My husband and I purchased a mattress from the Ashley Furniture store in Salem, New Hampshire in November 2025. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. After only 13 days, we realized that the mattress delivered to our home was not the same model we selected in the store. We had chosen a firm pillow-top mattress, but the one that was delivered did not feel firm at all and appeared to be a different model. When we returned to the store to address the issue, we were told our only option was to exchange it and pay a $450 restocking fee. After multiple calls and discussions with Ashley’s customer service, they eventually sent a representative to inspect the mattress and take measurements and photos. Three months later, Ashley determined that the mattress was defective and approved a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement mattress has the same problem — it is not firm and already appears to be sagging. We also attempted to contact the store owner, but the response we received was an automated message directing us back to customer service. While we understand that issues can happen, the lack of direct communication and the long process to resolve the problem has been frustrating. We are sharing our experience simply so that other customers are aware and can carefully review their purchase and the store’s policies before buying. We had hoped for a much smoother experience when purchasing something as important as a mattress.

I have an upcoming back surgery and a move to a new home in late spring, so I went to Ashley in Salem NH to see if I could find a recliner that would be both comfortable, supportive and attractive of which I would need 2 for the new home along with a sofa. I was fortunate to meet Leith, an extremely knowledgeable and patient young man. He showed and explained so many pieces of which I took photos and prices home to consider. Upon return, we realized it was Leiths day off and some items were discontinued , but thankfully we met Ann the Ashley designer who was valuable in helping us finalize our selections, she was so warm and helpful! Because we wanted Leith to get the well deserved sale, she was able to get the manager Obie to input the order giving Leith the credit he so well earned, in addition Obie was kind enough to give us a complimentary discount. I thank them all for a fantastic experience in helping us achieve our goal! They all went above and beyond!

Salesman (John) was fantastic! Let us wander at our own pace but was able to answer all our questions. Purchase process was simple and the delivery time was great (only 2 weeks!) This was our 3rd purchase from this location and usually the first place we go when we need furniture.

We had an excellent experience. Our sales person Jeff was thorough, personable, and allowed us the chance to explore options without high pressure tactics.

Went in with my wife just to get ideas because we had many more places to check but our first ended up being our last thanks to Leith Sukkar. He is everything a store needs in a salesman, not pushy, friendly, went out of his way to get us the best deal. Wouldn’t buy my furniture from ANYONE but him. If you go there ask for Leith! And we will be back for that mattress very soon.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Jeff. We came in looking for a sofa with chaise and a dinning room set and with his help we were able to purchase both! He was very knowledgeable and helped us explore all of our options. He didn’t pressure us at all and gave us time and space to make a decision. We would definitely work with Jeff in the future. Item we wanted was in stock. No waiting 8-10 weeks. Will be delivered Saturday, 3 days after purchase. Sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Many items to choose from and she knew the pros & cons of each one.

We were greeted by Jeff who helped us find a new sectional. He was attentive but knew exactly when we needed space and gave it to us. He really knows his stuff and he was quick with answers that he may have had to check on. We didn’t feel the usual pressure that salespeople tend to apply but we certainly sealed the deal because of our experience with Jeff!

Jeff at the Salem NH location was quite literally the kindest, most patient, and most helpful salesman I have encountered in the last 12 years. I had a great experience at Ashley furniture. I went to buy a small boxspring, and the sales person was of such great help.

I purchased a power recliner for my mother in law to help her with mobility issues back in March 2025. Since then we have had two different service calls to repair problems with the motor. On the last call, and nearly 5 weeks since the call for service, we were informed that the part is not available, which has caused the recliner to be stuck in an elevated position, completely unusable. Both the store staff and corporate customer service have been less than helpful in fixing this situation. I am at a point where we will need to place this recliner and will most definitely not be going back to Ashley Furniture.

