Super happy and excited to be getting our new Boxmere sofa and recliner! Juan Salazar at the Reno Ashley store was helpful and enthusiastic! Got us a deal for 200 under the online price with all the extras like White Glove delivery service and 5 yr warranty. Super happy and completely satisfied!

My husband and I went to Ashley today to purchase some dining chairs. We have shopped at Ashley previously, but this was our first experience with Austin. He greeted us right away and was so efficient with getting us to where we needed to be within the store. He was kind, professional, and gave us some space to figure out what set worked best. We found our set pretty quickly and Austin made the process so streamlined and easy to finish. We didn’t feel awkward, pushed into anything additional/unnecessary, and secured our confidence with returning to Ashley for any future purchases. Thank you so much, Austin! We will touch base with you when we need to back for another new piece of furniture.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley’s HomeStore in Reno, NV. I placed my order and paid for a specific delivery date (Saturday, January 10). I also took a day off work to be home and receive the sofa. However, I was notified late on Friday that the delivery would be delayed until the following week. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do and that no refund of the delivery fee was possible, even though the delivery service I paid for was not provided as agreed. I understand delays can happen, but last-minute notice and refusing to refund a paid delivery fee is unacceptable. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and lost time from work. I hope management reviews how delivery issues and customer concerns are handled, especially when customers pay extra for a guaranteed delivery date.

Doesn’t matter what part of the country I’m in, I’ve always had problems with Ashley furniture. This time we waited a month on a couch that we put a full payment down on and we knew there would be a wait on it. We had them double check it was not discontinued and they went back to check and assured us it was “definitely not discontinued.” A month later they refunded a partial amount of what we paid into my account with NO communication, I didn’t even know where it was from. Someone there caught the mistake and called me days later to say they discontinued the couch and gave me a partial refund for SOME of the pieces because they could still send PART of the couch…. I asked for a full refund and I’m not taking another chance on Ashley Furniture again.

I purchased a Larce sectional in November. The good: -The sectional is beautiful, comfortable, and high quality. -My sales associate (Gabe) was friendly, helpful, and competent. -The delivery was efficient and professional. The bad: -The manager had to get involved in order to finalize the purchase. It felt like buying a car and this step was unnecessary. -There was a feeling of a bait and switch when the price they quoted was different from what I had found online. I had to show them the online price in order to get it at that price. -The showroom was dirty and a lot of the furniture had stains on it. It was off-putting to spend a lot of money on a sectional when the one in the store looked so bad. Yes, it’s a busy store! But have regularly scheduled upholstery cleaning so your product looks worth buying. Overall, I love my furniture and would buy it again. Just be aware of the good and the bad.

Final update: After at least a dozen emails to both the given address and the emails they sent prior about the order they refuse to answer ANY emails at this point. Instead they kept calling to setup a deliver of a new chair that wasn't broke. Chair still sucks, very unhappy with it but they could care less. I would never do business with this company again and highly advise anyone to avoid it also. Things are Cheaply made and they have the worst customer service in history. Too bad there's no option for 0 stars. Update: emailed them 6 days ago and have yet to receive any kind of response. HIGHLY deceptive, be aware! We purchased an oversize recliner through the store. They did not have it in the store to see so they ordered it through their website for us. It was finally delivered a month later, yesterday. We called today because it is not comfortable, the leg rest doesn't pop open as it should, and just not happy with it overall. We called to setup a return and the person we spoke with told us that they do not accept returns on store orders, but if we woukd have ordered it online then they could do a return. The agent should have told us all of this when we purchased this chair. So basically because they ordered it online and we did not, they are refusing to take a return. Ive never heard of such BS in my life. If you buy something you cant see in store and its an uncomfortable, not properly functioning item they dont care at all. Going to take this further due to the circumstances if the store manager does not give us a full refund on this. The guy on the phone stated that the o ly thing they could do is pass it up to the upper management and IF they approve a "return" on the item we can go pick out different furniture in store and they will pick this up, but only if they agree to approve it. This was the only thing we were shopping for and the only oversize recliner they carried, so we have absolutely no use for anything else there. Not to mention after all of this bs why would we want to give this place our business, and I suggest you think twice before going here also.

No real complaints about furniture or sales floor help. Furniture is great, especially for the price, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, won’t be going back because their delivery guy, the “Machete” lookalike, is rude and resentful as hell and makes the whole delivery process painful, and there is no choice but to deliver, unable to pick up yourself. After the second event, realized was gonna keep happening and just not worth inexpensive quality furniture.

The customer service and quality of furniture was better at MOR furniture

I ordered a comforter set from the store in Reno, tonight I found a second sewing machine needle in it. Last time I found one and I called them, they didn't even bother to call me back.

Overall a positive shopping experience. Austin was helpful and informed about the products without being pushy. Our furniture arrived just a few days after the sale. Prices were fair, but my suggestion to Ashley is to be more transparent with the sale prices that they are advertising by marking the items. Then there is a push for an extended warranty. It felt just a little bit like a car dealership but I don't want to make that sound overly negative. In the end, good service, fair prices, smooth delivery and the extended warranty does give piece of mind for the power recliners.

I had such a nice visit here. They have plenty of options for different customers needs. I was helped by Giovanni and he was very informative with their inventory and attentive to my concerns. Pricing is a bit on the higher end though.

Went in looking for a simple twin mattress for my son. Twin bed frames on display with mattresses, Guy says they don't have twin mattresses and emidiately trys to up sell me. Felt like I was at a sleezy used car dealership. We bought a decent mattress in a box from Walmart.

