We shopped for a while looking for a mattress. We ended up here and the associate who helped us seemed nice. She answered our questions and we found a mattress we thought we liked. In this process of buying a mattress that we felt strongly guided through, the return policy wasn't stressed upon. We were under the assumption that we had 30 days to return the mattress and would pay more if returned before that. So, you see the trickery. We were guided down this path with only certain information highlighted, not actual information about the true process. Thats really shifty! I don't like writing reviews like this, but I also feel as though we were tricked. We went to go return the mattress yesterday only to find out then, that its not only non refundable, but that its only exchangeable. Well, we bought the most expensive mattress, $3400. So, if we were to exchange it for say, a $1400 mattress, you keep my $2k right? I'm sorry, but that is shifty. We were told to call customer service for a full refund, we did, cant help they said. Asked about a store credit, nope! Cant help you! So I have to just give $2k of my hard earned money because we dont like the mattress and you are shifty in the ways of explaining the things. So, this is my review. If someone decides they want to help, instead of passing the buck on a customer service line thats designed to just deny everyone's request, and either give us a refund or a store credit my review stands.

The sales rep was great and we spent a lot of time getting everything ordered and I was told that I needed to call on Monday to schedule my delivery, but it wouldn't be more than two weeks. I called on Monday only to be told they weren't opened so I called on Tuesday only to be told that my products were on back order and they won't be in their warehouse until mid April and it would be another 2 weeks or so for delivery. I was devastated since I was given the expectation of it being a few weeks and I can't sleep on this air mattress until then. I had to cancel my order and go to a competitor who will deliver next week. Now I just have to wait for the refund that can take up to 7 business days.

I originally ordered a dining room table with four chairs, plus a loveseat for the dining room. For the TV room, I ordered a full leather sofa, another leather loveseat, a leather ottoman, and a recliner. Delivery day finally came—after a three‑week wait because everything was coming from the manufacturer. They couldn’t fit the full‑size sofa through the entrance (frustrating, especially since I already have two full‑size sofas in the house). On top of that, they broke an entrance glass panel. It cost $308 to replace. I filed a claim with the store, and they told me the delivery company would contact me. That never happened. In the end, I split the cost with the delivery guy because he told me he’d be charged for it, and I felt bad. The only items that actually got delivered were the dining room table and chairs. I went back to the store and reordered a loveseat instead of the full sofa. They scheduled another delivery for the following week and assured me that the rest of the undelivered furniture—supposedly still on the truck—would arrive then too. A week later, after hearing nothing, I called the store. That’s when I learned the furniture that was “on the truck” had been given to another customer, and I’d have to wait for a new shipment from the manufacturer. I was leaving town for a month and couldn’t wait, so I canceled the entire order. Now that I’m back, I returned to order the loveseat again. This time, delivery is no longer included, so I have to pay for it. Fine. But at this point, I’m not even confident the delivery will happen at all. I’ll update this as things unfold. Good business practice is to under‑promise and over‑deliver. Ashley’s/Regency seems committed to the opposite: over‑promise and never deliver—at least so far.

My wife and I stopped by the store to look for some furniture for our family room. We really did not have intentions of buying. It was more for product selection and pricing information. We ultimately would buy but we were not sure what store we would be buying from. This would have been stop 1 out of 2 on this day. We met sales associate Amber Grenier. Our interaction and introduction was casual and pleasant. She informed us of the promotional sale that was happening and directed us where to look for our needs. At no time was there any pressure or sales tactics that made us uncomfortable. After looking around, it was a bit overwhelming. Amber asked us a few questions to help us narrow down our search. We ultimately found a couch/chair/ ottoman set and another recliner that fit our needs and requirements. As I mentioned before, we were not really planning to buy on our first visit. Amber was so easy to work with and the prices were so good, we could not pass up this opportunity. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking for their next furniture purchase. I would really recommend Amber from the sales department. She made everything super easy.

Do not buy here. They are so big that service is done by out of country support. I bought an $800 recliner for myself. It is the largest purchase for just myself. It’s a swivel, rocker, recliner. I wasn’t home at delivery but my elderly parents were. They didn’t know it was broken. I called them to report and was told they had to service it. They had a third party contracted who never showed up in December. I had to have a whole second base to a chair in a box in my tiny apartment while waiting for service. Very inconvenient. Then January date came. Again no show. I still have broken chair and no manager. Local stores can do nothing. Zero. Zilch. Buy local. Don't be stupid like me.