I’ve been wanting to write this review since last March, but couldn’t seem to remember to do so when I wasn’t driving or in up to my elbows in something. Anyway, I really had my heart set on a sectional and Gamal, with his warm and sincere personality, helped me to get my husband (the overthinking engineer) to purchase the Larce Stone Nuvella sectional the SAME day we met him! To anyone looking for a washable sectional, this one is durable with kids and dogs alike and SUPER COMFY. Oh, and zero pulls from claws! My husband and I went to Ashley Home Store in Salem, NH this morning to see what they had for a new recliner for him. Our sales rep, Leith Sukkar, was very knowledgeable on each reclining chair we looked at and tried. He explained the features of each chair, whether it was manual or motorized, colors and fabrics, etc. I was very impressed with this (young) man. {Of course, we're in our 70's, and old enough to be his grandparents! Haha! } My husband measured the width of the chair he liked the best, (a nice motorized one,) and we left to go home and make sure it would fit in the place we had chosen for it in our home. We returned a little later and placed our order. Great service and furniture selection at this store. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for one piece of furniture, or a whole house full. If there could be negative stars this is what is deserved. It all started out with a great experience until what I bought came to be delivered. If you ever have to have your items dilivered do not buy from Ashley’s. They showed up at my house, the couch was an inch bigger than my doorway so I was told to take the door off so it would fit. I took the door off which took all of 3 mins. While doing that the driver decided to leave instead and not come back when they were still on my street and answers the phone call. I now have a door off and my house frozen as it is 10 degrees out. The driver stayed to call his manager so I did. The manager says “my driver will positively not go back”. As you could imagine this was shocking to me. I then drove to Ashley’s store in Salem to see if anything could be done as I still wanted to receive the couch I bought. The stores insisted “there is nothing I can do but email the warehouse manager” this again was shocking. If anyone at any time would have cared about their customer and tried to make it right I would still be buying the couch from Ashley’s. Since not once person at anytime after the couch was bought wanted to assist their customer in making it right is why I will be telling everyone I know to never buy from Ashley’s. If you want any customer service at all do not buy from this store. If you have to have anything delivered positively do not buy anything from this store. I have never in my life been treated so poorly after making a purchase. It is still echoing in my head the drivers manager stating “they will positively not go back” again if you want to be treated like you don’t matter as a customer then buy from Ashley’s.

According to the online chat, the set I fell in love with was out of stock and wouldn't be available before the Black Friday sale was over and you can't prepay to get that price. We decided to go to the Salem NH location and see if anything caught our eye. Shortly after we walked in, we met Gamal. I told him what we were looking for and how the set we had hoped to get was out of stock etc. Gamal not only got the set we wanted, but we got it for the sale price, plus additional discount and it should be delivered before Christmas. If you go to Ashley's in Salem, ask for Gamal, he is full of knowledge, upfront and honest and a pleasure to work with.

Please read my concerns about a purchase that my husband and I made at your store in Salem NH the website you provided me was no help whatsoever. The mattress that we've chose is not the mattress that was delivered to us. At this point I am on my knees begging you for help. My husband has been in repeated contact with customer service regarding the mattress that was delivered to us. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the mattress we carefully selected in your showroom, we were delivered a mattress that either has a defect or is not the correct one. We have now been informed that technicians will need to inspect the mattress to determine whether there is a defect. This appointment is not scheduled until January 24th. As a result, I am left without a usable mattress and will be forced to sleep on the couch until this issue is resolved. We have been waiting a very long time for the correct mattress, and this situation has been extremely frustrating, especially given that the mistake was not ours. We simply want the mattress we originally chose and expected to receive. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. I would like to note that Annette was wonderful—she listened attentively, was very sympathetic to our situation, and agreed that something was not right. She provided us with a customer service number and advised us to contact them for resolution. My husband contacted customer service and has complied with every request made of us, including providing documentation and following all required steps. Unfortunately, after all of this, we were informed that the only option available to us would be to pay an additional $450 restocking fee in order to receive a replacement mattress. I do not understand why we should be responsible for a restocking fee when the mattress delivered to us is not the mattress we selected in your showroom. We are not attempting to return a mattress due to preference or buyer’s remorse—we are simply requesting the mattress we originally purchased. As of today, December 23rd, we are still waiting to hear back from customer service. The process has involved numerous phone calls and unnecessary hurdles, and the matter remains unresolved. This has been both frustrating and disappointing, especially given that this situation stems from an apparent delivery or fulfillment error rather than any fault of our own. We do not wish to return the mattress—we only want it replaced with the correct one we selected in your store. Ordered a power reclining sectional for my family and Leith couldn’t have been better. I wish every sales person I dealt with acted the way he did. Customer service at Ashley furniture is terrible. I will be returning my purchase and I will never make another purchase from Ashley furniture again. I purchased a mattress that cost $3600 and they delivered the wrong size. I’ve been getting the runaround for almost 2 weeks now for exchanging it. I am no longer wanting to exchange this. I will just return it and I will purchase my mattress somewhere else.

