Me and the wife came into the store and met a great sales rep, Diane, to help us find exactly what we needed. She was not pushy, very patient and gave us a lot of freedoms to shop around. We wind up buying two beautiful leather furnitures and we are excited and happy.

We went there to get some decoration for our house as we will have this week some visits. We select the decoration and coffee tables we wanted, the sales person Kathy was very slow ans I asked to be attended by someone else as she was also attending some other clients at the same time than us. When we were ready to checkout she claim our purchase back and it took another hour to her to complete something already done. The worst part was when she told us that our order will he available by the end of August as she never check availability dates as she was busy trying to do some more sales. It was the worst experience ever there.

After I bought the bed and lazboy he said he couldn’t deliver until Wednesday. So I’m sleeping on the floor for 4 nights. Am I supposed to be happy?

Our order has been delayed after it was promised to deliver July 5th. Now no one is answering the phone and the customer service team has tried calling them 5 times. They advise the store can help BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!! Update: We were told we would get a call back with different options by someone names Kenna or Kenia and we have not heard back. No one not even the email provided in the comments have helped our situation to make amends at their mistake. I would advise to go to Bob's or Living Spaces before going into Ashley's. On top of pushy sales people there's also employees who could care less if you buy from them. There was only one rep that helped and unfortunately gave us inaccurate information leaving us without a bed at a new place for 4 days. No sense of urgency to fix the problem and no offer of a credit for their mistake.

I do like the quality and price of this furniture.but recently they told me after I go to warehouse and pick up furniture myself ,I am not allowed to exchange or return it if there is no defect on the furniture.I remember three months ago when we purchased large pieces of furniture and they delivered to my home they still have 72 hour for exchange or return .don’t know why they have this policy .won’t be back anymore ,just for the new policy.there are more selection to buy furniture.like living space,walker,I don’t wanna take risk of buy it home but not match the style and throw it way.

Went into the store looking for wall decor, the only thing the representative sales person cared about was her commission and how much I was spending at the store. I had to personally get the wall decor from the Walls my self cause she said she was to fragile and couldn’t do it then make me take all the arts to the back counter and while I was waiting for some manager to proceed with the sale she wanted to sell me more stuff even thought she knew I was only interested in Wall Decor. She finally gave me my receipt and didn’t even offer help to take all the Art Canvas I bought. She didn’t even walk me out to the front of the store. Then I couldn’t open the main door and another sales man young guy offered help to open the door. Horrible experience at this particular store! Just Horrible!

Financing is hard. Not possible, even with good credit. But the quality of furniture is number 1! Hans is a great salesman. I bought many times since 2001 and again yesterday. Ashley continues to get better and better! Look at the quality of the materials and the workmanship: the frames are not cheap pine wood, they’re metal frames in their furniture. I have 20-year-old Ashley furniture and it’s still really nice, although it needs to be fixed with new foam, one of my couches. I need to know how to buy foam to fix. It’s still a beautiful set ! I still I cannot tell you enough I will always buy Ashley and tell all my friends to buy Ashley and they will too. It is the best quality bang for your buck ever.!! We’re going back to buy another beautiful, sectional I can’t wait!

Paying over $6K to deal with huge headache. I will not do this again. Customer service phone number is a nightmare. Like any new very upset customers want to speak with Philippines. I would never recommend anyone to be a first time customer.

My main concern was finding color and looking for espresso colored legged dining chairs at a reasonable price. Delivery Wednesday so cannot comment on that service or if I’m satisfied but I think it will work for us.

absolutely the worst furniture buying experience. I purchased a sofa bed for my sister as a birthday present. i paid with my credit card and the order was to be delivered to her home in another city than the one I live. A week before the scheduled delivery she got a call saying they were cancelling the order because the name on the credit card did not match the order! It appears the real problem is they use AI for order processing and obviously a robot machine cannot decipher the details of a gift! End result is they cancelled the order and refunded my money leaving my sister without the much needed piece of furniture. Hardly the way to promote repeat business. This company obviously has technology problems . I personallyy would never even consider buying from them again but I now will give my sister the money and it's up to her where she buys the sofa. Hopefully from a more reputable organized company.

The automated phone queue is a joke... it takes forever to get a real person on the phone. We were hoping to resolve our issue at the store level, but it looks like we will have to get corporate involved and dispute credit card charges to get a satisfactory outcome: an exchange or return with full refund. Post sales experience is not good at all - once they have your money, good luck.....

Osmany was very friendly and helpful in picking out barstools for a kitchen. Edit: Our barstools started falling apart after one month of light use. The fabric is very thin and began tearing. When we tried to return the barstools, we were informed that all sales are final. This is contrary to what was told to us when we asked about the return policy at the time of purchase. I understand that the salesperson was new and made a mistake by telling us the items could be returned. However, the lack of accountability to address this mistake has made this experience feel like a bait and switch. Ultimately, we have to wear the burden for the stores lack of training. Ashley furniture repaired the damages but the tears were still noticeable. This is very frustrating considering the price of these barstools compared that of the competition. We specifically went with Ashley furniture because we thought we were getting a quality product. This was obviously not the case and we are very disappointed with this entire experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley furniture unless you are 100% okay with their lack of return policy.

Ordered some chairs in store and was told by an employee we had 30 days to return them. The chairs are horrible quality, peeling and other defects within a few weeks. We called to return or exchange the chairs. We were told the return policy is 72 HOURS and we had passed that. They offered to repair them if we drop them off. We do and when we pick them up they are obviously not properly repaired because the spots are still there. The warehouse tells us we can exchange at the store since we are not happy with their repairs. We go over to the store and we essentially get laughed at and told that is not a possibility. It was escalated higher and ultimately they refused any sort of return, exchange, or satisfactory fix of the product. Will never buy from Ashley again.

