The store itself isn't that bad but that's were it ends. If you like used car dealerships where agents hound you nonstop, this is store for you. Having someone follow me around and trying to sell me on furniture isn't a very pleasurable experience. Good thing IKEA is right across the street.

Our experience was exceptional. My biggest issue going to store retail sites is being shadowed and hunted the entire time by sales people. After visiting your store a couple weeks ago in Henderson I had no desire to return to any of your retail stores. After my wife convinced me to visit the newer larger store I was a bit concerned of having the same unsettling experience. I am here to say - that wasn’t the case. I was greeted at the door but not pressured. Things were explained and Carl sealed the deal for me. I walked out more than happy with my purchase. Oh and they honored the online price which was a $700 difference from the in store price. Now that’s great customer service.

Our sales lady, Anita was the BEST!

Our salesmen were awesome, so that’s where the extra star comes from. The first table arrived with chips and scratches, so they followed up with a touch up guy who missed a couple spots despite blue painters tape. They sent another table but it was dirtier and in worse condition so we denied that one since the first table was better. I told them I’d be willing to take a discount and keep the original with existing blemishes. Ashley offered 10% off but would take my warranty away over the scrapes and scratches so I opted to let them deliver again. This 3rd table was pre inspected by 2 managers , by far the best but had a tiny chip in the corner . The delivery drivers were more concerned about liability and said they would just take it back even though I explained that I would take this since it’s better , but would still let the store know it wasn’t perfect. After some back and forth and frankly not wanting to carve out another 3 hour delivery window I reluctantly accepted. This company does not value your time. Another issue is this store does not answer their phone . My wife and I have tried over the course of 3 days , several calls at different times. We needed them to forward our protection plan info to the right company so we could file a claim, it’s been 3 weeks. Big Ashley customer service has no way to contact the individual store . Now we’re just waiting to file a claim for this added coverage they pushed on us when we initially purchased. The post purchase follow through is disappointing. Spent 8k after discounts . Perfect example of how BASIC customer service can go out the window when you grow big enough.

Bought a power loveseat and power sofa… Process went smoothly… They’re 5 year Protection plan what’s your static expensive but if not used you get it back in credit after five years, so that is nice… They’re White glove Delivery service (Although pricey) went very Well. I'm very disappointed with my purchase from earlier this week. I bought 2 items so everything should be straightforward, but here is a list of the problems I've had so far: The couch was delivered with a scratched cupholder I was supposed to get a prepaid card with my purchase, but there is no update on when/if I'll actually get it No updates on the massage chair either. Ashley tells me to call Osaki, then Osaki says to contact Ashley I've already opened up tickets with the chatbot and now it's telling me to contact the store. My salesperson (Jada) has not followed up with me at all. Someone needs to make this all right ASAP. This was a 12,000 dollar purchase and I expected much better service than this

As a sales manager myself, the one thing I would say is to have the salesperson train more on the products. As she lead me more with the financial assistance that Ashley provides. Had she asked me more about what I’m needing in my furniture based on comfort or value, she might gotten me to to up sale. Other than that, I do love the product that I purchased. Thank you.

Absolute disaster of a store and a company. My wife and I purchased a Reclining Sofa & Loveseat from Ashley ( Yes I have receipts ) and what they delivered to my home was a different size Sofa & Loveseat. Now when you go thru the exchange policy basically they tell you your outta luck or it's up to a technician to determine ( You get a different answer from every single person you talk to. ) DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....

Service was great, however there were difficulties with completing the order due to glitches with their new system. It wouldn’t process down payment. I have to follow next day and need to return to the store.

Absolutely outrageous pricing here. The fact that a crappy mattress is 1200$ is robbery. This is far more than tariffs and I can go across the street to IKEA and get a bed frame I was looking at for a third of the cost. Won’t be back. I guess they are passing on the price to customers for this massive place.

