Excellent experience. My salesman and the woman at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and customer focused. Very pleased with my decisions and the guidance from Gamal. Highly recommend going there for a large selection, helpful staff and quality furniture!

Buying from this specific Store on Kelly Rd NH was my worst mistake. First the seller misled me and was not clear in terms of the sale. When they make the deliver an item was damage and they refused to repair the damaged item. They told me that they could send me a list of the manufacturing company but I will have to pay for the repair. Please be very careful when you go to that store. I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture.

Leith was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me pick out a couch and recliner. He took his time to explain everything to me and showed me options with different pieces to make my new furniture set amazing. I am one happy customer and will be back in the very near future for a new updated bedroom set.

I will not go to Ashley again. Their furniture is beautiful but the experience is horrible. In retrospect I would rather pay extra money at Jordan’s or settle for slightly lower quality at Bobs. We purchased furniture from all 3 stores at the same time. Both have been delivered and assembled and we have been enjoying them for weeks. Meanwhile our Ashley furniture is still not here even though I specifically bought every single item off of their floor. For some reason it still takes weeks to deliver. No one could give a valid reason as to why. The manager told me “the truck is full”, apparently for 3 weeks. Our salesman Jeff was great, I actually felt bad for him. The outdated systems they use makes it impossible to find out what is in stock. It took us 3 hours to find things that were available in store and locally because I didn’t want to wait 6-10 weeks for office furniture. I wish I knew the girls name who works the front desk and “helps” with financing. Jeff apologized ahead of time before we even spoke with her (I am assuming she is always a peach) he said she is new and doesn’t know exactly what she’s doing but will try her best. We approached the counter at 9:04 (they close at 9) because we spent 3 hours looking up sku’s. We wanted to get out of there just as bad as she did. She continued to talk about us in front of us, complained out loud several times that they were supposed to be closed, and stopped helping us to make a call and speak spanish (talking about us , not thinking I could understand her)to her boyfriend who was waiting to pick her up in the parking lot. We had to go back the next day to finish with the manager because she was completely incompetent. If not for Jeff we wouldn’t have gone back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a while