Austin provided pricing and product info when my husband and I were in the Reno store. Austin was super helpful a few days later when I called and placed an order via phone on a day the Internet was having global issues. I found the same product online thru an online distributor at a lower price and Austin was able to offer a discount on my transaction. Ashley’s chat bot confirmed delivery date and a 4-hr delivery window via text. I had a great experience in person and by phone. Personable, knowledgeable and professional service - 5 stars! I’d gladly recommend Ashley Furniture for your home furniture needs!!! Thank you Austin 🤗

Went in for help with a couch ive had for 2 yrs so there was no sales incentive to be nice. We all know how that goes. This salesman didnt want me leaving unhappy and went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me out. What almost turned into a very sad and upsetting debacle ended up miraculous instead. The biggest shoutout I have is to Annee, a customer service representative that deserves praise, a raise, and has all my gratitude for her calm, concise and collected manner in listening to my woes along with handling, providing and following-up with resolutions to the aforementioned debacle. Thanks to Manny and Amari for your help in-store with the purchase and detailed explanation of what to expect with a backordered piece. And to the delivery drivers, whom I did not catch their names, you two are rockstars! They were quick, professional, and most of all, able to get the pieces into the space which was no easy feat with wonky corners and a narrow stairwell. Thank you to everyone involved this past month but Annee, you were truly spectacular and I can't thank you enough!

Purchased a Sanbriar dining set at Ashley furniture store in Reno today for their Labor Day Sale. Great price and just the style we were looking for. Our previous Ashley dining set lasted over 30 years. They will set up and deliver for not much extra. Ask for sales representative Hayden Hedrick who makes shopping easy.

The promos always change but since I bought over $2,000 in furniture during Labor Day weekend, I had no deposit down, and won’t need to start paying my monthly until after 30 days of the delivery! Definitely recommend coming here for new furnitures!

A joke… order canceled twice with no notification. I would never of known if I would not have called to see if my delivery date was still on. I will not be shopping there ever again.

Don’t get the furniture protection.plan, they do not honor it. Upon delivery the delivery guys dropped my leather cushion to my couch in the street. Never got it replaced, or fixed, waited all day for the inspector to arrive. Couldn’t find my address, never any notification. Rescheduled at a later date, waited, waited, set up another time to replace cushion, then they call and say they no longer had the item in stock. This was dragged out for almost a year. After numerous phone calls, and a lot of my time talking to mostly lame customer service reps, I get a $273 credit. This wasn’t my only experience with the protection plan either. I like RC Willey 100% better.

Ashley was the only store in Reno where I found any living room furniture in colors. My salesperson was super helpful and made the purchase easy with delivery scheduled much faster than expected. Had shopped there several times in the past and they remain my favorite place to shop!!

My husband and I came into the Reno store on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00pm and were completely ignored by at least 5 sales associates over a 25-minute period. It was so blatantly obvious we felt like we were judged by the way we were dressed. Unbeknownst to them, we came in to purchase a complete family room full of furniture. Thank you to the older female associate who came by as we were walking out the door, but too little too late! Neither the showroom nor the salespeople were busy. In fact, they were either congregated together in conversation or playing on their phones. Fire them all!!!! Mor Furniture ended up getting $5500 in business from us that day. I suggest not judging people by the way they dress. Shame on you!

He helped us pick out a dining room table, a coffee table/side table set, and a couch. when i came in the store there's few employee. but they didn't even ask me how can they help me. but this one person came to me right away and help me. maybe his co workers think I'm not going to spend money. but I did order a chair. his name is Raja. I hope I'm right. his very helpful. but the few people didn't even ask or hello to me when I enter the door. except Raja.

The overall experience was pleasant. My issue is that I paid $425 for an insurance policy that I had no idea I was paying for. There was no discussion on whether I wanted it or not. I didn't realize I was purchasing it until after my card was run and I looked at the receipt. That feels like an extremely deceptive business practice and has left me feeling like I would never shop at Ashley again.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Ashley Furniture. I was impressed the information Isaiah was able to give us about the products, which made it easy to find pieces that fit our ideal necesites. I appreciated his no-pressure approach to the purchase. If it wasn’t for his service, we might’ve missed this perfect opportunity.

We spent $2k on this table and chair set in the store, but what was delivered was a table with 8 very large scratches in it. We called and asked if they could replace it with a different one, and they told us they would. When their tech arrived (with no table), he said no this is normal (even though it looks extremely different than what we saw in store). Now, we either live with it or call our lawyer. This is horrible.

Austin and Manny went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I when we bought a number of things. They were both patient and stayed late for us. They were both very knowledgeable in all products, and extremely friendly. I Recommend Ashley Furniture in Reno, and will be back!

Been waiting for the delivery of furniture all day with NO communication. Called the store for an update… won’t be delivered now until July 4th. When questioned if they really are going to deliver on a holiday was told “I don’t know if this is a holiday…” we had MUCH better experience with RC WILLEY!!! Very disappointed that I didn’t listen to a friend who warned me about this!!!

I will make a point of checking in often to see what is new and I know I will be back for one of those fantastic like sleeping on a cloud matresses next week!! Honestly if I could rate a 0. Got 2 couches for almost $400 each and the metal support rod broke and despite buying a warranty for each couch they refuse to up hold it saying that the metal support rod that broke doesn't count as part of the frame and they will only replace if it's the frame. Honestly it's not worth the money the couch it's great and for the price you would think it would last more than a year considering it's not a toy that you ruff house with or a bed you are on 8 hours more or less

I bought furniture from here along with a warranty. The support bar on one of the couches I couches broke and the warranty won't cover it. Whatever you do don't get the warranty, it is pretty much worthless and a waste of money. I will never buy a couch from here again. If I could rate a negative number I would.

My partner and I walked in looking to get a new dining table and possibly a sofa. We were greeted by Frank and I made it clear I was there to look first. After we went around, we managed to connect with him again as I was curious about a specific sofa. When he walked up to us, he absolutely reeked of cigarette smell to the point that my partner and I got headaches for the rest of our time there. I asked if they had a couch I saw online in store that I could test out, he showed me a model with the same cushions. As we were trying it out, he asked if I was going to buy, and as soon as I alluded to buying it online, he just walked away without saying anything. I didn't even get to tell him that we were still interested in a few of the other couches on the floor. Austin ended up helping us out with getting our table ordered and he was great, very attentive and social with us. He got us taken care of and he deserves credit for that. I was ready to leave with a dining table and sofa ordered, but we ended up buying a sofa somewhere else that same day.