We stopped in here on a whim since we've been looking for a new couch. As we wandered around, a salesperson approached us named Pineapple (his real name is Ivan). He gave us relevant information and gave us ample time and space to wander and get a feel for what we liked. He periodically checked in with us and gave us a great no-pressure shopping experience. It was my first time into Ashley, but I would go back and shop with Pineapple anytime! Thank you Pineapple! 🍍

The only reason I’m giving a 2 star review is due to the salesman that helped us he was great other then that it should be a zero star rating. I don’t recommend buying anything from Ashley especially if you have to use there warranty the customer service sucks nobody knows nothing. I keep getting the run around its totally unacceptable to have to wait two months to and I still don’t have a technician scheduled to come out to see what’s wrong with my recliner. I purchased my sectional less than a year ago. Horrible experience. I will not be purchasing anything from Ashley‘s furniture.

Everything was fine as I’ve spent over 5K this year alone. Then came your security woman in the distribution center. When there was a problem filling my order and waiting in the heat, I was instructed to go back into the distribution office. Not knowing the rules, I walked from the gate to the office from inside the warehouse and as I walked through the door, a very rude woman started yelling at me that I was never allowed to walk through the inside of the warehouse and the door I had just come through was for employees only. I calmly apologized and said I had no idea. She then said (in a very loud voice) replied that’s why I’m telling you for next time. It wasn’t what she said but how she barked at me. That was completely unnecessary. After my order eventually is filled, I doubt I will ever shop there again. She was on her power trip and my wife and I did not appreciate it.

I was in and out in under twenty minutes with exactly what I wanted. Great staff and huge showroom!

The customer pick up for furniture was terrible. Very long wait and they only had one gentleman loading furniture. He was understandably struggling to move a 300lb dresser and the other employees would rather sit around and watch him struggle alone instead of helping him or allowing me inside to assist him.

Osmany was friendly, personable and offered his product expertise to help me find the right selection. He also gave me space to feel comfortable to browse without hovering so I could enjoy the showroom freely.

Elliot is the best sales rep there, he will definitely help you out. I think he is the best sales representative I have ever interacted with at a furniture store and if this review was only about him it would be 5 stars. But this one star is solely based off of Ashley Furniture and their absolutely terrible sales policies and practices. While the show room is beautiful with a great selection, actually buying something is a ridiculous process and if you have missing items from your box, you can’t just go back to the store and exchange them. I bought 1 lamp. Opened the box. It had 0 instructions and was missing the harp and the finial. I literally opened it and called within 10 minutes of picking it up. The best solution was to ship me parts, instead of letting me just get a different lamp. I guess if you’re buying large furniture, and you want reasonably priced disposable furniture, this is a good option. But don’t buy accessories or decorative things there. What a hassle. And all sales are final. I will never shop here again.

We purchased furniture in July and have yet to receive it. We received a text that we were “all set” for a 9/2 delivery, only to find out the day of (and after we had already gotten rid of our old bed) that it was going to be 9/4. Now they’re telling me it won’t arrive until 10/14, almost 3 months after we purchased it. They still can’t tell me why it was canceled day-of, and I’m still waiting for the manager call back I was promised. Don’t bother trying to call them because no one will pick up. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother spending your money here.

Delivery on time and set up was fast

Two stars for in store experience. We went in on Sunday August 17th, our salesman had me look up the item online that I was speaking of, because he couldn’t find that and wasn’t aware that they had it. When he did figure it out we purchased it on our own credit card which his comment was “your going to spend way to much using your card vs ours” as if that’s his business. He then acted annoyed with us & finished our order. Messed up our order delivery date, and said his apologies and that he accidently had a delivery date for the black couch and not the brown. He then fixed it and told us that it would be delivered Tuesday August 26th. We just got off the phone with Ashleys tracking system and they told us that our order was being delivered Thursday August 28th instead. I am absolutely unimpressed, and very upset with my overall experience with our salesman. Now 5 stars for the delivery guys!!!!!!!!! Seriously- they are incredible. On time, quick, experienced, and very nice and respectful about your home. They were amazing.

She continued to look at her computer and said, "They're $100 and we dont have any." With that, we left. So dissappointed. Never had a chance to look around.

Had an incredible experience shopping at Ashley Furniture today. We always dread the “pushy salesperson” and fending off the staff like vultures, but our experience at Ashely was quite different. We worked with Harry, who was absolutely incredible. We spent 90 minutes in the store looking at various furniture for different rooms in the house and he patiently answered questions, let us talk on our own, and actively went out of our way to make sure we had the best information on the furniture and the current store promotions. To finish off, we met with the manager, Adriana. Another fine example of excellent customers service. In the end, we made a significant purchase and are looking forward to its delivery. Thank you, Ashley, for being different and better.

