I bought a pull out sleeper couch. The pull out function broke in the first 2 years. I have been going through their warranty program and they came out 2 separate times to verify if it could be fixed or needed replacement. We'll 2 months go by they said I was getting a new couch bc they don't have my couch part available anymore. It's now been months and ASHLEY FURNITURE had declined to give the warranty the documents needed to get me a new couch. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY THEY DO NOT DO THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I still haven't gotten a response to the warranty claim and it's been 5 months since I started the process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE GO TO RC Willey they actually honor their warranties and they fix things in a week or 2 max.
I walked in knowing what I was looking for. Anita greeted me and answered my questions on where to find specific product. She allowed me to shop around without being pushy. When I was ready, Anita helped answer the rest of my questions. She was so friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will recommend her to anyone shopping here. Thank you Anita!!

On multiple occasions, I have visited Ashley's and been impressed with their offerings. However, my most recent purchase of barstools was a disappointment as it did not match the picture displayed. Despite my attempts to return the items the next day, they were refused and I was given a claim number with no further resolution. This experience has left me discontent and prompted me to share my concerns in this review.

Boo Oscar, yay Estephanie! So we went into the Ashley Store located on Martin Luther King here in Las Vegas. We were greeted by Oscar and he allowed us to browse the store stress-free. Oscar was super helpful getting our items checked out and assured us that our items will be ready for delivery as soon as we were ready for them. We were super happy with the process until we were ready to schedule our delivery, Oscar was not as helpful or attentive once the sale was complete. Despite multiple texts and calls. We were unsuccessful scheduling a delivery with Oscar due to poor communication. We had to make the drive to the Ashley Store to schedule our delivery only to find out Oscar had sold us the wrong sectional couch. Luckily for the customer service rep Estephanie, she was super helpful correcting our order and was able to get our furniture delivered within the week. Our furniture was finally delivered and installed amazingly by the delivery personel. An item that was purchased that we needed to assemble, unfortunately was damaged during delivery. We were told we had 72 hours to report any damages. So naturally we call our sales rep Oscar. No response, so we ended up calling from another # and he calls back surprised to find it was me. Got the run around and was told we would get a call right back. No call back, the second trip to the Ashley Store and Estephanie was there at the customer service desk to save the day by scheduling a tech to look at the damaged furniture for us. Estephanie had to save this sale twice due to Oscar's negligence.

My husband bought a 12 Ashley Hybrid Adjustable Base and Mattress it was the right choice for us mostly because I just got into a car accident and it is just great for my temporary condition that has been helping me to get out of bed easily massaging my feet. I gave 5 star to this store because of the sales person AL. I thought everything will going to be ok. Then I edited my review and went down to 1 star because of their very poor and frustrating service when it comes to items delivery. I went to Ashley furniture at MLK branch. I bought dining and twin bed. We agreed on the delivery date of June 1st. They deliver only the dining set. The twin bed they did not deliver and when I called the store, the rep keeps on dropping the call. So I went to the store itself. And the customer service told me that they can not deliver it ASAP. I was confused on why they can not deliver it ASAP when in the first place it was already scheduled June 1st and they did not deliver it. Now they said that I have to wait when they have available date to deliver it. If only I knew this was gonna happen, I should have buy at Half Price Furniture. Next time don't buy at Ashley Furniture. Very frustrating service!!!!!

Went on Memorial Day for the sales, and got a great affordable 2 sectional (5-6 seater) chaise with ottoman for around $1500. Oscar Gomez (goes by OG) helped us and was very helpful and kind. He checks on you occasionally but never pushy, which is what we really appreciated! We told him we wanted to pass by Walker furniture before making a final decision, and he was super kind and patient. Never gave us a crazy salesman pitch. We will definitely be coming back to Ashley furniture in the future with OG!

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the experience we had with Bill. He’s was a really nice guy, but extremely high pressure and he wouldn’t leave us alone to look around the store. We felt trapped by him. He wouldn’t stop talking our heads off and asking us a thousand questions, and we couldn’t even focus on the furniture we were looking for. I was literally about to loose my mind. Very nice guy, but one of the worst sales person. He seemed to be more interested in the social aspect than the selling aspect. I don’t mind being social, but this was the type of social where we felt trapped and overwhelmed. Please Bill just give people their space to actually look around the store and shop.

Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but there was this very charming brunette lady with an English accent. Absolutely wonderful and very professional. She helped find exactly what we were looking for and gave us honest and professional advice. She makes repeating customers.
Paid a couple thousand dollars up front on some items plus a $200 delivery & assembly fee. We were told it would take two weeks to get it. After this, we received a series of emails pushing it back by a few days multiple times. Next thing we know, it has now been over a month with no items. The final email notification was also confirmed over the phone with a "manager", so we put our old items out for heavy trash to leave space for the new ones. The final delivery day gets here, and not only did they,yet again, notify us that there would be a delay, but that we never ordered it in the first place. To top it off, this manager we spoke to suddenly never existed, and they have "no return policy" on money they said they never got? Livid is not even the word. We went back and checked our bank account and they definitely took the money. We decided to pick some of the items up ourselves because we were over the shenanigans. We ordered a haul and demanded a refund on the delivery fee of the items we would get on our own. The boxes were small enough to fit in our personal car. Had they told us that the items would be condensed into small boxes, we would have not even paid for the delivery or went through any of this. They completely failed to communicate, and we had to go as far as mentioning our lawyer to get any real help from ONE person out of the many we spoke to. I wish I could remember her name. I will never shop at Ashley again, guaranteed.

Our 1 year wedding anniversary is coming up in April. When I asked my wife what does she want to do? Her eyes lit up and she said buy new furniture for the house. I thought she was joking. She was insisting on it being a specific theme color and had it already made up in her mind what she was looking for. Montaz was helpful during our situation and worked with us and helped us figure it out with the previous insurance provider. KC was extremely helpful, kind and personable. He was not at all pushy and still gave us great customer service. Both of these men were great.

Very disappointed with the store and staff. I purchased almost $2000 in cash of furniture and was promised directly the delivery will be the date I chose . After I called to verify and confirm the delivery, I was told the date I had selected for delivery was not available even though the Salesman repeated it numerous times the delivery date, I guess just to make the sale . Very annoyed about the situation, I asked for a Sales Manager and I was told not available because of a meeting, and the manager will call me back which never happened. I might just ask for my refund and to go to the other furniture store where they don’t give false information and promises .

Tried to return a tv stand in its original condition (direct ship) within the 3 day return window and got the complete run around, store tells me call customer service and customer service tells me call the store and getting constantly hung up on. The return instructions were clear I don’t want to damage the tv stand because me tv is too big so why all the unprofessionalism???? I will never use them again

I would never buy anything there again. I bought a floor lamp. It's really nice, but once I got it home It's to big for area that we want to put it. So I called to ask where I return it. They told me that they have a no return policy. Only if it was damaged in shipping. Of course my sales person never said anything about a no return. I have never heard if that. Would never go back or recommend anyone.

She then took her time showing us many options for bedroom, dining, and living room furniture. She was so helpful without being pushy. I’m absolutely disgusted with the kindof of customer service this place provides. Oscar was pleasant but that is the only reason this place should get a 1 star. I would give a -100 if i could. After waiting 40 minutes to process our furniture loan we just decided to pay 2k out of pocket for our pieces because the two women at the customer service desk didn’t know how to properly set up our loan and they had no sense of urgency that we wanted to leave because it was almost 7pm and we had already been at the store for over 2 hours and we had came to the store knowing exactly what we wanted. I believe her name was Ashley, but she was also particularly unhelpful and was rude to her coworker in front of my husband and I which was uncomfortable. We called two days later to confirmed our pick up date which was not correct when i spoke with the sale associate on the phone despite it being confirmed when we were in the store and on the receipt. My husband picks up the couch from the warehouse. The second we open it we notice a HUGE rip in the back of it. We immediately call and explain this to the store. They informed us to return it to the warehouse in the morning. We immediately bring it back to the warehouse the next day (8/23) in the morning. We then receive no further communication and they tell us “they will get back to us when they know whether or not it can be fixed”. I think it’s absolutely unacceptable to sell someone 2000 dollars in damaged goods and then require them to wait until it’s fixed for them to come and pick it up. The entire couch she have been replaced since it was SEVERELY damaged upon pick up. Additionally, my husband had to physically push a chair in the a dolley all the way from the back of the store to his car because the loading guy “hurt his back”. Why he was pushing the item out of the store he asked a female sales associate to move out of the way and she barely acknowledged him because she was on her phone and at the front desk a bunch of sales associates were sitting around looking bored and made a remark to my husband like “wow looks like we are putting you to work today”. What a freakin joke. The people that work here are incredibly lazy. Despicable customer service. I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

Went to purchase some recliners sofa, love seat and a dining room table. Stephen was our sales associate and he was awesome. He wasn’t pushy and was extremely helpful thru out the whole process even though we took a while to finally make up our mind on the final purchase. Ashley’s nearly lost a $10,000 sale because of their incompetency. The only reason the sale went through was wife and I really wanted the products. - I asked the sales person to make sure that the items in our cart was what we wanted exactly , they weren’t after I checked it, and we had to redo the shopping cart again!!!! - required deposit was $750 , they charged credit card $7500 instead, once the error was discovered, instead of refunding the 7500 they went and charge our credit card another 7500, took at least half an hour to straighten that piece out. The staff is nice enough just incompetent!!! Luckily, for Ashley furnishings, we wanted the products badly enough otherwise we would’ve walked out.
Pretty much drove across town to have a guy order the sofa I want online. No haggling, no real point to driving to the store when I could have done it myself online.

Longtime customer of Ashley Furniture since 2015. Recently relocated from Connecticut to Nevada; first time visiting the Las Vegas store location at 91 S. MLK Blvd and purchased new furniture for multiple rooms in our new home, which included a $2,900 Tempur-pedic king mattress. After a couple weeks with the new mattress, we quickly had comfort issues and realized the mattress wasn’t for us --- we had to sleep on our floor and couch for the first month due to the Tempur-pedic mattress being too uncomfortable. After reaching out to the store location and connecting with store manager, Sabrina Diblasi, to determine what options we may have had to address the mattress issue, from the beginning Sabrina was very understanding and went out of her way to assist us in finding a reasonable solution to accommodate our situation, as we did not want to be stuck with an expensive mattress we couldn’t use. As the standard practice for comfort exchange with Tempur-pedic was to stay within the brand and switch the Tempur-pedic mattress for another Tempur-pedic mattress, we were hoping to select a different mattress under the Tempur-pedic brand. Seeing the situation we were in, Sabrina took it upon herself to contact Tempur-pedic directly to determine alternative options including requesting approval for an exchange of the Tempur-pedic for a Sterns and Foster mattress since they are owned by Tempur-pedic --- Sabrina was able to make it happen. Typically, most store managers would not take the time or make the effort to help a random customer like this to ensure they were 100% happy with the product received --- Sabrina is clearly an exception and her customer service was top notch! We were very impressed and appreciative of the actions taken by Sabrina --- would recommend anyone in the Las Vegas area interested in new furniture to visit Sabrina and her sales team at the Las Vegas location at 91 S. MLK Blvd!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ashley furniture store. I placed an order for a twin bedroom set, from the store in Decatur in Las Vegas. Then I decided to go check Ashley Outlet on martin Luther king. There, a sales person approached me and start showing me some clearance furnitures. She told me that by buying those furnitures I didn’t have to wait for delivery and I had 5 days to return them. I am not from US and I am not familiar with beds sizes. She said that was a full size and that it was the same size as a twin. So we cancel the precinsi order and decided to purchase from her. We got the stuff and once home we realized the full beds do not fit in the room. So not even 20 hours later we contact them to exchange them for something twin size and they told us we cannot take it back. We begged them to take it back because we were lied on and I am trying to surprise my daughter that is coming at the end of July from spending the summer away, but they refuse to help us in any way. I asked the store manager Sabrina to speak with her supervisor and she told me there is no one above her, so she lied too to me. Only after I told her it wasn’t true she said she would talk to someone, she didn’t want to provide the name of the person or what is the role for the company. We didn’t even used the set. It is still sitting there unused because it can’t fit. I just want to exchange it for a whole new bedroom set and be able to provide my daughter with a bad to sleep in.

