Ashley Store Las Vegas, NV (MLK)

I bought a couch in late November to get delivered for December 13th. No call, no show. I had to go into the store and was told they were changing systems. They gave me a $100 store and said the new deliver date would be December 28th. I just got a call the day before Christmas and was left a message saying it wouldn’t be delivered now until February 4th. I came into the store and all they could say was that they are sorry! They didn’t even try to appease or fix the situation. I’LL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

They were very helpful, careful and set everything up for me. Thank you very much and happy holidays.

I bought my furniture days before thanksgiving and I made sure that my furniture that I purchased would arrive before then, I bought my living room set , a large dining table with 8 chairs and two desks, they were supposed to arrive on Nov 17th, however, the desks did not arrive and the table arrived with the wrong chairs, since then it has been stressful to talk to them, they changed the delivery date to Dec 3rd, then to Dec 7th, then to Dec 26th, the reason I bought my furniture is to have them to enjoy this holidays with my family in my house that I just bought, it is disappointed that there is no one who can help resolve this, they only give me new dates. I feel bad to have decided to buy in this store, I did it thinking it would be the best option, but it ended up being the worst experience of my life buying furniture, I want to add that when I went to the store to complain to the store manager , he offered me $200 in store credit on decoration items and 10% discount on the table, however, the supposed delivery date was December 3, then they changed it to the 7th and the last thing they told me was December 26, which I find unacceptable.

Very upset, went to the store to order the mattress and was told it would arrive the 24th since it would be a christmas gift. Everything is paid in full already but I got a call that it wouldn't arrive until January 10th. Very dissapointed.

Dissatisfied with our purchase from Ashely store. Got pushed and told that our furniture will arrive a week after which alrdy was a problem for us but we still went forward with our purchase. Two days later got called that our furniture won’t arrive until a whole month later. No compensation nothing from Ashley. Just either take it or leave it. If the seller would’ve told us it was back ordered on the time of purchase we wouldn’t have purchased it and would’ve purchased something else. Very bad service.

Sent email on Dec 19, inquiring about my order on Dec 2 and never got a reply. Rug was due to be delivered Dec 21 No rug and no one answering my email. Not good customer service. Review may change after I receive satisfaction.

New to town and I ordered furniture on December 10th from the Las Vegas MLK store, was told I would receive my furniture December 19th and here I sit with nothing. I am no being told I “should” get my furniture on January 10th with the added subject to change at the end. So not happy at all.

The worst furniture store. You should have more delivery drivers . My delivery date changed twice. 3 to 4 weeks is a long time.

Store experience was exceptional. The delivery of the chest took much longer than expected because item not available. Order was delayed twice, then item when delivered had finish imperfections. A replacement order has been made and waiting.

Horrible service and material on the furniture don’t bay anything here

I purchased a bedroom set in this store 11/16. My sales person Oscar Gustavo. The day of purchase, I was told my delivery date is 12/04. The day before the 4th i got e-mail and text confirmation about the delivery! Delivery did not show up! Started to call Ashley main number, the store and Gustavo! After hours being on the phone I had a new date 12/13. The day before the 13th I got phone call that it is being rescheduled again, than I got email and text that it will happen on the 13th. Again, after being on the phone hours the final answer from my sales person Gustavo was: Stay home, your delivery is tomorrow we got confirmation from the warehouse! Oke… Stayed home waiting… I am waiting since than! No delivery! Since than Ashley Custemer representatives has different information, no delivery date! The store can not be contacted! Gustavo declines my phone call, I called him from hidden number, he hung the phone up and tells me stop bothering him! I just would like information, someone to tell me something what’s happening after my delivery did not show up twice! Feels like I am part of scam! I thought I purchase from a big furniture company what is trustworthy! I guess it’s better to order online form China!

Horrible experience wouldnt recommend, do not purchase from online this is cheap material that drawers don't slide and make it merely impossible to return it back

Very slow service process. Sent damaged goods twice in a row I’m still waiting on resolution two months later !!! Not happy at all!!!

Sneaky sales people. Had Oscar Arturo sell a mattress and he was a liar , lied about it being in stock and when I could pick up the matress just to make a sale. We Rushed from work to go get the mattress because I needed it by Friday 28th and when I went to pick up they told me it was out of stock and not available for several weeks . Something the shady sales rep Oscar Arturo should have told me ! I am upset by the waste of my time and how I was lied to about the item being in stock . I had my credit card charged and when I went to get it refunded they said it would take 14 days to get it refunded . Wtf type of deceptive practices this place does to its customers . They shouldn’t have such crappy sales people who intentionally lie just to make a quick buck !! I will complain to upper management about this! Don’t buy from this store they are worse then car salespeople, They lie just to make a quick profit. And don’t care about the customer !!