Staff was friendly when you walk in the store , But when it comes to delivery worst experience ever . Was told my future was coming in Friday, got a call day of delivery saying they had to reschedule my delivery 2 weeks out . I had even called out work to have my furniture delivered to my home. I told the girl if I would get any type of discount for the inconvenience and she said she can’t do that . Worst of all I’m Still waiting on my bed guess I got to sleep on the couch for now

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I will never be giving this store my business. After buying a couch and a bed frame from them you would think customer service and delivery would be top tier. Absolutely not! Upon delivering my bed frame - they realized they had no hardware for the frame… No screws, no brackets, NOTHING to put this frame together. How does that even happen? Fast forward, I immediately contact the store as well as the sales rep who I dealt with and was told this was being looked into and they would have it resolved asap… WELP here we are almost an ENTIRE WEEK later with absolutely no guarantee on when they will actually bring the hardware and finish putting the frame together. The first time I spoke to the “office manager” I was hung up on and since then it’s been back and forth on when they can deliver SCREWS. My delivery was on a Saturday, after being rudely spoken to by the office staff it was moved to Wednesday, then I get a call that it had to be moved to Thursday. SHOCKER - they call the day before delivery and say they have to now move it to Saturday!!! An entire WEEK of my mattress on the floor. Your staff is absolutely terrible, and your customer service is even worse. Save all of your time and money from this place and take it somewhere who actually values your business, because this place does not.

I love our new furniture! The bedroom set is very well-made and looks perfect. The delivery was done carefully, and thoroughly. The workers had to navigate some long stairs and they were careful with everything.

You forced me into spending money on a delivery fee after denying me picking up my couch from the store "were a show room only" You should eat that cost and put it in the couch, oh wait it's a tactic to begin upselling. The $200 delivery fee you needed a manager to waive covered set up and trash removal. It took me 15 minutes. You guys are a scam and I will be leaving reviews as well as discontinuing business with you.

I was welcomed shortly after entering the store. The sales person asked what I was looking for. Once I told him, he led me right to some choices matching my search. I found what I wanted and the check out process was short and easy. This is why I have returned everytime I am looking for furniture.

I hate furniture shopping! Most times you walk into a store and someone is waiting to put on the hard sell or stir you to something they may have an incentive to sell. Not so with this Ashley location. It was a stress free experience and when we were ready to get serious about a purchase Austin was there to guide us. Once he knew what we were looking for he pointed us to several good options. When we settled on a purchase he guided us through it flawlessly. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the market for some furniture.

Great experience and delivery was great as well. The sales man was a neighbor from our neighborhood and he was very helpful. They delivery guys were nice and set up the new bed with ease. We offered them a drink since they have to work hard and carry heavy stuff.

I purchased an Owners Box sofa with power recliners on each end. While reclining one night the side of the backrest cracked and now is unusable. This was the framework and a defect by manufacture that caused this to be unusable. I worked through customer service for three months, with pictures galore, only to be told the couch is over 18 months old and they won't stand behind their lifetime unlimited warranty on the framework of this sofa. Stay away from Mor/Ashley (they are the same) no matter what the sales people promise! Should be negative stars!!!! UPDATE: Did as they asked in their reply. CRICKETS. No reply to my email..Their message was to get you to think they care...They don't.

DID A $2600 PURCHASE ON A SUNDAY AND SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY FOR THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY, THE DAY PRIOR I RECEIVED A CALL TO CONFIRM THE DELIVERY FOR SATURDAY FROM 9:00 TO 13:00 PM, CALLED AROUND 11 AM AND THE EXTERNAL COMPANY THAT PROVIDES THE TRACKING SERVICES SAID THAT I WAS THE 4TH DELIVERY FOR THE DAY AND JUST KEEP WAITING, CALLED AGAIN AROUND 13:00 pm AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DELIVERY TO WAS IN ROUTE THAT JUST WAIT. 13:30 I DECIDED TO CALL THE STORE AND THE LADY SAID THAT MY DELIVERY WAS MOVED TO THE FOLLOWING DAY IN SAME TIME WINDOW. We had an incredible experience with AJ and the manager David. We had a lot of furniture to buy, but of course, a limited budget, and they helped us make some wise decisions and made it possible. I would highly recommend the store and these sales people.

The sales rep messed up my application because he didn’t think to ask if everything was correct before he submitted my application and payment!!! And I got charged twice and now have to pay my bills late and late fees because the second payment won’t be returned for two weeks definitely not a positive fist time experience. I hope the delivery is not as difficult

Talk about a lackluster sales experience. I can't complain about the product or the process. It was simple, they negotiated to a price I found fair, on an already on sale item, and the delivery was flawless. I still remember a time when you bought something and the salesperson asked your name before asking for the sale. The manager came out to over ride the price and didn't bother to so much look me in the eye and thank me for my business. Like I said, I can't complain about the process or the price but the personality was just so meh. The delivery guys rocked!

We went a few different times for different things but were approached by Nick the first time, he was helpful and very friendly. We were indecisive and decided to wait. We went in again hoping to purchase with Nick but were approached by Frank. We ultimately did not buy any furniture here due to his lack of service and attentiveness. After purchasing our furniture somewhere else we decided on coming in to Ashley to purchase a rug, we were approached by a gentleman but ended up having to check out with Frank. The transaction went smooth as he did not discuss any shipping/delivery details or the 5 year protection plan (that we had to ask for and what it covered), he asked for my name and told me to pay and charged me incorrectly. When I attempted to track my order it said there wasn’t anything registered to me. This was so frustrating because of the lack of communication from the beginning. I reached out to customer service and they reached out to the store but I still never received anything. When I arrived home at night my rug was there, I was not made aware that it was shipped or even delivered. It just felt that because we did not purchase any bigger pieces prior, our business was not taken seriously.

Absolutely the worst Customer Service I will take my business elsewhere. They lost $1400 dollar sale because the gentleman who answers the Phone was unprofessional @ 7:00pm I asked for a supervisor and he placed me on hold because I called to file a complaint with a manager. Unbelievable. I will not be showing any support for this poor customer service.

The customer service at the store was great, but the couch I purchased is awful. The cushions are misshapen & sunken, they're starting to frey and the feathers are coming out everywhere. I've only had the couch six months and it is just myself and husband who sit on it. It should not look like this after six months. It is a terrible product.

