I worked with Aldo Ortiz at Ashley/Regency Furniture and he was great! In just over 2 hours he helped me completely furnish 2 apartments after I showed him what I was thinking about. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Purchased a mattress that unfortunately we didn't like. Although we ran into a few snags with returning it we are ultimately very pleased. We will be exchanging it once the 30 days is up. Cyndi at the corporate office was very helpful and sympathetic to our situation. We didn't reach out to her, she reached out to us which shows strong integrity in a company. For that, I would recommend Ashley's Furniture because if there is any kind of issue they will resolve it.

The sales rep was great and we spent a lot of time getting everything ordered and I was told that I needed to call on Monday to schedule my delivery, but it wouldn't be more than two weeks. I called on Monday only to be told they weren't opened so I called on Tuesday only to be told that my products were on back order and they won't be in their warehouse until mid April and it would be another 2 weeks or so for delivery. I was devastated since I was given the expectation of it being a few weeks and I can't sleep on this air mattress until then. I had to cancel my order and go to a competitor who will deliver next week. Now I just have to wait for the refund that can take up to 7 business days.

I originally ordered a dining room table with four chairs, plus a loveseat for the dining room. For the TV room, I ordered a full leather sofa, another leather loveseat, a leather ottoman, and a recliner. Delivery day finally came—after a three‑week wait because everything was coming from the manufacturer. They couldn’t fit the full‑size sofa through the entrance (frustrating, especially since I already have two full‑size sofas in the house). On top of that, they broke an entrance glass panel. It cost $308 to replace. I filed a claim with the store, and they told me the delivery company would contact me. That never happened. In the end, I split the cost with the delivery guy because he told me he’d be charged for it, and I felt bad. The only items that actually got delivered were the dining room table and chairs. I went back to the store and reordered a loveseat instead of the full sofa. They scheduled another delivery for the following week and assured me that the rest of the undelivered furniture—supposedly still on the truck—would arrive then too. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called the store. That’s when I learned the furniture that was “on the truck” had been given to another customer, and I’d have to wait for a new shipment from the manufacturer. I was leaving town for a month and couldn’t wait, so I canceled the entire order. Now that I’m back, I returned to order the loveseat again. This time, delivery is no longer included, so I have to pay for it. Fine. But at this point, I’m not even confident the delivery will happen at all. I’ll update this as things unfold. Good business practice is to under‑promise and over‑deliver. Ashley’s/Regency seems committed to the opposite: over‑promise and never deliver—at least so far.

My wife and I stopped by the store to look for some furniture for our family room. We really did not have intentions of buying. It was more for product selection and pricing information. We ultimately would buy but we were not sure what store we would be buying from. This would have been stop 1 out of 2 on this day. We met sales associate Amber Grenier. Our interaction and introduction was casual and pleasant. She informed us of the promotional sale that was happening and directed us where to look for our needs. At no time was there any pressure or sales tactics that made us uncomfortable. After looking around, it was a bit overwhelming. Amber asked us a few questions to help us narrow down our search. We ultimately found a couch/chair/ ottoman set and another recliner that fit our needs and requirements. As I mentioned before, we were not really planning to buy on our first visit. Amber was so easy to work with and the prices were so good, we could not pass up this opportunity. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for their next furniture purchase. I would really recommend Amber from the sales department. She made everything super easy.

Do not buy here. They are so big that service is done by out of country support. I bought an $800 recliner for myself. It is the largest purchase for just myself. It’s a swivel, rocker, recliner. I wasn’t home at delivery but my elderly parents were. They didn’t know it was broken. I called them to report and was told they had to service it. They had a third party contracted who never showed up in December. I had to have a whole second base to a chair in a box in my tiny apartment while waiting for service. Very inconvenient. Then January date came. Again no show. I still have broken chair and no manager. Local stores can do nothing. Zero. Zilch. Buy local. Don't be stupid like me.

Everyone was very friendly. The store is very clean and the esthetics are amazing. A special shout out to Aldo. He was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable.

Ray was amazing, he listened to what we wanted and made quick, efficient use of both of the large floors. He offered us anything from just what we wanted to just outside that, making sure we had wiggle room with our choices. He was also the kindest to us and we greatly appreciated coming in to his welcome at the door! We will be back thanks to Ray!

Amber, our salesperson, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very, very patient. She didn’t try to upsell us on anything; she just provided suggestions and directions, and information on the items. We spent two hours in the store with the result of the purchase of a beautiful couch and lovely hightop table and chairs. We are very happy with our purchase and with Ashley. I recommend them.

Service was great. I went in looking for a couch a couple days prior. I went back in a couple of days later and went to service desk to place order. The young lady was super nice and made things easy and painless. This will be my furniture store for now on.

I ordered a sofa back in July 2025. Estm delivery Sep. Then pushed out to Dec 2025. Now they tell me it's April 2026. Completely unacceptable and the worst is they never call me to give me changes to the delivery schedule. I only found out by calling myself.

Went to the Manchester location to get an idea on a couch. Wanted to just walk around and see if there were any we liked. Told the lady at the front that we weren’t purchasing anything today. Then proceeded to get followed around creepily. They will follow you from a distance making it very obvious that they are watching you.

Visited both Nashua and Manchester stores a few times looking for a sofa on a budget. Huge selection, good prices, and helpful employees. Finally found the perfect fit in the Manchester showroom and purchased a sofa and loveseat for under $800! Picked it up the next day from their warehouse and couldn’t be happier with our new furniture. Thanks!

Looking for a real wood table. Very disappointed

If I could give a 0 I would. The day of delivery we waited all day finally called at 4:18 and was lied to that we were next. Called again at 5:30 lied to again that we were next. Finally called the store and manager tells us they had an accident and it was not being delivered again no one notified us. I called the next day and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for the next delivery to my area. I have no sofa and visitors coming ! They did not care and did not offer anything to make up for this. My first and last time doing business with them. Bobs is delivering next week. Go there!

I’m very frustrated with my experience purchasing at Ashley’s furniture. I bought a modular couch from them in May which was around $2,600. Just months after owning the couch, the seams on the cushions where the fabric meets, started just coming apart. I called about The first time it happened and they said normally they wouldn’t do anything about it, but they would send a one time courtesy cushion cover replacement. I was surprised that this was considered a courtesy seeing that I spent so much money on this couch and it is just coming apart. Shortly after the second cushion started coming apart and then a third and a fourth. I called again just to be told that the first time was just a courtesy and they can’t help me. After talking to several people, they agreed to send more cushion covers out. I requested to speak with a manager and was told there was no one available. After asking persistently, I was told I would get a callback from a manager in the next few days. One week later, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I was also told that this was normal wear and tear. I’m not sure where you buy your couches but any couch I have had in the past has not had normal wear and tear like this within the first six months of owning such an expensive couch. I am so extremely frustrated that our hard earned money was taken for an item that is just falling apart. If you are looking for a couch or any furniture for that matter, choose elsewhere because they are not helpful when something like this happens.

We bought a split king adjustable bed with beauty rest mattresses and our experience was wonderful and we can’t wait to try out our new purchases!!! Great experience with Ashley!!

