Worst sales experience ever… Staff is friendly until they get your credit card and payment. Bought a sofa and dining set. Sofa (in stock) was delivered 2 weeks after purchase. Dining set was to be delivered 6 weeks later. Then pushed out another month. Asked to speak to manager who never called me back. Then another 3 weeks. Told them i would be in to cancel my transaction if it was not delivered this time. It was finally delivered last week at 10:00pm. Time frame for delivery was 3:00-7:00pm. Who delivers furniture in the middle of the night? Highly dissatisfied customer. Go elsewhere for furniture.
It has been absolutely disgusting how we have been treated here at this store. If you read farther down that has been our experience so far and now it has gotten even worse. Today we were promised they sent us a new couch. They delivered the couch today and it was the exact same ripped couch that they ripped the last delivery. They marked the couch as new in the warehouse and wrapped it up. Do not ever waste your money on this horrible company especially at this location (Nashua, NH on Daniel Webster highway.) The people that work there are rude and did not give a crap about us and treated us horribly for their mistakes. They are awful. “This has been the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. We purchased a $2,350 sectional from this store, and from there, it’s been nothing but problems. The initial delivery was fine, but when we decided to change the layout from Left Arm Facing (LAF) to Right Arm Facing (RAF), the nightmare began. First, the team scheduled to pick up the sectional was supposed to arrive between 3–7 PM. They showed up at 10:30 PM, with no tools, so I had to provide my own! While moving the sectional, they cracked my window—a fact I only noticed days later since it was a stress crack. When I reported it, Ashley’s outright refused to take responsibility, saying it was “too late” to file a claim. By the third delivery attempt, it got even worse. The crew insisted the sectional wouldn’t fit through our door, despite the fact it had already been inside! The sectional is 28 inches, and our door is 31.5 inches. But did they listen? No. They barely spoke English, and we had to communicate through Google Translate. After arguing, they finally tried but forced it through, tearing the fabric, and then turned around and blamed us, saying it was “undeliverable.” We have been patient long enough and are sick of being treated horribly. Every time we call, they tell us it’s being “escalated” or that “someone will call us back.” No one ever calls. We just get passed off from one person to the next, with the same empty promises and zero accountability. Months later, we still don’t have the sectional we paid for, my window is still broken, and we’re stuck with Ashley’s pathetic excuse for customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ashley’s like the plague. This company has no respect for their customers and does not deserve anyone’s business.”
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Emanuel. We were looking for a small space dinning table. Emanuel was very professional and personable. He wasn't pushy in any way. Answered all of our questions with easy. We will be back to buy a sectional & look forward to work with Emanuel again.

I would learn how to be a carpenter and build my own furniture before ordering from Ashley again. The sales manager sold me replacement cushions for my couch on September 4th and told me that I could pick them up from the distribution center 2 days later. So I drove an hour to the center to be told that it’s not there, and that is not how they do things and they would be shipped to me. So, already that’s weird. Well, we’re still waiting on the chaise cushion. Tomorrow will be NINE WEEKS since we have placed this order. I have called customer service every few days to attempt to get an update and have gotten conflicting information each time, they always say they need to reach out to the service department, the service department needs to email their managers, and will give me a call within 24-48 business hours. I have literally never received a call from them, I have had to call back every few days for the same ol’ run around.
We went to Ashley's to browse sectionals for our upcoming move, not expecting to find anything we loved, we ended up finding the perfect sectionals. Buddy was our sales man and was efficient in his work and beyond kind. Naomi had our sale processed in minutes! Buddy was able to answer all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We are so glad we stopped in here to find our new couch for a fantastic price!
Emanuel was great!
My husband went to the Ashley warehouse In Amherst NH to pick up a chair he had recently purchased. It was scratched and stained so they told him to go ahead and take it and they would swap it out the following week. Well it took 3 1/2 months and close to a dozen frustrating calls to finally get the replacement chair. He ended up speaking with the Nashua store manager. He did apologize for the horrendous service experience but was unwilling (or as he claimed, ‘unable’) to offer any type of partial compensation/discount despite our being repeat customers.
Ask for Emmanuel, very helpful and not pushy!
The customer service was exceptional, as Emmanuel kept us updated throughout the entire process. I had several questions about the sofa, and Emmanuel responded promptly and well-versed. Overall, my experience with Emmanuel at Ashely Furniture in Nashua, was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase.

Poor communication took almost 6 months to get my sofa if I didn’t live the sofa so much I absolutely would not have waited I had to keep calling back for updates because no one there bothered to update me each time the delivery was pushed back Then come delivery day I get a window I’d 3-7pm but the drivers show up @ almost 9pm no call nothing I wanted to add another piece to my couch but I won’t be ordering it from them I will be getting it from another seller

We needed a couch and had been looking for several months. We visited Jordans, Bernie and Phyls, Bobs, Lazyboy, but found that Ashley's couch options were the best. Not only that, but they had free delivery, and a Saturday sale we waited for, and took advantage of. Ashley's had the best selection, best sale, best delivery options and had multiple locations in NH we could visit.
Buddy was fabulous. He was very helpful. And I loved that he wasn’t pushy. Had great jokes and was kind. Great associate.
Start to finish this was a fantastic experience buying furniture. The powerfully dynamic Buddy was attentive and thoughtful. Weeks after I was in the store he remembered me and remembered the couch I had my eye on. Had he not, I may not have made my purchase. I had continued to shop other places after visiting Ashley but decided to go with what I found there that evening buddy. I had a few questions for him, he explained the whole process to me and was thorough. When the delivery drivers arrived with my couch they were professional and fast. I will buy furniture again from your store, so long as Buddy is there.

Cameron walked me thru the store and had me try out mattresses and found a pillow that was right for my neck and i was very excited and nervous to get my first mattress for my new apartment.
Was told item was in stock locally 6 miles away luckily I called right before heading there when I was told it was not in stock there it was in Pennsylvania.. So it would be shipped to me.. They didnt say deliveried to me they said shipped so after no shipping info I called and was told it wasnt in PA it was in Maryland and they would be setting up delivery.. this was over 3 weeks ago and I still dont have item...
Our salesman who helped us was Buddy as soon as we walked through the doors, & would definitely use buddy again! Not too pushy, let us look freely without feeling pressured or watched. Nashua location had great selection! We at first couldn’t find what we originally wanted then found it on their website, asked buddy if they had it & found out they indeed did, knew exactly where it was. We will be picking it up within 3-4 weeks from their warehouse, & will update a new review then.
We walked in and were met by sales associate Buddy. He answered our preliminary questions and directed us to the areas of where we could look for bedroom sets. He let us walk around without following us, thus lessening any type of pressure to purchase any items. When we selected the set that we were interested in, he came over immediately, answered our concerns about the products, and gave us price quotes including discounts on said items. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. He made us very comfortable and again, there was no pressure to buy. Thank you Buddy. If anyone asks me about their furniture needs/wants, we will definitely refer them to Ashley and make sure to ask for Buddy.
This was my second major purchase from this Ashley store and it did not disappoint! Kimberly did a fantastic job explaining the different power base options available for the bed that I needed. I came in towards the end of the day and she still had a smile on her face and enthusiasm. Thank you Kim!
I would think twice before I purchase any furniture from these guys. They won’t tell you their furniture is final. You cannot return or exchange. Even though there receipt says you have 72 hours window with full refund. They won’t follow their own policy. they will not return or exchange. I would stay the hell away from this place. They will direct you to Customer Service Will not do nothing. Store manager, same thing. They all play the same game. I’ve spent $3000 furniture & I dumped it in my basement. I don’t even use it. After I pay off, I will close the credit card and never ever go back to this place again or any Ashley furniture.

Had a wonderful experience with a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman named Jim. Helped us with the online store despite being a separate entity, and ended up getting us a good deal to have it shipped through them instead, a win win. Managers and associates where all helpful and friendly.

We had seen dining room chairs on their website at a good price and also offered free delivery. Went to Nashua store to find the same chairs 60% more and no free delivery. Salesman was pretty rude. They finally said they would match price on their website but not free delivery. Will not be going back

got a better deal on outdoor furniture buying with Ashley. What an awful experience! 7 hours trying to place the online order and trying to fix the overcharges, CS telling me to cancel the order and re-order then being charged all over again at higher prices. I cancelled everything and went back to my original furniture store as they (Ashley Furniture) is a complete mess of a company to deal with. In the end it took 3 days to finally order 5 pieces of furniture (with another company) because of Ashley's and I lost $300+ in offers and my capitol one reward incentives plus the delivery dates I wanted etc. Not good business practices

Negina helped us find a good couch for our living room. The challenge was to find the right color that goes with the theme of the room. She was patient and had good color and theme sense which helped us with a good shopping experience. If you visit their Nashua store asking for negina will be a good experience. I will update the review about the delivery and product once the item is delivered to us.
I would give zero stars if I could. Caroline is a very rude manager. I have been trying for almost 7 months to get a leather cushion replaced on a 1 week old oversized chair. They just keep saying it’s someone else’s department. It’s been on the way 3 times then keep telling me they will order it again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!

Cameron and Brian were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient as we tested and asked questions and looked around the showroom. They were clear about explaining details about product, returns, warranties and discounts. We appreciated the no pressure sales experience. We left with a great deal. I will update the review with information about delivery and set up as well once complete. So far, five stars. UPDATE :delivery was in time, courteous & completed flawlessly. Delivery guys kept us up to date on their location & arrival time.

After 2 months of them giving me the run around for my purchase, it finally came. Before the delivery men placed it upstairs in my place, I noticed this damage couch which clearly is not up to industry standards. I will go back to Ashley’s for a full refund and if they give me the run around again I’ll just take them to school claims and report them to the attorney general office and BBB.

Delivery was a huge disappointment! Beware that they will give you a delivery window of 4 hours and then when they don't show up (Even after calling to say they'll be 30 minutes late), then they will say you weren't home. When you call to reschedule, you find you are now at the bottom of the list and it will be 2 weeks more! And remember you paid $100 for this delivery. Ended up going to pick it up at their warehouse. And it took another hour to get the $100 refund.

The sales staff is friendly, the business staff is nor clear & states one fact than changes, there is no follow through when products take 4 to 8 weeks, and they are not all clearly articulate. Sad as they carry a great variety of quality products, at a fair price I am very saddened as of this date 4/4/24, I have not received undamaged new furniture to my home. The replacements which were delivered were damaged the delivery men followed the process as did I I still have damaged new furniture that once again was unpacked in my presence love seat, and chair which the damage was worst than the first They want to send a repair person when it is suppose to be NEW wrong. All say they will follow up NONE do The bedroom was perfect but after completing the set up there wasn't any bed slats for the mattress and box spring BLOWN AGAIN!! I went out and purchased a bed frame so I could sleep in my bed. The is poor customer service. I will be following up as necessary to rectify this appalling situation. We are now a month out from the last delivery. Here I still have damaged furniture that NO ONE has even bothered to replace I am looking for new undamaged furniture which I have been charged for and paying for or a total refund. Now I am referring this to channel 5 investigates and small claims court. 5/15 2024 received a call stating the company has ordered the new replacement love sofa and the Chair, also stated the bed slats were ordered. That being stated it is now 05/24/2024 NOTHING at all and now you claim there is NO Order, NO COMMUNICATION honestly where is this IF YOU ARE NOT able To keep Your Word REIMBURSEMENT IS EXPECTED 06/15/2024, AT LAST YOU FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT!!!!