We were asked if we needed any help when we walked in. Very polite and not pushy. As soon as we found what we wanted, it was easy to find someone to help us. Definitely a positive experience.

Have fun not getting all furniture delivered and then nobody try to help figure it out. Still have no clue where some of my furniture is 6 months ago the rest was dropped off. When you choose a big name store and pay there prices you expect some service. Don’t waste your money here it is truly a waste as I don’t have my furniture still..

We went in for a couch and came out with a couch, chair and dining room table and chairs, great deal. Everyone was very helpful but not pushy. Wide selection of furniture and rugs.

I am sure that when you purchase furniture from Ashley, they won’t tell you if you live in Carson City, the only day you can have your furniture delivered is Wednesday. I as most people work on Wednesday. I have had to take 2 full days off of work to wait for my furniture to arrive. I only received a portion of my couch the first time. The rest was supposed to be delivered today apparently the driver had a problem so I get to take another day off at my expense to receive my furniture. So in the last two weeks, I will be out almost $800 of my pay. There are plenty of good furniture stores in Reno. Ashley is not one of them.

Really having trouble here.... we went into store to order a bed set and then received price and honestly was too high. Adding in 300.00 for shipping and then setup (which I didn't want but was told I needed it.) Went home and after a few days looked again online dec 26 after Christmas. NO SHIPPING and then I could order without setup too. (My husband is very talented). Then the nightmare started. My other son did it online and used his CC (RYAN) and ordered for his brother. We went in on a bedroom set for xmas. It took the order, came back with a order number saying CONGRATS (I have a screen shot) and then nothing. This order number can't be found. I called about an hour later when I didn't get an email, they told me to wait a day. Called on the 27th and still can't find it, told me it might be because the billing and mailing are different. Told me to wait and they sent a note to a "different" . Then I called AGAIN on the 28, and the 29 to be told they still don't see it and the 24-72 hours have passed and someone will still call me. The phone center in the PHILIPHINES is USELESS, they can't do a thing but send a note to a department that doesn't do anything. I used the char feature too, that just sets up a number for another department to call me (which for 5 days no one has) and to top it off, I checked with my cc company and the charge is on there. So why can't Ashley actually have a LIVE PERSON FROM THE US CALL ME? My son Ryan put a google review about this yesterday, and someone responded saying they sent him an email and to respond to it, but guess what? He DIDN"T RECEIVE any email to respond to. BAD SERVICE. When companies got rid of service departments in the STATES and common sense service is awful. All I want is a bed set for my son. I can't even call a store on the PHONE, I tried and it goes to the Philippines and when they try to connect me with a store they aren't available. WHo can't just call a local store to talk with them? Seriously,. awful business practices.

UPDATE: NEVER RECEIVED an email or anything from this company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Below I was told I would receive an email and didn't and no one will reach out via email or phone. DONT SHOP HERE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AFTER YOU BUY - no one cares. Ihave called the customer service line to only get the Philiphines and then chat does nothing either. If you have any issues after an order they aren't here! _______________________________________________________________ Super frustrated. I ordered a bed set for my son and paid for it to be delivered asap. My order went through, my credit card was charged and I got a order number. Never got an email confirmation though and called. They service in the Philippines who can't help. They couldn't find my order number. They asked me to wait 24 hours for it to show. It didn't show. I called again, they can't help. I used their chat feature, that person couldn't help. They told me they will send it to another department and then in 72 hours they will contact me. It's been two days already... terrible service. HORRIBLE service. Don't buy online. They can't help you. So frustrated as my credit card company already has the charge on my account. They only say they will send a note to someone and NO ONE calls or helps. Never again will I buy from them. SERIVCE IS HORRIBLE.

Great Store, Great Products, Great associates. Zac handled everything perfectly, even got my delivery date I wanted, so couch could be delivered. Can’t wait until the couch arrives. Great Job Ashley except for the delivery personal. I paid $300 dollars to get my couch and chair delivered. They unboxed merchandise and put it together, but they messed up my area rugs and did not straighten them back. I also had to put items where I wanted them. I showed them where I wanted furniture put, but they put the furniture where they wanted too. They were such in a hurry to get out of apartment. Can’t believe I paid $300 for nothing, I’m 73 years of age and had to pick up couch and chair to straighten area rugs underneath the two new items. Then move the items where I wanted them. Thought I was going to die. The Ashley stores and employees are the best of the best, but I would think twice before getting anything delivered again.

Terrific friendly service! I was in the market for a new set of dining room chairs and Anthony greeted me at the door. He helped me sort through the options, order the chairs and sign up for their 0% financing. A couple days later I decided to buy a swivel chair for my bedroom. I went to back to the store with a model in mind but fell in love with a recliner I sat in at the store. Delivery day arrived and Oops! The chair was too big. Happily Anthony and Annie in customer support arranged for a return and I bought a smaller, even nicer looking chair. I will definitely return to Ashley for any new furniture purchase in the future... and will measure first.

We got the wrong color couch they told us that it would be at least 3 months to replace the couch and if there is the slightest bit of damage we have to pay for the couch that they incorrectly sent. Also we ordered stools without them telling us that they were discontinuing that model and only sent one and told us we would have to wait a week or so to get our other one. This place is a joke and have horrible customer service

UPDATE ***Thank you for resolving my issue and making it painless! **** Pretty disappointed that I am missing one of the pieces for my 3 piece sectional that I had delivered this morning and when I call the store it connects to a call center. I hope it can be resolved and my missing piece can be delivered today! I, along with my husband and mom initialed on 3 pieces, not 2 but the sales rep only charged me for 2 , forgetting to add the loveseat. Now I have to go through the hassle of going back in to get this resolved .

I was promised a certain delivery date, the date came and no delivery. Instead I was informed that my furniture was back ordered, but they couldn't tell me this when I ordered and paid cash for it. Then the new delivery date came and No delivery! When I called they told me that I cancelled the order. You tell me if you would buy from them!

Our saleman was terrible, we purchased a couch off the floor when asked to speak to his manager he hung up on me! I said how rude and he argued with me and helped in no way to have a solution. Best sales rep in there. Ashley furniture does do price matching which was nice and they did match another price online. All around great experience and no complaints!

