Store experience was exceptional. The delivery of the chest took much longer than expected because item not available. Order was delayed twice, then item when delivered had finish imperfections. A replacement order has been made and waiting.

I purchased a bedroom set in this store 11/16. My sales person Oscar Gustavo. The day of purchase, I was told my delivery date is 12/04. The day before the 4th i got e-mail and text confirmation about the delivery! Delivery did not show up! Started to call Ashley main number, the store and Gustavo! After hours being on the phone I had a new date 12/13. The day before the 13th I got phone call that it is being rescheduled again, than I got email and text that it will happen on the 13th. Again, after being on the phone hours the final answer from my sales person Gustavo was: Stay home, your delivery is tomorrow we got confirmation from the warehouse! Oke… Stayed home waiting… I am waiting since than! No delivery! Since than Ashley Custemer representatives has different information, no delivery date! The store can not be contacted! Gustavo declines my phone call, I called him from hidden number, he hung the phone up and tells me stop bothering him! I just would like information, someone to tell me something what’s happening after my delivery did not show up twice! Feels like I am part of scam! I thought I purchase from a big furniture company what is trustworthy! I guess it’s better to order online form China!

Was very excited to shop here. I usually done my shopping next door at Walker furniture. Thought I give Ashley a try seeing if they had better selection of recliners. I purchased one here on Nov 23rd 2024. They said it was in stock and would be delivered Dec 6 th and I would receive a call day before to confirm a drop off time. So I get a call few days before my delivery and says sorry we are gonna deliver it on Dec 23 rd. Ok fine then I get ten more text messages asking me to confirm on Friday the 6 th I confirm for 6 th get another call from their warehouse assured it’s coming on the 6 th. Even showed in their system. So 6 th rolls around no call no show. I went to store talked to two customer service reps an was assured they would find out in a couple of days. It’s been over a week now with no confirmation and no calls from customer service. Am regretting even going here to buy a chair. Walker furniture next door has way better customer service in my opinion and when they confirm a delivery date it’s there. I can’t believe the level of customer care here. Ridiculous. Now when I search to track my order sales none found really

Horrible experience wouldnt recommend, do not purchase from online this is cheap material that drawers don't slide and make it merely impossible to return it back

Very slow service process. Sent damaged goods twice in a row I’m still waiting on resolution two months later !!! Not happy at all!!!

Sneaky sales people. Had Oscar Arturo sell a mattress and he was a liar , lied about it being in stock and when I could pick up the matress just to make a sale. We Rushed from work to go get the mattress because I needed it by Friday 28th and when I went to pick up they told me it was out of stock and not available for several weeks . Something the shady sales rep Oscar Arturo should have told me ! I am upset by the waste of my time and how I was lied to about the item being in stock . I had my credit card charged and when I went to get it refunded they said it would take 14 days to get it refunded . Wtf type of deceptive practices this place does to its customers . They shouldn’t have such crappy sales people who intentionally lie just to make a quick buck !! I will complain to upper management about this! Don’t buy from this store they are worse then car salespeople, They lie just to make a quick profit. And don’t care about the customer !!

I am absolutely livid with the service (or lack thereof) I received from Ashley Furniture. I purchased a dining table for Thanksgiving, and after confirming THREE times that I could pick it up on Tuesday, 11/26/2024, I was reassured that everything was in order. The only issue was that two of the chairs wouldn’t be ready until 12/7, which I was perfectly fine with. So today, my husband goes to pick up the table, only to be told, “Oh, it’s not here. Didn’t anyone call you?” Seriously?! We rented a trailer specifically to pick it up, and no one had the decency to call and let us know it wouldn’t be there! This is beyond frustrating. You’ve completely ruined our Thanksgiving plans, and now we have NO table for the holiday! To not even bother notifying us is appalling. Your lack of professionalism and total disregard for your customers is unacceptable. I’m done with Ashley Furniture. After this experience, I will never spend another dime at your store again. I hope you realize that you’ve lost a customer for life, and I will make sure to share this experience with anyone who will listen.

Zach and Victor made our experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Despite managing the store on their own and assisting multiple customers, they remained positive, attentive, and dedicated to providing us with the best service. My wife and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process, and we’re so grateful to both Zach and Victor for helping us find the perfect dining table for our home!
