We have a BIG problem developing. First of all, we can't get ahold of the stor directly. Every time I call, it's transferred to a call center where it's a toss-up on whether or not you will be able to understand who you are talking to due to incredibly thick accents. The reason I needed to talk to the people is because they messed up my order weeks ago, and I still don't have my order. Let's start at the top. Our sales rep told us a bunch of stuff that turned out to be total BS. We were looking at a bed frame with storage underneath, and we're told it would be operational with a Tempur Ergo ProSmart adjustable bed frame. This wasn't true. We were looking at the above Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame, but they were 6-7k brand new. The sales rep said we could get a huge discount for the floor model. My girl immediately asked if the mattress would be used or new for obvious reasons. Buying a used mattress is disgusting. Our sales rep said the mattress would be new, but the bed frame was used. We said that would be fine. Fast forward to delivery day. The set we decided on was a stained brown color. What they had delivered was white. Okay, no problem, people make mistakes. But while I was talking to the delivery guys that were there to deliver end, set up inform me that the drawers would not be operational due to the adjustable bed frame that I also purchased. Okay. No problem, just take back the bed frame. We don't want that. It's the wrong color, and the whole reason we were getting it was for the operational extra storage. The delivery guys unpacked my mattress and adjustable frame. After taking my old bedroom, set away as we ask them to do. While they are doing this, I am on the phone, trying to explain to my girl. What is happening and what she want to do about it? So, while they were unloading my mattress and bed frame, I was unaware that the mattress was not in plastic. They set up the bed frame and mattress and take off. I go into my room and notice that the mattress is dirty. I looked at my home security system and noticed the mattress never came wrapped in plastic. Every new mattress that I am aware of comes wrapped in plastic. Now the phone calls start. I'm unable to get ahold of anybody at the store. So now I am talking to people in another country. They work at a call center. I explained to them that they delivered a dirty mattress, and I wanted to cancel the woodbed frame and change the color of my night stands to Brown. I am told by their call center. It will be seventy-two hours and to look for an email. After 72 hours, I get an email saying they they will replace the mattress. They didn't know anything about or haven't been updated about the wooden bed frame and the night stands. So, I had to wait another 72 hours before I could get that update. I just got off the phone with them and got an update not on my wooden bed frame, but on the mattress again, the mattress is no longer approved to be replaced. And they still don't know anything about my nightstand, but my financing sure went through. At this point, my next call is to my lawyer. Several laws have been broken false advertisements, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell used mattresses. I can't imagine they have my old bedroom set. That was sent away with the delivery guys. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEYS. My credit was run.They've received payment from Synchrony Bank, and my monthly payments have been set, but yet, I still don't have anything except 4. I used an adjustable bed frame and a dirty mattress.I will update this review after this problem has been completely resolved to see how they handle it.

Worst company I have ever purchased from. My furniture was damaged and I've been trying to return it for a new one for the past month. I've stopped by the warehouse 3 times. Each time I was sent away due to miscomunication between the customer care and this warehouse. Don't buy from here if anything goes wrong they will not help you!

Had the best experience here recently. From the moment I walked in, the sales floor was friendly and no pressure. Thanks to Tracy, JJ, Miguel, and Eduardo I got some amazing pieces of furniture for a great price and was treated fairly throughout the entire process.

Tracy and Maria were Excellent. They helped us pick a great patio set and a fantastic adjustable bed plus mattress. We're really enjoying these pieces at our home. The store itself has a great selection to offer too.
