We were greeted by Cory Draper when we went in looking for a new mattress and frame she knew what i was looking for and had i on display i got to lay on the mattress and was very happy with it also bought the sleigh frame everyone is very helpful and i would recommend Ashley Homestore
Inputted incorrect item so delivery was postponed(From the 16th of July to the 1st of July). Never informed of what ‘correct’ item replaced the incorrect one. Therefore don’t know if the price went up ‘coincidentally’. Also been on hold for 35 minutes since I didn’t get the 3 day prior delivery confirmation for the piece I don’t know anything about.
BEWARE!!! Worst furniture buying experience ever!!! I spent $3500 on furniture and never received my full order so when I called to ask where the rest of it was they said “due to the pandemic it’ll be a few more weeks” understandable. But 2 months went by with no word and calling customer service is a joke cause you’re gonna be on hold for a hour or 2. I decided to go to the store and get some answers. Get this they discontinued my furniture set and never planned on telling me!! But they offered my the floor model that was all beat up and $200 off my $3500 purchase that’s not even a 10 percent discount and the store manager was like “take it or leave it” no apologies. He said you shouldn’t feel so bad we have families without any furniture who are still waiting. What??? Not helping your customer service is terrible AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered furniture for delivery for June 20th. They changed the date to the 19th without saying anything, and never contacted me to let me know. I called back in to find out the status, and they gave my furniture to someone else, missing my delivery. They never called on the delivery date to say they weren't coming or going to be late. They never contacted me after they missed the delivery. Now, 4 days later, I still haven't received any word from Ashley Furniture. My order was already a month out when I sent it in. I'm incredibly disappointed in their service. I also have spent a collective 5+ hours on hold with them over the course of this experience trying to find information and resolution. Absolutely terrible service.
Friendly staff, all wearing masks, no one was pushy and the sale experience was just lovely. We'll be back.
Everyone here was SUPER friendly! Marco was amazing! No pressure for a sale. He had a friendly tone through our million questions! Ultimately we ended up making a purchase! Excited for our furniture to get here in a few weeks! Thank you guys for everything!

Our shopping experience here was very pleasant. Mr. Hong Lo was our point of contact and he was very respectful of our space. Many times we have dealt with overbearing or hovering sales people, but we didn't have to deal with that. Mr. Lo was available when needed and very fair with fina pricing. I would recommend this location for furniture shopping and hope you have the opportunity to work with Mr. Lo as well. The only thing I struggled with was the delivery fee, but I have a two story home and will be just fine having someone else carry the new items upstairs!
Disappointed with the quality and price of their products. How they sell this at these prices, I have no idea.
Good the only thing that was not good is you need a mask and with the mask they need to add more air my mask was soaking wet from sweat by the time we left. Sandra was wonderful I recommend her

Ashley furniture was a huge disappointment. Horrible customer service. Walked in and bought a bed and tv stand for $1500 and gave them 3 months notice for delivery. They end up letting us know there is a delay 2 days before scheduled delivery. Which left us without a bed frame since we sold our other one to prepare for the new one. Now the new delivery date is 2 months later so I call to complain. I ask for $300 off which is 20% and then say they can only do $200 so I tell them I want to cancel my order and they literally allow me to do so over $100. I'm completely shocked but we will save about $500 buying our stuff off of wayfair.com and I'd much rather give my hard earned money to a company that values my time and provides quality customer service. The Henderson store is a joke. Update: went to Wayfair.com today and got a bed frame, tv stand, 2 night stands and a dresser for $100 less than the tv stand and bed frame from Ashley. All to be delivered by the same time Ashley promised us with 3 months notice. Hey Ashley, thanks for nothing!!!! And by the way, I get a 20% off mailer coupon from Bed bath and beyond every month and you couldn't even do that today for a customer who spent $1500 in your store 3 months ago and still doesn't have the product in their home.