If you’re considering purchasing furniture from this store, I strongly advise you to reconsider. You’re not buying from Ashley Furniture; you’re dealing with Regency Furniture. If you encounter any issues with the product after delivery, you’ll face significant challenges in getting assistance promptly. They lack their own actual service department and outsource their support to a third-party company that apparently only has one technician. Based on a recent incident, we’re not talking about days; we’re talking about weeks, and that’s just for an “inspection” to determine the next step. When I see a sign in front of a commercial enterprise, I expect the name on that sign to back up their product, not be subjected to dealing with another outside entity. By the way, looking at responses to other similar reviews about the service department, I already sent two emails to support, and all I get is crickets. I received your response. As I mentioned in my previous post, I’ve already tried emailing the support team twice at Ashley you mentioned, but I haven’t received any response. To revisit this issue, a young lady named Cindy demonstrated the qualities I had expected from Ashley. She handled the problem in a customer-friendly manner and completely understood the situation. She went above and beyond to create a mutually beneficial solution. As a result, we purchased a more expensive chair, and will continue to be Ashley customers. Well done Cindy! Once I receive a response to this post recognizing her accomplishments from management I will remove the entire post..

Don't give this company your business. Go to a different store like Jordan's. We purchased an expensive sofa, chaise, and ottoman from them. The sales rep gave us the wrong dimensions and they delivered the wrong product after waiting nearly a month. They agreed to swap the couch for something different that would fit. Another long wait. No call from the sales rep at all, just customer service calls where we had to re-explain the situation every time. The replacement was delivered and we note the ottoman wasn't going to work. They refused our request to return it or even give store credit. We even tried escalation, who said they would request and exception, but never called back. If you want.... - Sales only driven service - Incorrect information - Confusing customer service - Inability to "make it right" ... Then shop at this store. Otherwise, take our suggestion and go a few miles up the road to.a different place.

I looked around and noticed how cheap furniture is made today. I could not get any information on how the sectional sofas were made.

We were looking to furnish 3 rooms.(Large dining room and 2 living rooms) Some nice pieces but unfortunately not much is in stock. Many items we were interested in were taking 8- 14 weeks. Floor samples have no warranty at all and not worth the very small discount. A majority of items are online only and should you order and not like the way it feels or fits or color, you are responsible to pay for the shipping of the furniture back as they won't accept it at the store. This is expensive. The staff was friendly and not pushy which is a plus.

Extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. Been over 2 months and no one has helped with my defective furniture — multiple store visits, zero follow-up. Totally unacceptable customer service.

I was greeted upon arrival, but able to browse around freely. When I had questions, they were quickly and thoroughly answered. The checkout process was speedy and smooth. Aldo was wonderful to work with. Overall great experience and will be back for our next furniture purchase.

Had excellent experience in the store when it came time for delivery I had very bad experience with the delivery delivery people called said they’re in my driveway. I said no you’re not. Where are you and the guy hung up I called their delivery office and the gentleman said OK. Will do another stop. Will do you next. That was the last I heard they never showed up this Saturday afternoon Sunday when the store opened up I called the store. They told me it takes three days for set up delivery. They don’t deliver on Monday so now I have to wait till Wednesday. All my furniture was taken out of here. I have none left so now I have no furniture in my living room till Wednesday. be very careful with their delivery people. They are not good at all.

If you get damaged furniture delivered or have any kind of issue really, forget about any kind of assistance. We are at the two month mark of trying to get this resolved. Service center is impossible to solve any problems with, and the store wipes their hands clean after the sale and says they can’t help with anything after the sale, you have to go through the service center. I’ve been stuck in this awful loop for two months and have gotten nowhere. Don’t waste your money. We spent $4,800 on our furniture and no one can help us.

Bought a couch in June with agreed delivery of 8 to 12 weeks, which is already crazy. Now being told it's getting pushed back to over 16 weeks. The most they can do is comp 100$. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The same couch im waiting for is being advertised to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks online on their website. This is a lie and deception.

Ray met me at the Manchester location door and I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous but he was so nice and helpful and he brought me to exactly what I wanted (a swivel, rocker, recliner) which was perfect. I’ve never been so comfortable in a sales situation. I even had multiple options! The only reason I went here was because it was on the WMUR Rosin Report so I stopped in. The process was easy and fast. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and service. The price was great and then there was an additional sale! Ray delivered and so did Ashley! To my room for a mini fee that’s well worth it. I give them 5 stars for sure!

Our son is going to law school in Concord so we wanted to get him a new bedroom set. Since we live in Texas, it was important that I find a furniture store that would deliver and assemble the furniture pieces. I called the local Manchester store and had the pleasure of speaking with Amber. She was extremely patient and professional during our time on the phone as we searched inventory together. Amber displayed a genuine desire to help me find just the right fit for my 6'3" son. Fantastic customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. She's a gem. Thank you Amber. 😉

I bought a power love seat and sofa in August of 2024 and it was delivered in September of 2024 Which was great. March of 2025 the power in the love seat stopped working , I contacted the customer service team that was recommended to me. I was told the part was coming from Europe and it would take a little time. I contacted them in April and they said the part was not shipped yet and I needed to wait . I received a call from them in May and I was told the part would be shipped in a couple weeks. In June I called multiple times and was not that the part was shipped and I would be getting a call soon. After 2 weeks I called again and I was told that the part was shipped to the wrong warehouse. A week later I was told that it was being sent to the warehouse near me. 2 weeks later I called again and was told that the part was never shipped. At the beginning of July I was told that the part never made it to the warehouse. Lies, lies, lies ! I believe that they never ever ordered the part and they are waiting for me to give up. I only had the love seat for 6 months before it broke. They are a terrible company and they do not care about their customers! I have tried so many times to get this fixed , I called The store where I bought the set and they said they have no control over the repair company. How can this be, they offer a warranty but don’t support the customer when needed. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from Ashley’s Furniture! I am learning that they do not give a crap about their customers and they pay people to lie for them.

Great purchasing experience, reasonable pricing, 100 times better than Bob's discount furniture. I will never return to Bob's ever again due to the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, and that decision was solidified after my extremely positive experience at Ashley's. Ashley canceled our order of two Sofas and never notifies us, waiting 12 weeks. 1st time it was a factory issue they said. Now after months. They canceled. Never going there again and telling all I can.

Over all there was a large selection but not much movement in price. Our sales lady was attentive but the “check out process” was painful. At one point wanting to give me feee first delivery then charge me 99 bucks for the second delivery. Due to some items being available later. I tool Me saying no problem just cancel the second part of my order to get the second fee waived. Spending over 10k seemed to be the least they could do. Over all the experience was just ok. No wow factor or any real reason to say we would 100% need to go back again. Still waking on delivery 🚚 so we will see how that goes. With no real furniture stores in the area if I need to drive an hour not sure I would make this my destination again.

Our experience with Mary Beth was amazing from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. She walked around the store with us multiple times, even going back to look at things again, and looked at pictures of our home to make sure what we wanted would look best. I’m excited to get our new couch and the overall experience of buying it in Manchester was great.

We had a great experience with Ashley at the Manchester, NH location. We bought a great small sectional with the help of Aldo and he was absolutely great. Super friendly and great with helping decide what would work best for us. We also had help from Liz dealing with logistical support and she was super friendly and helpful. Overall great staff and my couch just got delivered a few weeks later and it’s perfect. Would highly recommend visiting the store and requesting Aldo! Great experience.