Went in store and Connie helped me and my mom purchase a desk and shelf we found online to be delivered to our house. We then got a call saying that the desk would had to be picked up at the store but we were able to fix it by calling back. But now we received another call from a woman who sounded like she was whispering and overall hard to hear and now i don’t know what to do except wait to see if my desk even gets delivered.

Ashley salesman at one location & checked his other location. It was great the way they communicated & worked together in 2 different locations. June 2024 I have the 5 year protection plan and this happened exactly 1 yr later after purchase. I tried to inform the salesman who sold it to us and that was NOT successful at all. Now I'm trying to get another person to come out and fix or replace it. I have paid lots of money for these items and hoped i would get results in a timely manner. It has been 4 days now and have yet to get a call to schedule a person to come and evaluate it. I have two claims now with them. One for this and the other for a technician who was very helpful ordered a part to fix the opposite recliner from wiggling back and forth. But this thread has been a pain since i first mentioned it to them 1 wk after the date of purchase.
Came here to buy a dinning table and chairs during Memorial weekend, bought it and scheduled to have it delivered. Unfortunately we had to reschedule the delivery since we weren’t going to be home but when we tried to come in person to change the date they want to tell us we have to pay more for the table since they gave it to us at the wrong price (we literally have a picture of the table with the price we paid for) The “best” the manager can do is take off $50 but still trying to charge us $300 more. Makes no sense to say something is on sale then try to say it’s no longer that price AFTER we paid and try to charge us the difference. Sales people follow you around like crazy don’t even let you look comfortably
I purchased some mattresses and the next day or so I called to ask if I could get an earlier delivery. The customer service rep on the phone was named Hazel but I could not get the delivery any sooner and at this point I was upset, and being rude. Unfortunately the next day I discovered I had ordered the wrong box spring and now had to go in person to try and get it changed. Walked up to the counter and the representative began to help me. She was so helpful and efficient, nice as one could be and she fixed the issue I had with the mattress. As I was leaving I asked her her name so I could write a review...low and behold it was HAZEL!! OMG talk about a "walk of shame" for me. So, I HAD to apologize to Ms. Hazel AND post this review. Hazel was awesome and helped me with my problem. THANKS HAZEL for all of your kindness and assistance.

I purchase a 6 chair’s table, California king bed, a queen bed, leather sofas, and two computer desks. One particular table leg was missing the threaded insert nuts. The leg was screw with a different bolt that lasted a few weeks. One computer desk felt apart. I had to gorilla glue and bolt to make it work. The bed needed repair because it was missing one nut. I give Ashley one star. And don’t recommend the store.

Huge furniture store. 2-story with escalators but didn't see an elevator. Good variety but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for since I was set on a specific style/color/fabric. The salesperson was very helpful and patient but not overbearing like some can be. The only downside is that it's in a sketchy area not far from downtown. Was somewhat leery to leave my car parked unattended.

Bought some beds and home decor. Tracy is by far the best sales person I have interacted with in a long time. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Even tracking down a bed they did not have on the show room floor for us. She also allows you to have space while shopping but is right there when you need her assistance.
Sell me what they don’t have in store when home to pick up my truck and came back they don’t have it ,so offer me 50 dollars reward, so they offer me 3 deliveries in 3 different days and they are not very polite And uncooperative, I don’t really recommend this store

He made it clear that he does not like to hover and follow (which we loved) but was always near enough if we had any questions. It’s been 3 months and they haven’t given us our refund. The guys that were supposed to deliver our couch didn’t want to bring it up stairs so they took it back. It’s unfair that you guys don’t want to give peoples money back. DO BETTER. And I won’t stop till we get our money back.

Getting ANYTHING of their clearance decor is a nightmare. 10 minutes to checkout to buy some placemats. They have to take you to their customer service desk to reload them into their system which requires you to wait, then wait on a manager to approve them loading those into a virtual cart, then take you to collect your payment at a different terminal which requires 4 signatures. Then they take you BACK to wait at customer service for them to print out a green receipt proving that they’ve already collected your money. How in the world does it take 10 minutes to get 2 sets of placemats. It’s a totally broken process that you have to jump through hoops to spend your money there. The service is friendly but they pretty much all concur that the process is broken. Do better, Ashley…

While allowing us to browse (which we loved!) he searched to store for a specific sectional I was looking for! This gentleman was great and never added pressure unlike the other store! Went in to look at bedroom sets, the man that initially greeted us was nice. As we walked through though, the workers were sitting on their phones, just looking at us but none came up to even attempt to help us. We were there for about ten minutes and decided to leave. & then it clicked that me and my boyfriend had been there before when we were looking for a couch, and it was the same situation, so we went right up the street to Walker Furniture and had a way better experience and got our couch from there. So that’s exactly what happened this time. We went up the street to Walkers, received amazing service from the moment we walked in, no one judged us, and got a bedroom set for over $4500.
Walked in and was greated by the host at the door. While walking through the store we seen about 8 workers on the phones, sitting on the furniture. They would look at us then turn away, guess they thought we weren't buying anything. You could feel they didn't want to help. Went across the street to walkers furniture and spent nearly 5k because everyone was willing to help. Ashley's I'd advise you get workers that don't discriminate and are happy to be at work and help. Or get rid of everyone. Years prior my family went for a couch, do you think it was better? We eneded up getting a couch from walkers. If your reading this don't waste your time with them. If you don't look like money you won't get good customer service, or none for that matter!!!

This is the second delivery. Yes I saw this outside but didn't notice the difference in texture. I see mildew and a chip on base board. I WILL NEVER purchase anything from Ashley's Furniture again, especially this location (MLK Blvd LV Nevada)! It's very difficult dealing with them even for an exchange. Just simply horrible!!
My king size bed was missing the footboard and the rails during delivery! Highly do not recommend Ashley Furniture to get your goods delivered! So now we have to wait even longer for the rest of my furniture to get here. Ugh!
Our sales associate David from Ashley Furniture was very helpful. He was not too pushy, but was alway available to answer a question. He was also able to lower the price a bit to close the deal, which went a long way for us. Thanks David! Unfortunately, that is where it ended. We bought two items and spent almost $6000. We weren’t sure the sectional would work in the house. But we purchased anyway because David told us we could come back in and return the item at any time before it shipped. Two days later, we did just that. The purchasing manager completed the paperwork for the return, but told us she could not process the return because her machines were down (although they seemed to be able to register sales just fine). She said the return should post to our account in about 3 days. Two weeks later, still no return. I called Ashley. They opened up a case, and a day later the return was pending on our credit card. One day after that, Ashley cancelled the return. I went back to the store, and the same purchasing manager told me nonchalantly that her system showed the refund went through so there was nothing she could do! Then she said that maybe it was the credit card company’s fault - maybe it stopped the refund! I told her that was nuts and that she was not “doing” anything to help. At that point, she agreed to open up another case, but nothing else. No timeline for the return, no explanation of what I should do. Nothing. I left, called my credit card company (Citibank), and disputed the charge. They promptly gave me a conditional refund. Then a day later, made it permanent. As for the other item I purchased, it arrived on time, but one piece was broken. Thankfully, they sent a technician out to fix it. He was nice. However, it has been another week or two and still no part to sent to finish repair. So, 4 stars for David, 3.5 stars for the tech, and 1 star for the purchase manager.

We didn't buy furniture here, but our vehicle broke down in their parking lot last week on a rainy Saturday night with all our kids in tow. Their entire staff was so kind and and helpful. They helped us check out the problem. And their employee Connie was a heaven sent angel. She helped us find an amazing mechanic, as we were from out of town and had no idea where to go to get our car fixed. So although we didn't buy furniture, we can highly recommend the staff here as caring and helpful!

I was smiled and greeted by Raina who was awesome. She asked about what I wanted or was looking for rather than trying to push me into something she wanted me to buy. She made sure to address what I wanted and needed. Helped me find the best product for my budget and made me really comfortable. She was sweet and very friendly. Her manager Edgar was great as well. They made it an easy purchase rather than feeling followed and pressured into a buy that wasn’t for us.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Dealing with this store has been a nightmare. "Customer service" here sucks. Hazel is incompetent. She issued a credit instead of processing a payment, stopped another delivery of a different order, until my sick mother made it back into the store for Hazel to correct her mistake. Then Edgar canceled the wrong order! Was supposed to call and update, but didn't... then was off the next day when I called back. The quality of the first sofa, which is supposedly the best made sofa they have, was sub-par for the price. I could literally see where I had sat after a few minutes of sitting on it the first time. Definitely different from the showroom model, and Hazel let it slip that the furniture had already been returned. John, the store manager, was probably the most decent person in the store. Although the smooth transition of exchanging the one sofa for the other on the same day didn't happen, and Edgar questioned who would've even told us that was even possible... .. Montez was also professional, helpful, and has started the process for a full refund.

Always LOVE the selection and how they showcase their products. Also, much shorter wait times for furniture than any other furniture company. Most were telling me 6-9 months. Ashley was 30-90 days.
The people at this location are always rude and in a rush. That is UNLESS you are making a purchase, but once the purchase has been made they are ALL suddenly too busy to help you with anything you may need. The managers included are rude and snotty. They give unnecessary attitude and talk to you with stupid smart responses as if you're now wasting their time. NEVER again will I purchase at Ashley's nor will I let anyone I know make a purchase without knowing this information first. Very disappointing!

Miguel is a WONDERFUL sales associate, I especially loved that when I initially walked in he didn’t pressure me but let me do my thing and then checked on me later during my visit. He was very patient with me and showed me multiple options and I needed to furnish my whole entire home. Once I made my selections and purchases, I’d text him for updates or to make changes, and Miguel was very responsive…even on his days off! Ashley is our go-to. From our first house to our current one. They have great quality furnitures with good price and value. While those are given and can be taken for granted, our experience at this particular branch made me wanna write this review because, well, they deserve it. We have never experienced any customer service better than what Edgar, Hailey and Esau provided us. Esau and Hailey was helpful and patient listing our furnitures and leading us to our ideal ones. Edgar was even more active in taking care of us, and making sure we getting the best deal. Edgar went over and beyond that he went back and forth around the showroom, even upstairs, to show us the collection and color pallets that we wanted. Top of the line service. It seemed like he was doing more than his role just to give the best for us. And this was not even his regular store. They made sure that we get our ideal delivery and fits our timeline. Moreover, the delivery guys were nothing short of being great - fast, coordinated and friendly. I would give an extra star if I can. I really appreciate the help! Kudos to this branch.

