I can't stress enough how much i recommend staying away from Ashley. The salesman was nice enough, but the manager was a total jerk because I didn't want to buy their expensive extended warranty. He just walked away from us after rolling his eyes and giving us a dirty look. Then their furniture is junk. $4000 reclining sectional is rickety and doesn't fit together right. Because I didn't say something right away at delivery they won't do anything for me now. I figured the delivery people didn't put it together right so when they left I tried to do it myself. Well that didn't work, and when the tech came out to look at it he said too bad. Lastly, one of the reclining mechanisms is garbage. It makes a god awful noise and jerking motion when operating. Technician that came out said that I must have damaged it and there is nothing they will do. $4000 brand new couch damaged in a week? Come on. I have already warned everyone I know, but stay away from Ashley unless you like throwing your money down the toilet. At least RC Willey backs up their products.

Sales team were just what you want, no pressure, educated about product, polite, and had a very easy iPad that calculated totals as we adjusted our needs.

Romario was a terrific sales person. He was so patient we use while we decided on what we wanted to buy. We really enjoyed his work ethic.

Gave my nightstands away & couldn't find them anywhere in the country. Almost canceled an 8k order because of it. When we did pick up the rest of our stuff, they had to pull from someone else's pile since mine wasn't there (even though they knew we were coming). Process had a lot of issues & customer service was decent but not sure I'd shop here again.

I went in for the first time looking for a couch and came out with a whole living room set and a new bed with frame. Jackie helped us out and was super nice. She gave us our space to walk around and helped us out when needed. I picked up my furniture next day. Pick up team were a tremendous help. They made sure I got my furniture even though I was late for pick up! Huge thank you to everyone! That was literally the smoothest shopping experience I’ve ever had! Amazing store! Definitely returning for another living room set.

I want to share what a great experience I had with Summer, a sales rep at Ashley at The Curve. I stopped in briefly on my way to check out other furniture stores (I.e. Bob’s Discount furniture, Walker’s), but Summer was so helpful, genuine, and welcoming that I ended up staying for hours—and never made it anywhere else. Her product knowledge was excellent, even when she just started 2 weeks ago, and she was upfront, honest, and clearly focused on helping us get the best possible price. She prioritized the client experience. If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend Ashley at The Curve and asking for Summer.

WOW—this was easily one of the BEST shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Romario and Marcos went above and beyond for us! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. What really stood out was their patience and genuine care—they never rushed or pressured us. Instead, they took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped guide us to the PERFECT mattress and bedroom set for our needs. Their knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail gave us so much confidence in our decision. I had a very frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. We ordered a couch on January 11 and were initially told everything was fine. In February, we received a text saying the couch was backordered and would not be delivered as expected. Then in March, we received a call saying the same couch is now discounted. This makes no sense. why delay it for months, and then suddenly discontinue it without any communication or consideration for existing customers? On top of that, our sales representative, Patricia Crisler, told us she would follow up within two weeks after our purchase to make sure everything was on track. We never heard from her again. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and poorly handled experience. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.

It’s ridiculously expensive but you get treated nice and attentive

Had a very bad experience with Ashley Furniture. I’ll excuse the awkward “being stalked by the salesperson while I walked around the store” because that’s their job. What I won’t excuse is: - The 20 minutes and 5 employees it took to finally process the order AFTER I was charged - The 40 minute wait idling in my car while the understaffed warehouse got my order out to the curb. - The fact that had I not randomly checked the Ashley website after getting home I would not have noticed that I was charged full price for the sofa when it is clearly marked down $150 if you paid in full. Luckily I was able to call the customer service number and I believe a refund should be coming, but again I am very lucky that I just so HAPPENED to look at the sofa on the website or else they would have scammed me out of 150 bucks. Shame on you Ashley Furniture.

I am not a fan of the typical salesman at furniture stores. That being said, the new Ashley store is beautiful and within it I met Arturo. He is without a doubt the best man for the job; taking his approach to helping customers by giving them what they want. A closeness in rapport without being followed, information without being pushy and a great sense of humor to lighten the shopping experience. He made it well worth the investment and for that I'll be a forever customer of his.

My first experience was great. My consultant was named Ashley and she did everything possible to help me. My second experience stopped me from returning. An unprofessional young manager with a wise guy attitude in a too tight suit.

Me and my girlfreind went to the store and ordered a couch on January 11th. Everything was fine. Salesman said 2 week sans then they would deliver. 2 weeks later he texted us and said he messed up on the paperwork and to come back in and sign off again. Then he said 3 items were going to be longer and that our February delivery date will be pushed. Fast forward 12 weeks and we have a partial couch in our living room and the 3 pieces we have been waiting for are now discontinued. The pieces they did deliver had damaged and we paid for the protection plan. They cancelled our technician to come fix it. The sent fabric to replace the back piece of our couch. I have called the customer care number numerous times. Between the store and the customer service they cant tell you which was is left and right. They are so completely unaware with what each other is doing... So now after multiple attempts we went back into the store and we wanted a return and cancellation of the couch.... How can Ashley furniture argue with me on keeping a couch that we have not even received, nor will get since they have missed 3 deliveries with us due to the fact the 3 parts are no longer being made anymore. Its discontinued ... So starting this process on January 11th. Ashely sent a truck to pick up our partial couch for a refund on march 18th. We will see how long this process takes to receive my money back in full. Being a consumer making a purchase over $3000 on a couch and to have this type of experience we will never be going to Ashley furniture again. Still to this day I cannot contact the store. every number listed has me talking to someone outside of the united states. The sales rep has never gotten back to me, never returned my calls or texts. He sure wanted to talk when making the sale that day, After that he's a ghost in the wind.. David whetstone

