La aseguranza que te venden es una estafa y ordene unos colchones y no han llegado y no me dan respuesta porque dicen que no les sale en el sistema el día del delivery. No les recomiendo para nada esta tienda ya es la segunda vez que todo me sale mal con ellos
I ORDERED A DINING ROOM TABLE ONLINE AND 6 CHAIRS THAT COST ME $1009.80, FOUR OUT OF 6 CHAIRS CAME DAMAGED. I CALLED AT LEAST 300 TIMES. EACH TIME I CALLED I WAS ON HOLD FOR LIKE 20 MINUTES AND THE CALL WOULD DISCONNECT. I LEFT MESSAGES FOR A CALL BACK AND NEVER RECIEVED ONE CALL BACK. I WENT INTO THE STORE ON MARTIN LUTHER KING IN LAS VEGAS NEVAD AND THE OFFCIE MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD BECAUSE ONLINE AND IN STORE ARE NOT CONNECTED, JAY THE STORE MANAGE COMES AND TELLS HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND TO GIVE HIM A DAY. I WAITED TO HEAR BACK, NEITHER ONE CALLED ME BACK AND WHEN I CALLED THE STORE I COULDNT THROUGH . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBE BOTH ONLINE AND IN STORE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY'S AGAIN AND WILL SHARE THIS REVIEW WITH SOCIAL MEDIA AND ANYWHERE I CAN TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW BAD IT IS. I DO INTEND TO REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THANKS FOR THE $1000 WORTH OF DAMAGED FURNITURE.

First off, Ashley Furniture got my Email wrong as a matter of fact its a bogus email I never provided and Second of all I have called 4 times and everytime they have put me on hold!! I have been on hold total for 30 minutes!! They claim to have great customer service but this is is unacceptable!! Im just about to ready to close my account with these so called Furniture store!! By the Way I'm still on hold!!
Waited over 2 hours on the phone and no one answered. Guess I'll buy from another mattress company.

I just bought a sectional. Phillip was very helpful and not one of those pushing sales person. Very respectful omon giving you space. I will definitely be back to purchase again
My husband and I went to this location looking for a variety of things. Daryl Conn was absolutely incredible!!!!!! He was extremely helpful. His customer service was awesome. He didn't hover over us or pressure us. He allowed us to shop. I will always be a customer of Ashley furniture because of Daryl!!!! Definitely recommend going to this location !!!!

After reading reviews about Ashley, I was very hesitant to shop there. To my pleasant surprise, couldn't be happier. To my salesman and manager at the MLK store in Las Vegas, have to give 5 stars. Definitely will shop there again.👍
Very dissapointed I purchased couch less than year ago and the stiching at the back are broken when I called the warraty they send me technicians but the technician is white guy he not do anything just taking photo instead of fixing it i will not recommended ashley store
I make an online order and they said delivery will be on april 11, and now i call and they said it will be on april 25th, thats ridiculous customer service
All the staff was amazing and pleasant. I worked with Ms.Patty!!! We got a comfy bed and some beautiful accent chairs and coffee tables!!! It was fun working with the whole staff. Will be back to buy more soon.
We spent over 5 grand here 6 months ago, and the items are not wearing well at all. Our kitchen table is falling apart. Wood chipping and splitting apart. We can be sitting down at a meal and screws will just fall out. When we purchased the items we were given gift cards which turned out to be a scheme. Every single time I would go to use them they would either inflate the price of items unbelievable- example 4 barstools they quoted us 1100 for, but we could apply gift cards to them to make them 500 (really no savings) or they would say the item doesn't qualify to use gift cards on. I'm extremely disappointed and saddened. Not to mention originally when the items were being delivered they were back orders 2 months, and then wrong items were delivered, damaged items etc. The way they handled the issues was unbelievably rude. I let it go but now that the items are falling apart, the entire situation is unacceptable. I am out over 5k with items that are awful quality.
Honestly if i could give this company 0 stars I would. My family has given Ashley's 3 chances now to try to be a good furniture company but they have failed in different ways each time. 1. the first time, we ordered a couch and living room set. When the furniture arrived the wrong items were given and it took weeks to get the correct set. The staff working in the delivery department were not helpful and we feel like they did not even care to help us. They were just trying to get us off their backs. 2. The second time we ordered a bedroom set because the deal was just too ridiculous to not take advantage of it. We decided to finance this time. The delivery staff once again were not helpful and they cancelled on us multiple times. It took weeks to get the rest of the furniture after the first part of the set had been delivered. But this was not even the worst of it. We Had MAJOR issues with syncrony. (their finance company). We were supposed to get 5 years 0% interest. Syncrony kept changing the terms of the agreement. Each month it was different. One month it went from 5 years to 1 year, then the next, they tacked on an interest rate and moved the term. This went on for months. Having to call in each month and get the bill correct. Eventually we just paid it off. We had no idea's of going back to ashleys but after 2 years going past, and hearing better things about the company, we decided to give them another chance. 3. The third chance, we decided to get a set for my daughter. We bought the set via Cash, thinking it would help our case. The company even let us use the gift card we got from the compensation from the previous two times being absolutely horrible. But when it came time to get the furniture, the delivery department once again stepped up and showed us how horrible this company is. It took 3 weeks from the time of paying for the furniture, to when our delivery date was set. Then, the night before, we got a call from corporate, saying the footboard was missing, but during the call, the same person changed his story to "it was there, just damaged". They did not know where it went, so we would not get the set. We called corporate customer service, and they had no record of the person calling us, or the set being damaged. Alas, we did not get the delivery the next day, but we did get another phone call. We got a phone call from corporate delivery again, this time saying the person from the night before was mistaken, and it really was the side rails that were missing. Then the story changed again later that day to the side rails were damaged. We decided to call into corporate again and got a manager and they were able to get us a delivery for that sunday, which was 3 days after the original delivery was supposed to take place but 3 weeks after buying the set.After all of this, the company wanted to give us another store credit of only $50 dollars, when we spent $1000 there for this set. We will never be going back to Ashleys. We will tell everyone we know never to go back to Ashleys. The sales staff are friendly, but the rest of the company just doesn't hold up to how a company should treat its customers.

Will never buy from this place again, everyone is very nice when your buying the furniture, when problem occur during and after delivery nobody want to take care of you anymore. My wife and I just recently bought furnitures and our time is being wasted waiting for someone to take care of us. Stay away from this place. Every one in MLK store is rude & will put you on hold for a very long time when you call hoping you get tired waiting and hung up.
Buyer beware as the management at the MLK Ashley Homestore is not trustworthy and do not follow up on customer concerns. Somehow the company's policy does not apply to this store wherein the price match promise is not honored here. The manager, Johanna never returned my phone call. I will shop at the Henderson location in the future.