I’m not satisfied with Ashley somehow you guys have my account merged with someone else’s. I will no longer purchase anything with your company again. I tried to get this fixed but no one cared. I hope whoever bought furniture received it ok.

My salesman was good and not too pushy. Got me everything I needed and wanted. The delivery and setup was incredible. Overall I'm beyond happy and satisfied. I would give 5 stars, but the manager wouldn't sell me. The rug that I wanted because they didn't have any in the back and the display one wasn't for sale. Thus allowing my wife to pick the hideous rug that is in my living room now.

Friendly and efficient staff, quick delivery

Horrible experience. I purchased a piece of furniture at full price and they sent me the wrong item. They wouldn’t come pick it up and told me I have to return it to the store myself. When I tried to bring it back to the store like they told me to (I called ahead of time) they said we don’t take returns and forwarded me to a customer service hold line. I have emails and a case number from telling me to bring it back. The employees seem to be untrained and have no desire to help. They jerked me around for months. I still have the furniture sitting at my house creating a terrible eye sore. I haven’t been refunded my money. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store.

Ihave been to Ashley home store at several occasions and purchased different items , everything i bought are an excellent quality and enjoy them every day, i am glad i found that store and planning to go back very soon

I have always bought Ashley sofas with a great history. The sofa I bought in June 2023, however, has turned out to be of poor quality, and I am very disappointed. I am going to be purchasing all new furniture for a family member next month, and will be bypassing Ashley.

I have never written a bad review in my life, but feel compelled to as this is the worst shopping experience i have ever had. If i could give zero stars I would. I helped by parents purchase a couch from Ashley in Reno in July. The couch was scheduled to be delivered in September. The supplier called the day before the couch was scheduled to be delivered to inform us that the item was no longer available and the delivery was cancelled, they said Asley would call me ASAP to sort it out. It took over a week for Ashley Furniture to reach out to me. In the meantime, I called them several times and was never able to get ahold of a representative. When someone finally called me, she had no information on our order, and couldn't help at all. She said she would speak to the manager and get back to me. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a call back and have still not been re-funded or contacted in any way. I've tried to call the store several times and have never been able to get ahold of a representative. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough.

We came today to look for a recliner and chaise but we left with a chaise, recliner, sofa and love seat! Dylan greeted us at the door and was so friendly. The thing I loved the most is my husband and I were able to take our time and look without sales folks hounding us. It was a super relaxing experience! Dylan turned out to be with another customer by the time we were ready so AJ helped us with our purchase and he was super polite and friendly (and funny too!). I was very comfortable the whole time. On the way out I noticed a bed frame I would like to get so once I pay off this furniture I will definitely be back! I may not ever go to RC Willey again! Thank you Dylan and AJ!

We have had the WORST experience with this store. We spent almost $6000 and had a damaged couch that after 3 weeks we can STILL NOT get anyone to address. You can't call this location because NO ONE answers. Furthermore, we were told we would be called back and NO ONE has followed up. Update - I just spoke with the store manager and I am hopeful that we will finally get some resolve. If/When we do, I will update this review.

I was so upset that a piece of furniture I had delivered to my home was not assembled. I called angrily to the store and Annee had the unpleasant task of trying to calm me down and resolve my problem. She did so magnificently. I was the meanest problem customer at the start of the conversation and by the end, I saw the light and she turned lemons into lemonade. I hope she gets promoted to district manager or nationwide manager if she has the want, the company is definitely lucky to have her. Stopped in today to look for a new dining table and ended up buying two complete sets. One for our primary residence and the other, for a vacation home we have. And I have to say, it'd been years since my wife and I stepped foot in an Ashley store and while that was mainly because we didn't need any new furniture, it was was also because our memory of what they carried, wasn't really our cup of tea. But, I'm really glad that we decided to give them another try, because we pleasantly surprised with what they had on display. We really liked that they now offer both modern/contemporary styles as well as more traditional designs and they're separated accordingly so you don't have to waste time going through the whole showroom floor. As far as the showroom goes, I will say that it was clean, well organized, decorated well and easy to navigate. When we stepped into the store, we were greeted by Anthony and he was not only very friendly but he was actually very helpful as well. Without being a pest and buzzing around us everywhere we went, he made sure to check in on us and share useful information such as how to read the placards and even took the time to demonstrate how to use a table with a leaf in it. Overall, the process of shopping and purchasing what we came in for was so easy, we ended up buying another table set as I had already mentioned. Now, with all that said, I will add an addendum to this review once everything is delivered so while I am giving them 5 stars right now, that can change depending on how things go. POST DELIVERY ADDENDUM: Overall, I'm still happy with our purchase but I thought I'd still add this addendum to say that delivery was on time and fast but maybe a bit too fast. There were 3 guys unloading everything and very quickly and one of the guys ended up not seeing and stepping on one of boxes and very hard. Hard enough that I thought something may have broken but in the end, things were okay. Also, a couple of the boxes were cut and or damaged but again, the contents inside were unaffected. That said, the overall furniture looked good as we had seen on the showroom floor but the main dining table didn't assemble completely square with the base. In spite all my efforts, if you look down on the top, it looks ever so slightly clocked from the base. Not enough for you to really notice as you walk into the room and look at it and so I'm giving it a pass but it did annoy me. Also, one of the chairs had some damage from the factory but it was located underneath the seat and on the inside where it's out of view and so again, I decided to just let it go. In the end, the furniture was affordable and still looks nice. In any case, I thought some of you would appreciate the follow up.

Update: horrible experience. Delayed delivery from August 17th to the 24th, then tried to delay it to the 31st because they didn’t have the whole couch. Delivered part of the couch and our table/chairs on the 24th and the delivery guys stripped screws and didn’t put the bolts or screws in all the way to where everything was wobbly and the chairs would’ve collapsed! Now they’re saying the rest of the couch isn’t coming until September 2nd or 3rd and tried saying we’d owe a second delivery fee! We were planning on going back for a bed frame and dressers but we’re never shopping here again! Update: Delivered the rest of the couch on September 7th! And didn’t even put it together for us. Ridiculous. Old review: Carlos is the best! We rushed in there at 7:30 right before they closed and he helped us pick out the perfect couch and table and walked us through the financing and delivery. The whole thing was a breeze! Thank you Carlos!

