The store is absolutely massive. There are two levels with an impressive amount of furniture. They also offer mattresses on both floors. The decor and design of the furniture is geared toward rustic/ American /magnolia tropes. For us, we were looking for Scandinavian or modern designed furniture. They really don't have that here, however, their leather furnitures can skew toward modern. And the leather for the price appears quite good. Some other sectionals are absolutely massive in scope, we're talking 8 to 12 people on a couch. They also have couch fabric that mimics stuffed animals, so if you're into that thing... I was surprised that their coffee table furniture was very pricey considering the quality of the construction and materials. Something that should be $299 or 399 ended up costing $800. The local delivery fee of $200 is a bit expensive. Also their returns aren't free. The staff is fine and available for questions but they don't pester you which I like. The reason for four stars is I think the vast majority of people out in Manchester and really New England would like this furniture. So if you can't find a couch or chair here, you're probably not going to find it in New England 🙂
I’m not one to enjoy brick and mortar retail shopping. I much prefer to have the salesperson listen to my specific needs, then present me with a definitive set of relative options rather than be endlessly dragged around the showroom only to walk out empty handed. Enter Bree at the South Willow Street store, who took the time to listen to my design expectations, showed me relevant options, and wrapped up my entire sale within an hour. Thanks to Bree, I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley. In fact, I returned to the showroom 3 days later to purchase a dining room set with sideboard! I highly recommend Ashley for all your home decorating needs. The people who work there really connect with your lifestyle and tastes so you can really count on them to provide you with the best service possible!
Just ordered a new chair. Rebecca was super helpful, and we found exactly what we wanted We've bought other furniture there and have been happy with it, and service has always been great.