The worst !!! Ordered “white glove delivery” for more than $500 dollars . Took multiple days off of work to be present & nothing . My wife and I have been waiting for more than three weeks for our furniture. Multiple phone calls where they are promising to deliver the item by the day they say and nothing. You call the actual store no one answers! When you speak to the agent, they are in a Different country Who has no communication with the delivery team. Don’t get me started with that AI chat . I was supposed to get my order at 8:15 this morning for the fifth attempt ! It is 11:45 AM. Still no delivery !

First, this new Ashley store is just incredible! It’s beautiful and perfectly laid out. Michael helped us as we sat on like 100 couches, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He put together a favorite list for me to bring my husband back the next day. We picked our perfect couch and just can’t wait for it to be delivered!! Michael got pulled away before the purchase but put us in the good hands of Gabe to finish the deal who was also great!! Thank you everyone!!

Good selection of furnitures, and the sales agent was good/helpful. But that’s about it. Mostly have a not so good learning experience instead. Here’s why: - it feels like a car dealership during check out. Warranty these and that. Have to sit down and wait around. Just like a car dealership - I don’t like car dealership. If you like car dealerships - this is for you. - Low quality hardwares. Few of the dining chairs we got had issues with the bolts and nuts - several got easily lose thread. Cheap china materials. For the price of this furniture/chair ($150+ each), I expect way higher quality hardware. But no - it has cheap hardwares. - No return, refund, or full replacement. I wanted to return one of the chairs, and get a replacement instead which was available in store (instead of waiting for parts to be shipped)…but NO…they will only “send” parts. Another days to weeks of waiting. Overall, it’s a learning experience - not to shop for furniture here again. (I still prefer Ikea - easy checkout, easy return if you have issues, no extra warranty this and that, and their hardware are very strudy - not cheap parts).

Our experience at Ashley has been a nightmare. They are quick to try to make a sale, but if you have any problems, you will be stuck. We bought an accent cabinet that was crooked and the doors were not flush so we did not want to accept it. They said they would send out a technician to fix the doors. The technician was not able to fix the doors so Ashley said they would send us a new one. They have now attempted six deliveries and every cabinet they’ve tried to deliver has been worse than the one we currently have. It’s an obvious product defect. We just want our money back, but it’s impossible to get a hold of management to resolve the problem. You’ll be stuck in an automated AI customer service portal with no resolution. I would never buy anything from there again.

Dianne was amazing in helping me purchase my dream couch and the manager was amazing with helping me get the extra discounts so I could have it in my budget to purchase .

Kathy was great. She was patient and showed us all the different finance options. There is one minor quibble I have that has nothing to do with Kathy. Like I said she was great. When it comes to the delivery price, it isn’t a flat rate. It fluctuates with the final sales price. If the final sales price is low, then the delivery price is high and vice versa. Very odd.

Decided to give Ashley’s a try and it was the worst decision. I purchased 4 barstools for pick up over 2 months ago and it’s been so complicated since. First, my barstools were loaded into a truck next to me and I waited a while until they informed me that they accidentally loaded my items on the wrong truck. Had to wait until they got them back to come back and pick them up again. Once I picked them up, 2 seats were ripped and one leg was bent. I requested a refund and they directed me to do a claim. Long story short, they took forever to resolve the issue (still haven’t) and they sent me the wrong parts and now they’re refusing to give a refund over their error because it’s past the 30 days. This is over some barstools guys. That’s crazy. The only good experience I had there was the sales rep who helped me. That’s it. Never had any issues with IKEA or Bob’s Furniture though so that’s who I’ll stick to and I recommend you guys do the same.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. They follow you around the store like crazed stalkers. Then they can't even place your order right and when you try to get it fixed, try getting these fools on the phone. NOBODY answers the phone there. Every call rings forever and gets hung up on or transfers to you to a call agent from lord knows where I can't do a thing about your order. Garbage service from a trash retailer.

This store is HUGE. And eith it being right off the 215 it's easily accessible. It's 2 stories and has an enormous selection of EVERYTHING for EVERY ROOM. Prices are MUCH lower than I had expected especially since they are in an area of town that is more suburban. The manager Eduardo was super friendly & the other staff members were extremely attentive to every customer who walked in the door.