I am absolutely livid with the service (or lack thereof) I received from Ashley Furniture. I purchased a dining table for Thanksgiving, and after confirming THREE times that I could pick it up on Tuesday, 11/26/2024, I was reassured that everything was in order. The only issue was that two of the chairs wouldn’t be ready until 12/7, which I was perfectly fine with. So today, my husband goes to pick up the table, only to be told, “Oh, it’s not here. Didn’t anyone call you?” Seriously?! We rented a trailer specifically to pick it up, and no one had the decency to call and let us know it wouldn’t be there! This is beyond frustrating. You’ve completely ruined our Thanksgiving plans, and now we have NO table for the holiday! To not even bother notifying us is appalling. Your lack of professionalism and total disregard for your customers is unacceptable. I’m done with Ashley Furniture. After this experience, I will never spend another dime at your store again. I hope you realize that you’ve lost a customer for life, and I will make sure to share this experience with anyone who will listen.

Zach and Victor made our experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Despite managing the store on their own and assisting multiple customers, they remained positive, attentive, and dedicated to providing us with the best service. My wife and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process, and we’re so grateful to both Zach and Victor for helping us find the perfect dining table for our home!

If I could I would give it no stars. My whole purchase/ experience has been horrible. Waited 2 weeks to get my furniture delivered. When they finally delivered 3 items looked like they had already delivered elsewhere and were damaged, fixed and they tried to deliver them to me. Delivery guy told me to keep them and they would come out to fix it. Yeah no I purchased new items not returned damaged items. Here we are 2 weeks later and I don't have my new items. I called warranty department they told me someone would reach out to me in within 72 hours that was this past Saturday it's now Wednesday haven't heard from anyone. Just a horrible experience in all. Sales rep stopped responding to me I called the manager on Monday yet hear from him. Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture!

Look for Zach! He is very helpful and he doesnt follow you everywhere! He really give you space to look around. Such a friendly guy!

I initially was prepared to air out my grievance with Ashley but instead on here to thank Eduardo Store Manager of the Martin Luther King location. This guy listened to me and resolved my issues. I will be returning for future purchases.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They kept lying about the delivery date. The manager refused to call me back multiple times and they have yet to refunded my money that I’ve been waiting on for over three weeks. They are liars at this location and they will steal from you do not recommend.

It has taken 2 months to get our furniture and we still don’t have all of it. We’ve been told our delivery would be to us between 7am to 9pm. On 2 different occasions of which they no showed us with no phone call or text. We had to cancel appointments only sit at home for 14 hours for no reason. Customer service is a joke as they make it hard to contact the store directly. They have good furniture and good prices but they lack on customer service and delivery.

Chris and Juan came back for another delivery for us and man talk about hard working guys with great sense of humor and tolerance to put up with corny customers like me cracking jokes at their expense. Good sports! White glove service, always going above and beyond for us. Thanks guys, you make your hard job look easy'ish lol IT STILL LOOKS HARD AFK IS I'M BEING HONEST! My bedroom is coming together beautifully. Now I just need to restore my antique vanity, get a new one (next delivery maybe huh?) and replace my TV stand. Didn't get super great pix, hard to capture how bright and cozy my set is when they are spaced out like this but you get the idea.

Very bad customer service experience. Their sales and delivery department have sucks coordination. They cant delivery on time and give you some unacceptable reasons . Merchandise quality are not really good. If you guys porchased the order at 91 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, you need considering and carefully

Lost my order Computer upgrade was the blame..lol Terrible customer service from east coast or foreign country….had me drive to pickup my order twice both times not in warehouse shop somewhere else!

