Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They kept lying about the delivery date. The manager refused to call me back multiple times and they have yet to refunded my money that I’ve been waiting on for over three weeks. They are liars at this location and they will steal from you do not recommend.

It has taken 2 months to get our furniture and we still don’t have all of it. We’ve been told our delivery would be to us between 7am to 9pm. On 2 different occasions of which they no showed us with no phone call or text. We had to cancel appointments only sit at home for 14 hours for no reason. Customer service is a joke as they make it hard to contact the store directly. They have good furniture and good prices but they lack on customer service and delivery.

Chris and Juan came back for another delivery for us and man talk about hard working guys with great sense of humor and tolerance to put up with corny customers like me cracking jokes at their expense. Good sports! White glove service, always going above and beyond for us. Thanks guys, you make your hard job look easy'ish lol IT STILL LOOKS HARD AFK IS I'M BEING HONEST! My bedroom is coming together beautifully. Now I just need to restore my antique vanity, get a new one (next delivery maybe huh?) and replace my TV stand. Didn't get super great pix, hard to capture how bright and cozy my set is when they are spaced out like this but you get the idea.

Very bad customer service experience. Their sales and delivery department have sucks coordination. They cant delivery on time and give you some unacceptable reasons . Merchandise quality are not really good. If you guys porchased the order at 91 S M.L.K. Blvd, Las Vegas, you need considering and carefully

Lost my order Computer upgrade was the blame..lol Terrible customer service from east coast or foreign country….had me drive to pickup my order twice both times not in warehouse shop somewhere else!

I Love Ashley’s. It nice to be able to browse without pressure on You to buy. Mind You, I am not saying that the Staff Members are not helpful, or scares, they are simply waiting on You, they are keeping a watchful eye just incase You/We the customer has a question or concern. I really appreciate it when I get the opportunity to visit. I had the pleasure of bringing My Friend in and She bought a dining room table and chairs and She got a bonus gift. That went over Well with Her. I’m sure She will be visiting again soon, JIMINEZ, IBE. A few years back I got My cousin over there She got a Cal. King bed, and bench from You. Yes over the Years I have brought Family, sent neighbors and associates to You Store. I would like to Thank One of Your longtime Employees, Mr. Terrance, He is no longer there at the MLK store, but He is the reason for My returns and My Referrals. Thank You Ashley’s for You kindness. Our salesman Oscar was amazing! That was the only good part of this store. We had to wait a month for our furniture. Then after all that waiting the delivery guy DROPPED THE COUCH IN OUR POOL!!! Then had the nerve to say it would be fine! After refusing the couch the store said it would be nearly a month before they could bring us a replacement couch. After telling them that was not acceptable and they had until the following Monday to come up with something better, they said they could deliver another couch the following Tuesday. Nobody cared about the situation and nobody was actually apologetic. I HAVE VIDEO THAT I POSTED ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA OF THE COUCH BEING DROPPED INTO MY POOL. I cannot recommend this place.

I just bought 2 couches and unfortunately they do not fit in my living space. I called immediately to return/exchange. Come to find out they do not have a return policy and NEVER notified me when the items were purchased! Ashley furniture witheld crucial information ALL customers should be notified of!!! I will NEVER be buying from Ashley furniture again!