Levi was a great sales rep! She had a good balance between giving us our space to try out the options we were considering while still being available to discuss what we were looking for and answer all of our questions thoroughly. Our furniture arrived in good shape overall and is great quality, however I will suggest that we would have preferred if the protective cover had not been taken off until the item was in our home. Because the cover was taken off before bringing it inside, it had one or two slight dirt smears, but they were easy to wipe off. I don't see a reason to deduct a star for it, but would like to pass that along as a suggestion for either a change in procedure or better training. Other than that the delivery was punctual and expedient, and no real damage was done, plus Ashley has great warranty policies that you can purchase that are definitely worth it. Most companies do not have nearly as good of policies so I was impressed with that. They offer a great value as well in comparison to other furniture stores. Not overpriced, but not cheap/poor quality either. I would definitely choose them again!

Ordered a cabinet over a month ago (4/9/25) from the Manchester location that was supposed to be delivered today (5/23/25) I received confirmation of the ordered, a 4 hour time frame and took time off from work to receive the item. When I went to track the delivery I received an error message that said “order not found” upon calling Ashley I was told that my item was going to be delivered on June 3rd. After pushing for information I was then told the delay was due to the item being damaged. No one called to inform me prior to today. I was then told I had to call the store i purchased from to discuss options. When I called the local store I was met with an incredibly rude representative who basically told me I had to suck it up and deal and that if I wanted to cancel my order I had to go into the store because of the type of delivery I chose. I used to praise Ashley Furniture but after this and seeing their F rating in the BBB website I will be finding somewhere else to purchase.

Absolutely steer clear of this company. FIVE months to sit on your living room floor with no communication is against the Federal Trade Commissions Law . This company is out of compliance with the law and horrible customer service. They offered me 200 dollars which is ONE DOLLAR and 3 cents a day to credit my inconvenience. My brand new house would have furnished from their store and now I will not buy one more item and I will recommend no one.

The worst furniture experience in my 50+ years of buying furniture. So many things mishandled. First they typed in the wrong SKU number on my order so i received the wrong kitchen chairs, and server BUT the right table. The couch and recliners were ordered in the wrong color as well. 2 months later, when the correct items arrived and we could finally use our new kitchen table, the first dinner showed chipping on the black finish on the table merely by placing items on it. Clearly a manufacturing problem. When I called and sent photos they said it was cosmetic damage and that they wanted $150 because we didnt inform them within 72 hrs. We didnt use it for 2 months because we had no chairs so how were we to know it would chip so easy. They said it’s their POLICY, that defects must be reported within 72 hours. I explained again the situation which fell on deaf ears. So, i paid $950 for a table that is chipping every use and Manchester Ashley says nothing they can do about it. Wow. Terrible customer service, terrible order process, no quality control or support. The worst furniture store i ever dealt with.

Horrible store horrible customer service. I purchased a $1600 couch and it was delivered damaged. It had a stain on the arm. I immediately reached out to Ashley. I was expecting to receive a new Chaise or a discount for the damaged furniture. They told me that it would have to go through the warantee and in about 2 weeks I would receive a piece of fabric in the mail and then in another 2 weeks could schedule someone to come out and repair the couch in my home. I was unhappy with this since I didn’t damage the couch I purchased a new couch and it was stained I should be able to exchange it or receive a discount for having a damaged couch. After a week and a half of back and forth because when you call they just say they’ll email someone and get back to you in 48 hours but never do, you have to continually reach out to them, we agreed on a $150 compensation which i feel isn’t enough. They told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles to be refunded to the financing it has now been 3 almost 4 and I have received nothing. Again I reach out she says she will email someone and get back to me in 48-72 hours. HORRIBLE customer service I do not recommend and will NEVER be back.

Great customer service to your face but zero customer service after the sale. Apparently every sales person calls themselves a manager and promise you the world to get you to make a purchase. Once they have your money, they don't know you. It's been 13 weeks, no furniture, no eta, no one will even answer the phone. I want my money!!! Drove 3hrs to order, Over $2500 spent and now Bri tells me i have to drive 3hrs to get a refund. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and Absolutely horrible service. Corporate is the only people that can handle this issue, are you kidding me????

Purchased approximately $10,000 between living room and master bedroom. Initial experience in store was fine. This transaction was made on 03/30/2025 (Sunday). I was told by the sales associate that I would be contacted for delivery that following week. There was no news about back orders or extended lead times. When Friday came with no contact, I reached out to them and was told that there were some back ordered items due in on 04/21. Zero communication on their end, but things happen. When I called in today to confirm, I was told the sectional is pushed out until 05/21 now. Again, zero correspondence from Ashley. I have to proactively reach out just to be delivered bad news. The nail in the coffin was letting us know that the furniture they do have on ground can’t be delivered until 05/09 because they’re only in my area “twice a month”.. None of these important details were relayed to me at all. This wouldn’t be an issue if expectations were established at the beginning. The lack of communication is horrible.

Beyond repulsed with this store. I ordered a couch, 2 chair and 1/2's, and 1 ottoman on Febuary 1st of 2025 and was told 6-8 weeks it should be delivered. Just today on April 17th, nearly 10 weeks after I've ordered this furniture, Ashley's calls me saying the vendor just contacted them and said this furniture has been DISCONTINUED. Will NEVER buy anything from here again. What a waste of time.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and quite helpful. My biggest complaint is that I had to call a couple different times to ensure the signed document was received back to Ashley's and I've yet to receive any information about the order being placed and where it is or what a delivery date may be.

If the policy is that items must be inspected at pickup from the warehouse, why are they sealed in boxes, unassembled? An actual inspection would necessitate opening the boxes and assembling the chairs to ensure all pieces are accounted for and in proper condition. This is unreasonable. The warehouse provided us with the wrong chairs and we were asked why we didn’t inspect them while at the warehouse. Next time, I won’t allow boxes to be loaded in my car without inspecting the contents, no matter how much time the staff have to wait for me to effect that inspection. Lesson learned. Assemble four chairs, inspect them, disassemble four chairs so they can be loaded in the SUV… OK.

We popped in on a Saturday afternoon looking to browse around and perhaps replace our couch. Entering the store we were not instantly bombarded with pushy sales people. They let us look around a while, then gently approached. Our salesman was Aldo, he was dressed well, smiled, and was respectful of our choices. Aldo showed us around the store, listening to what we were looking for helping navigate options and colors. We eventually found a sofa, and Aldo calculated a price with the specials that they were running. Overall great experience, and we ended up purchasing. We are looking forward to receiving our new couch, hope the delivery is as smooth as the purchase.

manager seemed very upset that we were looking around, and not currently inside of the building to make a purchase. we told the employees behind the desk directly after walking in that we were just going to be looking around (which we all are in the market for furniture) and the manager made sure to tell us (as we could visually see other groups walking alone doing the same thing we were) “okay, we’ll make sure to have someone walk with you then.” in a very very condescending tone, she began walking with us shortly after and began profiling us based on our appearance, claiming we were skipping school?? Ma’am respectfully I work harder and longer than you 6 days of the week and probably make more too, this lady was condescending the whole time and being a pain at every instance. I’m in the market for furniture but not with Ashley’s!

Immediately upon waking in, me and my 2 friends were profiled by the manager. Other shoppers were allowed to shop without an associate having to be there but we were followed everywhere. The manager accused us of skipping school to “hang out” at a furniture store which makes no sense because we were all graduated adults, and I did go to class today at a local college. She then asked for my professors names to check the validity of my college as if I would lie about going to college. The manager was extremely unpleasant and accusatory when we were just trying to look at furniture. She did not have to dig so deep about our personal lives when it has nothing to do with her. She blatantly profiled us.

A young woman named Levi waited on me and was very helpful. She answered my questions and made some good suggestions. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture company in Manchester, NH.