The first time we went we had a bad experience with customer service, we were not satisfied with it but we returned for the second time and even though we bought things for my room they did not give us good service. I didn't plan to come back again and I went for the third time and it's still the same terrible customer service, they should have more friendly people, just that, they should be kinder and have more empathy to receive the customer, I don't know if it was because my mom doesn't speak English and I translated for her but what bothers you? I translated everything for her, not them. Of course I will never return, all three times we had a bad experience.

David was amazing! Had To come in and change my order due to my apartment being smaller and he showed me other options just to make sure I was extremely happy with my new place and furniture! Super easy and helpful here!

Came in on a whim looking to replace a 2 year old sectional that just did not work out as well as I had hoped. Nick immediately took me to the sectional I had been eyeballing on line and very professionally explained the Ashley difference when it came to servicing the client post sale, especially with any coverage issues. We made the deal happen and I was on my way. Lo and behold once getting home and taping out the area (yeah...I'm that guy) I determined I wanted to mirror image the configuration I ordered. Worrying all night that this would be a huge fiasco, I walked into the store the following morning with doubt weighing heavily on my mind. Nope, one of the managers (pretty sure it was David, I failed to get his name again as my brain was mush) handled MY goof up expeditiously without a shred of frustration during the process. Yesterday's original transaction was great, today solidified that Ashley in Reno is there for the client (the client is NOT always right) and further cemented the fact I made the right choice. Shop with confidence at this location!

I came in to get a mattress and was helped right away. They had a variety of options in my price range. Nick and David helped me and made the process really easy for me. Gave me pointers on what is more beneficial for my sleeping type. The whole process was very great from the moment I walked in. I ended up getting a mattress and they even suggested pillows and covers to make sure my mattress stays in good condition. Definitely recommend going here for furniture. Not only do they have good stuff but they also have good deals.

We purchased a beautiful sectional that due to our own miscalculations, didn't fit correctly in the room. Fortunately, store manager, David was able to switch out the two end pieces so that the long piece didn't cut into the middle of our fire place.It's a huge relief for us, looks beautiful, and is so comfortable!!!

My mom & I were shopping for a recliner & AJ really went the distance to find exactly what we wanted. We were happy with his service to us. We ended up buying 2 recliners.

My husband and I came in looking for a sectional couch set and this was the first store we went into to gather information. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Andy and the layout of the store was explained to us. Andy showed us how to read and interpret the specifications sheets for every living room display. We were able to go around the store on our own, but Andy would check-in with us from time to time. We went to a few other furniture stores in Reno, but we either received no service or the furniture was way out of our budget. Ashley Home Furnishings was on budget and provided us the guest experience that we appreciate. We came back to Ashley Home Furnishings to make our purchase for the perfect sectional and ottoman for our needs. Andy wasn’t there, but another gentleman (sorry for not remembering his name) was able to complete the order with ease. He made sure that we understood the entire process and gave us all of our options before completing the sale. He also assured us that Andy would receive the credit towards assisting us with the purchase. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience and we will recommend others to go to Ashley’s for any new furniture.

We came to this store because of the good reviews that we researched. Well, our experience thus far has not been great. Our deliveries are partial, the beds in the store is NOT the same as delivered! We have a loveseat that arrived two weeks ago, but the loveseat still hasn't arrived. We have a bed that doesn't adjustable platform, but it was together in the warehouse. We can't get answers, whenever they do answer the phone. The salesman and manager gave us their number, but never answers the phone when we attempt to call them. Then we have an upcoming payment that's due, and haven't even received all of what we purchased! Terrible way of doing business Ashley store. To think that we were searching for more items from this store is illogical. Lessoned learned!

AJ is a true & excellent rep for Ashley. He not only is very knowledgeable, but also a pleasant person. He guided me thru all the paper work that was required, as well as answering any questions I had. All in all, my Ashley visit was very smooth.

This store is a nightmare. I’ve already had one bad experience but gave it another chance and they’re still the worst. Delivery was scheduled and they moved it without notifying me. Then they had my order shipped to the store and said I was in charge of figuring out how to pick it up. I said multiple times that I don’t have a trailer and to keep the next delivery date…They said they’d look into it but now I can’t get a hold of anyone. They never answer the phone— I’ve been calling repeatedly for 6 days. Funny how they take your money but don’t actually deliver the product. Should have never gave them a second chance

This place has terrible customer service . Bought a rug in store and 3 weeks later it still did not ship . Kept following up , it was sent to wrong address . When they finally did give us a new ship date they cancled it and pushed it back two weeks . We still have not received the rug ... Do not shop here

Have been calling the Reno store for two days, a total of 15 calls and letting the phone ring until it stops on it own. NO ANSWER. I strongly question Ashley’s commitment to customer service.

I bough several pieces from them, the dinning room chairs and bench fall apart and Ashley says that swiveling is normal. My family and guest have fallen from the chairs several instances and this is normal for them. Save some time and money and get your furnitures somewhere else, my warranty does not cover any of this damages why idk, trash furniture that’s what it is. Edit: Furniture is not covered my the manufacturer warranty even though the chairs don’t work and people have fallen, never buy furniture from here

So I drove from truckee to pick it up Unfortunately they only deliver and count meet urgent need for replacement for an incoming guest. I would have bought a show room model at that point. Warning. The furniture smells like a toxic soup of chemicals...good luck getting a response from the local store. Their movers put a stain in my carpet, said they would cover the cost to clean it, but after I paid over $200 to get it cleaned, they are ghosting me now. I emailed, texted and called asking for a refund and to return the furniture, as it was causing serious reactions like sore through, eyes and headaches, but no one would get back to me. Very dissapointed in my investment.

