The buying process was very easy. Delivery was on time. Three stars because our TV came broken, and I literally could not get anyone to answer the phone for three days of trying. I finally got a hold of someone at the national warranty office for Ashley and they were very helpful. Skip the virtual “helper” and have an actual person answer your phone.
What an amazing store with a lot of options. Sales Associate Tyler helped us find the perfect couch and was very patient with us as we decided.

This place looks sooo big from the outside, but the showroom is smaller than expected. Lots of repeats. Surprised and disappointed. Prices are comparable just wish there was more variety to look at. I didn't want to sit with consultant and browse on line- I can do that at home.

This is unbelievably bad customer service I have been trying for weeks to get an simple damage exchange and i can even get someone to ANSWER THE PHONE at the store, and the store is "too new" for the customer service department to help. And the one time i did get through they told me i had to talk to my sales guy directly and there was nothing that person could do. IT CANT BE THIS HARD TO PICK UP A TELEPHONE when there are probably 20 sales people doing nothing and playing on there cell phones waiting to screw over the next sucker Would NOT RECOMMEND!

The final price of any set is astounding compounded. There's NO discount. - zero% financing is a trap, nothing new - The promise that it's a store and a main site is not true: You still have to wait nearly a month for items you purchase to be CHIPPED FROM SOMWHERE ELSE. I e. You pay for fish in the Sea! Too many failed promises. If you have time; go somewhere else! One time shopper!
The two guys who brought my furniture in were absolutely amazing! So kind and brought it into my apartment after lugging it up the stairs in this heat, very thankful for them!
Very nice super store, was greated at entering, one sales lady walking by us several times then proceeded to ask another customer if they would need help but not ask me. We were met by very friendly staff. We had been to 4 other furniture stores and did not find what we wanted. Ashley Furniture had what we wanted and we shown several examples. Marissa was very helpful and found what we wanted. Taylor was also very helpful and is a fine young man. We will return in the future.

My husband and I were greeted promptly after walking in by salesman, Long Vo. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we came in and he knew exactly where to take us in the store to look at options. He was very kind, so helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. We decided on the piece of furniture we wanted and made the purchase within 45 minutes of being there. He broke down the pricing for us so we knew exactly how much we were paying and what it included. He arranged for the furniture to be delivered to us and we couldn’t be more excited to finally have what we’ve been looking for for months! I highly recommend having Long help you find what you’re looking for if you find yourself at this Ashley store! He was excellent! Also, the store itself is huge and has so many options for everything. You’re bound to find whatever you’re looking for.

Bougt some furniture and a tv with my girlfriend at this new location and i have to say, i am very impressed with the new location! The service we got from taylor for our furniture blew me away! She was bubbly and amazing and patient with all the questions we had! Alex the samsung guy also did an amazing job explaining the differences in the tvs so i was sure i got exactly what i needed! I will definitely be back since they have a 0% interest and will only be asking for them from now on!

I visited this store while looking for new furniture for a cross country move. The sales rep told me they could deliver to my new address. I placed an order for over $6000 only to receive a call days later that they were mistaken and could NOT deliver. I called a local Ashley Furniture near my new house in Michigan and they could place the other. However, this store has yet to cancel my order thus I have no balance on my credit card. This is delaying my furniture order and delivery all because of their negligence and misinformation. I have used Ashley Furniture in the past and never had issues with products but this is terrible customer support. I am not speaking to corporate who is telling me it will take 4 days to process the completion and another 3-5 to get the amount no longer pending on my card. Thus delaying my furniture delivery by another week. This is horrible customer suppose.
I was not happy due to me purchasing. My bed back in the end of May 2025. They never told me that it will take up to 6 weeks for my bed to be delivered. Instead, they asked me. What day would I like my bed to be delivered? I chosen the Saturday that week I made myself available to be home all day for delivery until there was no delivery. I then called Ashley furniture store or she'll i say customer service. and asked what happened to the delivery. They then told me that it would take 6 weeks for my bed to be delivered. I was very upset disappointed due to me.Just moving into my new home my bed was not delivered until July 12 2025. I call Ashley furniture store. I Spoke to someone by the name of Jose. Requested to speak with a manager. He said he will leave a message for a manager to give me a call back out of the 6 weeks. I have been waiting to speak with a manager. Never got a call back. If they did not have the bed in stock they could have communicated that with me. That way, I could have chosen something else that they did have in stock but I believe. Due to the store just opening, they was just trying to make a sale. And yes, this is the new location across from iKEA. And yet still to hear from a manager, but keep asking me to leave a review, so here is your review.
I was looking for a specific picture that I had seen at one of the other Ashley stores. I was excited to find it at the new store. I also found an accent chair that will go great with my new loveseat from Ashley. The chair will be delivered next week. Elliot was great to work with and carried the picture to my car for me.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. Three weeks ago ordered a new kitchen table and chairs, after numerous errors on their part in contact information and scheduling. I finally just canceled the order altogether. They are a complete failure on every level and would never set foot in an Ashley furniture store again

Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and after a month, we still do not have the original items we came in for. We were given a quote lower than the actual total amount, Items were left off of the order and canceled, delayed deliveries with only one item being delivered on time. After going back for the missing items and purchasing separately that item is being delivered late after not receiving any notice or email confirmation. It’s been a lot of hassle just to make a purchase.
When I visited Vegas, I stopped by because I heard it was the largest Ashley store. It was fancier and more beautiful than any other store I’ve seen so far. They even had Osaki massage chairs on display! The sales reps who helped me were knowledgeable and friendly!

We came in for a specific dining room set and Tyler F was really helpful throughout the whole experience. Helping us mix and match chairs and eventually facilitating the whole sale with ease. Outstanding sales and marketing professional. Made great suggestions, but not forcing to upsell.

We want to thank Eva for wasting our time at Ashley’s. We were there to buy an office table and matching bookcase. Eva told us it is all in stock and when we were about to get done with all the paperwork and ordering process. The gentleman who did all the computer work told us that it was not in stock at all and it is up to the warehouse to tell us the date of delivery. Will not be coming back here and will tell everyone how bad this place is. Thanks for wasting our time, Eva.

The furniture sold itself, but I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of the employees (not all, just two). The man in the bed department was rude and walked away while still talking to us, and the sales associate who helped me cussed and rushed off to help someone else. I am happy about the furniture, but confused at how the employees are trained.
Your processing when buying items at checkout is way too slow.

No one knew Concura terms. I picked a dining set out, the salesperson said the manager got the terms to stick in the system (12 months) , he took the taxes off of a credit card, then all of a sudden it my credit card would not go through. I wasted an hour of my time on absolutely nothing. Worst Experience.

Ashley Furniture Delivery- great delivery. Notifications on when the furniture would be delivered. Notified they were on their way to my house. Quick & efficient set up. Even went thru the side yard in thru the sliders as we had just painted. Super satisfied.

This post is 3 months after I purchased my sectional. My salesman was Arturo Moreno. Even though he bragged about being with Ashley for over 20 years, he couldn't place my order correctly since my sectional needed specific pieces. I chose to bring the sectional home myself and and of course, since it was all covered with plastic so I couldn't see it until I got home and opened it and realized it was the wrong end pieces. I called Arturo and said he'll look into it and call me back, and of course, never did. I reached out 3 more times with the same response. Went back to the store and got told that since I took it home that it had to be resolved with their customer service over the phone, and a case was open. Over a month later of was a back and forth with no resolution. Went back to the store and spoke with the warehouse manager she ordered the correct items and finally got my couches. Arturo also told me that if i get the extended protection I could get my whole couch cleaned as often as i wanted since i got white couches but after trying to do a claim to get them cleaned I got told all they do is spot cleaning not even the full cushion so sitting down with any type of clothes that might bleed is out the question. Morale of the story stay away from Arturo he'll make buying furniture into an experience you'll regret
Really bad experience. I do not recommend. Sales person lied about the Ashley credits we supposed to receive and some of the orders have been rescheduled 3 times for delivery and still waiting on parts of the order after a month and a half.

