Awful, awful customer service. I purchased a dining room set with the protection plan. We noticed some issues with two chairs a couple years later and I reached out to submit a claim. Turns out they use a third party protection plan service, and it literally took me 8 months before the claims were processed/approved due to them not initially finding my order and needing to resubmit paperwork. Once it finally went through I was informed (after calling multiple times to check in, as no one has called me back at any point in this process) that I either need to pick up the new chairs from the warehouse myself or pay a $99 delivery fee, which was never mentioned when we initially purchased the protection plan. Either way, I have to dispose of the older chairs myself, which is another inconvenience. I tried calling the store itself and was informed that there’s nothing they can do on their end since it’s a third party company. The dining set itself is nice and I like how it looks, but my experience with customer service/the protection plan have been so infuriating that I will never buy furniture at Ashley again. Be forewarned.

Bought a Carnaby sectional last fall. The cushion padding material was totally different from the floor model and wore out within 2 months. They approved a warranty claim but never sent it. I've been following up for the past 6 months but they just always tell me I have to wait for the warehouse to call. Finally went to the store and got the same response. Never again.

The store has a great layout and the furniture is above average quality for a great price but what we liked the most was how Ray Owusu worked with us, helped us and he showed great patience as we did laps around the store until.we found the perfect matches for our needs. Not only did we do this once, but we did it again a week later with Ray. Highly recommended professional and store.

Horrible! Frustrating to deal with. Zero stars award if I could! Charged my card right away, they said 4 weeks delivery, then took 4 MONTHS plus 1 week to deliver a couch and chair! They said furniture made in US, turns out they were waiting for it to be shipped from overseas. Helpless store manager for the Manchester NH store, horrible (zero/misleading) updates & communication back and forth, useless customer service, all have the same excuse, CAN'T DO ANTYTHING, waiting for stuff to be shipped from manufacturer. Once the chair finally got delivered, delivery people nicked/cut the fabric in one spot while unpacking, but after this wait, I did not want to deal with these people again. If you buy furniture want to pay ahead of time, need it months later having no idea when and how it will get to you, this is the place for you, other wise stay away from these losers...bleah!

Bought a 3000 dollar sectional from them a couple years back a good chunk of that was a 5 year warranty. Called because the couch is broken apparently they got bought out. But it's still Ashley and they don't have any of the warranty info because they have a new protection company. What a scam hundreds of dollars just gone don't trust Ashley will never return.

So disappointed 😞 after 4 months of waiting we had no choice but to cancel our furniture it's so upsetting because we really loved it. I hope that no one ever has to pay for something and not get it. This was extremely unprofessional.

We wanted a small, manual recliner that wasn't grey/ covered with cup holders / pet repellents/ rocker mechanism /power cords, or the kitchen sink, and Sam walked us right over to the chair of our dreams. I had seen this model online but didn't realize it came in a manual configuration. It hasn't been delivered, but I will follow up. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot...5 year extended warranty for $120 which will be refunded completely if nothing happens to it. Thank you, Sam S.!
Stay FAR AWAY from this location, I have purchased here in the past and dealt with the incompetence of the staff but nothing compared to what my cousin recently dealt with. Delivery drivers destroying his basement, front desk staff not responding or following up, having to beg for someone to reach out and help with the situation and when they finally do they are nothing but passive aggressive and condescending. The staff at this location are completely and utterly incompetent as their response to everything was “there is nothing we can do.” We were told that this location isn’t owned by Ashley Furniture corporate so that may be why they are so far behind on customer service and customer experience.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, you are better off burning your money than spending it at this location. When ordering a couch for my basement the delivery drivers destroyed my ceiling brackets and placed several holes in the drywall as well as breaking a closet. I told the drivers continuously to stop and to bring it back up the stairs but they continually told me they could do it. I walked away to call Ashley immediately and by the time I came back dowstairs the basement was destroyed. I immediately drove to this location to inform them of the damage and they told me they were going to do everything to make it right. They did NOTHING of the sort. I had video and picture evidence of the damage as well as the call time stamped that I had with their customer service. I had to beg someone to call me to discuss the damages and when they finally called they said “the driver claimed there was zero damages to the basement upon delivery.” They offered to pay a fraction of what it cost to have refinished as I completed my basement just days prior to delivery. They had someone from “corporate” call me and she was absolutely atrocious and informed me “it was a successful delivery” because the coach made it down to the basement. They still have no solution for the door frame they destroyed on the way down to the basement as well as the huge gash they put in my hardwood floor. The women from “corporate” said it was not caused by negligence but just the price you pay with having a sofa delivered. I have requested several times to speak to anyone but her but she insists there is no one above her. I can’t lie I used some foul language after the 8th time speaking with her and no solution but this has been absolutely awful for my family and completely unacceptable. STAY FAR AWAY from purchasing anything in this location or Ashley’s in general.

Found a set I liked online, but wanted to see it in person. Went to the manchester nh location. I was greeted by a gentleman named Sam. He was very helpful. I was able to purchase the set I wanted; took less than 15min.

The warehouse and their manager will cancel your order without phone calls, emails or any reason why, without knowing details. Order the furniture, it’s built all right and looks nice. However beware that having it delivered might cost you more than you bargain for.
Like when the sales representatives are willing to just let you browse prior to asking if we needed any help or had questions... Amber was instrumental in guiding my wife and I to furniture that suited our taste. We enjoyed our shopping experience and hopeful that our furniture package will arrive on the scheduled delivery date...so ask for Amber and likely you'll be pleased 😀
We have ordered an entire bed room set with mattress. Have had 2 deliveries at this point with mix matching pieces. Everyone we spoke to blamed the other but yet I still have no bed, and only dressers. It’s been 3 months. But getting no where with actually getting the items we have paid for. We are grown adults sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Really truly annoying that we keep getting the run around. The delivery guy’s themselves are very nice and amazing. Absolutely not their fault at all. But between the store and warehouse it’s an absolute joke at this point.
We went to a couple different furniture stores and we found Ashley's to be very professional with a large selection of very nice furniture. We were greeted by Tony who was a helpful pleasant gentleman to work with.I am thankful for the help getting some very nice new furniture for the house. Thank you Tony.

Karen was an absolute blast and made sure to give us top notch information on the different couch’s we were interested in and most definitely took the photos we showed her of our living room into consideration! She was so funny and got to know us on a personal level and even made sure to consider how big our dog was and if the couch would fit with our bird cage!!! Would most definitely recommend getting her if you could and showing her the space you want the furniture to go in because once we showed her the living room she suggested a lighter brown couch to go with the emerald walls which we realized would look fantastic! Awesome job Karen and regency for hiring the amazing employee!

Amazing customer service and high-quality furniture at prices far below those online. The same sofa and dining set were at least 20%-30% less, and I was able to test everything out for comfort and see everything in person. Karen was our guide through the whole process, sharing her knowledge of the products and advice for the interior design of our new apartment. Her kindness and expertise were invaluable. It was like shopping with a good friend who wanted only the best for you. There was no pressure to purchase; in fact, she encouraged me to see how the sofa and other furnishings looked in the space before moving forward with other items. I left feeling confident in my purchases and excited for the delivery to arrive. I’ll be back again to finish up the rest of our place. So grateful and happy!

I have never bought a couch for myself and I decide to finally. I went to a couple other places in the city but no one was really helpful or had what I was looking for. I walked into Ashely Furniture and was greeted by Levi, she didn't try to show us around (which is great) she just said any questions I'm here for you. We found what we wanted and then ran into Levi and asked her how we go about getting the couch we wanted. She walked us through all the steps and was very professional. I did tell her we had to leave soon and we were out 10 mins later and very happy. Thank You Levi you were great to do business with and a great personality!

WARNING. Do not go to this store. the furniture is damaged. I have been arguing with this company since November. all they do is argue with me. I had to take a day off without pay to have them deliver and an hour after delivery I sent a picture of glue all dribbled down the side. this is the second piece that was damaged. they would not come pick it up on my day off. I had to take another day off without pay to have them come pick it up. it literally took a month and half. now I'm arguing about a refund. I have to waste my gas and time now to get a refund. Liz and Anna are two rude women. Google and read review. I sure wish I did. I never would have stepped foot in those doors.

On Aug 15, 2023, I made the mistake of purchasing $2,819.96 worth of furniture - a mattress, box spring, dresser, mirror, and complete bedframe (Mirabel collection). Also opened up a credit card account with the store (Synchrony Bank) thinking it would "protect" my purchase. October 26th, 2023 Ashley delivers everything. As promised, they gave me a window of time the day before and called the day of. I immediately notice the damages to the Mirabel pieces and call the store. I also told them the wrong box spring was delivered. We did not want a low profile and it is not wide enough for our pillowtop mattress. Both sides of the mattress are hanging over? I was told that I should get a call within 72 hrs about the damage claim. October 27, 2023 my husband and I decide to just go to the store to correct the box spring issue. We should have had a resolution by now we were thinking. Manager Liz checked the notes and discovered her salesperson, Peach ordered the wrong item. She ordered exactly what we asked her not to according to the notes. We are assured that it would be swapped out on Nov 7th with a better quality item - which is good because you don't give a customer a generic bottom of the barrel undersized box spring for their expensive pillow top mattress in the first place. November 7, 2023 delivery crew swaps out box spring. Thankfully we were here because they did not call us prior to and if I remember correctly, it was earlier than the window scheduled. November 29th, 2023 furniture tech assesses damages to Mirabel pieces. Tells us that there is no way he can fix them due to factory defects. Apparently, everything but the mirror was missing paint from the factory (many areas were missing paint). One section of the footboard is jagged, missing a section of pressed wood, and was simply painted over at the factory. He also told us the delivery crew did not assemble the bedframe together either on 10/26 - he fixed that problem. January 2, 2024 Here we are over a month later with no word from Ashley. I decided to call about the furniture tech's findings and where we go from here. I was told that the reason why I didn't hear sooner was because the claim was accidentally closed? They would investigate and get back to me within 72 hours. This game of 72 hours continued on. I finally had enough. January 11, 2024 (after not getting any resolution) I filed a dispute with Synchrony Bank - again, thinking this was a "protected purchase". In my claim, I told them that Ashely can simply make things right by refunding me back a portion of the TOTAL sales price - $500. We would live with the defects. If they could not do this, they can come take their furniture, issue a refund for the MIrabel pieces only, and we will reorder from somebody else. February 26, 2024 I received a message that my dispute has been resolved? I would later learn that Ashley simply told them that I agreed to reorder pieces and have them swapped out. I told the rep I never agreed to that and I would like my claim reopened. I also told her that due to their lack of quality control and their delivery driver's lack of knowledge as to how to assemble furniture, why would I want to go through that again? I could end up with far more damages the second time around. She reopened my claim. March 20, 2024 I receive a message that my dispute has been resolved? The supporting documents I received state that they do not offer refunds. They also had a copy of my driver's license with those documents? In NH, it is illegal to make a copy of a driver's license and it is also illegal to keep it on file - UNLESS you have permission from the DMV. (NH RSA 263:12x) So, I am now looking into this as well with the Commissioner as to whether or not they are on the approved list. This was the FIRST and LAST time I order from Ashley. They could care less about making their customers happy. With that said, there is much to be said about purchasing from family owned businesses.