Kristine is absolutely phenomenal!!! She has been super helpful throughout the entire process. We received our delivery and the furniture did not fit through the hallway of the apartment due to low ceilings. We came in the next day and she did everything possible to help us. She knows her stuff, super sweet and extremely patient! We loved her.
We went to Ashley Furniture to shop for our new house and the customer service was top tier. Very professional and courteous and we walked out feeling like we got what we paid for but still got a great deal. Ended up purchasing a whole living room set from Liya and she was fantastic. Overall great experience here. Our salesperson Christine was very helpful. We knew what we wanted when we came in but she wanted to show us other options which we were open to, and that ultimately cemented our decision to get our original choice. They also price matched the same sectional that we wanted on the regency site that was $400 less. They said they don’t price match other places, only themselves, and they are owned by regency so that worked out. The furniture here is good quality for affordable prices, I have and will buy from Ashley again.

I had a good shopping experience. Cameron not only helped me find what I was looking for but also tried his best to find all the promotions I could possibly use. I was buying a mattress and box then got free upgrade under the promotion, thanks to Cameron’s advice, to an adjustable base which can raise head. Ashley furniture are reasonably priced.

This review is mainly for "Sharon" (if that's her real name) in the escalating department, who was so disgustingly rude to my mother that we will now be taking this to the BBB and court. We called and opened a claim a month ago for our chairs that we bought a year ago. Apparently the warranty wasn't even entered, so they had to process it. Still processing after a month. My mother asked for someone higher up to see what's going on, and she gets her. When asked for her full name after she was being a huge brat, she wouldn't and wouldn't give her title either. She then said "you're ignorant" and hung up. That's fine. Basically, she told us that nothing was covered, all damage is "hardware". My mother asked what actually WAS covered if the seat isn't covered, the rungs aren't covered, the wood isn't covered. She couldn't even answer what was covered, and she even thought it was funny and said "I guess nothing". Well Sharon, that's great. You guys can give me my 400$ back if I paid for a warranty that doesn't cover anything. Doesn't cover the table, doesn't cover the wood of the chair, doesn't cover the seat of the chair, doesn't cover the legs of the chair.
When I bought my couch, I was offered a rebate. More than six months and a dozen follow-up phone calls later, I still haven't received it. I've even gone back to the store in person to ask about this. Every time I've reached out, I've been told that the person responsible for the rebates will call me shortly, and then I get ghosted. This has been going on for months, and I've now given up, but this really seems like false advertising of the price, no? At the very least, it's terrible customer service. The shady sales tactics have really put me off shopping here again.

Purchased 2 chairs in 2019. Tries to use warranty twice on items cleared stated as covered in brochure and they were denied. Leadership is no help, and they provided an e-mail to escalate that is 0 response. Out $900 and 2 unusable chairs. Go anywhere else before going here.
Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Been trying to get replacement for a Mattress I bought since Jan. 2023. STILL calling and waiting. Going into April. 😡Will never buy from them again. Never had this problem with Jordan's Furniture.

Awful. Couch is falling apart in 11 months. The couch has a small rip and it caused the zipper to break. I called Ashely and they told me to call the extended warranty company. (SCAM) They said because the rip is near the zipper and the zipper broke it would not be covered. The extended warranty took 5 weeks to come up with a decision to tell me that it is not covered. I then called Ashley and they said that because now couch is over a year old they will anything.

This place is definitely a no. I think the sales guys are just a little bit too pushy. I did speak with one of the managers who stated that they are advised to every 10 minutes go back to the customer and see if the customer needs help even if the customer said I'm all set. Which can be extremely annoying. I ended up leaving there and going to Mattress Firm and purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame.

Worst experience ever as well…. I bought bed set about a year ago, and just find the head board has big cracked all over it.. same thing for the side panel. I have 5 years protection plan, and when I called them, they said it’s happened because of the low quality of wood materials and they are not covering the damage because of it….. this is just happened after just one year!!!!
I bought a couch and 4 months after having it it got ruined! The back pillow are connected to the couch and after just sitting in it the seam ripped and all the fluff went to the bottom of the couch! We emailed and got ahold of the warehouse and they said it’s not covered because it was “abuse because it was on only two of the pillows” but that’s just wear we sit. Will never buy from here again! Everything is cheaply made

Christine and the Nashua store was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, store policy does not allow for shipping to Pennsylvania. If it had, we would have been buying a furniture suit with Christine for certain. Thank you for knowledgeable sales people who know how to let you look on your own but supply all the answers needed whenever you have a question.
Do not buy anything from Ashley furniture. They delivered this bed on September 17th. we call within the 72hrs. they put this bed together poorly an worng. My two year old fell thru the bed and head board from no support. My mom been sleeping on the couch this whole time. It's now Dec 20th. I have gotten the run around for months. Told its against their police to return it. An been waiting this whole time for a replacement. They showed up today with not all the peice for the replacement bed. An we are still stuck with a bed we do not want. All they have done is pass the buck to another department an say they is no managers to talk to. Worst companie it the world. O an they damaged my moms burrow when the brought in the bed.

Blatantly inflate prices on their upstairs "closeout" items so they can offer them at "50% off". It is so absurd and obvious. Our salesperson didn't even try to lie when I asked if the prices were inflated to offer a "discount"- just remained neutral about it, which I appreciated. New items are cheaper than the "closeout" prices, which do not offer delivery and are sold "as is". I will never go to an Ashley again due to the poor practices and blatant dishonesty- save yourself a trip and go to any of the other furniture stores within that area. I'm a huge fan of Bernie and Phyl's which actually has closeout items and their salespeople who all work together, making for a non-stressful experience.
Shocking difference between their online store and the retail store prices. We liked many items online within our budget and wanted to try them instore before we purchase. To our shock, the instore prices are hugely inflated to 3 times more. It seems like total dishonesty in pricing when the sales representative keep lowering the price each time we ask more details. It was difficult to know what is the right price in store. Even the 50% sale price was expensive compared to their online site as well as other discount furniture store. Store itself is neatly arranged with friendly staff but the pricing strategy must be fixed. Finally, must negotiate and compare the prices before purchasing anything here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! My daughter purchased a couch here for her first home. She had payed in FULL for it two days ago. They had told us we needed to pick it up with in 72 hours and when we got there for pick up within said 72 hours they had proceeded to SELL the couch that my daughter purchased to someone else. Their unprofessionalism and terrible customer service RUINED what was supposed to be one of the best days of my daughters life. I will NEVER be shopping here again and DO NOT recommend anyone else does either! The general manager was no help what do ever and the entire sales team did not even seem to care. They had told us there was NOTHING they could do and we couldn’t get a replacement until NOVEMBER and then we went to NH Furniture Direct and they had said couch! Unbelievable. Completely terrible business.
Scam. They are marking up sectionals to $7-8,000 and then “giving 50% off.” Everything is 3x more than the cost online.

I just went into this store and there were two gentlemen in the front. Saw me come in, no greeting at all. I am looking to refurnish my entire house and no salesman ever approached me to offer assistance. They have just lost thousands in commission. Abysmal customer service. No wonder they are going out of business.
Worst experience Ever!! I came to this store and bought so much furniture. I bought a complete bedroom set and living room set. Unfortunately, in the building the furniture was to be delivered to, the couch could not get down the stairs due to the construction of the building. Therefore, the living room set could not enter the apartment. The sad fact is, I loved the living room set and wanted to keep it, the problem is the construction of a building I don't own and Ashley furniture has no desire to work with me and instead penalize me. In my attempt to get a fair solution, I went to the store on 8/27 to see if I could return the living room furniture and pick something else. I was told by an African American Manager that I would have to pay for delivery again and they could not waive it. As I continued to try and resolve the situation, I asked the manager when the furniture would be returned to their store, he said that he did not know when since he didn't work with the delivery company. This was very off putting that a manager doesn't have such basic information. Instead he told me that it might take up to 48 hours for the furniture to be returned to their store but again, he iterated again how he wasn't sure when it would be returned since he didn't have any direct affiliation with the movers. I guess the manager couldn't be bothered to pick a phone and inquire. Maybe in this century, the moving company doesn't have a phone number???? I returned on Monday, 8/29, hoping for a better experience. This time the lady helping me was more respectful, however, she told me that if I returned the furniture, I would have to pay a 30% restocking surcharge unless I select a new living room set. At this point, I feel as if I am being forced to get furniture from Ashley furniture in Nashua, NH even when I might not find something that works for me or even fits my budget. I am so disappointed that I spent almost $7000 in this store and the best they can do is either charge me a restocking fee or another $400 delivery fee. What a scam!!!! Stay away from this store regardless of their big clearances "fake clearances" All in all, let us see if anyone (regional manager, big shots in their corporate offices, etc.) bothers to help me or will they continue to steal from hard working folks trying to make ends.
Having to give one star is being way too generous! We bought a couch and loveseat on February 1 from Ashley Homestore in Nashua, NH and months have gone by as it is now August! I called and the first couple of months someone actually did answer the phone and was told it would be in soon! After the initial first couple of months, nobody would answer the phone! It would prompt me to push 1 and it would say invalid entry, it then sent me to voicemail and it said mailbox was full! I finally went in person to the store to speak to someone about my order and saw they were having some kind of going out of business type of sale!! I went in and saw a woman and two men in their office space doing nothing. I told the woman nobody is answering the phone and she said she knew that and they didn't intend to!! It was now in the hands of a new owner, Regency Furniture. I asked for a refund, as the signed Agreement states, after all this time has gone by with no word and the inability to be able to contact anyone along with extreme rudeness, and she said we could only receive a merchandise credit, no refunds were being given regardless of the Agreement, which should certainly be honored irregardless of new owners considering the furniture was bought prior to new ownership. I called their "headquarters" which is nothing more than a distribution center with no corporate managerial personnel to speak to whatsoever and whomever I did speak to, said the same thing rudely, NO REFUNDS! I have spent hours and immeasurable frustration calling everyone possible hoping to get results of some sort with absolutely nothing being done. I do not have my furniture to this day nor a refund of my money. I don't want a merchandise credit as I will NEVER do business with this unethical company and it's dishonest business practices, again. I think, perhaps, with all the similar complaints I'm reading a class action suit might be something the customers in the same boat should look into. I've contacted Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office.
I went during the "Going out of Business" sale and purchased a bedroom set consisting of a foundation bed, head board, two bedside tables, and two dressers. It took 8 weeks to deliver and upon delivery I did not receive what I ordered. The quality of the furniture compared to in the store was terrible. The bed frame was not a foundation bed. I called to request the correct bed frame and they stated I did not order a foundation. Apparently the sales guy promised me a foundation but didn't enter it correctly and they will not do anything. In fact they said I would have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee and pay more for the foundation bed frame! What a joke. Do NOT go here, sales people are not reputable.

worst store ever, bought a bed and sofa, first they delivered it late. The bed was damaged and was having issues, reached out to customer service and they sent technician 3 times and then finally told me there is manufacturing issue with the bed and told me to visit store and get a replacement bed. I went to store they gave me store credit and we happily selected our new furniture and payed the difference, they told us you will be able to get it delivered in 4-6 weeks and i got a call after 3 months saying some parts are available for delivery and i told them i want everything together, after few months i was told that acquisition happened and we will not be able to give you credit as new ownership just takes care about new customers not the old one's which is ridiculous, i payed money and interest but without furniture, they said they can't refund as they don't have money and told me to file a complaint in for consumer protection. Never ever going to buy anything from them. New ownership doesn't care about old customer and they don't want to retain them. Money is stuck with them and harassment i had for all this time is separate. Total fraud they are doing

I bought two sets of bedrooms for my children and they both come with damage. One game was hit with a header split. And the other dresser is peeling off the wood. The dealers put all the pieces together knowing that he was damaged and took pictures. They would have to contact me to repair or exchange the pieces and I am still waiting. Poor customer service when trying to report a problem. I have called them and they never answer I have left them many voice messages and I have sent them many emails and they never answer me anything. The worst experience of my life. Do not buy them they are a Fraud!
Horrible customer service. Andy was great after I called back to back after the females there hung up on me multiple times. But all in all my issue wasn’t resolved, it’s a replacement item so they won’t take it serious. I was first told by the first female that she’d transfer me to a manager since it was the third attempt at getting my complete replacement (I’m missing just the bolts at this point) after roughly 10 minutes a second female answer and says there aren’t any managers available. I tried to explain what I was calling about and she laughed at me told put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called back they would answer and hang up my calls or not answer at all. Very unprofessional and the quality of the items suck. Never again buying anything from them and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away.

