My wife and I were really excited to shop here. The salesman was awesome and really was patient with us. We ordered our dining room table and living room furniture. We know that it’s a little delayed with shipping do to the holidays but we didn’t mind . He said let’s shoot for mid November or early December the latest. We agreed for it to be delivered Nov 14. A week before that day we got a called that it was delayed and to call them . My wife called them and they said that I was pushed to Dec 30th but that they would call us in 2 days to get it sooner. The 2 days passed and no call back. She called again and they said there was no notes on my account and that it could be months to get it. We decided to go and cancel and the lady at the front tried to help us but couldn’t. She said she needed her manager approval to cancel and the manager asked how much was the order. I guess that determines if your worth saving as a customer. She said jokingly 12k and the manager seemed concerned but then said jk it’s only 4500. So you mean to tell me that my family spending 4500 on this economy is not much? That really was disappointing to see them laugh about it like no big deal.
I used to be happy about Ashley Homestore a couple times l refer the store but my opinion change this year l will not recommended this store anymore do the lack of costumer service.The sales associate sell items that they dont have and people need to wait ridiculous time for the delivery.l went on September and they reschedule my delivery date 3 times because they dont have my items available. the sales associates need to makesure that the delivery date its a 100% follow by their delivery company its sucks that they can change the delivery date due any of theirs excuses.Dont sale items if you guys dont have it available. I recently shopped at this location and had a terrible experience. While I was shopping I had to stop at their "Customer Service Center" for information. I had the opportunity to witness how poorly other people's issues were "resolved" or more like brushed off. I watched an entire interaction where an elderly lady got the eye roll attitude for complaining no one had gotten back to her in weeks. During this time my husband and I kept glancing at one another in disbelief. I figured I was only picking up a few simple items; therefore, I wouldn't have to deal with them too much. I had done the bulk of my shopping at a smaller location where I had a great experience. At the end of my transaction there was an issue with one of my items. I was told I could speak to the "Manager" regarding the issue. When the issue was addressed there was no "I'm sorry, let me see if I can find a solution for you" or "let me see what I can do". It was "Yeah, there's nothing I can do. If you want you can order the part at your expense". I had shopped at their locations over the course of two days and spent thousands of dollars; at this point I still needed a whole other bedroomset. It was such a let down to realize the value my hard earned money had here. She could've been a lot more accommodating and offered to order the $20 part as a repair but CHOSE not to. At this point I decided not to contribute to her salary any longer and stopped shopping. To make the experience worse, as my husband is hauling out the already purchased items the manager is sitting at the podium at the front door. Never once did the "example of customer service" get up and get the door. They watched him struggle, until I caught up and got the door for him.
I have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley and I had given them a good review before and I had to come back and changed it. We bought a table for us and my father in law and they messed up the delivery date after taking the day off because they promised it was going to be delivered on the day we were promised which was the main reason we got the table. Once we came in Ashley they said they they only charged us for 4 chairs when we were told we were paying for 8 chairs. Then they couldn’t fix the problem and he still had to pay for the chair and gave my father in law store credit of $100 for the inconvenience when everything in Ashley is over $100! Previous order was a bed that we paid for full delivery and the delivery men did not put it together correctly my father in law almost fell and hurt him self. They never came to fix it we had to install it our self. They don’t care about the customer at all. There product is nice but they have ripped us off and there customer service is horrible! I am done with Ashley and even the store manager said there are a lot of people coming to complain. Save your self the stress and shop somewhere else!
We purchased a 12 piece living room set in full. The lamps and accessories arrived completely broken and scratched up. Our coffee table arrived with bent legs. We took accessories back to the store received a replacement and the new lamps ARE BROKEN. We we’re told someone would come out to look at the table here we are nearly a month later and haven’t even received a call back. Overall our experience has just been horrible especially since we are new to the Las Vegas area.