Easily the best furniture store experience I’ve ever had! We didn’t get overwhelmed by any pushy salespeople. We were approached when we felt ready and Liz was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what we were looking for and skillfully maneuvered the floor to show us things that matched our specs. She then told us where to find her when and if we were ready to make a decision. It was the most stress and pressure free environment and their team worked hard to apply any discounts we qualified for. Every person we interacted with was an absolute pleasure! Quite rude and not helpful at all. Hard to believe the doors are open and it’s only a matter of time before they go out of business again. Awful experience all around. We had to literally go in multiple times to try and find out where our promised delivery was. We even filed a report with the NH ATTORNEY GENERAL’S office as the service was so bad. Stay away!!!

We were on the hunt for a new sofa and found the perfect one! We stopped by the Ashley Furniture Store in Manchester. Upon entry into the store, Amber G. greeted us and let us know the promotions they were having, the layout of the store, estimated proceed times, and checked back with us often. We looked around and asked her a few questions. Our child got really impatient after a little while and we called it quits. We asked for her business card and told her we would be back tomorrow. We found a sofa but needed to verify dimensions, (measure twice, cut once!). We came back the next day, asked for Amber and bought a sofa and chair! She was extremely understanding of our toddler situation, not pushy in her approach, and informative on what our purchase options were. We had a bad experience with this furniture store and never thought they would do that to the customers. The first two schedules they never delivered our furniture which was a lie, finally a third time they delivered but their delivery guys left the house as I pulled into the parking lot from picking up my daughter from school they couldn't wait a few minutes as waited for almost a month what a shame this company. After they left I called for customer service not been delivered but instead, they extended the schedule for the next week I was so pissed off, I went to the store to question why they didn't bring our items inside the house even though I was right at my house, the lady at the front desk was very rude, she has no any manner to talk to peoples. I held my passion for a very long time and finally, I told her to refund my money back, all though they scammed our delivery fees. I wouldn't recommend to my friends and family to go shop this place. Awful place, Again, do not rely on their verbal promises if you read this review.

Buyer beware, they're overall are a good company however, when buying anything don't base your decision from a verbal promise from an employee like I did because they fall through. Prior to buying make sure the product is alreadt at their warehouse. Otherwise don't buy the product, unless you can wait the 12 week period. Don't fall for the trap and buy based on matter what they promise you. I've now been promised 3 different dates (purchase was in store on the 12th of November) they said arrives in about two weeks at their warehouse. First call they applogised and said will arrive on 12/23 at their warehouse. On lastest call the next update is 1/13/25. Now that I'm not satisfied with the purchase, what can I do? They don't give cash refunds, only store credit and even when they make you a promise they revert to their corporate response "Furniture is Available 8 to 12 weeks". Without any curiosity discounts or options to better serve the customers satisfaction. Im not saying don't buy here, just make sure when you do the item is already sitting at their warehouse. Again don't believe their "promises".

Placed an order in march for a whole bedroom set with mattress and couch for the living room. It’s now December and have called multiple times with zero help for missing parts to our bed. After multiple delivery’s since they sent the wrong bed set twice we are missing brackets for four drawers at the foot of the bed. Really wish someone from this company will reach out to me and help solve this problem

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute horror show to Purchase a dining room set and extended coverage. We purchased a very expensive dining room set just after Covid and also purchased the protection plan with it. When we needed to use the plan, my wife spent countless hours on the phone because Ashley furniture and the extended coverage company could not find our account or record of the purchase. After finding the information and them pointing the finger at each other for the blame. The warranty company has the audacity to tell my wife that the claim is denied due to it being over 30 days old, and Ashley z furniture reported our Information. Incorrectly. When confronting Ashley Furniture about it, they are trying duck and dodge the issue and not take responsibility in any way. Guess what Ashley, my wife works in the legal field and she is not going to drop this. Stay away!!

Awful, awful customer service. I purchased a dining room set with the protection plan. We noticed some issues with two chairs a couple years later and I reached out to submit a claim. Turns out they use a third party protection plan service, and it literally took me 8 months before the claims were processed/approved due to them not initially finding my order and needing to resubmit paperwork. Once it finally went through I was informed (after calling multiple times to check in, as no one has called me back at any point in this process) that I either need to pick up the new chairs from the warehouse myself or pay a $99 delivery fee, which was never mentioned when we initially purchased the protection plan. Either way, I have to dispose of the older chairs myself, which is another inconvenience. I tried calling the store itself and was informed that there’s nothing they can do on their end since it’s a third party company. The dining set itself is nice and I like how it looks, but my experience with customer service/the protection plan have been so infuriating that I will never buy furniture at Ashley again. Be forewarned.

Bought a Carnaby sectional last fall. The cushion padding material was totally different from the floor model and wore out within 2 months. They approved a warranty claim but never sent it. I've been following up for the past 6 months but they just always tell me I have to wait for the warehouse to call. Finally went to the store and got the same response. Never again.

Horrible! Frustrating to deal with. Zero stars award if I could! Charged my card right away, they said 4 weeks delivery, then took 4 MONTHS plus 1 week to deliver a couch and chair! They said furniture made in US, turns out they were waiting for it to be shipped from overseas. Helpless store manager for the Manchester NH store, horrible (zero/misleading) updates & communication back and forth, useless customer service, all have the same excuse, CAN'T DO ANTYTHING, waiting for stuff to be shipped from manufacturer. Once the chair finally got delivered, delivery people nicked/cut the fabric in one spot while unpacking, but after this wait, I did not want to deal with these people again. If you buy furniture want to pay ahead of time, need it months later having no idea when and how it will get to you, this is the place for you, other wise stay away from these losers...bleah!

We wanted a small, manual recliner that wasn't grey/ covered with cup holders / pet repellents/ rocker mechanism /power cords, or the kitchen sink, and Sam walked us right over to the chair of our dreams. I had seen this model online but didn't realize it came in a manual configuration. It hasn't been delivered, but I will follow up. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot...5 year extended warranty for $120 which will be refunded completely if nothing happens to it. Thank you, Sam S.!

Stay FAR AWAY from this location, I have purchased here in the past and dealt with the incompetence of the staff but nothing compared to what my cousin recently dealt with. Delivery drivers destroying his basement, front desk staff not responding or following up, having to beg for someone to reach out and help with the situation and when they finally do they are nothing but passive aggressive and condescending. The staff at this location are completely and utterly incompetent as their response to everything was “there is nothing we can do.” We were told that this location isn’t owned by Ashley Furniture corporate so that may be why they are so far behind on customer service and customer experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, you are better off burning your money than spending it at this location. When ordering a couch for my basement the delivery drivers destroyed my ceiling brackets and placed several holes in the drywall as well as breaking a closet. I told the drivers continuously to stop and to bring it back up the stairs but they continually told me they could do it. I walked away to call Ashley immediately and by the time I came back dowstairs the basement was destroyed. I immediately drove to this location to inform them of the damage and they told me they were going to do everything to make it right. They did NOTHING of the sort. I had video and picture evidence of the damage as well as the call time stamped that I had with their customer service. I had to beg someone to call me to discuss the damages and when they finally called they said “the driver claimed there was zero damages to the basement upon delivery.” They offered to pay a fraction of what it cost to have refinished as I completed my basement just days prior to delivery. They had someone from “corporate” call me and she was absolutely atrocious and informed me “it was a successful delivery” because the coach made it down to the basement. They still have no solution for the door frame they destroyed on the way down to the basement as well as the huge gash they put in my hardwood floor. The women from “corporate” said it was not caused by negligence but just the price you pay with having a sofa delivered. I have requested several times to speak to anyone but her but she insists there is no one above her. I can’t lie I used some foul language after the 8th time speaking with her and no solution but this has been absolutely awful for my family and completely unacceptable. STAY FAR AWAY from purchasing anything in this location or Ashley’s in general.