The quality of their products is almost as bad as their customer service. Their only hope is that it all falls apart after the one year manufacturer warranty is out, and if not they will make you jump through flaming hoops just to get anything done. I would avoid this store, this brand, and all these products at any cost!
The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Ordered a bedroom set and they sent the wrong one. I’ll spare you the long story. But we have spent the last YEAR trying to get resolved. The franchise customer service says to talk to the store, the store says to talk to the corporate office, the corporate office says to call customer service and on and on it goes. Was told by the store manager to “dispute the charge with your credit card company “ . The credit card company said Ashley’s furniture is the worst company to deal with and to not ever purchase something from them…. The credit card company has had enough complaints that they gave that advice… good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to try and purchase anything from this company.

I’ve ordered a bedroom set 8/28/21 was told it would be about 8-10 weeks . Every time I called for a delivery date It was push back another month .I was told do to the pandemic the delivery was pushed back . Instead of giving us our money back .I was told by Megan in the Nashua Ashley furniture store to give it another month . I wouldn’t want you to cancel the order and wait another couple of months . If you don’t hear anything just give us a call we will cancel it and refund you the money! When I called a month later I was told I’m not getting any money back there is no money to give back and to notify Better Business Bureau . So I did exactly that and they notified Ashley home store told me to wait 14 days to see if they respond . Could you guess the answer ? So basically if you spent money and didn’t receive the merchandise. They are thieves they stole our money 💰. But if we went in the store and walked out with the products that we ordered we be in jail . I will never recommend you to anyone! People have ordered products through the pandemic and received it months later from other furniture stores it’s almost one year 🤦♀️ all they did was lie !🤬
I purchased a pullout sofa from them. The pullout didn't work when it was delivered. I was told someone would contact me about servicing it. No one ever did. I tried calling the store and their customer service and no one ever answers. I tried calling the online Ashley customer service but they couldn't get through or help me either.

Waiting for my order. no response from Nashua store from where i bought the product or customer care or distribution center. earlier they told that sofa will be delivered in June 1st week. since then i am calling them they are not picking up phone. i emailed several times no response as well. i am not sure what's going on and when my sofa will be delivered. at least give me a call back or refund my money. this is not first time happen the issue. earlier i got damaged product and Ashley didn't refund my money. Now they are not delivering the sofa. my money is stuck with them. Give me a call back and tell me when the product will be delivered or refund my money. Poor customer service. I called many times to store and no one picked up the call. Customer service also not picking up . I have no information about when my delivery is coming up. It’s been 3 months now. I am still waiting for any information about delivery
Still waiting for furniture and was only offered store credit. Disappointed in how this was handled, we ordered it February 2022. We thought it would be a nice touch to have furniture in our living room, we hope this company can resolve this issue. We were told it went to the wrong customer and they needed to re-order it. We’re hoping it will be here by the holidays. Extremely dissatisfied. We hope there business model in the future can put its customers first.
Have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks in regards to a refund they owe me. They refuse to return my call and often times will not answer their phone. I went to their store and they kept on giving me excuses.
Horrible customer service, do not shop here! Received a soft 9 months after it was delayed 5 times (was only notified of 1 of these 5 delays, had to call myself every time to receive updates). Once I finally received sofa the delivery associates damaged the item upon delivery and have been trying to get in contact with customer service for 2 months to get replacement part for damage caused by their team and have gotten NO RESPONSE! Still trying to get in contact with them to simply get them to replacement part but have effectively been ghosted by customer service team. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Went looking for coffee / end table sets today. Immediately greeted by pushy salesman who couldn't take a hint that all I wanted was to be left alone. They had their "going out of business" sale that apparently means, inflate the tagged price of things I saw at Bernie and Phyls or Jordan's furniture by 250% and say that everything is half off. What a waste of time.
Went and purchased a couch in February it’s been 16 weeks I’ve been trying to call the store they don’t answer. I finally went to the store with my receipt and they took all the money out of my account and says they don’t have a history of me purchasing the couch even with my receipt they said I have to go to my bank and have put as a fraud. I will never purchase from this company again.
Furniture very nice and at a competitive price but placed an order 6 months ago and still haven’t received complete order for bedroom furniture. To make things worse they charged full priced at the time of order and not when goods were delivered. I would have preferred to sit on those thousands for interest alone. I regularly get their voicemail in the middle of the day which is frustrating. When I do get ahold of a representative they tell me the delay is because the furniture is very popular. I don’t see why that would matter since orders should be satisfied in order. Overall I would have purchased furniture else where if I knew it would have taken this long.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I purchased 3000$ worth of furniture 6+ months ago and checked in with them every few months to get an update. They never had any info to give me. Finally today I went into the store and they said “sorry the items have been discontinued “. Great. Then they said they are unable to refund me because they have a new system or something and I have to file it with my bank. I ask if I can get it in writing as proof to my bank and they refuse. If you care about having quality furniture and don’t wanna get ripped off.. STAY FAR AWAY. reporting to BBB immediately.
my experience at ashley's furniture was as if i walked into my mothers house, so warm and welcoming, the handsome young man jack stent was extremely helpful i had trouble not flirting with him, lol. this was the number one place to go and ask for jack, you'll know who im talking about when you walk in and lay eyes on this man. best salesman they have there.
u can never get a straight answer on your stuff waited 16 weeks on my couch i get it and the bottom half and couch had rips in it they sent me another couch weeks after that and that couch had a bunch of damage done to it now a yr later im still waiting on a couch or refund so i can go elsewere and they wont pick up phone or answer emails and everytime i talk to some one they say were sending u another brand new couch and it dosnt happen this store is no good nothing but bad times
Spent a lot of time searching for the right love seat, stumbled into Ashley’s and was met by a super knowledgeable salesman jack. He made the purchase seem less and easy. Lost my virginity on the love seat, same day it arrived! 10/10 would recommend
We bought a loveseat, a couch and an ottoman in February. We were told it would be a while before it would come in. We received a delivery date from the company that on April 22 we would receive the items. We still haven’t received anything and on top of that we got rid of our furniture to make room. The excuses keep changing. They were evidently sold and had to “change their system “ so it was delayed. Also not having ordered anything for us until April instead of in February really doesn’t speed things up. Customer service is terrible. They barely answer the phone and the managers are either conveniently not in or “busy”. I filed a BBB complaint a couple of weeks ago and they won’t even respond to that. Never again will I deal with this terrible company.
Hello friends, I bought furniture (sofa) from Ashely, nashua in December 2021 but that time it was not on stock so they told me it will take 12-16 week and once it’s arrive we will deliver to you. In April 1st I received call that my furniture ready to deliver and schedule for delivery. I was super happy that everything sounds perfect on time what committed. After 10 day again I received call as well as email that according to them technical issues or management changed so we are updating system so we are canceling delivery but once everything will be back up and we will schedule back your delivery. I waited waited.. I didn’t receive any call or message so after 20 days I called and asked about updates. And customer service replied the sofa which you ordered with that vendor our new management not working any more so there is no chance to get your furniture 😡 so after that I asked okay what’s my opinion would be, give me my money back or deliver furniture. Do you know their ans??? You will shock if you hear theirs answers. They said claim to your credit card and dispute charges we will not give you refund back… almost 6 month of wait and got this response 😭😭😢 Don’t know what to do? Where to go. My money stuck. No furniture on my home with kids no one imagine how I am suffering. I bought house and I am willing to build happy memories with my family but this one decision makes everything reverse. 😡😡😡😡
I went to Ashley's on Feb 5. Shopping was fine and sale guy was great. I was suppose get my couch set, end of April. So I called the store to get an exact date. Then the woman on the phone tells me that the future has been push back till June. That is fine. But, what is up setting to me that I was not notified that my couch set was push back 8 weeks. It's the store responsibility to notify the customer that they item has been push back. Poor customer service.
Federal Business bureau has been contacted, investigation underway. ASHBROOK/ASHLEY FURNITURE STOLE $700 FROM ME. Had a $700 gift card I got as a house warming gift a few months ago, I went in today because I had some furniture picked out online i wanted to get, I was then informed by very rude employees who didn't care at all that the company was bought out to a new owner and my $700 is no longer valid and it won't be refunded even tho it's still the same company. No expiration dates or anything on the gift card stating it would become invalid for any reason. ASHBROOK/ASHLEY FURNITURE STOLE $700 FROM MY FAMILY. $700. I was told to take them to court to get my money back. They were very unapologetic as I left to go sobb in my car in the parking lot. Federal Business bureau and small claims court will be contacted
15 Weeks out from purchase. No furniture. Lost my order. Customer Service is very nice and understanding when you can reach them...but good luck with that.

I get the whole supply crisis and all I ask for is to be kept up to date. Was told today it was not her job. Never again. Going back for a refund.
If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered couches on Feb 3 with a 8-10 week delivery ETA (which was a lie). They scheduled my delivery for April 15th but than called me that week to inform me that my delivery on April 23rd (which they had moved without telling me) would need to be canceled entirely because of new management/inventory/new system and they could not provide an update for me at this time. On April 27th I asked for an update as it has been a few weeks and they informed me it would be 2-3 weeks until they can even give me an update. Of course, at this point I am super frustrated and said to cancel my order because we went from 8-10 weeks delivery to more like 16-17 weeks delivery at the EARLIEST. I've been couchless and wasted all this time waiting on these couches and it has impacted my family time as we don't have a living room technically without furniture. I'm really upset that a company can actually impact your quality of life like this. DO NOT SHOP FROM ASHLEYS if you don't have any furniture - go somewhere LOCAL that can deliver with furniture in stock. If anyone is selling a couch and can deliver to Southern Maine, let me know!
I think I’ve had one of the worst experiences with Ashley Furnitures. I payed for two beds, Sep 26th 2021. I was told my furniture will be available and installed 7 to 10 weeks from the day of purchase.Today’s exactly 7 months since I placed this order. They don’t call or email me for any update or to say they’re sorry for the delays. They don’t care at all. The first time I called in Dec, one rude lady told me to come take my money, yet I was so polite. I’ve been the one calling along to inquire about the delays. They keep postponing and giving specific dates to when our furniture will be available. My spouse went there last week to find out what is going on, they were so fast to lie to him that they have changes going on, from an old to a new system and will be done in 5 days. They still didn’t call after the 5 days. We just called today again to find out what is happening. Behold, they pushes it again forward to June. What a mess. Ashley Furniture, why do you put sample furniture in your store to deceive customers, when you know very well you don’t have them and will not have them for the next two years and more? Why do you frustrate the lives of your customers? This is just ridiculous. My first time buying from you and I regret ever coming there
Purchased $10,000 worth of furniture in November 2021 was told furniture would be delivered in February 2022. Called in Feb and they said delivery was pushed off til April. Called in April and the store said I could take partial delivery of furniture and to call the delivery service as they do not handle deliveries and deliveries were out of their control. Called the delivery company every week for a month. No answer. Left messages no return phone call. Today I called Ashley and they tell me the store was bought but Regency Furniture and they can not offer me partial delivery but I can come pick up the furniture. I said I want the $1,000 back for my delivery that I paid for. They said we can not authorize a refund and I explained my house burnt down, I lost my mother in the fire, and I can’t wait any longer for furniture. They said we can’t help you and we can’t give you a refund. Worse customer service and store ever. DO NOT EVER BUT FROM ASHLEY you will be sorry their customer service is aweful and they lie. !!!! I am reporting them to the better business bureau. When someone loses their home and their possesses the last thing they need to deal with is horrible customer service.
We ordered a kitchen table set after looking for a long time and having issues with several other places. Kylie E assisted us when we came to the store, and she was very helpful. We knew we would have a 10-12 week wait for delivery, and that was pretty accurate. We had ordered last summer and they arrived late fall. The issue I have is how they were delivered, which is why I am only giving four stars. There were no boxes! Just loose chairs and table parts sitting outside. Thankfully nothing was damaged in transit and it wasn't raining when they were sitting outside, but I was not pleased with how carelessly they were left there. The least that could have been done was for the delivery folks to shrink wrap the different items. Aside from that one issue, we are very happy with our purchase. The table was easy to assemble and we have been using it and the chairs for about six months now.
We bought a dining room set from Ashley Furniture. It was delivered and the delivery people put it together, took pictures then left. We noticed the table was bent? We took the leaf out of it and the table is cracked which is creating the top of table to sink. Some of the chairs also have marks on them which looks like rubbing during shipment. We had a technician come out and he agreed that we need a new table and chairs. He actually said to put a piece of plywood under table so we can use it for Easter dinner. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for a Manager Approval. Unbelievable? We will never shop here again. Furniture is cheaply made. Poor customer service. Stay away!
We went in for a couch, explained we live on a third floor apartment. The living room has plenty of space but we want to make sure we find something that will fit in. No problem, the sales person is sure the couch we picked will fit. It’s a 10-12 week wait which is understandable. It was delayed twice but the store never bothers to tell me, I have to keep calling for updates. Finally the couch is in and they tell me to get rid of the old furniture because they won’t remove it. No problem, sell the old couches and wait a couple days for our couches. Turns out they don’t fit. The delivery team knew exactly what size was needed for an apartment building but the sales person just wants a commission. Now we have no furniture and have to go choose from 2 items in stock or we could return the items minus a 20% restocking fee. Sales staff did not care and were not helpful at all in trying to find a resolution. Will not be buying from this store again