Made a purchase in store with an associate for over 5 thousand dollars. Scheduled my items for delivery about a week later. When my items arrived, I noticed the accent cabinent that I paid over a thousand dollars for was damaged. I immediately reported it to Ashley and was met with an offer for an even exchange. A couple weeks later, I recieved the replacement which was in even worse condition than my original cabinet so I refused the delivery. We made another order for an even exchange and same story. The delivery men informed me these cabinents come pre built and so they will probably all be the exact same. After 4 attempted cabinent deliveries and me changing my work schedule to be available on random days, I had enough. I reached out to the store as well as the sales associate who assisted me and requested a credit to keep the item damaged. It took WEEKS to get an answer. I then recieved a voicemail offering a puny $150 on a cabinent 9 times that price! I have now been calling back for weeks and weeks to discuss this offer further and see if we can come to a better agreement but the store either does not answer or when they do - managment/those who can assist are never available. I'm requesting Ashley contact me and provide a credit of atleast $350. I believe this is reasonable to keep a damaged item that is half it's value now. Also reasonable as I spent over $5k!! Otherwise Ashely will have to take the item back and (hopefully) resell it at an even bigger discount than this. I do not like a single other accent cabinent that Ashley furniture is offering so a credit or a return is the only options for me.

Great experience. Jerry our sales associate was wonderful, helpful and not pushy. She stayed around for questions but didn't hover making you feel uncomfortable or rushed. We had a great experience and will shop again there for our next home furnishings and ask for Jerry.

Had a very poor experience purchasing a bed frame and mattress from this store. We worked with the salesman named Raja (on the receipt his name is Karan). We were pretty clear in our requirement for a FIRM mattress. We sampled 7 different FIRM mattresses before deciding on one. The bed frame and mattress were delivered Feb 3rd. The delivery crew did a shoddy job assembling the frame. One of the legs is crooked and the headboard feels loose and creaks like hell when you put any kind of weight on it. We noticed the mattress felt soft but attributed it to adding the pillowtop option. A month goes by, we had a baby, spent a lot of time in the hospital so not much time sleeping on the bed. But we notice our backs are killing us so we go back to the store and analyzing the receipt codes, we realize Raja sold us the SOFT setting on the mattress, the exact opposite of what we wanted. I tried to call him because he provided a personal line, left a message, never got an answer back. Went back to the store and he seemed to avert his eyes and pretend not to remember us. We had to go into the store to talk to a human being because their customer service line is absolute garbage and will keep looping you through different menu options and eventually hang up on you. The customer service representative was nice enough and created a case number for us but we were told we needed managerial approval. It's now been over two months of waiting for this approval. We have checked in over and over again only to be told this manager is "hard to get a hold of" We are having to accept that we wasted 1500 dollars on a mattress that we didn't want. Ashley's has taken no accountability for their actions and doesn't seem to stand behind their products. We should have gone to another store with better return/exchange policies. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake. Other places let you try out your mattress for 100 days, Do that instead.

Not satisfied with the service, it was supposed to be deliver on 4/25, they reschedule 5/2 due not having the furniture in warehouse, they came 5/9 and called the day before saying everything was fine. Came to my house missing furniture and when they set the bedroom frame I told them it didn't look right, told me to call costumer service which I did and they weren't helpful, told me on the phone there was nothing that they can do because I bought it in store, when turning to the technician they have left without notice, I'm not sure what to, is a really unpleasant experience they lied and make an awful installment and no one seems to help. I hope you don't have to live the experience that I'm going through

Do not use this store they don’t call you back or care to get your issue resolved. I purchased a couch in march was told it would be delivered in April paid extra for delivery since I’m in a rural area got a call the night before delivery saying couch was damaged and wouldn’t be delivered to call Reno store. It’s now May and I still don’t have a couch the store doesn’t call you back when they say and doesn’t care cause they already have your money.

I purchased a bed from Ashley. I really disappointed with the purchase. I called there technician came out measured the bed it doesn’t qualify for replacement. The bed was not even 30 days old and it’s concave in the middle. There is a 1/2 inch dish in the middle. The customer service representative is rude and condescending. Talks down to you and in circles. I will not be buying anything from Ashley Furniture again. Plus I will be sharing my experience with anyone that will listen. Completely dissatisfied with Ashley Furniture. Today is 5-8-24 Still no call for the store manager. I asked the customer service representative to have the manager call me to discuss my issue. There is no customer service after the sale.

They delivered a damaged sofa so I requested a replacement sofa. I just received email they are mailing me a replacement part - so I paid a lot of money for a refurbished sofa! The customer service line is a complete joke all you get is the runaround.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They take your $ then NEVER answer their phone. I have been hung up on 3 times today trying to reach ANYONE regarding my delivery tomorrow. It just rings and rings then hangs up. They were supposed to contact me with a time...no call, no notice. NO time! But they have my $. I am forced to now drive across town to this store and I will cancel the delivery all together.

We picked out a sofa that we loved during the Presidents’ Day weekend. We then went home to compare prices online. Ashley Home Store in Reno beat all online prices, so we called our salesman and ordered it through him. It was delivered in 5 days. Delivery was on time and easy. We had a very good experience with the purchase.

Terrible customer service! I was delivered the wrong furniture. Told the delivery driver it was wrong yet they left it and would not return it. 5 days later I can not get a response from anyone and they refuse to put me in contact with management. There is still no plan to get the issue fixed and I have no couch and the wrong Furniture still in the boxes in my garage.

We were met at the door by Carlos and asked if we needed help. We told him we were looking for a couch and loveseat.He took us over to that section of the store and he showed us many different styles.We found exactly what we were looking for. Carlos was friendly , very helpful and we are very satisfied by the purchase. Carlos had a lot of patience throughout the process.

The delivery sucks they change me the date 4 times i had to ask for 2 days off 2 times at my work for nothing when i went to the store to ask i saw an other person with the same problem at the end they end maked delivery 4 weeks late

We had a great shopping experience at this store and especially with Teri who went over and above to help us with our purchase. We went to many (10+) other furniture stores along the way and came back to and purchased from Ashley because of Teri and the selection options and pricing. Our furniture will arrive in 2 weeks. We're very hopeful that it will be perfect for us.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. March of 2022 we bought a whole living room set and a dining room set. 1/2 was delivered and the other half took 3 months to get to us. Once delivered, they put together the furniture so poorly that my husband had to fix it. A few weeks ago we reached out because the zipper on the middle cushion on our couch became detached. Like it wasn’t sewn on properly. All of the stuffing came out! We reached out to customer service and we were told that the EXTRA $650 that we paid for the extended warranty didn’t cover that, but they would give us information on where to find someone to pay to have it fixed. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this. Basically all warranty $$ is just something else for them to collect and not follow through on.