Dear Ashley Furniture Executive Team, I am writing to formally escalate what has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I have encountered in all my years of purchasing furniture. This issue began when the salesperson incorrectly created our order, which caused problems from the start. We were later informed that our dining table and chair set was available for pickup, so we paid a delivery service to retrieve it. However, when the delivery service arrived, Ashley staff stated that they could not locate the order in the system. Later, we were told the item was in fact available and that they were unsure why it could not be found that day. We returned to the store to resolve the situation and spoke with management. After acknowledging the errors, management apologized and offered complimentary delivery and setup, scheduling the delivery for Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Because of this appointment, I took a day off work. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. We were then told that we supposedly failed to confirm a delivery text message, which is inaccurate because we did in fact respond “YES.” Since then, I have spoken with customer care twice and the furniture distribution team, yet I have been unable to reach anyone in the United States who could properly resolve the situation. As of today, we are still without the table and chair set that we were initially supposed to pick up last week and then receive via delivery today. To make matters worse, during one of my calls with customer service today, I informed the representative that I would be recording the conversation. For over 28 minutes, the representative remained on the line but refused to provide service or respond. I repeatedly asked if they were still there and could clearly hear people speaking in the background, yet no one responded. Eventually the representative spoke and claimed that I had been placed on hold, which was simply not accurate, as the line remained open the entire time. The only solution now being offered is to schedule delivery next week, which would require me to take another day off work, resulting in additional lost income and vacation time just to receive furniture that should have already been delivered. This entire experience has been unprofessional, stressful, and completely unacceptable. The breakdown across your sales, inventory, delivery coordination, and customer service processes is evident. At this point, the situation has become so frustrating that it has genuinely disturbed my peace as a customer. I would appreciate immediate assistance from someone within Ashley Furniture who has the authority to resolve this matter promptly and ensure that the furniture we purchased is delivered without requiring further inconvenience on our part. Ashley Furniture should seriously reevaluate how order accuracy, inventory systems, delivery communication, and customer support are handled. 1. We acquired a Tempur-Pedic king mattress and bases from this establishment (Split King). However, the bases that were delivered were not of identical dimensions; one was longer than the other. Consequently, we are unable to install a headboard. We attempted to reach customer support the following day through their web chat, email, and phone. To date, no issues have been resolved. The customer representative we spoke with (Tanya)was not particularly helpful, as she merely insisted that they do not accept returns on furniture. I informed her that it was not our error regarding the delivery of the incorrect item. Unfortunately, it has been more than a month and no one has returned our call. 2. The other twin mattress is exacerbating my back pain. We might need to consider a replacement for this.

I was looking for a mattress and bedroom furniture and Amir was able to help me find a mattress and bedroom set that I love. He is very knowledgeable and had great customer service! If you are ever looking for a mattress, Amir is your guy!

I visited this location twice while shopping for a sectional and had a disappointing experience with how their Orange Days promotion was advertised. They promoted a "25% off your first item + 20% off the rest of your items" deal, with a small asterisk indicating that exclusions may apply. After spending time evaluating furniture and speaking with multiple salesmen, I was told the promotion only applied if my purchases' subtotal exceeded $5,000. That requirement was not disclosed in any of the marketing or advertising materials around the store. This only came up during the final sales conversation. Furthermore, a $5,000 minimum purchase requirement is a significant condition of the offer and should be stated clearly upfront, rather than buried under "exclusions may apply." To that matter, this wasn't an "exclusion" this is a material part of the offer that was not advertised that way, and is clearly a deceptive marketing tactic the store uses. The furniture itself was decent. Prior to finding out about the "deal" I was extremely interested in purchasing the Modamax sectional. However, the lack of transparency around the promotion caused me to leave without purchasing. I would encourage the store to make their promotional materials more clear from the beginning so that customers can make informed decisions without feeling misled.

Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture buying a mattress for my family. Our salesperson, Amir, was amazing. He went over all our options and was patient throughout the process. We picked out two Tempurpedics and got it delivered within a few days. Amir even followed up with us and made sure everything went well.

Me and my wife had an awesome experience at Ashley's our sales advisor kalrissa and Juan were fantastic and amazing they made us feel so welcome great job guys would highly recommend Ashley's for your furniture needs.

I came in to buy a wall art picture and I asked one of the sale man standing around if I can see the picture since it located behind a whole bunch of couple art pieces. Because it’s large so I cannot move them myself to see the picture and the price. So I asked him can I see it and how much is it. He told me it’s a hundred something, “do you want to get it? (By the way his name is Brandon). So I told him that how much exactly? Because I want you know the exact price and I want to see the picture. He walked away and said he will find someone for me. I mean he and I can move those pieces and easily bring it out but no. So he sent Nick to help me, so Nick came over and asked me which one, he and I moved the picture out and I said I will buy it and he said “you can take this one” I said it’s glass and kinda heavy, do you have anything to wrap it. He said no, you have to take it like this. I said, I don’t want to buy if you don’t have anything to wrap because I don’t want it scratch during the moving. I asked him “can you ask someone to see if they have something to wrap it?” he kinda hesitated but then asked and was told no they don’t have any wrap or anything. I was on my way walking out of the store and there are over 10 salesman standing around and I have to walk to one of them and asked if they can send it to me. Elliot then help me to order it and send it to my house. My point here is, many salesman standing around and no one really help me. Brandon and Nick just help me because I asked them and not happy to help me at all. I know I just buy an art piece and it’s not a lot of money as if I buy a big piece of furniture but if you are willing to help and willing to find a way for me then I will come back, but I don’t see it in you guys.

Bought all new bedroom furniture and had it delivered. All went great. Very happy with the service, selection, price and delivery.

At Ashley Furniture, we spent a lot of money buying furniture and have made multiple purchases over time. They are a large furniture company, so I expected at least basic after-sales service — but that was not the case. Once you complete your purchase, they act like they don’t know you. Whether we called customer service or went back to the store in person, nothing helped. They kept passing us from one department to another like a game of ping-pong. We started receiving our furniture at the end of last December. Honestly, the quality is very average. Almost every single piece delivered had some kind of issue. For the amount of money we paid, the furniture should not have obvious defects. For example, the dining table surface was peeling and lifting. The delivery driver told us he would schedule someone to repair it or replace it with a new one if necessary. No one ever came. No one even made a simple phone call to schedule a time. Now it’s March of the new year. We have been calling continuously, and every time we are told the supervisor is not available and will call us back. Not once have we received a return call. They just keep delaying. The dining chairs were also unbalanced when delivered — it honestly felt like defective products. They couldn’t even meet the most basic standard of stability. Later, when we went back to purchase two bar chairs, they charged us additional fees without informing us, including an insurance fee. I only bought two bar chairs — I did not need insurance. Charging my card without clearly explaining the fees beforehand is essentially an unauthorized charge. We noticed the incorrect total immediately after the transaction and asked for a breakdown. Only then did they explain the extra charges. We told them right away that we did not want the insurance. They said they would refund it within seven business days. Again, it is now March — three months later — and I still have not received the refund. Regarding the table defect, we reported the issue on the day of delivery and requested a replacement immediately. The driver said he submitted the request. However, when we called the store, either no one answered or we were told the manager was not available. When we called again later, they claimed we had passed the return window and refused to process it. Hello? It’s not that we didn’t want to return it — it’s that your large company failed to take any action. I hope this company goes out of business soon and stops harming more customers. The quality is unacceptable, there is no proper management, and absolutely no after-sales service. Except for the two bar chairs, I purchased protection plans for all the other items, yet I still did not receive the coverage and protection I was supposed to have. I honestly don’t even know whether their supervisor is actually working. Every time we call, we’re told the supervisor is not available. If that’s the case, then what is the point of having someone in that position at all? It feels like they are doing nothing.