Ben was fantastic and very patient in helping me select the best reclining chair for me. I only needed one item and I was given attentive service as if I was purchasing a whole room!

Recently I purchased a new sectional sofa. It was a pleasure working with the sales person (Jackie Petzak). She answered all of my and my wife’s questions and listened intently to our needs and concerns. Not only did she facilitate our purchase, but also kept us informed throughout the delivery process. Our new sectional sofa arrived Saturday and my wife and I are very happy with our purchase and Jackie’s attentiveness to our needs throughout the process.

You can tell you're going to overpay because they have sharply dressed sales people assign themselves to you when you walk in the door like a car dealership. You can tell you're going to be financially abused because every price tag lists the "buy now, pay later" monthly price BEFORE the retail price of the item. Every single item. Want to buy a lamp? That's $19/mo for 14 months. Layout makes no sense. Can't buy most items on-site despite the store being a warehouse. There's a "sleep doctor" wandering around in a lab coat holding an iPad. Truly this store is everything young people hate and everything wrong with retail in 2025. I live down the street and I'll never go back to this abomination of a store. IKEA forever.

Store is setup well has a nice flow to it as you walk through. The sales staff isn't all over you, but there if you have questions.

We were on our way to IKEA (which we love) but we saw the new store that Ashley has opened in Vegas. We walked in and Ali IMMEDIATELY helped us find exactly what we need (along with things we didn't know we wanted and needed). He was incredibly warm and professional and made us feel welcome from the start. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a horrible experience with Sales associate Fadia. I only went because it was a new location I live in the Centennial area and I should have just gone to the location on North Decatur. Fadia miss guided me wrong and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing but I thought well she works here I will be fine. My order was never placed correctly. I never received a tracking number so I had to call Sales Fadia she said tomorrow it will be taken care of I believed her and nothing. So I called a few days later to customer service and nothing was showing on there part. It’s a beautiful store but employees that just see you as a money sign. I ended up going to the N Decatur location. Way better service Angie was absolutely amazing and caring. Please save the time and go to the N Decatur location and see Angie.

Great location but poor customer service :/ the guy that helped took 20 mins just to print out receipt I explained I didn’t need it but he wouldn’t let us leave without it even though I cash paid and signed. very odd…

We PAID Ashley to deliver and assemble our new furniture. From day one, one of the chairs was off. After 2 weeks, it was terrible. My husband unscrewed the caster and it was completely and totally bent, so either it was faulty to begin with and they chose to ignore it and assemble it anyway, or they assembled it incorrectly causing the part the fail. Either way it was their fault. When we contacted them about it (which is an entirely different post dealing with their absolute abysmal customer service- I will refrain from sharing here) they said they would swap it out. After 20 automated texts and emails from their stupid chat bot, the delivery came with the replacement chair, except it was the WRONG chair. They reschedule the delivery through the stupid chat bot again with 20 more texts and emails confirming the correct item to be delivered. Second delivery attempt comes and it is the wrong chair again!!! This back-and-forth and rescheduling deliveries has gone on for two weeks. I am DONE at this point. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice…. I asked Ashley to just take the damaged chair with them and I just want a refund. I am sick of working with them. How many chances do they need? Scheduling a THIRD delivery would be their 4th strike. First strike was the initial broken chair, then two failed delivery attempts and then trying a third delivery - absolutely not. Unacceptable. I call (again customer service is terrible, but they don’t allow you to speak to anyone locally) and ask for a refund and to just take the broken chair with them. They refused. They said all sales are final and they just need to schedule another delivery. Are you kidding me? Terrible company!!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this store today. I appreciated the fact that my friend and I were able to browse freely but when we needed help it was easy to find. We were fortunate enough to be assisted by Mr. Michael Glover. He was kind and helpful and was able to get me the exact item I was seeking. He even helped me carry my purchases to my car. Furniture shopping is a stressful experience if not handled well. Mr. Glover was perfect, a true asset to Ashley stores. I did not spend a lot of money relatively speaking but he made me feel I was a valued customer just the same. Next time I am in need of making a major furniture purchase I will go to this store again based solely on his wonderful service. THANK YOU!