After waiting months and months for furniture and being told continuously that there is a shortage of drivers, we asked to cancel the purchase as we have been without a couch for 6 months. They are now trying to charge us a 10 percent fee for furniture we never received and is months past when it was originally due. This place is horrible, don't shop here.

Customer service at Ashley’s is horrendous. I was standing around in look for some help and half of the employees were sitting in their office just chatting and not helping anyone. I do not recommend anyone go to Ashley’s I had a horrible experience and won’t be returning ever again, don’t take your business there
We had the wrong couch delivered in December. We have yet to receive confirmation of the correct item being ordered. It’s been months with false promises and no follow up. Just workers who don’t want to deal with you and push you off the phone. Today I called and a new rep stated they would finally order our piece. Still no email with details. When questioned about how they could finally do it, they had no response. A chargeback will be initiated before the time to do so expires. It’s ridiculous that I have to hound them for absolutely no answers and each rep at the store is clueless to the situation.

I wouldn't recommend Ashley to anyone. Worst experience with them buying several items since the end of July 2021. During the process, we asked to return a sofa couch, kept calling every single day asking for a refund, they would tell us OK we will have someone call you the next day. The next day would come and of course, no one calls. We stayed like this for a long period, ending it with personally going to the store to get our refund for the couch that was never delivered after 6 months of waiting. The one remaining issue has to do with a coffee table set that we had bought. It arrived a couple of months after we ordered it (which was fine), only for us to see that it has weird-looking tiny holes. The 3 of them! We did some digging and found that they are probably the work of some kind of beetle. We called and sent pictures, and were told that even if they were the work of beetles, the waxing of the table would have killed any insects. I didn't like the way they looked, so we asked for a replacement. 3 months later (which was this past Wednesday), we get the 3 new tables, only to find similar holes in them as well!!!! This is truly unprofessional. The ones we saw in the store didn't have them so we shouldn't have to accept ones that come with them. The delivery person (who wasn't affiliated with the store) said maybe it was a design. But there was no pattern whatsoever, so no it isn't part of the design. I don't care if whatever insect did it is dead, I simply don't want it. We didn't accept the new ones and returned the ones we had. No one called (of course!) about our refund. I want to escalate. We missed several periods of time where we could've bought different tables elsewhere but with the seasonal discount. Now we don't have any tables, and no one from the store had the common decency or proficiency to follow up. I do not have time to keep calling customer service. I don't have time to keep going back to the store. This is outrageous.
10 week back order because of covid, ok understandable. Ordered in August willing to wait. I Had to call them to get updates on when it would be here. Was told december ok cool looking forward to getting the furniture. December came and went still no furniture no update. Called and was told early Feb just called, now it's mid Feb but I'm not holding my breath! Can I get a refund? Sure 20% restocking fee hahahaha! A restocking fee for furniture that has not been moved!! Unbelievable! And they blame it on the truckers as a scapegoat. How about keeping your customers updated and at the very least refund people's hard earned money so they can get other furniture! Holding your customers money hostage is wrong you deserve every bad review you get smarten up and do right by your customers!
I have been waiting for my chair for almost 5 months, now I work in retail so I get if you don’t have an item in understandable. However I have called every two weeks To check on this order … finally today I called to check was told it was finally at the warehouse (awesome) I would of liked to been actually called when it arrived cause I could of picked it up this week but the warehouse is closed on the weekends what kind of furniture store is closed on the weekend that I can’t pick up my chair really, I asked if if they are open on Monday since there is a holiday, lady didn’t know!!! Ok does anyone know so I might or may not be able to get my chair on Monday? Common the fact that I have waited for this chair for so long I am going to continue this purchase but it will be my last and it’s a shame
One of my favorite places for furniture shopping, I think this is a little-known location. Ashley is a great national brand, and the prices here will beat any of the big name brands you can find in this area. Sometimes you can get floor models at discounts too. The quality is better than the big names, and the sales people are always available without accosting you at the door. This is always the first place I stop

And now they want to keep 10% of my total if I cancel. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE! The customer service is terrible in this store. They will only help you if you are white or look rich. I kid you not! When I started adding more things to my order and the total was around $6,500 the sales associate’s changed his tone and he started sucking up to us. But in the beginning he was so rude and kept walking away to literally just stand around and greet ppl. Unbelievable! This place is just messed up. I witnessed a Muslim family get treated badly on the other hand they treated me so much better. You can only guess why.

So today after waiting for furniture since early to mid July we made the decision to go elsewhere. Let me begin sharing with anyone who plans on shopping here what a nightmare this place truly is. Me and my girlfriend were getting an apartment in early September so we decided to plan ahead and order furniture especially due to the whole Covid situation. We ordered a bed and a sectional... sounds kinda easy right? Guess again. We were told 8-10 weeks on average and with that being said brings up my next complaint. We called and asked about it and surprisingly pushed till October. Then we called and said we were told 8-10 weeks but according to the lady who answers the phone had the nerve to say... Franky wouldn't say that. After reading the reviews now it seems I'm not the only one who's been told this lie. Now before Thanksgiving my girlfriend spoke to the manager yesterday and he said if it's in stock he will have furniture delivered the week of Thanksgiving. We ho in today and it seems he might have been a little confused because all of a sudden it could take longer. On top of that he had us look at beds to see which ones we liked and low and behold the guy didn't even know what was in stock so that was a waste of time. Then Frank which seems like a great guy besides the fact he's kind of your typical car salesman had a bed to show us but no living room sets available. We were also told if we got a sectional yesterday we would possibly have to go to the Manchester location and pick it up ourselves. Long story short we cancelled the order. Jordan's furniture will arrive here with a living room set and bedroom set in less than 2 weeks. Also at Jordan's they were extremely up front about wait times which was refreshing considering our experience at Ashley's. They did discount 500 dollars at Ashley's though a month ago in all fairness which was really nice considering me, my girlfriend and her 9 year old son had to live in an empty apartment for 2 months. That place should be boarded up. Do yourself a favor and go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, Bob's, yard sale or whoever's before dealing with this place. Atrocious.

Appalling customer service at this location. Seems like they managed to pull some kids off tik tok and they have found a comfier place with better lighting to stare at their phone all day. You walk in and aren't even greeted , employees avoids eye contact so they can share YouTube videos amongst each other. You ask for a product and they can barely answer then proceed to point to a location without accompanying you since they are too busy on their phone. Unless you have a phone glued to your face, good luck getting any service here.
Ordered a bedroom set. I received a telephone call stating that the mirror got water damaged and that they would call me back with a delivery date of the mirror. I never received a call back so I placed the call. I was told they had no idea when the mirror would arrive as it was stuck on a cargo ship in Malaysia. I canceled the mirror. The remaining items were delivered and low and behold it was missing parts therefore unable to be used. Again placed another call to Ashley's and received very poor service. I was told that they needed to get a complete bed not just parts.. Was first told it would be 2 weeks to get someone in because they were busy. After much arguing they were able to get someone there today. Well guess what no bed and still not all the parts. So here I go again dealing with customer service. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I purchased a sofa in July 30 2021 it came yesterday 9/28/21 Most two months wait for this long for this I check around the sofa got cut and damage I called the Ashley furniture where I buy it at they gave me the phone Number to call customer service to talk to them and they told me to send them picture I called them back and she said that she talk to her supervisor That they going to order the material to come to my house to fix it I spend cash $1200 that damage that they did I have nothing to do with this and they can’t swap me a new one i should not waste my money on Ashley furniture my husband is not happy with this When something damage they post to swap you a new one and they never told me about the policy if I know that I will not sign for this couch but they’re so cheap not to replace you a new one they just better fix it when I buy something I want something new and not some thing fix or damage If something damaged they will fix it they will not give you a new one if you want to buy new Furniture buy it in bob furniture i’ve been customers with them for 12 years and never had this problem with them somethings damage from the factory they swap you a new one a new not you something damage the only thing I buy it from Ashley because I like the style and the color Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time never again spending my money on the store ᕦ😡ᕤ ᕦ😡ᕤ

I’ve ordered back in May 2021 furniture and I was told I should receive it in August, I’ve called mid August and was informed to receive it September 15, 2021. I called today and was informed mid November! Is this a joke the way you guys treat customers by promising something and not holding your promises. I should get 30% off since I already paid and waiting so long! 3/1/22 - I was notified that I should be getting my furniture within next couple of weeks…. Once it arrives, I’ll update my review. 3/7/2022 - finally we have received our furniture, it beautiful and my daughter loves it. The customer service was very nice and the delivery guys did an amazing job putting it together and very neat. Many thanks. Although I gave it 1 star for the long time wait, I’ll change it to 5 start after 10 months since it was worth seeing my daughter happiness and having her own room. Thank you!
Hope I should give 0 star. This is the worst place ever to purchase furniture. It took 3 months to get the order processed still the items dont have any expected date of delivery. The only thing they do always is "apologies for the late delivery and we dont have any date yet"
THAT IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEENI bought a Sectional (Silsbee) from Ashbrook 2 years ago and purchased the warranty. The USB console stopped working and the stitching was loose on one of the chairs. I submitted a request over the phone 1/2021 and I sent an email with pictures as well. Guess what NOTHING NOTHING was done after following up dozens of time and calling them daily and waiting patiently thinking may be this has something to do with the pandemic. They sent someone to look at the sectional in 7/2021 the guy was great and fixed the stitching and told me they were still waiting for the replacement parts. Now forward to 9/2021 the power reclining stopped working on the armless chair piece and I am calling the customer service and they're like we're going to order more pieces. OK WELL THAT SHOULD WORK I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A DAMAGED PART SINCE FREAKING JANUARY!! STEER AWAY!!!!