Great service from sales! Buuuuut, if you live in pahrump and they mess up your order. You'll have to wait another two weeks for your items due to their negligence.

I need to say first I’ve worked in retail leadership roles since 1984 and there are basics that apply in every situation. I am generally the type that wants to browse on my own throughout the store and then select my purchase. When I was ready, I approached a group of employees that were in a large circle inside the store. Thought they were having a meeting but weren’t. I approached the group, specifically a tall dark haired younger man who didn’t even acknowledge me….for that matter no one acknowledged myself as a customer. I addressed the group and asked can someone help me….silence for far too long. An older female said who greeted you when you walked in. Really??? That’s your first question. I understand there is probably a system that helps each employee fairly engage customers but was surprised that was her first question. She agreed to help me and as we are walking over to the couch I was interested in, she actually stopped to ask a customer if she was finding everything ok and continued to engage her in conversation. I was like are you kidding me?? I went over to ask for help and on the way you engage another customer?? If this customer needed help why didn’t one of the 5 individuals help her that were doing nothing…or the other employee sitting on a couch watching videos on his tablet. I literally turned around and went back to the same group…still gathered and chatting…to the same tall younger gentlemen with black hair who still did not look up and asked the group again if there was someone who could help. Another employee said sure i can help. I briefly explained what happened as we were walking to the couch and she apologized. I have to say I didn’t have the patience but I said thank you but what would really demonstrate your apology is a change in behavior of this entire team. She said you’re right, She began an order that included the couch and we walked to the other side of the store to add a king size bed and night stands. The rest of the process was pleasant and she even asked if I’d seen a similar couch I may be interested in which I appreciated. One other thought - from a merchandise perspective - it felt like one big run on sentence. A few clear merchandising collections but otherwise so much not presented in a compelling, pleasing way. It felt like too much stuff crammed on the floor competing for space.

Me and my fiance decided to buy a big couch from this store and we spent a lot of money only to have them deliver it to our house and ruin our tile floor. We went in to show the manager our pictures of the damaged tile and nothing has been done 3 months later. The delivery drivers were rude slamming the couch down and saying they had a lot more deliveries to do. I do not recommend this store as once they get your money they treat you horrible and could care less about you getting your furniture delivered by horrible people that slam it down. Now with a baby on the way my new floors have to be replaced due to damage caused by them. Do not shop here save yourself the money and go somewhere that cares about you and respects your house.

Update: I’m updating the review because Ashley’s Furniture delivery is ridiculously. We bought a couch and bed frame on January 8, 2024. We were told that for everything to be delivered together the earliest would be January 23, 2024. We let the store know we don’t need it although just as soon as possible so the store gave a January 16, 2024 delivery date for the items that would be available sooner. I called about delivery and was told no that can’t happen January 23, 2024. You don’t get an a narrow window just told sometime before 6p on day of delivery. Everyone in our house works or goes to school and no one can just sit around all day on a weekend to wait for delivery. I asked for delivery to be on Saturday January 27, 2024 to which they said, “we can’t reschedule the delivery right now you’ll have to call back the day before delivery to reschedule.” I get a call today about delivery and ask to reschedule now I’m told only available dates are in February 2024. It’s ridiculously to charge so much money and have to wait over a month to get what you bought. Look else where for furniture. Will be canceling are order if we can’t get it delivered by January 27, 2024. Prior review: Worked with Ben he was awesome! Patient, had great recommendations based on what we told him we were looking for. He didn’t rush us and made the whole process including financing smooth and seamless. Highly recommend working with him! Bought a sofa and bed.

The customer service is really the best I’ve ever experienced. They were extremely helpful especially Mr. James he gave us a multitude of options to choose from and gave us a great deal on a great recliner. They are a very reasonable price option. I will for sure be back to get me a new couch for our new house

Horrible customer service in the back desks. How is it possible they can’t reprint your paperwork when they gave it to you when you purchased. They’re just lazy. You need to find new useful staff not these useless bodies.

Ashley totally messed up a delivery and we ended up waiting around the house for 6 hours for them to make it right, However, we found out we were not informed by the sales associate that we needed to buy "bunky boards" as our box springs would not work with our new bed. When we went back into the store we got an apology but still had to pay additional delivery charges for the additional items. Ashley's customer service is non existent and They have lost a very good customer of many years. Apologies are easy to nice, but when not followed up with any action, that is where I draw the line. Only reason they get 2 stars is they did cut us a small deal on the purchase of the :Bunky Boards" Had we known at time of sale, we may have decided not to make the purchase, Shame on me for not asking too.

I'd suggest you look elsewhere for your furniture needs ✌🏻 Original: Came in with a certain picture/idea of what I wanted, and was immediately welcomed by Dianne, who took the time to show me a few options, and more, of what I wanted. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and very helpful.

Ana was very helpful and explained thoroughly on anything we asked.

James helped us buy a Sterns and Foster mattress and a smart base. The process takes time but James was tremendous, a helpful, knowledgeable, hardworking salesman. Shout out to store manager David Smith.

Manager is very rude, lazy, and has no customer service/resolution skills. David, the manager, sat down at his desk the whole time he was talking to me about an order and refuse to honor a promotion that the store advertised. Even the other employees agreed that he is not the best when it comes to customer service. I spent over $3,000 between two Ashley stores and have had bad experiences at both. The difference in the store on MLK was that the manager actually showed concern and went above and beyond to solve our problems without prejudice. David, the manager at the Sahara Ashley needs to take notes, get re-trained or find another line of work that doesn't deal with customers. I had to contact corporate to get my problem addressed. Sales representatives are nice and welcoming.