So glad we decided to check out the grand opening! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Taylor L., who was super friendly and ready to help. Thanks to her, we found exactly what we were looking for and made a purchase that same day. Our delivery was scheduled for today and everything went smoothly. I appreciated the text updates with the driver’s location. Super convenient! Luis and his team were fantastic. They were respectful about our no-shoes policy (which we really appreciated!) and handled our new furniture with care, getting it upstairs quickly and efficiently. Great experience from start to finish!
We recently purchased a mattress from Ashley after months of shopping around for the right one. I have pre-existing back problems, and the last mattress I purchased (a Purple mattress…. Never again!) only made it worse. So I was nervous to find something new. We worked with Jackie, and she was incredibly helpful! She really took the time to listen to my needs. It was a little emotional for me when we finally settled on the one that was the right fit. I haven’t slept this well in years! I am so great full that Jackie was able to place us with this bed. Sleep and rest is such an important part of your overall health, and I can say this experience has been incredibly rewarding and worth every single dime we spent. Thank you so much Jackie!!! We look forward to returning for additional guidance when we start the remodel in our home.

I'm not sure what to think here. Store is beautiful, but even with 50 salesman on the floor no one had the time to help us out. Maybe they were too busy talking and laughing with each other.

Good location and good selection of furniture. Dinging you for 2 star because your sales employee told me "Only $22 per month!" and I had to annoyingly say "No, how much?" Concerned your sales employee is taking advantage of people who don't understand financing. "We can only afford $2,000" "Oh yes! But don't you want to LOVE your house when you walk in? Look at this set instead. You could buy this for $5000, its only $150 per month!!" Gave me car dealership vibes. Sketch!

KC did an amazing job getting me what I needed in that mattress department and helped me work a wonderful deal that saved me money, but gave me a customer experience that was 2nd to none! Cory sewed everything up for us patiently with financing a great deal, and the sales leader Michael Glover took time out of his schedule and duties to oversee the process and make sure all i’s were dotted and all t’s were crossed. There was a particular attention provided that was more than just attention for my business; it was working with amazing people who cared about my experience. 5 stars!!!

EDIT: I found out from a competitor with the same warehouse the sales people knew they would not have any of this furniture in till August. They are intentionally misleading people. Took a couple hours to place a $20k furniture order. We were assured almost the entire order would be delivered a week later for a party and people coming to visit. We checked in with them nearly every day waiting for confirmation on the delivery of the order, and had old furniture cleared out to make room for the delivery. We were then told it would all be delivered a MONTH later. They kept wasting our time with trying to keep the order, but never being able to commit to getting it delivered when promised. It took 7 phone calls to get this order cancelled. Still have not received the refund. Spoke with other furniture stores and they said this has been a non-stop problem since they closed the other locations and opened this one. They said frequently they are giving one delivery date upon purchase, then pushing back weeks at a time past that, sometimes more than once. What is the point of having a brick and mortar store that takes over a money for delivery when you can go online and purchase it at half the cost and have it delivered in a couple days? Do not shop here. No, I'm not responding. If you actually cared you would call the client and issue the refund. Your answer is performative.

I placed my order in the store 10 days ago and I was told will be delivered in 2-3 days. The system was down and I was told I will get a call with the tracking number the next day, I never received a call. The order didnt arrive and everytime I call the store I am provided with no assistance. I was promised 3 times to receive a call from the representative and never received one. The store never picks up, the central customer service is unable to help. Extremely frustrated.

They price matched which is great , sales people are very friendly and the manager seems like a decent guy if not for the hiccup and the fact some accessories on the floor aren't readily available to take home I'd had given them 4 stars. There is time for improvement.
Unfriendly staff, decided to help us just right before we were about to leave. Max needs to fix his attitude..I get it. Not everyday is the best day but to give us that attitude was just plain unnecessary. Please consider therapy<3 I’m rooting for you. As for the furniture, there were many options!

First time in the store to check it out. Greeted very professionally and allowed to roam the store without any of the harassment you may get elsewhere. A salesperson named Cody did approach us and offers his services. When we said just looking he said sure and would check back with us in about 10 minutes or so. We roamed and found a few items we wanted and needed some questions answered. Cody was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This Ashley store has been open for two weeks. It's located next to Ikea. It has 2 levels. I was looking for a dining set, but I didn't see anything I liked. But they have nice-looking furniture.

