David, our sales associate was fantastic. He directed us to the right items. Gave us time to roam around but he was near when we had questions. After a few questions he knew what we liked and he pointed us to the piece that we loved and bought. He was very kind and knowledgeable .

I was out of town during this memorial weekend and found some beautiful furniture at an Ashley store in another state from where I live. I called the store in my hometown of Las Vegas and gave them all the information and was able to get everything I want at the sale price. They were so accomidateing. Great customer service!! Thank uou!!
Customer care was amazing to correct a honest mistake earlier in the month. Manager took action to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

Great selection, went to the store twice In one day, walked the whole store looking for something specific but didn't make a purchase as no one assisted me.
I don’t really leave reviews, but I was so angry with Ashley Furniture I just had to. I went to my local store and purchased a sectional and coffee table on 2/6/21. Once the due date came for them to deliver, I heard nothing, so I called them. I got the whole story about it’s out of stock, and will be in stock at another time and gave me another date. This went on for 4 MONTHS with the same excuse. I called today and was told my order was cancelled! My order was cancelled without the courtesy of even giving me a call back. This is unprofessional!!!!!! I will never ever buy from you again! If you’re looking for furniture, DO NOT purchase from them unless you are looking for a place that is unreliable. You should be ashamed for even calling yourself a business!
I purchased a sectional in January that took me three months to get as I was delivered a section at a time. I wasn’t home for the first delivery otherwise I would have had them take it back. On May 13th, against all advice, I went back to purchase a California king size mattress. I explained my previous situation with them and a different situation that I had had with purchasing a mattress from a different company. The other company informed me that it would take 3 weeks to receive the mattress though at the end of the 3 weeks, informed me (after multiple calls) that they did not know when the mattress could be delivered. I explained the disappointment with my rep (Haley) at the Ashley store who in turned got her manager and both assured me that I would receive the mattress on May 25th if not sooner. I waited until the 26th of May to call to no avail so I finally revisited the store. Without any warning, no heads up and needless to say any apology, (nor was Haley available) I was informed that I would have to wait until June 20th! The manager was there though made no eye contact, did not offer an explanation nor did he apologize. Of course, I asked for a complete refund and Ashley will never get my business again. :(
Awful, repeat, AWFUL customer service. We made our purchase on 5/29 with the understanding that it would be delivered by 6/11, as this is the date that we have to have furniture in place for the arrival of a family member. The sales associate, Lexx, went to research delivery dates. She came back and told us that part of our order would be direct ship, which we received in less than a week. She then informed us the the rest of our order would be delivered and set up on 6/4. Perfect! We completed our purchase and went home. When we got home, we went to their website to get the dimensions of the furniture. We noticed a huge discrepancy in the prices. We went back to the store where they adjusted our order by just over $1800. Not sure why there was such a large difference. We confirmed our delivery date and went home. Here I sit, today is 6/4, waiting for a phone call telling me my delivery is on the way. Called the store to find out the delivery window. We were informed that we were not scheduled for today and our order would not be delivered until 6/25!!! We never would have made the purchase if they couldn’t fulfill it by 6/11.
The sales person at the front door never introduced himself. He never asked our names. He came across as he didn't want to be bothered. He was not at all engaging. Didn't make any suggestions or seemed to want to answer questions. When it was time to complete our purchase, he handed me the I-pad to fill out my information. That has never happened with previous sales people. When I asked why I had to do it, he simply stated due to confidential information. THERE WAS NOTHING CONFIDENTIAL to be entered. The last 4 digits of social and telephone. Questions that are asked all the time at various questions. I went to a different Ashley store two days later and purchased items, that sales person took care of everything from start to finish. I would suggest more training in customer service for the first sales person. Customers come for "service" not to have someone make them feel like they are bothering them for doing a job that they are getting paid to do.
This is a warning to NEVER SHOP HERE! The audacity of this store has my blood boiling! We had a scheduled delivery for a Fiday and unfortunately our phones were silent at 7AM and we were skipped on our delivery. It was confirmed more than 3 times via text, email and phone, that someone would be available for delivery. So because no one answered the first time we were skipped. That's your first mistake. Then when we call 15 min after our window, we are told you can not reschedule until Monday. We call Monday, reschedule for Wednesday. A few hours later you guys call and say we have to actually wait 7 weeks!?!?!?!?! BECAUSE YOU SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!! So you mean to tell me that even though I purchased, waitied, confirmed, and paid you, you have the right to sell MY FURNITURE!?!? You guys are a joke of a store and company. I will happily take my business along with eveyone else I have contact with somewhere else!

WARNING!!! Do not purchase from this place. Avoid stress and headaches. I made an online purchase March 16th. I wasn't aware of the delivery date after my purchase which was April 19th. I received a call two weeks before my delivery with the news that it was delayed. My new delivery date was May 2nd. On May 1st I received a call to confirm my delivery appointment However, I missed the call so they changed my appointment for May 19th. Luckily, I was able to call back right away and change my delivery for May 3rd a day later from my original delivery date. On my delivery day I received an assembled cabinet that was damaged. I called customer service and they said I will be able to exchange or return after they send out a technician to inspect the damages. A technician was scheduled two weeks after my delivery date May 18th. The day the technician arrived. He came to repair the cabinet. The cabinet had yellow stains which he spray painted over and fixed the doors that were not closing properly. I told him that repairing the cabinet wasn't an option I was given. I was not going to pay $500+ for a repaired cabinet. I want something new !! So I was told to call customer service and deal with them. I called customer service they said the moment I received the item I had to turn it away when I saw the damages. Therefore Im not able to return it for a refund and possibly neither an exchange. My only option was the repair. So be careful when you purchase from this place.
I will start this out by saying that we are repeat Ashley HomeStore customers and have a beautiful chair that we purchased there around five years ago and it is still in perfect condition. So we felt comfortable buying from them again. We purchased a new Sectional Sofa from them on 4/16/2021 and it was delivered on 4/23/2021. At the time of delivery we commented that the pillows looked a bit puckered but we were informed by the delivery crew that the sofa would straighten out as we used it. It has not, in fact as you can see by the photo it has gotten far worse and now looks like it is several years old. This is where the true nightmare has begun. We contacted Ashely Furniture and have been given nothing but a run around. We have called them multiple times and they will not take any responsibility for their merchandise. The best they say they can do is send out a tech who will decide if it is defective, if he decides it is they maybe able to issue a refund or an exchange for a different sofa. Its also possible he may decide to try to repair it. The sofa is cheaply made to the extreme and will not hold up. I would highly recommend avoiding Ashely Furniture as their quality has gone way down hill and they will NOT STAND BEHIND A PRODUCT AFTER DELIVERY. Another thing is the All Sales Are Final policy was not properly explained to us. And they give a 72 hour window after delivery to report any problems apparently. This is a product flaw that will only show up after use, and the fact it looks old after not even three weeks of use shows just how poor the quality is. Please avoid this company.
The associate helping us was a nice guy and we got a good deal on a mattress and bed that we liked. Unfortunately, 2 hours after getting a text message confirming our delivery for this weekend we get a call telling us we have to wait another month for the mattress because it turns out they didn’t have it in stock. We picked up the bed ourselves, so now I’m left with a bed frame and nothing to put in it for another 4 weeks. 5/12 update: Ashley called me to again notify me that my delivery is delayed. They said it would only be one more week but given the other reviews I have read of this company, I won’t hold my breath.
