Be carefull when buying here. We went in July to buy a couch and, not only did we have to find someone to talk to that wasn't very friendly, we were told that we wouldn't have the couch delivered until September 9th. We understood since covid-19 is slowing everything down. We got a call from the warehouse on September 4th that their was an issue with our order but they couldn't tell me what. When I finally got a hold of someone, a week later, and I was told that delivery was changed to October 7th and they didn't even know if anything peice of the couch would be available. Why sell something that isn't even in stock or going to be? We are canceling our order today, 2 months later. So disappointed.
I always have a good experience when I shop at Ashley's. Good deals and good products.
Went in looking for a dining room set. Was met at the door by a very friendly employee who asked if we were looking for anything specific. We said yes... dining room set... he then proceeded to tell us that they are all over (and also mostly in the back) and basically good luck looking on our own lol um... okay... we wandered around. Beautiful store. Always appreciate Ashley design... we were approached a couple times but could not get any of these very friendly employees to assist. We did try lol and no one would guide us... just more of the same. "They are scattered..." Great... got it... found a set we really like and waited (cuz perhaps this is a new sales technique... you know watch and wait) Nope. Still couldn't get any assistance. So we parked it and then I googled to find out what the cost per chair is (we needed a total of 8) and consequently ordered the whole set from the Ashley App using our Ashley credit card and 3 additional items. Interestingly this lack of customer service lead us to a WAY better price ($500 less for the set of 8 chairs+table vs. the instore 4 chairs plus table) and it will be delivered with no hassle delivery in exactly a week from ordering. Not bad! So I give 3 stars. Decent overall experience-- better price in the end... but truly, kind of just missed the whole customer service/sales angle 😉 neutral rating.
I've gone to Ashley for a long time and always get good service and things are done quickly My salesman Mr James Clark is such a good person to have helping you. He knows how to get things done and he works hard to make things work for you.. I am very happy with him and the overall way they take care of me.
Do not shop at Ashley Furniture! They charged me for a large order up front and have delivered only small portions of our items and even incomplete bed sets over three months and now say there are additional delays for another 3 months when they guaranteed they had the furniture available. Constant delivery schedule changes and broken promises. I will never shop there again!
Their customer service is a joke!! You will spend hours tracking your delivery on line, thru call in customer service and even talking with management. Set delivery are not correct so don't take off work because they don't show and don't give you any explanation, it's a blame game, from the warehouse don't have your items, it's on back order all the while never informing the paying customer anything but you may get your items. SERIOUSLY!! I guess manager Ingel at the Decatur Store in Las Vegas must have forgotten without paying customers you HAVE NO JOB!!!
They had a nice selection to choose, but they were very expensive and there was only three people on the sales floor. Therefore, I was never able to get assistance and left the store.
Not only did it take a long time to purchase a living room set, but I’ve tried to use their protection plan to fix a reclining couch that broke within a year and this process is taking forever as well. I’m very frustrated with their lack of customer service. Tried to call the location off of Decatur and no response. I left a voice message and nobody returned my call. They also have major inventory level issues, because nothing was in stock even though the “real-time” inventory count showed differently in their system. All around horrible experience from the purchase and now to the maintenance.
Bought furniture sold us some junk now the supposed warranty now won't cover it Funny how that works Bought supposed one of there best bedroom packages cracked warped within the first year
I bought a dining table and Incomplete delivery not done after 2 months I haven't delivered my seat yet I had a party and the chairs were handed to me with short legs I called the customer service and they still didn't call me They didn't answer me very well and hung up on me I'm still waiting for my chair I'm not happy at all and I want to give it back I was given a delivery date once and I waited until nightfall but it was not delivered and I called and I was given another date.

Such a great experience!! Spoke with Darryl over the phone and explained my situation with several delays from another furniture store. He ran around the store and found me the exact set with tables and recliner included for a better price with 1 day delivery. When we came to the store we were helped with everything by Paula the whole process quick and easy. Definitely will shop at that store again. Best customer service by both of them.

Shopping should NOT be this difficult. From prices online that don't match prices in-store, to being told one minute something is in stock and "Yup we have that!" to "we can't get it to you for a month" literally everything from the beginning was a clusterf%^. Really tried to enjoy my experience shopping. Walked in with a list of what I needed, told everything was available. Now I get to wait six weeks to have furniture. I will receive chairs, but no table, etc. Now, reviewed my order and realized some items have the wrong quantity. Instead of making the correction, I have to drive to the store. Once I drove to the store my entire order was delayed an additional several days on items that were previously coming tomorrow, and WEEKS to the items coming supposedly in July. I won't shop here again.
I ordered furniture for delivery for June 20th. They changed the date to the 19th without saying anything, and never contacted me to let me know. I called back in to find out the status, and they gave my furniture to someone else, missing my delivery. They never called on the delivery date to say they weren't coming or going to be late. They never contacted me after they missed the delivery. Now, 4 days later, I still haven't received any word from Ashley Furniture. My order was already a month out when I sent it in. I'm incredibly disappointed in their service. I also have spent a collective 5+ hours on hold with them over the course of this experience trying to find information and resolution. Absolutely terrible service.

Went in knew what I was already looking for. Ron the salesman was friendly and professional and showed me where to look. Helped me with my purchase. Not pushy which I like. He's a definite asset to your company.