My wife and I stopped by the store to look for a new couch for our apartment. The staff were very welcoming and it was fast to find a nice couch for an affordable cost amongst the wide selections of couches and other furniture that they had available. Thank you again to the team at Ashley's Furniture!

We had a great experience with Arturo. I even messed up measurements and had to go back the next day to fix the order. 5 stars all around for Arturo but subtract one for the manager who said he was giving an additional discount that he didnt actually give us.

It was a terrible experience all was set to deliver new couch on a Friday then I get a text on the day of delivery telling me scheduled delivery was on Wednesday I am now with no couch in my living room i threw away my last part of the couch on thurday night they expected me to be without a couch for 5 days spent over 3000 dolarrs on the couch plus almost 400 dolars for delivery I had to take time to go down to store because when you call your directed to a call center in India so I had to pick up my own couch and deliver to my home I will never shop there again.

Today experience with Ashely Furniture was great. Employee Keandra was very patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable on question we ask him about selection and product quality. We were very comfortable and didn’t feel any pressure.

I personally enjoyed my time with sell associate Patty. She was extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable on the merchandise that on the floor, along with her exceptional patience and creative eye, she was able to give us the best sort of experience possible. The furniture pieces that we purchased were put together very well and complemented our room perfectly.

Jeremy the manager at the Riley Street store was awesome. However, I am extremely disappointed in everyone else. I wasn’t told that the pieces I thought I had purchased were no longer made and substituted with more expensive items until my order was completed and paid for. Then when I tried to contact the store the next day I found out I was not able to talk with anyone at the store. The texting bot couldn’t help at all. Unfortunately when it was being assembled the threads were done incorrectly for the table legs. So they couldn’t assemble. I paid for assembly but fine I get it. Now after multiple calls with Ashley furniture corporate I am being told that they can’t have anyone come take a look for 9 days. Nor can I come anywhere in the city and pick up two new legs and assemble myself. So for the next 10 days I have 4 chairs, a bench, and a bunch of pieces to a table laid out across my living room. Not thrilled about my very expensive tripping hazard.

Initially there was a problem in regards to getting it the next day, but Elliott who helped us with the selection of the mattress was very diligent in making sure that the delivery did happen the following day. I went to Ashley in August of 2025 to help my mom pick a mattress. We were greeted by a sales woman named Jackie. She took her time and showed my mom dozens of mattress until she found the matress she wanted. Jackie took her time and was very considerate catering to my 82 year old mom and her needs. My mom loves her mattress and everytime I got on her bed I said man I need one of those mattresses. Fast forward to January 2026, I decided it was my time to get a mattress for myself and after the service Jackie gave my mom you already know how I asked for when I walked in the door. They called for Jackie and she came down from upstairs to help me and I got the same mattress that my mom got. Well when it was delivered it was considerably less firm than the mattress my mom bought. I need an extra firm mattress due to a major back injury I suffered years ago and this mattress was not as expected so I reached to Jackie. I didn't know what to expect but she went the extra mile making sure I was able to exchange the mattress and they delivered a mattress that was as expected. I am so thankful to have this new mattress as I final slept better than I have in years. I am so incredibly thankful for the service she provided and I am a loyal customer now for any and all your furniture needs I could give no other sales person a higher recommendation. THIS STORE HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! We purchased three bar stools from them. Since the stools came in pairs, we were given one without its box, went back home and realized that it was missing a piece. We go back and received it. Found out that one of the other stools was defective and decided to go back to the store and ask for an EXCHANGE. ARTURO came up, INTERRUPTED our conversation and immediately said they were not able to make exchanges or return and have to do an old school way of calling a number and creating a case. Aside from that, the guy at the customer pickup counter was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We will never be returning to ASHLEY due to their old policies and rules, customer service and their poorly made products. NEVER AGAIN!

I did NOT enjoy the experience I had while buying at Tempurpedic Mattress at Ashley's. My fiancé and I were coming in to get "pre-approvals" while we shopped around to buy a new mattress. While working with Amir, we had asked him to (pre-approve) us for a Tempurpedic setup we were interested in. After receiving excellent PREapproval odds, Amir ran an UNAUTHORIZED HARD CREDIT PULL without asking either of us and ASSUMED that we were going to "move on with the offer" when my fiancé and I had only been wanting a hard copy "preapproval" to be able to shop around and compare numbers with different mattress stores. I felt all but forced to continue with the transaction since my credit had already been hard pulled and I ended up buying the Tempurpedic setup. I felt violated and I couldn't trust Amir as he lost his credibility with me and completely took the "fun" out of the buying process. While I was the one financing this mattress, Amir was solely interested in talking to my fiancé (telling HIM about mattress features, asking HIM questions about his budget, and overall, gave off a subtle sexist tone during his sales pitch. There's no reason I should leave so unhappy after spending thousands of dollars within this establishment. I will NOT be buying from Ashley's again, especially from such an UNHONEST SALESMAN.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. I selected and paid nearly $8,500 for furniture with a 10-day window between purchase and delivery, yet multiple items I purchased were simply not delivered. While the customer representative who assisted me was polite and did their best to help, the reality is that Ashley Furniture failed to deliver what was promised. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend that amount of money, plan around a confirmed delivery date, and still end up with missing items and unresolved issues. I have since requested that the undelivered pieces be removed from my invoice, but instead of focusing on correcting the problem, the company appears more concerned with getting me to complete a review. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Ashley Furniture and will personally avoid purchasing from them again. This has been a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.

This was our first time shopping at Ashley. Jackie Petzak helped us find a loveseat that we love. She worked so hard for us to get our financing figured out. We highly recommend shopping at the Ashley on S Riley St and ask for Jackie! She is awesome!

Ashley’s customer service is extremely disappointing. They overcharged me, and I noticed it right after my card was charged. I reported it immediately, and they told me it would be resolved within 3–7 days. We waited over a week and received nothing. When we went back to the store, the staff kept passing the responsibility around and no one actually helped us. They were very friendly when making the sale, but once the purchase was completed, they completely ignored the issue. It has now been over a month. I have called customer service countless times, and every time they just tell us to “wait for an update.” To this day, the overcharged amount has still not been refunded. This has been a very poor and frustrating experience.

