We went to Ashley Homestore to find a large, comfortable sectional couch. There were a ton of options for us to try out and our salesperson, Cory, was always close by to answer questions but not pushy or abrasive. They were also having an awesome sale so we got exactly what we wanted and I can’t wait to get the couch delivered next week.
We purchased the bells and whistle of a nice brown, leather recliner about a week ago and paid for the delivery charge and protection plan. Needless to say it was a great bargain. However, I've had 9 disc replaced in my back and neck and unfortunately, I'm short and the certain points of the recliner were aggravating my surgeries. I thought I was doomed and couldn't return it. Well Jeremy, the store manager went way beyond and way above the call of duty. He accommodated our return and we were able to select a 14 piece set which included a love seat, couch, 2 end tables, coffee tables, lamps, rug and throw blanket, protection plan and delivery for $99.00 more. However, we didn't need the accessories so he worked with us and we were able to upgrade on the coffee tables to a cocktail table and upgraded our throw carpet. The experience was easy, fun, full of laughter and personable respect and accommodating. We got to see him in action with his staff. He respects them and treats them as equals. Jeremy is what you call a true Manager. We wish him luck in his promotion he hopes to land as a Regional Manager. He deserves it and we would be heart broken if he doesn't get it. One can only be lucky to meet a person like him. Ashley Furniture, you are so lucky!!!

I can’t thank Hans and Jeremy Brown enough for their amazing customer service! They were both extremely kind and patient while I made my decisions. Measuring and returning multiple times to confirm the pieces would fit, helping with the end transaction, and never being pressured. They made me feel like they truly cared and that is a very rare quality in retail and to Jeremy’s credit, all the associates were polite even when they knew I was working with Hans. What a great team the Summerlin Ashley location has and I will continue to use this store for further home purchases and I would highly recommend to anyone! Regards, Lisa W

Could not have had a better experience shopping for furniture! Jeremy Brown, the store manager, was fantastic and very patient answering our barrage of questions and being helpful with options. He was very personable and its very apparent he truly cares about his customers and making sure they leave happy which is all anyone can ask for. We never felt rushed even though it was close to closing time when we came in. I highly recommend Ashley and more specifically, Jeremy, for any furniture needs you have!
Store Manager Jeremy Brown & Sales Representative Henrique Silva were absolutely spectacular. We had an issue with a prior purchase and Mr. Jeremy Brown was determined to make it right. He did and we bought a new dining set and will always go to Ashley Home Store at Summerlin in Las Vegas for all our future furniture needs. Mr. Henrique Silva helped us with our new dining set and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly & professional. We highly recommend these two individuals and Ashley Home Store @ Summerlin in Las Vegas.

I walked into Ashley Home Store and a sales associate by the name of Hans came up to me. I immediately knew that I would be making a sale with him! He listened to my furniture needs and showed me a couple of different sofas/loveseats. I settled on one and within less than an hour, the sale was done. Hans was professional and informative. If you're into grey then hey this is your store came in for a bed tried to sell me one for 3 grand after some discussion I got the mattress I wanted within my budget they are a bit over priced but this is my second purchase with them so I really have no issues other then price and delivery charges..
Lovely but costly. I prefer a bedding store that the bill doesn't keep me awake.
I would like to know, why are they advertising furniture to sell in adds and even on the store floor, that they know they don't even have in stock? I ordered this 2 months ago to find out they don't have it in stock OR even when it will be available..SMDH
I came in with a good heart intending to fill 2 rooms of furniture and accessories. Actually was able to sit on my Sectional tonight for the 1st time in 3 week’s.. Shame on me because I work so much! Realized the left and right have been used!!! Very easy to see the cushions are pulled back on the Recliner’s… Very Disappointed with the sales lady as well. Made a Great Commission with no work involved. I know what I wanted??? Nothing Used for sure.
I recently gave this a high rating because we had a good experience in the store. Ordered furniture and was told it would be available beginning of August. Checked the status today and were informed 2 pieces not until September and one piece not until December. After rechecking the order printout, it says if no delivery date on the order form, it is out of stock. They sales guy new this and still told us 4 weeks. Not sure if we are going to cancel the order, still deciding
I wish I had an option to rate lower. Do not expect any honesty or commitment from these guys. I am setting up nursery for baby and order a lot furniture from the Sahara store in May. I was told usually the delivery are moved 4 to 6 mins weeks max. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture, I was given a delivery date of May 15 for one piece & two pieces furniture was told to arrive latest by June first week. I was gullible enough to believe them !!! Soon the frustrating cycle of follow up and in person store visit started. After THREE BROKEN DELIVERIES (BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR). Today is the ninth week and I am still waiting for the furniture to arrive. Their customer service team is most clueless, when ever you call them they move estimated delivery date by a week. I checked calling successive days, delivery date moves every time you call and eventually have to make half dozen store visits with my pregnant wife. The store team says they don't warehouse phone number. That makes it even more difficult for us to trust them. I only got of one of items that I picked from store myself. My baby is due in less than 4 weeks and I am now running around figuring out furniture.