Customer Service is nearly non-existent. I was in the store for 30 minutes, and no sales associate was anywhere in sight. Finally, I went in search, and found someone sitting in one of the displays on his phone - there was nothing to identify him as an employee. I asked if he worked here, and he said yes. I made a large purchase. He said he was going to enter the paperwork for the order, and started to walk away. Since he didn't seem to want me to go wherever he was going, I said "I'll wait here". A little while later, I heard him say that it's all set (he was not in sight, and this was apparently my cue to follow). I got up from the chair, and had to speed walk to catch up with him. He preceeded me down the stairs and to the sales counter. The employees here were no better. They were complaining and VERY unprofessional. The associate who ran my credit card entered the wrong amount, and had to reverse the charge. Had that been the only issue, I wouldn't have thought anything of it. All I can say is the furniture better be worth it - when it arrives in 8 to 10 weeks!

We purchased a dining room and living room set from Ashley. Excellent customer service from start to finish, with every person we dealt with: sales, finance, warehouse, delivery, and customer service (for a small repair on one of our sofas). We really love our sets, but receiving excellent customer care during the experience makes us highly recommend Ashley HomeStore.

Store isn't following CDC guidelines and is stuck in the year 2020 with masks. Was told they won't have beds available for months due to shortage. Was told I wouldn't find beds anywhere in town either. Found everything I needed at Bob's Furniture.
About 3 months after I bought my sofa, a piece on it broke. I called the customer service department that handles the warranty and I was told that they would order the part, send it to my house, and then they would call to schedule someone to come out and replace it. Horrible service..tbey ordered the wrong headboard for my bedroom set..delivered the wrong piece. said they would reorder which took another 6 weeks and the day before delivery was told it was damaged and had to order again! still no headboard and it's been weeks again. called manager an was told he was out but will call back. A week later, still no call!! called again, he's out again!! Don't buy from them!!!
What a shithole. Always scamming customers with fake sales. Turnover is unheard of. Employees work tons of hours for little pay with hopes of getting commission that will never come. Asschoke is a horrible owner.

Had a horrible experience at this location this morning. Came into the store with my father look for a mattress this morning, making a loop of the store when we saw the signs for the clearance section. Decided to take a look and followed the signs (with arrows) through a door. We were looking at a mattress when an man started yelling at us for being in the warehouse, we apologized initially but he continued making comments like we had done something wrong. I let him know we were just following the signs and he said "yeah that door is supposed to be closed". Instead of yelling at customers for following the signs that are up, maybe correct the signs? Or close the door that is supposed to be closed? He asked what we were looking for, we explained a new mattress but just wanted to check out the clearance section first. He responded by saying "sorry, we don't sell used mattresses". Just because someone is looking in the clearance section does not mean we are looking for used mattresses. It was such a bizarre thing to say. He was incredibly rude and made us feel terrible, we immediately left the store and I will not be returning. Went down the street to Bobs instead, had a great experience and walked away with a new mattress set; I recommend others skip this horrible place and do the same.

We went to Ashley Furniture for a new couch for our kids play room. Our Sales Consultant Jim was very patient and helpful! He got us a nice set and importantly, within our budget. Bobby was also great in making sure we received prompt service and a great protection plan. We would highly recommend this store and these individuals!
We purchased a home theatre package over 4 months ago, even bought insurance for the material and overall had a very pleasant experience with the store sales people. We finally got a delivery set up on Tuesday and they delivered the wrong set. After numerous conversations and rides to the store, turns out there was a misprint on the poster and the sales person and the manger used the wrong information to complete my order. Instead of making it right, I’ve been pushed around various managers and they are telling me I need to pay 1300 dollar difference on the mistake they made. They also initially accused me of trying to get a more expensive set before I showed them the poster that the sales person used to price my order. I don’t work at the store so I went by what I was told. So after 4.5 months of waiting, I have no furniture, I paid in full back in December and no one will call me back. Truly the most horrible experience I’ve ever had and a terrible way to treat a customer.

Purchased 2 sofas in October 2020 to be delivered in December. They finally arrived in March. Ashley did not communicate about the delays, rather I called each month from December to Feb. and each time was told the delivery would be pushed out another month. Upon delivery, both units had nonfunctioning power headrests. A technician came out on 3/12 to diagnose and repair and told me he would return in 3-5 business days. Never heard from anyone again. Called yesterday and was told no date for repair was scheduled, parts may or may not have been ordered, and I would receive a call from their management today. I have received no call. I gave Ashley Furniture thousands of dollars 6 months ago and still do not have working sofas, nor a plan to correct the issue.
Went to look at bedroom sets in January. We found one we love. The salesman told us they had one coming in the end of March or if we waited to order the next would be June. We ordered the set right away not wanting to wait until June. Fast forward to April and get an email from Ashley furniture saying we will need to wait until June for our set. I believe this was the salesman being manipulative and is piss poor service from this store. I would not suggest going here take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely a joke, first can't even get a couch to be delivered without being damaged, then with a refund got it back on my card but no check with what we paid in cash, told me 2 weeks and now is over 3, manager has failed to call back 2 times, even had the audacity to say there was no more of a refund, will be reporting this business practice and WILL get my money back
Staff just stands around talking to each other. Don't ask a question, they will be annoyed. No map to find your way around, but if you ask adamantly enough, a "salesperson" will point to the stairs and tell you to "try upstairs at the back of the store." There are plenty of helpful stores around. Don't bother trying this place.

I had a very good experience at Ashley. I liked how we wandered around on our own for a bit before being approached. That made it feel less aggressive. When Scot did approach us he was very friendly and answered our questions. The whole process went smoothly. The prices surprised me and were very affordable. They also offer delivery which is very reasonable as well. I can't wait for my couch and ottoman to be delivered.

My fiancé and I bought a sectional for our first home back in AUGUST....it is now the last week of FEBRUARY and we have had to call and hound this store every week to get an update on our couch. It was supposed to arrive in NOVEMBER. They weren’t even going to call us to let us know that delivery was behind!!!!!! Same couch is now on sale for 1k less....the woman i spoke to said she would waive the delivery fee, wow what will i do with that extra 180$? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this store again. What a bunch of unprofessional, clueless employees and distribution center.
We went to Ashley today to buy furniture for our new home and Scot was absolutely amazing! He was attentive without being overbearing. He was very personable and made the shopping experience fun and stress-free! As first time homebuyers, we don’t have a clue about furniture, but he was patient and provided valuable input. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future!

My son and his girlfriend (both 18 years old) starting their lives together went into the Nashua store to purchase a living room set back in July 2020. They ordered a beautiful set and was told it would be delivered in six weeks. This was perfect timing because they weren’t moving into their apartment until the middle of August. When the living room set was delivered they realized right away that it wasn’t the set that they ordered. They called the store and the store asked them to take photos of it and send it in through email and in the end the store said that their new set would be delivered in another six weeks. Two months go by, no phone call from Ashley furniture and no living room set delivered. They call them again and was told that there was nothing in their system for this order. They had to start all over, take more pictures and send it in through email and then weeks later Ashley furniture admitted that yes this was not the living room set that they ordered and the stuff that they ordered would be delivered in December. Well now it’s the middle of January, no phone call from Ashley furniture and no delivery of the correct living room set. I believe this company is taking a advantage of my son and his girlfriend because they are young. Thinking that they’ll just give up. Shame on you Ashley furniture, shame on you! My son and his girlfriend deserve to receive what they paid for, not what they received and they will not settle.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered furniture in June and most of it was delivered in Sept. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the mattress took longer than the rest of the furniture, but I would get a call every week telling me the mattress was in and they'd call me the next week to schedule a delivery. But then the next week, instead of a delivery call, I'd get the same call again saying I'd get a call for delivery the following week. Every time I told them I had gotten that call already and they'd say they "had no note of that". After 3 of those calls, I canceled it and we ordered a mattress elsewhere. In Oct I got an email asking me to schedule my delivery (for a mattress I cancelled 2 weeks before) so I emailed back to say so and I get an email saying it will be cancelled. Jan 1st I get call saying my mattress is still waiting and I tell her no i cancelled months ago, twice. Again they "had no notes" about it so she does some research and claims she had a note I never officially cancelled and they were waiting for me to call them back! So after all that, somehow it was my fault not theirs! I told her no I cancelled more than once and I have the email proof. Not only that, but she said before there were no notes so where did that one magically come from? More importantly, if they thought iI never cancelled and was still waiting, why didn't they call to schedule my delivery? They were just going to hold on to my mattress for months? Her explanation made zero sense. Instead of taking responsibility, I was still blamed. Supposedly I'm getting my money back in 3-5 days but we'll see....
Bought furniture directly from them in September. We were promised that once the furniture was in the warehouse they would deliver right away. They told us that so that they could get a commission. It was a straight lie. THREE MONTHS LATER, the furniture arrived at the warehouse, and that is when they told us we were out of the “delivery zone” so they only deliver once a month. It is impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. We finally got a hold of someone and they are now holding the furniture hostage and will not allow us to pick it up ourselves because they closed their warehouse due to a “health scare.” That means they had to close an entire building because they were not following CDC guidelines for COVID. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, please be aware.
I spied what I thought I wanted for my dining set in my open concept free standing condo on the store web site. I stopped by the store and was greeted by Luys. He took me right to it and it was not what I was looking for after all. Luys listened very carefully to what I was looking for and brought me upstairs to the perfect fit!

I perfectly understand the delays because of COVID but it's unacceptable that an order was made in June 2020 and I still have pieces of furniture that haven't arrived. Finally, after calling numerous times and receiving no anwers just a "we'll call you back", they tell me that because they only deliver to my area once a month and the truck for December is full I need to wait till January 2021. ARE YOU KIDDING? The missing piece has been at their warehouse even before the last delivery they made last month and they couldn't "squeeze it in the truck". 🤬😤NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered a mattress on 9/15/2020, was told 4 weeks to get it in. I called 10/14/2020 was told week ending the 27th- there is no week ending on the 27th in October. I called 10/30 was told it was at the warehouse and I would get a call in a day or 2. I called again 11/2 and was told to call the warehouse myself, which I did and was told it's at the warehouse but not verified and to call back again tomorrow. It's now 7 weeks since I ordered this mattress. if I'm not able to get the mattress by the Friday I will request my money back and will not purchase from them again. I do want to say that Ash, my salesperson, was awesome its just everything after the actual purchase sucks.

I called Ashley Furniture looking for a mattress on very short notice with pretty specific requests. The sales rep, Ash, went above and beyond to help get me what I wanted. I had heard from a few people that it’s really hard to find mattresses right now due to Covid, but I was able to get mine the same day since she searched the warehouse looking for the mattress I wanted. She even threw in two free memory foam pillows. The mattress seems like great quality so far and is extremely comfortable - I’ve never slept better! Highly recommended!
After browsing I could a sofa, love seat and a ottoman I really liked the sales gal was very helpful to set up the order and delivery. Quality furniture is a must!!
We bought a sectional. We noticed that on of the back cushions was a little lower than the rest. The delivery person stated it was fine, that it would puff up. We have the cushion time but it never puffed up. We call to have it look at. That went great and it was stated that the cushion just needs to be restitched. We had have the repair reschedule 5 times so far because the technician call out. We requested a new replacement section, but was denied. It was stated, by Ashley Furniture, that they need try to fix it before the replace it. This is our 6th time trying to get the tech to repair the section. It has been several months since we originally put in a request to have the sectional repaired. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. 1 star is way to good of a rating. If we could we would have given negative 5.