The warehouse and their manager will cancel your order without phone calls, emails or any reason why, without knowing details. Order the furniture, it’s built all right and looks nice. However beware that having it delivered might cost you more than you bargain for.

Amber was instrumental in guiding my wife and I to furniture that suited our taste. We have ordered an entire bed room set with mattress. Have had 2 deliveries at this point with mix matching pieces. Everyone we spoke to blamed the other but yet I still have no bed, and only dressers. It’s been 3 months. But getting no where with actually getting the items we have paid for. We are grown adults sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Really truly annoying that we keep getting the run around. The delivery guy’s themselves are very nice and amazing. Absolutely not their fault at all. But between the store and warehouse it’s an absolute joke at this point.

We went to a couple different furniture stores and we found Ashley's to be very professional with a large selection of very nice furniture. Amazing customer service and high-quality furniture at prices far below those online. The same sofa and dining set were at least 20%-30% less, and I was able to test everything out for comfort and see everything in person. Karen was our guide through the whole process, sharing her knowledge of the products and advice for the interior design of our new apartment. Her kindness and expertise were invaluable. It was like shopping with a good friend who wanted only the best for you. There was no pressure to purchase; in fact, she encouraged me to see how the sofa and other furnishings looked in the space before moving forward with other items. On Aug 15, 2023, I made the mistake of purchasing $2,819.96 worth of furniture - a mattress, box spring, dresser, mirror, and complete bedframe (Mirabel collection). Also opened up a credit card account with the store (Synchrony Bank) thinking it would "protect" my purchase. October 26th, 2023 Ashley delivers everything. As promised, they gave me a window of time the day before and called the day of. I immediately notice the damages to the Mirabel pieces and call the store. I also told them the wrong box spring was delivered. We did not want a low profile and it is not wide enough for our pillowtop mattress. Both sides of the mattress are hanging over? I was told that I should get a call within 72 hrs about the damage claim. October 27, 2023 my husband and I decide to just go to the store to correct the box spring issue. We should have had a resolution by now we were thinking. Manager Liz checked the notes and discovered her salesperson, Peach ordered the wrong item. She ordered exactly what we asked her not to according to the notes. We are assured that it would be swapped out on Nov 7th with a better quality item - which is good because you don't give a customer a generic bottom of the barrel undersized box spring for their expensive pillow top mattress in the first place. November 7, 2023 delivery crew swaps out box spring. Thankfully we were here because they did not call us prior to and if I remember correctly, it was earlier than the window scheduled. November 29th, 2023 furniture tech assesses damages to Mirabel pieces. Tells us that there is no way he can fix them due to factory defects. Apparently, everything but the mirror was missing paint from the factory (many areas were missing paint). One section of the footboard is jagged, missing a section of pressed wood, and was simply painted over at the factory. He also told us the delivery crew did not assemble the bedframe together either on 10/26 - he fixed that problem. January 2, 2024 Here we are over a month later with no word from Ashley. I decided to call about the furniture tech's findings and where we go from here. I was told that the reason why I didn't hear sooner was because the claim was accidentally closed? They would investigate and get back to me within 72 hours. This game of 72 hours continued on. I finally had enough. January 11, 2024 (after not getting any resolution) I filed a dispute with Synchrony Bank - again, thinking this was a "protected purchase". In my claim, I told them that Ashely can simply make things right by refunding me back a portion of the TOTAL sales price - $500. We would live with the defects. If they could not do this, they can come take their furniture, issue a refund for the MIrabel pieces only, and we will reorder from somebody else. February 26, 2024 I received a message that my dispute has been resolved? I would later learn that Ashley simply told them that I agreed to reorder pieces and have them swapped out. I told the rep I never agreed to that and I would like my claim reopened. I also told her that due to their lack of quality control and their delivery driver's lack of knowledge as to how to assemble furniture, why would I want to go through that again? I could end up with far more damages the second time around. She reopened my claim. March 20, 2024 I receive a message that my dispute has been resolved? The supporting documents I received state that they do not offer refunds. They also had a copy of my driver's license with those documents? In NH, it is illegal to make a copy of a driver's license and it is also illegal to keep it on file - UNLESS you have permission from the DMV. (NH RSA 263:12x) So, I am now looking into this as well with the Commissioner as to whether or not they are on the approved list. This was the FIRST and LAST time I order from Ashley. They could care less about making their customers happy. With that said, there is much to be said about purchasing from family owned businesses.

We ordered a couch loveseat combo from the store that happened to be the floor model, and our purchasing experience was easy, quick, and no-pressure! I personally really appreciate a salesperson that can let you shop and try out a few models, ask questions, and NEVER pressures the customer. Definitely made me more comfortable purchasing that day. The store wasn't even welcoming when you went in. We where looking for a love seat. The one we found the woman said I'll be right back. I'll go down and get you a price on the one we looked at. After almost 20 minutes she came back and said that it was 22 hundred dollars. I said I don't think so for that price. About ten minutes later she said let me go back down and see if they could do any better on the price. She was gone for another 15 minutes before returning and telling us that it would be 2 thousand and it would be the floor model. Again I said that we where all set and we left. If I could give a half star I would. We won't go back. We went to Bob's Furniture and got a complete living room set, quality name and quality product for 2 grand and we love it. Thank you Bob's.

Large store with many offerings for furniture. We were looking for sectionals to fit an awkward shaped room. We didn't have any luck here and the prices were on the expensive side. 2 levels of furniture and nothing to buy.

Worst furniture store ever I bought a couch and loveseat that both had recliners. I went to get something out of the side of the chair and cut my hand because the staples were sticking out. Then the recliner on the couch broke. Ask them to fix it they had somebody come pick it up to fix it. It’s been almost 2 months I have still not had my furniture returned, and they keep giving me a runaround about it. They refuse to refund me or give me something else do not buy from this place

I am so excited about our new piece of furniture, all thanks to Karen and her knowledge, and her friendly calming approach, if you ever stop in, ask for her!

Our son ordered a bed at end of July with delivery and assembly at 4 to 6 weeks. Order arrived 8 plus weeks. Dropped off and no assembly. Attempted to assemble, no instructions and missing material. Called store multiple times for immediate assistance, none. Requested instructions and replacement or parts needed. They sent someone in October and stated the obvious that there are no instructions and possibly missing pieces. After countless emails, phone calls with store. They said they will replace whole thing. Long story short, we got missing pieces and it was installed by delivery company at end of January! The logistics and customer service is a nightmare. You have to literally hound them constantly. I will never deal with this company again.