The worst store for furnitures. Don’t ever buy here. They deliver my furnitures with damages. The delivery staff don’t care to walk into your house with dirty shoes. They will replace the damaged furniture with different color. Customer service is poor. Just a waste of money.

Had a delivery date they canceled, then moved me back over a week. Confirmed delivery and no showed. Terrible customer service especially from this franchise. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you need furniture. Management was less than helpful and owner never offered to make it right so rather then waiting for who know how long and how many more cancellations. Please save yourself the headache
The sales lady Ashley was very knowledgeable. Can tell she had been there a while or had been in sales for quite some time. She may have been the owner not sure. Either way she knew what questions to ask to find out what we were looking for. She directed us to the specific item we were looking for. Our kids loved the experience. If we had more money in the budget we would have purchased from this store.
I ordered a TV stand in-store. I received an estimated date that the TV stand would ship. There was supposed to be a phone call to confirm delivery of the stand, which I never received. The stand was left near the garage without anybody ringing the doorbell. The packaging / TV stand was damaged. I contacted online chat support to resolve. Part of this process included submitting pictures of both the damaged item and packaging. I was given a case number and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. I was not contacted within 48 hours, so I called customer service. After waiting on hold for about 45 minutes, I finally got a rep. I gave the woman I spoke to on the phone the case number I was given through the online chat, and was asked a lot of questions I had already answered. At the end of the conversation, I was advised that after the call, she would be sending in e-mail for me to respond to with pictures of the damaged item. I never received the e-mail to respond to. I tried the online chat again, and was advised that the earliest a technician could be out for "inspection and repair of the item" was 12 days. They could not authorize the shipment of a replacement part / unit until the technician evaluates. I will be stuck with a TV stand I cannot build for over 2 weeks. Repairing the item will not be acceptable, so who knows how long this will drag out. It seems impossible to get a hold of anybody. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley.

I deleted my post from a month ago! I chose my furniture to be delivered 7/19/22! Then wasn’t delivered! Excuse after excuses! Why bother having us choose from your iPad then no delivery? Was told “gotta hurry and choose a date before it’s no longer in stock” COMPUTER PHONE CALLS ARE very impersonal! Have had 2 computer calls just today with different times! Instead of deliver the sofa sleeper they’re delivering the throw that was not delivered with the loveseat! Mailing it would of been better! Ridiculous! I need a recliner & dining room set, I’ll be going elsewhere

It said on my receipt "Delivery." So tell me how in their system said customer pick up from warehouse. Which is over 16 miles away and I don't have a big enough vehicle to pick it up. Now, I am the problem. They don't know how it would switched. Now I have to wait another week to for delivery. They were rude and unhelpful. Do they care? Nope. NEVER AGAIN.

The rating for the store(s) and delivery teams should be separate. The experience at the store(s) has always been top notch from beginning to end. Sales associates and store manager(s) are amazing at this location (MLK)! The problem is always with delivery. The warehouse gives away pieces of your order to accommodate someone else's order(s), which means you wait forever to get your items(especially if you have a large order). Then when you finally get your items delivered, you have to deal with the delivery team and their "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE(S)" (this applies to ALL locations). It's sad and it's a shame.
The furniture at Ashley was beautiful and Tracy was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely buy from them again.

I wish half a star was an option. We bought our couch in January, and we were told it would take 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. It's May and it's still not here!! I have called multiple times and the woman on the phone said, "Oh the person who sold you the couch lied to you. It typically takes 14 weeks at the least for your item to be shipped." Then, she proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it I could either cancel my order or go in and pick a different couch. I attempted to call and check on the status of my order and was unable to speak to anyone. An automated response said that my couch would be delivered on May 5th. So, I made arrangements with my work to be off. Well, May 1st I get a text message. "Sorry for the inconvenience but your shipment has been delayed until May 15th." Again, attempted to call and was unable to speak to a real person. Terrible customer service!!! All they care about is making the sale!
I went to Ashley Furniture to price a bed and sofa set for our new home. I worked with Oscar and Clarissa. They were so patient with me trying every soft bed and every sectional in the store. They weren't pushy with me as I had to come back to make sure my mom liked what I picked. I came back and they were ready for me. They were amazing. Dave came along and assisted Clarissa as dor she is new but know her stuff and is very nice and sweet. Ask for Oscar or Clarissa they make a great team and will take care of you.
John Chavez was very rude and a smart a**. No person as rude as him should be considered a manager. He shows no professionalism and I will never shop there again as long as he works there. Smart remarks are not necessary and it honestly ruined my day.

Can I give negative stars????? Told me 8-12 weeks for delivery. They keep pushing back the date. That's really not a big deal. The problem is no one EVER contacts me about the delays. I would suggest go somewhere else. Probably will cancel my order. The worst part is the response they gave this review. If you look at reviews on yelp or Facebook it's a consistent problem with this company.

I called the store at Martin Luther King location Where i purchased my furniture. I was waiting put on hold for an hour I gave and finally hang up. Meanwhile at the other end my daughter called the corporate office and got transferred to the corporate store in Vegas. After 20min they hang up on her. This is not right 😕. I went inside and there's a lady standing there working and she didn't acknowledge me or offer to help me find anything. I didn't know where to start looking for the recliners so I just start wandering around the store. I passed 4 different people who worked there and not one of them tried to help me .... and I needed help. So I left and went to Walker where they greeted me as soon as I walked in. I bought a couch, two recliners, and a dinette set from Walker so I'm kind of glad they ignored me at Ashley because I LOVE my new furniture!

I can’t give this people a cero cause is not possible. But is the worst experience getting furniture that I had in my entire life. How’s possible that after 8 months of excuses and delays (always on base on COVID) I didn’t receive my furniture yet, and the stuff that I received doesn’t have hardware or is missing something. It’s crazy how this people don’t give a dime for a customer. After being really patience and waiting almost a month for the missing stuff, this people just keep giving me excuses about everything, but at the time to ask me for money of the payments they never take long to get on it (I already paid everything), plus I’m not able to use any of my furniture. Never had a problem with walker or RC Willey. I think is my fault, for trusting this lame company and waiting for nothing after all. Please people. Be aware of the horrible customer services and bad management they have.

All sales representatives were EXTREMELY nice. They helped from walking in the door, until your purchase was made. The only thing i was dissatisfied with was their back of the house service. I understand and agree they need picture ID and invoice to pick up item. But when they talk rudely about the guest picking up purchased item, they do it in front of guest. They thought i didn’t understand what they were talking about. But after me showing them 3-4 times my invoice and having my husband next to me all The time, it was rude on their behalf not to want to give him a purchased rug, that was still on their floor, but should have been ready for me to pick up in the first place!!!!! And not wait for them to grab it last minute. And of course i went ahead and added him to my profile in their system so he can pick up the items, in case i cannot come in myself!
Went to the store for a kitchen dining table. We found what one that we liked. The prices in store are double their online prices - What a SCAM! The sales person male in his 30s keeps insisting he can negotiate deals and so on. The deal we got was the actual online price!!! Check their website first before going to the store or look for another place Very disappointing to see Ashley try to rip-off their customers... shame on you

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. Pay for furniture delivery date 2 months out (purchased new build scheduled for after closing) NO furniture upon, delivery date. They SOLD OUR FURNITURE TO SOMEONE ELSE then backordered the furniture we already paid for. After requesting cancellation/refund in September 2021 still NO REFUND TO DATE 1.31.22. DO NOT WEASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY they are unwilling to resolve this and state a refund is due but there is a HOLD on the account. Legal action is next step.
I recently visited this store while shopping for a bedroom set for the new place me and my fiancée will be moving into. We had been out and about for a while, but as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by David Anderson who was extremely helpful and guided us in the right direction for what we were looking for. David was knowledgeable about all ongoing sales/discounts and was able to answer all of our questions that we had. When I walked into Ashley's HomeStore a Salesman named Lorenzo Signed me a lease through a acima I asked him if the monthly deductions would be the same as advertised and he said yes , later to find out automatic deductions were taken from my back of 150 weekly . I am furious. This has affected my life and credit . Do not trust ashleys or acima thier a bunch of scams just to make a sale.
When i walked through the salesman Lorenzo asked me if i am familiar with acima. I said IVE Heard of them long story short i asked for the monthly fees with acima he told me acima Will Contact me. I never got a call from acima other than An automatic deduction from my bank of 150 weekly the agreement through ashleys was a 2 year plan with the same deduction but monthly. I was advised It was the same through acima later to find out its all a scam do not trust ashleys they like to make a sale . This is affecting My family attached with My crédit.
was told by the salesman Lorenzo to schedule an outside party to do home delivery because i was buying the "last one", or a discontinued item from floor stock. The delivery truck arrived but surprise no furniture, just other decorator items we had purchase and could have easily put in our car. Told by customer service that infact the item was not discontinued and they had placed it on order with 8-10 weeks delivery. didnt get our furniture as promised, and paid for an unneeded delivery truck.

Picked and purchased my living room set on a Tuesday in August 2021 and was told that they could have my love seat that Thursday and the sofa would be a available in November 2021. We needed the something in our living room and agreed since we had nothing. Nov 2021 comes they didn't call me about the second pick up, so i decided to call them instead. I was then told that their warehouse would not have it until Feb 2022, with no guarantee. Its inevitable to cancel the second pick up becuase that would leave me with just half of my living room. Nor can i return the first one since its been more than 72hrs.

These 2 ladies were great I will be back and looking for these sales people and I will refer them to my friends also moving to Vegas.
Ashley Furniture is beautiful and practical. However, economic times have slowed my purchase to a snails crawl. I won’t be able to enjoy my purchase for a full month. This store is located off a busy street, can’t miss it. Kevin helped me greatly in choosing the pieces I wanted. Checkout was really quick. It’s just the shipment time. 2022 The purchase reviewed was never received. Got my money refunded. :(

I had a great experience from the minute I walked through the door. I am moving to the area into a new home and needed a bedroom set and couch. Patti greeted me and took the time to listen to my needs she even took the time to go over floor plans and photos of furniture that I plan on bring to make sure everything would fit the space and the new furniture would blend with the old. After talking to me she walked my right to the couch of my dreams. She then showed me a couple of bedroom sets and the 1st was again exactly what I wanted. I have already recommended Patti to several new friends. I will be going back for rugs and accent pieces.

Our 1st time @Ashley's MLK store,we purchased a sectional on 8/23 & were given the wrong pieces on pickup on 8/31. No one wanted to help. Returned it back to the store& no called us again til 9/4 leaving an after hrs message w/no details. Finally on 9/10 we found out the sectional is on backorder w/the ottoman not avail til 2022. Ashley's are liars & hve no customer svc follow-up. We cancelled our credit card & got our $$back. Do not trust them.
Had a good experience shopping here. Felt like the quality here is pretty good. Not going to mention the name of the other big big furniture store in town, but their quality has really gone down the past several years. Delivery is a bit crazy as a lot of items are on backorder. We did receive a call saying our items came in early. The delivery guys were top notch and very friendly.
This is ridiculous!!! When we purchased we were told 8 to 10 weeks it's now been 4 months!! When I check my order using you system our order can't be found by phone number or sales order number. Tried calling and you set on hold for 40 minutes!! We need someone to get back to us regarding this issue!!!