We ordered a couch loveseat combo from the store that happened to be the floor model, and our purchasing experience was easy, quick, and no-pressure! I personally really appreciate a salesperson that can let you shop and try out a few models, ask questions, and NEVER pressures the customer. Definitely made me more comfortable purchasing that day. The store wasn't even welcoming when you went in. We where looking for a love seat. The one we found the woman said I'll be right back. I'll go down and get you a price on the one we looked at. After almost 20 minutes she came back and said that it was 22 hundred dollars. I said I don't think so for that price. About ten minutes later she said let me go back down and see if they could do any better on the price. She was gone for another 15 minutes before returning and telling us that it would be 2 thousand and it would be the floor model. Again I said that we where all set and we left. If I could give a half star I would. We won't go back. We went to Bob's Furniture and got a complete living room set, quality name and quality product for 2 grand and we love it. Thank you Bob's.
Large store with many offerings for furniture. We were looking for sectionals to fit an awkward shaped room. We didn't have any luck here and the prices were on the expensive side. 2 levels of furniture and nothing to buy.

Worst furniture store ever I bought a couch and loveseat that both had recliners. I went to get something out of the side of the chair and cut my hand because the staples were sticking out. Then the recliner on the couch broke. Ask them to fix it they had somebody come pick it up to fix it. It’s been almost 2 months I have still not had my furniture returned, and they keep giving me a runaround about it. They refuse to refund me or give me something else do not buy from this place

First time here, ended up with a couch! Everything about the process was seamless, Karen was very attentive without being over baring, something every sales person should follow! She took care of us and answered every question we had from the size of the couch, to delivery options to way up to the north country! All something Karen said Ashley’s took care of. I am so excited about our new piece of furniture, all thanks to Karen and her knowledge, and her friendly calming approach, if you ever stop in, ask for her!

Our son ordered a bed at end of July with delivery and assembly at 4 to 6 weeks. Order arrived 8 plus weeks. Dropped off and no assembly. Attempted to assemble, no instructions and missing material. Called store multiple times for immediate assistance, none. Requested instructions and replacement or parts needed. They sent someone in October and stated the obvious that there are no instructions and possibly missing pieces. After countless emails, phone calls with store. They said they will replace whole thing. Long story short, we got missing pieces and it was installed by delivery company at end of January! The logistics and customer service is a nightmare. You have to literally hound them constantly. I will never deal with this company again.

My wife and I are 1st time home buyers and were interested in upgrading our master bedroom furniture. Ashley's was our last stop and we were blown away but the customer service we received from Liz and the rest of the team. They were patient with us while we evaluated different mattresses and picked out a furniture set and did everything they could to ensure the furniture would be in our home the weekend we close. Needless to say we will be back for future purchases.
I bought a couch from them. The guy's name was ray. He did everything he could to give us the cheapest price. And he made sure the delivery date was all set about about 34 months later. I went back to buy a bed. I asked for the gentleman and he said that he wasn't there. So I dealt with a manager who was very grumpy. Was upset that the shift called out which I could understand. Then I listened to how she treated her employees and then I got why they didn't want to work there. The delivery date was completely wrong, they told me the wrong date they didn't do anything for pricing which I didn't expect on my couch, butt would have been nice on top of the grocery list of things that were going on there doing the paperwork took about an hour because they didn't have a clue what they were. Doing the manager had to call somebody else. It was ridiculous. I am not happy I was happy and now I'm not. It seems like this manager cares about one thing which is money and not customers which is wrong

I do not recommend this company. My boyfriend and I purchased a home in November and for the first time, I decided to invest in brand new furniture. We are absolutely disgusted by the customer service and quality of our experience. It’s a long read, but worth your time to avoid what we’re going through with this company. The day of our closing, we visited Ashley’s in Manchester. We spent thousands of dollars on a couch, oversized chair, ottoman and beauty rest mattress with an adjustable base. For starters, the employee claimed that the adjustable bases only came in queen size and convinced us to purchase one in the showroom to pair with the king size mattress we ordered. After weeks of waiting and finally picking up our mattress and frame, something didn’t seem right as the sides of the mattress were sagging off the base. Additionally, the store did not give us a remote so we had to make an extra trip back to the store to pick it up. After about a week or 2, I called the store, and it was confirmed that the bases in fact do come in king size and we were assured that one would be ordered, delivered and set up in our bedroom and the queen base would be picked up. Fast forward to LAST FRIDAY (remember we placed the original orders in November) - delivery crew shows up at my house with the living room set and king size base. An exciting day of finally receiving all of my furniture quickly turned in an absolute disaster of an experience that’s Ashley’s has failed to even attempt to make right. Not only could the delivery crew not carry the king size base up to our bedroom (claiming it was too heavy), but they put 2 holes in the walls of my new home and neglected to say anything ! They weaseled their way out of here, leaving my home damaged and my bed base in my living room (where it’s been for about a week now). I have been sleeping on the mattress on my floor after spending THOUSANDS of dollars for this set. The ottoman was left with only 3 feet as the delivery crew informed me one was damaged and needed replacement. Customer service later confirmed that no replacement was ever ordered. So, my current situation is as follows: 1. King size bed base is in my living room. 2. Two golf ball size holes in my wall of my new home. 3. Sleeping on my brand new king mattress on my bedroom floor. 4. Left with a broken ottoman with 3 legs that cant be used with no assurance that a replacement foot will be sent to me. I have contacted Ashley’s customer service several times over the last week and it is quite evident that making this situation right is not a priority of theirs. I have attached photos of the position this company has left me in after giving them thousands of dollars in sales.
Lots to choose from but not enough selections for power sectionals in leather that weren't $9000. Staff was very friendly and I was greeted at the door with a smile and a hello.
MaryBeth was wonderful! She helped us get the furniture we wanted, offered hot chocolate for our kids, and made the experience pleasant but also efficient so we could get in and out with our 3 boys. We are very excited to get our beautiful new furniture!

My husband and I regretfully purchased a sectional and a cabinet from this store on August 18th. We were told it would be about 6-8 weeks for the delivery and they would reach out to us to schedule. We followed up periodically (as we never received anything from them) and were told they would be delivered by October 15th. They finally give us a call on October 23rd to let us know they can deliver on November 3rd (at this point we take what we can get). We get a call on the morning of the delivery for them to tell us the cabinet is damaged and won’t be delivered. They then come to deliver the sectional (2 chaise & the middle piece to connect them). The middle piece is marked incorrectly and they can only deliver the 2 chaise. At nearly 12 weeks after our purchase of almost $3,000 we ended up with half a couch. I had to fight with customer service and send multiple emails to get a response. Now being December 9th, we were finally able to get them to pick up the 2 chaise and refund the whole order. Please save your time and money!! I wish I would’ve looked at the negative reviews before purchasing here, because they are true. You could not pay me money to order from here again.

Be cautious when purchasing if your furniture is not in their warehouse when you buy!!!! Initially I was told 3-5 weeks and now it’s 3 1/2 months for my furniture to be delivered??!!! I deleted my original 5 star review from 12/8/23 and am changing my rating based on my absolute nightmare of an experience with this store post sale. Keeping one star on this review because there is only one star in that building who knows how to treat their customers and that’s Ray. My delivery date has changed at least 5 times since purchase and their story changed at least three times. Seems like they know what to say to secure the sale but cant set realistic expectations. I’ve vocalized my frustration but can quite honestly say the excuses just kept coming and managers kept passing the buck. In the end after blaming me and creating more excuses my order is being cancelled so I’ll have to start over again. In conclusion - I wouldn’t recommend shopping here especially if you have a somewhat specific timeframe in mind for your purchase. - I would recommend directing any pressing or complicated customer service issues to their corporate customer care and not the store. They were quick to take my feedback about the untimely delays and their poor communication personally. - I would recommend this store work to improve their customer service skills by improving their follow up, communication and ownership when it comes to handling escalations.

Would give zero stars if possible. Read the fine print and ensure the furniture is in good working order before you sign off. Trying to use their service website is a joke and the people on the phone make it impossible to book anything. I took the day off from work and the technician was hours late and did not even offer a single bit of help.

I’m editing my review and I’d make it zero stars if I could. DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE!! The quality is garbage. Not even a year in and the zipper broke on one of the cushions. “Customer Service” “ordered a new one” in March and we still don’t have it on September 16th not only do we not have it, we have yet to receive any updates on it. The “manager,” Bre, can’t even manage to return a phone call. I have to call weekly to follow up because every time they tell me they’ll check on it and call back, but never do. Jenn at the warehouse is the only person who has called me back, but I still have no idea where the new cushion cover is. They talk about having a great warranty on the products when you buy - you’ll just have to wait a goddamn year to get the covered part. Ridiculous!!
Purchased couches about three months ago. When the couches got delivered one side had multiple cuts ! I contacted the store and told them about it. I had to take the day off specifically for the technician to come over the house . First technicians said they ordered the wrong parts and he couldn’t fix the couch ! Weeks went by they ordered the new parts for the second time just for the second technician to come in and say they ordered the wrong parts AGAIN ! Lost two days of work and I didn’t get paid for and I’m still left with a ripped couch. Every day I have called I get “ we’re sending a follow up email “ “ you will get a call tomorrow “ no one calls back ! Horrible experience very disappointed
Update! After my review here, they asked me to contact them and I did. After a bunch of rollercoaster again we finally got a delivery date of November 2nd. The replacement were either broken or eaten by termites. Luckily the slats were not even though still so cheap and wobbly. Even The delivery guys said they would relay that back to you guys as well and commented on how cheap the slats are and agree that they are wobbly and would not do a good job supporting the mattress and foundation They were able to add the slats, however they couldn’t even screw them all in as the side rails are falling apart. As soon as they left I emailed customer and guest services to let them know how disappointed i was and how nothing was resolved and provided pictures. Well it’s now the 9th and no one has gotten back to me. I am 8 months high risk pregnant woman and this whole thing has caused me so much emotional distress, as this is the third delivery and this has not been resolved. This is the worst customer service i have had to deal with, rude, no sympathy and accusatory. At this point I would like to get a refund for our bed and y'all can come pick this cheap mess of a bed. First review! I am beyond angry and irritated!!! Because after 16 days of emailing of sending proof, our bed is still not fixed and tonight it finally caved in with me heavily pregnant and with my partner putting us in DANGER!!! Do something!!! My partner and I came here july 2nd and bought a bedroom set. The sale associates were lovely, great experience. Our nightmare started with delivery, they delivered august 3rd, after they brought everything in they realized some parts of the headboard were completely broken. Annoyed but cool, I talked to customer service and they found a replacement 2 weeks later, the delivery guys came back with the missing parts and put the bed together. After they were done, they had extra parts leftover. I really thought the extra parts were from the fact the headboard had to be replaced and were from the second delivery. My partner and I immediately realized as soon as we got on the bed it started sinking in, it got more and more uncomfortable, the bed would not stay steady, creaking and shaking every time you get on it. And causing me major back pain, as I couldn’t sleep comfortably on it I am heavily pregnant, so we said enough is enough. October 1st we pulled the mattress off to figure what the heck is wrong with the bed that’s when we realized the delivery guys who are supposed to be professionals never finished putting the bed fully together. The reason the bed is so unstable is because the headboard is missing parts which are the support. We now realize those are the parts that the delivery guys left with. We went back to the store, talked to one of the lovely receptionist, we explained the issue, showed her pictures. She confirmed to us that the delivery guys did leave with extra part, she sent an email on our behalf to the warehouse and customer service so it can get fixed. The warehouse and the Manchester customer service are not open on Sunday and Monday so on Tuesday October 3rd I called and talk to a customer service person and he told me i had to email proof of the problem and someone will get back to use in 48 hours. Once he emailed me, the verbiage of the email now said “someone will respond in 7-10 business days” I told them i am pregnant and the bed has been getting worse and we would appreciate it if someone get back to us sooner. October 7th a guest services person emailed us again asking us to send proof of the problem, I sent videos and pictures of the problems with the bed and show them where the parts are missing. Since then I have sent follow up email on the 12th, the 14th and tonight the 16th because the bed broke at 11pm, and we had to move our mattress to the floor. We are exhausted, and very angry as we have spent almost 2500 on this and has gotten a terrible, unsteady bed which has put me and my unborn child in danger. Shame to customer service from the warehouse. Do not buy here!