I bought a couch from them. The guy's name was ray. He did everything he could to give us the cheapest price. And he made sure the delivery date was all set about about 34 months later. I went back to buy a bed. I asked for the gentleman and he said that he wasn't there. So I dealt with a manager who was very grumpy. Was upset that the shift called out which I could understand. Then I listened to how she treated her employees and then I got why they didn't want to work there. The delivery date was completely wrong, they told me the wrong date they didn't do anything for pricing which I didn't expect on my couch, butt would have been nice on top of the grocery list of things that were going on there doing the paperwork took about an hour because they didn't have a clue what they were. Doing the manager had to call somebody else. It was ridiculous. I am not happy I was happy and now I'm not. It seems like this manager cares about one thing which is money and not customers which is wrong

I do not recommend this company. My boyfriend and I purchased a home in November and for the first time, I decided to invest in brand new furniture. We are absolutely disgusted by the customer service and quality of our experience. It’s a long read, but worth your time to avoid what we’re going through with this company. The day of our closing, we visited Ashley’s in Manchester. We spent thousands of dollars on a couch, oversized chair, ottoman and beauty rest mattress with an adjustable base. For starters, the employee claimed that the adjustable bases only came in queen size and convinced us to purchase one in the showroom to pair with the king size mattress we ordered. After weeks of waiting and finally picking up our mattress and frame, something didn’t seem right as the sides of the mattress were sagging off the base. Additionally, the store did not give us a remote so we had to make an extra trip back to the store to pick it up. After about a week or 2, I called the store, and it was confirmed that the bases in fact do come in king size and we were assured that one would be ordered, delivered and set up in our bedroom and the queen base would be picked up. Fast forward to LAST FRIDAY (remember we placed the original orders in November) - delivery crew shows up at my house with the living room set and king size base. An exciting day of finally receiving all of my furniture quickly turned in an absolute disaster of an experience that’s Ashley’s has failed to even attempt to make right. Not only could the delivery crew not carry the king size base up to our bedroom (claiming it was too heavy), but they put 2 holes in the walls of my new home and neglected to say anything ! They weaseled their way out of here, leaving my home damaged and my bed base in my living room (where it’s been for about a week now). I have been sleeping on the mattress on my floor after spending THOUSANDS of dollars for this set. The ottoman was left with only 3 feet as the delivery crew informed me one was damaged and needed replacement. Customer service later confirmed that no replacement was ever ordered. So, my current situation is as follows: 1. King size bed base is in my living room. 2. Two golf ball size holes in my wall of my new home. 3. Sleeping on my brand new king mattress on my bedroom floor. 4. Left with a broken ottoman with 3 legs that cant be used with no assurance that a replacement foot will be sent to me. I have contacted Ashley’s customer service several times over the last week and it is quite evident that making this situation right is not a priority of theirs. I have attached photos of the position this company has left me in after giving them thousands of dollars in sales.

Lots to choose from but not enough selections for power sectionals in leather that weren't $9000. Staff was very friendly and I was greeted at the door with a smile and a hello.

If I could post no stars that is what I would do. The couch was torn when delivered. The driver indicated they would repair it. That was in October. Fast forward after so many calls getting the runaround and saying would "email a ticket" NOTHING has been done. This is now going on 2 months...

My husband and I regretfully purchased a sectional and a cabinet from this store on August 18th. We were told it would be about 6-8 weeks for the delivery and they would reach out to us to schedule. We followed up periodically (as we never received anything from them) and were told they would be delivered by October 15th. They finally give us a call on October 23rd to let us know they can deliver on November 3rd (at this point we take what we can get). We get a call on the morning of the delivery for them to tell us the cabinet is damaged and won’t be delivered. They then come to deliver the sectional (2 chaise & the middle piece to connect them). The middle piece is marked incorrectly and they can only deliver the 2 chaise. At nearly 12 weeks after our purchase of almost $3,000 we ended up with half a couch. I had to fight with customer service and send multiple emails to get a response. Now being December 9th, we were finally able to get them to pick up the 2 chaise and refund the whole order. Please save your time and money!! I wish I would’ve looked at the negative reviews before purchasing here, because they are true. You could not pay me money to order from here again.

Be cautious when purchasing if your furniture is not in their warehouse when you buy!!!! Initially I was told 3-5 weeks and now it’s 3 1/2 months for my furniture to be delivered??!!! I deleted my original 5 star review from 12/8/23 and am changing my rating based on my absolute nightmare of an experience with this store post sale. Keeping one star on this review because there is only one star in that building who knows how to treat their customers and that’s Ray. My delivery date has changed at least 5 times since purchase and their story changed at least three times. Seems like they know what to say to secure the sale but cant set realistic expectations. I’ve vocalized my frustration but can quite honestly say the excuses just kept coming and managers kept passing the buck. In the end after blaming me and creating more excuses my order is being cancelled so I’ll have to start over again. In conclusion - I wouldn’t recommend shopping here especially if you have a somewhat specific timeframe in mind for your purchase. - I would recommend directing any pressing or complicated customer service issues to their corporate customer care and not the store. They were quick to take my feedback about the untimely delays and their poor communication personally. - I would recommend this store work to improve their customer service skills by improving their follow up, communication and ownership when it comes to handling escalations.

Would give zero stars if possible. Read the fine print and ensure the furniture is in good working order before you sign off. Trying to use their service website is a joke and the people on the phone make it impossible to book anything. I took the day off from work and the technician was hours late and did not even offer a single bit of help.

I’m editing my review and I’d make it zero stars if I could. DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE!! The quality is garbage. Not even a year in and the zipper broke on one of the cushions. “Customer Service” “ordered a new one” in March and we still don’t have it on September 16th not only do we not have it, we have yet to receive any updates on it. The “manager,” Bre, can’t even manage to return a phone call. I have to call weekly to follow up because every time they tell me they’ll check on it and call back, but never do. Jenn at the warehouse is the only person who has called me back, but I still have no idea where the new cushion cover is. They talk about having a great warranty on the products when you buy - you’ll just have to wait a goddamn year to get the covered part. Ridiculous!!

Purchased couches about three months ago. When the couches got delivered one side had multiple cuts ! I contacted the store and told them about it. I had to take the day off specifically for the technician to come over the house . First technicians said they ordered the wrong parts and he couldn’t fix the couch ! Weeks went by they ordered the new parts for the second time just for the second technician to come in and say they ordered the wrong parts AGAIN ! Lost two days of work and I didn’t get paid for and I’m still left with a ripped couch. Every day I have called I get “ we’re sending a follow up email “ “ you will get a call tomorrow “ no one calls back ! Horrible experience very disappointed