Nothing wrong with the sale reps there. The problem with this store is there is bad communication with delivering your furniture. They give you dates of when your items will be delivered to only to find out they only delivery 1 thing out of 5 items. They did not inform me that they will not be delivering the rest of my stuff. When I call customer service they have no clue on what's going on so they can tell me " I will call you back" and never get a call back. I had to take time out of my day not once but twice to go to the store and find out what is going on. It would be nice to get a phone call/ text/ email if you are not going to be doing a delivery because I work 6 days out of the week and you make busy people like my self get the days off work only to find out no one will be showing up.

i bought a sectional in the beginning of may and have yet to receive ANY updates from the ashley home store team. i called and had to wait on hold for 45 minutes just for them to tell me that the couch will likely not come till the end of july.. it’s EXTREMELY frustrating because I am a young mom in my first apartment and my family has been sitting on the floor. literally!!! i understand that delays are possible, but what’s truly UNACCEPTABLE is that i have received ZERO updates from ashley. the only reason i have some idea of when the couch could “possibly” come is because i’ve had to continuously reach out. COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND ITS FREE, yet ashley’s can’t even offer that to paying customers spending THOUSANDS of dollars in their stores.

I was told by the store manager that my claim for furniture repair would be taken care of and they would submit the claim. I later received a call from someone in the service department saying that since my furniture was a year old, that I would have to contact some other department/company. I'm confused. Why wasn't I sent to the correct department to be begin with. They pulled up my records and saw exactly when I purchased the furniture, 2 years ago.
Tracy was a great help! And thats about it! My bed frame caved in near the head board. I have called numerous times to get support. Finally 2 months later, we get someone to come in and inspect it. They say we need to order parts that were supposedly already ordered. Now its bee n 2 more months and they still haven't come to fix it.

Our first time at Ashley home store and we were very well serviced by salesperson Todd! Result of good service and beautiful sofas that we found there. We bought a sofa.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I just moved into a new towns home, I went in on may 2nd 2021 (a Saturday) the store had 50% off the entire store the sales associate told me that the sale would only last until that Monday that if I wanted to get something to do it before then. Which was a lie they still have the same sale going on over a month later. I ended up ordering a sectional on may 2nd with a promise that I would get it no later than may 28th but it could be sooner. May 28th comes I get no notification of an update on my furniture I called they said they said they couldn’t find my order so I had to go back up to the store. I went to the store on June 1 only to find out that the chase that comes with the couch had been put on back order and that they had no date as to when they were getting some in. Said 2 were coming in sometime in July but I was 4th in line to get one so that would push it into august or September. No one called, email, or texted me to let me know if this update. I had already been living in an empty apartment for a month. So the manager on duty at the time gave me a $200 credit and said that I could use it on anything in store just as long as it wasn’t a clearance item. So I go around the store with a sales associate (the same one 🙄) and I find a coffee with two end tables. It was $350. I then tell the associate like yes I want this and I have a store credit so I’m going to use. She then runs to the manager and cries for them not to let me use my store credit because it’s going to take away from her commission. The store manager and other associates clearly said 5 times that I could use it but after the associate that I was working with cried that is was not right the store manager then changes his mind and say that I only can use $75 of my $200 credit. How can he tell me what I can spend my store credit on and how much. I don’t know the managers name but the sales associate’s name is Vianey. I understand that they work for commission. But I had already bought a sectional, a dinning table set, king mattress and mattress cover ($4700+) and I was about to buy a desk and a tv stand/fireplace combo (another +$2000) and she made a big fuss about me using $200 store credit (that was giving to me for a already wrong doing) on a $350 coffee table. I do not recommend this store at all, they do not care about the customer just only about what their commission is going to be. I could be writing a great review here and sending the store more customers but because of their actions I will be doing the complete opposite. & I still don’t know when I will be getting my couch. :(

I ordered a lettner bedroom set and when it arrived at my house it looked amazing but when I looked the furniture over and started setting up my bedroom I noticed the paint on the dresser was bubbling on my nightstand the leg is completely split my rails were scuffed and my foot board had a chip the size of a quarter I called ashley she said she sent it to the review board and I would hear something back sitting 72 hours and maybe another 24 due to COVID it’s been 12 days and yet to get a call all I want is them to replace it, it was 4,000

Where do I start????!!! I’ve had horrible experience. I ordered a love seat and couch since mid December. We have been getting calls that they are ready to deliver one piece that the next piece will be deliver a week after. I tell them I want both at the same time all of a sudden they don’t have my items and it doesn’t show on their system or warehouse. No one knows what’s going on they promise the manager will call us to give us answers and no one has called us. We call the store and they don’t answer. If you want to avoid headaches stay away from Ashley’s furniture!!! It has been a nightmare.

We order a 5 piece sectional on their Thanksgiving sell. The sales person was great to work with. And the finance team was great. We was told we would get delivery the 1st week of January. They Schedule delivery for one piece in January towards the end of the month. And the rest end of February. We received 4 peices yesterday. And 1 was damaged Now they are just jacking us around on the last piece saying we refuse delivery. I will never buy from these guys again I am tired of run around

After ordering my furniture on the 28th of NOVEMBER, it was supposed to arrive on January 16th without notifying me that it was going to be delay. very unprofessional. Now expecting to receive it on the 10th of February. Really!!! This is not the only customer service has happened but to many based on the reviews i saw which should have prevented me buying from them. I do not recommend this place because the managers and supervisors do not care after speaking with them. They do not accept their mistakes and careless. SO i all had to say okay that I will not buy anything from them anymore hangup. Trust me YOU WILL REGRET it, bad customer service and unprofessional delivery. Lack of communication as well.

I shopped around several furniture stores and the moment I walked into this store I felt profiled by Darrin Phillips. I understand the employees need to make commission but they should treat every customer with their best work ethic. Darrin asked me if I grew up eating out of a silver spoon and continuously said what I wanted was basically out of my potential. Then he EMPHASIZED a price of a bed set and said IF I get approved and made it seem like I wouldn’t. I asked for a different associate and Darrin told Anita “show them what you CAN do Anita”. I took my business across the street to WALKER where Randall Tolliver gave me the best most kindest service where I was approved for financing. Something Darrin didn’t even take the time to do.
Buyer beware. I purchased a couch November 28. They said they would deliver it January 10. On January 5th I called to confirm the date. They said now January 30 for delivery. No one notified me of this delay. I spoke with Nashua in customer service. She was rude and hung up on me. I’m going tomorrow to cancel my order. I’ll let you know if I get a full refund.

Everything was nice until I wonder why my account was closed. I never closed it my self, the store manager over the phone said I did back in March 2020. Then since then they been charging me with APR 29 percent. They never send me anything in the mail or phone call about it. When I purchased my furniture inside the store never stated to me , if my furniture is not paid off before the due date will charge me additional money due to the interest. I had like $400 left they added additional price from the interest of $2200. I'm paying over half percent to pay it off. I called them 4-5 months later once I notice the high interest and payoff the store been closed in person. Nothing they can do for me, I can pay more to lower the interest. Please everyone do not buy furniture from Ashley , I have learned my lesson.

Do yourself a favor and go to Living Spaces. Nearly $3000 later and this (see photos) is how the furniture got left for us. The best part about Ashley is that the delivery guys were cool, even after driving around an showing up an hour late because our address was entered wrong. IKEA has better quality furniture and that’s not saying much. We also found out from an inside source that Ashley also makes furniture for Big Lots so there you have it. Save thousands by shopping at Big Lots.
Horrible customer service. When I was in the store. I was treated very well and the guy was really nice. I really felt like I was getting a good deal. But when the delivery was pushed back 3 times. Twice without notice. I called to see why they hadn't come and was told it's nothing they can do. They didn't even call me to say they weren't coming. Then were very rude like it was my fault. At the time of purchase I was promised a $500 Mastercard gifted for choosing to finance. Which would come after the furniture was delivered. But after the furniture was delivered I only received $178 because it's only 10% of the amount financed. They were not willing to give me the amount promised and kept telling me there was nothing they could do. Why is it my fault and associate of yours lied about delivery, lied about the gift card. And now that you've got my money there's nothing you can do? I'm extremely disappointed because I've shopped with them before and never had any problems. But now, I'll never shop here again. How could you treat a veteran so poorly? This store has no integrity. The store manager felt no need to make right her associates wrong. It just became my problem. Not hers. Such poor customer service!!!! Don't choose this location for furniture. Unless you like being cheated and lied to.

My wife and I were really excited to shop here. The salesman was awesome and really was patient with us. We ordered our dining room table and living room furniture. We know that it’s a little delayed with shipping do to the holidays but we didn’t mind . He said let’s shoot for mid November or early December the latest. We agreed for it to be delivered Nov 14. A week before that day we got a called that it was delayed and to call them . My wife called them and they said that I was pushed to Dec 30th but that they would call us in 2 days to get it sooner. The 2 days passed and no call back. She called again and they said there was no notes on my account and that it could be months to get it. We decided to go and cancel and the lady at the front tried to help us but couldn’t. She said she needed her manager approval to cancel and the manager asked how much was the order. I guess that determines if your worth saving as a customer. She said jokingly 12k and the manager seemed concerned but then said jk it’s only 4500. So you mean to tell me that my family spending 4500 on this economy is not much? That really was disappointing to see them laugh about it like no big deal.

I recently shopped at this location and had a terrible experience. While I was shopping I had to stop at their "Customer Service Center" for information. I had the opportunity to witness how poorly other people's issues were "resolved" or more like brushed off. I watched an entire interaction where an elderly lady got the eye roll attitude for complaining no one had gotten back to her in weeks. During this time my husband and I kept glancing at one another in disbelief. I figured I was only picking up a few simple items; therefore, I wouldn't have to deal with them too much. I had done the bulk of my shopping at a smaller location where I had a great experience. At the end of my transaction there was an issue with one of my items. I was told I could speak to the "Manager" regarding the issue. When the issue was addressed there was no "I'm sorry, let me see if I can find a solution for you" or "let me see what I can do". It was "Yeah, there's nothing I can do. If you want you can order the part at your expense". I had shopped at their locations over the course of two days and spent thousands of dollars; at this point I still needed a whole other bedroomset. It was such a let down to realize the value my hard earned money had here. She could've been a lot more accommodating and offered to order the $20 part as a repair but CHOSE not to. At this point I decided not to contribute to her salary any longer and stopped shopping. To make the experience worse, as my husband is hauling out the already purchased items the manager is sitting at the podium at the front door. Never once did the "example of customer service" get up and get the door. They watched him struggle, until I caught up and got the door for him.

