Usually a good store but I have been waiting to pick up my furniture and when I did, my rug was not included. Now I have to wait some more.
Worst people, worst service , people with NO integrity in their words , unprofessional people and all promises they will give you during the purchase are untrue. Once they’re done getting your money they will treat you like trash . They will not even call you back if you have question or problem .i purchased almost 7k worth here but what I got is frustration, stress & disappointments. I will never buy again with this company.

If I could give a zero I would. They are super helpful when it comes to taking your money but full of lies to do so. I specifically asked sales rep TJ if I could use my purple mattress as is with the bed I was interested in. Delivery was a week after purchase and the installers told me I could not use my bed because it didn't come with slats or anything to rest my mattress on. I had to go to home Depot spend another $100 to make a platform so I can use my bed. Had to take the day off from work so that I can spend money and work anyways. The sales are BS the reps are full of BS and the knowledge of product is irrelevant. Stay away from Ashley's if you value quality reassurance.
Horrible communication among their team. After ordering several large peices of furniture over a month ago, we are still missing half of our stuff. We were informed the couch won't fit in our condo because they have tried to deliver to the same complex before and was unable, yet sales didn't mention at any point that we should measure before ordering. I understand in hindsight, of course you should measure, but you expect the experts to guide you through the process to make sure you get the right furniture for you. After being told we would have to reselect for our couch, the store calls me back to reschedule delivery?! Then I get a call the next day saying the two office desks we ordered A MONTH AGO are now discontinued and the store is unable to order them. Why were they not ordered when we made the purchase? We went with Ashley Furniture because wanted this to be an easy solution -- one stop shop and it has been nothing but a headache over the past month. We will be going back to re-select and I welcome the management to change my mind about the store.
Terrible customer service. I’ve made a large purchase from Ashley’s in the past and decided to go back because I needed a new mattress. Walked around the store at least 20 minutes looking for assistance and sales reps would look at me and walk right past us not helping. I finally go to the desk to ask for assistance the girl tells me another girl will be right with us, instead she ignores us and asks the people standing at the desk if they’ve been helped.... yet here we are no help. After going back and forth with a sales agent that was standing at the desk on why he couldn’t help us he finally did. Help is an understatement. He asked which mattresses I was interested in so that he could make suggestions. I had to pull words out of him, he didn’t make any suggestions and basically said “ok the bed is all you need?” No I came here for information to make the best pick. I had plans on purchasing a mattress that day but with such terrible service I decided not to and will not be returning. They need a better system and happier more helpful employees. I wouldn’t recommend giving these people a large sum of money with this kind of customer service.
This is the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture...I purchased 2 kids bedroom sets on the 3rd of July and was told a delivery date of the 13th by an inexperienced salesman..who also had me sign wrong paperwork so after I left the store I had to come back a few days later to sign corrected paperwork to even begin the delivery process which was soon delayed and changed from the 18th then 19th and when they came at 6 pm I was heading home from work and was told that they couldn’t wait 10 mins for me to arrive and they called me the next day saying the soonest delivery they had was the 24th and they couldn’t give me a time until 2days before delivery...they also don’t have rails to one of the beds until the 28th . They have done nothing besides take my money and not deliver ...I will never purchase from them again ..damn near a month and still nothing
The premium protection plan I bought is a total scam. I called for the very first time exactly one year after purchase (5 year protection) that I needed my ottoman cleaned due to a stain and I was told that they wanted to thank me for buying the best protection plan but that I wouldn't be covered. I was told to call the MLK store where I purchased my sectional (very expensive) and that this store needed to provide me with the cleaning supplies to clean on my own, or to hire a professional company out of pocket. Called the MLK and was told they do not give cleaning supplies and that if I cleaned it on my own and damaged it, it wouldn't be covered by the plan. So either way, I paid for nothing!!! Don't believe their sweet lips when they are trying to get you to make a purchase everything will sound good then reality will be sad.