I received great service from Gage. He was friendly and helpful when selecting my new furniture, as well as, getting additional assistance from their manager Michelle for help with a previous purchase. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. I will happily shop here again.

Personally, I was not impressed. I’ve purchased furniture multiple times from Ashley’s before and it was just a weird experience. No one said hello to us the whole time I was walking through. Then, I ended up finding a rug I had questions about and had to go find an associate. While he was helping me, he asked if there was anything else I wanted. I mentioned possibly some chairs for my dining table, and he was going to look up the price. After bringing the rug to checkout, he gave me the price with chairs and I decided to pass. He reminded of the sale - that’s fine - but I passed anyways. At that point he seemed fairly annoyed and rang me up and then took off. Normally that’s fine, whatever. Except I was a mom with a baby in the stroller and an 8 year old who had to carry the rug out BY MYSELF. Just felt like once he couldn’t get the big sale, he wasn’t even willing to be courteous enough to call someone over to help. So yeah, lugged it out by myself and received a text the next day reminding me of the sale on chairs I didn’t want. I’m probably just going to buy online if ever again.

We bought a couch and bed to the sum total of $13,000. $8500 being the bed. We TOLD Michelle Thornburg repeatedly that we wanted the California King. I told her myself that we liked that because it is significantly wider. I picked up today and come to find out it’s WRONG. Never mind the fact that it took Michelle over an hour to respond to my wife. And to top it off she tried blaming it on us and said because we were going back and forth on the sizes. Like???? We were NEVER going back and forth between the sizes, we were only debating the firmness level of the mattress. We text her saying we’re just going to return it. 30 minutes later as I loaded everything back into my truck is when she replied saying returns do not work that way and they themselves have to pick it up. This whole process has been a complete waste of time. I hope she enjoys starting the month off $8500 in the hole.

Great furniture!! Love the recliner....Bad delivery... Was quoted 10:45 am - 01:45 pm for delivery.... Didn't show up till after 5 pm...won't use delivery again. I'll rent a truck and bring it home myself... Wasted my one day off waiting!

Ashley Furniture is fantastic. I love their newest Vegas location, it is massive. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in and the staff was able to help me find the exact piece of furniture I was looking at online in seconds. Their delivery process was very affordable and got to be within 48 hrs. The assemble was also seamless the guys were very quick and professional. Highly recommend and will be back to get more furniture here in the future.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I went in the first day and talked to a salesman (Miquel) who showed me a similar set to what I was looking for. He told me they do price match if I find it lower to come in and they can match it for me. I go home find I cheaper else where and go back to the store 2 days later and apparently their policy changed the day I was there and I was misinformed about their price match policy. Adriana the sales manager would not honor what I was told but said she would talk to the store manager (Jeremy) and they would call me the next day. I was also instructed to call the corporate number that I was told to google as they could not supply me with the number. Well every number I have called found online and they tell me I need to call the store and ask them for the corporate office number. I have been turned around in circles from the store to the call center, I have been told I would be called back from both places and yet no ones has even called me back. I was warned not to shop with the company and now the ratings make sense to me. There is no customer service nor follow through. When on the phone with customer care representative Shaneika, all she kept telling me rudely was to purchase the item and them maybe they could help me. I will never shop with this company and make sure to tell everyone how awful this experience was. Do not give them your business

I didn't and don't like that all over the store it says financing for 72 month. Then you get approved and the store furniture sales department then start saying no you can't get 72 months financing. On most of thd furniture you've selected.

We really enjoyed our visit. We had visited a different Ashley before and walked out due to the aggressiveness of the salesperson that stayed on our heals. If go to Ashley at the Curve ask for Johnny. He was awesome and made our experience very nice. We didn’t feel like we were constantly being watched or followed yet when we had a question he was there.

Paid for white glove delivery. Date was changed, never notified. Cleared entire bedroom for nothing. Delivery shows up 2 days later. Wrong mattress cover brought. I’ve purchased furniture at all the major stores in 5 different states(ex-military), never had such a bad experience.

The people and service were great but that's where it ends. Hate the furniture. Hard as a rock. I understand it needs broke in but this is ridiculous. One seat cushion is already stretching out ans we've only had a couple of weeks. Back cushions are crooked! Was told they never take back furniture. All we wanted was them to take this back and we would get something different. 😒

I cannot recommend the product shown in the photo. After my surgery, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the chairs unexpectedly gave way, causing half of my body to fall to the floor and impact it, which was particularly concerning given my post-surgical condition. Paid $1800 less than a week ago. Now, I am bleeding of my wounds and heading ro the hospital as we speak.

I loved the wide variety of furnishings and the whole experience was terrific.

I came back to search for a bedroom set for my daughter Bella and of course asked for Brandon. Unfortunately my daughter has a vision that Ashley didnt fit. But Brandon did his best and even went above and beyond to get a specialist her name is Michelle to come talk to us and she was amazing as well I love that she made me feel like our oppinions on certain aspects of furniture mattered and almost as if she was taking notes to possibly help the company creat even better pieces for the future. Love this place everyone just makes you feel at home.

Well, both the salesman and Manager promised furniture would be there the next day. We waited all day long. No delivery! No call! No notification whatsoever. I told the salesman that if it’s not delivered the next day, I would have to cancel since we had no furniture and could not wait until the end of the month to deliver to Pahrump. (They come here twice a month). So anyway, I did just that. CANCELLLED! Went to RC Wiley.

This Ashley store on s. Riley st. is bigger than life but the furniture is far from good! I went in to get a dining room set with 6 chairs. I narrowed my choice down to 2 tables. My first order was a rectangle table with 6 chairs. When it was delivered before it made it in the house some nuts and bolts are ready falling off the table and 3 out of the 6 chairs had scratches and nicks. I went back to the store the next day and decided to go with my other choice a round table with 6 chairs. A week later when the table was delivered the same thing happened. The round table had 3-4 spots with chips and one of the chairs was so wobbly nothing we did was helping it. I call customer service, they couldn’t get me another table and chairs for another week. I been without a table for weeks now! Then they tell me they can give me a 5% discount on my order, I agreed. She gets back on the phone to tell me I will be getting $48 back, the math doesn’t add it for me, when I spend $2500. She told me it was on the damage items not the whole order! At this point it was just insulting. I reached out to my sale agent and he gave me a number that I should be calling but don’t bother because NO-ONE is picking up the phone.

Zack did a great job of listening to us and showing us around the huge store. Zack had a great sense of humor and we had a great experience. We come to Ashley’s because you have quality products.

