Bathroom has a very serious mold issue.
Negina was great! She was very helpful, but not overbearing. Great experience all around.

The sales staff is friendly, the business staff is nor clear & states one fact than changes, there is no follow through when products take 4 to 8 weeks, and they are not all clearly articulate. Sad as they carry a great variety of quality products, at a fair price I am very saddened as of this date 4/4/24, I have not received undamaged new furniture to my home. The replacements which were delivered were damaged the delivery men followed the process as did I I still have damaged new furniture that once again was unpacked in my presence love seat, and chair which the damage was worst than the first They want to send a repair person when it is suppose to be NEW wrong. All say they will follow up NONE do The bedroom was perfect but after completing the set up there wasn't any bed slats for the mattress and box spring BLOWN AGAIN!! I went out and purchased a bed frame so I could sleep in my bed. The is poor customer service. I will be following up as necessary to rectify this appalling situation.
