Found there prices in store much higher than advertised online. Ended up buying the same item for much less on Amazon. Absolutely love it, but would never buy direct as it seem salesy, and a person followed you the whole time.

Ashley Furniture must be going out of business. They we're lucky to get one star from me. The ONLY reason they got that is it's easy to get to. A horrible experience all the way around!!

This is the most unorganized company I’ve worked with! There’s 20 people surrounding you like sharks when you’re in there looking for furniture but once they make the sale good luck getting a hold of anyone to help you when your Order and deliveries don’t ship. My furniture was supposed to be delivered in 2 separate deliveries because a couple pieces were on back order. The first delivery was ok then the day before my second delivery date I was told the 3rd piece of my couch did NOT make the truck and that I would have to call the warehouse 24hrs after delivery to schedule to have the 3rd item delivered? I called 48 hrs later and talked to 2 different gentlemen both who had no knowledge of what was going on, they couldn’t schedule anything and both had totally different excuses as to why? Then I called the store and was assured by an associate that they would be delivering my last item on the 19th of this month and that the warehouse would follow up the next day to confirm a time. Of course I never received that follow up call so I attempted 5 different times throughout my work day to reach someone at the main store and not once did someone pick up! I again called the warehouse spoke to a woman who swore she would follow up because my items were again not in the computer to ship. By this time I’m so irritated and fed up with the run around I went down to the store(which was empty). I spoke to a customer sales rep and one of the store managers, and I had to again endure an hour of phone calls between the store and warehouse trying to locate and schedule my delivery?? All of my furniture was all supposed to be delivered in full by September 12th. I understand things can happen however when I schedule to take off work to accommodate their delivery schedule then I’m told the items did not make the truck this becomes their problem and they should be the ones trying to locate and coordinate delivery ASAP. Not make the customer jump through hoops and spend hours trying to track down my order. I ordered this furniture onAugust 17th and am told that they cannot deliver until the 28th! I get to waste another day waiting for my delivery. This company needs to pull it together and get organized! Their customers should NOT have to jump through this many hoops to get their furniture.

Don't shop here!!!! They do bait and switch. Delivery was NOT what we ordered and they "don't accept returns". We are stuck with payment on loveseat that they will not exchange for correct one.

We ordered our furniture on September 1st and the soonest they could deliver was September 11th, understandable, but the sales lady promised she’d call us because she could get us a sooner deliver date. Never heard from her. Monday the 9th comes along and we receive a text to confirm deliver for the 11th. We confirmed. We sat home waiting for our furniture to be delivered from 2-7 and no one showed. Finally called and after being on hold for thirty minutes the lady on the phone was not pleasant. Don’t tell customers something and then not follow through. Once we signed and they got their money it seemed like they could care less to continue good customer service which is a shame. We are new home owners and have a house to fill. We will not be returning to Ashley Furniture after this rat race.

Sales person was great and took the time to help me figure out what I wanted. Even stayed after hours to close the deal. The issues encountered were eventually resolved but a 5 star experience is zero hassles or additional work on my part to resolve problems. 4 stars are for minor issues that could have been resolved on the phone. I had to go back to the store so 3 stars. The price of the items didn't reflect what was on the show room floor. The salesperson identified and fixed it before I did. The parts required had to be manually added by sales person as the slats with the bed frame did not auto populate on the item request in their system. Luckily the salesperson identified this before I did or had to experience the bed being delivered without the essential part. The item size picked out on the requisition was wrong. Oddly, the price listed was for the correct size, queen size, but the item description and part number were for the wrong size, full size. I found this after a close review of my receipt and luckily resolved it before delivery. They had the correct size in stock so that worked out. I had to go back to the store for this. Delivery went well, very quickly and professional. Took the packaging materials with them. Delivery schedule was all over the map. Up to 3 changes to the delivery time with multiple hour windows. The communication was terrible, sometimes I was notified via text, other times a call. Sometimes I missed the call, no voicemail, and had to call the random number that called back to figure out it was Ashley calling about the delivery. I don't like having to baby sit things like this and I'm sure if I didn't followup after missing the calls the delivery would have went bad.