I went in to see if they had the desk I wanted, they showed me what was in stock but none of them fit the criteria. Kimberly, Anna and Morgan all helped me find the exact desk that I wanted and special ordered it for me. The delivery charge was waived and it will hopefully be here within a month. We've been to Ashley furniture a few times within the past year and the sales lady (Peach) is BY FAR THE BEST FURNITURE SALES LADY!! please ask for her if approached by another sales people, you will not regret it. She's very knowledgeable, she will be around but not on top of you, she doesn't make it feel like your being followed. She is not pushy towards anything. For the past three days we have been actively looking for the best sofa for us and we visited 4 different stores with many different sales people to include "Ashley Furniture" Manchester twice in 3 days. Our first experience was Monday night and that sales lady was the worst! Ask for (Peach) I hope she stays in sales/customer service because I will purchase from her again. I can't say that about any of their other sales staff. To be quite honest, I will not purchase any furniture their unless she is our sales representative moving forward. Let’s see. They told me my top floor stuff would be in within 4-6 weeks and then kept pushing it off. Here we are 12 weeks later and my stuff is supposedly getting delivered to them tomorrow. I went in this past weekend to try to set up delivery and now they tell me the next available date is 2 1/2 weeks out. The girls answering the phone are great but actually trying to communicate with the manager is terrible. I spent over $3,000 here and just want my stuff. I don’t recommend them at all unless you can buy it directly off the floor.

Was and unfortunately still is the worst experience I had to deal with. Ordered a living room set and waited over 8wks for and only got the sofa and coffee table. Was then told I would receive a refund for my love seat. I was given a 10 to 12 day waiting period. After 2 weeks got a call saying the love seat was in and I expressed I wanted my refund and now the check wouldn't be here until 20 to 30 days. NEVER AGAIN..
Finally found a couch we liked. We were quoted 4 to 6 weeks for it to come in. 6 weeks passed, no update. Kept calling for status and was told not all pieces were in. Was told to call back at the end of Aug. Called today, 09/02/2023 and now they are telling us maybe the start of December. Don't sell it if you can't guarantee delivery.

I had an Awesome and Amazing experience at the location in Manchester New Hampshire on Friday the 21st day of July 2023. For the first time in a long time I go to a business, and what is advertised on google is actually what the store is offering. I went there to get some furniture that I saw within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised by how I was treated by one of the staff members named Emily; and this because Emily didn’t make me feel unwelcome. In fact; I felt very important, and that my needs are priority. Unfortunately I did not get the original item I wanted for the discounted price; but I got something better within the same price range. Emily’s professionalism and willingness to satisfy my needs is impressive. I left there with peace of mind, and sincerely believe that Emily should get a raise. Because of the wonderful treatment by Emily; I would recommend Ashley’s furniture store to everyone! The other staff members were wonderful as well! Thanks guys!

We bought the Flynnter bedroom set a couple of months ago. We are happy with the set now, but we did not have a good experience in resolving issues found after delivery. Two nightstands and the chest had poorly assembled drawers, requiring replacements. The installers noticed this on one of the nightstands while unpacking the set from the truck and decided to hold this back. It was only after they left did, we open drawers, and found on the very first one that it would not open. Applying a little more force to open it caused the rail to break off the track, spilling ball bearings. We found 2 other drawers on this unit to be similar and found one drawer slide on the nightstand to be very loose. The rails are low-quality, and we failed to notice this while inspecting the floor model (unless the demo had more rigid slides). Knowing of the issue found on one unit, the installers should have inspected the remaining units for this but failed to do so. We called customer service about this to ask for a technician to come out for repairs and were told that their Service department would call us back within a day. After many days, we did not get a call, so we tried again, and the rep promised to chase this down. We got a call a few days later from the Service dept, asking us to send them pictures of the bad drawer, and scratches and imperfections that needed touch-up. We were told that they would order replacement slides from the manufacturer and schedule the work after they were received. After over a month of waiting for resolution and frustrated with the lack of response, we called again. Service explained that the order for the slides was taking longer than expected, so they decided to replace the nightstand and chest with new units, along with the nightstand that was held back. After replacing it, we were finally satisfied with the set. It was a different pair of installers this time, and they acknowledged that the bad units were assembled incorrectly. In summary, the service department was very slow to return our calls and seemed overwhelmed, which appears to be a common complaint.

Wrong order and bad customer service!
My husband and I visited with the intention of looking at some different sectional couch options. We were greeted by Ray when we walked in and after a few questions he helped us find the perfect sectional couch for us. He was also very helpful with getting measurements to confirm it will fit in our living room. Coincidentally Ray actually sold me the set of couches we currently have last time I shopped at Ashley’s and we love them-it’s just time for an upgrade for us! Was very happy to see he was still there and to have his help today. The team at the front office/desk were also very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Overall a positive experience for us.

They delivered a broken couch. A month and a half later, a generous an independent repair service comes out to tell me the bracket under the couch is just bent. They order the bracket. It comes by mail. The end of the couch is dented in, it is obvious. Now on to booking another appointment to get this bracket installed....they have time in June. I should have gone back to Jordan's. No customer service. I bought a NEW couch and 3 months later...still a broken couch. So disgusted!

She sat with us for hours interior designing my empty house, because as a male who has no sense of fashion, I am helpless with that. As I wandered off in the store, my GF and peach sat down and furnished the entire house together. They became besties. Peach even recommended a great burrito spot. The only reason I bought all that furniture right then and there was because of the customer service peach provided. Would highly recommend going to see Peach for all your furnishing needs.

I purchased three bed frames for my rental. One from the store and two online. One of the two beds I purchased online did not come with the hardware rendering the headboard and footboard useless because the hardware is specialized. I placed three different calls to the so called "customer service line". The agents all informed me to spend my money shipping the entire bed back via FedEx (over $100) and to order another one as their solution. When I didn't accept that they actually suggested I donate it and buy another. Don't waste your money with this store. They will sell you faulty furniture you literally cannot use and neither the online "customer service" nor the local stores will help you. Their solution when they mess up is to tell you too bad order another.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture in Manchester because of their bad treatment of us. First, they did not put the correct order. Secondly, when the order arrived, they did not accept delivery to our apartment. They delivered one two seats sofa and did not accept the delivery of the rest, on the pretext that the elevator is not enough. They did not 🚫 use of the stairs. Third, they took the delivery money and canceled the order. And we go back to the store, and they did not guide us or know where the the other sofa is, and this store located in Manchester, the employees are not good, and the people in the store treat us very, very, badly and then after we go and back from the store to the warehouse and the warehouse to the store and now we rent a truck to get our three seats sofa.

I went to the Ashley Home Store in Manchester, NH on 3/10/23. I worked with Luys… Luys with a y! He was patient, helpful, & knowledgeable. It’s sooo important to read what a customer wants and needs from who ever is assisting them, and he was able to determine exactly what I needed during my shopping experience. He was patient & gave me space like I wanted, but he was also right there if I needed him to provide assistance, and I needed his assistance many times, because I was purchasing several different items. I’ve been in this specific store before, and I left because I felt like I was being harassed rather than helped! I came back to give it one more shot, and they did not disappoint! When I arrived at the store, Luys welcomed me, told me some relevant information about sales, and the store, he let me know he would be available to assist me, and then he let me be on my way! He was around, but in the way I wanted, not hovering over me, not interrupting me, just perfectly available the way a customer would want! I was in the store for an hour. He never pressured me to hurry up or to make a purchase, he let me take all the time I needed to select what I wanted. He answered all my questions and I even called up the store after I made my purchase, and spoke with him again, because I forgot to ask a question and he was happy to speak with me and answer my question. He went out of his way to make my shopping experience AMAZING!!! Go there, and ask for him to assist you in your shopping experience! You’ll thank me later! Ashley Home Store….. Only one star because less is not an option. I will never shop at Ashley again. Both of our couches broke in less than a year from normal use of the recliner. Everything under the couch is heavy metal, but the moving piece is made of thin cheap plastic. I filed a claim only to be told they changed their computer system and lost our order. It doesn't matter that we have all our original paperwork and receipt as proof. After some arguing I was told the couch we bought is not Ashley brand so it's not supported, yet they had no problem seeing us the extended warranty for their product sold on their showroom floor. Horrible customer service and sales. The they told me everything this warranty would cover, but when I try to use it is useless. Furniture is junk as it broke in under one year from normal use. If you sell a product in your store stand behind it! Especially if you sell an additional warranty on top of it. Will never do business with a dishonest company.

I always feel overwhelmed when walking into furniture stores, with clerks breathing down my neck. But the employees at Ashley in Manchester, NH were very nice. Especially Luys Rodriguez. He gave me space while I shopped, made sure to answer any questions I had. I had been there for a good hour and he made sure I was confident in my decision and made my couch shopping expirence less stressful.
Do these people ever answer their phone? Have been calling for days leaving messages and no one answers. Purchased furniture in December and they haven’t been able to provide any update at all. I have been acting as their logistics coordinator since they fail to do their own job.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! I have had nothing but problems with this store. Bought it in January, still dealing with issues today. I went in, bought a couch and was told I would be called when they gave a delivery date. Couple weeks later, I get a call from a delivery driver that he's 5 minutes away from my house. I'm at work and I can't leave so I ask if they could come back at a scheduled time. They inform me that they have to continue their route and would have to bring it back to the warehouse, reprocess it, and charge for another delivery fee. I am so upset because I wasn't even told they were coming, but I return to work and decide to follow up later. One hour later, I get a call that they are 10 minutes from my house again. At this point, I don't want to miss out so my boss let's me leave work and jet home. They can only get through an entry with the couch that is under 3 feet of snow. Because they didn't call to confirm they were going, I didn't get a chance to shovel it. Fast forward, I shovel the entry way, they dump the couch inside, dragging slush everywhere and pillows are destroyed. They leave and I found a hole in the arm of the couch. For 8 months now, I have been trying to get a replacement to this damn couch. The couch ended up being too big and I told them I would still pay for the bigger section AT FULL PRICE if they could just send me a smaller section. I have never asked for a discount for all that I've been through, just what I paid for. I've been bounced around like a hot potato from department to department, only to have "guest services" send me FABRIC to go over the hole!! A few grand for a couch and they send a piece of fabric?! I don't know when this will end but I will tell anyone who will listen to go anywhere but here. I've lost hours of my life on the phone trying to get an answer from this business and they really just don't care. "That's not our department" is the famous response WHEN I get ahold of someone. This was my first time going to this furniture store because I wanted to "upgrade" from Bob's. I've learned to really appreciate Bob's furniture customer service through this experience and am grateful I didn't pull the trigger on buying the entire living room set and bedroom set I was initially planning to buy at Ashley's.

Bought a couch & love seat recliners. kept them in boxes for 6 months before our house was finished. one of the recliners broke on the back within days of setting the furniture up. we're still waiting for a replacement or some type of satisfactory response. ? Ashley was sold and new owners in the meantime and were still fighting almost 1 1/2 years later. Poor service, don't recommend buying a pillow from this Co. Go to Bob's at least with Goof Proof insurance you will always be treated like a customer should be. why don't you close your doors and do this Area a service of happiness.

