapsed seriously hurting that person because the screws were missing and the legs weren't stable? Ashely Home Store would have had one hell of a lawsuit on there hands!! Again, BUYER BEWARE!!!
Today I went with my friend to purchase furniture for his very first apartment and we had Salesman Mike to help us out. Initially he showed us all the great products Ashley had to offer once he knew the budget he got us a great deal for the whole bedroom! He was very genuine and honest not like other salesman that are in it for the money.

I have large dogs and I wanted just door step delivery without assembly. I was told that it was either premium delivery with assembly or I have to pick it up at warehouse. As I was signing the terms and conditions I read that door step delivery was an option. And when he handed me the tablet to sign the terms he had already scrolled to the bottom in an attempt for me not to see the door step delivery option. Very untrustworthy. I am displeased.

Mixed experiences shopping here. One salesman was straight up dishonest about when products would arrive and it became a significant inconvenience that in retrospect made it clear he was trying to close the sale. On the other hand, the products are well made, albeit pricey. Worth shopping at, just be open for delayed delivery on occasion.

In October, I came in and ordered $10k in furniture. I paid $5k in cash and financed the other 5. This branch took it upon their selves to open two lines of credit in my name without my consent and I have taken a negative credit hit because of it and I can not close the other line. I also informed our sales lady that we would not buy a single piece of furniture that was not in stock, I would only buy whole sets that were immediately available. My wife and I wanted the complete Lettner set, to include the bed, dresser, 2 night stands, mirror, and a vanity along with a pullout sectional, and a rocking chair. I looked our sales lady in the face and asked repeatedly if EVERYTHING was available, she said yes every time and that everything would be in my house within a month. Turns out this lady was a manipulative liar that would say anything to make a sale because the vanity set was discontinued from the moment we purchased it. I called back and visited after the rest of our furniture was delivered (minus the vanity set) and she kept saying that it was delayed and would be at my house before the end of February. Turns out that was a lie too, I had to call the corporate office towards the end of February to find out my order was cancelled months prior because the item was NEVER going to be delivered because they stopped making it. I demanded to speak to the complaints department, they offered me $100 dollars to be returned to my original form of payment and that the general manager would reach out to me within 72 hours - I rejected the $100 because it is a total slap in the face considering I was lied to and manipulated into a sale in addition to having unauthorized lines of credit opened in my name without my consent. Fast forward a week later, the general manager never called me, and now the same customer service rep will only offer me $100 in in-store credit (as if I can even buy anything with that) yet another slap in the face by Ashley because it is a ploy to get me to spend yet more money with them.

Ashley's picks and chooses whether or not they will let you have a 90 day guarantee. We purchased a mattress for my daughter on 16 January. She tried it out and does not like it. On 3 Feb, we were told that we could not bring back the matress because it was out of the box. We are now stuck with a matress. Also, do not except "gift cards" from them. They will give you multiple in small amounts and you can only use one card per visit and you must use the cards in store.

After dealing with this store 4 times within 2 months to purchase a sofa the sales associates seemed completely disinterested so much they never returned 1 call nor followed up it was like they couldn't care less about making a $ale. I even went in one week night only to be handed off to another sales person because the one I had an appointment with was too busy even though there was absolutely no one in the store only employees. Then It all changed rather quickly on a Saturday Afternoon I called one last time a few weeks later and was lucky enough to be transferred to Mike Glover a friendly Sales Executive who checked on pricing, called me back a few times. I knew exactly what I wanted an ordered a Sofa & added a matching Rocker Recliner from Mike Glover. I was impressed with how fast my delivery date was as well within 7 days as opposed to one month I was told by others. On Delivery the Guys were friendly, careful & very efficient they put both pieces together and made sure I was happy, everything was exceptional no marks, rips etc. Even the delivery text messages and customer service Gals who called to confirm the day of delivery. The quality, stitching & comfort level of these pieces exceeded my expectations because they feel even better than the floor models. After delivery which took only 25 minutes Emails & phone calls from Ashley Corporate started less than 1 hour to make sure I was completely satisfied. If you want to purchase from Ashley & receive VIP Service- ask for Mike Glover he showed a Commitment To Excellence and took away the rather horrible non-caring perception I experienced with 4 other sales people. Twice now this location has lied to us about when out furniture would be delivered. Our bed set was 2 months late and now the new kitchen table is all of a sudden backorder and will be at least another week out or longer. If I could ZERO STARS I would have. We were assured that delivery wouldn't be a problem this time. Absolutely the worst customer service when it comes to fulfilling their delivery promises.

Purchased furniture from Ashley, recoened a call that a chair wasn't going to be delivered on time. Ok, next week, not bad. Recieved confirmation all or everything was to be delivered today, on time, as expected. Found that the Ottoman wasn't delivered. Found that it wasn't actually on my invoice. Online shows 3 piece sectional with ottoman. Went to strore today talked to Dawn and Katelyn. Found ottoman not included with the set at the store?. Was very happy with Dawn and Katelyn, gave us outstanding customer service, fixed our issue promptly. Very happy that they saw it my way Very happy with Ashley's at thus time. I have become a loyal customer since moving to Las Vegas due to being stationed at here on the West coast . I have had countless wonderful experiences with multiple associates and locations of Ashley Furniture. On 11 November 2022 I went into Ashley’s to purchase the loveseat that matched the Soletren couch in Ash I had purchased in 2021. My experience was subpar at best with an unpleasant associate but that didn’t stop my purchase as I enjoyed the quality of Ashley furniture. 16 November I had the Soletren loveseat in Ash delivered to find the color had changed or so I was later told they dyed and lighten the fabric. My delivery process was so to say the least inappropriate and inadequate. I immediately noticed the color was not correct. The gentleman that delivered my couch was adamant it was in fact the same color, they worked for Ashley’s company and I should take the loveseat. I told them I didn’t want the love seat as it didn’t match the current couch I purchased. The gentleman that delivered my couch proceeded to tell me that the couch was dirty and old. Suggesting I needed to clean the couch to restore the color. Or rub my hand on the couch to make it lighter. I was flabbergasted and appalled someone would suggest that, when this was not the case. I happen to have had a good friend present during delivery. After I pointed out the loveseat wasn’t the same color the conversation moving forward took place in Spanish only. It did not bother me they wanted to speak Spanish but as the customer I had no idea what was being discussed and had to have my friend translate for me. The couch was removed and the final word from one gentleman is he’s not sure why he’s taking it back as he will still deliver the same loveseat in the same color again. As the customer I wanted to figure out what happened before I completed this purchase. I got a call from the warehouse immediately after the gentleman left to a woman who wouldn’t let me speak two words about the situation. I am aware the loveseat comes in two colors Ash and Stone. I tried to explain as I didn’t want the mistake of having the loveseat in stone delivered since that was not the color I had ordered. To no avail could I get a word in and gave up. Ultimately my follow up phone call about the situation happened today 17 November 2022. The woman on the other end was sweet and understanding and I appreciated that since I had a horrible experience over the past few days with Ashley’s . I bought the couch off of recommendation from a friend who purchased the couch in 2020. I then followed my purchase in Feb 2021. I visited their place to evaluate her couch to the color of mine. Her couch indeed matches the color of the love seat that was delivered to my apartment a few days ago and matches the one on the store floor currently displayed today. How is this possible if I am being told the color of the fabric had been dyed lighter my after purchase in 2021. I am truly upset as at the time of purchase from seeing the couch in Ash on Ashley’s store floor to delivery would myself or any person have noticed the change in color on delivery in 2021. The the gentleman that delivered my loveseat in fact couldn’t tell the difference either. I was told there was nothing Ashley could do and it falls on me to repurchase the couch so that I could get a couch and loveseat to match. Wow. That’s all it comes down to. Something isn’t right and it may not be made right but it’s upsetting all the same at the end of the day. I get no loveseat and now I’m stuck with a couch the doesn’t match any color. Transphobes, Bigots, Liars and Thieves. Apparently Delivery is just a phantom thing they refuse to do. All while aggressively misgendering someone on the phone who was more than patient with them at the start. Management doesn't care and want to interact with problems, they leave you on hold for an hour and half while "helping other customers". Meanwhile, basically indicating that aggrieved customers have to come in and buy something to be worth that time to get their issue resolved. The company is run by their third party delivery teams. No one has authority over them, no one is accountable, responsible or even wants to try. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE ALMOST CRIMINALLY INEPT.

Visited the store today trying to find a set of sofas. The greeter asked many questions and was far from being polite. He also expressed that he had to follow me around in the showroom. It felt so creepy I just walked out. Never felt so uncomfortable.

Ashley's furniture has great customer service. Right up until the moment that you purchase something. The delivery is a fiasco. Months to get your stuff.. They've delivered stuff broken and and do nothing to replace it.. And they left trash at our house and said they'd come back and pick it up later.. A month later no pick up. Honestly go to RC Willy or just order off of Amazon. We spent over 10 grand there and got treated with a mild neglect of barely customer. Might as well have gone to ikea and just set the stuff up ourselves.
Very disappointed. I’ve been waiting for my sofa for almost 2 months. Every time they schedule a new delivery they push it back saying they do not know know when it will arrive in the warehouse. I try calling and chatting online and no one has answer on when it’ll arrive. I am pretty frustrated that it’s this hard to get this item delivered or at least have a realistic expectation of when it will arrive
This is certainly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! 3 weeks in a row, I was PROMISED my furniture delivery, only to be disappointed yet again. The furniture is in their warehouse, but they can't seem to coordinate getting loaded on a truck and delivered. Will never deal with them again. Tons of excuses and no follow through.

Worst customer service ever. They told me I will get my bar stools June 15, 2022, because I clearly told them I needed it ASAP. It is now July 18, and only 2/3 of them are here. I messaged the guy who helped us get the bar stools and after telling him if the barstools are on the main warehouse we could just pick it up and not waste any time but no response! How professional.
I’ve called customer service multiple times about my damaged dresser. A tech came out here to look at it and a week later I haven’t heard a single thing back. I called customer service again and the lady just transferred me to the store. The lady I spoke to from the store said a claim was never even opened for my case. She said she would email the tech to see what was going on and I STILL haven’t heard anything back. I’m getting very frustrated at this point. It’s been over 2 weeks and no one has given me an answer on to return it, trade it out, NOTHING.
Ashley’s furniture has okay quality. The delivery fee is expensive for how much you pay for the actual furniture itself. The customer service is also not very good.

Very upset has been two months and still no delivery of a pillow purchased with our bed. Spent 10 thousand dollars on a bed set and no one can give me details on my delivery. Delivery has been changed about 10 times it’s unbelievable. Won’t be shopping here again.
The furniture looks good, in general. But it's cheaply made. I'm seeing problems after taking delivery. The drawer hardware in particular is junk. Ashley offers repairs/replacement, I know. But, I wish I didn't have to make them fix it, I wish it didn't require repairs. I've had mixed results.
We are very impressed with David from Ashley Furniture! We replaced our old furniture with a new living room set and bedroom set for my daughter. He was able to not only help us find exactly what we were looking for but beat the online prices by leaps and bounds. He worked his magic to get us protection for items at low or no cost. I would not buy from anywhere else and I called to find out when he works so I could make sure to get the best level of service. I highly recommend this store above the others. Ask for David if you want someone knowledgeable who cares about making the customer happy. The delivery crew was great, efficient and careful not to damage our doorways and floor. They were on time and very helpful. I will buy from this store in the future.