Overall experience was really ZERO. The sales agent was accommodating, I’ll give him that, however, purchasing from the store took me 2 hours to finalize. I knew what I wanted, ordered in minutes, but unfortunately they still have to go through a customer agent over the phone. I ordered a king bedroom set with bed, mattress, box springs, bedside tables, and dresser. I even paid extra for the white glove delivery. When 2 guys came to assemble the order, they sent half of the box spring and they could not finish assembling my bed because the screws it came with was not correct. When I called customer service, they routed me to call to the store to get it corrected. So I called the store and guess what, it routed back to customer service. So many run arounds, very disappointing and frustrating. World class??? I don’t think so. Someone needs to call me back as I have no direct number to call and follow up the order that I have fully paid for. This should not be difficult.
The experience with the sales associate was great. Picking up one side table out back sitting for over an hour is ridiculous!!! This process needs to be streamlined!! I’m am so upset about it. I was about to walk back inside the store.

Ashley’s has a beautiful store, but the experience has been a mess. On opening day, I went in to buy new pillows. It took over 30 minutes just to check out, with a pile of paperwork to initial—only to find out at the end that the pillows weren’t even in stock. Fine, I figured I already paid, so I’d just come back in two weeks. Eventually, I get an automated call saying my order is ready. I go in, and after some searching, they tell me it’s not there. A few days later, I get a call saying the pillow is ready—so I go back, again, and again I’m told there’s nothing there. Honestly, I just came from the DMV, and that was way more organized than this place.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone at the store. You get diverted to a call center in the Philippines. Went to the store and one woman and some type of sales leader wanna be assistant manager tried for over an hour to fix the issue. Now I’m on on my 5th date to deliver my furniture because they keep rescheduling it with no rhyme or reason. Avoid the hassle and horrible service of this place, do your self a favor and shop somewhere else…
Went to the Ashley at the Curve, Las Vegas. We had Devin J. help us. Nice and curtis and very helpful. We got a new bedroom set and power lift recliner. I am very happy with my purchases.
I felt we were getting pressured. I explained what we wanted and our budget. All i kept hearing was we could finance. In the end the bill still has to get paid. We also had a $50 coupon that we were told was not good for mattresses. When we purchased furniture in January 2025 we received a veteran's discount. Also told not good on mattresses. Either Ashley has it or doesn't. Type of purchase shouldn't matter. We've been customers since 2002. Sorry to say it may be our last purchase.

No stars deserved! We were overcharged and caught it after we had paid in full via cash. Management had looked over the order before the sales rep, Ivan submitted it and everything supposedly looked good. They had to add the 30% discount to every item individually instead of once at the end. Of course this leaves room for error, things were missed. No one answers the phone so I had to drive across town to waste more time at the store. I was told I would get a check in the mail within 15 days. A month later... here we are. No check, no update. Ive had disconnected calls and promised call backs (HA). I can recite the message to you that plays when no one answers the phone since I heard it so many times. Nothing has been processed. No one and I mean no one can assist with an ETA. I asked to speak to management and they are conveniently "unavailable" always. Isn't this part of their job?? I tried calling the store and call center as well as the sales rep. I have no more patience. I asked where I can submit a complaint and I was told I can tell them and they will update my account. That got us far... not! They are shady, take your money, and have zero customer service. I don't expect this service from a company this size. I'm questioning if I want to even be a customer because Im not valued or treated like one. If I have to go to the store to discuss this matter once again and be face to face with someone I wont be happy! This store is short staffed bu they have the tools they need, they just refuse to help. The reply to my last review of give us a call to discuss means nothing when your staff doesnt do their job from sales reps, to customer service, to managers!! Im beyond frustrated.

My initial visit and order was with Arturo, who was very friendly and helpful. When my furniture was delivered, it was wrong. They brought the wrong chairs, so I refused them and as soon as they left, I headed to Ashley….to make sure the chairs I wanted were in stock and secure them. I met Lee and he took me back to customer service, where the helpful lady fixed my order and scheduled the new chairs to be delivered in a few days. So far, my experience has been decent!
I went to go check out the new location, I was helped by Jackie and she was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with me as I am very indecisive, but she helped me pick a wonderful new mattress that I absolutely love. Her great attitude and patience definitely made the whole process smooth and easy. Love the new mattress cant wait to get it delivered.
The arrival of the delivery guys was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, they could not help that two pieces of the sectional were both damaged. However, the gentleman were happy to take them out and configure my couch to be functional for the time being. Ashley‘s was prompt in setting up a replacement date to bring the rest of my order.