I understand there are delays but this is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the salesman said the table was currently in stock. Guess I’ll host Thanksgiving on the floor…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not buy anything from this store. The quality is horrible, and the customer service is worse. They do not stand behind their products. I received broken pieces and I have had to call so many times over the past month to try to get a replacement. I chose the delivery option when I bought the bedroom set, they had pieces missing and had to reorder. I waited 2 weeks to find out they forgot to reorder. I finally got a call saying they got the piece, I had to drive over 40 min to pick it up at their warehouse because they only deliver once a week. I would have had to wait 2 more weeks for the piece. We put the rest of the set together and they will not refund the $250 delivery fee because they brought “most”of it. 2 of the 3 pieces they brought were broke. Still waiting on parts and replacements. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a manager to call me back, today I called again and they said to resend the pics of the broken parts. Very unprofessional I wish I would have read the other reviews before shopping here. Expensive lesson learned

We were just looking. Mr. Ravikant Chaurasia helped us find a VERY reasonably priced, SUPER comfy reclining couch and relining love seat. AND he helped us get a reduced cost on our delivery! This may not always be the case for everyone, but we came away extremely satisfied. (And the delivery persons were professional, 10 years experience, and careful installing the furniture.)

Purchased furniture in Feb 2022, still have not received two items as of Sep 2022. Called to cancel the two items and I was told the business was bought out four months ago and they are not honoring cancellations from prior to the change in ownership. I will not do business with this company again!
Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you enjoy wasting your time, money, and sanity this is the place for you. Do not expect your order to be delivered. Do not expect them to contact you about the cancellation. And do not expect them to respect any credits they promised.

I bought a couch back in January and the sales rep ordered the wrong couch. Fast forward to picking up my couch.... I realize it's the wrong one and return it back to the warehouse, and at that point they were transferring ownership. Now, the new owner will not return my money (cash!) And they still have my couch cannot reac anyone to resolve this issue. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
My wife and I purchased furniture from this location in November 2021. We were told delivery would be postponed due to the global shipping issues. After four months we contacted the store for a status update and was again told it was back ordered and shipping would be further delayed. Today I contacted the company again to learn that they had sold the business to new ownership and were unable to give me a refund. After contacting the corporate office I was told there was nothing they could do because the location was privately owned. I was directed to my credit card company for a refund. Do not do any business with the store, or any other Ashley’s furniture, because there is no oversight from the larger organization. I’ve contacted WMUR, the Better Business Bureau, and state legislation. Now I have to try to get my $6000 back. Prior owner is Dime Furniture Inc. Ashoke Rampuria

I ordered a leather chair and half being told it would be in 2 1/2 months. It's been 4 months now. I cannot reach anyone as their phones have been broken for 6 weeks now. You can only leave a message but mail box is full so that doesn't help either. The other branches in the area claim they cannot help. I have emailed them with no response. I am frustrated and disappointed.
Purchased a bed room set Aug 2021. I have called multiple times and been told "it is on a boat somewhere". I went to the store I purchased from to find more details and this is what I found out. Not only has that product not arrived, the company is saying they are unable to reimburse me and that this set has been discontinued. This is leaving me without the money I used to purchase the product and without the product. A SCAM. I have called the BBB. Lindsey at the Manchester store didn't seem to care one bit, she wrote the NAME of the previous owner of the company with a sharpie on my old receipt and told me I would have to google it. DO NOT GO HERE IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
We ordered bedroom furniture in September yes that’s right September 2021 10 months ago, kept asking when it would come in and they could never get us updates and now 3 weeks ago they tell us they aren’t working with the distributor and our furniture is discontinued. Tried to dispute the charge with my bank but seeing as how the charge was back in September there’s nothing that can be done but oh wait they will give us a credit to buy with them again?! No I want our money back!!! And not to mention furniture prices have gone through the roof and what we paid in September won’t get us what we would have gotten then. 0/10 recommend. Beyond frustrated.
Red flags galore. The in store process felt like a slimy used car sales experience. Wait while I ask my manager for price approval, evasion to very straight forward question, lack of willingness to write specifics into the purchase agreement such as delivery in place and assembled. Notice internet advertisements/ prices have subtle fine print translating to delivery unassembled at curb. As we were about to finalize the deal for couches, we were asked for 100% payment up front even though they were quoting delivery of 8-12 weeks. I asked a friend who's worked in the furniture industry for many years if that was standard and the answer was No, 30% down is typical. When I challenged the sales manager about a potential remedy if there was a delivery issue after I had I paid 100 % upfront, again he became very evasive and suggested I use American Express so I could dispute the charge. All the waring signs were too glaring to overlook. We decided Not to go through with the purchase. We'll take our business elsewhere. Lastly, as I was leaving the store another customer who overheard my conversation exited at the same time and wanted to share his experience with us. He paid for a purchase in Sept. We are now at the end of June and this poor guy still doesn't have a firm delivery date. They told him they were trying but unable to provide any useful information. Now he's stuck to fight for a refund, I suspect through his CC company. I felt terrible for him however it certainly confirmed my instinct not to make a purchase under those sales conditions.
A few months ago I left a good review because I went in and ordered a set from Liz and she was friendly and helpful- I have never received the set- I cannot even call anyone to find out where my set is. When I call , it says that I need to leave a message on the "customer service mailbox" and when I try- the mailbox is full. Unfortunately----I have an outstanding charge on the Ashley credit card for this purchase. So I am worried about even re-ordering something else- In the meantime, I have no answers, and no furniture- and no one that I can even call to get an answer! Don't do it! Stay away!

Still waiting for my furniture it’s been 2 months so far
September 12th 2021 we ordered a bedroom set. We were told it was handmade to order and that it would take about 20 weeks. We loved the set so we bought it, even with the long lead time. We checked back in periodically when the 20 weeks came and went and were told that the order was in a queue with the builders but that there were supply chain issues and they didn't know when it would be in. Sounds about right for the world right now, so we waited. Yesterday we drove by the store by chance and saw "going out of business" signs all over the place so we stopped in to see what this meant for our furniture. We were told that the order had never been placed to the company that would be building our furniture and they had basically taken our money and never filled the order. It was recommended by customer service in the store that we file a dispute with our credit card company or contact the Attorney General since the owner of Ashley/Ashbrook Furniture basically picked up and left after selling the company and the new company who purchased Ashbrook would be unable to fill our order. If anyone is waiting on an order from Ashley/Ashbrook Furniture you are unlikely to get it and you should follow up ASAP. Not by phone though mind you, no one is answering the lines

I bought a couch and recliner from this Ashley HomeStore location on Black Friday 2021. I still have not received my items (as of April 2022) and am sitting with an empty living room after being told and signing the agreement that said it would be delivered in 8-14 weeks. They always seem so surprised when I call in about the situation and then give me an ETA of a month later than before. Currently saying early June. They keep saying that I should be receiving communication, I've confirmed the email repeatedly but receive no updates. This location sucks!
Went in to purchase a living room set. Not 1 person greeted us, looked our way or asked to help us. Walked around for a half hr upstairs and down and no one to be found to help with a purchase. Found two sets we were interested in but again no one came around us no one came to ask us if we needed any help and no one came to sell us anything. Very disappointing and we left and once again noone around but as we got in the car they were quickly there to shut and lock the doors. Don’t recommend nor will we go back.
Purchased a leather sectional couch 3 years ago, as well as the additional warranty. The motors in one of the sections went out and had a technician come out in December 2021 to verify that it is something under warranty and that replacements were covered. Customer service since December has been TERRIBLE!! zero communication and both parties are blaming one another as to why my couch has not been serviced. Here we are mid Apri 2022. Spoke with someone at the manchester location where I purchased the couch as to any update on the replacement motors, very rude and again pointed the finger at the warranty company and that their computer systems were down and to check back at a later time.

As I entered I was approached and asked if I needed help, I said no thanks. This person continues to stalk ,e and my wife as we look at the furniture for ideas ect. We finally reach the bedding area (we came to buy a pillow and knew exactly what we wanted. Again for the 4th time this sales woman appears out of know where asking is we need help, again we answer no thank, and continue look at the rest of the furniture they have to offer. When we finally, make it to the front counter we ask to pay, and again this sales woman appears out if knon where saying "she will write up the sale". So we get ready to pay for this 150$ pillow, and they want all kinds of info they don't need (name, address phone number) we paying with a credit card, which has our name on it. at this point we walked out. Why would we give them all this info to simply purchase a pillow???

First trip to Ashley Furniture. The inside and out of the building is quite nice. Once inside my daughter found a living room couch and love seat she loved! There is so much beautiful furniture it would be difficult to make a selection and of course the sale was ending a couple days after we were there. So we left and at that point really liked that set. She finally decided that that was the one and ordered it. She had been to many other furniture stores in Manchester and Nashua and the choices and prices were perfect at Ashley's!! The place to go!
I have always bought from Ashley very nice staff very helpful the quality of the furniture surpasses other brands I have bought in the past. My dining room set is over 22 years old I still love it. I just sold my home and the couple buying my house wanted to buy it but I just couldn’t part with it.

ONLINE Fiasco! Placed an order for sofa+loveseat in August 2021. The product was put on back-order due to the (wait for it...) PANDEMIC. It is now Dec 17th and no clear view as to when we will get the furniture. Today I was told 2nd week of February 2022. WHY WOULD ANYONE wait for over 6 months to get their order fulfilled? I am not. I would never, ever use them again. Try WayFair, or Cardi's, anyone else but this company.
Do not buy from this store! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. My wife and I were looking for furniture for a house we bought and renovated. When we met our sale person Liz- who was outstanding- we told her to only show us items that were in stock and available for shipping. We understand the current logistical and inventory challenges. Liz pulled up her inventory and walked us to bedroom sets and sectionals that were in stock. We chose 3 bedroom sets and a sectional we loved. We paid for the furniture and left. A few weeks later I was called and asked when we wanted to schedule delivery. It was scheduled and I thought all was good. The afternoon before delivery I was called to confirm delivery and the person calling me informed me that we would only be getting a few side rails and the sectional. I was furious. The furniture was in stock when I bought it, a delivery was scheduled well in advance, and all of a sudden they don’t have the furniture? And they didn’t know until the day before? I don’t believe it. Somebody sold our furniture from under us. A wonderful woman named Debbie who runs the warehouse got involved and luckily was able to get us some temp furniture delivered so we at least had something to sleep on. The next day they delivered the furniture. The first time I went to use the power recliner on the sectional, it didn’t work. They sent out a technician and he said they had to order all new motors. In the middle of November I called for a status and was told 1 bedroom set would ship the end of November and be delivered the beginning of December. Never happened. I’ve called 6 times for an update and am told they will get back to me. Nobody ever does. I call back and am told a bunch of BS and they will call or email me in 24-72 hours. They never call back. Still nothing on the motors for the recliner either- 6 weeks later. Save yourself aggravation. Avoid them like the plague. Very poorly run organization.

WORST costumer service ever! We have bought several sets of furniture from here & they refuse to fix our couch (see attached pic: this is upright position). They blame montage and then Montage blames Ashley’s and nothing gets done when it’s an approved claim! We spent hours and over 10 phone calls talking to Ashley’s in Manchester, Ashley’s customer service , and montage. The claim was approved and submitted in August and we got the run around from both companies blaming each other. Stephanie , the manager from customer service (would not provide her last name), refused to provide a reselect, which Jim, the manager at Manchester NH Ashley’s suggested due to the mass miscommunication among Ashley’s & Montage. It unacceptable to sell us a product, the insurance through montage & couch through Ashley’s of Manchester, and not stand by either of your products. It is still under warranty that we paid $249 and are receiving nothing but a headache with an APPROVED claim because Ashley’s & Montage keep blaming each other. Also Ashley’s came out today and did not fix it, so they have had eyes on it. Ashley’s said there is no point to put a new mechanism in with a broken frame. The frame has never been ordered by Gretchen B at Ashley’s when Montage followed their procedures. This is unacceptable & we want to hear from someone that actually cares about the customer and the service provided not just by Ashley’s , but the warranty company that they use. Stephanie the manager provided the worst customer service today inferring that our furniture is old, even though is still under warranty, and Ashley’s has not seen it, even after she admitted her Ashley’s technician was at our house looking the broken couch today and has been given pictures of this since August.