Im appalled. I don’t know where to start here. Im frustrated. We first placed an order in August. We were told 8-10 weeks max. 2 times we had scheduled deliveries and then both canceled with no notice which also means 2 times we called off work. We finally got it delivered, that was only 2 of the 3 items we ordered. The last item kept on being pushed over and over again until February. No notice again. We asked for compensation after all of this and we’re told we would get a store credit to use so we can use it out of state since we were moving. Here we are in the new state that we were told we can use the store credit on and we can’t. We have lost time, and money for all of this and no one wants to help. This is the worst experience. The fact that one one in leadership that my husband was worked with cares is insane to me.
Went to Ashley's today looking for a writing desk. Angie was an amazing sales associate. She found exactly what I was looking for.
Everything went smoothly .David very nice. Only problem was they ordered a double mattress and queen base. We should have inspected receipt so didn't notice. They took care of it promptly and we're very happy with product. Delivered 4 days early.
Based on my experience today: I went in because there was a promotion but didn't buy anything because of all the invisible asterisks they add everywhere. First you can't apply a discount code if you're using a gift card, fine. Then if you're using a gift card, you have to buy their products at the "online price" which was not stated anywhere, this is very unfair. So this table that is listed in store for $95 was charged on the invoice as $149. They are so shady with the prices and they can literally manually enter the final price into the invoice. I am so upset
My husband and I went to our local Ashley Furniture store because we'd just bought a house and we were pretty excited to purchase some additional furniture we needed to complete our home. The sales people were very helpful and their pricing packages were very reasonable. We ended up buying a kitchen table, 4 chairs, a dinnerware set with the matching placemats, as well as a recliner. We were told on Dec 30th that because of shipping delays we should expect delivery in about 12 weeks. But, it could be sooner, some shipments were arriving in 6 weeks. We were ok with that. Well, about 10 weeks later we got an email saying that we should expect delivery soon, so we called to confirm. We were told that everything was still delayed and we should expect delivery in April. Ok, we were good with that, too. May 31st arrived and we got another email that delivery was going to be April 5th. We called again to confirm. We were then told nothing could be delivered until June!!! We were furious. We cancelled the entire order and went somewhere else where we trusted their delivery was going to be as promised and we wouldn't get the run around. Like they say, "You stray, you pay," and that was the truth! Waiting 6 months for a delivery from Ashley is complete nonsense when other furniture stores were delivering in 6 - 8 weeks. Ashley, get your act together. You lost our business.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley Furniture. Kaitlyn Camit is a wonderful person to deal with, she is knowlegeable, friendly, patient, and just a joy to interact with her. I purchased a bedrrom set and I am really happy with it.

After 10 months I have finally received my daughter's bed. My fiancee and I we went to the store on N. Decatur & 215. We had already bought our eldest a bed from this location, and had a great experience, so we decided to go again. We bought the exact same bed (but in a different color); this time for our younger daughter that had finally outgrown her toddler bed. A few days later, her "bed" arrives, but it's only some of the wooden pieces - no hardware, and missing half of the bed. I'll spare all of the details, but after many calls/in-store visits, I FINALLY got all of the pieces of my daughters bed...10 months later. The team that builds furniture was great, the customer service folks on the phone were always polite, but the saleswoman had no clue what she was doing, and her ignorance of how to correctly put an order in had my daughter sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 10 months, and that's simply outrageous and unacceptable. I can't imagine that I'll be buying furniture here again. If I have to wait months for my furniture, I'd rather go to Big's, who at least give you the same furniture as Ashley's at a big discount because it's understood that you'll be waiting for the furniture for awhile from the get-go.
Absolute worst delivery and customer services. I'm told every month that delivery date has changed, they call me to confirm a new date only for their online support to give me a different date afterwards??? Waiting 4 months going on 5 months now. Horrible!! Some hope- I called yesterday and confirmed for this week... got email this morning "delayed again until end of April" (all lies)...

Been having a great experience with this store till my last order. Ordered a nice TV stand for our new house and salesmen said would be in the warehouse by Jan 11th and get a call that week. I know there are delays so I waited 10 days and no call. Decided to finally called and now they say not till May. Really? A courtesy call would have been nice at least.
Horrible customer service, after spending 1000s of dollars on this company you should expect to be treated with respect. Carried in a heavy item to be returned the lady by the front door stood and watched me struggle to get the door open didn't offer to help she didn't greet me when I got in the door I had to ask where to return this she pointed to the back. When I got to the returns they couldn't help me because it was online. I'm not sure the company policy but employees on their phones instead of helping customers makes me want to take my money elsewhere!
We went and purchased bar stools on 1/7/22, we were told that they would come put together, and that they were in stock so we could expect them to be delivered by 1/12/22. LIES. I called on 1/10 because I hadn't received tracking information, and they said they weren't going to be delivered until the end of February. So we cancelled the order, and went back and asked them if we could just pick them up from their MLK location. We picked the order up, and now we're sitting in our living room putting together these bar stools that came with the worst directions I've ever seen. I should have wen to Ikea.
The salesman was really great, but the guy's that delivered my bedroom set and put my bed together didn't have all the parts, and now it's been 4 months that I've been dealing with Ashley's customer service to get the parts! They're just horrible to deal with after buying their products!
Barbara helped us and she was great. I generally knew what I wanted but not exactly. Barbara walked us through different possibilities and was very patient. We found exactly what we needed and are very happy.

NEVER have anything dropped shipped from this store!! You are responsible to to get damaged items to their warehouse but they don't tell you this up front. We have spent well over $10,000 and they would not even approve exchanging a damaged piece to an upgraded piece!! POOR customer service and business practices!!! They have lost our business over this whole $300 damaged bookshelf!!

Went there last night to purchase a table I’ve been eyeing for a month or so. We were told by a young gal and guy the couldn’t help us bc we didn’t have a mask on. They didn’t offer us one at all. Basically it’s a nice way of kicking us out. The guy escorted me out of the store as if I was causing a scene. There were other customers in the store with no mask. We recently bought two sectionals from them and didn’t wear a mask and had no problems. Discrimination at its finest. If you wear your mask they’ll help. Shame on them. What if I had a medical condition, that’s no ones business.

I'll keep this short in an effort to keep my blood pressure and anxiety down. Salesperson did well. We were upfront with him as far as what we wanted. Simply, we will buy if product is in stock. Product (supposedly) was verified as being in stock. Imagine that.....our product was sold out from underneath us and told it is actually on back order. Regional manager then proceeded to do nothing but make up false claims about me, then when called on it he said customer service did no do their job, then he blamed the sales person for the false stock status. All the while came up with other outrageous comments that only a conniving person does. Not trustworthy what so ever. Do not shop Ashley Homestore.
Ashley home store started off good but now they are really a zero star for me. Deliver my table with a crack in it. They say they will give me a new one asap I haven't received the new one. Now telling me in January. No table for Thanksgiving. Brought a bed supposed to deliver on 11/6 Guess what no bed and no call no delivery. I'm going to be honest don't buy nothing from Ashley Home right now all you are going to get is disappointed. Save your self the trouble. Delivery is not good
Paula at the Necatur location in North Las Vegas is their best sales person. She is super attentive to what we were looking for and was never pushy. She made our shopping experience a good one as she was patient with us and made sure we left happy!

I’m in shock that I’m being told that a brand new dresser I purchase was sold “As Is” and that it can not be returned or exchanged! The warehouse had me only inspect the front side of the box and when I get home to unpack the rest I find that the back end of the dresser was broken in half. I drive all the way back to the warehouse with it and I’m being told it’s my problem to deal with. It’s a shame to be told this when you buy something new, spend good money to have the company say Too bad. Just horrible!!! This is not the first time we have had a problem with Ashley Furniture, We purchased a Buffett that was delivered with broken wine glasses in it and it was obviously used. We will never shop here again and I would suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

purchased a bed from here on the 30th of September was told it would be delivered on October 16th paid for delivery of almost $200. the 16th came no call from Ashley's saying of a delay for me to go in the store for them to tell me they waiting on a foot board if you don't have it in the warehouse then you should not be selling it.... I paid for something to wait 2 months to get is not good business. they train all the employees to lie to you after they take your money. SMH Ashley will tell whom ever ask to never purchase from this place.

Mathew (Timothy) Tabb is a scam artist at this place. Don’t buy your furniture in store they will overcharge, and then not adjust the price for you. Go to the Ashley website and you will save so much money, and have an easier time modifying your order! Once this location found out we wanted to adjust or cancel our order, they stopped answering our calls and rush shipped our item so it would be “too late”. Absolute disaster. Go elsewhere or shop Ashley online.
Just buy online, the prices are cheaper for the same furniture. They will try to just make you pay more for the same furniture if you go into the store, and then make it impossible to price match or cancel!
We made a purchase for a living room recliner set with delivery in 6 weeks. After several calls and being on hold for hours I had to pretend I wanted to make a purchase and bingo an answer. We were then told we would get furniture in 2 1/2 more months and salesman should have told us. TERRIBLE!!!! Don't shop here!!

