We purchased $12k worth of furniture on 11/19/2019, it all had delivery date of 12/21/19, with the exception of (2) night stands that were to be direct shipped from factory on 12/21/19. We were now informed that night stands will be on backorder until 1/24/20. We asked their customer service to at least provide us the floor model so we could have a semi complete set, they refused. We asked to speak to manager and received the same B.S. Apart from this issue, we had other order errors that are supposed to be corrected 1/3/20. Not good customer service at all!!!

We purchased a couch the weekend of Thanksgiving. It was delivered a few days later but one of the pieces was damaged and they said they would replace it at a later date. On the 13th the contracted delivery guys looked at it and said it couldn’t be removed from the room because it wouldn’t fit. I asked them to explain how it can’t fit if it got in there. So in their lame attempt to remove it they actually damaged it even more, then refused to remove it and claimed it was already that damaged when they arrived. They said an actual Ashley furniture delivery crew would be there that day and that they were not paid enough to figure it out. There were no Ashley drivers re-scheduled to come to our house and they lied. My husband called the store in Reno, that we purchased it from, directly and initially it seemed like something would be done and they felt really bad about it. They said a manager would call back that weekend, yet no call was ever received. My husband called the Reno store again and had the delivery for the replacement rescheduled for the 21st. The delivery time was completely missed and when we called the Reno store to follow up, 30 mins after the timeframe they were supposed to be there, we were informed that the same delivery drivers who made everything worse would be there at some point in the evening. We told them under no circumstances were those specific drivers allowed back to our house. They said they would call us back to let us know when it would be delivered. No call has been received. On the 24th my husband called the Corporate office, who seemed to care and said they would follow up and get it rescheduled with Ashley drivers right away. Today is the 27th, we haven’t received a follow up call and I was just on hold waiting to speak with someone at Corporate when my call was disconnected. Not happy with this entire experience that still has not been resolved.

Should have known better by reading the reviews...went into the store knowing exactly what we wanted and showed Toni what sectional we wanted online. It was almost too easy and too good to be true. Two weeks later the delivery comes and they deliver half a sectional and two ottomans. We ordered a sectional and one ottoman. Fast forward almost A MONTH after ordering the couch and we are sitting here at Ashley waiting for the other half of our couch that was supposed to be delivered between the hours of 1030 and 230pm at the store...it’s currently 8pm. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don’t EVER EVER EVER make the mistake of purchasing furniture from this company.

We had the worst experience with Ashley furniture. Delivery driver was completely rude and cursed at my husband. In addition, they delivered our sofa completely damaged and refused to take it back. After spending over $2000 for our sofa set, the damage consultant they sent out stated that they will not replace the damaged furniture. Instead, they will replace parts and re-stitch. I did not purchase damage items. The no return policy is unacceptable. If I wanted damaged items, I would’ve went to a thrift store.

Worse experience in my life... I received a defective condition from manufacturer sectional recliner living room set... it was delivered by a 3rd party agency who lied about the process and procedures and nockdown a curtain also got my carpet dirty ... There no customer service at all no body helps everyone wash there hands.. Merchandise is dangerous loose hopefully none of my kids well get hurt in that thing until they do something about it, we'll see how long it takes to solve this since they refuse to do a refund... Looking for help it seems it's the same story of bunches unhappy customer that at the end they get no help at all... High prices low quality! Good to sell and lie about they items, and rude and dishonest solve any issues it seems none there was we'll train to perform their position

Store does not answer phones and has complete lack of respect for customers. I Spent over a thousand dollars and they acted as if it was not worth their time to determine why an order made thru their website did not arrive. They were conveniently able to pull up the order and inform me that the delivery had been cancelled for no reason but still charged my account. They then claimed to know nothing of it when I came into the store. I tried to handle it from home, but when they kept me on hold for 45 mins I had no choice but to go in. Then when I attempted to bring up the dispute in the store I found myself surrounded by several angry furniture sales people looking as if they wanted to lay hands on me. They then aggressively asked me to leave and told me that assertively inquiring about what happened to my money made several members of their staff cry.(Strange that they would cry when not a single threat or curse word was used by me)I planned on buying and entire living room set as well as several other items. It's a shame that they turned out to be a bunch of scumbags.

It was great, I needed a vacation, walking in here got my mind off the city for a bit. So many nice items to look at. My favorite has to be the world maps on the wall.
