The store and staff was nice. We were greeted by not following by the sales team. They let us look around and let their presence be known by standing in the distance, in case you needed help. We was greeted by the store manager who was very helpful. Although, we didn't find what we were looking for, we would come back when they receive new items.
We bought Dining set, entertainment center, bedroom set last August and up unitl now, Nov 13th, no complete furniture came! BEWARE! Since August,were literally camping since we don't have a ll the set. We have a table but no chair. And they keep changing the delivery date. They scheduled it yesterday and today and no one came. Not even a notification telling me that they can't make it today. All they say is I am so sorry.....
Very nice place with alot to look at but disappointed in there in stock availability. Went in to buy a couple coaches. After picking out 7 separate sofa sets, i left empty handed. Every single set was out of stock!!! Unbelievable. Maybe they should tag the items that are back ordered and save us all time. Salesman was very helpful and professional. Feel sorry for him trying to earn a commission in a store full of out of stock items.
We purchased a bedroom set back in August and it is the end of October already and we still have not received our bedroom set. The staff were very nice at the store, but the fact that they have been giving us such a hard time to get our bedrooms set delivered is ridiculous. We’ve been given the runaround. They keep changing our delivery dates on us and when the finally came they brought the wrong parts. They have been at our house three times and still missing parts and now this last time they said they had the wrong parts and that they will be back. It is insane! Never will I ever purchase something from this place again. Worse experience I have ever had..
After delivery of a demolished dresser, stained matress, damaged footboard, hours with the nightmare customer service, still waiting for a technician to fix the footboard, it should be finished 2-3 months from initial delivery. Don't buy from this place!!!! The buying experience went from 5 stars to 1 star.
We bought a couch set from Ashley Furniture 3 months ago. After many phone calls trying find out when it will be delivered, I finally got a call today telling me they weren't sure when we would receive our set. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS! This has been the absolute worst experience we have had buying furniture. Avoid this place. Their customer service is a joke.
Went in looking for a dining room set. Was met at the door by a very friendly employee who asked if we were looking for anything specific. We said yes... dining room set... he then proceeded to tell us that they are all over (and also mostly in the back) and basically good luck looking on our own lol um... okay... we wandered around. Beautiful store. Always appreciate Ashley design... we were approached a couple times but could not get any of these very friendly employees to assist. We did try lol and no one would guide us... just more of the same. "They are scattered..." Great... got it... found a set we really like and waited (cuz perhaps this is a new sales technique... you know watch and wait) Nope. Still couldn't get any assistance. So we parked it and then I googled to find out what the cost per chair is (we needed a total of 8) and consequently ordered the whole set from the Ashley App using our Ashley credit card and 3 additional items. Interestingly this lack of customer service lead us to a WAY better price ($500 less for the set of 8 chairs+table vs. the instore 4 chairs plus table) and it will be delivered with no hassle delivery in exactly a week from ordering. Not bad! So I give 3 stars. Decent overall experience-- better price in the end... but truly, kind of just missed the whole customer service/sales angle 😉 neutral rating.
Not impressed with service
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I have been waiting for my 4 piece set of furniture since the end of July, and I am still waiting it has been 4 months now. I have been sent confirmation calls followed by rescheduling calls the last 10 "delivery dates". They could never tell me how many orders were ahead of me, or if the next "'delivery date" was going to be guaranteed. The customer service is terrible, and they do not have any answers for you just insensitive apologies followed by attitude. They are supposed to be the number one furniture store, I completely disagree. They do not even attempt to mend their horrible service for their customers. Will never order from them again, and want to make sure everyone is aware of my horrible experience because I am not alone.
Messed up my order 2 times, they even changed the delivery date 3 times 1 time without me knowing. We called them and no one would answer. Garbage customer service and horrible prices never buying from here again.
Ordered furniture from here in August and the delivery dates kept getting moved to the point where I just had to cancel my order. What point is there of a delivery date when you’re just gonna keep moving it? Don’t give a delivery date then. Also, when they were installing my dining table, 2 of the legs were missing and it took a month to even replace them. DONT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT A YEAR FOR YOUR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE.
Don't order anything unless you are willing to wait 3 months to get you product delivered. I ordered 8 pieces of furniture on the 8 of August and was told that my order would be delivered on the 20th of September. They showed up with 4 pieces and told me that the rest would be delivered on October 16th. Now I'm being told that only half of a sectional that I ordered will be delivered on October 16th and the other won't be delivered until November 24th. I will never purchase from them again. They would not even deliver the unit on there showroom floor to make me happy!!!
We have been buying furniture for years at Ashley. We were shocked when we went into the store today to buy a livingroom set. They have employees wearing shirts promoting radical anarchism. Now former customers.
I went there to shop for furniture but apparently they allow employees to wear face masks with political messages like "I can't breathe". I thought it was a furniture store not a politcal place
Ron was a huge help for my wife and I when we were picking out furniture. He was honest and helped us to get the best deal we could, ask for Ron if you're shopping at Ashley's in Vegas! Store was clean, quiet and very well organized with a lot of product available on the floor.
I new what I wanted and found it on Ashley’s website. However, it was out of stock. Ron, our sales associate , checked the warehouse and found one for me, but I’ll have to wait for my ottoman and I was really cool with that. Also, I was given the internet price which was awesome. I love Ashley Furniture. Go American Made with Ashley.
Extremely disappointed. Purchased furniture over 6 weeks ago and received partial delivery. Was told I would be called to set up delivery date and time. Received a text today saying it would be delivered 9/30. Unfortunately no one will be home. Called customer care to reschedule only to be told the next available date is 10/31. So now it will almost 3 months after purchase. You would think priority would be given due to wait time. Nothing. If I could I would give it all back and go somewhere else!
Angie was great! Responsive and helpful. She let me know when my item went on clearance and helped us get things just right!
Be carefull when buying here. We went in July to buy a couch and, not only did we have to find someone to talk to that wasn't very friendly, we were told that we wouldn't have the couch delivered until September 9th. We understood since covid-19 is slowing everything down. We got a call from the warehouse on September 4th that their was an issue with our order but they couldn't tell me what. When I finally got a hold of someone, a week later, and I was told that delivery was changed to October 7th and they didn't even know if anything peice of the couch would be available. Why sell something that isn't even in stock or going to be? We are canceling our order today, 2 months later. So disappointed.

He knows how to get things done and he works hard to make things work for you.. I am very happy with him and the overall way they take care of me.