David was very helpful not pushy and listened to what I wanted. I did a lot of shopping around before I decided on a couch, most places we’re extremely rude and pushy and one guy at Walker furniture even told me I would get a damaged couch because I didn’t want it delivered right away. So I was very happy with my experience at Ashley‘s especially when he told me that I did not have to worry about anything like that with the couch that I bought And I can have a delivered when I wanted
Went looking for a bedroom suit, 5 bar stools and 2 chairs for my living room. I walked around this entire store TWICE and passed at least 4-5 store associates. Not 1 person greeted me, not 1 person said they would get to me soon and the icing on the cake was 2 associates absolutely doing NOTHING but people watching, watched me as I walked out the door and STILL no one said a word. I browsed this store at least for 20-30 minutes. I'm confused and didn't feel welcome here. Guess my money or my business wasn't needed. Make it make sense Ashley HQ?! Your customer service is starting to match your furniture quality.
Purchased a new sectional. Came today with an obviously defective section. Went to the store to report it. Customer Service representative was polite. I was told a claim is opened. I should receive a call in 2 to 3 days from a technician to set an appointment. I stated I don't see a phone number to reach out to the "tech" if I get no response in 2 to 3 days. I was told there is no way to contact them and if I don't hear from them call this store so they can email them to see why I have not heard anything. I asked if they had their number and was told no. Apparently this mysterious place only has email capabilities from the store.
Ruby is amazing! She not only helped me pick out furniture within my budget, she also helped with designing and, more importantly, getting to know me, my style, and personality. Ruby is my go to now for furniture. I will be going back to have her help me accessorize. She was also helpful in explaining the delivery process and ensured I had answers to all my questions. I also want to give a shout out to Terrance, the store manager, who gave me the best deals and I'm super grateful. Can't wait to get all of my new furniture for my new apartment!
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS or ANY Ashley Furniture Store!!!! We purchased a house full of furniture at the beginning of May 2021 and weve only received 3 of the items purchased!!! They claim that the rest of our order is on backorder, which is understandable. But in the last few months we have gotten phone calls grom the warehouses saying our shipments are available, but when we call to schedule deliveries they say that items are still back ordered!!!! They have pushed back dates for months, this is unacceptable!! They should not have backordered items on the show floor to begin with!! Let alone sell them to us and giving us a two week delivery at the time of purchase!! They have not be cooperative with us and have only been rude. Management is terrible and gives us no answers. Basically this store should not be in business at all. We will be making a formal complaint to the BBB.
Quick, friendly service. Good selection of products. One issue - I was told that I would receive an email with a receipt and photos of my purchase. That has not happened within the first three weeks.
We went looking for a couch and we were greeted by Kelly (I believe that was his name) and we had such a great experience, he was so nice and helpful. It was just a great experience I will be going back.
Just moved to Nevada, and our first rental house had a faulty appliance. House burned.(no one hurt) lost all of our downstairs furniture. We went to Ashley's and spent over 8k in new furniture for our new house. We were told delivery date was 7/14, we pushed it to the 24 or 26 because we weren't going to be in the country to receive. The 24th came and no delivery was made. WE had to call them, to find out they didn't have our furniture in stock and new estimated delivery date will be 8/06 we said ok. The date came and we only received a mattress and our new bedroom set. No sectional no dining table. We were then given 8/17 for the rest.. they managed to deliver part of the sectional and the dinning set on 8/09. The missing peice to the sectional is said to be delivered on 8/22. It didnt... It's now the 26th and delivery confirmed for the 29th... I'm tired of waiting. I understand there are pandemic related issues with stock... but that's not the reason for this review. The main 2 reasons are. 1. Upon delivery(premium)of the dining table it was evident there were damages to the underside. The drawers were missing knobs... the delivery driver stated we didn't have to do anything. That he will report and have someone contact us for pick up and replacement. He even took pictures. The rep I spoke to today Izekiel (great guy! And good customer service) said the only note stated the table was fixed on deliver.. and no one knew of the issue. He's taking care of it..thank you! 2. When we walked in to Ashley's we picked a wonderful (long) sectional in their showroom. We have a big living room and this would be perfect. The sales rep even stated the length of this couch was great from the price. Rang it up! $2300 and partial delivery later, we find out the price was only for 4 piece sectional not the 5 piece we loved and picked. This should've been explained, because we would have picked something cheaper and smaller had we known $2300 was only getting us a sectional we could've bought anywhere else for 1000 less. I tried returning the sectional once the delivery for the missing piece had been pushed for the 2nd time, but was told I could only cancel the piece missing, but not what was already delivered since it had been more than 3 days. Sorry... I know this is long, I apologize, but it's pretty darn frustrating. Never shopping here again. Nebraska furniture mart back in Frisco TX is much better. And they didn't false advertise. Don't shop here.. just dont..

Where do I start! Initially ordered a sectionak couch 2 years ago. It was delivered and 1 of the peices were damaged. No big deal stuff happens. Didn't accept it and they said they will bring another. 2 deliveries later I made them take the entire couch. They kept delivering the same damaged couch! May 31st we paid for yet another sectional giving them a chance the correct their wrongs. We were Initially told 6 weeks lead time before it would be here to deliver. It's now August 17th. They were supposed to do a partial delivery awaiting one peice. They didn't show and cancelled the delivery. Told us they can't deliver partials. Didnt call or anything . We arranged someone to be here to accept delivery and they just didn't call or show.New delivery date of 30 August! Thanks for nothing Ashley. If I hadn't got rid of my couches thinking you were delivering today id cancel the delivery. Don't do business here. They are pathetic.
Nice and attentive staff. Large selection of everything. I wish the 50% off sale was more transparent in the signs in the store. You have to add the amount listed plus the amount that says savings and then it's 50% off of that

Decent prices, but telling me they cannot go down in price I just ended up leaving. As someone who worked in retail I just could tell they didn't want my sale guess they had a customer who was going to spend more.

The sales person Kelly was great and he was very accommodating and there was no high pressure tactics from him for me to buy anything, he also was very patient while I took my time making a decision . Kelly and I walked all over the store several time before I made my selection and he gave me some helpful advice that helped me purchase a gorgeous dinning sets for my home.
We ordered may 30th and still no delivery. I keep getting calls every week telling me I have a partial delivery schedule. They want to deliver head boards and foot boards but no rails to me. What good is a head board and foot board without rails. Called our sales agent to let her know I need one full delivery as I am pregnant and would rather my husband be here to receive delivery. Sales agent advised if we don’t accept partial delivery they will give our stuff that is available to a new purchasing customer. They only care about the money and careless about their exhausting customers. Now they are pushing my order out further. As I mentioned earlier I receive at least one call every week and now they are advising my delivery will possibly be ready by august 8th 2021. I wonder if I’ll have my furniture before 2022.
Nice young man (Benz Albino) assisted us with the purchase and we bought the recliner and completed the transaction in 20 minutes. Delivery is next week.

David, our sales associate was fantastic. He directed us to the right items. Gave us time to roam around but he was near when we had questions. After a few questions he knew what we liked and he pointed us to the piece that we loved and bought. He was very kind and knowledgeable .
I purchased a sectional in January that took me three months to get as I was delivered a section at a time. I wasn’t home for the first delivery otherwise I would have had them take it back. On May 13th, against all advice, I went back to purchase a California king size mattress. I explained my previous situation with them and a different situation that I had had with purchasing a mattress from a different company. The other company informed me that it would take 3 weeks to receive the mattress though at the end of the 3 weeks, informed me (after multiple calls) that they did not know when the mattress could be delivered. I explained the disappointment with my rep (Haley) at the Ashley store who in turned got her manager and both assured me that I would receive the mattress on May 25th if not sooner. I waited until the 26th of May to call to no avail so I finally revisited the store. Without any warning, no heads up and needless to say any apology, (nor was Haley available) I was informed that I would have to wait until June 20th! The manager was there though made no eye contact, did not offer an explanation nor did he apologize. Of course, I asked for a complete refund and Ashley will never get my business again. :(
Awful, repeat, AWFUL customer service. We made our purchase on 5/29 with the understanding that it would be delivered by 6/11, as this is the date that we have to have furniture in place for the arrival of a family member. The sales associate, Lexx, went to research delivery dates. She came back and told us that part of our order would be direct ship, which we received in less than a week. She then informed us the the rest of our order would be delivered and set up on 6/4. Perfect! We completed our purchase and went home. When we got home, we went to their website to get the dimensions of the furniture. We noticed a huge discrepancy in the prices. We went back to the store where they adjusted our order by just over $1800. Not sure why there was such a large difference. We confirmed our delivery date and went home. Here I sit, today is 6/4, waiting for a phone call telling me my delivery is on the way. Called the store to find out the delivery window. We were informed that we were not scheduled for today and our order would not be delivered until 6/25!!! We never would have made the purchase if they couldn’t fulfill it by 6/11.

I was out of town during this memorial weekend and found some beautiful furniture at an Ashley store in another state from where I live. I called the store in my hometown of Las Vegas and gave them all the information and was able to get everything I want at the sale price. They were so accomidateing. Great customer service!! Thank uou!!
The sales person at the front door never introduced himself. He never asked our names. He came across as he didn't want to be bothered. He was not at all engaging. Didn't make any suggestions or seemed to want to answer questions. When it was time to complete our purchase, he handed me the I-pad to fill out my information. That has never happened with previous sales people. When I asked why I had to do it, he simply stated due to confidential information. THERE WAS NOTHING CONFIDENTIAL to be entered. The last 4 digits of social and telephone. Questions that are asked all the time at various questions. I went to a different Ashley store two days later and purchased items, that sales person took care of everything from start to finish. I would suggest more training in customer service for the first sales person. Customers come for "service" not to have someone make them feel like they are bothering them for doing a job that they are getting paid to do.

WARNING!!! Do not purchase from this place. Avoid stress and headaches. I made an online purchase March 16th. I wasn't aware of the delivery date after my purchase which was April 19th. I received a call two weeks before my delivery with the news that it was delayed. My new delivery date was May 2nd. On May 1st I received a call to confirm my delivery appointment However, I missed the call so they changed my appointment for May 19th. Luckily, I was able to call back right away and change my delivery for May 3rd a day later from my original delivery date. On my delivery day I received an assembled cabinet that was damaged. I called customer service and they said I will be able to exchange or return after they send out a technician to inspect the damages. A technician was scheduled two weeks after my delivery date May 18th. The day the technician arrived. He came to repair the cabinet. The cabinet had yellow stains which he spray painted over and fixed the doors that were not closing properly. I told him that repairing the cabinet wasn't an option I was given. I was not going to pay $500+ for a repaired cabinet. I want something new !! So I was told to call customer service and deal with them. I called customer service they said the moment I received the item I had to turn it away when I saw the damages. Therefore Im not able to return it for a refund and possibly neither an exchange. My only option was the repair. So be careful when you purchase from this place.

Don't waste your time or money. We were promised a delivery today with a specific time window. 2 hours after the "window" had passed, we called to inquire about our delivery and were told that our delivery was scheduled for May 31. This is the SECOND time Ashley Furniture did this in the last year. The first time, we attributed it to "The Covid mess" and let it go. If this is how they treat customers, they don't deserve to stay in business. My time is valuable. I can't afford to waste a day waiting for nothing, not to mention the disappointment of having to wait for a piece of furniture that you planned on using before May 31.

The salesman was very nice and knew just what I was looking for. I was able to pay with my salesman and was given a date for 2 days for delivery.
The associate helping us was a nice guy and we got a good deal on a mattress and bed that we liked. Unfortunately, 2 hours after getting a text message confirming our delivery for this weekend we get a call telling us we have to wait another month for the mattress because it turns out they didn’t have it in stock. We picked up the bed ourselves, so now I’m left with a bed frame and nothing to put in it for another 4 weeks. 5/12 update: Ashley called me to again notify me that my delivery is delayed. They said it would only be one more week but given the other reviews I have read of this company, I won’t hold my breath.
Paula Andrews was so helpful during our recent visit to Ashley home store! She knew exactly what I was looking for even if it wasn’t on the showroom floor took her time to find it on line for us. She made everything so easy for us. We had a great experience. Would highly recommend her!
Bought items. I know Covid is a thing but I had to carry my own furniture out to my car through the showroom floor. Also, my salesperson was of no help when I asked for recommendations of what to go with furniture I already have.

