Ashley Store Las Vegas, NV (Sahara)

Horrible online/phone support. I called the store to see if they had a sectional that I saw online on the floor so I could go look at it before I decide to purchase. I was on hold and then transferred to a call center. The call center told me that they did not have access to inventory in local stores and that I should go online and use the chat feature and they would be able to help me. I chatted with someone named Ashley and was told that they don't have the information and that I should call the store. I then looked up my local store on the website and saw it was only 5 minutes from me and it was open. I drove over only to find out that it was a new store still under construction. I will NEVER buy anything from you with this type of customer service.

Eva was patient and kind even though the store full of customers vying for her attention! She walked with me through the store to locate the items I wanted and turned what was frantic into a pleasant experience! Thank you Eva for everything!

We were given alot of love at Ashley Furniture today; We were able to shop for additional amenities that we needed; such as (2) pictures and (1) lamp for very nominal prices; we thank Ashley Furniture as the entiire staff was very accomodating and very nice as well. Thank you Ashlet Furniture.

Im sorry Ashley, but Regard Insurance is the biggest scam service and have been a complete nightmare to deal with. I have no idea why you still use them. We spent many thousands of dollars buying furniture from you and you pleasantly encouraged us to add the insurance as an extra. We have heat stains on our dining table and submitted a claim over 2 months ago. We get the ring around every time we call. There has been times where they tell us to contact Ashley and then Ashley tell us to contact Regard. Then rinse and repeat. They are a 3rd party company to Ashley who are also using a 3rd party for themselves and we are at the end of the line watching as everyone scratches their heads and blames the other company. Be better

Ugly furniture, but if you check every corner you might find something worthy. Be cautious, they won't have any concern for your time, because even after you have paid, they will make you wait before they'll let you leave the store. Also, you will find it difficult to get a hold of someone to sell you what you want, even when the store is empty.

So I’m remodeling my house and I was lucky to find this store but not only that, I was lucky to meet, Jackelin. She took all the time to help me find the right furniture for me, even giving me different budget options. More so I had to come back to the store and cancel the purchase due to a mistake I made, but there was no issue in doing so, I was able to buy again and fix everything. Great store, definitely recommend

I bought two brand new chairs from Ashley's store in Summerlin. Within a month one of the easy chairs broke. This is now my second trip back to the store about this issue and I still haven't heard back from. The plan was to buy two more of these chairs later this summer. That probably won't happen now. I'll spend that almost $2000.00 on furniture somewhere else.

I went in to this store for a new bed set and mattress, I walked past a few associates but Jackie was the first person to greet me, she was so kind and helpful. This store does not even deserve 1 star they do not stand behind the quality of the furniture, I have had them out multiple times and I spent over 2000 and I will never use this company again they sell crap furniture and will not fix it nor replace the item and they have the worse guys that come out to fix your furniture they don't know what they are doing and they lie to you as well I had one guy who didn't even put the dust cover back on and had a attitude the whole time he was here. The other guy lied told me on his 3 rd attempt tell me they were going to order a part or replace my sofa but he lied because that never happened so don't waste your time with these people and don't do no survey until you have had the furniture for a bit less than a year and I have had issues for months so tired of companies taking your money but won't fix the issue so save your time go elsewhere get better furniture for what I got and spent is crap and Ashley Furniture does not care to make it right..

Had a fantastic experience buying a mattress from Jackie! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. I found the perfect mattress thanks to her recommendations. Highly recommend Jackie if you're in the market for new furniture!

Avoid sales woman Corinne (cory) Draper at all costs. I have never left with such a sour taste in my mouth after being disrespected multiple times from her. Floor designer Jessica saved my sale but boy do I regret buying anything because of Cory. I would give a 0 star if I could.