I just wanted to say my boyfriend and I had a GREAT experience with Ashley’s this past week. Our sales rep NIC was so friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I wish I could review the product I purchased, but Ashley canceled my delivery at 6pm the business day before my confirmed scheduled delivery. Trying to figure out why, reschedule, and then ultimately cancel the order altogether was painful (and I still don’t have confirmation they’ve canceled it). The in store experience was a breeze, but what happened after I left will prevent me from shopping any Ashley store in the future.

I spent an hour in store looking for a rug for our new home and we found the one. We ordered it with the salesman, he placed the order for us, and all of that for nothing as the customer service called us the next day saying we need to choose something else as the rug we chose is discontinued? I am not sure how they even had a rug on display and ordered/ charged me for something that they do not even have. The customer service on the phone asked if I wanted to chose something different but we just want our money back at this point and will be shopping elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience and the furniture is nice. I was really pumped and my sales dude Nic, was super helpful. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on a sale they were having, and the rude woman that tried to force something on me instead of being helpful, turned my experience around. A very unpleasant, and callous woman (I can’t remember her name, but she was an assistant manager type maybe) kind of ruined it for me. I asked a lot of questions to understand where I stood with my sale, but she thought being rude, disrespectful, and annoyed with having to interact with me was the most appropriate choice. She was in such a hurry to go stand back to doing nothing, and was truly unhelpful. I believe the phrase she used was “there’s no emotion in furniture sales”, whatever that means. Unfortunately because of this, I’ll never be shopping here again.

Bought a couch from Ashley Furniture on November 9. One and a half months later, it’s still incomplete because they haven’t delivered the missing parts. Customer service is useless, full of excuses and zero follow-up. Once they have your money, they don’t care. This is easily the worst furniture store experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs.

Perhaps the best furniture buying experience we've ever had. Marissa and Devin knocked it out of the park for us with excellent customer service, furniture options, finding us deals, and making everything flow smoothly. They were extremely knowledgeable with their inventory and suggestions on what would work best for us. The Samsung representative was also a huge help.

Tyler was EXCELLEN, he was super helpful while letting us shop at our own pace, he was keeping and eye on us and not hovering all the time. (Personally we loved it) he signed us up for the card and we went home with 2 new pieces, set up is tomorrow and hopefully it'll go as smoothly as the shopping experience.

I bought a mattress, the frame, pillows and the mattress topper. This entire ensemble was presented as the "best on the market". What I really bought was the hype. It is not the best for me. Part of the sales pitch was that if I was unhappy with it after a 30 day trial I could return it "no questions asked". But guess what!? When I returned to the store to discuss it with the manager I got lip service and a shrug...soooorrrryyyy. They won't give me my money back. I have to buy another mattress of equal or MORE value. I feel cheated. And by the way to add insult to injury, if I do decide to return the mattress they'll charge me an additional $100 fee to pick up the existing one. Once they get your money they ain't giving it back. It's a bad way to do business. Let the buyer beware! They may not lose sleep over this but I will. The mattress is garbage and I'm stuck with it.

The staff was very welcoming. Mike (He goes by McLovin) was extremely helpful and personable. Mack in the sleep area was amazing as well. They were both instrumental in my wife and I making our purchases.

I purchased a mattress and box spring from Ashley and realized when I got home I had selected a queen instead of a full. Went back and was told I cannot return or swap the mattress for the correct size even though I never opened it. I was completely shocked, I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone who values decent customer service. I am now stuck with a brand new queen sized mattress that I have try and sell (most likely at a lower price) to recoup some of my $$. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will never step foot in their store again or recommend it to anyone!! I will not accept an apology from this store as well as an AI generated response to this review. I will not contact this store through an email that I have to generate, if Ashley truly cared about customer service they would reach out and make things right.

Michael(MICLOVIN)LOL and Arturo were awesome to work with. Made the process very smooth. Michael walk me around to a couple of different sectionals and made things very smooth and help me measure as well. Arturo and Michael knew their product knowledge very well as well. What a great team.

From the moment we walked in, Alex was amazing. He greeted us right away and was incredibly helpful without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. He took the time to continue checking up on us through all the different couch options, answered every question without making us feel stupid, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. He explained the zero gravity technology on one of the sectionals so well that we ended up going with it and we’re so glad we did. Alex also clearly went over all the promotions and discounts available, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely buy from Alex again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to shop at Ashley his patience and personality made the entire process seamless.

I tried to place a order and they sent me a link...I tried 6 times but there software is messed up then they told me to go into the store to pay for it....I did it online because I don't have time to go into the store...So the order never took place...I went on amazon and ordered the exact same thing and saved almost $200. got it the next day....Go to Amazon not Ashley

Sales team.was awesome,great customer service, friendly, and were able to match their online sales price in the store . Manager was great to accommodate us in getting our purchase earlier than their delivery service ( which was quite expensive) we opted to just get dropped at our door instead . Here is why they lost 1 star (should be 2 stars dropped ) we waited most of the day for our window of delivery ,only to have to contact our salesperson to find out it had been cancelled . No one informed us . I had to stop my Sunday and make arrangements to pick it up . A simple call from their logistics team the day before of even early day off would have been be great .

We had a wonderful experience at the new Ashley Furniture store in the SW! Kristal Dunton is so helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store and understanding your needs. I will definitely be referring my clients to her and to this store.

The people at the store were very nice. The delivery team that brought the furniture finally was very nice. The furniture was more than half a day late in the day with no communication that they had screwed up on the delivery. They tried to deliver the Furniture 2 1/2 hours after the latest allowed delivery which they acknowledge to the guards that they knew they couldn’t come that late. Luckily, I was able to talk to guards into letting them in since I was leaving the next morning at 7 AM on a flight. I called the customer service to have the delivery charge credited back and they refused repeatedly until escalation. Finally satisfied the Ask. If I would’ve just waited and invited it on Good Friday, the delivery would’ve been free to begin with.

I also bought a sofa, sofa table, swivel rocker, swivel accent chair, desk & credenza. No pressure. Just informed me what discounts were available & when merchandise could be delivered. Also gave me a referral to someone who could remove my old furniture. Very helpful!

The delivery company is amazing. The best service.