So I was on my way for a refund and fortunately met a Sales Consultant named Paula Andrews even though she was not the one who originally helped me she took her time and helped me out. Here’s the good part not only did she resolve the issue but she got me the exact merchandise I was looking for and got the delivery date set up which I am greatly appreciative for. She not only was extremely professional but she was extremely patient and she is definitely a problem solver. Ashley furniture should be very honored to have her working there sales floor because not only did she save a sale she earned a future customer. I would have no problems with referring people to buy furniture from Paula!!! All in all I think there was a misunderstanding initially but regardless Paula made it right and we are happy customers!!!
Great experience. Salesperson was super great. Went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Even help me save some money. I recommend, Ashley Furniture. Will give an update on how the setup and delivery goes. Then another later on, on the quality.
Let me warn you of how they run their business. My order arrived and we set up delivery. Furniture was delivered, I pointed out that the power recline did not fully come back to a full and upright position. They said they would send out a “tech” . The Tech came a few days later. He inspected the furniture and told me, well it is sectional furniture so the this may be the best you will get. He said he would submit the photos and they would get back to me. They did not I had to call them. When I did get through, which in itself was not easy. They informed me that the tech had determined there was not defect. I let them know I did not agree and that in addition to the original problem I found that the power head rest was now not working as well. They asked me to submit a picture so they could see what the problem was,,,, I asked, how does not take a picture of a non working headrest?? So far I am very un happy with the service they have provided. It is obvious that they are just concerned with the sale and not the after care.
There are a lot of things I have serious complaints about. If your want the short before you make a furniture purchase, do not use these guys. They are shady from start to finish and couldn't have done a worse job. Do yourself a favor and go to La-Z-Boy instead, who have amazing customer service. So, the review; A few weeks ago, my family went to Ashley Homestore to begin our process of replacing about half of our furniture in our home due to age. Our first step was to check out a bedroom set for our son and look at dining rooms. The moment we walked into the store, we were immediately approached by a very eager salesperson. We were told, if we wanted the best deals on their furniture (which is obviously priced to discount, as per usual for furniture stores) that we needed to use the stores special 24 month financing. I don't need this, but to save money I agreed on the stipulation that I could pay it all off immediately and didn't need to wait the full 24 months. We then went and my son chose a set that, even with a 50% discount, cost 3k for the bed, a chest, and a nightstand. No problem, my son is happy and I'm not super worried about the cost. The salesperson takes me over to a machine and asks me to put in my info to be approved for the financing program. Once again, no worries. I put in all my info and the message comes up: "You have been approved for the Ashley Credit Card." Never once was I told that this "financing deal" that they required of you to get a good deal was a credit card. I decided, fine whatever, I'd pay it off, possibly use it once more to get a good deal on the next Ashley purchase for the dining set my wife was looking at and then cancel it. I was told everything was in the warehouse ready to be delivered but one item. That item, they said, was set to be in stock in the next week or so and that as soon as it was in, they would give me a call. They told me, if I hadn't heard from them by the 20 March to give them a call. Two weeks later, I've heard nothing from them, so on the 20th I give THEM a call. I'm told that now NONE of my items are in the warehouse. They currently have me slated for 8 April, more than a full month after my purchase. They hadn't contacted me, they had sold the items that were in stock, they were taking almost a full three weeks longer than they were supposed to. I told them I'd never be purchasing with them again. They thanked me for my comments and that was that. My son really liked the bedroom set, so we'll be sticking with it and waiting the extra three weeks, but we will not be spending another dime with this shady company ever again. I'll pay off the card (whenever I actually can, right now it still won't allow me to put a payment on the card, two weeks after the purchase) and cancel it out and go to more quality furniture stores for the rest of our purchases. Sorry for being long winded, but wanted to let everyone know that 4.4 stars is definitely not representative of how I see this store.

The in store experience was great and the representative was very kind, funny and helpful. However, I just received my delivery today and I’m beyond disappointed. I have reached out multiple times through phone and email to change my delivery to where the furniture would be set up for me, no one got back to me. I spoke to an online representative who assured me my delivery was good to go and my furniture would be set up for me. I’m furious with the delivery. The delivery guy Jesus, was extremely rude as soon as he got there and I pointed out the mixup. He then just kinda slammed my boxes on the porch, and forged my signature on the receipt stating everything got delivered okay. I contacted the store, they are rude as well and no help. As a first time customer at this place, I can promise I will stick to IKEA and some other online stores. I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
I ordered a sectional couch on January 7th and set up a February 12th delivery date. 2 days before, on February 10th, they called to confirm delivery. After waiting during my 10 am - 1 pm window on the 12th, I called and was told our delivery date was now the 17th. The woman on the phone was nice, but could not offer any details as to why this happened and if it would happen again. She made a claim for me and said someone will contact me within 24-48 hours, but it's Friday so this pushes us back to Monday. I am now left with no answers as to when and if my new sectional is coming and we have no couch because we cleared the space with anticipation of our new one. My husband thought Ashley Furniture was flaky and wanted to order from RC Willey...I'm regretting not listening to him at the moment. Unfortunately, I have more bad news to add. No one ever called me from an alleged claim to see why my original delivery date never occurred. Ashley called February 15 to confirm delivery on the 17, and I spoke with them and confirmed. The night of the 16th I thought I’d check the delivery status and was told I never confirmed so now my delivery date is February 21. So now I’m being punished because someone can’t do their job right and confirm my delivery. Complete and utter BS. Not impressed to say the least.
Worse place to buy fueniture, i bought a sofa bed on november 2019, since metal parts are to thin it broke in less than 6 months, it took like 5 months for a guy from ashley furniture to come and check it and all bed needed to be replaced cause it was defective, that was on sept 2020. I suppose to receive the part a month later, its january 2021 and still cant get an answer on when i will get the sofa repaired or anything, almost 4 months with an open broken sofa in my living room, which i can’t close it and its to dangerous for my kids to be around and they dont care about it. Not recomended at , plus dont buy protection, it doesnt help, i add it and it doesnt help at all. I would give -5 stars if i could

I am buying a new build and have been looking and pricing furniture for two months. I was greeted by Chris S. On my first visit, I immediately told him I was just looking and was not going to buy; believing he was a pushy salesman and hoping to get rid of him. To the contrary, he was not pushy at all and gave useful suggestions. So when I returned I asked for him and he helped me furnish my entire home. I have been back at least 4 times afterwards to measure, add items or just second guess my original purchase. Chris was always patient and friendly without being pushy. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He’s awesome.
Staff was nice but there were only 2 salespeople in the store. We were set on buying a sectional that day but our salesman had to take care of other clients coming in. The sectional we wanted was not in stock and they expect us to start paying for something I don’t even have in my house yet. Very disappointed. It really made us think about it and decide it is not a good idea to get it that day at this store. We’ll be going elsewhere. And by reading the reviews, thank goodness we did, by what I can see, they sell something to you and lie about the date it’ll be delivered. STAY AWAY!!
The store and staff was nice. We were greeted by not following by the sales team. They let us look around and let their presence be known by standing in the distance, in case you needed help. We was greeted by the store manager who was very helpful. Although, we didn't find what we were looking for, we would come back when they receive new items.
I went to the store to purchase a mattress cover. I found one I liked and went to purchase it. The staff at the desk looked at me like I was crazy and had to repeat myself saying I would like to purchase this item, finally a man stood up and said that we don&'t have any of them but I can buy it at that store and go pick it up at another. I ask what was wrong with the one I was holding, I was informed that it was for display only. There was no sign to state that, I asked why there was no sign. The man rudely took it back to the shelf and said he will make the suggestion to put up a sign. I will not go back to this store, I guess they are to busy sitting around to be helpful!
We bought Dining set, entertainment center, bedroom set last August and up unitl now, Nov 13th, no complete furniture came! BEWARE! Since August,were literally camping since we don't have a ll the set. We have a table but no chair. And they keep changing the delivery date. They scheduled it yesterday and today and no one came. Not even a notification telling me that they can't make it today. All they say is I am so sorry.....

Very nice place with alot to look at but disappointed in there in stock availability. Went in to buy a couple coaches. After picking out 7 separate sofa sets, i left empty handed. Every single set was out of stock!!! Unbelievable. Maybe they should tag the items that are back ordered and save us all time. Salesman was very helpful and professional. Feel sorry for him trying to earn a commission in a store full of out of stock items.
We purchased a bedroom set back in August and it is the end of October already and we still have not received our bedroom set. The staff were very nice at the store, but the fact that they have been giving us such a hard time to get our bedrooms set delivered is ridiculous. We’ve been given the runaround. They keep changing our delivery dates on us and when the finally came they brought the wrong parts. They have been at our house three times and still missing parts and now this last time they said they had the wrong parts and that they will be back. It is insane! Never will I ever purchase something from this place again. Worse experience I have ever had..
After delivery of a demolished dresser, stained matress, damaged footboard, hours with the nightmare customer service, still waiting for a technician to fix the footboard, it should be finished 2-3 months from initial delivery. Don't buy from this place!!!! The buying experience went from 5 stars to 1 star.
We bought a couch set from Ashley Furniture 3 months ago. After many phone calls trying find out when it will be delivered, I finally got a call today telling me they weren't sure when we would receive our set. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! This has been the absolute worst experience we have had buying furniture. Avoid this place. Their customer service is a joke.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I have been waiting for my 4 piece set of furniture since the end of July, and I am still waiting it has been 4 months now. I have been sent confirmation calls followed by rescheduling calls the last 10 "delivery dates". They could never tell me how many orders were ahead of me, or if the next "'delivery date" was going to be guaranteed. The customer service is terrible, and they do not have any answers for you just insensitive apologies followed by attitude. They are supposed to be the number one furniture store, I completely disagree. They do not even attempt to mend their horrible service for their customers. Will never order from them again, and want to make sure everyone is aware of my horrible experience because I am not alone.
I am giving Ashley Homestores 1 as their products are never in stock and they tell you one date for delivery and you can plan on another 2-4 months. I ordered a table last year and bench and chairs they all came at a different time and the table was broken. The delivery people had to put it together with my screws and tools. The table is already after a year showing signs of stress with the laminate (poor quality) and I&'m the only one that uses it. Now I ordered a couch and love seat and it is delayed 2 1/2 months and most likely will be delayed another month or two. Just to have them set it up in my home would had been another $100 or more. For all the inconvenience they could at least put it in my house. NO, customer service states I need to contact the store. When I ever buy furniture again it won&'t be from Ashley. Buyer beware!
I am very disappointed with this company. We purchase a bed set for my daughter. We thought will be a nice birthday present. It&'s been almost 2 months and we haven&'t received anything. They keep pushing back the delivery telling us 2 things still not available. We pay cash. Forget about my daughter&'s present well maybe for next year they will have it ready!!!
Messed up my order 2 times, they even changed the delivery date 3 times 1 time without me knowing. We called them and no one would answer. Garbage customer service and horrible prices never buying from here again.
Ordered furniture from here in August and the delivery dates kept getting moved to the point where I just had to cancel my order. What point is there of a delivery date when you’re just gonna keep moving it? Don’t give a delivery date then. Also, when they were installing my dining table, 2 of the legs were missing and it took a month to even replace them. DONT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT A YEAR FOR YOUR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I bought beach croft swivel rock set online. Had welds break on both chairs. The wanted to only return the defective chair and not return the whole set of out door furniture. Have spent 5 hours on the phone try to resolve issue. The automated phone system just puts you in circles. After five hours of phone calls they are finally refunding my purchased. Super comfortable furniture. Swivel chairs just suck.
Don't order anything unless you are willing to wait 3 months to get you product delivered. I ordered 8 pieces of furniture on the 8 of August and was told that my order would be delivered on the 20th of September. They showed up with 4 pieces and told me that the rest would be delivered on October 16th. Now I'm being told that only half of a sectional that I ordered will be delivered on October 16th and the other won't be delivered until November 24th. I will never purchase from them again. They would not even deliver the unit on there showroom floor to make me happy!!!