We purchased a 12 piece living room set in full. The lamps and accessories arrived completely broken and scratched up. Our coffee table arrived with bent legs. We took accessories back to the store received a replacement and the new lamps ARE BROKEN. We we’re told someone would come out to look at the table here we are nearly a month later and haven’t even received a call back. Overall our experience has just been horrible especially since we are new to the Las Vegas area.
Wow, just a horrible experience. Bought our daughter a new loft bed. Mind you, we had to chase down someone to actually take our money. Three times. Nothing was in stock so had to wait a week for the bed to come in. The accent chair was now put on backorder for a month. Delivery crew showed up spent like three hours assembling the bed and on the way out the door they told me they had cracked the rails for the ladder and they had "called" in the claim and someone would be in touch with me that day. Well, no call that day or the next. So I called the store and the recording tells me they are too busy to answer the phone and to go back to the website for the Chat feature. 2 hours later an agent finally creates a case and I have to upload support photos as proof. Well, while snapping photos I discover a mass of various scratches, dents, missing screws and the actual bed rails are also cracked in half. Tech shows up several days later and informs me that the damage is not fixable and that a new bed will need to be ordered. I was informed that "someone" would get back to me within 48 hours to provide further information. A week goes by and I have to spend another 2 hours using the chat feature for Julie to tell me to go pound sand as my 72 hour time period has expired and all sales were final as I made the purchase instore. I was wished the best of luck in being forced to follow the policy...(Parts were ordered, don't know what parts, but it would take about 10 business days for them to ship and to expect everything to show up in about 30 days. Then it would take about 5 business days to get a tech scheduled for assembly, if I chose not to do it myself.) That's not going to work, so I proceed to call the # on my receipt and after about 20 minutes on hold, someone answers. I want to cancel my furniture that is on backorder and I want to know my rights as a customer. The polite lady on the phone tells me that I need to actually talk to a store representative and someone else would be back in touch with me within 48 hours. Nope, I want to talk to someone in the store to cancel my order. On hold again until Amanda answers only to tell me that I have to come back to the store as it is "impossible" to credit my card without my presence. So, I have a broken child's bed, undelivered "parts", backordered furniture, and no refund as that's their policy. I am tired of being abused as a customer, Ashley will eat their words, and I will get my money back. Do you and your family a favor and forget about Ashley and Walker furniture. Nothing but regret and headaches will ensue.

I've heard bad things about Ashley, but I thought our experience would be better. Side note, you can buy the same furniture around Las Vegas for much cheaper. I saw our same sofa in Ashley, but purchased from another local store for significantly cheaper (with free delivery too)! We were supposed to pick up our delivery on October 10th, but never heard from Ashely, so after multiple weeks, we called and were told it should be in the next day. Awesome customer service. We waited for around 45 minutes to pick up the outdoor furniture set and no biggie, we got it home. After getting it home, we attempted to put it together but on both chairs the holes were drilled in the wrong spots so one screw wouldn't fit. It wasn't the same on each chair, it was different, it was as if the frame is bent or likely poor manufacturing. The glass tabletop that came with it was all scratched and the suction cups to hold the glass didn't fit as they should. Basically, this is cheap made in China furniture sold at a steep mark-up. Now we are told we have to bring it back to see if their technician can "fix" it. Good luck fixing holes that are drilled wrong and a scratched glass tabletop. Then they have 30 days to fix it...and guess what, even though they sold us defunct items, we can't return it? It's poor customer service to force people to bring a broken item back, see if you can fix it, and no matter what, force us to keep it without a refund. It's not our fault that your furniture is cheaply made. Stay away. Buy from other local store that treats their customers better! I will never buy from Ashely again, I will make sure I spread the news about our experience and that you can buy the same items at other places for cheaper! Avoid, avoid, save your money.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! My fiancé and I went in store at the beginning of Oct and purchased a good amount of furniture. We were told our order would be delivered on Oct 6 with the exception of 3 items that would be delivered on oct 11 and the other sometime in November. Oct 6 comes and we don’t receive anything. We call and are told we didn’t have an oct 6 scheduled delivery (even though it is typed out on our receipt!) and everything would be delivered on oct 11 with the exception of our footboard and rails. We had to reschedule that delivery due to a schedule conflict and we were told it was rescheduled for oct 14. Never received a confirmation so we called a few days prior to confirm and we’re told they didn’t have availability on oct 14 and our delivery was rescheduled for Oct 21. We never received a notice about the reschedule for oct 6 nor oct 14 but they said they called and left a voicemail (they didn’t). Then they said our couch which was supposed to be included in the first delivery was on back order and would be delivered oct 30. Even though I had just spoke to someone a few days prior regarding the changed date who guaranteed that everything was available and would be delivered except the footboard and rails. And now it’s not available? How does that happen?! So I spoke to a representative (Uquilvia) via online chat and she just said there was nothing they could do about it and they would contact us for an earlier date if available then closed the chat on me after I asked another question!!! Now it is the day before our first delivery that had already been rescheduled multiple times and we receive a call stating our bed is also on back order and won’t be included in our delivery. No one told us that a few days prior! How are our items available and then suddenly not available right before? And why are we being rescheduled so many times?! I have no faith that I will receive all of my items. It’s taken 3 weeks after the original delivery date just to receive the first portion. We had just moved into our new place in urgent need of furniture and was so happy that we would receive our items in such a short time. They completely SCAMMED US. I am 8 months pregnant with NO FURNITURE. what am I supposed to do with just a coffee table and dressers? They have no real process of fulfilling orders, they just give you a delivery date and send what they have available rather than actually fulfilling your order and THEN scheduling delivery. I am so upset and will never purchase from this store again. I am highly considering cancelling my order! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

This place is a JOKE! I've made several purchases as well as the insurance with the confidence that my purchases are protected and will be replaced or repaired in just about any situation other than purposely damaging the items myself. After thousands of dollars spent and continued loyalty with all of my furniture needs; I actually ran into an instance which I needed to use the insurance sold by this place. I've spent hours on the phone with several different people including the supervisor (Kim) to submit a simple claim and have my item repaired or replaced. I've waited over two months since the first attempt in submitting a claim which I was told by Maria that a technician will be contacting me shortly to set up an appointment to come and replace or repair my table but no one ever called. So finally I called again to see what was going on. That's when Kim told me I never submitted photos of the damage (which I did and even have the text thread to prove it) and that's why I never received a follow up call. This claim is still on process and I highly doubt I will even get anywhere judging by their customer service. If you value time you could be spending with family rather than spent on the phone trying to repair something that was paid for, don't shop here!!
Because of the manager attitude i don't think we can get anything other thing from Ashley Furniture .We had a very very bad experience because we chosed our couch and we were later called that it was discontinued and the manager forced us to take what was on the floor which is even dirty.it did not even end there we later bought a rug that was on sales rapped and when we went home it was very very dirty inside .when i came back to explain the manager again was so rude and did not even want to hear from me.actually the customer needs to know the condition of am item before taking and it was not written on the price tag.
No stress experience Recently got a new apartment but needed some upgrades on my living room, decided to stop by and check out the options and sales that Ashley had. We ended up finishing 3 rooms for under $3,600.00, David the salesman made this experience hassle free, no stress and was super patience with us while we decided what we wanted. All of this was possible thanks to David who made sure we were getting the best deals. Thanks for having employees who don't pressure you into buying and who listen to the customer. We'll be definitely coming back for more!.
Twice we came in this store one we purchased a wall hanging after waiting about 20 to 30 minutes we were told we had to wait till the following Tuesday to pickup because it was inventory. When we returned the following Tuesday we waited again about 20 minutes while one of the sales reps was making a change to someone's order who was not even there and the person behind the counter and your rep engorged us until my wife said something plus the wallHangingwas not even pulled for anothersales person had to climb up and get it down. Poor customer service! We Will not be going into your store for sometime.

Bought $5650 worth of furniture. I was promised delivery date. I received some of the items but few pieces of the sectional I did not receive. I was promised 4 different dates, 4 different times. Each time it was canceled and moved back to another date. Right now I am being told that delivery is on call and will "maybe" come in November. I filed complaint with BBB. I tried reaching the store manager, but she is always busy and unable to respond to my phone calls. Horrible customer service.
An absolute nightmare! Ordered furniture back in July and was supposed to be delivered around September 11th. Got a call early in September and they tried to schedule a partial delivery. I declined because of the 3 hour delivery window that I would have to spend my time on twice. I got a text on September 21st to schedule delivery. I called the number in the text to confirm it would be delivery of the entire order, I was assured it would be. I got a text on the morning of the 25th confirming my order would be delivered between 10 am and 1 pm. At about 8 am I got a call advising that everything would be delivered except the footboard. Mind you the bed cant be assembled or used without the footboard. I asked if they could deliver the footboard on the 26th and was told they would calle back. I didnt receive a return phone call. I called Customer Service and was on the phone for an hour and a half. The girl got in contact with the warehouse and was guaranteed the footboard would be delivered on the 26th. The guys came to deliver the furniture and I had them double check and confirm the footboard would be delivered on the 26th before they even unloaded the order from their truck. It was confirmed. The morning of the 26th I didnt get a text with Delivery info for the footboard so I called Customer Service. I was told at that point the footboard wasnt even in Vegas and wouldnt be delivered until October 2nd or 3rd. I went in to the store and spoke with Johanna Shepherd, the Store Manager who advised that it's on a warehouse but they didnt have any trucks to get it and offered Delivery on the 27th. I told her absolutely not, it was guaranteed not once but twice to be delivered on the 26th. She got in contact with an outside contractor who I would have to pay 79.99 to in order to have the footboard delivered on the 26th. I was told it would be after 3 pm and she would personally call me with a delivery time. By 4 pm I hadn't gotten a call so I tried to call the store and their in store customer service phone number says the office is closed. I call the number she gave me for the delivery company and the guy tells me he is on the way to the warehouse to pick up the footboard. By 6 pm I've still not received the footboard so I call the guy back from the 3rd party who told me he was on his way back from Arizona and it would be delivered this evening, the night of the 26th. Communication from Ashley and their private contractors is terrible. Ashley did try and make it right by refunding a $266.00 portion of the entire 1300.00 charge, however, it's not worth the headache, the hassle, and the wasted time to deal with such an incompetent group of people. Save yourself the time and headache and buy your furniture somewhere else!
Very bad customer service. Order has been delayed for 3 months after being paid for in cash. Still no guarantee I will be getting my order on estimated date. Don't buy anything from this store unless they have it in stock or even better buy from a a different furniture store. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashleys ever again.

