Ashley Furniture Homestores does an excellent job of the customer experience in store. Very knowledgeable sales staff and courteous office staff are always available to help. Do orders go absolutely 100% all of the time?? No. There is not one business IN business that can make that claim...however, when something happens with an order from shipping delays, damages in transit, etc., it is the response of the team to rectify a situation that makes all the difference. We may not be able to meet the demands of every customer on their terms every time but we do our best to stay focused on the solution and with the customer's consent will follow through the best we can. There are many instances where the company goes above and beyond...even a salesperson delivering an item on his day off just to accommodate the customer. Why doesn't anyone blog about that?? Eight negative reviews here don't always share the actual end result such as the previously mentioned example of extraordinary customer service by a salesperson. There are tens of thousands of reasons why Ashley Furniture is still the #1 furniture retailer in the world..they just don't get mentioned here.

We went into Ashley Furniture to just browse for a bed set. Our Sales Person, Marvin Esco, was absolutely amazing. He didn't hover over us but when we needed help he was right there. He was all over it with his book and numbers. The level of professional that he showed to me and my family was incredible. He was so pleasant and polite. So much that we went back three days later and purchased more furniture. Its hard to find indiviuals with excellent work ethic anymore but he demonstrated that it still exists. Thank you Marvin for making our experience a phenominal one.

We are very happy with our Ashley shopping experience! We had been to the other furniture stores in the valley but just couldn't find what we liked at the price we wanted. Christian was able to help us find excactly what we wanted! He is very knowledgeable regarding the different options available to us and was quite pleasant to work with. Other members of our family have worked with Christian to purchase their furniture and have also been very happy with the outcome.

My experience at Ashley Furniture was awesome. Friendly service and no pushing at all! And Marco was very patient with me. And he even carried an end table to the couch set I got and thankfully he did, because it would not have worked! The colors were too similar and the tables were kinda big. :-) The manager was also extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing experience with Ashely furniture on centennial in Las Vegas, Bailey and Jay we they were very sweet and friendly they accommodated us with everything we asked and more. I would definitely recommend Ashely Furniture to my everyone.

HORRIBLE. Customer service is terrible at Ashley Furniture. I paid my furniture off and ordered it a full 3 weeks before the delivery date. I called a few days before delivery because they still hadn't called me with a time frame the week of, and they ordered the wrong couch. Also had my order confused with another customers (meaning that their order would have been delivered to my house if I hadn't called). The manager, Gil, told me he would keep an eye on the situation for me. He did not. He had no power to remedy the situation. They delivered when I was at work and I had told them I was at work that day. They then proceeded to tell me that the soonest they could deliver was a week later. Went as far up as the Vice President at the MLK location. Apparently bad customer service runs in the veins of this corporation because all he could do is tell me he was already aware of the situation and that they don't deliver on Monday and Tuesday (which is when I would have definitely been home). He said, "Do you realize how much money it would cost our company to break the delivery schedule just to accommodate your needs?" The nerve of these people makes me sick to my stomach. All I kept hearing was, "the best we can do is..." I work in a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, I know what that means, and it's not the best they could have done for me. The staff lies and makes promises they know for a fact they cannot keep, and then management covers them, so beware of Ashley furniture because apparently, it's not just this location. It's in their blood.