We have been buying furniture for years at Ashley. We were shocked when we went into the store today to buy a livingroom set. They have employees wearing shirts promoting radical anarchism. Now former customers.

We received a coffee table ($310) completely torn up. One of the 2 drawers was completely split and unusable. The table top was dented and cracked across the corners/sides. Pieces were missing. Such a disappointing thing to spend that type of money to have a place throw it in a box with ZERO care for delivery. Will not be purchasing from you for a very long time..
Ron was a huge help for my wife and I when we were picking out furniture. He was honest and helped us to get the best deal we could, ask for Ron if you're shopping at Ashley's in Vegas! Store was clean, quiet and very well organized with a lot of product available on the floor.
I new what I wanted and found it on Ashley’s website. However, it was out of stock. Ron, our sales associate , checked the warehouse and found one for me, but I’ll have to wait for my ottoman and I was really cool with that. Also, I was given the internet price which was awesome. I love Ashley Furniture. Go American Made with Ashley.

The customer service is good and they&'re nice people. They have a good selection and plans on the furniture BUT their delivery service is horrible!!! Terrible!!! I bought a floor mirror in early August and I&'m still waiting for it! I bought it in early August. When i bought it they said they had it in their wearhouse and I can go pick it up. I can&'t transport it in my car so I asked for it to be delivered. They pushed the delivery back on me twice. Then, they delivered it on the wrong day! Because I wasn&'t home they now have pushed it back another week. Im still waiting. This is my first time purchasing through them and this is definitely discouraging. All that being said, the store manager was very empathetic and helped me out as much as he could
Be carefull when buying here. We went in July to buy a couch and, not only did we have to find someone to talk to that wasn't very friendly, we were told that we wouldn't have the couch delivered until September 9th. We understood since covid-19 is slowing everything down. We got a call from the warehouse on September 4th that their was an issue with our order but they couldn't tell me what. When I finally got a hold of someone, a week later, and I was told that delivery was changed to October 7th and they didn't even know if anything peice of the couch would be available. Why sell something that isn't even in stock or going to be? We are canceling our order today, 2 months later. So disappointed.
Shopping for furniture probably isn&'t the most fun activity. With newly moving to Vegas and a substantial upsizing, my wife and I were trying to fill the space in our new home. We stumbled into Ashley Homestore just to look but &"accidentally&" walked out with 7k worth of furniture. The show room is what you&'d expect from any furniture store. Very large, lots of displays, many types of styles, colors and price ranges for all budgets. The facility was clean and not to busy (a couple days before Labor Day). Our sales associate Hailey was helpful in explaining the differences between beds, options that can come with it, what is included in piece sets, couches, pretty much everything and the kitchen sink. We were able to customize our 14 piece order and they threw in some free pillows ($150 a pop), a free bed cover and some heavy 45% discount. The in store experience was pretty great overall, it&'s after looking at the &"fine print&" is when we started to realize what had just happened. Hailey had explained to us she was able to get 45% discount on our order. When conversing, she made it seem as if our ENTIRE order had gotten a 45% cut off the top. After looking at our invoice, we noticed only a hand full of items had the discount applied. Maybe a change in wording would have helped here. We were also given a 5 year furniture protection plan from GBS that we didn&'t really ask for, she just threw it into the order which added an additional 289.99. *side note, GBS is NOTORIOUS for declining work orders and denying claims from reviews, word-of-mouth AND personal experiences (yes pleural). Getting a hold of them for anything is a chore and they drag their feet with canceling policies as I&'m still waiting for paperwork to cancel a plan that I inquired about LAST YEAR!*I guess in their defense, this all could have been avoided if we had taken one really good look at the invoice before signing everything. However, sliding in extra expenses to increase ones commission is one of the oldest practices in the book and doesn&'t really help the image of such stores (car dealers, furniture stores, etc). We were able to cancel our GBS protection plan by calling into the store. I&'ll have to update this review if they didn&'t follow through and refund the full price from our invoice. The furniture we received does look great and met our expectations. Would I recommend Ashely Homestore? Sure, just make sure what your getting is really what your getting. 5/5 from first to last step in the store!- 2 hard stars for reasons stated above!

Ashely HomeStores: Where you DON&'T get what you paid for! Sooooo if you order $1,000 worth of furniture from them online and pay for professional assembly - you will get a confirmation email regarding your delivery with a disclaimer that they will assemble those items brought in my the delivery person. You will then notice that the delivery person only brings one of the 3 packages in your order - assembles it and leaves. The two other packages are sent FedEx and therefore are not covered by the assembly charge that you paid with your order. When you call to explain what happens, the con is further explained by the Supervisor who adds that they will deliver and assemble the heaviest item in your order (the dining room table) only. But the chairs, well they were shipped separately and they are aware that there is no option to choose this when you order online, it&'s just how they do it. The moral of the story - don&'t do business with an organization that needs to fool you into paying for partial service. It is likely they are cutting other, more important corners as well!
I've gone to Ashley for a long time and always get good service and things are done quickly My salesman Mr James Clark is such a good person to have helping you. He knows how to get things done and he works hard to make things work for you.. I am very happy with him and the overall way they take care of me.
Do not shop at Ashley Furniture! They charged me for a large order up front and have delivered only small portions of our items and even incomplete bed sets over three months and now say there are additional delays for another 3 months when they guaranteed they had the furniture available. Constant delivery schedule changes and broken promises. I will never shop there again!

I was told I had to come pick the lamp up Monday because the guy who removes the lamp wouldn't be in until Monday. I came Monday to pick up and the lamp was still hanging up. I was told they forgot to have him get it down. I would need to come back Tuesday it will be down. I came back Tuesday and the lamp was still hanging up I was than told again he didn't get it down I would need to come back Wednesday. I ask to speak with a Manager and I was told she stepped out. The unprofessional treatment I've received has me beyond upset. I will never shop at Ashley's again.

Their customer service is a joke!! You will spend hours tracking your delivery on line, thru call in customer service and even talking with management. Set delivery are not correct so don't take off work because they don't show and don't give you any explanation, it's a blame game, from the warehouse don't have your items, it's on back order all the while never informing the paying customer anything but you may get your items. SERIOUSLY!! I guess manager Ingel at the Decatur Store in Las Vegas must have forgotten without paying customers you HAVE NO JOB!!!
They had a nice selection to choose, but they were very expensive and there was only three people on the sales floor. Therefore, I was never able to get assistance and left the store.
Not only did it take a long time to purchase a living room set, but I’ve tried to use their protection plan to fix a reclining couch that broke within a year and this process is taking forever as well. I’m very frustrated with their lack of customer service. Tried to call the location off of Decatur and no response. I left a voice message and nobody returned my call. They also have major inventory level issues, because nothing was in stock even though the “real-time” inventory count showed differently in their system. All around horrible experience from the purchase and now to the maintenance.
we&'ve had nothing but trouble with this store. this was the first time we bought furniture from Ashley. And our purchase was at least $8K. Our furniture was dilevered to us sometime in June. At delivery, there were some issues the items. 1) a plug cord that&'s for our recliner was missing. the delivery technician had promise us that customer service would send us one a cord and they would send technician to fix.2) A Couple of the drawer rollers for our bedroom set were broke. Both cords and drawer rollers mailed were wrong.So we then went to the actual store in Las Vegas, NV at Decator and spoke to Store manager Darryl Waller, which he promised to schedule another technician to fix our issues.When the technician came to our house, he said the wrong parts were ordered for both problems.So again my wife went to store and talked to Darryl Waller. To remedy he did offer a gift card worth $250. And Give another $50 dollars off a furniture my wife wanted. And promised again technicians and part...etc.This time the correct parts were ordered and technicians came and fixed issues. After they left, my wife check the drawer sliders again and was still broke and power cord not connected.Wife went back to store again and talked to Darryl Waller. At that point he volunteered to come to our house directly. Which he did. He proceeded to install power cord and attempt to fix drawer. At which then he noticed and told my the drawer slider had &"been glued many times and looks like they may have send us a broken item that&'s had a problem before us with other customers.&" He then promised my wife he will get a new unit item dilevered.Two weeks later, today, no communications from customer service was made to us. So my wife went to store, again. This time she spoke to Angell Odoms. Which they will email regional manager Jay Lee. So my wife asked if we could be cc&'ed, but was refused and was told they could not do that. So my wife asked for print out of email but with no avail. At the point, my wife said told Angel that she was getting the impression that they didn&'t really care. And Angel&'s respond was simply &"how do you want me to react?&" And she then asked for emails and told them we regret buying from Ashley and that we will get a hold of corporate and file a complain. At which his reponse was just &"ok&" and then my wife left.

I walked into the store August 1st and ready to purchase. When I entered the store a nice lady greeted me. Her name was Paula. At no time was she pushy or a car salesman. Paula knew the right time when I needed her. She answered all my questions. What I really appreciated is Paula stayed within my budget and went above and beyond for me. There was some concern I had for delivery and meeting my timeframe. And Paula-her manager made sure to keep me happy. I will purchase more furniture from this Ashley location this year. And I will always ask for Paula as I can see she truly loves her job. But most importantly she cares about the customers. Thank you Paula for a great experience
I understand that a lot of furniture is delayed. However, just be honest with the actual due date rather than lie to get a sale. I ordered 2 different sectionals plus the setup that coordinates with it (coffee tables, end tables, rugs and lamps). I asked three times what is the worst case scenario on when to expect delivery. I was told by the end of July each time by the sales associate. Couple weeks went by and no updates. I called and was told to expect delivery by mid August to the absolute earliest. I will be canceling my entire order. FYI- you can find better customer service and great furniture elsewhere in this town.
I bought a dining table and Incomplete delivery not done after 2 months I haven't delivered my seat yet I had a party and the chairs were handed to me with short legs I called the customer service and they still didn't call me They didn't answer me very well and hung up on me I'm still waiting for my chair I'm not happy at all and I want to give it back I was given a delivery date once and I waited until nightfall but it was not delivered and I called and I was given another date.

