Everyone I spoke to was very nice and quite helpful. My biggest complaint is that I had to call a couple different times to ensure the signed document was received back to Ashley's and I've yet to receive any information about the order being placed and where it is or what a delivery date may be.

If the policy is that items must be inspected at pickup from the warehouse, why are they sealed in boxes, unassembled? An actual inspection would necessitate opening the boxes and assembling the chairs to ensure all pieces are accounted for and in proper condition. This is unreasonable. The warehouse provided us with the wrong chairs and we were asked why we didn’t inspect them while at the warehouse. Next time, I won’t allow boxes to be loaded in my car without inspecting the contents, no matter how much time the staff have to wait for me to effect that inspection. Lesson learned. Assemble four chairs, inspect them, disassemble four chairs so they can be loaded in the SUV… OK.

We popped in on a Saturday afternoon looking to browse around and perhaps replace our couch. Entering the store we were not instantly bombarded with pushy sales people. They let us look around a while, then gently approached. Our salesman was Aldo, he was dressed well, smiled, and was respectful of our choices. Aldo showed us around the store, listening to what we were looking for helping navigate options and colors. We eventually found a sofa, and Aldo calculated a price with the specials that they were running. Overall great experience, and we ended up purchasing. We are looking forward to receiving our new couch, hope the delivery is as smooth as the purchase.