Received my phone call today for my delivery that I have waited 30 days for. Was to be short my mattress for my new bedroom set. Unacceptable. I could have been told a week ago. Had already thrown out my old bed. Expected me to wait 3 more weeks for my mattress. Went to the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was given my sales associate. Finally got the manager and she blamed it on the pandemic. Where was the customer service? I will never buy from your stores again or suggest anyone to shop there. Unacceptable. I now have to pay for something I don't have. I will reach out to the corporate office on Monday.
I encountered a situation that a salesperson was not able to handle so I wanted to speak to the manger. Darrell Waller was so sweet and kind and handled my situation perfectly . He even went above and beyond to help move up my delivery date on my living room suite . Then he also offered to add the new tables I was buying and linked it up to my delivery of my furniture. I was very pleasantly pleased . We buy all our furniture from Ashley and I REALLY appreciate excellent customer service. That is what I received from Darrell. BUYER BEWARE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Apparently Ashley's business motto is to sell sugar coated IKEA furniture at a high price, also the lack of quality assurance during the delivery process. Desk and chair arrived in a box, delivery guys were in a hurry to get out of there......when questioned about building it.....they said " oh that's on you, you didn't purchase the build delivery" .......I was never told or given the option at the store. Not to mention the delivery date was a nightmare, confirmed yes on first delivery date never showed. Called CS , they only had a partial order to deliver, delivery date was pushed back even further. Fast forward desk was damaged, contacted the sales guy after I opened the box and sent him pics of the damage. In a nutshell after going back and forth with him, his answer was you need to bring it back in and potentially wait another 3 months for a new "damaged" product. I'm sorry but I'm not going to be inconvenienced buy a stores lack of quality. After suggesting that Ashley could pick this one up when they deliver the exchange and to assure I had not received a damaged item, I heard nothing. Also apparently the store manager or any manager is too busy too address complaints. I had to elevate this to corporate , which in turn resulted in them sending out a " tech". Ashley furnitures last resort is to exchange furniture or take care of their customers in a proper way. If I wanted a damaged item, I would have purchased from a clearance section and repaired it myself!!!! SERIOUSLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM A LOCAL TRADESMEN THAT TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK or build it yourself!!! You will be much happier.... Ashley furniture is a corporate chain store that mass produces garbage. You can seriously save yourself the headache and not even deal with what others go through.......good luck in purchasing from Ashley furniture and homestores.

My experience has not been good, and I'm sleeping on a mattress that I did not order, while waiting on the right one I'm sleeping on a board. The sales clerk messed up my order. While they expect to their money, I expect to be satisfied with my purchase. I'm still waiting on my Living room set and its unfortunate that I feel disappointed and hope that this next delivery is correct. I as a custom will think long and hard before giving them my money. Period
Please do not buy from this Ashley Furniture store. I bought a complete bedroom set and when I received 2 of the dressers they were broken and damaged. When I escalated the issue I initially got no response and then they basically told me I was stuck with getting the damaged dressers repaired and I could not get new ones, even though I paid a lot of money for my purchase. I have went into the store multiple times and called and even though management said they would get back to me I have yet to hear anything and it’s going on almost 4 months. They will not value your business no matter how much you spend and their customer service is basically nonexistent. I don’t want anyone else to deal with these issues so please don’t spend your hard earned money at this store!!!
I have never been treated so badly by a business than Ashley Furniture. The salesman was nice and the customer service representative Brittany try to go above and beyond to help. That is where it stops. The manager refused to even speak with me about what happened. My table was delivered damaged and they try to force the warranty to cover it which they would not. Then they sent someone out to fix it which was unable to. Then I waited for a replacement table which they refused to give me. Instead they gave me a top to another table that had been fixed and refused to give me anything else. This is all per the manager. But, then the manager who handles replacements called to let me know she got my new table in and would delivery it. When I told her what happened she apologized but said she couldn’t give me the new table if they already put another top on it. Now while all this is going on I had another table I was waiting for an was promised to have delivered and scheduled several times and then subsequently cancelled. When I spoke with Brittany about it she couldn’t understand because she saw I the system that table had cane in several times but delivered to other people that order weeks after my order went in originally. An the manager once again refused to get on the phone and answer me or Brittany as to why this is happening. All Brittany could do is apologize (which it wasn’t her fault at all) and say just wait hopefully they will deliver the next batch. It finally came a month after the original promised date. The reason I choose Ashley is not only because they had the two tables I wanted but I had other piece I bought recently from online and had absolutely no issue with them. It was a smooth transaction and delivery. As well as the salesman stating that although other stores can’t get their products due to COVID they are only a 2 weeks to a month out for all deliveries. After several calls and trying to track down the owner of this company you find that they are all independently owned and operated. An that the online store is completely separate from the stores. None of them will take responsibility for any of the actions that any of the different stores do. I have told everyone I know never to shop there again. They don’t care about how much money you spend (I spent over $2000) or how little to them you are just another notch in their paycheck. Stay away from them if you appreciate the hard work you have done to earn your money. Go somewhere that will appreciate you and your business.
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ordered a writing desk and chair in the beginning of May. Did not arrive until mid August. Not only did I have to assemble myself (was not told of different delivery services) but it arrived damaged on top of it. Instead of replacing my brand new damaged desk like any other reputable company, they sent out a tech to repair it. So now I have a repaired desk that I purchased at new furniture price. I'm sorry but if I wanted to buy something that had damage to it I would have shopped the clearance dept.
I will never shop with Ashley HomeStore again. I have been trying for months to receive the correct cushions for my sofa and love seat, the ones displayed on the showroom floor are not the ones that came with my furniture. I specifically chose the set due too its firmness and the cushions I have as soon as you sit on them they sink into the sofa. I have spoken to customer service and a manager and NOTHING has been accomplished. They ordered the SAME cushions that I already have. They told me they don't have the ability to choose the firmness you basically get whatever the parts department send. (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) I have been bounced around to so many people within the company. I was told the cushion foam comes in green which is what I have, orange which is what is on the showroom floor and (yellow?). I even suggested I would take the cushions from the set on the show room floor and they won't do that. At this point I'm going to get the news and my lawyer involved.
Went to MLK Ashley HomeStore and bought a 14pc set (sofa, recliner, tables, rug,etc.) Tabitha was a great saleslady. Given a delivery date of Aug.21. for everything except recliner (Sept.11). Called 5 days before delivery date to confirm my order. Was told nope, delivery changed to Aug. 26 and that it was not guaranteed either (no one notified me of this change). My sister had gone in 3 days after my purchase and bought the same set. She got her delivery in less than a week. Called up Ashley HomeStore to inquire why she got the sofa and I'm not getting mine. Apparently 5 other people after me have priority for the same sofa even though at the time of purchase I was told the sofa was in stock. I ended up requesting a refund. I didn't like the idea that they charged my credit card and the items were not in stock as promised. Terrible company tactics of overselling product and not delivering on promised date. Buyer beware ! Only buy if you're not in a hurry.

Horrible. I literally spent 5,000 on a full set 7 years ago and a piece broke from under my bed. I called from my house to buy the piece. They told me I had to come in to buy the piece. Once I got to the place. The employee didnt know what she was doing. She said I had to order the piece from Customer Service. Customer service told us they sales person had to order it. Then the sales person said no they had to order it. Then customer service told us, they couldnt buy the piece at the moment. They had to contact the company to order the parts. To give our info and theyll call us to order it on the phone. Which I stated the reason we came to the store was because they told us we couldnt order it over the phone. I just walked out. Very easy to get the part when you buying it but when you need to fix something. Nobody knows nothing. I will be contacting corporate because of this situation. So remember everyone if something breaks be mindful they dont know nothing and not trying to fix it. They just want to sell you.

I went to Ashley for their sale back in May. The delivery took a month an a half, and when they delivered my dresser, it was broken, then the railings to the bed frame were not delivered! Now it’s End of July and they promised to have it delivered by now, but we just received a call that the dresser will now be delivered until SEPTEMBER!!!! The sales rep Tracy Shalit was so eager to sell that the whole order was so screwed up! I’ve been living in my new house with no dresser and no bed frame railings since May! I will never go to them or recommend them to anyone!!!

Purchased furniture here even though reviews said customer service was really bad. Reviews were right. There is no customer service. They don't answer the phone. Left on hold over 15 minutes every time and they don't call back. Been waiting over a month for sofa that's been paid for in full. Can't get any information.

Went to this store today and spent 2k on furniture. Loved the sales/finance team they were amazing and we're not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful in making sure everything went as smooth as possible. However that is where the pleasure of this business ended. I was told I could pick up said furniture hours later and it would be all disassembled and ready for me to take. It wasn't, they had barely even begun. That's not all I then had to carry ALL the pieces across the entire store, and through narrow hallways of expensive furniture with zero assistance from anyone after I was promised help. They weren't even curtious enough to offer me (or the people I brought there who were drenched in sweat) a bottle of water, and then they had the nerve to have a sign posted right next to their customer pickup area that they would help move/load things. As a general rule I hate leaving bad reviews because usually it's a slight oversight but when you have 20+ employees and customers watching you drag close to 200lbs of furniture across an entire store after being promised help I can honestly say not only will I NEVER return to this store but I will tell anyone I know never to come to this store. Worst possible end to such an amazing experience.
Will never shop here again. The salesman lied to get me to purchase the couch warranty, told me things would be covered and I find out he just told me things to make me purchase. They do not back their warranty and there are many hoops to jump through to get help with your purchase. Too much hassle.

This store is AMAZING!!! My experience was phenomenal all because of Brittany! She's an employee there that knows her stuff! She's NOT like those stereotypical salesman who follows you around the store and promise anything just to get a sale. She has the most comforting approach and WILL NOT FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE PRESSURING YOU TO BUY THINGS. She works within your budget, and will give you the options that are available. She's very kind and knowledgeable. My partner and I are starting from scratch with furniture and she helped us pick a SUPERB quality bed set as well as an AMAZING living room set. She calculated our payments perfectly and there were no false promises. She educated us on the mattresses, the products, how to care for the products and even how the delivery process will go. She told us nothing but the truth and was not annoyed by our many questions! Believe me, I had tonsssss of questions and she answered them with a pleasant smile. My favorite part about the whole experience was how thorough she is with EVERYTHING! I'm not sure how the other employees are but Brittany will definitely make your experience enjoyable. Lastly, because of Brittany being so awesome, I REFUSE to spend my money on other competitors! That's how great she is and she made us feel so important/accepted. Set customer for life! I recommend for everyone to ask for Brittany if you want quality/knowledgeable customer service, someone who knows what they are doing, someone who will not sell you a lie, someone who will not pressure you for any reason and someone who will LET YOU SHOP/BROWSE. The worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with. We order a bedroom set, waited 3 weeks just to go back in the store and find out they actually don’t make that bedroom set anymore. After fully paying upfront. Then we ordered another bed, we then were told the dresser and nightstands would arrive in additional 2 more weeks, it’s been over a month. So I called back at my expected date for delivery just to find out YET AGAIN that they still haven’t received my items. They’re careless and extremely upsetting. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
Beware! They will sell you items they don't have in stock. Then when it comes time to deliver they'll say there was an issue at the warehouse. They know that by that time you've already stopped shopping and rather than go to one of their competitors you'll accept their lame excuses or a different item you never wanted. It's how they do business!
Patrice made my cousin and I feel so welcomed there, she helped us find everything we wanted with no problem. I'm very happy with my furniture and I cannot wait for it to arrive. Horrible customer service. Bought a table and chairs with warranty. Table defective. Told to return table to store on MLK. No record of return notes from Technician like he promised. No tables available for two weeks. Asked for refund, told it would take two hours. Passed to three different employees, final one allegedly was the "general manager" . Spent an hour arguing to get the refund expedited. Shop somewhere else if you want better service!