I ordered a counter height kitchen table and bar stools about 3 months ago. I received the bar stools within 3 weeks. The table was backordered even though the website had said in stock and ready for delivery. I received a confirmation for delivery on the table, finally. I took the time off of work to receive the table however, I received a phone call the day the table was supposed to be delivered saying the table had been damaged and could not be delivered. When I called back to find out what was going on the girl became flustered and could not explain how the table had been damaged. The whole experience with this particular store has been extremely stressful and for this reason I would NOT recommend using these guys. They are very shady.

Junk Poorly managed
This was the WORST experience getting furniture. My husband and I spend hours tying to find the right bed set and finally came to an agreement. They said it would take 14-16 weeks to deliver. I was pregnant at the time and delivery was right around my due date. So I called within the upcoming weeks of my due date to try and see when abouts the furniture would actually be here because obviously the baby was coming soon and I wanted to be ready. I ended up having my baby and a few days later (15 week wait) they finally reached out and said it was ready to be delivered. So we were very excited to finally recieve our furniture. Then 2 days later we get a call saying that our bed frame was destroyed by a sprinkler malfunction in the warehouse and that we would have to wait an additional 12-14 MONTHS for our bed which is entirely unacceptable. I was told by the manager that we wouldn't have to wait that full time but was then told we would. They also only offered compensation of our delivery fee back not even the bed that we never recieved. I will NEVER associate or recommend Ashley's to anyone! Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Awful company. Ended up going to Jordan's and finding the exact set and the estimated time was 9-13 weeks and it actually came early!

I understand we’re in a pandemic and things aren’t as they should be, that being said, the communication about our order has been terrible. We ordered in January, got 2 emails our order would be pushed back and then nothing. We had to follow up to find out they had our order, scheduled a delivery day and then radio silence again. No one showed up or called to let us know that day would not work, we had to call again to find out it’s been moved another 2 weeks. It’s just ridiculous. I should have canceled and bought something else locally. They have not offered to make it right in anyway. It’s been almost 11 months since we ordered and we still don’t have our order. I would be much more understanding of things were communicated to us.

Placed an order online where it said I would be contacted within 7-10 days. Almost three weeks later and I had to call and find out the status of my order. First agent said “oh you only ordered it last month.” Like this is a normal thing for them to be that backed up. I was told I wouldn’t get my couch until mid-October (tentatively) and she wouldn’t guarantee that.I then spoke with two more people and left a message for a third about changing my order from drop off only to assembled and the two I spoke with told me someone different would be able to do that for me, forwarding me or giving me phone numbers I already called. The last person told me I would have to cancel my order and then re-order the product. When I explained that seemed ridiculous and that it would extend how far out it would be before I got my couch, she just said “yep.” I was furious. Worst customer service ever. I will never shop here again.
Nice selection of furniture if you're looking to spend that money. They follow you! The sales people will greet you at the door and then monitor you as you look around. It's creepy and uncomfortable. We're not the only people it was happening to. Ashley brand hybrid mattress though 10/10 value good stuff.
Rude and unhelpful customer service.
At first, our experience started out rocky. I was pretty-approved for financing through Ashley, but not Ashbrook. Trying to figure out how to get that completed took longer than expected. Then the sales girl that first helped us clearly didn’t have knowledge about anything. I actually felt sorry for her in the end, since I had so many questions she couldn’t answer and I was getting frustrated. Eventually, Liz came over and was super helpful. She made sure we understood everything, and explained everything that I had questions for. I will admit that it’s a bit creepy to have sales associates follow you upstairs unknowingly 😬 All in all, good experience. Waiting 12 weeks for delivery is just a part of life lately thanks to the pandemic.
Easy shopping experience and great prices
The store doesn't have any of the furniture that's online. I wanted to order a bar and they didn't have it. I was told that they don't have the furniture in the store that is online. They are 2 separate entities. When you're buying a condo or house full of furniture, would you buy it all online and never get to see it first? I wouldn't.
After careful consideration I chose Ashley Furniture for my furniture purchase. I had done a ton of browsing and they seemed to have a nice selection with fair pricing. After waiting the three months to be delivered and with no warning I was told it would be delivered in three days. I scrambled to get someone to my home to be there for the delivery. My furniture came in chipped and damaged and as a first time ashely buyer I was very disappointed. I purchased the insurance so I called the store immediately. I was directed to the warehouse and left messages with no contact. I unfortunately get to work before the warehouse opens and leave after it closes. So I left messages with my information. Nothing. I finally reached out an the app. I was helped for about an hour that ultimately ended in me sending and email with photos of the damaged product. I still have yet to hear back. I am very disappointed in the quality and service provided by this company. I am hoping this will be resolved in the near future

Went to this store for an N table and a couch and loveseat combo. The staff was helpful and the lady was nice which was honestly the best part of the whole experience. After we sign and provide our credit card, we are told it will take 12-14 weeks for these items to come in. As it was Covid at the time, we said okay. Well 14 weeks passes and we heard nothing. Apparently the couch was delayed and no one told us. Then after waiting two more weeks we have to call again and they say the couch was assigned to the wrong delivery zone, so it was delayed again. Then the next week we get a call on the delivery date, as the truck broke down. It finally came hours later that day. In short, the major logistical issues make getting the products ordered a major chore. The lady also should have mentioned something about the long delay before running our credit card. It took nearly five months for the order to come in. Needless to say, we won't order our next couch here.

The Staff was friendly and helpful and not overwhelming... BUT if you are looking for someone to deliver on time, Its not Ashleys. Its been more than a month past the 6-8 week time frame and they called today to wait ONE MORE WEEK.... I dont understand.
Ordered my sleeper sofa and chair in April was told it wouldn't be here until August. Not great, but whatever I can deal with it. Now since then I've received 2 different emails pushing the date back to late December 2021. Unacceptable.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have almost ever experienced. I have used this store for 3 rooms now and every single time there has been a damage issue, or a delivery issue. This one takes the cake. No management really cares. Does not return calls and has zero urgency to resolve the matter. This time my 2 desks came in damaged after 12 weeks of waiting and they brought the wrong bedroom for my daughter's bed. Because this was company error I was assured it would be a priority. Such a joke.I am still waiting on rails after 3 months as well as 2 desks. Called this week and was told the desk is here and once again a week later no call at all for delivery schedule. Don't be fooled by the pretty show room. This company has been a nightmare to work with.

Bought a sofa back in November and was told it would be delivered by the end of December. Never heard from them until I called at the end of January to find out my sofa wouldn't be in until the end of March. It was finally delivered and is defective right out of the box and now my calls and emails are going unanswered. No communication, terrible customer service. Don't shop here.

Went to Ashley’s to buy a couch and love seat approached by the salesman told him we were just looking he still followed us around when we asked him questions he seemed to have an attitude every time we asked him how long it would take to get anything it was always 30 weeks finally we gave up and he tried giving us his card I told him not to bother I will never buy anything from him we went to cardis and got the furniture we wanted in less than 2 weeks with free delivery since my husband is a veteran

sadly I didn't grab the name of the salesman. I appreciate that he greeted us at the door, gave general guidance as to how the store was laid out and then let us shop on our own. I hate being followed and feeling pressured to buy. it was a relief to be able to make a decision and when we had questions, he seemed to know exactly when we were ready for his assist. thank you Ashley home store for making the furniture buying process the least painful as possible.

We give the store 4 stars but our sales person DEMETRI 5 stars. The store gets 4 stars because when you purchase a floor model you do not receive assistance loading it into your vehicles. You are on your own. They do provide dollies to assist you which worked great. It also took longer than usual to close the deal because the floor model hadn't been marked as such in the system and had to be corrected etc. which took a while so we had to wait around. We do love our dining set so it was worth the wait. Demetri, our salesperson gets 5 stars. He was informative about the winter sale and very helpful ordering a specific cabinet for us no longer on the showroom floor. He was also sure to price match our purchase against a competitor's price when I mentioned the difference. We also decided to purchase a floor model dining set. It was on the upper level of the store and Demetri made sure our furniture was downstairs ready for us when we arrived for pickup. He visited the store (on his day off) to move it to the lower level when he found out it wasn't ready for pickup. Because of his excellent customer service our pickup went smoothly. Thank you Demetri.
Bought furniture awhile back. Recently had to access my protection plan. And file a claim to get my loveseat repaired. Demetri was instrumental in assisting me with finalizing and submitting my claim. Am so happy I purchased the extended warranty and protection plan. Because of this, the repairs were fully covered and item was repaired within a week of being submitted.😍👍🏻
Marie was so helpful and made our experience so simple. After looking at multiple other stores, this couch just does not compare to the others! So comfortable and soft. We also opted to use the Ashley’s financing program which is 0% interest for 36 weeks! Thank you Marie !

Ordered a reclining love seat in the beginning of January and was told it would be at the warehouse Feb. 22. I called today (3/8) and was told that now it won't be in the warehouse until April 12th. Where was the customer service call to let us know????

Such a disappointing experience with Ashley. Ordered a couch in early November, and they guaranteed delivery within 12-14 weeks. It is now March (way past the 14 week guarantee delivery deadline), and although Ashley representatives previously stated that delivery would be effectuated by January, and then again in February, neither of those promises came to fruition, as we are still waiting on the couch. Now the most recent update is that the couch will supposedly be delivered by the end of March. I just don't believe Ashley at this point. Moreover, Ashley has not once called us to tell us that the couch delivery would be delayed - we only found out by calling them multiple times. Terrible customer service, and I suggest that you look elsewhere if you want a good furniture buying experience.
I purchased a lift recliner from Ashley in Manchester. I’m handicapped and rely on the lift feature, so I purchased the extra insurance. In January a year after ownership, the chair stopped lifting. I called the store and they referred me to GBS, the service plan provider. After waiting a month GBS sent someone to have a look. He walked in flipped it over and proclaimed that it was broken. He walked out and said I’d hear back in 3 to 5 days. So 8 days later I’ve heard nothing. Called customer service at the store and they told me it was in GBS hands, and that they would have them call me, maybe by next Tuesday. Ashley Furniture has crappy customer service, they could not care less about customers. DON’T BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE FECKLESS IDIOTS. they won’t care for you when the payment clears.

We currently have a dual reclining sofa and a rocker recliner that we purchased from Ashley's well over 20 years ago and it is still in excellent condition....nothing has broken and the leather upholstery is still in great condition. We recently purchased a power reclining sofa and loveseat set for another room from Ashley's which pretty much checked all our boxes. Our sales consultant, Liz Gagne, was excellent!!!! She was personable, caring, and very informative! At the beginning of our shopping experience, she gave us all her contact info and encouraged us to either call, text or email her at any time with questions and we certainly did do that. Liz always got back to us with answers in no time at all!!! When we decided to make this latest purchase, she got everything entered in the computer, all the documents prepared, and even had an envelope full of all our copies and other documents before we even went in for our appointment. That made our transaction so amazingly quick and easy....thank you Liz!!!!!!

Terrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We ordered a Sectional almost a year ago and still haven’t received the correct pieces. The first delivery had the wrong piece and was told that they couldn’t rush anything with their vendor and it would be another 3 months. Then we got pushed off for 6 months. And Guess What? They delivered the wrong piece AGAIN. Then I called for assistance and was told the manager would call me back. I got no call and I have no idea what is going on and we are stuck with an incomplete sectional.
Ordered a new sectional on 7/3/20, and still waiting on delivery. Even the monthly emails to let us know it’s been delayed have stopped. No communication. Customer service is a joke, cannot give us any information about expected delivery. I understand there is a pandemic but 7 months is a little extreme.
We were attacked by a sales associate before the door closed behind us. I said 3 times we just wanted to browse, she insisted on dragging us around the store to look at exactly what we didn't want. In addition, many of the displays were empty and the store looked "unkept". We won't be back.