Best place to buy furniture. Gabriel was an awesome sales person. I was looking to buy a sofa with a Chaise. My sister and I went to the Manchester and Nashua locations. Both stores had excellent customer service. We also went to Jordan's and Bernie and Phyls which had terrible customer service nobody tried to help us the whole time we were there. If I ever need to buy furniture again Ashley Homestore will definitely be the place to go for great furniture and service Gabriel took extra time and found that the sofa I wanted just came on the market with the Chaise. Excellent selection of furniture for your home. Really happy with their service. My only complaint/issue is about their policy on canceling a order. A lot of other stores offer canceling your order until a day before the delivery is scheduled but Ashley has only 3 days from the time you place the order. One thing I want to add is... They let you get away with canceling your order if you reselect something else from their store. This might work for someone else. Make sure you are 1000% sure before you place the order with them. Other than that I have no complaints.

No body in this place knows what’s going on. Was told I could pick up my order in Owasso by two separate people but when I get there I was informed that it was never an option. When I talked to customer service they had a note that I was supposed to pick up in Owasso but then it got changed to Tulsa. To top it off. I was told my order would be available in 3-5 weeks. It was over 2 months before I got my order after making numerous calls to them to check on the status and being told it was in transfer. Finally we get ahold of someone that checked the store inventory only to find that they had it in stock and ready to go yet I got no phone call to let me know I could pick it up bc mine was still in transfer. I will not make any further purchases from this company.

Ashley furniture stinks they don’t know how to treat costumers right and they still your money. So I buy I king full bed I had to wait a month to go pick it up and When I went to pick it up the bed was broken and missing parts they didn’t give me everything so I had to wait three more weeks so I can get my money back at this time I don’t have my money yet !! I don’t recommend this furniture
First off, I want to make a clear distinction here: my experience with the products and store were completely fine. However, the shipping of my products has been a complete nightmare. I'm very sympathetic to companies who are trying to make things work during COVID-19 -- so I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here -- but based on the numerous other reviews prior to COVID-19 with the same complaints, I believe that there is just some processes that need to changed here. My girlfriend and I ordered about $4000 worth of merchandise on/around May 23rd for a new apartment we were moving into on July 3rd. We purchased some pieces from the Ashley section on the first floor, and some others from the Ashbrook section on the second floor. We were told that the items from Ashley would take 4-6 weeks to ship, and the Ashbrook items 6-8. While not ideal timeframes (we didn't think it would take THAT long for items to ship), the more crucial items were arriving in that 4-6 week window, which worked for us. One of those items was a bed set (headboard, footboard, etc). The day before our 4-6 week items were to be delivered, we get a call saying that the set was damaged during shipment to the warehouse, so they ordered a replacement to be delivered to us when our 6-8 week items arrived. Fast forward to 7/23 when all of our remaining items were to be delivered: I greet the delivery guys, and I am told that our headboard is actually now on back order, so they don't have it. Since we weren't told this ahead of time and -- therefore -- expected a new bed set that morning, we completely took apart our current bedding situation in order to make room for the new set. In addition to that, we were told that a side table is also now on back order. After they leave, I call the distribution center to ask about this, and the girl saw no notes about that, was a bit confused as to why, and asked if she could give me a call back by "EOD, or tomorrow the latest" in order to investigate. EOD arrives, and I get no call back. Friday comes and goes without a call back. On Saturday, I call again, and they look into this further. The person was able to confirm the two pieces on back order, but now they literally have zero idea as to when I'll be receiving these items. It has now been over two months since our order was placed at the store, we still do not have our bed set/a side table, and frankly have no idea when to expect them now. Again, just to reiterate: items ordered in May will not be arriving until some time in August at the EARLIEST. It really is unfortunate, though, because the quality of the items are great. However, it's hard to live in limbo like this not knowing if/when you're actually going to receive these products. If you're buying for fun and don't have a deadline of any sorts, I still think the quality of the products is worth it. However, if you have ANY kind of deadline (i.e., a move, buying seasonal furniture, a party/celebration coming up, etc.), this may be the last place I suggest for timely delivery.
I don’t post many reviews, but feel this one was worth writing. I was greeted by Jaidyn while going into the Owasso location to look for a new living room set. Even wear a face mask you can tell she was greeting with a smiling and happy to help. She asked questions, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of all... NOT PUSHY!! Just a happy, kind to help type of human being. Even after the sale she checked on delivery for me and reached out to make sure I liked the way it looked in my home. Above and beyond my expectations. I know where I will be getting my bedroom set! All sales people should strive and take notes. Thank you Jaidyn! You made my stressful experience easy. Love the set!
Absolutely the worst service ever got a call 4 weeks ago that my couch was ready for pick up and we could go get it and then find out it’s not even ready yet and they were wrong I’ve been calling for 3 weeks now asking when it will be ready and have only been getting the same damn response ever time will absolutely take my business elsewhere.

First we bought a sofa with recliners thought it was great. 2 months later it broke. Waiting 2 months for a call back to get it fixed. Waiting on hold longer than on with human. No help. Bought end tables, first delivery both were broken. Called customer service sent those back and recieved new end tables, this time only one was damaged. We called again and was only given money off... Will NEVER buy from there again. Do NOT go to them they want your money and then dissappear
we have furnished 2 houses with ashleys furniture. 2 years ago we bought all the furniture for our second home, the lady was very helpful and helped us pick out what we needed. she recommended to buy insurance on the sectional that would cover everything in case something happened to the sectional. we purchased a 5 year insurance. a year later we had a rip in it, at the seam where the zipper was, so i called the store. the person i talked to said that she can't do anything for us bc we have no insurance on it and she argued with us that we didn't get one. she said she would look into it and call back. she never did. i found the paperwork for the insurance and called back the store. they said to call the insurance. i did. over there customer service was as bad as ashleys furniture. they said they only covered accidents. clearly the sectional was not the best quality. he said to call back the store. they guy just hung up on me, not even a bye. so here i am with the 5 year warranty that the store said it covers everything. i called ashelys back and they bounced me from one person to another one till one lady said she would reach out to them and expect an email from the company we bought insurance from. this has been going on for months now. needless to say nobody called. meanwhile we are furnishing our basement and my sister in law is buying a house . we are not going to purchase anything else at ashleys. their customer service and the company they are dealing with furniture warranties are both awful.
Ordered a $1600 special order couch on May 18th. TWO salesmen treated me nicely and told me 6 weeks for delivery. I called customer service for the 2nd time and the first time I called on June 12th they told me ten weeks for delivery, July 27th. This time, today, I spoke with a manager in customer service and they have no clue as to when I will receive my couch, just that it is "expected to ship to them the 2nd week in July." Customer Service is using the excuse of Covid-19, when the store has been open for OVER a month now and they have not ONCE contacted me about my order. Please heed the warning- I bought a new home and purchased a bedroom set from them and other things that were subsequently cancelled due to the HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. They shipped me a damaged bedroom set (Four pieces) on 9/4/2019 . While bringing my mattress in they smashed a light completely out of my wall, they left a huge mess. It took two months and countless unanswered calls to get that fixed. They told me for 6 months that my replacement nightstand was shipping. come to find out in February 2020 it in fact was not coming. It was confirmed by a customer service person that they were not being truthful because “it slipped through the cracks” and they were trying to fix the mess. I decided to squash it all and requested to return the damaged furniture. It was picked up on February 4th. It has been almost two months and they have not removed the charge of the bedroom set from my credit card which cost $2,500. My questions have gone unanswered and I have not gotten anywhere. I filed a dispute with Synchrony bank who say it takes three months to investigate. I am responsible for paying a bill for furniture I do not have. I have been also asked to provide “proof”. Please please do not purchase from them. They don’t give a s**t. Go to Jordan’s or Bernies. They are amazing!

RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!! What a nightmare from start to finish. It's not a short story sadly. Stick with me! I Purchased a new home in September 2020. I purchased a dining set, mattress and king bedroom set from Ashley financed. Each piece of furniture had a different amount of months with financing which is extremely confusing and I also paid 10% down which is required for any financing, they don't tell you that until the end. The manager fixed this for me which gave me hope. But still was a mess from there. My bedroom set came quickly. Very early September. It came damaged; deep scratch on nightstand, broken chest drawer and broken brackets on the dresser so the door wouldn't close properly. It was always flinging open each time you took a deep breathe near it. During this delivery they smashed a light in my hallway bringing my mattress up my normal staircase. The light was left hanging and broken. They said someone would call me. I never heard from them and after two months of back and forth and very little follow up they begrudgingly took care of paying for the damage. Someone had to fix the dry wall, paint and have an electrician come to re wire the light. The damage was so bad that the light had to be moved to another location a few inches down. I made the decision to cancel the dining room table after two months and no updates on shipping status. They fought me every step of the way to cancel and tried to charge a 20% restocking fee. At the end of October 2020 a tech came to fix the damaged bedroom set. He fixed the chest drawer but said the nightsstand needed to be replaced as the scratch was under the sealant and happened in manufacturing. The dresser cabinet needed new brackets which he didn't have and needed to be ordered. Again I was told someone would call me.. I waited... and waited. I called after two weeks. They said my nightstand was ordered and would arrive two months, they would call to schedule delivery and the brackets were on the way. I received the brackets in December and still no nighttstand. I was patient since it was the holiday. I gave them two full months. In January 2020 I called to follow up... They had no idea what I was talking about and tried to begin the process all over again. They tried to ask for Photos, told me they needed to send a tech to assess the damage. They had no record of my previous tech appointment. After 40 minutes on the phone they apparently realized what I was talking about and said the nightstand was ordered but they didn't have a delivery date. They said they would folow up with the manufacturer and would have an answer within 7 days. I asked when it was ordered since it should have been in November. They refused to tell me. They Said a tech could come to do the brackets in 8 weeks... insane. I emailed multiple times after that call to see when it would be here. All the while paying each month for this furniture. I never got a response. I was going to contact the credit card company to contest the charges due to the issues and lack of communication. I received a call at the end of January from a customer service manager, the only competent person there. She informed me this issues had fallen through for months and no one followed up. She told me the nightstand was never ordered even though they said it was.. she told me the night stand needed to come from overseas and would take an additional Two months. At this point I wanted off the hell ride. I requested to return everything. Since the furniture arrived damaged they agreed. They tried to offer me a resolution which was to give me the nightstand for free and then a $100 gift card to make another purchase at Ashley furniture which quite frankly I found insulting. After this experience the last thing I want to do is give more money to that hellhole. The long and short of it- after countless hours of calls,No follow up, ignored emails, damaged lights that I later saw had ripped a hole in my mattress (was never addressed), high stress, vacation hours used to accommodate their scheduling, crazy delivery wait times, and crappy customer service As my mother said "I wouldn't purchaset a toothpick from them". Thankfully Bernie and Phyls and Jordan's got my business. I can say my experience with them was AMAZING. white glove and easy!!! No stress!!! Go there and get your furniture or build Your own furniture. You could graduate from woodworking school in The amount of time Ashley takes to resolve a problem. Run in the other direction from Ashley. Believe the reviews... I wish I did.
Furniture was no better than Bob's. Furniture is mixed together and makes you feel like you are playing hide and seek. Sales people pounce. The one bedroom set we went to go see wasn't on showroom floor as advertised so we had to go to Nashua. Quality wasn't worth the gas and time. Bought a set at Jordans for almost same price but way better quality.

“Bought” furniture on November was told by the sale rep 2-3 weeks! Worked out perfect was moving to a new apartment so didn’t need to move old furniture in so I thought. On the second week after placing the order I get a call from someone. Sorry but the order has been held back until January was offered 150 dollars store credit which buys you a picture frame here! Thanks, now it’s January I get a second call a few weeks back sorry again now wait until February. I call in today to ask about my other furniture and was told my order is now even further away. Sorry sir is all I get no accountability from anyone here BUYER BE WARE furniture looks great but who knows when you will get it.