I Love Ashley’s. It nice to be able to browse without pressure on You to buy. Mind You, I am not saying that the Staff Members are not helpful, or scares, they are simply waiting on You, they are keeping a watchful eye just incase You/We the customer has a question or concern. I really appreciate it when I get the opportunity to visit. I had the pleasure of bringing My Friend in and She bought a dining room table and chairs and She got a bonus gift. That went over Well with Her. I’m sure She will be visiting again soon, JIMINEZ, IBE. A few years back I got My cousin over there She got a Cal. King bed, and bench from You. Yes over the Years I have brought Family, sent neighbors and associates to You Store. I would like to Thank One of Your longtime Employees, Mr. Terrance, He is no longer there at the MLK store, but He is the reason for My returns and My Referrals. Thank You Ashley’s for You kindness. Great service and quality of furniture

Our salesman Oscar was amazing! That was the only good part of this store. We had to wait a month for our furniture. Then after all that waiting the delivery guy DROPPED THE COUCH IN OUR POOL!!! Then had the nerve to say it would be fine! After refusing the couch the store said it would be nearly a month before they could bring us a replacement couch. After telling them that was not acceptable and they had until the following Monday to come up with something better, they said they could deliver another couch the following Tuesday. Nobody cared about the situation and nobody was actually apologetic. I HAVE VIDEO THAT I POSTED ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA OF THE COUCH BEING DROPPED INTO MY POOL. I cannot recommend this place.

Alejandro was excellent & provided great customer service while being friendly & welcoming. My fiancée & I couldn’t be happier with his knowledge, positive attitude & friendliness.

I just bought 2 couches and unfortunately they do not fit in my living space. I called immediately to return/exchange. Come to find out they do not have a return policy and NEVER notified me when the items were purchased! Ashley furniture witheld crucial information ALL customers should be notified of!!! I will NEVER be buying from Ashley furniture again!

If your tired of spending your hard earned money with company’s that allow incompetent sales representatives to work don’t spend your money with. Ashleys here on MLK. On site Manager Victor along with 5 other Ashley employees conversing about banana pudding and “food items in the south” while I waited patiently for the 6th lady in the group finishing up with her customer. Nobody asked if I needed help with my pick up order or anything.. they were really into that conversation about Banana Pudding I guess.. after a big mix up with my pick up info and voicing my frustration with Victor about his poor customer service. I went to the other side of the store and again knowing I was dissatisfied with his customer service he points to the coffee table and tells me “there it is” didn’t offer to help, didn’t say anything just closed the door on me after I grabbed the table.. struggling to get the table in my truck I put a huge scratch on the table. Went in to confront Victor about why is he working a customer service job in a management position and can’t help the customer or find another associate load the table. His response “we don’t help load items”. Very horrible experience don’t waste time time or money with these people.

Had a good experience overall if I had to do it over I would have paid $200 for delivery, kinda worth once you spend a Saturday assembling and risking damaging stuff. Seems a high price to pay but the sofa was hundreds less.

Very disappointed with this store and customer service with trying to return a mattress. I went there knowing what I wanted and they were out of stock but felt pressured to give other mattress a look. I tried several mattress and I did take a chance on a posture pedic. I was never told that if I didn’t like it I couldn’t return it. Just laying on a bed for a short time isn’t really sleeping on it and seeing if it fits your needs. I have osteoporosis and arthritis in my back and legs and I can hardly get out of bed each morning, this is the worse bed I’ve ever had. I purchased it in April and as of yet been able to correct this issue. I’ve called customer service they filed a claim and sent out a technician to verify there is no damage to the mattress……nothing!!! I’ve returned to the store and spoke to the manager, he said he would try to get a different mattress and still nothing. I’m 67 years old now sleeping on the couch and I have a bed in my room that I paid $7300.00 for and I try calling the store and I’m connected to customer service and keep getting the run around time and time again. I feel I was taken advantage of. Every place I call about buying a mattress let’s you sleep on them to see if you like them I don’t understand what the problem with this company is. I’ll never purchase from them again and I strongly advise you to be well informed about the return policy of any thing you buy from them BEFORE you buy…. I don’t recommend this store to anyone Just a little update on this review, I did send an email and all the information that Ashley furniture requested a stated in the answer to my poor review and as of yet I have not gotten a reply to my email. I have not gotten a phone call I have since then called customer service two different times trying to reach the store. I can’t get in touch with the store so I’m gonna have to go down there again, customer service can’t help me and keep saying that they will get in touch with the store an email and the store will get in touch with me. Poor poor poor customer service the worst ever and I hardly ever leave a bad review unless it’s warranted, I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years , and at this point, I don’t see them helping me at all so back to the store I go tomorrow again this is not a good place for you to be going and buying your furniture, especially in mattress and you expect a return it if you don’t like it, that’s not happening

Financed a bed, two nightstands, and a mattress through Ashley furniture and was told it would be two weeks before my bed arrived. Finally bed arrived and was being assembled by delivery but they sent us a faulty bed. The bed had two right legs. Called and spoke to customer service and they said I have to wait 24-48 hours to get out of truck status. They also stated they have to make a case for the head board. Requested they pick the furniture back up and take off the bed and two side tables. Rep claims all sales are final even though they have not completed the order. Rep did not provide no ETA on a new headboard or anything. I am being forced to pay for furniture I don’t even have. I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Furniture is clearly cheaply made and thrown together with no craftsmanship. Nowhere in the paperwork states all sales are final. Especially at the hands of the company.

