They have an "F" rating with the BBB! Do NOT think "It won't happen to me". Please save yourself the money, time, frustration, and aggravation of purchasing from a company that does not care about you or your property and treats you like you are the problem! Please no matter how "pretty" the furniture is- it is a deep regret that we purchased from here, and I do not say that as an over-exaggeration. They've toyed with us for several months. I’ll try to be brief: they delivered a damaged couch ( we bought a whole set,1 of the pieces arrived damaged) they tried to send parts, took months, they end up emailing us stating one of the parts was not available so they offered to do an exchange (we wanted them to take all the couches back at this point and our money back- they said verbatim "Yeah, no, that's not happening" -Wade, Corporate Customer Service Manager.) The day for delivery of the replacement came- the delivery driver hit our granite mailbox post- breaking the post right off and knocking it down AND the "new" couch was also damaged (!) so we declined it and contacted Ashley's furniture they "Escalated" the issue spoke with "Fran" (Francis) and reported the damages to our property. The delivery company than reached out to us via email, days after dealing with them- just to find out that it was not a claim for their delivery company- they've referred us back to Ashley's Furniture. We've called multiple times to try to get ahold of "Fran" (Francis) the manager of the escalation department after we missed her call because she stated she needed an estimate and needed to further discuss- when we called and got connected to the escalation team Christina would not connect us with Fran, we got she was "busy" "on the phone" and "at lunch" and we continued to get the run around . Christina told us we need to deal with the damages team - but said the damages team has no phone number and they couldn't connect me with them. So now we STILL have a damaged couch AND they've damaged our property! To be "fair" they are going to be attempting another exchange of the couch. So hopefully I will at least get a non-damaged couch (that I already paid full price for) but it's looking like we're going to have to fight tooth and nail to get the almost $1,500 in damages to our property reimbursed. Also, don't count on the physical store for any help either- because we tried to go in and have the damaged couch issues resolved after a bit of run around with that and the only thing they could do was message "customer service".
