I was super excited to order new furniture for my first home. I finally figured out what I wanted and went to the store to order it in person (first mistake). The sales person was trying to charge me over $1000 more than their website offers and took about 30 minutes to get everything priced matched, I should have taken this as my first clue that service was going to be bad. I was promised that the furniture would be delivered the next week and after paying, I was told that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks. I waited and when the furniture finally showed up at my house, half of it was missing and I was told that it was damaged in transit and would have to wait another week and a half to get the rest. I also had a area rug coming in directly from a vendor that Ashley uses. Our sales person told me that they would put a rush on it but to realistically expect it 12-26. I was okay with this but the 26th came and went. I called on the 27th and was told that the rug was shipping out that day and to call back the next day for tracking information. I was busy with work and the holidays and waited until today 1/4 to get the tracking information. I called and was told that the rug would not come to me until 1/16, almost 2 months after I ordered. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I was lied to. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed.

Easiest purchase that I've ever had! McKenna was amazing from the moment I walked in! Not only was she patient with me as a circled the store twice before deciding on a new sectional she was so helpful and informative on all the details. And did I mention how personable and friendly she was? Any time I'm needing to purchase stuff for my home I'll be coming back to see her!
Marina Gonzales was amazing! This is the second time we were here. She was very patient with us and was genuine. She listened to our needs and made sure they were taken care of. I called the customer service manager and she was quick to respond! “Deme” made herself available to me and ensured she addressed my concerns. She informed me that she would create a service ticket. Within the hour, the tech called and made an appointment with me! Now that is service. Thank you Deme! You are amazing!
My Fiancé and I had such a delightful time shopping around Ashley Furniture. We were greeted by Sierra, the most friendly and helpful representative! She helped us narrow in on the color, style and type of furniture (showing us some millennium collections that was not in the store yet :). She was very patient with our back and forth indecisiveness to say the least, plus she gave honest feedback on what pieces flatter each other which made us more confident about our new purchase. An overall great experience. I would highly recommend chatting with Sierra, she’s the absolute best!
Let me start by saying I wish I didn’t have to give a star. Okay, we purchased a tv stand/fireplace unit from Ashley at the beginning of November 2019. Received the unit November 19th it worked beautifully until November 29th. We called Ashley for repair, the repair man showed up December 6th. We were told by the repair man that there was nothing he could do that he would have to order a new fireplace/heater and to call the store the following day. We called today, December 7th and were told the unit has been discontinued. We asked what could be done and were told we would be credited for the heater only. We told them we did not purchase individual items were purchased as a set. She then told us that we should not have purchased a discontinued item and should not have accepted an item that didn’t work. We were never told the item had been discontinued and we never dreamed it would work for one week. So, buyer beware and better yet stay out of this unethical business!
Have bought multiple times from here. I am very satisfied with their products as well as the people . My salesperson Long and in house finance Maria have gone above and beyond any expectations. I will be a customer for life.
I just purchased a new home and needed to fill it. Dawn sold us a beautiful sectional at a great price. I loved it so much I came back for more! Jeremy took such good care of us! He showed us all of the different options and kept us within our budget! Jeremy Really knows his products and understands his customers like no other. We will definitely keep coming back any time we need to update our furniture!
Only shop here is you are going to move everything yourself!!! I accompanied my Aunt and Uncle, both in their mid-60's, to pick up their newly purchased living room set. When they purchased the furniture they were asked to come back the following day to pick up because warehouse staff would be available to load the furniture. When we showed up at 3:00 pm, my Aunt presented the girl at the desk with her receipt and informed the girl we were there to pick up the furniture. The girl responded, "Okay, go ahead." My Aunt and I looked at one another, my Aunt explained they would need help as per the previous days conversation and she was then told there were no warehouse staff still there. She said they had all already gone home. The manager, a black man, argued with my Aunt, was extremely unprofessional and reluctant to help. He finally got a couple of salesman to help my Uncle load the truck. I just moved back to Vegas from Colorado, closed on my new house 2 weeks ago and planned on purchasing new furniture from Ashley since my Aunt had told me about the descent price she paid for her items. I didn't bother looking around the showroom because I refuse to buy anything from a place that has such poor customer service. I'm in my 50's , there is no way I could load furniture on my own. Way to go Ashley HomeStore, this display of unproffesionalism cost you about $10, 000! And if my Aunt would have taken my advise and cancelled the purchase you would have lost her $5,000 sale. Shame on you Ashley HomeStore, customers should be more important to you.