I purchased a sofa in full on May 27, 2025, at Ashley after declining their 12-month financing because it required extra income documentation. I never completed or approved any credit application. Two weeks later, I found out a credit card under my name was opened on June 9 — without my knowledge or consent — through their financing partner. Ashley and the bank have been passing the blame, and no one can explain how my personal info was used to open a credit account I never authorized. This is a serious violation of privacy and consumer trust. I’m now dealing with identity theft reports and disputing this account on my credit report. Absolutely unacceptable and outrageous.

Tried to use their AI assistant to pick up my order. Received a text message confirming my pick up. Confirmed the time and the AI assistant said they will have my order ready when I got there. I went to customer pickup after receiving a text from the AI assistant saying my order is ready to find out it was not scheduled, prepared, or ready at all. Waited over 30 minutes at their loading dock in the sun for someone to not really help me load my order. I would give 0 stars if I could.
We enjoyed discussing the choices of love seats and couches with Kristal Dunton. She helped us decide which couch would benefit us with our jagdterrier who loves to stretch out on the couch. The two men who delivered our couch kept a cheery disposition even when they saw that it needed to get upstairs. It was 106 and even though they were obviously tired, they were very efficient and checked it all to make sure worked before they left. Overall, Ashley was represented by its excellent employees and quality of furniture.

They require that all purchases be shipped (even for the artwork that they had in excess), they only use FedEx (no tracking number provided, no call on delivery), and they make returns and exchanges the most horrible of processes to go through. If you want it delivered you have to pay a fee even if your orders $5000+ and wait over a week. Then if you want to do customer pick up, you show up to get your stuff, get ignored for 30 minutes, then they take another 30 minutes to actually get your stuff. The guys on the forklift are nice, but it’s seems like the management doesn’t give a crap about the customer experience after purchase. Definitely won’t be back to another Ashley after this pick up experience

Terrible experience, garbage and stinks and their customer service is unbelievably horrendous
If I could give zero, I would give negative 1, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, I bought a couch and told the team I needed it delivered by 2 because I work and they said, we do not deliver at specific times but have time frames but you can be on the early route and get it delivered in the morning. I have rescheduled 3 times since then because their team can’t figure out how to do their jobs. I am beyond frustrated, I called the store 10 times the other day and it was not answered once, directed to their overseas customer services that have no idea what’s going on and can’t properly help me because they don’t understand my situation. And I then tried to cancel the delivery because they can’t get their act together and guess what no refunds on deliveries because customers understand that the deliveries aren’t at certain times even though I was told that I could get my product before the time I told them, which was 2! I will never be ordering or purchasing anything from Ashley ever again! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, terrible customer service, terrible help, and worst of all I’m stuck stressed and late every time I have a delivery because they say estimated delivery time is 2, 2 rolls around and it changes to 3 so not only do I have yo spend the hasty drive to work canceling the delivery again!!!!!!! I now am late for work too, this is terrible, stressful and ridiculous If you value your sanity and your stress free life, Do NOT buy from these people
Horrible experience! We came in and made a purchase and paid cash for a large order within two days. We already knew what we wanted with the employees there are stuck on sales and how to put a dollar in their own pocket instead of what’s best for the customer. While placing the order we went from receiving our items within a few days to receiving them in over a month.Once the order is placed, you lose all Customer Service. They only have two people working in the office and no one answers the phone each time you go to the store you have to spend hours there which is an inconvenience, especially since it’s across town. The day after we place the order we found we were overcharged several hundred dollars. When I went back, I was told we had to wait two weeks to receive a check in the mail. Still nothing has come. I spoke to someone yesterday and they just processed the refund then. No one has any concern or urgency. Beware if you’re going to be a customer at the store. Now among writing this review, I’m seeing they already have less than three stars and they barely opened. they haven’t even had their grand opening event yet. Hopefully they can get it together and do what’s right for the customers and future buyers. At this point, I do not want to return.