Such a great experience!! Spoke with Darryl over the phone and explained my situation with several delays from another furniture store. He ran around the store and found me the exact set with tables and recliner included for a better price with 1 day delivery. When we came to the store we were helped with everything by Paula the whole process quick and easy. Definitely will shop at that store again. Best customer service by both of them.

This review is getting 5 stars because the store manger Darrell was amazing. The warehouse messed up my Order and delivery. Customer service were very argumentative and provided horrible customer service as they did not know what was on our order sheet upon purchase. The store manager stepped in and gave amazing customer service and made it right. I will be a returning customer!
This has been the absolute worst experience I&'ve ever had. No one knows their head from their rear. The customer service is an absolute joke and i will never do business with Ashley again!!!! If I can rate them a negative star I would!!! I spent $6000 on furniture with them and I only get bits and pieces at a time. Missing parts and no one can tell me what is going on. They only refer me to the stupid 800 number so I can be on hold for eternity or they say you can leave a message and someone will call you back in 96 hours?!?? You obviously took my money right then when I ordered the stuff, but you want me to wait 3 months for my furniture to be delivered in pieces?!? What a joke! I hate Ashley furniture and someone needs to report them the to BBB!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! I will go elsewhere from now on. I have been trying to get a resolution to my mattress problem for 2 months. When I was told by Angell at the store on Decatur that my comfort was not his concern. He said I don't get to change my mind. This is what I'm stuck paying for. Shame on you Ashley as I spent $7000 in your store.
Ashley furniture was a huge disappointment. Walked n and bought a bed and tv stand for $1500 and gave them 2 months notice for delivery. They end up letting us know there is a delay 2 days before scheduled delivery. Which left us without a bed frame since we sold our other one to prepare for the new one. Now the new delivery date is 2 months later so I call to complain. I ask for $300 off which is 20% and then say they can only do $200 so I tell them I want to cancel my order and they literally allow me to do so over $100. We love everything we got from wayfair and we even got a dresser and two night stands as well for $300 less than we spent at Ashley for just the bed and tv stand. Feeing a great sense of pride in canceling my order with Ashley.

If you try to call them the wait time is hours and they don't even resolve your issue. Nothing but a bunch of clueless idiots working here. I placed an order over a month ago and have been more then patient but they love to take your money in and leave you in limbo not knowing where your stuff is. And if you do get through do customer service all they tell you is "we'll speak to someone and call you back within 24-48 hours" NEVER HAPPENS. Still trying to cancel this same order!!!! ALSO found the SAME couch at Big's Furniture for $600 cheaper! So HA. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK AROUND!!!!! SAVE THE FRUSTRATION.

I really love The Ashley’s Furniture Store on Decatur and the 215 Freeway. Usually when we shop there an An Amazing Sales Rep Ron assists us. However, today Ron was booked and I asked a Gentleman if he were able to assist us. This Gentleman did not hesitate and went above and beyond to assist us. The ironic thing of all is he ended up being Darryl the Store Manager! Now, I have to say I shop at many Stores and have not had a Store Manager Personally assist me. Most, not all usually pass you off to another sales rep. He really made our day!! Also, what was nice is that Ron, recognized us and still made time to Greet us as well!! I have to say if you want Exceptional and Genuine Customer Service go visit Darryl and or Ron and you will be 100% Satisfied and will receive Excellence Customer Service!! We most definitely will be Returning Customers!

Waited 2 months for missing parts, they use 3rd party delivery who damage your property and did not repair damages, go elsewhere with your business
So I purchased a bunch of new furniture last year and was not really happy with the bedroom set quality the wood was bowing on the drawers so they did come and replace it six months later it got even worse with the new piece so I told them I didn't want that style anymore. When I got my first delivery of furniture which was living room dining room and bedroom sets it didn't come complete even though I had ordered the stuff several months before I received it and I wasn't notified the complete order wouldn't be arriving until a few days before delivery!! So because they don't make the bed dresser anymore they're replacing my entire bedroom set with the new one and they're going to take back the old one it was supposed to be delivered February 6 and I got a call today saying it won't be here until the 20th!! I've talked to several people and everyone's had issues with this company and getting furniture in a timely manner for someone that's been around as long as they have you would think that They would have this down a little bit better than they do.. I'm glad they took care of the problem with the furniture being replaced but having to be delayed again is very frustrating

Me and the wife decided to go look at beds. We looked EVERYWHERE . We then decided to go swing into Ashley and met Darryl. He had talked to us about beds from good, better, best. The information that was given to us about all the mattresses shown to us as well as the 1000 questions my wife asked.. Well needless to say we ended up buying a temper-pedic mattress and an adjustable base. He then asked "are you guys in need of any furniture" sooo We didnt stop there!!! He also helped us find the perfect couch and chair to add to the purchase. We ended up spending a little over 8,000 and I have never felt more comfortable and secure with our purchase. I'm sure you only hear more complaints then you do praises. Well I'm saying he is the ONLY reason we decided to make our purchase with Ashley furniture after shopping around and ending up there. Thank you Darryl for EVERYTHING!!! I WILL be coming back for future purchases because of you and your staff!!!!
Had some reservations about going to this store since saw bad reviews. No need to worry, Hailey, and other workers were very helpful.. We asked for a deal on 6 chairs and a dining table...its usually 4 chairs and a table..Hailey.gave us a great deal. Furniture arrived on time , deliverers assembled it..all 6 chairs arrived with it. Definitely would go there again.

This store has beautiful furniture. I've enjoyed everything for years. Just know they are individually owned. Don't go anywhere else expecting the same level of service. Especially don't go to store on W Sahara. The absolute worst. Deliver damaged food and never replaced em. I was a new customer for them m they treated me like shit. Worst store ever. Customer service sucked, had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, paid more for delivery than any other store in Las Vegas, parts were missing so I have a mattress on the floor and the bed is in a box, called the store and they don't know when the parts will be in. They will call me in 49 hours to reschedule. Total crap, don't buy from here. Go to walker or rc Wiley.

There's not a timer when I haven't, or heard someone that hasn't, had issues with delivery! They have had my order for a month and a half... when the truck shows up to deliver...one piece missing! Ordered a sofa sleeper...the guy opens the sleeper mattress. We ask if they do that to let it expand. Guy replies, "No, this is Ashly's...we do it to make sure the mattress is even there" Your own employees? WOW! one week later they reschedule the piece missing. GUESS WHAT... WASN'T on the truck! Delivery sch 2:30-6:30. 3:30 they call and tell me it wasn't on the truck. I am going somewhere that deserves my service. DON'T SHOP AT Ashley's!

They Did not deliver all the items you ordered and will not accommodate your request to expedite your missing items, they charge me $170 for delivery and don’t care if you got the whole order or not because they Got your money already!!! They need to fix this system and work with the customer needs not what is easy for them!!!! Very bad experience with this company!!!
Ruby is a great resource. She took all my input as to what I was looking for, showed me those she had in stock, similar models in terms of shape, size and feel for models not in stock, and keeping in mind my feedback and budget, went over additional options to consider that I had not mentioned. No pressure felt at all, she left the final buying decision to me, explaining only pros and cons of each option. In the end I made a decision that fit my budget, and left feeling like I made the most informative choice, and bedt decision possible. This was a worthwhile visit, and Ruby was truly a gem to work with
Do not believe anything their staff says. I was lied to NUMEROUS times. The delivery date changed 4 times. Their price match policy is a scam. I found the exact same set on their website and wasn't honored the lesser price. Spent hours in one week calling their customer service department. They don't care about their customers!!!! Watch out.
We have visited this Ashley HomeStore location several times due to our customer service experience. At this visit most recent visit we purchased the Kavara Counter Height Dining Room Table, chair set and bench from our favorite sales rep. She is always professional, prompt, doesn't hover and lets us explore on our own and is quick to respond. We adore her and will be quick to return for our next furniture purchase!
Ordered a 15 piece living room set. We received a call a day before delivery stating that the accessories will be delayed and that someone will reach out with a new delivery date. No big deal. It’s been over a week and no one has called. Every time I call they promise to call back with UPS shipping information but never do. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this store with delivery. We bought two large purchase but will NEVER shop here again. Their customer service team is a complete joke.

Please Please DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S. Especially the Decatur location. I have been lied too, and when I caught them in a lie. I was told by the asst manager......They Misspoke....The MOST DISAPPOINTING issue is the supposed Warranty. First, they will deliver damaged items, if you chose to still buy from them. I was told if you use your warranty once, it is now VOID. Make sure you look it over very carefully, especially underneath. You would think your buying from a second hand store. You probably would be better off and save yourself money too. If ASHLEY'S really cared about their customers, there issues from previous reviews would have been addressed. Update*** I did go down to the location and spoke to a manager who was very nice, he was able to comp the delivery for me.... *update again* THE MANAGER DID NOT PUT THE DELIVERY IN THE SYSTEM. Decided to pick up our recliner at the warehouse rather than have it delivered as we were hoping to have it by a certain date. Got a phone call it was delayed and I'd "hopefully" be able to pick it up on the 29th. Never got a call it was in. Tried calling mutiplie times but gave up each time as the hold time reached over 20 minutes each time I called. My husband decided to just got down to wearhouse. When he gets there hes told we cant pick up our furniture on sunday. The "manager" on duty flat out refused to help him. Why were we never told there was certain pick up dates? By this time I'm pissed cause not only was the order delayed. I cant get ahold of a single representative. No one is calling us. Piss poor customer service all the way around. So I decide to call and wait out the hold time. Got someone after 15 minutes who refused to let me speak to a manager until I explained my concern. So by now I'm even angrier cause I'd like 1 decent experience with this company. After I make my complaint, she tells me my furniture wont even be in till the 2nd! So my husband is physically down there and the MANAGER doesnt even know this information???? So I tell the lady again I'd like to speak with a manager, after she told me they wouldn't be able to help me...Puts me back on hold. By this time I'd been on hold another ten minutes and hung up. I've tried calling the store I purchased from and again cant get anyone to answer the phone in a decent amount of time. I dont know if I should just cancel my order all together and purchase elsewhere or wait god knows how long for someone to actually contact me about my order. I will absolutely never shop here again after this experience.

Sales lady that greeted us at the door kept pushing a $299 dining set, was making me very uncomfortable as she would not leave us alone.
Not a very welcoming or customer sevice friendly place. Walked in and the greeter didn't smile and reluctantly greeted us with a monotone "welcome" that would have been more suitable if we were entering the Adam's Family house. To be fair, no other floor representative was any better. We didn't find any furniture we liked that was available in store. Do not recommend this location if you wanted great service, and genuine help finding what you need.
Don’t expect any sort of customer relations or empathy from this place after you order and they take your money. How a warehouse has a delay on a mattress that was clearly stated to me that it’s stocked up is beyond me. Sat on hold for over an hour and 47 minutes. No answer. A voicemail left just stating there was a delay for me to pick up my mattress. No further information. I had this planned for pickup for a specific date for a reason. And it’s not like I ordered the mattress yesterday or today. This has been more than a week. Horrible customer service.