We went to the store to get some bar stools. Taylor was so sweet and helpful. She checked the website to make sure we were getting the best price possible. She helped us make our decisions, and answered all of our questions. She even sent a thank you card to our home through the mail!
I would highly recommend. Associates are fun, friendly and helpful from shopping and selecting to ordering, financing, and checking out to delivery. Delivery personnel do a great job being on time and setting up. Furniture is very high quality. I am extremely satisfied start to finish!
I'm done with this place. I've purchased a whole set and had parts replaced by more parts that are more damaged. And they damage my walls only to tell me to call another delivery company. It's not worth dealing with them.

If you're low on budget this is probably not the best place to buy furniture, but yes they have a some really good options available and in many styles too.
We only went to look at accent chairs. We ended up buying a bedroom suite. Harry was amazing. He let us look and only approached us when we had questions. It was a very nice experience. And on top of the polite, clean atmosphere, they gave us discounts on already reduced prices that were reasonable. Thank you
The prices are not the same as online,and you will never get the price shown as they charge $50 for pick up at store or $100 for delivery to your home. The pick up at store charge is unacceptable

Spent 3 days there picking out new furniture and the service was wonderful! From sales to purchasing I could not be happier. They went out of their way to make sure my shopping experience was fantastic and that I had everything I needed. The furniture is top quality and absolutely comfortable.
took 3 months for my furniture to get to my house after they said it would take a month. Apparently happens all the time. my friend just worked there and she said she was told to lie to the customers about the delivery date. They also discriminate heavily there. Wish I could give a 0 star review. There is also a history with discrimination here.
My couch had a defect. Reported immediately on delivery. I was told by the delivery personnel that they would report the defect to their manager. They did not. I called next week to check on the status. I was told that a technician would be able to make the necessary repairs in 3 weeks at my home. No technician came. Then i was told that a technician would come in 3 more weeks. Technician came but could not repair the couch. Next week i had to call them again to ask for the status of the repair. I was told that they would have to take my couch back to their facility to repair it in 3 more weeks. So called again mid week after the pickup. I was told the technician was out for 3 days and had not looked at my couch yet. So they could not give me a date on which it could be repaired and delivered back to my house. At this point I want a full refund. They can keep their defective couch.

So disappointed by my experience at Ashley. I had such high hopes. Please take my advice and listen to the reviews. I didn't and regret it. I purchased 6,000 dollars in furniture for my new home. It has been hell ever since! I had to schedule three separate delivery's for my items which was fine with me problems started from the moment I bought. They messed up my financing and told me I only could do 36 months instead of what they told me prior which was 60. thankfully the store manager called me a few weeks later when I stated my frustration on a survey. First item- My bedroom set arrived damaged. Three out of the four pieces were damaged. A cabinet door on my dresser doesn't close and catch the magnet, my night stand has a large scratch down the center and the dresser drawer doesn't close... I called and had to send over a million pictures. They said they could have a tech come out, their earliest appointment was 6 weeks away!!! I agreed to that like an idiot. Second was my mattress. Mattress was fine but the delivery drivers smashed my light out of my wall. I had to call numerous times and was given little information. I had to find an electrician to send an estimate, send the estimate over and after two weeks of being told someone would get back to me they finally agreed to send a check. After trying to negotiate the cost!!! Ridiculous. Much of the work was on my end as I left countless voicemails , dearth with electricians and phone calls left unanswered. Last my dining room table was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. I patiently waited, On the 6th week I called to check in , they did not have an eta. I received a call the next day stating the furniture had not left the warehouse yet, it still needed to leave the warehouse and go to Ashley's warehouse before being processed and eventually making its way to me. After all is said and one it would add on an additional 4 weeks. I canceled the table. Take my advice and go to Bernie and phyls. Customer service is great and. They had my couch and other items in my home within a week. They are perfect and white Glover delivery I wanted to love Ashley but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.. DONT DO IT!

Wonderful customer service, demetri was very helpful, friendly, and understanding. Was trying to upsell me to stuff I didnt need or wasnt looking for. Their payment plan is garbage. They said I have to pay them off in 6 months or i get charged interest, which was fine until for the six month period I tried to contact them in order to be able to pay it off. either they said it was resolved and never was or my call was ignored. Ive contacted their credit company they go through and they contacted ashleys and nothing got resolved. Now ashleys is trying to charge me almost $200 in interest because they refused ro let me pay them in the pay period I needed to pay in. They do it so they can collect interest. Also my couch i ordered got delivered broken and nothing was done about that either.
Got a good looking, expensive couch and the salesperson assured my family that the material was more durable than leather, and within a year the material just started to peal off like skin after a sunburn. Never will go here again. Do NOT recommend. So many other better furniture places out there

If I could give this review negative stars I would. Purchased a living room set less than 4 years ago with a protection plan. Three months ago I filed a claim as springs are starting to pop up in the cushions. The protection plan company is dragging out the process as they claim they need the technician who visited my house to define what defective means. Laughable. I contacted Ashley customer service directly and was told that they no longer use this protection company and there's nothing they can do for me. Shame on me for expecting furniture to last more than three years in a room we don't even use daily. I would never buy from Ashley again as their product is clearly below standards and there is no recourse when something goes wrong. They claim to offer a one year warranty against defects, so if you only need the furniture for a year, this is the place to shop. Once your check clears, you're on your own. Poor quality, poor customer service.
The chair that I picked out was nice enough and the salesperson assured me that I could work out the delivery times with the wearhouse. However, when the delivery time came, all I got was a text. When I called the wearhouse they said that the times were already fixed with the driver's. So much for scheduling at MY convenience!!!!!!!

Editing my initial review: The initial customer service was great as stated below. Then the next day we get an email saying our order was delayed and wouldn’t arrive for 2 months. Ok, 8 weeks isn’t bad. Then it turned into 3 months and then 4. Weekly calls with “updates” that often were not accurate or contradictory to previous week Was told in July my order shipped then the next week they clarified only one item had shipped, the rest was still pending. Finally, 4 months later I get my dining set....which came with a chip on the table and the floor protectors for the table legs were missing. Delivery guys make a note and say someone will call. A week later...no call. So I called the store . They tell me anything after shipping is a warehouse issue. Said he spoke to someone who would follow up. Two days later now, no call. Demetri was awesome! I appreciated that he was available to answer questions but didn’t hover like some other sales people do. He was clealy very knowledgable about his industry and was very personable. We had looked at several places previously and hesitated to make a final decision. Less than 15 minutes at the store and we had decided on our dining set and server.

The delivery crew and the service guy said they would replace it. - I called the store 5 times talking to Mr Hakan, the store manager, who promised us a replacement . - After countless number of calls with 2 rude persons called Michelle and Megan D., and countless promises of fake delivery schedule, today she said the replacement needs technician attention and will give me a call back on Monday. And so it goes on! I will update if Michelle will call back Monday or not. - I am fed up with this, and would strongly, strongly advice to stay away from this store. - The way they deal with their customers is extremely disappointed. - will post the pictures of the damaged table at my work place and show everyone there so they will stay away from buying anything from this place. - This is the first and last time ever, I bought anything from them. ----------- UPDATE July 3rd ------------ Got worse! - After calling me to schedule a delivery for the replacement on July 3rd, with email and all that looked real, NOTHING DELIVERED! - I called and they said they left me a message on my number saying the replacement piece was damaged, so re-ordered again, and it will take 2 more weeks! UNBELIEVABLE. My article about this bad experience is ready to be released to my workplace for my colleagues to avoid this place. I give them this last chance of weeks. Buy on Amazon. blows my mind how long the shipping times are, 4-6 weeks. And they price higher in store. With 10% price of furniture for shipping, Amazon prime does it for free making it a no brainer. Also insurance is cheaper. And furniture itself was cheaper.

I'm sorry to say that we will never buy from this store again after a terrible experience. Our son is getting married in September and we have several back yard events planned this summer. We purchased an outdoor sectional set to accommodate the events. Before purchasing on June 8th, we stressed the need for the furniture by end of June or we had to buy elsewhere. Our salesman called directly down to the warehouse and confirmed that all but 1 piece of the sectional was in the warehouse and could be delivered within 3 weeks. He even offered to have the final piece delivered at a later date, when it arrived, for free. We made the purchase and it went all downhill from there. A week later, as instructed, I called to check the delivery status. I was told my furniture was on a manufacturer delay and was scheduled to arrive in Nashua on July 27th...7 weeks after my purchase. After several phone calls, with managers and the warehouse, the best they could do was have the furniture in Nashua by 7/8. As a reminder, on June 8th they confirmed the set was in their Philadelphia warehouse already. It is a 6 hour ride from Philadelphia to Nashua. We were offered nothing but a refund of our delivery charge as compensation. Two more phone calls to the store manager after we received additional emails and phone calls telling us we had further delays beyond the promised 7/8 date resulted in the manager leaving us a message stating that he was able to get the furniture on the 7/6 truck from Philadelphia and would be in Nashua on 7/8 as promised and I would get a call by Wed 7/10, 'at the latest' to set up delivery. On 7/11...still no call so I called them and was told my furniture had arrived but couldn't be delivered until 7/17. We insisted they call the manager at the Nashua store and set up delivery by Friday as promised. They were 'unable' to get any delivery prior to Saturday. I insisted a Saturday morning delivery, as we have another event on Saturday. They would not guarantee a morning appt. and advised we would get a call the day before giving us a 3 hour window for arrival. I have now spent countless hours on the phone, hundreds of dollars renting patio furniture to accommodate my events that needed additional seating, and 6 weeks later my furniture has still not arrived. If we had been able to get another set elsewhere without waiting more time, we would have cancelled instantly but by the time we were able to get any answers, another purchase would have taken until the end of July/early Aug to arrive. Do not believe anything you are told from this store and think really hard before making a purchase. This will be our last!!
We moved into a new house and I sort of knew what I wanted but still needed help. We saw Nicole as our salesperson and she was fantastic ! She lets you look and hangs in the background in case you have questions but doesn’t hound you. Very knowledgeable and eager to help. We found the perfect sectional and Nicole explained all the fabric choices. We have had it for a week and it’s absolutely perfect ! If you need furniture Ashley is the place to go with great prices and selections and Nicole is the salesperson to see.
Pretty cheap stuff, but OK service, not too long a wait, kind of manual process, no refunds after 3 day recision process, not much in stock, so you order and they deliver for $60. Fine.
Came here after buying a brand new house - needed a full home full of furniture. We found some selections we were happy with, purchased multiple rooms totaling more than 10 thousand in sales. We were told two to theee weeks because with such a large order we would have the entire truck for delivery. It seemed like we were being punished for buying as much as we had. We were promised that the sales rep would work to “expedite” the process and update us, no follow up calls. We had to do all the initiating, our sales rep was always unavailable. Other staff advised us that All of our furniture was there short of one piece and that when that piece came in, they would arrange delivery. We could not understand why they would hold up an entire order over one piece of furniture - called to speak to the manager who was a total jerk and could only say that they were well within their timeframe. Clearly could not have cared less. We have four more rooms to fill - can’t see myself ever considering Ashley’s again - zero customer service - zero communication.
Really nice furniture at great prices
Wish I researched this store before making a thousand dollar purchase. Bought a couch, was told I'd get it in three weeks. Came six weeks later with minimal communication. Sectional came the wrong way! Was told I'd be compensated. Was given a lousy $100 off my bill. Was told I'd get a bill. Month goes by and don't get it. Call, hold, call get told to call back with more information. Get the information and call back and they tell me they can't release what I'm asking for. Don't you want to get paid? Then the girl finally found my information in the "voided" pile. Whatever that means. Guy I bought it from was nice enough. Seemed a little odd that he could put in a discount and then give me the warranty they sell. For "free". Overall I do not have a good feeling about the experience and would not recommend. Filed a complaint on their website and was told to talk to the manager at the store. Manager didn't care, half apologized and took care of the delivery fee. Wish someone that actually care / could make it right would call me! I would in sales and customer service and know you should fix these issues before it comes to me having to post about it.
Do not buy furniture from this store. My wife and I bought a sectional last October. Springs began to pop within 2 months and we have been strung along by their management team. They will sell you on "quality furniture" and their one year warranty. Once your out the door it's on to the next sucker. Poor Product. Poor customer service.