In 2022, I purchased furniture for my entire apartment from the W Sahara Ave location in Las Vegas. They added the extended warranty for $499.00 which at the time I was unaware of. After 2 1/2 years, my coffee table and end table were coming apart despite barely using them. I called the same store and they told me to put in a claim with their warranty company. After a conversation, I submitted photos an a description of damage, they approved full replacement. Unfortunately, they don't make that furniture anymore so I could not replace it and they wouldn't repair it. After 5 MONTHS of Ashley furniture dragging their feet and blaming their warranty company of foul play, they offered me $19 dollars as a credit to their store. For one, I live in Reno now and what can you do with $19. After many calls and conversations, they said it was a misprint and the actual offer was $419.00 and I would have to use the the promo code, online as provided. After many attempts, it would not accept the code. I got the runaround by a manager named David Smith whom promised he would look into it. Never got back to me. After working/talking with customer service for the 50th time, they finally came back with another offer. This time it was for $319 dollars but can only purchase at the W Sahara store in Las Vegas; I LIVE IN RENO, and what can you buy for $319, shipping not included?? This store is awful, the manager is rude and a creep who never follows up. PEOPLE WHO BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE, BEWARE. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY, IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR SNEAKING IT ON TO YOUR BILL OF SALE. They are thieves. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM...I will never , ever buy a thing from Ashley Furniture, they are crooks, liars and thieves...

I didn’t recommend this place at all. I bought the loveseat and it come with damaged and I spoke to the manager and they told me so many things and they will changed the new one and it been already 2 month and every time I called they told me am sorry apologies it doesn’t help. No communication at all and poor customer service I really tired to keep explaining every time so bad

First of omg!! Never have I ever been so happy to enter a furniture store that isn’t pressuring and really listening to what you want and what you are there for. Benjamin was awesome! I was upfront on what I wanted and what I liked and he did not disappoint. I just bought my family couch and it’s perfect for our family of four and pet friendly for our dog. Special thanks to the beautiful manager Marisela, please don’t ever get rid of Benjamin!

Warehouse service was terrible. Had to wait over 30 minutes while people just stood around and there was only one customer finishing up when we arrived. There were several employees standing around and I still had to help load my coffee table. Then leaving an employee was walking down the middle of the road blocking the exit. So no return reselection or exchange.. unreal we paid 2550.00 with warranty and this furniture not even a year old…all I wanted was my sofa repaired I paid for warranty .. the technician knows it has a issue as well, I even talked to a supervisor so now I am waiting for another response, this is not right or fair to get screwed over, what happened to companies it seems to to me no companies out there want to fix the issue, but yet they have no issue in taking your money and I am pissed right now.. The Sales Rep that helped me was a cool guy. But the girls behind the desk and manager made my experience terrible. Worse place ever to buy a mattress. I will never buy anything again from this store due to the unprofessionalism of the manager. He called me and left a voicemail stating that the mattress I purchased at another store had been canceled and that I had to drive back to his store to complete the order so that they can finalize my purchase and assign a delivery date. The manager felt entitled to the sale because I canceled the order I purchase at his location and went to a different location closer to my home to buy a new mattress. I didn’t know that the manager had the power to cancel my order after I already paid and signed off on a delivery date somewhere else. This sounds completely unethical and wrong. I understand that commission is on the line when it comes to sales and cancellations but there’s another way to reach out to customer without leaving them voicemails and telling them to go back to their store and sign the paper to compete the sale and deliver product. I’m not sure if the company even allows this process to be done by the manager, which is cancel the order purchased at another store without customer consent. I hope that the company will look into this and hold the manager accountable due to lack of ethics and professionalism. My experience at the Centennial store was complete opposite and more professional. If was able to leave 0 stars at this location I would and advice everyone never to buy from this store unless they change management.

After spending almost $4000 and two trips back to the store we were told that one item from our $4000 order was going to be back ordered knowing that we moved forward with the order. The day before the delivery after confirming everything was available minus the one backordered item, They call to tell us that they’re missing five out of the six items that were already confirmed for the delivery. At this .95% of my order is on backorder with no refund or compensation for the inconvenience of me already removing my living room furniture and now having nowhere to sit. Do not do business with this company they will lie to you to get your money then when it’s their turn to deliver, they will have a laundry list of excuses about how something went wrong in their system, but they were OK with lying to you and taking your money. So after three days of getting the runaround, I’m now told a whole another story from their customer experience people. I am absolutely mind blown about how this company gets any reviews that are more than one or two stars. You guys have the most atrocious customer service and your employees are liars. How do you confirm that six items are being ordered and then five out of the six items can’t be delivered 24 hours before the delivery date. You have scummy con artist that work for you and whoever owns or runs this store should be ashamed of themselves for hiring these kinds of people to steal money and lie about your product. All you had to do is be honest with me, but now I’m going to take every free moment and continue to write atrocious reviews about your company.

