Good selection and good prices
Finding 5he perfect mattress and adju6base was a dream with the help of Joy who took her time showing me all the different brands. I finally decided on the Tempur pedic Breeze and their adjustable base with 2 motors for strong massages. For the first time in 10 years I'll be able to sleep in a bed instead of a chair. I wont get it till the 8th but I'm so excited and happy about my purchase. If your looking for anything in your home be it furniture or mattresses come here and ask for Joy. Thanks again.
Great place to furnish a new home. Staff is very polite and most importantly, they do not hover over you. They give you space to do what you gotta do and they are right there if you have any questions.
Seams are tearing apart on my couch I purchased a year and a half ago. Got replacement covers two times in the first year. Now they are ripped agian and can not get a replacement even with extended warranty because they do not cover tears at the seams. Only got the first two replacements because it was with in the first year as a manufacture defect. Only recommendation they give me is to pay out of pocket for new covers. Why would I buy new faulty covers that will tear agian because the fabric is terrible. The fabric is shredding apart. 2000 to sit for a year and a half on the worst couch i have ever had. The people who work here were very kind. I’m annoyed because when making a return/canceling my order. I canceled because they said they talked me in to the sale based on a deadline then called the next day to reschedule a week past deadline. When canceling, because I paid half cash, they said they can’t refund my cash and that I would have to wait for a check by mail that would take 7-10 businesses day to be issued. As a single mother who just moved to the area I’m pretty upset and will not be using Ashley Furniture ever again. Unacceptable for a business to hold a persons money like that. Update: They never refunded my card, here it is 10 days later, and I haven’t seen the refund check either. I will never use this store again. They were also extremely rude on the phone. They lied to me about my refund. They told me I would see the money go back to my bank 3-4 business days but they didn’t use to card to add it back so it never got done until I just drove back in to give it to them. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping for something. I will not be back unless it’s to protest the injustice. I may even call the local news. Unacceptable
Jeremy brown really helped us out big time. We should have came here in the first time. One of the most approachable and helpful “STORE MANAGER” I really recommend seeing this guy, he will take care of you and great store associates as well. Thank you guys.
I really don't like the fact that someone is at the door "assigned" to each customer. I want to work with a person I connect with and it be my choice. I was ready to walk out because of being followed along side of me and not giving me space...then I saw a sales person I knew from shopping years ago. I asked her for her card and came back another day and asked for her. Dawn Martin is very easy to work with, no pressure and provided excellent service. I'm thankful for her. If she had not been there, Ashley would have lost a customer. Ashley Management stop having your sales people assigned it is not fair to the customer!
My fiancé and I bought some furniture for our home a few months ago which we were happy about . Today we were browsing to use our $50 gift card that we had received at that time. Jeremy Brown, sales manager, assisted me in finding the dish set that I liked. He took the time to find out if he had a new set in stock. Needless to say he made my day for being so accommodating. He was extremely professional and nice. My fiancé and I would definitely go back to Ashley’s furniture and ask for Jeremy for any of our future needs. Thank you Jeremy for a great experience.
Really bad customer service. Bought sofa sleeper and a few years guarantee in Dec of 2018, found little issue in March of 2019, called the store for ten times and went to store for three times. Always say technician would come to fix it, but nobody came. In June we delivered it to the store and tried to return, but they refused . Then in one week one technician came, after that we called them, tell me to buy the iron frame etc by ourselves..... super mad about the service, self employed is better than them. So shamed of them to be a big company.
The new manager, Jeremy Brown, is the man! He informed us about new promotions and financing specials. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended several options. We didn’t feel like we were at a car dealership and never once, did he pressure us like other stores. If you’re in the Summerlin area and looking for nice furniture at a great price, ask for Jeremy!
I had the worst experience here.This is the worst after I spent over $6300 on buying two sets of living room , apart delivering broken furniture they treated me like bad in the store when I asked the manager Adriana to fix the problem plus she mentioned that she doesn't care about the long wait for delivery of the rest of the items I bought, in addition purposefully at the beginning they bring one piece of each two sets I bought, so I couldn't return it because of the problems I had ; I just realized their bad service, after I spend my money reading reviews about Ashley store , don't waist your money in this store, I really regretted?!