My son bought $2500.00 worth of furniture at the end of March from Ashley/Ashbrook in Nashua. It took him 5 weeks to get delivery and when they finally delivered they couldn't attach the headboard to the adjustable bed. He has been going back and forth with them for 4 weeks now and no one seems to be able to figure out how to put the headboard on. From the Manager to the Warehouse people. Why would you sell a bed with a headboard without doing the homework first. They said they were going to send a Headboard Specialist who knows when and who the heck is a Headboard Specialist? Very unhappy with the whole experience it's a good thing he does like his furniture but the Customer Service really stinks.
We had an absolutely great experience at Ashley/Ashbrook in Nashua! Demetri was the best! Very caring, very professional, and helped us out with all our needs. We purchased a sofa and loveseat set, a recliner chair, and a bedroom set. He even helped us purchase a linens set we saw on a bed we absolutely loved!! The manager of the store was amazing as well, she was very helpful and knowledgeable! Also, the quality of the furniture is excellent. Some might be surprised about that, all our pieces were well put together and have an excellent quality. Overall, our buying experience was great from start to finish through delivery. Me an my wife just had an excellent experience at Ashbrook furniture in Nashua today; as we walked in a very nice sales person, Demitri came to us introduced him self and explained the store layout flawlessly without over selling, as we browsed around the store and asked questions about the furniture we liked he showed knowledge and sincerity and even when the conversation became somewhat personal he shared valued insights and willingness to help. Demitri is a great Sales person and an amazing human being at least that’s the impression I walked out of there with!!

Recently bought furniture here! Two sofas and two lamps! I had to pick up one sofa. they would not deliver because it was in the discount room.Several employees said they would help get that price into the truck when I came to pick it up. Had people waiting at my house to unload! Well..nope they gave me so much crap and said they were MOT ALLOWED to not help me load it in my vehicle.. Needless to say I was a little irritated... As I live over an hour away! How in the hell do you put a sofa by a truck by yourself... Really people! But the manager insisted that I would have to do it by myself. Ridiculous! And she wanted to know the name of the employees that told me someone would put it on my truck for me... According to her it was against policy and procedure and she wanted their names and they would be disciplined... Again ridiculous...More concerned about disciplining her employees than satisfying the customer!Well I made such as scene that a couple of salesman agreed to help get the sofa on the back of my pick up truck... They were not happy about this! Which I thought was kind of comical because one of them was one of the employees that told me there would be someone to load the sofa on the truck for me!And to top things off,couldn't even back pick up truck to the docking area because there was a huge gaping hole the length of the dock! Both rear tires would've gone in and been stuck!The other three items they agreed to deliver... Waited 16 weeks for the items to show up at their location and approximately another six weeks for them deliver it! Live and learn won't go back. The only time anybody was professional and friendly was when they were hoping to make a sale! Would not recommend!
Don't waste your time at this store. Walked around looking for someone to help me out for a good five minutes. Once I found someone she seemed bothered that I was asking a simple question. Delivery takes forever. They dont seem to be very helpful and not interested in making the customer happy. Terrible experience. Will not be returning and will not recommend others to shop here!
Great selection and friendly, helpful staff. We went to the store looking for a specific couch but when I saw it in real life the color wasn’t quite right. Demetri showed us around to different couches he thought we would like in our budget and we found one we LOVED. It was delivered this week and couldn’t be happier! I’m so happy we decided to make the trip to Ashley Homestore Nashua rather than just ordering online.

It is in a room I rarely use and 1 year later you could see the damage coming through again. I called the store and spoke with Michelle M. who told me there was nothing they could do due to the time frame. My coffee table is in perfect condition except for the damaged spot which was there at the time of purchase. Then she said she would review it if I emailed her photos. I sent photos and an e-mail with no response. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I will never buy from Ashbrook again.

Stay away from Salem, NH store. We knew which living room set we wanted from going to the Nashua store where everyone was pleasant and smiling. Salem NH store, their entire team was sitting on furniture watching us walk around. One person greeted us at the door (which we told we were just looking) and another person came to us and we started working with her (20 min later). When we went to check out, the sales people started (verbally) fighting over us. After one person walked away, the sales person we saw started talking in a different language and guess what, my name is the same in every language.. They said it over and over and pointing at the other sales person... We mentioned we were just going to take our business to the Nashua store and they said my ashley furniture credit would not work at the other store because they were not affiliated.. Waited a month for the order to come in, the warehouse has people smoking cigarettes in the office and inside the warehouse around everyones new furniture. They are sliding, dropping and standing on peoples orders to figure out where mine was! We listened to an armrest on a couch snap! Not to mention, the parking lot!!! busted pallets everywhere!! boards with nails sticking up everywhere!! They also could not find my couch and had to go back another day... will not return

My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture--bare in mind, this store is not part of the Ashley Furniture Corporate chain--we bought two recliners, a chaise and two consoles. The invoice where we paid was all kinds of messed up. I emailed our salesperson, Ada. She assured me that we'd get all of the pieces we had asked for. Our furniture came in three weeks later. It was missing the middle recliner (armless, manual--you see the image with my husband sitting in the chair when we placed our order). I emailed the sales person, she remembered us and understood the pieces we ordered and were promised. She wasn't sure what to do, she escalated the issue to the store manager, he and I spoke a few times and he said they could not help, they through in the 2 console. THAT WAS PART OF OUR ORDER! They claim the console is $250, yet I did research and the console cost through Ashley Furniture is $143. In fact, the five pieces we ordered was $1799, the exact sku number through the company, Ashley Furniture. That is what we paid, plus extended warranty and delivery. Now the store manager is telling me that the "gave us" the console and they cannot help getting the second recliner, we had to pay $455. I asked about returning the whole set--still very much an option. I was told there is a 20% restocking fee. Out of principle, that is worth it. The store manager said he needed to speak with the store owner. This was four days ago. No phone call. The electric head rest of the end recliner isn't working and though I emailed this problem, they've done nothing to fix the problem. I know that the store manager asked the salesperson (Ada) to forward him the emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--that is our recommendation. ___________________________The below was written in good faith. I didn't realize how screwed up they would get our order, then, even with an email exchange to verify our order out of concern two pieces were not listed, the store doesn't honor their promise or word. ___________________________ 4/10/2019 We were in the market for a couch/chaise set and we had something very particular in mind. Ada met us near the front as we came in. She showed us several different styles and fabrics. My husband and I are both rather tall, so that also made the search a little more narrow. We found the perfect arrangement, customized to exactly the space we were trying to fit. Throughout the experience, Ada was very congenial and extremely helpful. Both my husband and I hate shopping, so this was such a pleasant experience! Our furniture will be delivered and set up in the next couple of weeks and we will return when we're ready for more! Very helpful, easy shopping experience
My mother and I went to Ashley furniture to pick out a new couch for our living room and were very disapointed with the lack of service. We were not greated when we walked in and after almost an hour of shopping not a single associate reached out to see if we needed help. We found a sofa that we liked but it looks like we'll either be ordering from online or finding a comparable style somewhere else. When we left we passed a group of associates talking amongst themselves completely inattentive of the customers walking around the store. We didn't even get a goodbye. If you are looking for a furniture store with a knowledgeable and helpful staff, this is not the place.
After spending the day mattress shopping at several stores, I decided upon one from Ashbrook Furniture. When I ordered and paid for the mattress on Dec. 17th, was told it would be 10-14 days for delivery due to it was out of stock.. I patiently waited and after 4 weeks still had heard nothing. I called to inquire about it on Jan. 17, and was told the computer showed it was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 19, after researching it further, was explained there was a delay at the manufacturer, and it would be another 10 days.. after waiting another 2 weeks I called again, was told they would check into it and call me back, which no one did call back. The next day I called again, and was told the same as before, they would check into it.. I explained once again I've been waiting now for over 6 weeks, if it wasn't going to be delivered that week, I wanted my money back and I would go elsewhere to buy it. The next day I got a call to set up the delivery on Feb. 6. After almost 2 months.. it finally came, I love the mattress, but will NEVER buy from Ashbrook Furniture again.
TERRIBLE!!!! I bought this: Coviar Counter Height Dining Room Table and Bar Stools (Set of 5) At the end of putting the chairs together, realized that they had shipped the wrong stretchers and was not able to finish assembling the chairs. I called CS they told me that the parts would ship within a week . . . I called again and they told me that they don't have the parts anywhere in the US and I have to wait a month to get the parts that are coming from China! Absolutely insane. . . . not to mention that some of the parts were defective as well. I would not recommend this at all! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I will never buy anything from this store again!
I should have know better... I will never ever do business with this company again. I went on January 6, 2019 looking for a dinning room set. The salesman appear be bored but very agile to ask for my credit card to charge for the sale and push the warranty for the purchases. Anyhow he says that he has good news! It was the table set was available in the warehouse and might take up to 2 weeks to have it delivered which I was happy about it. Well here I am a month later asking for the table set and the poor trained folks at the store told me that the item is available at the warehouse to give them 24 to 48 hours to schedule a delivery.... :/ Now here I am hoping to have this table delivery before Thanksgiving 2019, PLOP! Bernie and Phils has better services than this store and it is located few blocks away.
DISAPPOINTING!! First told our furniture would be in 2 weeks from the day we purchased.. Took over a month! And when they delivered my couch they unwrapped the protective plastic in my driveway and tore up the pillows forcing the couch through my door! They tell me "You can deny delivery or we can have someone come out to repair the couch"...hmm i shouldve denied delivery. We hace waited over 2 weeks for a replacement pillow and have to wait an ADDITIONAL MONTH for theyre tech to come out and replace the torn pillow!!! REDICULOUS! Its just BAD customer service. My wife is more dissappointed than Me! And she's the understanding one!
I wouldn't buy anything from this store again after our 1st and last experience. We bought a recliner from the salesman there and specifically asked if it was all leather because that is what we were looking for. We were informed it was and less than a year later the so called "leather" was wearing off and causing red spots from the material underneath on our espresso colored recliner. When called for our warranty they dont cover the material. Are you kidding me? Then when I spoke with a manager I was told she was submitting the claim to corporate to try to get it covered, no response after multiple follow-ups. Poor customer service all around and poor product. If you're that desperate you need to tell lies to sell something maybe you should consider another career path.

After about a month and a half one of the zippers split in the cushion of the loveseat. I called Ashley Homestore and they said that they would call me back with someone that could help me. They called me back the next day like they said they would and I told the lady that I needed a new cushion for my loveseat. She confirmed my address and said she would send it right out. A couple minutes later I got another call from the same lady and she said everything was done and that the cushion was on its way. I got 2 cushion covers, within a couple days. I think that this store and the people that work here went above and beyond the call of duty in this situation. I am a very happy customer and I will be going back there whenever I need anything!

I went looking for furniture and I left with a great experience from beginning to end! Rebecca greeted me warmly was helpful without out being pushy. I knew if I had a question, she wouldn't be far. She showed me so many pieces that would really work well for my family and my budget. The look of the store was clean and I'll definitely go back to buy furniture in the future!

Stopped in to shop for a couch. The store itself is well lit and most furniture is in groups. Went into the store with a sales paper looking for 1 specific couch. Couldn't locate it asked a salesperson and said it's only in 1 specific store. Picked out another one and noticed the names didn't match with paper. Salesperson told me the manager changes the names on the couch information in store to make it harder to research it. Still haven't purchased a couch yet.
Worst service. I was told that I will get all my furnitures delivered by end june but now they are saying it will be end of July or may be in August. Don't buy from them unless you want to wait for 12 weeks!