Danielle & Jennifer helped me in the store with getting my piece of furniture correctly allocated to me after multiple delays. After working with them my furniture was delivered the following week. Highly suggest using their delivery service as Greg & Eddie went above & beyond when assembling my furniture & moving it in. I will definitely be using this store location for future purchases.

Really great service. I walked in knowing what I wanted and was checking out what Ashley had to offer. I was going to go to Living Spaces but Ashley Furniture was able to provide me a great deal along with additional items. I was able to get a full set of items for the same price of one piece of furniture I was looking at with Living Spaces. My sales person James at this location was great and made the shopping seamless. I felt welcomed and really enjoyed my time shopping for what I needed.

I bought a couch & love seat from ashley furniture. The cushions were giving way & sinking in. They sent a repair over here to replace the cushions. Even tho he replacesd them they are still sinking in. I notified ashley with negative results. They told me to notify regarding protection warranty with no negative results. Do not buy any furniture or a extended warranty through ashley. There's no customer service with Ashley Furniture or Reguard Protection.

Buying furniture has never been easier or more enjoyable for my wife and me. James was our sales rep, and he was fantastic. He gave us plenty of space to look around and figure out what we wanted, only stepping in occasionally to let us know about deals or chat for a minute or two. He never hovered or pressured us, which made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to James, we ended up buying two dining sets—one for our kitchen and one for our formal dining room. He really helped us figure out how to get the most for our money, and with the help of the manager, David, they saved us $900. We were able to stretch our budget further than we thought possible and were so grateful! It was such a great experience, and I can’t recommend James enough if you’re shopping here!

Had a great experience & the gentlemen that dropped off my furniture were amazing! Quick, efficient, careful, and had a great attitude.

I walked in and was greeted right away. I told the Sales Rep what I had in mind and he showed me a few things and then some alternatives. I was not rushed and I even had to take 2 items back because I ordered 2 barstools 2 many. I had no issues. Furniture arrived more than ahead of schedule. I ordered barstools, kitchen table, swivel rocking chair and a couch.

Ben was so helpful and very patient with my indecisiveness. He explained store policies thoroughly.

Really having trouble here.... we went into store to order a bed set and then received price and honestly was too high. Adding in 300.00 for shipping and then setup (which I didn't want but was told I needed it.) Went home and after a few days looked again online dec 26 after Christmas. NO SHIPPING and then I could order without setup too. (My husband is very talented). Then the nightmare started. My other son did it online and used his CC (RYAN) and ordered for his brother. We went in on a bedroom set for xmas. It took the order, came back with a order number saying CONGRATS (I have a screen shot) and then nothing. This order number can't be found. I called about an hour later when I didn't get an email, they told me to wait a day. Called on the 27th and still can't find it, told me it might be because the billing and mailing are different. Told me to wait and they sent a note to a "different" . Then I called AGAIN on the 28, and the 29 to be told they still don't see it and the 24-72 hours have passed and someone will still call me. The phone center in the PHILIPHINES is USELESS, they can't do a thing but send a note to a department that doesn't do anything. I used the char feature too, that just sets up a number for another department to call me (which for 5 days no one has) and to top it off, I checked with my cc company and the charge is on there. So why can't Ashley actually have a LIVE PERSON FROM THE US CALL ME? My son Ryan put a google review about this yesterday, and someone responded saying they sent him an email and to respond to it, but guess what? He DIDN"T RECEIVE any email to respond to. BAD SERVICE. When companies got rid of service departments in the STATES and common sense service is awful. All I want is a bed set for my son. I can't even call a store on the PHONE, I tried and it goes to the Philippines and when they try to connect me with a store they aren't available. WHo can't just call a local store to talk with them? Seriously,. awful business practices.

I went to Ashley furnitures desk and was greeted by Kenna who was just amazingly kind and helpful! I was not sure about anything and she was able to find all my information and provide what I needed to move forward with my needs.