Jeff was very helpful with no pressure. Walked around the store and found what we were looking for. Then he helped us with the details. They were all very helpful and patient.

I went to the Ashley store in Salem NH on a hunt for a new couch (after going to 3-4 other big name stores and not finding what I needed). When I walked in I was greeted by Jeff who immediately asked me what I was looking for which was a large sectional that would withstand 5 kids and a dog. He showed me a few great options and found me exactly what I had been needing! ( I can wash the covers!!) I walked out with my couch ordered and it arrived the following week with no issues. Dog already decided to get sick on it, took the covers off and washed them and they look perfect! Everything was as advertised and I have the best experience shopping with Jeff!

Salesman left me alone to wander as I requested. Found exactly what didn't know I wanted (and love!) at a GREAT price. He came quickly to help when I called out. Asked questions to be sure it was going to fit in my space (it is perfect!) and wrote me up in no time. Delivery (outsourced) was also excellent. I will shop there again.

My biggest takeaway was NO high pressure; large selection with various range of cost & quality !!

When they make the deliver an item was damage and they refused to repair the damaged item. They told me that they could send me a list of the manufacturing company but I will have to pay for the repair. Please be very careful when you go to that store. I will not go to Ashley again. Their furniture is beautiful but the experience is horrible. In retrospect I would rather pay extra money at Jordan’s or settle for slightly lower quality at Bobs. We purchased furniture from all 3 stores at the same time. Both have been delivered and assembled and we have been enjoying them for weeks. Meanwhile our Ashley furniture is still not here even though I specifically bought every single item off of their floor. For some reason it still takes weeks to deliver. No one could give a valid reason as to why. The manager told me “the truck is full”, apparently for 3 weeks. Our salesman Jeff was great, I actually felt bad for him. The outdated systems they use makes it impossible to find out what is in stock. It took us 3 hours to find things that were available in store and locally because I didn’t want to wait 6-10 weeks for office furniture. I wish I knew the girls name who works the front desk and “helps” with financing. Jeff apologized ahead of time before we even spoke with her (I am assuming she is always a peach) he said she is new and doesn’t know exactly what she’s doing but will try her best. We approached the counter at 9:04 (they close at 9) because we spent 3 hours looking up sku’s. We wanted to get out of there just as bad as she did. She continued to talk about us in front of us, complained out loud several times that they were supposed to be closed, and stopped helping us to make a call and speak spanish (talking about us , not thinking I could understand her)to her boyfriend who was waiting to pick her up in the parking lot. We had to go back the next day to finish with the manager because she was completely incompetent. If not for Jeff we wouldn’t have gone back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a while

If I could give zero stars, I would. We spent over $5,000 on a living room set less than a year ago, and it has been nothing but problems from the start. The employees at the Salem store are great! Once you sign on the dotted line it’s not there problem anymore… First, the loveseat had to be replaced. Now, the stitching on the couch is coming apart and Ashley Furniture is telling us we have to pay $75 an hour for someone to fix it even though the furniture is still under a year old. For the amount of money we spent, we expected quality and proper customer service. Instead, every issue requires us to jump through hoops, sending videos and pictures, and now being told to pay extra for problems that clearly point to poor craftsmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money do not buy from Ashley Furniture. Their products do not hold up and their customer service is beyond disappointing.

What stood out most was how detailed he was in answering our questions and guiding us through the process, but never in a pushy way. We purchased at bed frame there. When I went to put it together I read the box that said contains material that could cause cancer and birth defects. We both had cancer so we tried to return it 3 days later. They refused to take it back because there policy stated no returns on floor models. I told them it is in a box and was on the shelf. Very poor business practice. I don’t recommend buying anything there. I wish I could give them a 0 rating .