Update! After my review here, they asked me to contact them and I did. After a bunch of rollercoaster again we finally got a delivery date of November 2nd. The replacement were either broken or eaten by termites. Luckily the slats were not even though still so cheap and wobbly. Even The delivery guys said they would relay that back to you guys as well and commented on how cheap the slats are and agree that they are wobbly and would not do a good job supporting the mattress and foundation They were able to add the slats, however they couldn’t even screw them all in as the side rails are falling apart. As soon as they left I emailed customer and guest services to let them know how disappointed i was and how nothing was resolved and provided pictures. Well it’s now the 9th and no one has gotten back to me. I am 8 months high risk pregnant woman and this whole thing has caused me so much emotional distress, as this is the third delivery and this has not been resolved. This is the worst customer service i have had to deal with, rude, no sympathy and accusatory. At this point I would like to get a refund for our bed and y'all can come pick this cheap mess of a bed. First review! I am beyond angry and irritated!!! Because after 16 days of emailing of sending proof, our bed is still not fixed and tonight it finally caved in with me heavily pregnant and with my partner putting us in DANGER!!! Do something!!! My partner and I came here july 2nd and bought a bedroom set. The sale associates were lovely, great experience. Our nightmare started with delivery, they delivered august 3rd, after they brought everything in they realized some parts of the headboard were completely broken. Annoyed but cool, I talked to customer service and they found a replacement 2 weeks later, the delivery guys came back with the missing parts and put the bed together. After they were done, they had extra parts leftover. I really thought the extra parts were from the fact the headboard had to be replaced and were from the second delivery. My partner and I immediately realized as soon as we got on the bed it started sinking in, it got more and more uncomfortable, the bed would not stay steady, creaking and shaking every time you get on it. And causing me major back pain, as I couldn’t sleep comfortably on it I am heavily pregnant, so we said enough is enough. October 1st we pulled the mattress off to figure what the heck is wrong with the bed that’s when we realized the delivery guys who are supposed to be professionals never finished putting the bed fully together. The reason the bed is so unstable is because the headboard is missing parts which are the support. We now realize those are the parts that the delivery guys left with. We went back to the store, talked to one of the lovely receptionist, we explained the issue, showed her pictures. She confirmed to us that the delivery guys did leave with extra part, she sent an email on our behalf to the warehouse and customer service so it can get fixed. The warehouse and the Manchester customer service are not open on Sunday and Monday so on Tuesday October 3rd I called and talk to a customer service person and he told me i had to email proof of the problem and someone will get back to use in 48 hours. Once he emailed me, the verbiage of the email now said “someone will respond in 7-10 business days” I told them i am pregnant and the bed has been getting worse and we would appreciate it if someone get back to us sooner. October 7th a guest services person emailed us again asking us to send proof of the problem, I sent videos and pictures of the problems with the bed and show them where the parts are missing. Since then I have sent follow up email on the 12th, the 14th and tonight the 16th because the bed broke at 11pm, and we had to move our mattress to the floor. We are exhausted, and very angry as we have spent almost 2500 on this and has gotten a terrible, unsteady bed which has put me and my unborn child in danger. Shame to customer service from the warehouse. Do not buy here!

Looking for a small sectional that was in stock with no wait time. Was given a few options and helped by Tony and Peach. The only disappointment was delivery was a 4 week wait. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience! I am now 10 days out and have called the warehouse twice to set a date for pickup. I have received no response AND no one answers at the store. I don't have my merchandise as of yet. Would someone please contact me.

Ordered a couch from here and was told 8-12 weeks, 12 weeks at the latest. If the couch was running a little bit late, we would be notified. No notification and our delivery was pushed back EIGHT more weeks.

I went in to see if they had the desk I wanted, they showed me what was in stock but none of them fit the criteria. Kimberly, Anna and Morgan all helped me find the exact desk that I wanted and special ordered it for me. The delivery charge was waived and it will hopefully be here within a month. We've been to Ashley furniture a few times within the past year and the sales lady (Peach) is BY FAR THE BEST FURNITURE SALES LADY!! please ask for her if approached by another sales people, you will not regret it. She's very knowledgeable, she will be around but not on top of you, she doesn't make it feel like your being followed. She is not pushy towards anything. For the past three days we have been actively looking for the best sofa for us and we visited 4 different stores with many different sales people to include "Ashley Furniture" Manchester twice in 3 days. Our first experience was Monday night and that sales lady was the worst! Ask for (Peach) I hope she stays in sales/customer service because I will purchase from her again. I can't say that about any of their other sales staff. To be quite honest, I will not purchase any furniture their unless she is our sales representative moving forward. Thank you Peach, your help was much appreciated!!!!

Let’s see. They told me my top floor stuff would be in within 4-6 weeks and then kept pushing it off. Here we are 12 weeks later and my stuff is supposedly getting delivered to them tomorrow. I went in this past weekend to try to set up delivery and now they tell me the next available date is 2 1/2 weeks out. The girls answering the phone are great but actually trying to communicate with the manager is terrible. I spent over $3,000 here and just want my stuff. I don’t recommend them at all unless you can buy it directly off the floor.

Was and unfortunately still is the worst experience I had to deal with. Ordered a living room set and waited over 8wks for and only got the sofa and coffee table. Was then told I would receive a refund for my love seat. I was given a 10 to 12 day waiting period. After 2 weeks got a call saying the love seat was in and I expressed I wanted my refund and now the check wouldn't be here until 20 to 30 days. NEVER AGAIN..

Finally found a couch we liked. We were quoted 4 to 6 weeks for it to come in. 6 weeks passed, no update. Kept calling for status and was told not all pieces were in. Was told to call back at the end of Aug. Called today, 09/02/2023 and now they are telling us maybe the start of December. Don't sell it if you can't guarantee delivery.

I had an Awesome and Amazing experience at the location in Manchester New Hampshire on Friday the 21st day of July 2023. For the first time in a long time I go to a business, and what is advertised on google is actually what the store is offering. I went there to get some furniture that I saw within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated by one of the staff members named Emily; and this because Emily didn’t make me feel unwelcome. In fact; I felt very important, and that my needs are priority. Unfortunately I did not get the original item I wanted for the discounted price; but I got something better within the same price range. Emily’s professionalism and willingness to satisfy my needs is impressive. I left there with peace of mind, and sincerely believe that Emily should get a raise. Because of the wonderful treatment by Emily; I would recommend Ashley’s furniture store to everyone! The other staff members were wonderful as well! Thanks guys!

We bought the Flynnter bedroom set a couple of months ago. We are happy with the set now, but we did not have a good experience in resolving issues found after delivery. Two nightstands and the chest had poorly assembled drawers, requiring replacements. The installers noticed this on one of the nightstands while unpacking the set from the truck and decided to hold this back. It was only after they left did, we open drawers, and found on the very first one that it would not open. Applying a little more force to open it caused the rail to break off the track, spilling ball bearings. We found 2 other drawers on this unit to be similar and found one drawer slide on the nightstand to be very loose. The rails are low-quality, and we failed to notice this while inspecting the floor model (unless the demo had more rigid slides). Knowing of the issue found on one unit, the installers should have inspected the remaining units for this but failed to do so. We called customer service about this to ask for a technician to come out for repairs and were told that their Service department would call us back within a day. After many days, we did not get a call, so we tried again, and the rep promised to chase this down. We got a call a few days later from the Service dept, asking us to send them pictures of the bad drawer, and scratches and imperfections that needed touch-up. We were told that they would order replacement slides from the manufacturer and schedule the work after they were received. After over a month of waiting for resolution and frustrated with the lack of response, we called again. Service explained that the order for the slides was taking longer than expected, so they decided to replace the nightstand and chest with new units, along with the nightstand that was held back. After replacing it, we were finally satisfied with the set. It was a different pair of installers this time, and they acknowledged that the bad units were assembled incorrectly. In summary, the service department was very slow to return our calls and seemed overwhelmed, which appears to be a common complaint.

Wrong order and bad customer service!

My husband and I visited with the intention of looking at some different sectional couch options. We were greeted by Ray when we walked in and after a few questions he helped us find the perfect sectional couch for us. He was also very helpful with getting measurements to confirm it will fit in our living room. Coincidentally Ray actually sold me the set of couches we currently have last time I shopped at Ashley’s and we love them-it’s just time for an upgrade for us! Was very happy to see he was still there and to have his help today. The team at the front office/desk were also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Overall a positive experience for us.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture in Manchester because of their bad treatment of us. First, they did not put the correct order. Secondly, when the order arrived, they did not accept delivery to our apartment. They delivered one two seats sofa and did not accept the delivery of the rest, on the pretext that the elevator is not enough. They did not 🚫 use of the stairs. Third, they took the delivery money and canceled the order. And we go back to the store, and they did not guide us or know where the the other sofa is, and this store located in Manchester, the employees are not good, and the people in the store treat us very, very, badly and then after we go and back from the store to the warehouse and the warehouse to the store and now we rent a truck to get our three seats sofa.