Highly disappointed with the service here. Strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere. We were told in the store the mattress and box spring we wanted was in stock ready for delivery. After the purchase we were informed (after numerous calls on our part) that the box spring was not in stock and was delayed by several months, however we were told the mattress was in stock ready to ship. We cancelled the box spring and purchased it elsewhere and set up a delivery date for the mattress. On the DAY OF the scheduled delivery, less than 3 hours from when they were supposed to deliver our mattress we were called and informed our mattress had just arrived and was damaged. It is quickly becoming evident that they have no idea what is in stock or are blatantly lying to customers. We were then told that a delivery could be re-scheduled for several days later when they got another shipment of mattress's, however upon calling the store we were told that they do have other mattress's of the same type we ordered in stock. If you don't have something in stock don't say you do just to get a sale, don't lie to me about what you have, and if you make an agreement to provide a service (e.g. provide and deliver a mattress) follow through on it. Very disappointing and I will certainly not recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase home furniture in the future. We are continuing to try and get a resolution.

Nov. 2020 I set up an order for two complete bedroom sets and had taken care of financing ahead of time by getting pre approved through their leasing program. The night I was there to place the order it was late - the items were not in stock as most things during The pandemic and I was going to have to wait until the end of January to receive them - which I understood and was ok with because I really wanted the items - in respect for the employees time we signed the entire agreement that night and they would get ahold of the leasing company in the morning to finalize everything. There was an issue initially processing the payment fee on my end - I called in and got it corrected and payment was made and have the receipt for (which even told me on the receipt that authorization for delivery had been sent) - so on my end I had signed the agreement with Ashley, I signed the agreement with the lease company and made the initial payment and was told everything was set. Come January after the craziness of the Holidays and COVID I had not heard from them in a month and a half - I called in for them to tell me that the order was canceled and that it was my fault - that I did not come back in and sign paperwork- I have copies of ALL the paper work already signed with an Authorization of delivery!!!! There was nothing else to sign - and then to be told it was my fault??? Absolute awful way to treat the customer and if it was an issue with the leasing company then that is on them because that is a program they offer and should have the understanding of the process - not blame the customer for their screw up!!
I can not caution you enough to take your business elsewhere. Purchase was suppose to be delivered immediately then followed by a month, then 2 months, and now they say it’s somewhere in Vietnam and no expected arrival date. Cancelled order and went to Bob’s in the same area, we got the color and features WE ACTUALLY WANTED with a 5 year warranty and delivery 15% cheaper. Stay away from this place and they do not communicate after point of sale!
I buy a lot of furniture at this Manchester store. I want you to know I was and am a very satisfied customer. Your customer service people such as Kristin always goes above n beyond to accommodate customers such as myself. Last year she was always nice when I had ordered livingroom/ bedroom and dining table furniture and kept me in the loop along the way about each of my orders. My dining table was on back order for months fall of 2019. It's the small things she did and does. I did not know any of the people at the store and she just leaves an impression that she really cares always. I personally would give her a raise in pay! Today I picked up a dresser and there was no one to help load it in my truck. She put the dresser boxed on a flat thing with wheels and her and I lifted it and put it in my truck. Now, she did not have to do that but she did. It meant the world to me since I drove an hour and a 1/2 to pick up at your store. I am very impressed with Kristin as I have my own business and employees. I always am fond of the ones that work hard and never complain. They always get a bonus or a raise at the end of the year. This is a very good furniture store. I bought a couch a few years back and now looking for a bed. They always have some deals or promos going on. Right now, it is 35% off select stuff.
We went here in August to order a table. They told us we would get the table the first week of December. Realizing long lead times were most likely due to COVID we agreed to move forward. About two weeks later they EMAILED us (not called) to tell us we would not get the table until June of 2021. We called and were told someone would call us back but no one ever did so we went into the store. When we arrived the manager said she took care of the issue and we would get the table in December 2020. However, on the day of delivery, we were told the table was damaged and we would not be getting it (again, over email). Everytime we called to get a new estimated delivery date we were told the manager would call us back (no one ever called). After a month, we finally called the cancel the order and they told us the delivery date was finally known and it would be June 2021. Luckily they let us cancel altogether but I feel lied to. Now we have spent four months without a table waiting and we are back to square one. Truly the worst customer service. Do not buy from here. Also... Still haven't gotten our money back and it has been a week since we cancelled the order.
We picked a couch out on Nov 28th. They told us it would be delivered on the 28th of Dec. We removed the couch on the 27th to prepare for the arrival of the new sofa. The sofa never came. We called and they informed us that the new delivery date was the 28th of MARCH! The lady on the phone was so nonchalant about it, like it happens regularly.... Don’t do business with this company. Might as well take your business to Bob’s where at least deliver what you ordered or inform you that the product isn’t coming for at least 2 months after it’s due delivery date. What an absolute joke of professionalism.

Sales man was very helpful but because of a personal situation and the warehouse being shut down I needed to cancel my order. I was transferred to the manager who asked me “If I knew there was a pandemic going on.” I called the store in Nashua and was transferred to Jennifer the manager there and she was great. I’ll be sending my friends and family to Nashua and Jennifer moving forward.

The furniture is some of the worst I have ever purchased. The chairs material is unraveling and the padding is shifting. The customer service is a joke. It took 2 months to get something done. I will never recommend them to anyone else.
If I could give the salesman a separate review, I would. James was fantastic. However, after this transaction left his hands, is where I find major fault. Apparently, Ashley/Ashbrook no longer deliver their own goods? They now hire a 3rd party. My kitchen set arrived yesterday. We had a beat-up, white, unmarked truck pull into our driveway. The truck had a business name written on a piece of cardboard and taped to the truck. A gentleman then proceeded to bring the chairs in - the first 2 stacked on top of each other with no protection at all. As a result, they were damaged on the seat portion. We ended up refusing delivery. The chairs alone were not in great condition - everything was also covered in black particles. I thought it was dust. My husband thought it was blanket fibers. I did not care to see the table at that point. So, they called their boss about the refusal and spoke in nothing but Spanish. I could not understand what they were saying to their boss on the other end. After they left, I reached out to the store directly looking to speak to the manager of Ashbrook in Manchester, NH. I was told that I probably would not get a phone call back until Monday because Saturday was their busiest day. Really? So, the company cares more about the potential sales walking through the door, then they do about current customers? Our money will be best spent elsewhere.
Very unacceptable that my disabled father waited three months to receive his adjustable bed and when the warehouse delivered they did not set it up correctly and they left him with parts that did not go with his bedroom set they had to return and again they did not set up the frame of the bed correctly and it fell apart and broke when my father sat on it. These people have no costumer service at all and when I called the store they said it was not their problem.
I went to the Manchester store. I was greeted by James within minutes of entering the store. He was extremely helpful. He listened intently to what I was looking for including size, color and profile. I was able to find what I was looking for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order online in August 2020 and have been dealing with the repercussions since. My bed was supposed to arrive September 9. On this day I was told by the delivery drivers that the headboard and footboard would be arriving separately. I called the warehouse to double check this, and they had no idea about this. The headboard and footboard were lost for about 5 days. I called everyday because I was told each time someone would call back before the end of the day and NOT ONCE did I receive a call back. Finally they found the headboard and footboard and the soonest delivery date was an additional week later. Headboard and footboard arrive, and the delivery drivers put the bed together but didn&'t screw any of the base in so the pieces were resting on top of each other (not safe). The legs under the supports also do not reach the ground so they are not the correct parts. Called the warehouse again, was told they could send a tech to &"assess the parts&" (not fix it!!!!! just assess) and the soonest he could come was 2 weeks later. I opted for them to send me the replacement parts and I could fix it myself. She &"expedited&" the shipping on these replacement parts (3-7 days) and they JUST ARRIVED over a month after they were supposedly shipped!! To top it off, there are only 2 of each parts (should be 3) and they are very clearly used (dirty, chipped, rusty). Absolutely the worst possible customer service, rude people, and terrible delivery. I will never order from this company again.

Loved it here! Walked in, had someone greet us, "followed" us at a good enough distance where we didn't feel smothered and uncomfortable but was there when we turned to her for questions, also. Editing because after the first wonderful experience we had in 2020, 2024 has been the complete opposite. Bought a couch set here Memorial Day weekend because of the promotions and being told the order would be there in a week. We changed the order the following day and it turned into a two week wait, NBD. However now it is Fourth of July week and it has now been pushed out another month and we were not notified either time of the change in delivery dates. We had to reach out to them to see if we were getting the expected delivery and then were told “oh I’m sorry it’s not in the warehouse”. Paid part of the order in cash, were never told it was a 30 day turnaround if we decided to cancel the order (which we had expressed concerns over it not fitting and needing to cancel it initially anyway). So many red flags and now we have to go couch shopping AGAIN. Do not ever do business with Ashley in Manchester. Will never ever shop here again.

Beautiful store with a vast selection of furniture! I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Greg. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for! The rest of the staff was very nice as well.
What a HUGE disappointment! Our furniture finally arrived after 5 long weeks. We had to remove our old furniture ourselves, understandable with COVID, but the delivery fee remains the same. The men are setting up the furniture..wait, what?? These pieces are to 2 different couches! That's right, they sent us a piece to a different couch altogether. OK, refused..take that back. Called customer service. That line doesn't actually lead to anyone, just a busy signal. We called the store, they didn't help except to give us the warehouse number to complain to them. We contact the warehouse and they don't have the right piece in stock. Wait, what? Sooo, did you know you were sending a piece that didn't match and hoped we didn't notice? They are unsure as to how long we will have half a couch. Fast forward 20 minutes... one of the two recliners we purchased does not recline properly. It clicks when reclining and the head piece is stuck in the forward position. The mechanisms on both chairs work only intermittently. Oh! You'll send a technician out next week? We would rather just have new chairs that actually work from day one. Nope, sorry, a technician will need to come out so please take another day off from work so you can be home for the technician. You will need to take a third day off to have the correct piece of your couch delivered, but who knows when that will be. You know what...just come get the furniture....we will do business elsewhere. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN. On a side note, the delivery men were quite pleasant.
Over a month of waiting for a mattress delivery, they have never called me (without me calling them first to see what is going on) to update me about the status and why there has been a delay. They wanted to give me $150 to shop at the store but if I am not happy with the current customer service why would I want to go back?? Maybe I will get it by the end of the year?
Shopped here with my boyfriend for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. James was knowledgeable and provided excellent service, leading us to feel really confident in making our purchase.

I ordered a couch from here originally. The lead time wound up being almost 10 weeks when I was originally quoted 2-3 weeks. Not only did the couch take a long time to arrive, but during the process, I had no visibility on why it was taking so long and every time I called for a status I was told it would be in the following week. The store offered to remedy the situation on my next purchase so I decided to buy another item. I bought a dining room set and again was told it would be available in 2-3 weeks. It has now been another 10 weeks and I still do not have my dining room set and I have been told it would arrive "in another week" several times. I am appalled with the customer service and lead time on the items from Ashley Furniture. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next furniture purchase.

If only I could give no stars, 5 weeks ago I ordered a mattress....only a mattress and I have yet to receive it. But they think giving me $150 so I can buy something from them will make up for still waiting for the delivery and not once getting a phone call to update me on what is going on will make it better. I ONLY have gotten a phone call when I call them to find out why I haven&'t heard from them.Why would I want to give them business when I am not happy with the current service I am getting??First and last time buying anything from them.