Omg I hate this place and I hate their marketing philosophy to pressure customers and throw out ridiculous lies about their products just to make a sale. And their pathetic desperate sales people. Hate that most of all. Their furniture selection, by the way, is boring and run-of-the-mill. Go to RC Willey up the road if you want a respectable place that doesn't try to hard sell.

The buying process was very easy. Delivery was on time. Three stars because our TV came broken, and I literally could not get anyone to answer the phone for three days of trying. I finally got a hold of someone at the national warranty office for Ashley and they were very helpful. Skip the virtual “helper” and have an actual person answer your phone.

I purchased three items from this store and paid cash in full, expecting good quality and honest service. What a mistake! When I went to pick up my order, the TV stand with fireplace turned out to be completely wrong — the fireplace was missing, parts were broken, and the quality was terrible. I’ve been calling the store nonstop, and all they do is pass the blame and tell me to call customer service. First, they even gave me a wrong number that had nothing to do with Ashley! I’ve wasted so much time and energy dealing with this mess, and I still have no solution and no working fireplace. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and careless this store is. They took my money and left me with broken, incomplete furniture. Shameless! If you value your money, stay far away from Ashley at The Curve. The quality is trash, the service is worse, and they do not care about their customers .

Easy to be with. A very special salesman, Devin, was able to maneuver us around the 2 level store with style and comfort. His gentle energy kept us motivated for more than 5 hours selecting quality furniture and products for our new home. He worked tirelessly with us and was accessible with no push or rush. This is unbelievably bad customer service I have been trying for weeks to get an simple damage exchange and i can even get someone to ANSWER THE PHONE at the store, and the store is "too new" for the customer service department to help. And the one time i did get through they told me i had to talk to my sales guy directly and there was nothing that person could do. IT CANT BE THIS HARD TO PICK UP A TELEPHONE when there are probably 20 sales people doing nothing and playing on there cell phones waiting to screw over the next sucker Would NOT RECOMMEND!

The final price of any set is astounding compounded. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we came in and he knew exactly where to take us in the store to look at options. He was very kind, so helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We decided on the piece of furniture we wanted and made the purchase within 45 minutes of being there. He broke down the pricing for us so we knew exactly how much we were paying and what it included. He arranged for the furniture to be delivered to us and we couldn’t be more excited to finally have what we’ve been looking for for months! I highly recommend having Long help you find what you’re looking for if you find yourself at this Ashley store! He was excellent! Also, the store itself is huge and has so many options for everything. You’re bound to find whatever you’re looking for.

Bougt some furniture and a tv with my girlfriend at this new location and i have to say, i am very impressed with the new location! The service we got from taylor for our furniture blew me away! I visited this store while looking for new furniture for a cross country move. The sales rep told me they could deliver to my new address. I placed an order for over $6000 only to receive a call days later that they were mistaken and could NOT deliver. I called a local Ashley Furniture near my new house in Michigan and they could place the other. However, this store has yet to cancel my order thus I have no balance on my credit card. This is delaying my furniture order and delivery all because of their negligence and misinformation. I have used Ashley Furniture in the past and never had issues with products but this is terrible customer support. I am not speaking to corporate who is telling me it will take 4 days to process the completion and another 3-5 to get the amount no longer pending on my card. Thus delaying my furniture delivery by another week. This is horrible customer suppose.

I was not happy due to me purchasing. My bed back in the end of May 2025. They never told me that it will take up to 6 weeks for my bed to be delivered. Instead, they asked me. What day would I like my bed to be delivered? I chosen the Saturday that week I made myself available to be home all day for delivery until there was no delivery. I then called Ashley furniture store or she'll i say customer service. and asked what happened to the delivery. They then told me that it would take 6 weeks for my bed to be delivered. I was very upset disappointed due to me.Just moving into my new home my bed was not delivered until July 12 2025. I call Ashley furniture store. I Spoke to someone by the name of Jose. Requested to speak with a manager. He said he will leave a message for a manager to give me a call back out of the 6 weeks. I have been waiting to speak with a manager. Never got a call back. If they did not have the bed in stock they could have communicated that with me. That way, I could have chosen something else that they did have in stock but I believe. Due to the store just opening, they was just trying to make a sale. And yes, this is the new location across from iKEA. And yet still to hear from a manager, but keep asking me to leave a review, so here is your review.