Nora was super helpful, very easy to deal with, and had a warm smile. Such a delight!! Definitely will come here for future purchases!

I went to the Ashley Home Store in Manchester, NH on 3/10/23. I worked with Luys… Luys with a y! He was patient, helpful, & knowledgeable. It’s sooo important to read what a customer wants and needs from who ever is assisting them, and he was able to determine exactly what I needed during my shopping experience. He was patient & gave me space like I wanted, but he was also right there if I needed him to provide assistance, and I needed his assistance many times, because I was purchasing several different items. I’ve been in this specific store before, and I left because I felt like I was being harassed rather than helped! I came back to give it one more shot, and they did not disappoint! When I arrived at the store, Luys welcomed me, told me some relevant information about sales, and the store, he let me know he would be available to assist me, and then he let me be on my way! He was around, but in the way I wanted, not hovering over me, not interrupting me, just perfectly available the way a customer would want! I was in the store for an hour. He never pressured me to hurry up or to make a purchase, he let me take all the time I needed to select what I wanted. He answered all my questions and I even called up the store after I made my purchase, and spoke with him again, because I forgot to ask a question and he was happy to speak with me and answer my question. He went out of his way to make my shopping experience AMAZING!!! Go there, and ask for him to assist you in your shopping experience! You’ll thank me later! Ashley Home Store….. Only one star because less is not an option. I will never shop at Ashley again. Both of our couches broke in less than a year from normal use of the recliner. Everything under the couch is heavy metal, but the moving piece is made of thin cheap plastic. I filed a claim only to be told they changed their computer system and lost our order. It doesn't matter that we have all our original paperwork and receipt as proof. After some arguing I was told the couch we bought is not Ashley brand so it's not supported, yet they had no problem seeing us the extended warranty for their product sold on their showroom floor. Horrible customer service and sales. The they told me everything this warranty would cover, but when I try to use it is useless. Furniture is junk as it broke in under one year from normal use. If you sell a product in your store stand behind it! Especially if you sell an additional warranty on top of it. Will never do business with a dishonest company.

I always feel overwhelmed when walking into furniture stores, with clerks breathing down my neck. But the employees at Ashley in Manchester, NH were very nice. Especially Luys Rodriguez. He gave me space while I shopped, made sure to answer any questions I had. I had been there for a good hour and he made sure I was confident in my decision and made my couch shopping expirence less stressful.

Do these people ever answer their phone? Have been calling for days leaving messages and no one answers. Purchased furniture in December and they haven’t been able to provide any update at all. I have been acting as their logistics coordinator since they fail to do their own job.

Luys was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked into Ashley HomeStore. Everyone at the Manchester location was incredible and unbelievably willing to help me get the item I wanted.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! I have had nothing but problems with this store. Bought it in January, still dealing with issues today. I went in, bought a couch and was told I would be called when they gave a delivery date. Couple weeks later, I get a call from a delivery driver that he's 5 minutes away from my house. I'm at work and I can't leave so I ask if they could come back at a scheduled time. They inform me that they have to continue their route and would have to bring it back to the warehouse, reprocess it, and charge for another delivery fee. I am so upset because I wasn't even told they were coming, but I return to work and decide to follow up later. One hour later, I get a call that they are 10 minutes from my house again. At this point, I don't want to miss out so my boss let's me leave work and jet home. They can only get through an entry with the couch that is under 3 feet of snow. Because they didn't call to confirm they were going, I didn't get a chance to shovel it. Fast forward, I shovel the entry way, they dump the couch inside, dragging slush everywhere and pillows are destroyed. They leave and I found a hole in the arm of the couch. For 8 months now, I have been trying to get a replacement to this damn couch. The couch ended up being too big and I told them I would still pay for the bigger section AT FULL PRICE if they could just send me a smaller section. I have never asked for a discount for all that I've been through, just what I paid for. I've been bounced around like a hot potato from department to department, only to have "guest services" send me FABRIC to go over the hole!! A few grand for a couch and they send a piece of fabric?! I don't know when this will end but I will tell anyone who will listen to go anywhere but here. I've lost hours of my life on the phone trying to get an answer from this business and they really just don't care. "That's not our department" is the famous response WHEN I get ahold of someone. This was my first time going to this furniture store because I wanted to "upgrade" from Bob's. I've learned to really appreciate Bob's furniture customer service through this experience and am grateful I didn't pull the trigger on buying the entire living room set and bedroom set I was initially planning to buy at Ashley's.

Ravi was excellent and moved several pieces of furniture around so I could measure and get exactly what I wanted!!

Bought a couch & love seat recliners. kept them in boxes for 6 months before our house was finished. one of the recliners broke on the back within days of setting the furniture up. we're still waiting for a replacement or some type of satisfactory response. ? Ashley was sold and new owners in the meantime and were still fighting almost 1 1/2 years later. Poor service, don't recommend buying a pillow from this Co. Go to Bob's at least with Goof Proof insurance you will always be treated like a customer should be. why don't you close your doors and do this Area a service of happiness.

This place is a mess. Highly recommend going someone where else for your furniture.

Justine helped us through our shopping experience. She was absolutely wonderful. We've been to multiple stores and couldn't find exactly what we wanted. She gave us recommendations but did not pressure us into a sale. I'd come back to see her specifically on my next furniture purchase.

Ravi was so awesome!! So nice and so very helpful!!!! If we could give him more then 5* we would. My sisters and I were at 4 other stores today and he was the best associate we had by far!!!

Justine was amazing. She greeted us with a smile, offered help and let us look around and then came and checked in with us. I think we stayed for 2 hours. We did buy a sectional and an accent chair. She was really the deciding factor of our purchase. She is a huge asset to your company. 100 stars

We even came back to see him with our in-laws and he worked so hard with us to get us the couch we wanted, he was a big help. Highly recommend!

I had to change my rating due to delivery. I was promised that my stuff would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I just called and they said that it will arrive in the first week of January. Mind you it has been 3 weeks since the transaction was done. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Purchased a very expensive dining room table 3 months ago and still have not heard anything about when it’s going to come in, if ever. I understand there are delays but this is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the salesman said the table was currently in stock. Guess I’ll host Thanksgiving on the floor…

Justine was lovely and she should get a bonus, however i believe the employees should tell customers that the shipping cost are expensive for low price items.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not buy anything from this store. The quality is horrible, and the customer service is worse. They do not stand behind their products. I received broken pieces and I have had to call so many times over the past month to try to get a replacement. I chose the delivery option when I bought the bedroom set, they had pieces missing and had to reorder. I waited 2 weeks to find out they forgot to reorder. I finally got a call saying they got the piece, I had to drive over 40 min to pick it up at their warehouse because they only deliver once a week. I would have had to wait 2 more weeks for the piece. We put the rest of the set together and they will not refund the $250 delivery fee because they brought “most”of it. 2 of the 3 pieces they brought were broke. Still waiting on parts and replacements. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a manager to call me back, today I called again and they said to resend the pics of the broken parts. Very unprofessional I wish I would have read the other reviews before shopping here. Expensive lesson learned

We were just looking. Mr. Ravikant Chaurasia helped us find a VERY reasonably priced, SUPER comfy reclining couch and relining love seat. AND he helped us get a reduced cost on our delivery! This may not always be the case for everyone, but we came away extremely satisfied. (And the delivery persons were professional, 10 years experience, and careful installing the furniture.)