If I could give ZERO stars.... I am still awaiting a side bar that goes on the bottom of one of the bar stools that I ordered in August. The incorrect (left) side was in the original delivery ordered on 8/20. I have had multiple calls with Cust. Svc. as well as a trip back to the store, several un-returned phone calls to another Rep. and finally the replacement part was agreed to be sent to me on 9/27. I was told 5-7 business days to receive. Today 10/12 I called again, I was told that the part order is in the system and that she was not sure why I was told 5-7 bus days and there is a 21 business day processing and a then 7-10 business days to receive after the processing, making Nov 3 the possible arrival date. This is ridiculous!
I visited the Ashley store on Decatur and 215 and I met Darrell, the store manager. He immediately understood my needs as a business owner. He did not only treat me with so much respect and efficiency but he also provided me with a special discount that really showed me they care about my business. He was quick and went above and beyond during the entire transaction. I'd highly recommend Darrell and his team.
This review is for both Vicky and Paula. Our first visit was for a bed. Vicky was amazing. No pressure and very professional while still managing to be personable. Second visit took several hours (my doing as I couldn’t make up my mind) with Saint Paula! Her sweet southern style along with her professionalism made buying several pieces almost enjoyable. Lol. Thank you both (and Ashley of course lol) for everything! Will come back again and definitely tell everyone to come see y’all.

I paid $1800 something dollars for this and I get treated this way. Hell NAW ! I&'ve been there and spoke to the store manager and he said he would take it to the higher wigs. Nothing was done or they never called me. For people looking to buy furniture your best bet is to go to Costco or Sam&'s Club. They never give you a problem and you can return or exchange things there with no problem. You better believe it that&'s the route I will go next time. I wish I could leave 1 star, the customer service Ashley furniture provides is terrible! We walked in and had such good services then after they had our money we couldn't get in contact with anyone. Rudy was our sales lady and she was great up until she got our money. Our couches got delivered and i was allergic to them, getting them to accommodate a return was impossible. Then it would be days before I'd hear back. We eventually reached out to Daryl the manager who originally helped us and he NEVER even called us back. I will NEVER buy from Ashley furniture again. Please reconsider before buying from these people!!! Go to the Sahara location if you really love anything, much better customer service!

Everyone is happy and you can tell they like being there. I was in desperate need of a sectional...since we recently got rid of our old one. I had very specific qualifications. Dark color, firm not too soft, perfect size, decent price...all that Jazz. We were greeted by a beautiful face named McKenna (sorry if I spelt that wrong) she was friendly and not too pushy. Very helpful and no I-need-a-sale kind of attitude in sight. I’m a trained sales person myself and she did everything right haha. She was real and didn’t leave out any details. She LISTENED to what I needed instead of showing me all the flashy stuff. If you need new furniture, go to this store and ask for McKenna! You won’t be disappointed, promise. Makenna was absolutely the best! She was patient, helpful, but never came off as pushy. Not only did she answer every question we could come up with, but she even moved furniture around the showroom floor so we could compare options! She even made financing (almost) enjoyable! Wonderful experience start to finish.

I bought a living room set three years ago and made sure to get the extended warranty. They had to replace the loveseat once and now both the couch and love seat are completely falling apart. The extended warranty doesn't help anything! It looks like we bought super cheap furniture. I hate people coming over because I'm embarrassed of my living room. I will NEVER buy furniture there ever again.
Man oh man,,, I'd give 6 stars if I could. Do not waste your time going to any other Ashley's in Vegas, than this one. Daryl (hope I spelt that right), the manager, is awesome. I had to make 3 stops in the same day. First, was the Decatur location, then to the MLK location because that's where the warehouse is. After making the second stop, I was greeted with very rude and unmotivated staff. The MLK location wasted a good 30 mins of my time, and I felt like I had to force the sales rep to sell ME. I went back to the Decatur location because I rather order from them and just pickup at a later date, than get my products same day and spend more time with the MLK staff. The manager at Decatur kept his word, assured me of all my concerns I had about the furniture warranties, AND delivered more than what I was expecting. From one salesman to another, I know the importance of excellent customer service. Because of the leadership, truthfulness, and tenacity that Daryl showed, I will definitely keep returning to this location as my home store to continue my business.
Awful customer service!! Purchased bed for son. Had to wait three weeks for delivery only for delivery guys not being able to put it together. Had to wait 3 days only for them to tell me under storage was damaged in warehouse. Management doesn't return calls, Trisha in customer service does nothing to help resolve the problem other than "making a note of it". Never will I purchase from this company again! I'm spreading the word!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I am disabled and it was hard enough for me to go to the store and walk around and try to find a decent chair I could be comfortable in. I was ready to make the purchase and just have something ASAP as I just moved here and my furniture hadn't arrived yet so I was willing to shell out the price of a decent chair so I wouldn't be in pain. I specifically asked the sales guy for a power recliner, because with my disability I don't have the mobility to activate a manual recliner. Even with a power recliner it was tough, while in the show room the power recliner tilted on me and I had to get help from a couple of the store employees. After deciding on a chair - which was higher priced than I would have liked, but the situation was desperate - I go through the purchase process and feel relief thinking I'd have a decent chair and not have to deal with the pain in my legs from the stiff couch at home. When the chair arrives, it looked right, like the exact same chair, the delivery guys set it up and rush out the door. When I sit in it i realize it's the manual not the power recliner. I called about it and first thing they ask me is "Did you accept delivery?" Come to find out the sales guy put in the invoice manual recliner not power recliner, like I asked for. So not checking their sales guy's work is somehow my fault? accepting delivery is my fault? They accept no responsibility? So in order to get the right chair I have to pay more, even though the sales guy walked through the price with me including delivery, and protection plan for the Power Recliner we looked at in store. So i wanted a full refund, and not give them my business even if i had to eat the cost of the delivery. Fine rip me off for $100 instead of $1000, but even though the website says you can return or exchange with in 3 days, and i called the day of delivery and typing this review after a long frustrating day of dealing with customer service, they're claiming a no refund policy. Because stores don't have to abide by corporate policy? Is that even legal? Whatever, I am no lawyer and I'm sure they get away with ripping off their customers all the time, but I am no longer going to be an Ashley customer. These people were horrible and the store manager was so disrespectful and rude treating me like I'm the idiot because the invoice they looked at says manual recliner instead of power, while the invoice i got from the sales guy doesn't specify one bit if it's power or manual. I just took him at his word that what we were discussing was accurate. Do yourself a favor, record everything on your phone to refer back to if you're going to trust these scammers. Also Yelp, please give the option to give 0 stars. One star is too high a review for Ashley Home Store at 6425 N. Decatur in Las Vegas. I just hope this isn't standard practice country wide for this company.
We went in today looking for a sofa for our new home. Makenna, our sales associate, did amazing! Taking us around to all the different options, eventually we decided on a love seat, a sofa, and a table set!!! We recommend asking for Makenna if you go in! She was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. Thank you Makenna!

Absolute worst customer service! I do not recommend buying from here! We purchased a bedroom set to be delivered and assembled. It was delivered a week ago WITHOUT the screws to be assembled! Said they would send the screws and still have not received them and it has been weeks since the bed has been delivered! We called customer service and went back to the store and I quote they said they did not have the screws and when they get them, they would send them to us and we could assemble the bed ourselfs! Why In world did I pay for shipping and ASSEMBLY if I have to put the bed together myself? At this point,we need a FULL refund and to take this bed back! We will take our business else where!
We will never purchase from Ashley again!!!. We ordered a bedroom set in October knowing that we would be moving into our new house in December. We moved in on New Years day and didn't get our set until February. Not only did we not get it close to on time, parts were damaged. Then Ashley decided to charge us again for the cost of the bedroom set in April. Here we are 7 months after the original purchase trying to get the right charge to our card. Then when I tried to call the store, I sit on hold for over 30 minutes each time I call only to get hung up on or disconnected each time. Never again!!!
The salesman and manager of Ashley home furniture on Decatur Were quite helpful and willing to make this customer happy and secure feeling about A significant purchase. The quality of the living Room set and the counter stools I am getting are extremely good and I am excited to add them to My new home's décor. I have purchased other furniture and Ashley and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and the durability.
Customer service sucks. They promise a 24 hour response time on emails. That is a lie, they never respond back. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Over priced but good quality
I was at the Martin Luther King store and I really liked my sales person and I felt obligated to buy from her because I talk to her before in December. I did already had furniture picked out at Bob's furniture. . . But they're on you every second and I felt pressured. . . . . they couldn't deliver my end tables and a coffee table and the furniture delivery date. That wait was extended two weeks wait time . . . . . . so I said I would pick it up . . . . ,they told me that it would be all assembled and I just pick it up and take it home and it was all in a box now I'm supposed to assemble it myself ?? I'm a grandmother. . . . like that's going to happen. They like took my money and they told me there's no refunds. . . When I picked up my coffee table and end table. . . . when I said the carpet didn't match the couch they said too bad no refunds. They were nice to me as far as picking out whatever tables and stuff I wanted which I didn't really even need but I certainly don't need to have to assemble everything they told me everything would be assembled I even had to put the lamp together when they delivered the furniture . . . they said, "no you do that" and I gave the guys a tip, but I don't know why because the back of the couch doesn't even fit together, there's two pieces that are level and the other one extends two inches higher than the other two back pieces and the whole thing is a nightmare as far as I'm concerned. Never again if anybody has any suggestions on a reputable home furnishing store I would certainly like to know. Because I'm already done with this junk!!!

