Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 9/22/2020 We purchased a couch in early July, thinking that it would get there by the promised "Late August" date. We got a call in early september that the couch was discontinued. We went to the store and they offered to give us $80 off the wedge that was discontinued, but we were still paying full price for the two couches. We were told we had free delivery, but it was actually $170. Keep in mind that the man that was helping us originally told us we'd be saving about $550 and then walked away to never re-appear to let the girl calculate it and it was only $400 in savings (we took off the in-home delivery, insurance, and $80 discount for taking the in-store model). We got the wedge delivered the first week of september with the promise that the other two pieces were coming within the next week. Sunday, we get a call that they're being delivered the 23rd. We confirm. Monday, we get a call that they can't be delivered until October 7th. Mind you, we were originally told late August. This has caused us: 1) To cancel my birthday (small gathering) party 2) To currently have a hodgepodge of mismatched pieces 3) Being lied to on several occasions 4) To have not been told the reason for the backup, because we were told on 9/1 that the couch was in the warehouse, ready to be shipped 5) To cancel having guests/family stay with us due to no couch to sleep on 6) To cancel all of the football (small gathering) parties we intended on I really wish that they understood their impact of consistent miscommunication and blatant lies. I'm ready to ask for my money back and to go somewhere else. Is absolutely not worth the $2,000 for the troubles. If it's due to coronavirus, that's fine. Just be honest that the couch isn't in stock. Because we constantly cancel plans when we are told a new delivery date, adjust work schedules, adjust meetings, etc. But we are worried we may never get the couch and eat $2k. If they can own up to how much of a painful process this is and how many times we were lead astray, I'd be happy to change my rating.

They had what I wanted bought some furniture on order will be delivered end of October

I love the furniture from Ashley but this last purchase is taken too long. Back in July we were told at the store that our order will take about 8 weeks, which was perfect because we were moving in August 31st, expecting the furniture by that date or close. The last week of August I received a text that the order was delayed until September 24th. And this week, 2nd week of September I received another update that my delivery will be until October 22nd. I decided to go the store for clarification and they explained that I am going to receive 3 different deliveries for my sofa set and for the last item they don’t have a set date yet (???). The furniture is great but they need to be more honest/organized about deliveries.

Awesome sales rep but horrible delivery experience. Purchased in June and still waiting for delivery that was originally scheduled for July, then changed to August and now after 20 minutes on hold, I am being told it is now scheduled for September. That's crazy!!!

We needed some bar stools bc our old ones were disintegrating. We got a really good deal on 4 stools, reclining love seat, sofa and Tempur-Pedic cool-tect bed protestors. The sofa and love seat was going to take a while to be delivered they said 3-4 weeks. I was surprised when it arrived delivered & set up in 4 days! They totally over delivered! I love my new comfy furniture! Thanks, Dale! & Jeremy!!!

I regret buying furniture from Ashley's because they promised me the delivery was going to be in 6 weeks, but when I went to the store to verify my order that was going to be delivered the day after, they told me it was going to take 2 more weeks. After those 2 weeks, they Informed me that they needed 4 more weeks. Plus, they are not 100% sure that the delivery will be in 4 more weeks. Thanks to me trusting the store, my son has to sleep on the floor because I ordered a bedroom set and it has not arrived. 😤😡🤬🤬🤬