Wow, just a horrible experience. Bought our daughter a new loft bed. Mind you, we had to chase down someone to actually take our money. Three times. Nothing was in stock so had to wait a week for the bed to come in. The accent chair was now put on backorder for a month. Delivery crew showed up spent like three hours assembling the bed and on the way out the door they told me they had cracked the rails for the ladder and they had "called" in the claim and someone would be in touch with me that day. Well, no call that day or the next. So I called the store and the recording tells me they are too busy to answer the phone and to go back to the website for the Chat feature. 2 hours later an agent finally creates a case and I have to upload support photos as proof. Well, while snapping photos I discover a mass of various scratches, dents, missing screws and the actual bed rails are also cracked in half. Tech shows up several days later and informs me that the damage is not fixable and that a new bed will need to be ordered. I was informed that "someone" would get back to me within 48 hours to provide further information. A week goes by and I have to spend another 2 hours using the chat feature for Julie to tell me to go pound sand as my 72 hour time period has expired and all sales were final as I made the purchase instore. I was wished the best of luck in being forced to follow the policy...(Parts were ordered, don't know what parts, but it would take about 10 business days for them to ship and to expect everything to show up in about 30 days. Then it would take about 5 business days to get a tech scheduled for assembly, if I chose not to do it myself.) That's not going to work, so I proceed to call the # on my receipt and after about 20 minutes on hold, someone answers. I want to cancel my furniture that is on backorder and I want to know my rights as a customer. The polite lady on the phone tells me that I need to actually talk to a store representative and someone else would be back in touch with me within 48 hours. Nope, I want to talk to someone in the store to cancel my order. On hold again until Amanda answers only to tell me that I have to come back to the store as it is "impossible" to credit my card without my presence. So, I have a broken child's bed, undelivered "parts", backordered furniture, and no refund as that's their policy. I am tired of being abused as a customer, Ashley will eat their words, and I will get my money back. Do you and your family a favor and forget about Ashley and Walker furniture. Nothing but regret and headaches will ensue.
Great selection and decent prices
Buyer beware this company will sell you a product and tell you it has to be ordered and months later you still wont have your item. Check their website hundreds of complaints and its not a Covid problem the complaints are prior to the pandemic. The managers are well trained and have a excuse and a apology for every phone call. I sat in the waiting room and listened to numerous complaints come in and they pass the buck between employees to make it seem like they are addressing your concern only to be told the item is still in route and should be arriving soon. They will offer you a store credit but after you wait months to get your item you will never use the credit. Save yourself aggravation and stress don’t purchase any furniture from Ashley homeStore if it is not in the warehouse.
I've heard bad things about Ashley, but I thought our experience would be better. Side note, you can buy the same furniture around Las Vegas for much cheaper. I saw our same sofa in Ashley, but purchased from another local store for significantly cheaper (with free delivery too)! We were supposed to pick up our delivery on October 10th, but never heard from Ashely, so after multiple weeks, we called and were told it should be in the next day. Awesome customer service. We waited for around 45 minutes to pick up the outdoor furniture set and no biggie, we got it home. After getting it home, we attempted to put it together but on both chairs the holes were drilled in the wrong spots so one screw wouldn't fit. It wasn't the same on each chair, it was different, it was as if the frame is bent or likely poor manufacturing. The glass tabletop that came with it was all scratched and the suction cups to hold the glass didn't fit as they should. Basically, this is cheap made in China furniture sold at a steep mark-up. Now we are told we have to bring it back to see if their technician can "fix" it. Good luck fixing holes that are drilled wrong and a scratched glass tabletop. Then they have 30 days to fix it...and guess what, even though they sold us defunct items, we can't return it? It's poor customer service to force people to bring a broken item back, see if you can fix it, and no matter what, force us to keep it without a refund. It's not our fault that your furniture is cheaply made. Stay away. Buy from other local store that treats their customers better! I will never buy from Ashely again, I will make sure I spread the news about our experience and that you can buy the same items at other places for cheaper! Avoid, avoid, save your money.