False promises, misleading advertising, and totally incompetent staff. After waiting 24 hours, I had to reach out several times to follow up on some furniture I inquired about instead of them reaching out to me (which they said they would), which was frustrating because their phone system is awful. No option to leave a voicemail and I had to try calling back at least a dozen times over the course of several hours to get through. When I finally got through, I advised the salespeople that I wanted to come the next day to buy the furniture, but I would be on a bit of time crunch and bringing 3 others to help us pick it up. They said they could accommodate this and to their credit they tried, but the financing process was riddled with errors and setbacks, and nobody knew how to fix it. What should have been a 15 minute process (as has been the case with our previous Ashley purchases at different stores) took nearly 3 hours. Because nobody on the staff could get any answers and we had already wasted 3 hours of ours and our helpers' time, we ended up just paying with our credit card and not taking advantage of the no-interest financing, which was one of the original selling points. Additionally, the financing was sketchy in itself, because there were signs next to all of the furniture saying 5 year no interest financing was available, but they don't tell you that you can't get that if you get a discount (which we did because of Black Friday). So we essentially went from 60 months no interest financing to 0, due to Ashley's misleading advertising and the incompetence of the staff. And to top it all off, at about hour 2.5 of this frustrating process, some random salesman approaches my wife and I and started berating us and making dumb jokes because we were wearing New England Patriots apparel. I tried to ignore him and let him take the hint that we were frustrated and in no mood to be made fun of, but he couldn't help but keep running his mouth. I wish I got his name because he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Everyone else we dealt with was at least polite, just incompetent. ADDITIONALLY (updates): The sales associate assured us that the furniture would show up put together and no assembly would be required on our part. After how everything else went, I shouldn't have been surprised when everything showed up today in boxes, not assembled. Yet another completely false claim made by our sales associate to just push the sale through. I spent all day assembling all five pieces of furniture with nothing more than a tiny allen wrench that was provided in the boxes. I should have just gone to IKEA: it is right across the parking lot and required the same amount of work, but instead I had to deal with an incompetent sales team, waste my time, and spend probably three times as much. Two thumbs down and would NOT recommend.

The store policy of pushing insurance is weird and confusing. I'm still not sure why it's being offered/pushed. Very confusing.

Horrible Experience twice in 1 week in-store. Neither of the 2 sales people could explain anything about the furniture features, protection plan, etc. 1st sales rep also sent unclear text messages. Was she increasing the discount or adding onto the discount? I asked 3 times for an itemized quote showing each item and it’s discount and never got it. 2nd sales rep also couldn’t answer any questions and had to call someone else in to write the order. I bought a sofa I liked & I decided to wait for the rest of the furniture to see how this delivery goes. Today someone called to confirm delivery but I could not understand one word she said. Very thick accent and she was very hard to understand. Plus she put me on hold 4 times. Even though I am looking at more living room furniture, bedroom furniture and two mattresses, plus a TV, I will never go back. If you have sales people, they need to know the products they are selling. If your people make or take calls, they need to be able to be understood over the phone. Maybe you can understand them in person but over the phone is very different. Maybe have order takers at a desk who can answer questions and give details they can read on a screen as well as write orders. Only great thing was the delivery people. Fantastic!

Our salesperson was Elliott Figueroa was infirmativeaboutbtgenptoducts we purchased. He was patient as we went around looking at dining room sets. We did not purchase that day, but when we returned the next day he was most helpful and most importantly NOT pushy and we even bought a tempura pedic mattress! He was knowledgeable about the different mattresses. I would highly recommend him to help you when you shop at Ashley.

I dealt with Patti as our salesperson. She is everything you want in a sales rep. No pressure, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and prepared to work out solutions when what we wanted wasn't readily in stock. Very nice store as well - apparently it is the largest Ashley store there is!

We spoke with a salesperson asking the price of an item and she was going around the question asking if we had purchased something before. We informed her that we had and only needed one more piece to complete our set. She then began to state we probably were offered a deal because we were purchasing so many other items. We knew the price already of the piece we wanted. We were just curious if because it was Black Friday there was another discount. The salesperson had a terrible attitude and gave us the wrong price so we had told her we were not interested. We then found the item online showed another salesperson and purchased the item. The next day we picked up our one item and waiting an hour to pick up one item. The young man apologized for the long wait stating they didn’t have a lot of the employees certified. It was a terrible experience all the way around.

Was happy with the purchase with exception of delivery options. The store had a sign that said free white glove delivery if you made a purchase on 11-26 or 11-28. I purchased on 11-26. When I inquired about this store personnel said the purchase had to be $5000 or more… my purchase was less than that. I subsequently received a text on 11-28 indicating that Ashley was offering white glove delivery for purchases over 2000. I inquired about that and still haven’t heard back from Ashley. This comes across to me as false advertising.

Awesome experience! Very big, clean and great selections to choose from. We came in to find a couch and Marcos was absolutely perfect in helping us pick the right one. He made us feel so comfortable and made sure it was the right fit for us. Everyone on the team checked in with us and chatted like we’d known them forever. Truly great customer service. Ok here's my wish...since I'm traveling and have a travel trailer and am not from this area and had shoulder surgery...I wish there would be flexibility in your rules that if I'm spending hundreds of dollars to buy your furniture for my travel trailer the the manager could get some of your workers to put like my recliner and mattress in my travel trailer for me cause I have no friends here to help me and I'm a disabled person.other then that so far I'm very happy with the kindness and helpfullness I received when purchasing from your store.tyvm

Customer service is atrocious, communication is even worse. I would shop elsewhere at all cost. Super friendly at the point of sale, after the sale, forget about ANY customer service. I have over a dozen emails on two cases, neither resolved. I tried to address one at delivery, delivery driver did not speak English, at all. I have been to the store three times, still not responding, tried to get a area managers number, they will not provide. Absolutely the worst place to do business in all of Vegas.

Huge showroom and choices. Pricing for Black Friday was good. Jonny assisted us and provided excellent service and communication.

Kristal was great! Very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and a great personality. The store is very nice, too.

Sales staff was good except for a few miscommunications in the end. Warehouse took forever and there was no one waiting I had to make. Warehouse took almost an hour to bring out two pieces of furniture and there was no one else ahead of us.

We walked into the Curve and was welcomed by Maria. She is such a patient and sweet person and made us feel so comfortable. There were 4 of us with different tastes. She took us all around the beautiful store until we found the perfect dining room set that spoke to all of us. We liked the flexibility of being able to switch out the bench and captain chairs for regular dining chairs. We're looking forward to our "white-glove" delivery and set up. Mack was helpful picking right product and explaining everything about warranty coverage

The staff member that assisted me had difficulty following basic instructions. I had to repeat myself several times, and he seemed easily confused. The process of purchasing the furniture took too long for what I was as ordering. Staff member seems like he needs more training or someone to sit with him and monitor his performance before setting him loose on the sales floor.