Came in twice, spoke with Ryan, with cash to purchase 2 ludden recliners, at 1 price, well internet down, said would call when back up, never called, said would throw in a cover or something for our inconvenience to buy , was off work, never did then went back as Amazon had same c htf airs for $332 ea free shipping but we said we would buy from him for$349 ea . Next day price was listing as $599ea plus 70 shipping plus 6$60 for extended warranty hence now at a cost of almost $500 per chair cash, very disappointed in how we were treated and scammed! Wont go back! Hopefully chairs are ok? I will also post on Yelp about this screwing of senior citizens!
I bought a couple of couches from here a few years back. I'll never go back. They don't honor their warranties, and they won't refill their cleaning kits with "free refills". Compare this with Costco literally on the other side of the parking lot, and I wonder "what was I thinking?"
If they had a minus zero stars I would choose it. We had a horrible experience with our purchase at this store. We ordered chairs based on a specific delivery date (we are helping a relative while visiting) and were told it could be done, only to receive a message that they couldn't locate the chairs in the warehouse - WTF! When we called the number they left to reach them regarding the delivery, over 10 times, no one one picked up. Called the store, was left on hold almost 15 minutes, and then disconnected. After over an hour of trying to reach someone to cancel the order, we were told we have to go back to the store to cancel the purchase. NEVER AGAIN! They couldn't have left a worse impression of incompetency on us if they had tried.
Several issues with Ashley furniture as a whole, not just this store. Buy a couch and warranty for scratches and damage. Call them less than a year and they refer me to the warranty company who keeps telling me it's the stores issue being it's less than a year. I personally dont care who's responsibility it is just want it fixed but after 3 weeks and everyone saying they will call me back I never hear a thing. Go to the north Decatur location to buy a bed and apparently their deliver ly company doesnt know how to use a phone, bed never delivered because I live on a new street and they cant find it. Hmmm I'm pretty sure if you called to communicate and ask I'd be able to tell you but that's too tough and inconvenient. Go elsewhere even if you have to spend a few extra bucks, this company is a steamy pile of manure.
Unfortunately, I cannot give less than a 1 star review 😡 I Received our delivery over the weekend and every single piece of this bedroom set has some sort of damage....Called the store phone # where we purchased from and after holding for 30 minutes 2 times back to back, phone went to a "busy signal" each time. Then called the customer service # found on-line and after waiting 37 minutes on the line, I was told that i would be transferred to another department. Now, it's round # 4 waiting and after another wait time of 40 minutes, I was connected to someone that offered some light on assisting me. At this point, I am asked to submit a reply back to an email I would be receiving shortly with attached photos of the damage and that I would be contacted immediately right back. I did exactly that however, it is now Wednesday and nobody is replying to my emails nor can I get through to anyone via phone 😡. Apparently, my 8k spent in this Vegas store (and with the Ashley brand) is not worth my satisfaction nor continued business.
Didn't have the right measures when we asked for help. Product was wrong. Not only once but twice they forgot items and delivery personnel were rude and didn't care. Very hard to hey ahold of someone once they get your money. Very rude people and bad experience.
Went to Ashley's and to buy a bed. We took pictures of the bed just to make sure we received the correct bed delivered. Salesperson and store manager Jeremy assures us we would get the correct bed. Delivery day came and what do you know it's the wrong bed, different color and missing 4" of bed!!! We called the store told them to take this bed back and bring us correct bed. Store manager tells us the bed is no longer available and brought us a bed that is similar!!! And just 4" shorter in height!!! WTF. Jeremy says they don't do refunds and to come in and choose different bed that will cost more. This is ridiculous. When I buy something I expect to get what I paid for not something similar. I will call my bank to dispute charge due to fraud. These people are liars and store manager Jeremy is not customer friendly. I will never shop at Ashley's ever again. Going to the BBB next.

After buying a very nice bed and a dining set, we will never shop here again. The customer service ladies are the only good experience we had. They work with what they have.
My mom purchased furniture a few years ago. It was a living room set including couches, tables, and a kitchenette. The coffee table and end tables scratched terribly and basically particle board. She purchased the warranty and wanted to them to come repair the tables. Sadly, before she could call, my father passed away so she wasn't able to get someone out. She moved and finally settled in her new home and had the energy to call. She honestly said that it was about 3 months prior where she noticed the damage and the agent immediately closed the case because she had to call 30 days from when she saw the damage. I tried to call and explain my mom was in no condition to call due to my father's death and they didn't care. How trivial is saying the time when damage was noticed? If there is a warranty, why does it matter? The furniture is cheaply made and should be repaired if a warranty is purchased. So buyer beware. Say it's less than 30 days in which you saw the damage otherwise you are out of luck.

when we purchased at Ashley home store, they were very nice to us and we had nice customer service and we had a very good deal on a new bed set. when dispatch was called to confirm the delivery there was no mattress, so we went down and upgraded the mattress and we were going to puck it up so we can have it on the same day as my bedroom set. when they delivered the bedroom set, their was no legs of hardware for the foot board. if we waited for the parts it would take 21 days to come in from the manufacture so we declined the foot board and had to go back to the store again and see about getting a new foot board. Darrel found us a foot board, so we went to the ware house so we can go to pick up the mattress and the foot board and their was noting in the system for the foot board. so we had to call Darrel again after we were hung up on and wait around another 35 minutes to an hour to get this resolved. I would give the quality and the price a 4 to a 5 star. I would give Darrel at the North Decatur store a 4 to 5 star. But the running around and aggravation and the lack of costumer service with the scheduling and the costumer service department is the reason for the one star rating.

Unprofessional. Should have read the reviews here first. I went to Ashley Furniture on 2/1 to purchase a memory foam mattress. Our sales associate was Ky'lel Brown. Mattresses come in small boxes so I was shocked to learn we have to set a date to pick up at the warehouse. Ok then. The soonest date he gave us was 2/10, after we already paid for it. Mind you we have NO mattress at home to sleep on. Today we went to the warehouse only for them to tell us there are no Sunday pickups even though our paper clearly says Sunday 2/10 to pick up. I do not live near the warehouse. I spent a long time in traffic to drive all the way out here to be told I'm not getting my mattress on my pick up date that I already paid for. . . . . HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke to the manager Jeremy Brown on the phone who said all he can do is offer a free delivery since we got the online price match. You mean since we paid the price that was advertised. . . ? I am not home during the week I'm a full time student and employee. So I would have to wait until NEXT SATURDAY for my mattress. Because of Ashley Furniture I have to spend another week without sleeping on a mattress at home because of the careless mistakes of their sales associates. I find it odd to not know your company doesn't do pick ups on Sundays, but then to issue a Sunday pickup. Never ever going to be a customer of them again! Rather go to Walker or anywhere else honestly.

Ordered a few items from here about 4 months ago, and got everything but a footboard and rails and the dresser from the bedroom set. I have been getting calls saying that its been on backorder for the 4 months and its still been on backorder every week since the beginning of Jan. Ive no idea how a bedroom set I had ordered 4 months ago, has a backordered item of the footboard/rails and the nightstand, shouldn't it all come as a package? Called customer service and was put on hold for approximately 20 min, to which I had gotten disconnected, and had to call again, to wait for another 20+ minutes. Can't wait for more bad reviews for this place.

My customer service in the store was fantastic. The delivery part sucks. I can't seem to get a cash paid in full transaction delivered in one or two delivery dates. Each time I'm told a different story and the pieces that I'm told will be delivered changes to something else. No consistency at all. Never again. RC Willey delivered everything in one day with two different trucks.

Ordered bedroom set in October and it is still not delivered here in almost February. Did.l not receive any notification of a delivery change from the end of December to what is now February 22. Had a delivery scheduled for January 19 and it never came. No one called either so a whole day was wasted. Never again will we purchase from Ashley!!!!
Ashley Lacks Integrity UPDATE: 1/22/19 India, Asst Mgr (allegedly) called and PROMISED a call back from STORE MANAGER JEREMY!!. 1/23/19: JEREMY lacks integrity and management skills to call me back. No call, no show for Jeremy today. I want the lousy $2000 in furniture picked up and refunded due to damaged, unusable furniture delivered and ZERO resolution, incompetent leadership and poor customer service from Ashley Homestore 6425 N. Decatur Las Vegas, NV. This could all have been avoided by follow up and honoring the purchase contract.

When hen this place sales you warranty for your furniture they do not tell you that squeaking in the furniture frame is covered, but they do cover scratches if you chip it or break It. I'm not going to buy another furniture from this place I rather bring it from California or order it on Amazon. I would give it a 0 star.
I have been given the run around on my order. I have been lied to the "local" number. I have been told that my order was complete, but on the day of delivery it was missing a queen mattress. I was told that it was coming in three days later, and then delivery would be today. Today I'm told that delivery would be on the 28th. After I call and complain, delivery could be on this Thursday. Now after constant pressure, I'm told they do have the mattress in stock, and delivery would be tomorrow. I am waiting on a time. Where is the customer service? Why are there no managers at a store to take my call?
Below is documented and a verifiable string of events. 1/9/19: Furniture was delivered at 8:30pm at night, 4 hours late, and damaged. Delivery drivers took pictures, promised a call the next day for a furniture repair appt. or a replacement would be ordered. ** 1/10: No call or follow up received ** 1/10: I called my salesman at Homestore on Decatur and I215 in Las Vegas, Ryan Todd. He did not return my 2 calls or text after telling me at time of purchase to call him if any issues with delivery or furniture. He spent plenty of time during the transaction explaining why the store service is superior to online when problems arise. Untrue thus far. **1/11 my wife called customer service and was transferred to the store we purchased the furniture from. They promised a call to schedule a furniture repair/inspection would occur the next day. **No call back received for yet another 2 days **1/14: I called back yet again, an appointment was promised again. Finally, I was told I am scheduled for a furniture repair/inspection on 1/23/19. **1/18/19 5:55pm Victoria called me from customer service and left a voice mail that the furniture repair team was booked over capacity for 1/23/19. Appointments are available 1/21/19, please call back to reschedule. **1/18/19 6:00pm, I called back customer service, they could not find me scheduled for a furniture tech any where/any date. After holding on the phone, the phone agent came back and said I was set for 1/21 & would receive a call with a time window for appt. on 1/19/19. **1/19/19. No call, imagine that. I called customer service in evening and she told me there are NO appointments for furniture techs on 1/21/19, they don't work this Monday. She promised a manager would call me 1/21/19 to resolve. I requested a replacement or return of merchandise. This is unacceptable customer service and furniture is damaged. She again promised a manager call back 1/21. ** 1/21/19 2pm, no word from any one at Ashley, let alone the manager Jeremy. Called the store and spoke to Christina who refused to get a manager, refused a return of merchandise delivered damaged, stating there is a no return policy and hung up on us. Now I must go to the corporate offices for Ashley Homestore in Las Vegas, the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint for investigation and my credit card company to dispute charges for merchandise delivered damaged and unusable to resolve this matter. All because Ashley refuses to do the right thing, as per their purchase contract, and refuses to stand behind their product and word. This was my last reluctant stop while shopping for furniture. I regret going to Ashley furniture.

My husband and I went to the Ashley store at Decatur, and our purchased a sofa. Daniel and Darrell were both amazing. The atmosphere was great...no pressure....no sales people following us around the store and the best part was both men really listened to our needs. We are long time customers of Ashley and will continue to patron this particular location!! Ashley furniture was suppose to deliver our new couch yesterday; however Daniel the salesperson forgot to change our address in the computer so they tried delivering to our old address. Then they were not able to deliver at all that day and we did not have any furniture for 2 weeks because we could not coordinate another delivery date until then. The sales manager Darrell did not seem to care nor did anyone else in the store either!!! We have been Ashley furniture store customers in the past, but after this experience NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Didnt follow us everywhere and let us browse but still there to help every step of the way. Super excited and happy with our choice of living room furniture and dining room set we picked out. So happy we get to custom match different pieces. I love how they have great deals and offer delivery and the warranty!! Also with matching tables and accessories. Amazing and definitely recommend them for anyone that needs anything for their home to finish and make it a home!!