Victor attended us, he was kind, patient, and informative. We found exactly what we wanted and were satisfied.

Bought some King Size purple sheets, when o opened the package the fitted sheet was twin size. Tried calling the store to speak with my sales parson, and they have their phone connected out of state. Waited 45 minutes to get connected, and the customer service agent was not able to connect to the store. They wouldn’t answer. Quick to sell, not quick to solve issues. Worse service.

Great customer service

I walked around this store for 30mins. In the back with discounted items, all upstairs. Walked in front of the counter of employees downstairs. I was not greeted once. The only person who spoke to me was a salesman who said two words, "Excuse me" as he rushed back to another customer. Money in hand...ready to purchase entire bedroom set today. Customer service tells me everything I need to know. Shop somewhere else.

My family and I went into Ashley’s looking for a dining room table and we found the perfect one thanks to Zach. We’ll definitely be seeing him again when we go back to look for the next piece of furniture my mom wants.

Good customer service

I bought my couches about 6 days ago and when I received them on Tuesday unfortunately they didn’t fit in my living room. I am very disappointed in the fact that I have to beat around the bush to try to get a trade for different ones when it could easily be avoid and have had it done at the store. Now I have to wait until my case is approved to see what happens. I was planning on buying more furniture for my house form them but unfortunately if this doesn’t get resolved due to their new policy that was just made I will not be buying from here again.

This was a fantastic visit because of one amazing employee. Eva, my sales person was friendly and helpful and made me feel like I just met my best friend. People buy from people they like (and trust) and Eva made me feel like I was in great hands. Eva is an absolute delight and I highly recommend stopping at the store if you are ever in need for furniture. (And fantastic expert advice)!

I bought a pull out sleeper couch. The pull out function broke in the first 2 years. I have been going through their warranty program and they came out 2 separate times to verify if it could be fixed or needed replacement. We'll 2 months go by they said I was getting a new couch bc they don't have my couch part available anymore. It's now been months and ASHLEY FURNITURE had declined to give the warranty the documents needed to get me a new couch. UPDATE: I recieved a promo after months and when I go to use it it does not work. The issue has been escalated twice to their store to give me a new one. They just keep pushing back saying I have to wait for the store to issue the promo. What a joke. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY THEY DO NOT DO THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I still haven't gotten a response to the warranty claim and it's been 5 months since I started the process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE GO TO RC Willey they actually honor their warranties and they fix things in a week or 2 max.

I walked in knowing what I was looking for. Anita greeted me and answered my questions on where to find specific product. She allowed me to shop around without being pushy. When I was ready, Anita helped answer the rest of my questions. She was so friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will recommend her to anyone shopping here. Thank you Anita!!

On multiple occasions, I have visited Ashley's and been impressed with their offerings. However, my most recent purchase of barstools was a disappointment as it did not match the picture displayed. Despite my attempts to return the items the next day, they were refused and I was given a claim number with no further resolution. This experience has left me discontent and prompted me to share my concerns in this review.

Boo Oscar, yay Estephanie! So we went into the Ashley Store located on Martin Luther King here in Las Vegas. We were greeted by Oscar and he allowed us to browse the store stress-free. Oscar was super helpful getting our items checked out and assured us that our items will be ready for delivery as soon as we were ready for them. We were super happy with the process until we were ready to schedule our delivery, Oscar was not as helpful or attentive once the sale was complete. Despite multiple texts and calls. We were unsuccessful scheduling a delivery with Oscar due to poor communication. We had to make the drive to the Ashley Store to schedule our delivery only to find out Oscar had sold us the wrong sectional couch. Luckily for the customer service rep Estephanie, she was super helpful correcting our order and was able to get our furniture delivered within the week. Our furniture was finally delivered and installed amazingly by the delivery personel. An item that was purchased that we needed to assemble, unfortunately was damaged during delivery. We were told we had 72 hours to report any damages. So naturally we call our sales rep Oscar. No response, so we ended up calling from another # and he calls back surprised to find it was me. Got the run around and was told we would get a call right back. No call back, the second trip to the Ashley Store and Estephanie was there at the customer service desk to save the day by scheduling a tech to look at the damaged furniture for us. Estephanie had to save this sale twice due to Oscar's negligence.