To Whom It May Concern, During a recent visit to your new store in Las Vegas on the curve, a salesperson in the bedding mattress section asked for my phone number under the pretense of looking up a prior purchase i had made a year earlier. I provided it solely for that purpose. She then asked if I’d like her to open a shopping cart for a mattress I was considering, and I clearly declined. Despite this, she created a shopping cart anyway — without my consent and against my approval — seemingly to lock in a commission if i was to approach another sales person or purchase something else. Within an hour, I began receiving targeted Ashley ads on Facebook and Instagram related to the exact mattress and brand I viewed in-store. I texted her number provided on her store business card. She denied doing it and then said she would remove my info the following day. This is a clear violation of my privacy and misuse of personal information, potentially in breach of consumer privacy laws. I called to file a formal complaint and was told no managers were available to talk to me. Days later, I still have not received a call back. Ashley needs to train managers and sales associates on how data is used in customer profiling, targeted and shared with Ashleys social media advertising retargeting lists as well as privacy laws.
My husband and I purchased the oversized ottoman to go with our chaise chair, and may I say the customer service we received from Jackie was nothing but amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing but top tier. If you ever come to this Ashley's, please ask for Miss Jackie , you won't be disappointed. I can't belive how horrible of an experice iv been having with this entire company... the instore items are more expensive than the ones online... they make it impossible to refund items... there sales men are some of the worst trained people I have ever seen. Ben told me that they didn't run credit for financing ... that's a straight up lie... thankfully I didn't listen to him as I was still in escrow... the manager was speaking badly about other customers in front of me... the customer service on the phone is brain dead... and lie giving false information... it truly feels like no one knows anything through the whole company... its such a mess... Most items are absolutely horrible quality made in China garbage. The few items that are actually more decent - store won't honor the online prices. There is absolutely no point going here whatsoever, complete waste of time.
Nice furniture, pushy sales tactics. Went to buy a couch that reclines. The salesman added a $300 something protection plan on to my final total without asking me. I barely found it and asked him to remove the protection plan, as I don't want it. He then decided to explain why I need this protection plan. After telling him I don't want it again a manager appeared at our table. He took 20 minutes to explain what this protection plan is and why I need it. I declined the protection plan again. Middle manager disappears and the final boss, upper management appears. Suite coat, slick back hair, he's ready. Now I have 3 dudes surrounding me at this table telling me why I need to buy the protection plan for their faulty couch. Beside making a strong point not to buy their faulty furniture, the pressure to buy this protection plan was ridiculous. Be ready to say no, many times while surrounded by people telling you to say yes.
* Update 6/18 - It’s been 2 weeks since our purchase and Ashley’s still hasn’t ordered the missing screws. Their lack of customer service results in an endless waiting of 48 hours, 72 hours and 7-10 business days. They don’t do returns so they won’t exchange my sofa and all they will tell me is to wait. Unbelievable. 1) [No] Help on Sales Floor- It took about 30 minutes before we could find a salesperson to help us. We had a couple of questions, but were essentially ready to purchase. Everyone upstairs was already with a client and the man downstairs directed us up when we said what we were looking for. Not that big of a deal if that was the end of this experience. 2) False Advertising- There was an issue creating the order and another salesperson had to assist. Again, not a big deal. They asked how many months we wanted to finance and I asked about the signs around the store (on every product) that said 0% for 60 months. They said that was only for purchases over $4999, however none of the signs on the product state those terms. I didn’t see a single side that said that, but financing wasn’t an issue. I was showing someone the sofa I purchased and it’s priced online at $799 but in store at $1099. WHAT?? I didn’t see this until after I left, but I’ve never dealt with such a blatantly dishonest company. 3) Delivery- They had a delivery date about 3 days away, which is what I needed. However, when I asked for the time they couldn’t give me a window. I couldn’t take the delivery past a certain time, so I asked for another date which was over a week out. I said nevermind because we needed it sooner. We ended up using a third party they recommended to get our sofa delivered. 4) Return Policy- There is none! I asked what happens if there’s an issue with the order, the delivery, the sofa doesn’t fit, etc and the salesperson told me we could refuse the delivery or report damage within 72 hours otherwise the sofa is final sale. Honestly, I should’ve walked away here. 5) Customer Service- The third party called me to let me know he was waiting for my order. He said they couldn’t find the order, so after 2 and a half hours of him waiting, they brought it out. As soon as they opened the package in our house, we noticed the screws to attach the legs are missing. There are 2 numbers on the email for my order, one of which is for warranty claims. I don’t have a warranty claim as I just purchased the sofa and it came with missing parts. The phone agent told me I will have to file a claim via text message (can’t do it over the phone??) and they would send me screws in 7-10 business days. She said there’s nothing she could do since Ashley’s didn’t deliver it although the issue would still stand if I picked this up myself. Literally missing 8 screws on a $1300 purchase and after 3 attempts at reaching someone for customer service, I will be contacted within 2 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, my sofa sleeper won’t close because it’s not high enough from the ground. I asked to speak with a manager about the dishonesty and issues faced when purchasing from Ashley’s (which I will never do again and strongly advise others to save the headache), I was told my information would be forwarded so a supervisor could contact me.
