The worst furniture experience in my 50+ years of buying furniture. So many things mishandled. First they typed in the wrong SKU number on my order so i received the wrong kitchen chairs, and server BUT the right table. The couch and recliners were ordered in the wrong color as well. 2 months later, when the correct items arrived and we could finally use our new kitchen table, the first dinner showed chipping on the black finish on the table merely by placing items on it. Clearly a manufacturing problem. When I called and sent photos they said it was cosmetic damage and that they wanted $150 because we didnt inform them within 72 hrs. We didnt use it for 2 months because we had no chairs so how were we to know it would chip so easy. They said it’s their POLICY, that defects must be reported within 72 hours. I explained again the situation which fell on deaf ears. So, i paid $950 for a table that is chipping every use and Manchester Ashley says nothing they can do about it. Wow. Terrible customer service, terrible order process, no quality control or support. The worst furniture store i ever dealt with.

Horrible store horrible customer service. I purchased a $1600 couch and it was delivered damaged. It had a stain on the arm. I immediately reached out to Ashley. I was expecting to receive a new Chaise or a discount for the damaged furniture. They told me that it would have to go through the warantee and in about 2 weeks I would receive a piece of fabric in the mail and then in another 2 weeks could schedule someone to come out and repair the couch in my home. I was unhappy with this since I didn’t damage the couch I purchased a new couch and it was stained I should be able to exchange it or receive a discount for having a damaged couch. After a week and a half of back and forth because when you call they just say they’ll email someone and get back to you in 48 hours but never do, you have to continually reach out to them, we agreed on a $150 compensation which i feel isn’t enough. They told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles to be refunded to the financing it has now been 3 almost 4 and I have received nothing. Again I reach out she says she will email someone and get back to me in 48-72 hours. HORRIBLE customer service I do not recommend and will NEVER be back.

Great customer service to your face but zero customer service after the sale. Apparently every sales person calls themselves a manager and promise you the world to get you to make a purchase. Once they have your money, they don't know you. It's been 13 weeks, no furniture, no eta, no one will even answer the phone. I want my money!!! Drove 3hrs to order, Over $2500 spent and now Bri tells me i have to drive 3hrs to get a refund. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and Absolutely horrible service. Corporate is the only people that can handle this issue, are you kidding me????

Purchased approximately $10,000 between living room and master bedroom. Initial experience in store was fine. This transaction was made on 03/30/2025 (Sunday). I was told by the sales associate that I would be contacted for delivery that following week. There was no news about back orders or extended lead times. When Friday came with no contact, I reached out to them and was told that there were some back ordered items due in on 04/21. Zero communication on their end, but things happen. When I called in today to confirm, I was told the sectional is pushed out until 05/21 now. Again, zero correspondence from Ashley. I have to proactively reach out just to be delivered bad news. The nail in the coffin was letting us know that the furniture they do have on ground can’t be delivered until 05/09 because they’re only in my area “twice a month”.. None of these important details were relayed to me at all. This wouldn’t be an issue if expectations were established at the beginning. The lack of communication is horrible.

Beyond repulsed with this store. I ordered a couch, 2 chair and 1/2's, and 1 ottoman on Febuary 1st of 2025 and was told 6-8 weeks it should be delivered. Just today on April 17th, nearly 10 weeks after I've ordered this furniture, Ashley's calls me saying the vendor just contacted them and said this furniture has been DISCONTINUED. Will NEVER buy anything from here again. What a waste of time.