Well I went to the Ashley store on Riley on Tuesday Nov 18th to buy a couple recliners and a couple of end tables. I had researched them online and picked out the ones I wanted online but when I got there of course they didn't have the ones I picked out at the store so that was my first experience. I shopped around and ended up finding some recliners that were in stock and could be delivered in two days. Although the end tables are a month out, which is a long time but whatever as long as I could get my chairs in two days no worries. We'll today Nov. 20th I called to find out what time my chairs were being delivered. Well after two 30 minute calls to customer service I still didn't get an answer. They told me the order had been canceled, then they told me they were on back order. I went round and round with them and finally asked for a phone number to the physical store and they gave me another number to customer service. Come to find out you cannot call the store itself which I believe is a bad way to conduct a business. We drove to the store and come to find out when I signed the purchase order on Tuesday it didn't capture it so they canceled it instead of calling me yesterday to let me know I needed to come back and re-sign the papers. They finally figured out but what a horrible buying experience. I will never shop at Ashley again. This all could have been avoided if Ashley did their job correctly.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Had purchased a bed frame, mattress, AND box spring and pre setup delivery for a specific day. When they called me to confirm delivery not everything was coming the same day and they said I had to pickup the mattress. I have zero way to pick it up which is wild they changed that. Finally talked to someone to get that squared away and then when they came and setup everything they brought me a used and very dirty box spring which is disgusting - are you kidding me? Customer Service was absolutely horrendous and wouldn't fix it. Never purchasing from here again how do you give someone a used and dirty box working?!

Came in looking for a sectional yesterday. When we arrived, Michael ( McLovin ) greeted us. We told him what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. After sitting on a few couches, Michael checked up on us. We explained that we were looking for a darker color sectional so he showed us his favorite couch. Immediately loved the color and after testing it out, we knew we found our couch. Michael made the purchasing process very easy and saved us a lot of money. If you come here, ask for McLovin. You won’t regret it.

My account is still not fixed. I am not happy about this at all. I asked that my delivery not be made until after December 30 and they arrived yesterday, 11/13. The chandelier that I asked to be canceled from my order is still showing. The price that I found online is not reflecting on my account. I’m not happy right now with the service. The shelves that I ordered came in a raggedy box when it got here, I still have to open it to make sure it’s not broken. It was just left in front of my door Not happy. I have to call tomorrow to complain about the service and about the fact that they didn’t make good on any of the promises that they made before I left when I made the purchase. I’m not happy about the original purchase because I wasn’t able to see the cost in writing prior to purchase. I thought I was getting sale prices when actually I was getting the regular prices but being told I could pay overtime for a longer period in order to get a lower monthly rate not explaining that stuff was not on sale. That’s my fault for not making sure that I was clear. I thankfully, went home and read through the paperwork and saw the error and came back the next day and cleared it or so I thought. I’m still having issues because my order was delivered before it was supposed to. I don’t like this. I asked for it to be delivered after 12/30. This is very bad salesmanship I don’t appreciate it. I order from you Ashley a lot when it comes to my furniture when I make my big purchases and this feels like the worst service that I have received. Now I have to call tomorrow and make a complaint and yet again make sure that the changes that I asked for are made because my Cell people did not take care of it and I’m still not happy. I remain very calm when I came into the store. I waited for them to fix everything but they still didn’t fix it. This is horrific service And I deserve a discount for all of this inconvenience.

This large Ashley Store, is primarily a warehouse/distribution center - only the front has a showroom for customers. Prices are much higher than other, competitor furniture, with product quality not justifying cost.

Jackie Petzak was an amazing help and really was so lovely! She wasn’t pushy, didn’t make us feel like we needed to make a decision on the spot and really was knowledgeable about the promotions and options we had for what we were looking for! She even helped us open an account and the whole time she gave us 110% all around! If you go to the store ask to speak to Jackie immediately! She’s wonderful!

Terrible customer service. Specifically spoke with sales agent Tracey about not having a couch with no feathers. Showed us a couch where the back cushions don’t have feathers and said this one is good! Come to find out the seat cushions have feathers and when inquiring their response is everything is final and not our problem. Been calling for weeks to speak to someone and who can remedy the situation and they just keep saying we are too busy. General manager supposed to call multiple times and after 2 weeks of inquiry gets a message a voicemail from someone else that says “he can’t do anything” Don’t recommend.

Beware! When they deliver your furniture they will tell you that you can return in 3 days even though according to Ashley all sales are final. We purchased a couch and we ordered too many pieces, it will not all fit in our living room. So now we just have an extra piece of couch sitting around not being used and in the same condition when they took out the box. But I’m stuck with a $560 piece of furniture, I could really used that money. I spent $3,600 on this couch they refuse to help. Never shopping Ashley again.

Went to this store today to find a mattress. We were greeted by Maria who was very nice and very sweet..as we navigated with Maria, A sleep expert named Ben came in to educate us more about the mattress and adjustable bed frame. Mind you, this is the first time in a while we have bought a mattress so we definitely wanted the recommendations and education on the products. I’m not a one and done shopper. I want to compare quality and pricing of products just like any shoppers. When it came down to the price, Ben quoted us $6k for the mattress we liked, adjustable base and mattress protector. He also went over with us warranties and what it entails. The interaction was great up until we asked more time for my husband and I to discuss. Ben was trying to sell us the monthly financing which as he should. We definitely wanted to go ahead and just purchase but we also have other places we wished to see and compare our prices to get the best deals. We asked if we can get a print out of the quote to which we were told they can’t but they sent it online. The manager also was kind enough to offer us a deal. By the end of the conversation, we still wanted to think some more before just spending $6k. Well, when we were leaving Ben says “good luck sleeping in agony.” And “most people who says they’ll come back never does..” shook our hands and throws his iPad on a bed. This is when I knew he’s upset about not getting a sale that he hijacked from Maria. No wonder no one wants to come back..not with that attitude. I know that he wants to get the sale and we wanted to give the business to them but $6k is a lot specially now a days regardless of the financing they offer. That’s still $6k we’re paying at the end of the day. Now we’re taking our business and just buying the mattress we liked online because of the nasty closing attitude Ben had.

I used Ashley's 12months No Interest promotional plan, was told by the salesperson that my minimum payments would be $50-60 a month and then the rest would be due on the twelfth month to avoid interest but when I got my first bill for Concora (Ashly's finance company) my minimum payment was $298. False Advertising. Shady Business Practices Ashley's furniture looks nice but once you get it home and really sit on it, you'll quickly find out just how cheaply made it is.