My partner and I came in the day it opened to just browse I didn’t feel pressured and if I needed help an amazing assistant named Jordan was easy to talk to. We decided to get a new bed frame a few days later and was helped by Marissa, it was awesome will definitely come back for more one day!
I recently stopped at this brand new Ashley store and I purchased a set of couches, the store offered me 30% off the original price and a 60 months no interest, the sales person and the store manager handle and approved the transaction, we signed the contract and set a delivery date. Unfortunately they call me the next day and inform me they couldn't honor this offer and they wanted to charge me full price and only do a payment plan contract for 12 monts at a full price, this was not because credit issues instead they said they just couldn't offered me that deal. I found this entirely unprofessional. I also noticed when I was there that another couple was complaining about the furniture not being delivered when it was promised, and on the same day, one more customer left the store very upset. I wish I could say something positive about my experience, but that is not the case. I hope they get their act together and treat customer with respect and honor the deals they initially offer.
Went in to check out the new location and it's super nice inside! Was greeted at the door by the sales woman Marissa and told her I was just browsing and wouldn't need any help. She told me about the sales and let me wander for a few minutes. Then somehow she convinced me to check out their "Mattress gallery". Next thing you know I'm leaving with a 1500 mattress and a new friend. A big thank you shout out to Marissa for her attentiveness and mattress knowledge! Ask for her if you want someone knowledgeable and super friendly when buying stuff for your home! 💯 😎.
My husband and I visited the new Ashley Furniture off Durango (by Ikea) to browse for outdoor furniture, and we were fortunate to be helped by Devon. From the moment he introduced himself, he struck the perfect balance - warm, professional, and respectful of our space. He made it clear he was available to assist, but never hovered or pressured us, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and relaxed. It's worth noting that while some reviews mention overly aggressive sales tactics by other sales associates, our experience with Devon was the exact opposite. His approach was patient, sincere, and he focused on helping us find what was right for us --not just making a sale. By the end of the evening, with Devon's help, we purchased far more than we originally planned and left feeling confident and well taken care of. His patience, sincerity, and overall approach were a refreshing reminder of what great customer service should be. He is truly an asset to the team, and we feel fortunate to have worked with him. Sales staff everywhere, can't browse in peace without several people approaching you trying to sell you on their financing. If you tell them you're just browsing they keep asking you questions and following you. When I told one of them I didn't want the paper he was handing out regarding their financing he scoffed at me and walked off. Rude people, would not come back
I went to the store for the soft opening and purchased a couch. At the time of purchase, they stated the first time they ran my card, it did not go through and they would need to run my card a second time. I showed them the pending charge I already had on my account from the store. They stated the charge would"fall off" in a couple days and they would text me a link to pay. A few days later, the pending charge was fully processed on my account. I attempted to call the store back but there was no phone number online to reach them and the other Henderson location did not have their number either when I asked them. I was transferred to the 800 customer service line. The agent stated everything was ok and confirmed my delivery with me via phone and gave me my delivery instructions. A couple days before my supposed delivery, I received no information so I called the 800 number again. This time, a different agent states to me they are not sure why my delivery was confirmed because I still have the entire balance due on the couch. I then had to drive 30 minutes back to the store I purchased from to show them in person that I paid for the couch. They informed me this happened to other people as well and attributed it to the first day opening issues. They stated they should have the issue resolved in 1-3 days. Today is day 3 and there is no confirmation of a delivery or my payment. I now have the phone number to the store but I called 4 different times throughout the day and the phone was never answered. I have now paid $2,000 for a couch almost 2 weeks ago with nothing to show for it and no answers, and have to dispute this charge on my credit card.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to our amazing sales associate, Kim. From the moment we walked in, Kim was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. She gave us the freedom to wander the store and explore all our options without ever making us feel rushed. In fact, this ended up being the quickest furniture shopping trip we’ve ever had—but it never felt anything less than thoughtful and intentional. We’re beyond excited about our new living room set, and to top it all off, Kim managed to schedule our delivery in just over a week! Her knowledge, professionalism, and warmth made the whole process effortless. Kim, you are a queen, and we truly can’t thank you enough for your help and guidance. Ashley Furniture is lucky to have you—we’ll definitely be back for future pieces!
The customer service pick up is very bad service. I got the older. I wait over 1 hour to just get my older out and they're just all they have one person to help because the stuff out.