Worst furniture store I have ever dealt with! Sales rep told us 4-6 weeks and now six week later after we have been told week after week that it will be in next week it won’t be delivered to our house until 10-12 week since we made the purchase. I received zero calls to update me on the extensive delays. Meanwhile I have ordered furniture from Wayfair and Overstock and got it within a week. Don’t waste your time dealing with sales reps that just want to make a sale and not follow up to ensure expectations for delivery have been met. Go e-commerce and get it in 1/10 the time with better customer service.
My wife and I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by a gentleman with a smiling face his Name was Keith and we asked about purchasing a dining room table and he invited us in to look at all the store had to offer !! We browsed the many great styles and colors without a sales person following us around , allowing us to come to a decision , Keith was professional and demonstrated great knowledge !!! We were looking for a queen size bed at Ashley home store in Manchester N.H. and we were lucky enough to have. DEMETRI as our salesman. He was so very helpful and thoughtful with this whole process . We will always look for DEMETRI next time we're looking for furniture. We also notice a small sofa for our study room and Kyle was super helpful. Great service from each one of these gentlemen. I bought my recliner in Oct 2019. By April 2020 the wood supporting the upper part broke off. So the upper part will not support your body weight. They sent me the mechanism which is still working on mine. When I called they said that cant get a service worker to my house untill Aug 21 2020. Will never buy anything from Ashleys again.

Demetri did a great job making us feel welcomed when we went in to get a new bed for the wife's 40th. We ended up not only getting said bed with power base but we also snagged a great deal on a clearance power reclining loveseat. When I went to pick it up he even helped get it onto the truck. Nice sales experience all around.
My daughter and I were looking for a living room set and had a lovely experience with salesperson Demetri. He was incredibly friendly and patient with us (we weren’t really sure what we wanted) and exceptionally knowledgeable about all the different pieces. My wife and I arrived at the store about a half an hour before closing just to check on something that we have had our eyes on. After explaining our situation to Demitri the salesman, both he and Mary Beth went out of their way to help us. They stayed late to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Dimitri was very helpful and thorough with his descriptions of mattresses and making sure we had the right one. Thank you for all those involved. DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE. They charged me twice, then never delivered my order. I went without a bed. They have disconnected their customer service email and you can&'t get anyone when you call. When you ask for a call back, it&'s just someone who calls to say someone else will call you in 72 hours and they never do! They are purposely limiting access. There is nobody available to talk to to voice your concerns. I&'ve been hung up on, transferred to people who never pick up. You can tell when you finally get someone who isn&'t a total jerk that they are embarrassed to work for the company.
Do not spend any money at this furniture store I bought my furniture from them last spring. I am currently one my FIFTH living room set, the first two were stained and damaged with some stitching missing. My fiance and I decided to pick out a different furniture set, we are on our THIRD set of our second choice. The first one was delivered stained and stitching missing again. The second delivery the lever to recline the seat snapped off after having the set for ONE day. We called and had them upgrade us to power instead. We received the new furniture and now on the seat portion of one of our seats it is all lumpy which seems to be that the stuffing is separating from the cushion. We are completely frustrated and refuse to do business with them.
THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR FURNITURE AT. Took OVER 2 months to get out dining and living room sets. They first told us they would be delivered one date and then changed it to a MONTH LATER. I called customer service and got NO help from the same lady who kept repeating “we can’t do anything for you, only so much fits in our truck.” We then called to see if we could pick them up and they said yes but that they would LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE FOR US TO PUT INSIDE THE TRUCK AND WE WOULD GET NO HELP. This is beyond wrong and just the worst service I’ve EVER experienced. I DO NOT recommend this place ever.
For Black Friday we had noticed some sales and decided to stop by just to look at some couches as we had a small 2 person loveseat for our new apartment. Upon walking in Carmela greeted us and had asked if there was anything we were looking for. When we told her we were possibly looking for a new couch but were unsure if we would purchase today or just look around. She took the time to explain the layout of the store and where things were located. She mentioned if we had any questions she would be around the store and then let us go on our way. We explored the store (both floors) checking out many couches over the next 45 minutes or more. Once we were ready to discuss some various couches we found her close by and she went through not only the differences of the couches and pricing of different couches but also greatly explained the warranties available and delivery information. We ordered a sectional with a chase. After getting home and measuring closer in the apartment we decided we needed to switch the side of the chase. I called and spoke with Carmela and she helped get us in touch with someone who could modify the order and switch the side of chase. It was very painless. The couch came about 6 weeks later (we were given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for delivery) and after 10 weeks we could not be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend Ashley HomeStore and Carmela. We will be back again when we need to purchase more items once we have a house.
Nice furniture but VERY AGGRESSIVE sales woman who followed us like a vulture waiting for the kill. HATED THAT and nearly left without buying but my sister stepped in to deal with her because I simply couldn't.

Horrible experience. A family member said she would buy me a couch and table set for my new house as a housewarming gift. I went here to get the set. Bob, the sales rep., said my mothers Ashleys credit card was only valid in the 3 stores in Fl. near where she lives. After going back and fourth on this for a few minutes, I said I would just get the item numbers for the furniture I liked, would find them online and use the Ashleys card like that. Bob started telling me the items are store specific and I could not find them anywhere other than in this specific store. While looking at a separate table set, a manager there said we could have 30% off of the set as it's a showroom set and dinged up. Bob went back in fourth with the manager, in front of me, trying to say he would give 25% off. She finally said it enough times that he accepted he would sell it for 30% off. Eventually, I got the item numbers and left. I went down the street and went to the Ashleys website on Google. I typed the item numbers and every piece he said I couldn't get online was available online. That's bad business and this company should be ashamed to have sales reps that openly lie to their customers.
We loved Liz Gagne . She was very helpful but not pushy. We went to help our daughter pick out a sectional and ended up buying a couch and chair for our cape house too!!! We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend your store to all - thanks!!! Ann marie Bergman
Took them almost 3 months to get my furniture delivered. When I called to ask for a date not only was the person I spoke to rude but she had no clue.
My daughter bought a mattress from the Nashville TN store. It was a sealy that she paid full price and also bought the warranty to be sure she covered all her bases. Within 3 months the head area started collapsing so she turned the mattress around and within 3 mos the opposite end started to collapse also. She contacted the warranty company that then sent someone to her apartment to inspect it. The man that came out kept expressing how bad the mattress was and the obvious defect on the ends. The warranty company said that it was 1/4 inch not deep enough for them to do anything about it. She complained but they refused to help. My daughter contacted Ashley Furniture and was told basically “tough luck”. I would not buy a mattress from these people if I had $100,000.00 to throw away!! Headaches, neck problems, back problems oh my! Chiropractors, massage therapists, neurologists, physical therapists and acupuncture practitioners did not solve her health issues. The one thing that worked was a NEW mattress and NOT from Ashley Furniture!! Please don’t go to this store! They only want your money and don’t care about customer service.
Sales persons were amazing. No negative comments about the store experience. BUT now trying to deal with the distribution center has been a nightmare. We took the Extended warrantee which means we paid extra. Beginning of February called and told them about two issues we had with a love seat and our sectional. Set appointment for someone to come out (I thought meant to fix the problems). Nope, 3 weeks later this young man shows up looks at the love seat which clearly is not even in front and needs an adjustment. This young man sits on the loveseat and says it’s fine just fluff it up and it’s back to normal. I don’t know about any of you but after someone sits down at my house and they get up I have never went over and “fluffed up” the pillows. He took picture of this after he fluffed up the pillow. Then the loveseat we showed him where the spacing was not even and was noticeable and uncomfortable when you lay down. He pulled on it and said well will have to bring back to management and see what they say and he left. I called the distribution center and spoke with someone who asked me to send my pictures and she could compare them to the young man. She said she would have management look at it first thing in the morning and get back to me on Friday 2/28. I called at end of day Friday because never heard anything. She said they have not looked at it but would make sure they did first thing Monday morning. Monday 3/2 comes and finally get a call at 1:12 pm with same questions as Friday and no answers. Today, Tuesday and no call or response. Very poor service after you leave the store. Very disappointed in the customer service we are receiving on an extended warrantee items. Not just that but we have bought 4 rooms full of furniture and spent over $10,000 and still get little help.

The prices in the Seabrook store were the same as the online prices so I didn't even need the price match and they actually maintain their own inventory so I can get my new furniture tomorrow. Manchester lost my business but I will definitely shop the Seabrook store again.

RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!What a nightmare from start to finish. It&'s not a short story sadly. Stick with me! I Purchased a new home in September 2020. I purchased a dining set, mattress and king bedroom set from Ashley financed. Each piece of furniture had a different amount of months with financing which is extremely confusing and I also paid 10% down which is required for any financing, they don&'t tell you that until the end. The manager fixed this for me which gave me hope. But still was a mess from there.My bedroom set came quickly. Very early September. It came damaged; deep scratch on nightstand, broken chest drawer and broken brackets on the dresser so the door wouldn&'t close properly. It was always flinging open each time you took a deep breathe near it. During this delivery they smashed a light in my hallway bringing my mattress up my normal staircase. The light was left hanging and broken. They said someone would call me. I never heard from them and after two months of back and forth and very little follow up they begrudgingly took care of paying for the damage. Someone had to fix the dry wall, paint and have an electrician come to re wire the light. The damage was so bad that the light had to be moved to another location a few inches down.I made the decision to cancel the dining room table after two months and no updates on shipping status. They fought me every step of the way to cancel and tried to charge a 20% restocking fee. At the end of October 2020 a tech came to fix the damaged bedroom set. He fixed the chest drawer but said the nightsstand needed to be replaced as the scratch was under the sealant and happened in manufacturing. The dresser cabinet needed new brackets which he didn&'t have and needed to be ordered. Again I was told someone would call me.. I waited... and waited. I called after two weeks. They said my nightstand was ordered and would arrive two months, they would call to schedule delivery and the brackets were on the way. I received the brackets in December and still no nighttstand. I was patient since it was the holiday. I gave them two full months. In January 2020 I called to follow up... They had no idea what I was talking about and tried to begin the process all over again. They tried to ask for Photos, told me they needed to send a tech to assess the damage. They had no record of my previous tech appointment. After 40 minutes on the phone they apparently realized what I was talking about and said the nightstand was ordered but they didn&'t have a delivery date. They said they would folow up with the manufacturer and would have an answer within 7 days. I asked when it was ordered since it should have been in November. They refused to tell me. They Said a tech could come to do the brackets in 8 weeks... insane. I emailed multiple times after that call to see when it would be here. All the while paying each month for this furniture. I never got a response. I was going to contact the credit card company to contest the charges due to the issues and lack of communication. I received a call at the end of January from a customer service manager, the only competent person there. She informed me this issues had fallen through for months and no one followed up. She told me the nightstand was never ordered even though they said it was.. she told me the night stand needed to come from overseas and would take an additional Two months. At this point I wanted off the hell ride. I requested to return everything. Since the furniture arrived damaged they agreed. They tried to offer me a resolution which was to give me the nightstand for free and then a $100 gift card to make another purchase at Ashley furniture which quite frankly I found insulting. After this experience the last thing I want to do is give more money to that hellhole.The long and short of it- after countless hours of calls,No follow up, ignored emails, damaged lights that I later saw had ripped a hole in my mattress (was never addressed), high stress, vacation hours used to accommodate their scheduling, crazy delivery wait times, and crappy customer service As my mother said &"I wouldn&'t purchaset a toothpick from them&". Thankfully Bernie and Phyls and Jordan&'s got my business. I can say my experience with them was AMAZING. white glove and easy!!! No stress!!! Go there and get your furniture or build Your own furniture. You could graduate from woodworking school in The amount of time Ashley takes to resolve a problem. Run in the other direction from Ashley. Believe the reviews... I wish I did.
Large selection of furniture and no sales pressure to purchase. Enjoyed walking around and taking our time choosing our new table and chairs. Keith was courtesy and offered a no sales pressure to purchase. Will definitely be returning for another purchase for our home.