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! My fiancé and I went in store at the beginning of Oct and purchased furniture via finance and cash. We were told our order would be delivered on Oct 6 with the exception of 3 items that would be delivered on oct 11 and the other sometime in November. Oct 6 comes and we don’t receive anything. We call and are told we didn’t have an oct 6 scheduled delivery (even though it is typed out on our receipt!) and everything would be delivered on oct 11 with the exception of our footboard and rails. We had to reschedule that delivery due to a schedule conflict and we were told it was rescheduled for oct 14. Never received a confirmation so we called a few days prior to confirm and we’re told they didn’t have availability on oct 14 and our delivery was rescheduled for Oct 21. We never received a notice about the reschedule for oct 6 nor oct 14 but they said they called and left a voicemail (they didn’t). Then they said our couch which was supposed to be included in the first delivery was on back order and would be delivered oct 30. Even though I had just spoke to someone a few days prior regarding the changed date who guaranteed that everything was available and would be delivered except the footboard and rails. And now it’s not available? How does that happen?! So I spoke to a representative (Uquilvia) via online chat and she just said there was nothing they could do about it and they would contact us for an earlier date if available then closed the chat on me after I asked another question!!! Now it is the day before our first delivery that had already been rescheduled multiple times and we receive a call stating our bed is also on back order and won’t be included in our delivery. No one told us that a few days prior! How are our items available and then suddenly not available right before? And why are we being rescheduled so many times?! I have no faith that I will receive all of my items. It’s taken 3 weeks after the original delivery date just to receive the first portion. We had just moved into our new place in urgent need of furniture and was so happy that we would receive our items in such a short time. They completely SCAMMED US. I am 8 months pregnant with NO FURNITURE. what am I supposed to do with just a coffee table and dressers? They have no real process of fulfilling orders, they just give you a delivery date and send what they have available rather than actually fulfilling your order and THEN scheduling delivery. I am so upset and will never purchase from this store again. I am highly considering cancelling my order! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
They rescheduled my delivery 5 TIMES and split it up into 3 deliveries over the course of a couple months.... If you're impatient on getting your furniture DONT do business with them
I do not recommend anyone to shop for dinner tables at this store. I purchased an eight seater diner table and spent over $2000 and bought warranty for it as well. I’ve had a very bad experience due to the lack of quality. These chairs and table are only a few months old and there are strings hanging loose from under the table, easily noticeable scratches, loose screws on almost all the chairs, huge empty hole on the cushion buttocks area, not sturdy and very flimsy. I expected to receive good quality for the price I paid and I am very dissatisfied. I do not recommend you shop here or purchase dinner tables. I contacted the warranty/insurance/protection plan and nothing was done to resolve my issue.
This place is a JOKE! I've made several purchases as well as the insurance with the confidence that my purchases are protected and will be replaced or repaired in just about any situation other than purposely damaging the items myself. After thousands of dollars spent and continued loyalty with all of my furniture needs; I actually ran into an instance which I needed to use the insurance sold by this place. I've spent hours on the phone with several different people including the supervisor (Kim) to submit a simple claim and have my item repaired or replaced. I've waited over two months since the first attempt in submitting a claim which I was told by Maria that a technician will be contacting me shortly to set up an appointment to come and replace or repair my table but no one ever called. So finally I called again to see what was going on. That's when Kim told me I never submitted photos of the damage (which I did and even have the text thread to prove it) and that's why I never received a follow up call. This claim is still on process and I highly doubt I will even get anywhere judging by their customer service. If you value time you could be spending with family rather than spent on the phone trying to repair something that was paid for, don't shop here!!
Because of the manager attitude i don't think we can get anything other thing from Ashley Furniture .We had a very very bad experience because we chosed our couch and we were later called that it was discontinued and the manager forced us to take what was on the floor which is even dirty.it did not even end there we later bought a rug that was on sales rapped and when we went home it was very very dirty inside .when i came back to explain the manager again was so rude and did not even want to hear from me.actually the customer needs to know the condition of am item before taking and it was not written on the price tag.
No stress experience Recently got a new apartment but needed some upgrades on my living room, decided to stop by and check out the options and sales that Ashley had. We ended up finishing 3 rooms for under $3,600.00, David the salesman made this experience hassle free, no stress and was super patience with us while we decided what we wanted. All of this was possible thanks to David who made sure we were getting the best deals. Thanks for having employees who don't pressure you into buying and who listen to the customer. We'll be definitely coming back for more!.
Great Customer Service and nice furniture
Twice we came in this store one we purchased a wall hanging after waiting about 20 to 30 minutes we were told we had to wait till the following Tuesday to pickup because it was inventory. When we returned the following Tuesday we waited again about 20 minutes while one of the sales reps was making a change to someone's order who was not even there and the person behind the counter and your rep engorged us until my wife said something plus the wallHangingwas not even pulled for anothersales person had to climb up and get it down. Poor customer service! We Will not be going into your store for sometime.