Bought a couch and they seemed untrained with their software. After signing papers and making sure everything was okay and ready to go, I got a call the next day (end of day) asking me to come back because they missed a signature. They said it would be a quick 10 second type of thing but it ended up taking a lot longer because they had to cancel the initial charge and do the whole process all over again! It was a complete waste of time as they had to call all these other people to come help and get approvals. I’m just frustrated that some of the staff were untrained. Even if they were trained, they acted pretty untrained in the software and wasted so much of my time. To me, this shouldn’t be the case especially with big furniture purchases. They didn’t even compensate me for the time wasted by having to drive back, wait 30 minutes while they figured out what the problem was. That’s not a customer experience that I would want others to go through. The employees that helped fix the issue the next day were great, but I was already frustrated at that point. I would’ve given a lower rating, but decided to give it a 3/5 because the staff that helped resolve the issue were wonderful. They did know what they were doing and made sure that everything was signed properly so that the same problem wouldn’t happen again.

We had a great experience. The store is HUGE with lots of options for home furnishings. The sheer size of the outlet is a bit overwhelming at first, but if you’re looking for something specific it’s easy to navigate. The floor staff (salespeople) are very helpful but not overly aggressive. To me they gave us space and stayed out of our way while we browsed around. Once we found what we wanted, all our questions were answered and made the buying process easy. Shout out to Abdiel and Alex for making my purchase enjoyable.

If you have heard or seen terrible reviews about Ashley then go to the store on Riley St in Las Vegas!! I purchased a Purple mattress from another store almost 2 years ago and started sagging. Ashley sent someone to inspect it and determined it was defective. Purple had discontinued that style, wonder why, so credit had to be provided. I didn't want another Purple mattress anyway! They would only provide less than half the amount I paid for the mattress!! I met with Jeremy, the manager, who is a very nice man and that evening he called to let me know the full amount was being credited! I was able to go select a mattress of my choice and with credit remaining a protector and pillows!! VERY happy with this store!!! Thank you for treating me so well!!

Our experience was exceptional. My biggest issue going to store retail sites is being shadowed and hunted the entire time by sales people. After visiting your store a couple weeks ago in Henderson I had no desire to return to any of your retail stores. I was greeted at the door but not pressured. Things were explained and Carl sealed the deal for me. I walked out more than happy with my purchase. Oh and they honored the online price which was a $700 difference from the in store price. Now that’s great customer service.

Our salesmen were awesome, so that’s where the extra star comes from. The first table arrived with chips and scratches, so they followed up with a touch up guy who missed a couple spots despite blue painters tape. They sent another table but it was dirtier and in worse condition so we denied that one since the first table was better. I told them I’d be willing to take a discount and keep the original with existing blemishes. Ashley offered 10% off but would take my warranty away over the scrapes and scratches so I opted to let them deliver again. This 3rd table was pre inspected by 2 managers , by far the best but had a tiny chip in the corner . The delivery drivers were more concerned about liability and said they would just take it back even though I explained that I would take this since it’s better , but would still let the store know it wasn’t perfect. After some back and forth and frankly not wanting to carve out another 3 hour delivery window I reluctantly accepted. This company does not value your time. Another issue is this store does not answer their phone . My wife and I have tried over the course of 3 days , several calls at different times. We needed them to forward our protection plan info to the right company so we could file a claim, it’s been 3 weeks. Big Ashley customer service has no way to contact the individual store . Now we’re just waiting to file a claim for this added coverage they pushed on us when we initially purchased. The post purchase follow through is disappointing. Spent 8k after discounts . Perfect example of how BASIC customer service can go out the window when you grow big enough.

I'm very disappointed with my purchase from earlier this week. I bought 2 items so everything should be straightforward, but here is a list of the problems I've had so far: The couch was delivered with a scratched cupholder I was supposed to get a prepaid card with my purchase, but there is no update on when/if I'll actually get it No updates on the massage chair either. Ashley tells me to call Osaki, then Osaki says to contact Ashley I've already opened up tickets with the chatbot and now it's telling me to contact the store. My salesperson (Jada) has not followed up with me at all. Someone needs to make this all right ASAP. This was a 12,000 dollar purchase and I expected much better service than this

My wife and I purchased a Reclining Sofa & Loveseat from Ashley ( Yes I have receipts ) and what they delivered to my home was a different size Sofa & Loveseat. Now when you go thru the exchange policy basically they tell you your outta luck or it's up to a technician to determine ( You get a different answer from every single person you talk to. ) DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....

Absolutely outrageous pricing here. The fact that a crappy mattress is 1200$ is robbery. This is far more than tariffs and I can go across the street to IKEA and get a bed frame I was looking at for a third of the cost. Won’t be back. I keep getting the run around its totally unacceptable to have to wait two months to and I still don’t have a technician scheduled to come out to see what’s wrong with my recliner. Everything was fine as I’ve spent over 5K this year alone. Then came your security woman in the distribution center. When there was a problem filling my order and waiting in the heat, I was instructed to go back into the distribution office. Not knowing the rules, I walked from the gate to the office from inside the warehouse and as I walked through the door, a very rude woman started yelling at me that I was never allowed to walk through the inside of the warehouse and the door I had just come through was for employees only. I calmly apologized and said I had no idea. She then said (in a very loud voice) replied that’s why I’m telling you for next time. It wasn’t what she said but how she barked at me. That was completely unnecessary. After my order eventually is filled, I doubt I will ever shop there again. She was on her power trip and my wife and I did not appreciate it.

But this one star is solely based off of Ashley Furniture and their absolutely terrible sales policies and practices. While the show room is beautiful with a great selection, actually buying something is a ridiculous process and if you have missing items from your box, you can’t just go back to the store and exchange them. I bought 1 lamp. Opened the box. It had 0 instructions and was missing the harp and the finial. I literally opened it and called within 10 minutes of picking it up. The best solution was to ship me parts, instead of letting me just get a different lamp. I guess if you’re buying large furniture, and you want reasonably priced disposable furniture, this is a good option. But don’t buy accessories or decorative things there. What a hassle. And all sales are final. I will never shop here again.

We purchased furniture in July and have yet to receive it. We received a text that we were “all set” for a 9/2 delivery, only to find out the day of (and after we had already gotten rid of our old bed) that it was going to be 9/4. Now they’re telling me it won’t arrive until 10/14, almost 3 months after we purchased it. They still can’t tell me why it was canceled day-of, and I’m still waiting for the manager call back I was promised. Don’t bother trying to call them because no one will pick up. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother spending your money here.