I was looking for a specific picture that I had seen at one of the other Ashley stores. I was excited to find it at the new store. I also found an accent chair that will go great with my new loveseat from Ashley. The chair will be delivered next week. Elliot was great to work with and carried the picture to my car for me.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Three weeks ago ordered a new kitchen table and chairs, after numerous errors on their part in contact information and scheduling. I finally just canceled the order altogether. They are a complete failure on every level and would never set foot in an Ashley furniture store again

Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and after a month, we still do not have the original items we came in for. We were given a quote lower than the actual total amount, Items were left off of the order and canceled, delayed deliveries with only one item being delivered on time. After going back for the missing items and purchasing separately that item is being delivered late after not receiving any notice or email confirmation. It’s been a lot of hassle just to make a purchase.

When I visited Vegas, I stopped by because I heard it was the largest Ashley store. It was fancier and more beautiful than any other store I’ve seen so far. They even had Osaki massage chairs on display! The sales reps who helped me were knowledgeable and friendly!

We want to thank Eva for wasting our time at Ashley’s. We were there to buy an office table and matching bookcase. Eva told us it is all in stock and when we were about to get done with all the paperwork and ordering process. The gentleman who did all the computer work told us that it was not in stock at all and it is up to the warehouse to tell us the date of delivery. The furniture sold itself, but I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of the employees (not all, just two). The man in the bed department was rude and walked away while still talking to us, and the sales associate who helped me cussed and rushed off to help someone else. I am happy about the furniture, but confused at how the employees are trained.

No one knew Concura terms. I picked a dining set out, the salesperson said the manager got the terms to stick in the system (12 months) , he took the taxes off of a credit card, then all of a sudden it my credit card would not go through. I wasted an hour of my time on absolutely nothing. Worst Experience.

This post is 3 months after I purchased my sectional. My salesman was Arturo Moreno. Even though he bragged about being with Ashley for over 20 years, he couldn't place my order correctly since my sectional needed specific pieces. I chose to bring the sectional home myself and and of course, since it was all covered with plastic so I couldn't see it until I got home and opened it and realized it was the wrong end pieces. I called Arturo and said he'll look into it and call me back, and of course, never did. I reached out 3 more times with the same response. Went back to the store and got told that since I took it home that it had to be resolved with their customer service over the phone, and a case was open. Over a month later of was a back and forth with no resolution. Went back to the store and spoke with the warehouse manager she ordered the correct items and finally got my couches. Arturo also told me that if i get the extended protection I could get my whole couch cleaned as often as i wanted since i got white couches but after trying to do a claim to get them cleaned I got told all they do is spot cleaning not even the full cushion so sitting down with any type of clothes that might bleed is out the question. Morale of the story stay away from Arturo he'll make buying furniture into an experience you'll regret

Really bad experience. I do not recommend. Sales person lied about the Ashley credits we supposed to receive and some of the orders have been rescheduled 3 times for delivery and still waiting on parts of the order after a month and a half.

So glad we decided to check out the grand opening! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Taylor L., who was super friendly and ready to help. Thanks to her, we found exactly what we were looking for and made a purchase that same day. Our delivery was scheduled for today and everything went smoothly. I appreciated the text updates with the driver’s location. Super convenient! Luis and his team were fantastic. They were respectful about our no-shoes policy (which we really appreciated!) and handled our new furniture with care, getting it upstairs quickly and efficiently. Great experience from start to finish!

We recently purchased a mattress from Ashley after months of shopping around for the right one. I have pre-existing back problems, and the last mattress I purchased (a Purple mattress…. Never again!) only made it worse. So I was nervous to find something new. We worked with Jackie, and she was incredibly helpful! She really took the time to listen to my needs. It was a little emotional for me when we finally settled on the one that was the right fit. I haven’t slept this well in years! I am so great full that Jackie was able to place us with this bed. Sleep and rest is such an important part of your overall health, and I can say this experience has been incredibly rewarding and worth every single dime we spent. Thank you so much Jackie!!! We look forward to returning for additional guidance when we start the remodel in our home.

amazing service, Maria helped my boyfriend and I when we came in. We had already come in a few weeks before and looked around a bit and saw a few things we really liked. When we came back as soon as we walk in Maria greeted us and let us know about the promotions going on, we let her know we kind of already knew what we were looking for and she let us know if we needed any help she could help us. We walked out with exactly what we wanted and a little more!