Went in, was greeted and helped by Marissa i believer her name was. Very friendly sales rep, i explained we were in to look at power recliners for my mother who was real specific about what she wanted. Marissa showed us the inventory while me and my dad looked and tested seats out. Found one we both liked and figured my mom would like, opened a credit card made the purchase and was in and out in under 45 minutes. It took about 3.5 weeks to get the recliner but it was on the date we were quoted. My mom has used it about a week now and enjoys it. Overall it was a great experience, thanknyou Marissa and Ashley Furniture.

Great selection to choose from in their showroom, enjoyed working with our sales associate and delivery went well too, great guys who delivered and set up our furniture. Will be back when we need more furniture for the new house next year.

The store was helpful and professional… BUT delivery has been less that satisfactory. It seems every few days I get a phone call from someone I can barely understand telling me a piece of my order is delayed. I made the purchase back in November and I wont get my final piece until January.

The furniture looks great. However, it was ordered the week of Dec 7th, and some pieces aren't available until Jan 7th, 2025. This I have a problem with . . . a month ?98

What I thought was going to be 3 weeks and 2 deliveries, ended up being 6 weeks and 5 deliveries and I still didn't get everything I ordered. Luckily, I got sick of my mattress laying on the floor after a month, so I ordered one from Wayfair and got it in 2 days or I’d still be waiting for my bedframe. To top it off, one scheduled delivery was confirmed on Nov. 22, text saying 2pm-7pm and email saying 4pm-7pm, so I waited all day for them for no one to even show up or call to reschedule! I would have given 5 stars for the in-store experience, the people who brought the furniture into the house and the actual furniture itself, but the delivery was a nightmare!! I also have to go into the store to even ask if my delivery charges can be comped for the inconvenience, so hopefully they at least do that.

Happy with the merchandise I had delivered, but was told all of it would be delivered before Christmas! I only received half of the order and have to wait til January 4 th to get the rest. I feel like I was just told that to make the sale!

Display models don’t match listed price. They say that an item is in stock but you can’t even pick up until ten days later. When you go to leave they said “good luck finding anything else sooner.” Worked with Cori and she was very rude. We weren’t there long and did not waste her time. I understand in sales you have to put in a feeling of loss to entice your customer, but that wasn’t the right way to do it.

Her 5 star treatment made the experience less overwhelming. my fiance and I FINALLY FOUND ONE WE BOTH LOVED and Marrisa could have been done with us then but because the total was a little past our budget she helped us get us qualified with 0 interest and we didn't even have to put money upfront ! we are so thankful to and can't wait for our beautiful sofa and chaise!

Lots of nice stuff here. Just a bit frustrating that a lot of what they sell is not in the showroom and only available online, and if you order online there's no returns. Hard to buy something you can't see first and then there's no returns. Other than that, there's a lot of nice stuff in the showroom.

This not my first time to order from Ashelys the first order was great no issues that was about 2 years I think. I got my second order in 2024, a bed with a mattress and night stand. When I got to the store with my daughter first off the sale person at the door was so rude we asked about where we can find the bedroom area. He lacked good customer service and left us wandering around we had to ask again it was just bad service . Then they delivered my bed without the mattress without warning😒 I had to call and ask about it and they said it would come after 3 days !! They don't call me about the delay or nothing I have to call them no communication.

Came in here to purchase a dining room table on 11/10/24. Saw one I liked and the sales lady said that if we buy today it is $100 off with every $1,000 you spend plus free delivery. Went home measured my dining room and came back to purchase it. The sales lady said it was $100 off per $1,000 spent plus free delivery only if you get the 5 year protection plan. We called her out on it and she took the price display, told us to wait and went over to the main desk. Made us wait 10 minutes and came back with an iPad telling us how much we were saving. I had a photo of the price display and the math did not add up. I also went on the Ashley Mobile app and it was cheaper on the app even if I was paying the additional $99 for delivery. Do not shop here, sales people are dishonest. Better to go in and look than purchase on the mobile app or website.

Very quick set up and professional!

After having 4500 worth furniture delivered to my house, the couch has a lighting defect and is not as comfortable as I remembered in the store. When I returned to the store, the manager said I waited to long to inform them about the defect. It was only 5 days. The manager was rude and blamed me for not informing them sooner and saying g his hands were tied. Customer service (the escalation department) was even more rude. No help at all. I would definitely reconsider where you purchase furniture as the customer service after the purchase is horrible.

