Nice deals and nice furniture
Went into Ashley’s furniture looking for a living room set and dinning room set, everything went well until it was supposed to be delivered. We were promised one day and then they changed it two other times.. then on day of delivery they said they will be there between 9am - 1pm... I noticed a truck outside my window waited for the knock on the door and no one came. Came to the store to complain to the manager, manager was very rude and basically calling me crazy that his delivery people wouldn’t do that... I have never been so insulted in my life. This store manager was very unprofessional and rude... Decided to cancel my order and purchase my items else where.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!...Make sure the merchandise you buy is exactly what you want...Ashley's return policy is NO RETURNS allowed. Once it is delivered to your home you have no return options. They won't even discuss the possibility of return, and they are not polite about it either. After making a purchase and paying cash the item was delivered to my home and after 2 days of use we found the piece to be very uncomfortable and poorly crafted. The only option from Ashley is to send a technician out to inspect the piece and determine if it is defective. Still waiting on the technician to come out. Other furniture stores that I have dealt with have a 30 day return policy. The item we bought seemed comfortable, after sitting in it for 5 minutes in the store. I guess we need to spend hours sitting and testing the merchandise. Before buying from Ashley's make sure to inspect for quality of manufacture and for comfort.....Once the item is delivered it can't be returned.
I would never ever buy Ashley Furniture again , their product is carp and they don't back it up!
Went in looking for a particular item and were greeted by a high pressure salesman that followed us all around the store trying to push us into buying anything he could sell us. We couldn’t even shake him to just browse. We may have purchased quite a few things as we need furniture for a new apartment, but we were so bothered by him we had to leave the store.
Elitist attitude. Extremely over-priced. Large store with minimal variety on display. Condescending, rude, obnoxious vultures for salespeople. (We assume they thought we were poor since we were wearing t-shirts and jeans. I’m wondering what most people wear when they are moving and in need of new furniture. Apparently they expect business suits and 5 inch spiked heels.) We went in expecting to spend money. Only looked at 3 or 4 items before we started to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, but we continued to walk around noting styles and prices. We weren’t even a quarter of the way through the store before we had had enough. We walked quickly the rest of the way around in case there was something we really wanted, and felt like we were being pushed out the door. We will never go back. Thank you Ashley Furniture for pushing us to do more research. We found a great store with wonderful customer service, better furniture, and more variety for a quarter of your price. Lesson learned - don’t shop at furniture stores that put much money in advertisments.
I walked around the store for 30 mins and nobody said anything to me or acknowledged me so i just sat in the store and ordered my furniture online im still here typing this and still no hi will be right with you very poor customer service
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. GO ONLINE OR TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS. THE TEAM DOES NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. I'm a little upset, and I have every right after eight months of their financing error. Also, the delay in receiving my couches, did I mention the fact we carried things out and were taxed without knowledge? Love it. I did my due diligence in following up because of no reply on why the cards I have with them are NOT charged. You'd think a corporate brand would be a little more up to date on 3K orders not processed correctly by their team. Not to mention its charged under the wrong name, wrong name on the account, and did I say they don't communicate enough as a customer service team to let a manager or store manager know you called and sat on hold for 30 mins. I have searched and called multiple numbers for someone that cares enough to help. Let me tell you, don't bother calling the 800 Homestore help to try and submit a complaint, I was transferred and placed on hold for 36 mins. They give you the ext for that Homestore to call back, and I verified it two times on the phone to call back that does not work. So now I wait for some mysterious financial department to call me or email honestly with the lack of communication and the fact I have to chase THEM down - I have no name or number they are calling from. Maybe someone will listen to me, and I can pay you off, and we can call it a day and a learning experience for your store and myself. I have been more than patient the first few months, at this point and the damage you're doing to my credit that I built after three years is ON YOU.
Was nice enough for service but he selection was lacking.
Decent-sized store with great selection and variety. Went in looking for a new sofa but wasn't greeted upon entry and staff merely said bye when we were headed out. Had someone spoken with us we may have made a purchase, but ended up going to LoveSac. In the end I'm happy we held out because I've never loved a couch more.
Very nice location. Large selection and well organized. We're looking for a living room set. Saw a some beautiful sets.
I recommend not buying any furniture or mattresses from Ashley furniture. I purchased a mattress in Georgia December of 2015, I even bought the 5 year protection plan. I moved here to Las Vegas just over a year ago. My mattress is sagging so I went to Ashley here. They could not find me in the system, they gave me a number too customer services. Customer services told me to contact the Ashley in Georgia where I bought my mattress. I called and got told they would replace the mattress. But I would have to drive all the way to Georgia to get the mattress. So I purchased the 5 year protection plan for nothing. Ashley will not work with me buy calling and arranging with a store here in Vegas to exchange my mattress. I paid 700 dollars for my mattress plus the extra protection. My next step is contacting the better business bureau to register a complaint. Again I don't recommend buying furniture from Ashley.