We had a great experience shopping for a coffee table and end tables for my manage. Ivan showed us several options and we selected the ones we felt would fit our room.

EDIT: I found out from a competitor with the same warehouse the sales people knew they would not have any of this furniture in till August. They are intentionally misleading people. Took a couple hours to place a $20k furniture order. We were assured almost the entire order would be delivered a week later for a party and people coming to visit. We checked in with them nearly every day waiting for confirmation on the delivery of the order, and had old furniture cleared out to make room for the delivery. We were then told it would all be delivered a MONTH later. They kept wasting our time with trying to keep the order, but never being able to commit to getting it delivered when promised. It took 7 phone calls to get this order cancelled. Still have not received the refund. Spoke with other furniture stores and they said this has been a non-stop problem since they closed the other locations and opened this one. They said frequently they are giving one delivery date upon purchase, then pushing back weeks at a time past that, sometimes more than once. What is the point of having a brick and mortar store that takes over a money for delivery when you can go online and purchase it at half the cost and have it delivered in a couple days? Do not shop here. No, I'm not responding. If you actually cared you would call the client and issue the refund. Your answer is performative.

I placed my order in the store 10 days ago and I was told will be delivered in 2-3 days. The system was down and I was told I will get a call with the tracking number the next day, I never received a call. The order didnt arrive and everytime I call the store I am provided with no assistance. I was promised 3 times to receive a call from the representative and never received one. The store never picks up, the central customer service is unable to help. Extremely frustrated.

Purchased with intent of taking home the same day but their warehouse people leave early so I had to come back the next day. They price matched which is great , sales people are very friendly and the manager seems like a decent guy if not for the hiccup and the fact some accessories on the floor aren't readily available to take home I'd had given them 4 stars. There is time for improvement.

Unfriendly staff, decided to help us just right before we were about to leave. Max needs to fix his attitude..I get it. Not everyday is the best day but to give us that attitude was just plain unnecessary. Please consider therapy<3 I’m rooting for you. As for the furniture, there were many options!

Stopped in to "start" searching for a bed mattress and found it, and adjustable frame and bed frame and dresser and nightstands. Cody took care of us and did a great job. Looking forward to the delivery and setup soon. CORRECTION- 7 weeks after the purchase above we are still waiting to have a drawer fixed on our bed. Supposedly tomorrow. The initial delivery date was 3 weeks late and when the partial order arrived it was a mess. Wrong bed so the mattresses and adjustable bases didn't fit, bunky boards we didn't order, and 2 different sizes were delivered? 2 different Nectar mattresses? A damaged and returned hutch. We spent a night our friend's house as we had given our bed away earlier that day. What a mess. I could go on but already spent too much time w/ this place.

This Ashley store has been open for two weeks. It's located next to Ikea. It has 2 levels. I was looking for a dining set, but I didn't see anything I liked. But they have nice-looking furniture.

Overall experience was really ZERO. The sales agent was accommodating, I’ll give him that, however, purchasing from the store took me 2 hours to finalize. I knew what I wanted, ordered in minutes, but unfortunately they still have to go through a customer agent over the phone. I ordered a king bedroom set with bed, mattress, box springs, bedside tables, and dresser. I even paid extra for the white glove delivery. When 2 guys came to assemble the order, they sent half of the box spring and they could not finish assembling my bed because the screws it came with was not correct. When I called customer service, they routed me to call to the store to get it corrected. So I called the store and guess what, it routed back to customer service. So many run arounds, very disappointing and frustrating. World class??? I don’t think so. Someone needs to call me back as I have no direct number to call and follow up the order that I have fully paid for. This should not be difficult.

The experience with the sales associate was great. Picking up one side table out back sitting for over an hour is ridiculous!!! This process needs to be streamlined!! I’m am so upset about it. I was about to walk back inside the store.

Checked out beds and Michael helped explain everything in a detailed manner. He was a great sales associate and a pleasure to talk to!

Did not get our entire order. Was told that one of the items needed to be re-elected, but wasn't notified until the day od delivery. Customer service was hard to hey a hold of and horrible anyway. Never again with this place.