We had a wonderful experience with Zack he was informative he was charming and he gave us all the real information upfront without beating around the bush of price or availability of items we left and spent less than we thought because of the deals they had at the time if you have time please stop by just to take a look at there inventory but if you want quilty ask for Zack and he will take great care of you!!!

I gave 5 star to this store because of the sales person AL. I thought everything will going to be ok. Then I edited my review and went down to 1 star because of their very poor and frustrating service when it comes to items delivery. I went to Ashley furniture at MLK branch. I bought dining and twin bed. We agreed on the delivery date of June 1st. They deliver only the dining set. The twin bed they did not deliver and when I called the store, the rep keeps on dropping the call. So I went to the store itself. And the customer service told me that they can not deliver it ASAP. I was confused on why they can not deliver it ASAP when in the first place it was already scheduled June 1st and they did not deliver it. Now they said that I have to wait when they have available date to deliver it. If only I knew this was gonna happen, I should have buy at Half Price Furniture. Next time don't buy at Ashley Furniture. Very frustrating service!!!!!

Went on Memorial Day for the sales, and got a great affordable 2 sectional (5-6 seater) chaise with ottoman for around $1500. Oscar Gomez (goes by OG) helped us and was very helpful and kind. He checks on you occasionally but never pushy, which is what we really appreciated! We told him we wanted to pass by Walker furniture before making a final decision, and he was super kind and patient. Never gave us a crazy salesman pitch. We will definitely be coming back to Ashley furniture in the future with OG!

He’s was a really nice guy, but extremely high pressure and he wouldn’t leave us alone to look around the store. We felt trapped by him. He wouldn’t stop talking our heads off and asking us a thousand questions, and we couldn’t even focus on the furniture we were looking for. I was literally about to loose my mind. Very nice guy, but one of the worst sales person. He seemed to be more interested in the social aspect than the selling aspect. I don’t mind being social, but this was the type of social where we felt trapped and overwhelmed. Please Bill just give people their space to actually look around the store and shop.

Paid a couple thousand dollars up front on some items plus a $200 delivery & assembly fee. We were told it would take two weeks to get it. After this, we received a series of emails pushing it back by a few days multiple times. Next thing we know, it has now been over a month with no items. The final email notification was also confirmed over the phone with a "manager", so we put our old items out for heavy trash to leave space for the new ones. The final delivery day gets here, and not only did they,yet again, notify us that there would be a delay, but that we never ordered it in the first place. To top it off, this manager we spoke to suddenly never existed, and they have "no return policy" on money they said they never got? Livid is not even the word. We went back and checked our bank account and they definitely took the money. We decided to pick some of the items up ourselves because we were over the shenanigans. We ordered a haul and demanded a refund on the delivery fee of the items we would get on our own. The boxes were small enough to fit in our personal car. Had they told us that the items would be condensed into small boxes, we would have not even paid for the delivery or went through any of this. They completely failed to communicate, and we had to go as far as mentioning our lawyer to get any real help from ONE person out of the many we spoke to. I wish I could remember her name. I will never shop at Ashley again, guaranteed.

As we walked through the doors, we were greeted by Hutch. He was very welcoming and offered assistance. We visited the store looking for a bed. He answered my questions and we were on our way to browse the store. There was zero pressure from Hutch. He let us go and do our thing. He checked up on us periodically and still with zero pressure. We ended up in the Tempur-pedic section. He showed up asking if we wanted to test the bed. We first said no and later were convinced to test a bed. Hutch was very knowledgeable on the bed and mattress. He tested every feature. We had pleasant conversations with him. It felt comfortable and we were at ease with him. We will definitely be back to work with Hutch and the Ashley’s furniture team. We had a wonderful experience and thank you Hutch for your superior customer service.

I never write reviews but I really wanted to do a review for KC and Montaz. Montaz was helpful during our situation and worked with us and helped us figure it out with the previous insurance provider. KC was extremely helpful, kind and personable. He was not at all pushy and still gave us great customer service. Both of these men were great.

Oscar made our purchasing exceptionally pleasant. He didn’t press us, gave us our space and was very informative during our whole purchase.