Misleading pricing. Ashley Furniture Stores are franchises. This means they can charge different prices than what is listed on their website compared to what is in the store. The same piece of furniture may be cheaper in another state/zip code, and the local store will not honor the price. The new Ashley store next to IKEA has a lot of green employees who have limited knowledge. Management is short tempered and doesn't care about business or their customers. I ended up canceling my order. They lost me as a customer and anyone else I can convince not to shop there.
Really beautiful location and I was happy to run into a few familiar faces on the floor from other locations around the valley during my first visit with my parents yesterday. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service we received at the Customer Pick-Up Office. The ladies there were super rude and inattentive. We were not greeted when we walked in and were only told to sign a document and have a seat. Since it was our first time visiting, we didn’t know what to expect from the experience and no one bothered to give us any information. We waited for about 20 minutes before we decided to go up and ask what we were waiting for, turns out someone was doing to bring out some of the items we had purchased. Funny enough, we saw two people that had been sitting there chatting the entire time get up and step away, only to return with our items less than five minutes later. To add to this, one of our items was broken and I returned today to get a replacement. My partner was given the same attention… aka, none. He walked into the office and was not greeted by anyone inside and he had to request assistance for anyone to help. Really overall a disappointing experience. We have shopped from Ashley before and have never had any issues with customer service or any employee for that matter. I’m not one to judge or complain, I work at a bank and understand that as customer facing employees, we all have bad days.. but customer service goes a long way. I don’t know if I want to return and deal with these ladies again to be honest 🤷🏻♀️

I may update this if I return. I walked in this morning to just browse. I say a furniture set I saw online and wanted to see it in person. Beautiful new location but as soon as I walked in a salesperson b lined for me before I could even grasp where everything was. He started to sell me on financing and what he could do for me blah blah blah. I explained to him, I’d like to just browse and I’ll find someone if I had questions. He would not stop. I asked him to stop and he backed off. As I walked around I could see him following me like a shark. I stopped at a set to check the fabric and he came running explaining to me the financing again. I said “listen if you do not stop - I will leave” he then backed off. I continued upstairs - he followed me. I walked around looking he was in every ear shot of me on the phone with my husband. I left. It was horrendous to be just stalked for a sale. Customer service isn’t selling. It’s a genuine interaction and when someone like that violates my space. I’m out. Deciding to return or not.

Worst company I have ever purchased from. My furniture was damaged and I've been trying to return it for a new one for the past month. I've stopped by the warehouse 3 times. Each time I was sent away due to miscomunication between the customer care and this warehouse. The true annoyance is the complete lack of empathy from the lady in the front of the warehouse. She rolls her eyes and acts as if I'm the problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! PLENTY OF OTHER FURNITURE STORES.