I ordered a sectional and the system was down so I went the next day to pay for it and chose my delivery day. On that day, they came with a wrong section. Went to the store to let them know. Got it all straightened out and then it took over 2 weeks to get the corrected order due to “new system issues”. The sales rep ordered the wrong pieces and it seemed as if Ashley was in no rush to correct the mistake. I was highly disappointed. And you can’t call in to the store, I had to keep going in to question the status of my order. Very frustrating experience.

I waited 5 days to pick up my end tables from the warehouse where they were not ready for pick up. Only to pick them up in a box. If I’d known I had to put them together myself I would NEVER have bought them from Ashley.

Great looking and comfortable chairs. Only thing is out of the 3 chairs and one loveseat the lumbar function is not working

Unable to deliver my complete new couch ordered since 9.15.24. 3 attempted delivery & each time, last minute advised still missing 1 or 2 pieces vs per Ashley store advised that all pieces to be delivered same time. Shame on local store manager & minimal communication & effort to intervene with own warehouse & customer. Waiting for my cancellation request of my continuous incomplete couch delivery. 3 times- too much wasted time & ran out of patience with Ashley & local store manager.

Went into the store purchased 2 kids bed sets one was ordered bt the sales lady completely wrong. Delivery was a nightmare had to refuse twice due to wrong bed frame being delivered and damaged mattresses. All said and done took over 2 months to fillay get delivered. Customer service is the worst I have EVER delt with will not be returning. I only wish their was a 0 star

I’d give no stars but that’s not an option. After waiting over a month and 3 different delivery reschedules for my table set I have no updated information on when I will receive it. I have tried to cancel the order all together at this point but they are being extremely unhelpful and won’t give my money back. Terrible service I would not recommend anyone going to an Ashley.

The worst experience. Tried to cancel order for my parents who are elderly . Called on October 6th 2024 to cancel. They failed to cancel called again October 21 was told it was not canceled although they saw it was cancelled or a request was made but not canceled failed to refund my parents their money even though my father went into the store. Thanks for completely ruining my experience of moving to a new city and getting all new furniture. We will not be spending another dime at Ashley. Wish I could post negative stars I don't know where you stole a 4.6 rating from. The delivery driver was well aware of this continuous problem with Ashley. Liars. I was promised delivery in a week, 2 for backordered items. 3 weeks later and all I've received are 3 pieces of a 5 piece sectional and no table or chairs. If they had been honest about delivery I would have gone elsewhere but I guess they knew that. Now I'm stuck waiting or trying to cancel. Never again.

We were told the furniture would be delivered on Sept 14. I called that morning only to be told either the sofa or love seat had to be ordered. So after removing the old furniture, we ended up sitting on the floor til Sept 21.The cushions on the sofa are caving in again. Notified ashley & they referred us to the warranty company Reguard. As of now we haven't solved this problem. Here I'm 70 yrs old & I can't get my sofa replaced. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE OR BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM REGUARD.NEITHER STAND UP FOR THERE PRODUCT.

Went into Ashley to look at furnishings after making an appointment with Eva, who I purchased from previously. I wasn’t ready to buy just yet and Eva suggested I could call her with my order when I was ready. I did that, ordering over $2,000 in furnishings. Two of the five items I ordered were on back-order, but the main pieces, sofa and mattress, were in stock, and delivery was scheduled for the day I moved into my home. I didn’t hear from Ashley the day before or the day of scheduled delivery, so I texted to Eva. Six hours later, on the scheduled day of delivery, I heard from Eva that there’s a problem. There won’t be a delivery, and she didn’t know when the delivery would be. I explained that I’m no longer in a hotel and that I have nothing to sleep on. She actually told me that she’s more upset about it than I am! Due to the unprofessionalism and disregard for not informing me of no delivery and not knowing when a delivery could happen, I cancelled my order. This began debacle number two. Ashley refused to issue a refund immediately, instead saying they will issue a refund but first they have to establish an internal case! What? After two days of this, I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Ultimately, the refund was issued, but I shouldn’t have had to file a dispute. Ashley had no right to hold over $2,000 against my credit card limit due to their internal processes, and who knew how long it would take them to go through their processes! Ridiculous way to conduct business. Caveat emptor!