My husband and I went to this location looking for a variety of things. Daryl Conn was absolutely incredible!!!!!! He was extremely helpful. His customer service was awesome. He didn't hover over us or pressure us. He allowed us to shop. I will always be a customer of Ashley furniture because of Daryl!!!! Definitely recommend going to this location !!!!
After reading reviews about Ashley, I was very hesitant to shop there. To my pleasant surprise, couldn't be happier. To my salesman and manager at the MLK store in Las Vegas, have to give 5 stars. Definitely will shop there again.👍

We spent over 5 grand here 6 months ago, and the items are not wearing well at all. Our kitchen table is falling apart. Wood chipping and splitting apart. We can be sitting down at a meal and screws will just fall out. When we purchased the items we were given gift cards which turned out to be a scheme. Every single time I would go to use them they would either inflate the price of items unbelievable- example 4 barstools they quoted us 1100 for, but we could apply gift cards to them to make them 500 (really no savings) or they would say the item doesn't qualify to use gift cards on. I'm extremely disappointed and saddened. Not to mention originally when the items were being delivered they were back orders 2 months, and then wrong items were delivered, damaged items etc. The way they handled the issues was unbelievably rude. I let it go but now that the items are falling apart, the entire situation is unacceptable. I am out over 5k with items that are awful quality.
Honestly if i could give this company 0 stars I would. My family has given Ashley's 3 chances now to try to be a good furniture company but they have failed in different ways each time. 1. the first time, we ordered a couch and living room set. When the furniture arrived the wrong items were given and it took weeks to get the correct set. The staff working in the delivery department were not helpful and we feel like they did not even care to help us. They were just trying to get us off their backs. 2. The second time we ordered a bedroom set because the deal was just too ridiculous to not take advantage of it. We decided to finance this time. The delivery staff once again were not helpful and they cancelled on us multiple times. It took weeks to get the rest of the furniture after the first part of the set had been delivered. But this was not even the worst of it. We Had MAJOR issues with syncrony. (their finance company). We were supposed to get 5 years 0% interest. Syncrony kept changing the terms of the agreement. Each month it was different. One month it went from 5 years to 1 year, then the next, they tacked on an interest rate and moved the term. This went on for months. Having to call in each month and get the bill correct. Eventually we just paid it off. We had no idea's of going back to ashleys but after 2 years going past, and hearing better things about the company, we decided to give them another chance. 3. The third chance, we decided to get a set for my daughter. We bought the set via Cash, thinking it would help our case. The company even let us use the gift card we got from the compensation from the previous two times being absolutely horrible. But when it came time to get the furniture, the delivery department once again stepped up and showed us how horrible this company is. It took 3 weeks from the time of paying for the furniture, to when our delivery date was set. Then, the night before, we got a call from corporate, saying the footboard was missing, but during the call, the same person changed his story to "it was there, just damaged". They did not know where it went, so we would not get the set. We called corporate customer service, and they had no record of the person calling us, or the set being damaged. Alas, we did not get the delivery the next day, but we did get another phone call. We got a phone call from corporate delivery again, this time saying the person from the night before was mistaken, and it really was the side rails that were missing. Then the story changed again later that day to the side rails were damaged. We decided to call into corporate again and got a manager and they were able to get us a delivery for that sunday, which was 3 days after the original delivery was supposed to take place but 3 weeks after buying the set.After all of this, the company wanted to give us another store credit of only $50 dollars, when we spent $1000 there for this set. We will never be going back to Ashleys. We will tell everyone we know never to go back to Ashleys. The sales staff are friendly, but the rest of the company just doesn't hold up to how a company should treat its customers.

My wife and I just recently bought furnitures and our time is being wasted waiting for someone to take care of us. Stay away from this place. Every one in MLK store is rude & will put you on hold for a very long time when you call hoping you get tired waiting and hung up.
Buyer beware as the management at the MLK Ashley Homestore is not trustworthy and do not follow up on customer concerns. Somehow the company's policy does not apply to this store wherein the price match promise is not honored here. The manager, Johanna never returned my phone call. I will shop at the Henderson location in the future.

What an epic fail. We purchased a youth bedroom set in October to ensure our granddaughter received it in time for Christmas. It started with them not delivering on the date we asked for, December 18th, which we asked for back in October and then telling us it couldn't be delivered until after Christmas. So of course we went to the store to state our displeasure and request a refund if they were unable to deliver it before Christmas. They then rescheduled us for Friday the 20th but said not all of the pieces would be available and would arrive later. We were ok with that, so our granddaughter would have a bed. But when it arrived the bedroom set was damaged, so we sent the entire thing back!! Upon sending it back we wanted our purchase refunded but we were told we'd have to wait until they could verify all items were returned even though their delivery people had noted all items had been rejected due to damages to some of the pieces!! When we finally do get our refund we'll never do business with Ashley again!!
Beware of this place! I just bought a bedroom set and a mattress. I was shocked to see my bill that I was charged an additional $470. They charged my card without letting me know and without giving me a receipt. And Ashley has the worst customer service! Will not buy there again.

Their customer service is terrible,we will never buy from you all again...My uncle has been with his dining table on the floor for more than a month, since the men who made the delivery could not assemble the table,this is unacceptable what a bad service for something we already paid in cash!!

I was in on November 16th to make a large cash purchase. Delivery date was set for 11/20, I recieved a text confirming the delivery. They never showed. After calling they said I didn't confirm, I have the text as proof. I spoke with two different women apologizing yet saying nothing they can do. They then set it up for the 23rd. The chair was not delivered yet scheduled for December 2nd. I was contacted on November 30th for delivery on the 2nd between 8am- and 12pm. It never showed! After calling multiple times and being place on hold for 30 minutes I finally spoke to a woman, Maureen, I believe that they have no order nor delivery set up for my chair to be delivered! I asked to speak to a manager to which I was told there's nothing that the manager can do for me as well since the chair is not scheduled, nor do they have record that someone called me to confirm delivery! I'm so beyond furious! I've never received such horrible service from a company that I'm making a large purchase. I will never make another purchase again nor will I recommend it to anyone

She helped my fiance and I (purchase a beautiful accent cabinet) with compassion, care and understanding! In a day and age when competition is fierce, the only thing to me that sets like companies apart is the kind of attentiveness and courteous customer service that she has given me. Thank you so much for all of your assistance! She is a very hard working individual and she pays attention to detail. She is a rare gem! I can't wait for the delivery of our new cabinet.

We ordered a bedroom set for our daughter. We were given dates as to when furniture would be delivered. We were also told that the dresser would be two days later and we could pick it up at the warehouse. Delivery was great. The delivery guys set up bed, no problem. Attempted to call customer service, waiting on hold for over 1/2 hour to make sure dresser was available. Tired of waiting on hold drove 20 minutes to warehouse to be told it wasnt in and it would be ready Monday. Very frustrating trying to get a hold of a customer care rep to see what the issue was. Called the store they couldn't help us. Finally, after getting g a run around that wasn't necessary 4 days later we picked up the dresser. The lady that assisted us with our purchase of bedroom set was great! The delivery guys were awesome. The customer service and the time it takes to actually speak with someone sucks!!!

The MLK store reversed an almost, year long struggle to get a chair replaced, that was purchased for my GF last Christmas and came delivered, broken. I won’t get into the complete hassle It was trying to get the warranty fulfilled..because it was an Ashley in another state. But the staff at Ashley on MLK, went above and beyond my expectations, to not only help me get the chair, but to assemble it on site, to make sure it worked. I want to thank specifically, Peyton Tomblin the Sales associate, The store manager I believe was named, Rodney..and the young lady from AZ at customer service, for not only being understanding and helpful..but doing their best, to make sure to right the wrong, so that I buy from Ashley again. I most certainly will and most certainly from this store..

If I could give a zero I would. They are super helpful when it comes to taking your money but full of lies to do so. I specifically asked sales rep TJ if I could use my purple mattress as is with the bed I was interested in. Delivery was a week after purchase and the installers told me I could not use my bed because it didn't come with slats or anything to rest my mattress on. I had to go to home Depot spend another $100 to make a platform so I can use my bed. Had to take the day off from work so that I can spend money and work anyways. The sales are BS the reps are full of BS and the knowledge of product is irrelevant. Stay away from Ashley's if you value quality reassurance.
Horrible communication among their team. After ordering several large peices of furniture over a month ago, we are still missing half of our stuff. We were informed the couch won't fit in our condo because they have tried to deliver to the same complex before and was unable, yet sales didn't mention at any point that we should measure before ordering. I understand in hindsight, of course you should measure, but you expect the experts to guide you through the process to make sure you get the right furniture for you. After being told we would have to reselect for our couch, the store calls me back to reschedule delivery?! Then I get a call the next day saying the two office desks we ordered A MONTH AGO are now discontinued and the store is unable to order them. Why were they not ordered when we made the purchase? We went with Ashley Furniture because wanted this to be an easy solution -- one stop shop and it has been nothing but a headache over the past month. We will be going back to re-select and I welcome the management to change my mind about the store.
Terrible customer service. I’ve made a large purchase from Ashley’s in the past and decided to go back because I needed a new mattress. Walked around the store at least 20 minutes looking for assistance and sales reps would look at me and walk right past us not helping. I finally go to the desk to ask for assistance the girl tells me another girl will be right with us, instead she ignores us and asks the people standing at the desk if they’ve been helped.... yet here we are no help. After going back and forth with a sales agent that was standing at the desk on why he couldn’t help us he finally did. Help is an understatement. He asked which mattresses I was interested in so that he could make suggestions. I had to pull words out of him, he didn’t make any suggestions and basically said “ok the bed is all you need?” No I came here for information to make the best pick. I had plans on purchasing a mattress that day but with such terrible service I decided not to and will not be returning. They need a better system and happier more helpful employees. I wouldn’t recommend giving these people a large sum of money with this kind of customer service.
This is the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture...I purchased 2 kids bedroom sets on the 3rd of July and was told a delivery date of the 13th by an inexperienced salesman..who also had me sign wrong paperwork so after I left the store I had to come back a few days later to sign corrected paperwork to even begin the delivery process which was soon delayed and changed from the 18th then 19th and when they came at 6 pm I was heading home from work and was told that they couldn’t wait 10 mins for me to arrive and they called me the next day saying the soonest delivery they had was the 24th and they couldn’t give me a time until 2days before delivery...they also don’t have rails to one of the beds until the 28th . They have done nothing besides take my money and not deliver ...I will never purchase from them again ..damn near a month and still nothing
The premium protection plan I bought is a total scam. I called for the very first time exactly one year after purchase (5 year protection) that I needed my ottoman cleaned due to a stain and I was told that they wanted to thank me for buying the best protection plan but that I wouldn't be covered. I was told to call the MLK store where I purchased my sectional (very expensive) and that this store needed to provide me with the cleaning supplies to clean on my own, or to hire a professional company out of pocket. Called the MLK and was told they do not give cleaning supplies and that if I cleaned it on my own and damaged it, it wouldn't be covered by the plan. So either way, I paid for nothing!!! Don't believe their sweet lips when they are trying to get you to make a purchase everything will sound good then reality will be sad.