Ashley’s has a beautiful store, but the experience has been a mess. On opening day, I went in to buy new pillows. It took over 30 minutes just to check out, with a pile of paperwork to initial—only to find out at the end that the pillows weren’t even in stock. Fine, I figured I already paid, so I’d just come back in two weeks. Eventually, I get an automated call saying my order is ready. I go in, and after some searching, they tell me it’s not there. A few days later, I get a call saying the pillow is ready—so I go back, again, and again I’m told there’s nothing there. Honestly, I just came from the DMV, and that was way more organized than this place.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone at the store. You get diverted to a call center in the Philippines. Went to the store and one woman and some type of sales leader wanna be assistant manager tried for over an hour to fix the issue. Now I’m on on my 5th date to deliver my furniture because they keep rescheduling it with no rhyme or reason. Avoid the hassle and horrible service of this place, do your self a favor and shop somewhere else…

Went to the Ashley at the Curve, Las Vegas. We had Devin J. help us. Nice and curtis and very helpful. We got a new bedroom set and power lift recliner. I am very happy with my purchases.

I felt we were getting pressured. I explained what we wanted and our budget. All i kept hearing was we could finance. In the end the bill still has to get paid. We also had a $50 coupon that we were told was not good for mattresses. When we purchased furniture in January 2025 we received a veteran's discount. Also told not good on mattresses. Either Ashley has it or doesn't. Type of purchase shouldn't matter. We've been customers since 2002. Sorry to say it may be our last purchase.

No stars deserved! We were overcharged and caught it after we had paid in full via cash. Management had looked over the order before the sales rep, Ivan submitted it and everything supposedly looked good. They had to add the 30% discount to every item individually instead of once at the end. Of course this leaves room for error, things were missed. No one answers the phone so I had to drive across town to waste more time at the store. I was told I would get a check in the mail within 15 days. A month later... here we are. No check, no update. Ive had disconnected calls and promised call backs (HA). I can recite the message to you that plays when no one answers the phone since I heard it so many times. Nothing has been processed. No one and I mean no one can assist with an ETA. I asked to speak to management and they are conveniently "unavailable" always. Isn't this part of their job?? I tried calling the store and call center as well as the sales rep. I have no more patience. I asked where I can submit a complaint and I was told I can tell them and they will update my account. That got us far... not! They are shady, take your money, and have zero customer service. I don't expect this service from a company this size. I'm questioning if I want to even be a customer because Im not valued or treated like one. If I have to go to the store to discuss this matter once again and be face to face with someone I wont be happy! This store is short staffed bu they have the tools they need, they just refuse to help. The reply to my last review of give us a call to discuss means nothing when your staff doesnt do their job from sales reps, to customer service, to managers!! Im beyond frustrated.

Long greeted us right as we arrived, and without being pushy, guided us towards the furniture styles I was looking for. He worked to get us the best possible price on the very nice furniture we picked out. Additionally, he went above and beyond by arranging a better delivery date for us after some confusion over the previous. Very pleased and looking forward to receiving the furniture.

The new Ashley is amazing. So much to see and they now offer electronics too. Went in just to browse and not looking to buy anything, walked out with some new furniture. Staff is very helpful and they are currently offering great financing deals if that’s your jam.

Marcos was very patient and polite. He knew the Information for each item we were looking for. He is a great sales person that he convince me that my husband deserved a 100 inch TV lol! Great job Marcos and keep up the good work!!!! Happy Birthday!!!

My initial visit and order was with Arturo, who was very friendly and helpful. When my furniture was delivered, it was wrong. They brought the wrong chairs, so I refused them and as soon as they left, I headed to Ashley….to make sure the chairs I wanted were in stock and secure them. I met Lee and he took me back to customer service, where the helpful lady fixed my order and scheduled the new chairs to be delivered in a few days. So far, my experience has been decent!

I went to go check out the new location, I was helped by Jackie and she was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with me as I am very indecisive, but she helped me pick a wonderful new mattress that I absolutely love. Her great attitude and patience definitely made the whole process smooth and easy. Love the new mattress cant wait to get it delivered.

The arrival of the delivery guys was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, they could not help that two pieces of the sectional were both damaged. However, the gentleman were happy to take them out and configure my couch to be functional for the time being. Ashley‘s was prompt in setting up a replacement date to bring the rest of my order.