Very disappointed with the store and staff. I purchased almost $2000 in cash of furniture and was promised directly the delivery will be the date I chose . After I called to verify and confirm the delivery, I was told the date I had selected for delivery was not available even though the Salesman repeated it numerous times the delivery date, I guess just to make the sale . Very annoyed about the situation, I asked for a Sales Manager and I was told not available because of a meeting, and the manager will call me back which never happened. I might just ask for my refund and to go to the other furniture store where they don’t give false information and promises .

Tried to return a tv stand in its original condition (direct ship) within the 3 day return window and got the complete run around, store tells me call customer service and customer service tells me call the store and getting constantly hung up on. Then when my bed does show up its not wrapped up or in a box just the whole bed.... so i wasted my time and i was lied to, and you no what im a forgiving man, just ship it to me for free to make up for the incident, nut they "cant do that"said the manager that didnt help at all, i canceled my order getting a bed on amazon

Now I see why this place has the score they have. I now remember why I stopped doing business with them a decade ago and started using Walker Furniture. On 1/4 associate Tracy S Shalit gave many verbal lies just to increase our purchase price. She continued persuade us into purchasing more expensive items NOT IN STOCK over cheaper items in stock with the statement that it was only backordered for a week. Advised that they would never be pushed out longer and will only come in on their due date or sooner. Not even 2 days after placing the order Ashley customer service called me with items that were initially IN STOCK to tell me there are now back ordered. They continued this 2 more times to tell me items on backorder have been pushed out even further.So on the 3rd call I told them cancel the backordered pieces that were pushed out even further. I call back later that day and spoke to the dummest lackey made to earth named Hazel who told me customer service cancelled ALL my items in that order, not just the chairs. How stupid is this company? She knew it sounded stupid coming out her mouth. But then again... When you make close to minimum wage, the job entails no need for common sense.Now I need to take additional time to go up to the store and REPURCHASE the REMAINING pieces to the couch I didn't ask them to cancel as it's stupid to have pieces to the couch and not all them.

What a fantastic visit I had at this store. No pressure, no lingering sales person. Just amazing service. I always love looking at all the accents while at furniture stores and Ashley had many. I found this wonderful lamp on the sale shelf for $10! Then while walking around I found the same lamp with a sofa selection, that wasn't on sale. However, the wonderful manager said not to worry and gave me both lamps at the $10 price! No hassle, no arguing, just great service. They even carried them to the car! Sabrina has horrible customer service. She does not know how to propely talk to customers. Sabrina and her team are very irresponsible and very rude. (I spent over $2000 on a couple furniture there, and they first OVERSOLD MERCH, and were not able to locate my furniture. They made me come back 3 days later to pick up my furniture and they did not have the courtesy to help me load up my furniture, they said that is not there resposibility and I had to load my furniture from their warehouse to my truck) The district manager should revaluate Sabrina's position as a manager! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The salesperson, Tracy, was very friendly and fun. We bought a nice dining room table set for a really good price. THAT was the end of the positive experiences!! She assured us that there were four remaining sets and it would be ready for pick-up in two days. A week later when I called to make sure it was there and ready, I was informed that it would be over a month before mine arrived. The phone agent informed me there were five people who had purchased the set before me and that mine would need to be delivered from somewhere else. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have had!!!!!!!! Although I wanted to cancel the order and obtain a refund, my wife wanted the set so I didn't. However, I will NEVER visit, nor purchase anything from, Ashley ever again!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never buy anything there again. I bought a floor lamp. It's really nice, but once I got it home It's to big for area that we want to put it. So I called to ask where I return it. They told me that they have a no return policy. Only if it was damaged in shipping. Of course my sales person never said anything about a no return. I have never heard if that. Would never go back or recommend anyone.

Very sad and maybe it's just what the worlds come to.Purchased a new house and bought everything from Ashley.They installed chairs missing screws and a bent couch and had to deliver three different times.We worked with their issues and now found out they installed incorrect size legs and screws to support bed and now it fell apart after 45 days of sleeping in it.They've dragged their feet to fix it and now want to put it off on their warranty department.The salesman assured over and over they would stand behind it, but no such luck.Buyer beware. While they look like a large reputable company it's another franchise deal depending on state and they are no different than a fast food chain.Do yourself a favor and spend a few dollars more and go to a reputable company.We thought we saved thousands, instead it'll cost ten times that plus stress that just isn't needed for any family, especially one relocatingSo much for "No regrets"Regards,