Decent store, the showroom can be a bit crowded with different styles of furniture but my only gripe is the following around the store by associates. That’s annoying if I need help or have a question you’ve already given me your name. I felt profiled. It made 1/2 a sense when I was told you get paid by commission, but geesh. If it’s that bad were you stalk your potential customers for a sale, find another gig.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I spend a large sum of money at this store. They were quick to take the money and everything went down hill after that. I have had nothing but problems after problems. They promised vouchers among other things and never ever followed through with anything. I do not recommend this store to any body. I was told by several other furniture store in the area this would happen and I was assured by Ashley that was not the case. Well that was a lie. Flat out lie. I never received everything and now I am not getting my items. This store gives Ashely the company as a whole an awful name. I might love their products but I will never ever purchase from them again. I will always recommend my family and friends against all stores. I will also ensure that they tell their friends of friends. Social media is something nobody can get away from and believe me money is nothing anyone should mess with when you work as hard as you do. Also customer service is key for any company and this is a poor example at this establishment. They can not help all they can do is make excuses with no resolutions.
This is one of my favorite furniture places in all of Vegas, my girlfriend and I have been looking at fruniture stores for the past 6 months to figure out what we wanted for our house. We found what we wanted but we didnt buy yet, we were waiting for a sale because the 2 sets of furniture we wanted was over $6,700 before tax. We went back on Friday just before memorial day sales hit, and before the rush of the crowd. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman named Armando. He asked how we were doing and if we needed any help (Just like every other fruniture store). However I felt something different from Armondo, he seemed like he actually wanted to help us. My girlfriend and I are only 22 years old, so when we walk into a fruniture store or any restaurant we are treated like we dont have any momey to spend. Armondo treated us like he treated anyone else he would walk into, it was a nice change for once. He took pictures of the sets we wanted and said "the memorial day sales haven't kicked in yet, but let me speak to the manager to see what she can do." My girlfriend and I walked around for about 10 minutes and then we went downstairs, he found us and said "okay I have a great deal for you." At this point my girlfriend handled the rest because I had an important phone call to make for work, but when I got back a great deal was made and we got exactly what we wanted (I'm not saying what discount or price we paid). The manager was very nice and the entire process was smooth and painless. I've been shopping for fruniture with my family before and it never went this good. If you are ever shopping here I highly reccomend meeting with Armondo because he really does care about everyone he runs into.
Purchased dining table and chairs. Only to receive the table and 2 of the 4 chairs damaged. I was informed that Ashleys would give me call to reschedule. 2 days past and nothing. I decided to give the store a call. I was on hold for 20 minutes+ on two different occasions. I turned to google and found another phone number, that ended up being the corporate number for the Texas branch and they could not help or direct me to some one that could since they are franchise owned. Disappointing. Finally found Ashleys head corporate number. They connected me to the las vegas branch corp. after a long hold the line answered and disconnected on me. Disappointed AGAIN I recalled the corporate branch who had to connect me through their direct line with a lead. And my experience actually got worse when i finally got with the branch. The person on the line was unwelcoming and unpleasant . Turns out they no longer have the item and i would have to wait tell June 18th for item purchased on may 5/24. I was told it might come in sooner and that the person on the line would check and call me back to confirm and set up a delivery window. Two days later again NO return call. Poor follow up by a company. Shopping in the store and buying the merchandise was the only pleasant experience and that was actually just okay. The store is boarder line cluttered and depending on the section your in difficult to maneuver.
in the store they are nice to you and fun. then there were a lot of issues pushing our order back. first by a week, than another, than another... we ordered everything in the first week of November, didn't get anything till February. three things were missing from our order that were on the original recite but wasn't in the order anymore. this is where the bad rating comes from. after telling us that they were going to take care of the last pieces that we didn't get because of an issue on their end, and after all the trouble we were put through waiting for our 15000 dollars worth of furniture, they add another transaction of 530 onto our credit card with them without our knowledge. from this point on, all of our calls are ignored and sent to ashleys store company and they can't do anything about it. i disputed the charges on my card and they removed the charges that were done without my consent and now this store is sending me letters that i owe them money but they will not take my call.
Great customer service but I found the same Ashley bedroom set at another store for $ 2000.00 less and free delivery and install.

im very dissapointed. we bought a couch february 2019, they told us that they discontinued the product because it wasnt too popular. so they were selling it in clearance for a very good price. i remember asking them if there was any problem with the couch they said absolutely nothing. they also told me that because is clearance i have to pick it up they dont deliver. we rent a truck and went there to pick it up and the workers said that they re going to loaded to the truck. even though we had people with us. we asked to be there with them when they load it (they didnt like that idea too much) and so we were there with them. first thing you see , they are throwing our pieces in the truck like is trash. result? they broke one of the legs of the couch. the fun part is that i asked them to fix it and they were giving me attitude and and sooo much hard time. even though i purchased insurance they werent willing to help me with that either. is April right now i still dont have the leg replaced , also i called about 6 times and 2 of them i was physically at the store, they keep acting like they are helping me but i didn't see that help yet. they are saying that they are having my phone number wrong or my name number wrong,or the insurance people dont answer back their emails. to much hustle. i wish i never buy anything from them. this is ridiculous . im almost about to repay the couch and they are still dealing with the damage they caused to the furniture.

The furniture I purchased fell apart during a move from an apt to a house , my bedroom set is Black Lacquer & its fading g at creases , my headboard was leaning g aganist the wall & we grabbed it to move it upstairs & it slipped on the tile floor & 1 post broke off we got steel anchors to drill it back together , it's so unsteady now

Worst buying experience.... At first John the floor sales associate seemed genuine and caring on our first visit. We were just looking at the time. We needed up returning 3 weeks later and asked for John again unfortunately he was not in and so we worked with Tracy. Tracy said she would help us until John came in. We added a few stuff to our order when we spoke to John the first time. John finally came in and Tracy handed over all the paper work and notes as to what we wanted. When it came down to buying/paying John stated we were all set to go it felt like he promised everything he said he was going to do. Handed our papers and that’s was it. So as we were driving off I look at our paper work and it did not included the dining table that we told Tracy to add in which she wrote it down to add. So we called Tracy and she assured she would call us back to have it fixed. Of course waited two hours and no call. It was already 2pm. So we called again and asked for John. And John had no idea about the dining Set and said he would call us back. We also removed a furniture piece. Of course no call back. It was already 4pm that day. So we ended up walking in to the store and of course the furniture piece we asked to have removed was not removed. So they removed it. It’s almost delivery day and the message stated we had to pick up a few items. Which John clearly stated that everything would be delivered so we spoke to a customer service agent. And stated that’s what was listed and we would have to call back the store. So again we drove back to the store and they fixed it in store. This was just horrible. Agents failed to call and spoke a big game about what they were offering and what they were doing!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Check out Yelp reviews to truly send how people feel about this place. I am shocked this place is still in business. I purchased over 3k worth of items. The day of delivery in January they delivered everything but half of my couch was not even the correct piece. It went back on the truck as did one of my pillows I purchased because it was thin as paper. My items were rescheduled for delivery about a week and a half later. I waited 5 hours and they NEVER showed up! I had to have them reschedule again and they were going to send the wrong couch both the time they didn't show up and this time. So I told them to bring the correct couch. They rescheduled AGAIN. Finally the couch shows up but not the pillow. I contact them and they say they have to order it because the warehouse does not have it. They say they will call me when it arrives. They never called. I waited 3 WEEKS for a pillow! Each time they said they had it and to come pick it up at their store even though I paid for shipping!! They kept forgetting to mail it out to me. Finally I receive the pillow. IT IS THE WRONG ONE. Completely wrong pillow. They told me to come back to the store and exchange it! After I waited 2 months after my initial purchase of items (It is now March) to receive what I paid for. I had to contact corporate. They told me it was ridiculous and that I should not have to drive the far distance the store is located from my home just to return a pillow and waste my gas when I already paid shipping. I got to keep said pillow and corporate ordered my correct one and said it would be here 5-7 business days. I am currently waiting for it to arrive, however the corporate worker ordered it within seconds of me telling them. I was also on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes but when they finally answered the issue was resolved in less than 8 minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AHF STORE! Total disrespect and ripoff. I honestly can't believe how this went. I had been in contact over a dozen times describing to them the issues and exactly which pieces and SKU #'s everything was in order to receive my proper products. They tried to give me store credit at first. HA. I said no because why would I want to go through this again!? I ended up getting my shipping charges and $100 (that was the store credit offered) back on my card. AFTER negotiating with the worker to ask their manager 3 times to approve it! Terrible experience.

HIDEOUS company - the Rep LIED BIG TIME to me that the Bedroom Set was in stock - now TWO MONTHS later as we are still sleeping on an air mattress on the floor they will not answer my phone calls - stay the hell away from this company!!!!!

Good quality furniture but if they don’t have it on stock think about it twice because it will take forever I bought a dining table and chairs back on December 4 th pay for it cash They told me I could pick it up on January 19th or maybe earlier but i was called for a reschedule for February 6 then February 11 th then February 13 th this really sucks I'm crossing my fingers that do not call me again and change the date to get it at the end of the year
The salesperson was really nice but the nightstand I ordered had a usb plug in it so you can plug your phone right into your nightstand it didn't come with it when it was delivered I tried calling customer service and they said that in their record that the doesn't come with one I went back to the store check the dresser it had it on there. to date I've never received it and can't get anybody to help me. I love this buffet and sofa but I will not go back to Ashley because of a simple USB plug they have on the showroom floor on the nightstand but I never received it.
Tracy assisted us as we were looking for a rug for our living space during the holidays in which they were out however she stated due to the unsatisfactory services rendered by Ashley's she spoke with manager and will give o e out of good faith. Once we got home and unrolled the rug it was found to be used and filty. When tried to contact Tracy o. Her cellphone she never responded. POUR SERVICES RENDERED

Horrible experience!!!!! Do not buy from here, you will never be able to speak to a manager to go over an issue or in my case issues. They only hand off $100 gift cards; can’t use the card towards a bill. Doesn’t matter if you schedule a delivery, they will change it and they arrive prior to the time frame they give you. It can be an issue for people with a work schedule. They offer to ship mattress protectors and they will note it on your invoice, but you will have to continue to call to find out when it’s in stock and to pick it up at the store. A part of the furniture was damaged when delivered and now I have to wait longer to get it fixed, I noticed they is damage to another piece of item delivered, but was told a tech would have to come and see it.; that wasn’t scheduled!!They won’t forget to send a bill late, but they will give you what you what on their own time.

I first want to thank May in just greeting and offering her services to us. I had just went the week before to the Henderson location. There was 3 sales personal on the floor NOT assisting others, i couldn't get there attention, NOTHING. I took my business else where. She assisted me without any hesitation. I should her what I wanted and took me right over and got me financed within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with her services and returned next day for more furniture. I've been doing business with this company for over 8 years. I've always had a good experience and never had any issues with them. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case I bought a white dining table with matching chairs that is worth $1,400 and when it arrived, they did not mention that it was "rustic vintage". I'll admit I probably made the mistake of not focusing too much on the small details on the corners of the table making it look as if it is a used table and the chairs have the same look to them and this was due to my eyesight not being the best. I called them right away while their workers were setting up the table. That's when my daughter brought those details to my attention. Ashley HomeStore did nothing to rectify this issue. I even told them that I wanted to switch the table with a different one that was worth $2700, therefore it would be a win/win situation for everyone however that did not happen due to their poor customer service and inability to fix one little problem by switching the tables. All they offered was a $50 gift card that can be used at their store only lmao! That was extremely laughable and disrespectful at the same time. I won't do business with this company ever again and I suggest any of you that are looking into this store, look elsewhere.