Horrible! Don’t come here or to any Ashley’s furniture! Bought a lot of furniture last year got told to buy warranty for our furniture! All for what their expensive furniture doesn’t last! We had a kitchen chair break they made my husband submit a request to replace one leg on the chair that the wood literally split. And the pictures aren’t “good” enough! So now it’s pulling teeth to get one chair leg replaced! You’re better off going to Costco!

Bought a table and bedroom set 7/4, bedroom set delivered with a chip and nothing but problems trying to get that figured out. Finally gave up on that and was told I would be getting a $100 refund for the problems with that. 7/11 cancelled the kitchen set. Was charged for that and additional $99 for delivery. Went to the store, multiple phone calls finally got the refund for the kitchen set. Didn’t get the $99 delivery free that was never used, or the $100 the manager at the store stated I would get. Don’t shop here!!

Buyer beware… walked into the store, bought several pieces of furniture. They delivered them all to me BROKEN. The chairs were unsafe to sit on they were so uneven. I told them the same day that the order delivered broken and faulty. Their response to me was sorry all sales are final and they refused to let me EXCHANGE OR RETURN the items. We went there to get some decoration for our house as we will have this week some visits. We select the decoration and coffee tables we wanted, the sales person Kathy was very slow ans I asked to be attended by someone else as she was also attending some other clients at the same time than us. When we were ready to checkout she claim our purchase back and it took another hour to her to complete something already done. The worst part was when she told us that our order will he available by the end of August as she never check availability dates as she was busy trying to do some more sales. It was the worst experience ever there.

Our order has been delayed after it was promised to deliver July 5th. Now no one is answering the phone and the customer service team has tried calling them 5 times. They advise the store can help BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!! Update: We were told we would get a call back with different options by someone names Kenna or Kenia and we have not heard back. No one not even the email provided in the comments have helped our situation to make amends at their mistake. I would advise to go to Bob's or Living Spaces before going into Ashley's. On top of pushy sales people there's also employees who could care less if you buy from them. There was only one rep that helped and unfortunately gave us inaccurate information leaving us without a bed at a new place for 4 days. No sense of urgency to fix the problem and no offer of a credit for their mistake.

Hans was a great salesman today. As soon as I walked in, he made sure he gave all info I would need to make a wise decision. To be honest, I wasn't even thinking about purchasing today! Lol. Only wanted to look...However, after browsing the store, with him periodically checking in on me, I actually decided to buy a beautiful leather sectional. I got approved for financing which made life even better!! This is my first experience at Ashley Stores, and Han's was a great representative. I'm sure I will be back to purchase a bedroom set soon.

Went into the store looking for wall decor, the only thing the representative sales person cared about was her commission and how much I was spending at the store. I had to personally get the wall decor from the Walls my self cause she said she was to fragile and couldn’t do it then make me take all the arts to the back counter and while I was waiting for some manager to proceed with the sale she wanted to sell me more stuff even thought she knew I was only interested in Wall Decor. She finally gave me my receipt and didn’t even offer help to take all the Art Canvas I bought. She didn’t even walk me out to the front of the store. Then I couldn’t open the main door and another sales man young guy offered help to open the door. Horrible experience at this particular store! Just Horrible!

Financing is hard. Not possible, even with good credit. But the quality of furniture is number 1! Hans is a great salesman. I bought many times since 2001 and again yesterday. Ashley continues to get better and better! Look at the quality of the materials and the workmanship: the frames are not cheap pine wood, they’re metal frames in their furniture. I have 20-year-old Ashley furniture and it’s still really nice, although it needs to be fixed with new foam, one of my couches. I need to know how to buy foam to fix. It’s still a beautiful set ! I still I cannot tell you enough I will always buy Ashley and tell all my friends to buy Ashley and they will too. It is the best quality bang for your buck ever.!! We’re going back to buy another beautiful, sectional I can’t wait!

Had a very good experience at this store. Bought a sectional and a mattress. Long was very helpful. Ended up having to go back home to remeasure. Came back couple days later to complete the purchase. Long was not there and I was assisted by James who was just as helpful. They were both very friendly, pleasant, and professional.

Unwillingly Went to ashleys furniture but as soon as we walked through the door James made the chore seem like an experience. He did what he could to make us happy with jokes and great knowledge. We went for the furniture but will be back for James enthusiastic personality.