Delivery is longer than we wanted.

Nick was very friendly, funny, and patient while we shopped. He worked with us and got us a wonderful quality bedroom set.

Should have read the warranty terms before the purchase and should have the avoided the misleading words from the sellers at store ending up purchasing useless warranty.

The salesman walked fast and talked fast. He was bored. I didn't feel like he cared what we were looking for. The showroom was nice and clean. We have bought most furniture here because of the great salesman and prices but think we might look somewhere else this time. Looking to change my living room and dining table.

We went to just look at couches. Went to two competitors then came to Ashley's in Reno. Mind you were just looking. Then AJ approached us and a full living room later we didn't have to go anywhere else. We purchased a couch, love seat, recliner, end tables and a coffee table. AJ was an excellent salesman, not pushy, but persistent enough that we didn't have to looking for him. This was our first purchase at Ashley, we will be back to see AJ.

HORRIBLE!!! Never got my delivery as promised because they forgot to load them on the truck. Now they’re telling me I have to wait another week & I ordered them a week ago. I got the run around on the phone…HORRIBLE customer service! I’ll never go to Ashley again! I’ll be going to Macy’s for sure! I’d rather pay a little more & get excellent customer service. As a matter of fact I’m headed there now along with Lovesac to get the rest of my things.

We needed a couch and chair. The salesperson was direct with us and we were in an out in about an hour with a new couch and chair. it arrived on time and they set it up for us. They were nice with the installation too.

Deliver on the date that was planned and the delivery guys were really careful with my furniture clean and respectful they assembled my kitchen table set nicely with care

Although, I found the sofa that suited my need's, the store is very generic and not appealing at all. It appear's to solicit a basic contemporary style market, therefore, not providing any tradidional style's all. There's very little colorful artwork on the wall's and the customer checkout area is very bland.

AJ was cool to work with. Made it quick and easy with no in your face or over the top “typical” salesman tactics. Would recommend him to help you out.

Friendly expensive and not much choice in variation of furniture.

We went to the store in Reno first Sean was really friendly.But when we had some questions we noticed Sean and the other employees were standing around and not helping anybody. So I went up to him and told him we had some questions. He answered a question then looked down at his phone and started playing with it. I guess we weren't buying high end furniture so weren't important. Never going back. We will buy are furniture some where else.Where we be treaded better.

Carlos took care of us and was patient with us and our children. He helped us come up with the best deal. We really appreciated his holiday spirit with his ugly cat sweater. Thank you Carlos. We will come back for future furniture needs!

Came to store to look around ,nothing in particular, but we liked a table so much so we bought it right away. I sold my old table I rescheduled an event party I had planned for today since it's my delivery date ,now it's saying error in the tracking number at the exact time my order should be delivered. I heard a voicemail saying my order was pushed back??? And now I'm without table for my event and lost a day of work for this delivery I called many times to the store and they told me something different. I called the sales representative directly,I called the number that left me a voicemail (no answer).. the delivery said 4 stops away to make it even worst .now it saying delivery not found very unprofessional, I payed set up and delivery for this . Also I confirm the deliver so many times ,like if they wanted me to re scheduled or miss my delivery.

Told item is in stock, called at 6pm the night before delivery stating don't have it in stock. Unable to get a hold of anyone, had to go in store, told will deliver in a week, still not in stock. Unable to help or offer any sort of solution since we got rid of the old couch day before delivery.

Sales rep did a great job. It's the service after the sale that is the issue. They won't answer the phone and their chat assistant is garbage. I gave 2 stars since the rep was cool. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star review.

Frank was very friendly, but overly overwhelmed with too many customers for one person to give personal attention to too each customer. I love the Ballister stand -up recliner I purchased. I also purchased an end table. I was told it would come already assembled. It did not come assembled. Please let people know that it comes in a kit to be assembled. It isn't something that a 80 year old woman can manage.

This was my second purchase. My sofa and couch are perfect. The TV stand was very damaged so I refused this piece. Customer service is horrible. I still have no delivery date for this item despite calling. The staff at the store in Reno were great. Carlos was very helpful in assisting us in finding the best items for our new home.

We are moving to Reno from out of state and needed bedroom furniture for our new home. Jennifer from the Reno store worked with us over the phone and made it so easy! We were able to order our furniture, arrange for delivery and pay for everything...it was fantastic! Jennifer went above and beyond to help us. Now we won't have to sleep on the floor when we move in! Thank you Jennifer and team!

We came in and found a set on clearance and I was able to get a Pod over and I was told they had people to load it in the Pod and take it to their storage service for a week. When we opened it up they only had a sectional and my receipt said I was supposed get a coffee table that had a lift top and two end tables. I spent hours trying to get someone on the phone in the Reno office to no luck and your 800 numbers said they couldn’t get them on the phone and she couldn leave a message but it would be quicker to go to the store. Luckily we were in Sparks and it was a quick ride so we went to where it was and apparently they had sold them after we made our purchase and we spoke to a very angry supervisor because I had proof of purchase so he had to pull full from a new stock and get them delivered with no charge. They are delivering these items on Oct 14th so there is more time to screw up

We went to the Ashley store in Reno to find a bedroom set for our son. We purchased an awesome bedroom set our son picked out and it was an easy process. A.J. Assisted and was very friendly and patient even though we were undecided on delivery date and if we wanted the set up or not. AJ was truly fantastic and we appreciate the time he took to help us come to a final decision.

Everyone at this store is super friendly and helpful even the delivery men were awesome setting up our furniture! It was our first time ever shopping there and we will definitely be back.

Not a customer friendly company All sales are final and everything requires delivery. So all purchases are actually a minimum of $40 extra. Customers cannot pickup their own purchases. I will not ever shop here again. I will go to company’s with better policies such as amazon.