Husband and I have been eyeing couches online from Ashley. We decided to take a ride to see what they had in store. Vast selection of a lot of nice stuff, more on the expensive side. However we found a nice little sofa & loveseat set that was within our budget! We worked with Logan, and he was very nice and professional. He definitely wasn’t a dry , boring salesman looking for a sale. He had a sense of humor! He made our purchase painless and easy! Thank you so much for making our experience great.

If you need furniture expect to wait forever. Ordered a beautiful bed set, couch and coffee table on Nov 5th of 2019. We were told 3-4 weeks on delivery. They called and delayed it until January and then again until February. Gave them a call to see If we could at least get some of the order to be told it's going to be delayed again with no exact date this time... Still waiting on a call from management. At this point bringing our business elsewhere. Awful service, so disappointing.

Went here on black Friday looking for a deal on a sofa and love seat. Wife and I found one we liked. The salesman quotes us $1750 + $180 for shipping. Where is the black Friday discount I ask? No deal the salesman says. I go on my phone and find the very same couch with free delivery for $1250. Can you match this price I ask? Let me check with the manager NO I ordered the couches over the phone while sitting in Ashley furniture. Saved nearly $700 while they watched a sale walk out the door? It's a nice place to go and sit on couches. I would recommend saving money and buy elsewhere.

I had the best experience shopping here. This was my first time shopping for furniture, my sales person was amazing and did not crowd me and helped me throughout the whole buying process. THEN when it comes to delivering the furniture, it was a NIGHTMARE. I spent so much money a month in advanced for me to move out and they still had things messed up. They had my items in the warehouse for a week prior to delivering it to me, you think they would check to make sure everything was there, BUT NOPE! When it came to the day my items were suppose to be delivered, I had to take time off of work to be there because they were not flexible with delivery days and i wouldn't have got my items for weeks. Once they were there, they didn't have all of my items. So guess what? I had to wait even longerrrrr for my items. They were missing items, and i had to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TO GET THE REST OF MY ITEMS!!! They DID NOT KEEP ME UP TO DATE WITH ANYTHING, I HAD TO CALL THEM AND KEEP ASKING THEM WHAT IS THE UPDATE WITH THE ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR and no one had an answer. Finally, my items came in, and at this point, its the end of the year, already took time off from work and missed money, and guess what? They couldn't deliver on a weekend and wanted me to take more time off from work to get my items. Im not saying i am entitled to get what i want, BUT when it comes to THEIR mistake, they should be more flexible. When i asked for a specific day, they tell me no they cant do it. So i asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. Did i get to speak to a manager? NO. Instead they called me back and asked what day would work best for me so i can get what i paid for. The point is, i shouldnt have to ask for a refund just to get a day that is best for me because they messed up. No one took ownership of screwing everything up except for the nice lady who answers the phone, but its not her job to do so, The management should have stepped up to the plate and did something/said something. This process was AWFUL and i will NEVER purchase from there again. That was my first and last time unless they have a different warehouse or new management takes over the warehouse. To this day, still haven't received a call from management nor an apology for their screw up or a credit or nothing. Ashley sales, Amazing. The Warehouse SUCKS.

Terrible service !!!! They talk you in to buying an extra warranty for your furniture and then nothing is covered ... the furniture rips and because it's near a zipper its not covered. Its ridiculous !!!! Never have a problem with bobs !!!'
The purchase was enjoyable, be aware after the sale and you leave the store. We purchased a power sofa and when it was delivered it was not plugged in and tried. Later that night when we did plug it in we discovered one side did not work. You would think buying a broken sofa the company would replace it? No Way! You have to go through the circus act and they must send a service tech which takes a month then if it can’t be repaired then they will put in an order for a new one. Did’t I buy a new sofa to begin with! Not a broken one, you buy a tv at Best Buy bring it home and it doesn’t work they replace it, not send a tech! Once you leave the store your on your own!!!

The sales person I worked was very helpful and not pushy in any way. She showed me the options that would work for me for a sectional sofa and then left me to make a decision. I ended up purchasing a three-piece sectional and was told that it would be about 3 weeks for delivery because one of the pieces was not in stock.Fast forward four weeks and I receive a call that my sofa has arrived and they can deliver the following week. I was the first delivery of the day and the largest piece was delivered with three large tears in the fabric of the end unit. Apparently whoever loaded the truck didn&'t bother to check for damage.The delivery driver put me on the phone with a Customer Service Rep who assured me that she would expedite my delivery and I would have it within a week and a half. When I didn&'t hear from them, I called back and I was told that they were sorry but it wouldn&'t arrive in their warehouse for another week. After another week, now 2 months from when I originally ordered it, I got a call to arrange delivery. I scheduled for a Saturday so I didn&'t need to take more time away from work. The Thursday before the delivery was scheduled, I got a call that the warehouse made a mistake and they couldn&'t deliver.I asked to speak to a Customer Service Manager but I was told she was busy and would call me back. Four hours later, I called the store and they had her call me back. My delivery will be delayed because someone made a mistake and scheduled my delivery on a day when there is not a truck in my area. They offered me a $100 gift card to the store because of all the issues. I declined. Given the horrid delivery service, I will not shop at this company again.

I had some issues with furniture that was ordered through the store but Megan S in customer service went above and beyond to help resolve the problems. She was professional and pleasant, with excellent follow through.
WARNING: Do not order online! The will mess with your bank account. One day they will take out the money for the purchase, then the next day that transaction will disappear! My account was very messed up and in the negative multiple times because of this! Very disappointing. Why make it hard to buy a prince of furniture! Your better off going through the store or purchasing with a gift card.

What an experience. Do you know that saying that a give a client a great experience and he will tell anyone who asks, give a client a poor experience and he will tell everyone he knows. The later would apply to Ashley Homestore. No one greeted us. When we walked by a group of salespeople they actually stood up and walked away to continue their conversation rather than interact with a customer. They also had the Patriots game on and the majority of salespeople could be found around the screen. The furniture is cheaply manufactured and portions of the showroom were in disarray. Ashley HomeStore would be wise to invest in a new management team.

We were pleasantly greeted. Received explanation of the store set up. Our sales person stayed close by and was available to answer any questions we had. We requested his name and we received his card. We inquired as to days he worked. Went back about 3 days later and requested the same sales person. He was very accommodating and helpful with our purchase.

Was in the store for 20mins and no one asked if I needed help. The customer service is bad at this location. I was ready to by a bedroom set but left after no one acknowledged my presence...I left and will not be returning.

Not the friendliest staff. Liz was fantastic. Everyone else ignored us and made condescending comments. If someone else is in the store buying a higher priced item, you will be ignored. Turned us off buying a sectional today.

Friendly helpful service. Went in with a couch in mind and came out with something I liked even better for the same price. I would recommend this to anyone who like me searched the internet for furniture and kept striking out. Just go in and give it a try.
I had my space shopping here, however the sales lady was great, gave me great ideas and I am going back to her to place an order after price shopping. They were the best deal around.
Did a phone order..Paul the sales person was very helpful answering my questions..was sent a recite withen a hour to my email very smooth process.Told delivery would be in about 3 weeks or less..will add to this review after its delivered.

I went shopping around at different furniture stores as I had just moved into a new apartment. The deals, product quality, and customer service I found here were unmatched by the other places I went to. Truly a great place to get your furniture from when you're on a budget, but still want excellent quality.

Buying was easy, getting the mattress wasn't. told us it would take 1-2 weeks, never called us when it came in. Bought two covers that were not in stock and they said they would be mailed. Never did. Had to call to find out whats going on. They upgraded our covers but we had to pick them up, then told us it would be a week before delivery, when we didn't get a call we were told the truck doesn't go to your area during that week and would be another. Canceled the order. Would have been a month since purchase. My thoughts were if we got the mattress what kind of service would we get in the future if something went wrong after the fiasco of trying to get it.
I don't know how they go about hiring sales people but the one I spoke with is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and acted like I was bothering him by asking questions about a sofa. I called to try and order a couch from the store and he really did not want to help, could not give me a definitive price kept asking "what price did you see online" and when I asked if I should buy it from a different store he said "go right ahead." I have never experienced anything like this from a sales person before. Word of advice to management: do a better job screening your staff! You just lost a $1,500.00 sale and a life time customer.

2 months and still waiting for my replacement furnture they damaged twice on delivery. 4 weeks to receive original order, over 4 week on replacement.
We were very pleased with this Ashley, they made a mistake on our order, however they went above and beyond to make it right! They gave us a credit towards a future purchase which was perfect because we ended up putting it towards an awesome set of outside furniture with it. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone goes above and beyond like the Manchester store! Very impressed, we'll be back.

First off, I would like to give this place ALL of the NEGATIVE STARS! This store is GARBAGE, THE END I HIGH do NOT RECOMMEND this place!! **STILL waiting on a couch since March 16 (paid in full), delayed ANOTHER TWO PLUS WEEKS!!!** Words cannot describe how terrible this place is!

Called a year after I purchased a bed because it started to fall apart to see if they could send someone to fix it. The receptionist told me because I didn't buy a warranty there is nothing they could do. I even asked if I could buy a warranty and she said it's too late. VERY dissatisfied with the their poor customer service.
I was very pleased at the service I received from Ashley. I knew what I wanted when I went in and the information that I wanted to know about the product was answered to my satisfaction. I went for mobile bed and mattress. Do not have picture. Would have to lift mattress to show frame, and take mattresse cover off.
Called looking to order a bench, had what I thought was great customer service, was told they could order it for me. I was informed it would ship within 7 days. Never got it, called multiple times spoke to multiple different people said they would check on it and call me back never did. 2 months later nothing.

Austin from Texas made buying a mattress very easy. Unfortunately, we had gotten a very poor quality mattress from a different place just two years ago. We weren't thrilled about having to purchase another mattress so soon but Austin made it very easy and we are hopeful to get a good quality mattress. I've bought a Love seat from Ashley 2 years ago and it still looks brand new. I will be back soon to purchase a dresser. (If my username is something ridiculous, my kids (boys) use my google account...😁)
Best furniture shopping experience ever. Austin went above and beyond to get us the best price possible and the earliest date for delivery. We got our living room set for now and will definitely be back for what we need in the future.
Although we found what we need I was shocked by the prices but I think all fine mattresses are expensive. However, the salesperson was pleasant but the manager let us walk out for $95. I placed a purchase for almost $4,000 and the manager didn’t wanna give us $95 discount so we walked out forever!
Ordered a chest of drawers and was told 4-6 weeks. After 7 weeks and not one attempt by ashley to reach out to the email or phone number I provided I called them. I was told that the item I ordered was actually on back order and it would be another month at least. They gave me $100 off for the inconvenience, which just covers the delivery charge. A week later to my surprise I get a call saying it will be delivered the 29th of January. It finally arrives and has dents, scratches and punctures in no less than 6 places, and of substantial size. I contacted customer service and sent detailed pictures and am waiting to hear back. Very disappointed would never recommend to anyone.
Kinda disappointed I had been looking at this sofa online for months. I go to possibly purchase it and couldnt find it . They told me they call it something different than it's called online and it was nothing I thought. I ended up making a purchase but spent 1000 more than planned. I have to wait a month to get it and delivery is another 100 plus. They keep nothing in stock.