Shopping experience was good, but delivery has been a complete failure. Items were left back at warehouse on delivery day. Still don’t know why. Delivery driver just said they didn’t have and when I called to inquire they were still at warehouse and I had to schedule another delivery day. No explanation just an apology and pick a date being the earliest five days away. No care for the inconvenience and cancellation of plans I’ve had to make as I have no where for guests or anyone to sit due to Ashley’s negligence and failure to communicate. We ordered a dining room set from them about a month ago the table wasn’t in stock we said we just need it by July 26. The manager and sales person laughed it off saying oh that’s not a problem it will be in in a couple of weeks most. It’s been over a month now and the estimated arrival date is now pushed to August 10. I can understand not having inventory but it’s the fact they assured us a couple of weeks it will be ready and it feels very dishonest. Won’t be shopping there again

Happy with the furniture and loved the salesman, but delivery was way too many issues.

Very dissatisfied with customer service. I purchased insurance at the store when I bought a sofa and loveseat set. My loveseat had an accidental tear and the insurance company gave me the exact amount I paid for it in store credit to get another one. However, the loveseat was discontinued and I could not get one to match my sofa. I decided to keep the loveseat with the tear and use the credit to buy a bed and mattress for my grandson. We purchased the bed and were given a quote. A few days later we were called to schedule delivery and was told I owed more money because they didn't include all the parts needed for the bed. I called the customer service desk and they said they couldn't help me without my invoice number (I was on my car phone and didn't have it) I asked why they couldn't look it up because they called me to say what I owed? They hung up on me. So, I went to the store and paid the extra 250. Plus 99. For delivery. The day before delivery I got a call that they could not deliver it because the parts were in 2 different warehouses and they would call back in a couple weeks to schedule. They never called after 2 weeks, so I called, and they said everything was ready. (Why they didn't call me is another issue) but they said the mattress was in the store so I had to pick it up and I owed 600. Dollars! I was very upset and waited until I got home from work and had the paperwork in front of me with all the information showing I owed nothing. I called back again and spoke to a different person who kept putting me on hold, then finally said I was all set. The only good experience was the Delivery men who assembled and delivered the bed. They were very professional, and the furniture insurance company which is an outside company. I will never again go to this Furniture store.

I took my 85 year old mom to purchase a bed. We went yo Salem NH to Ashley’s. We were greeted by a warm and lovely salesperson who was more than patient. She took her time and made my mom feel at ease. Annette took her time showing us every option and the whole process was seamless. We’ll go back again. The store is beautiful and what’s not available or in stock, there are more options online. In a world where we do more shopping on line we don’t get the personal experience and satisfaction of shopping in person. On 11/24/24, my mother purchased a dining set for me and my kids as a Christmas gift. It was scheduled to be delivered 12/14. 12/15, we opened the box to assemble the set and noticed a dent on one corner. If this was an amazon table, I wouldn't have cared, but my mother paid a lot for this table, so I called to let Ashley Furniture know about the damage. Three days later, we got a call back to let us know they would send someone to look to see if it can be repaired or if it would need to be replaced. A week goes by without a call, so I call them. Now the story is they are going to replace the table but it's on back order with no estimated time of delivery. I requested a refund and was told that it is not possible since it's past 72 hours, I pointed out it is past 72 hours because they delayed in getting back to me. I called within 18 hours. I asked if I could exchange the table for an in stock one since we needed this for Christmas dinner - no, they couldn't do that. 1/3/25 received a call to schedule delivery finally. I ask for free assembly for 2 reasons - 1) I want to make sure this replacement table isn't damaged as well so it makes sense for their employees to put it together to check 2) I feel it is a reasonable compensation for the hassle this company has put us through. Now, they can't schedule the delivery since they need to make note of my request and see if it gets approved. For the prices of their furniture, you would expect better customer service. Especially when this was not a consumer error. I delivered a damaged set, and instead of immediately trying to right the situation after explaining the need for the table, I was given the run around. Horrible service! Save your time and energy by shopping somewhere else!

Would give -5 stars if able . I knew what I wanted so I didn't have to waste my time wading through the beige and grey of the store ( color choices, can we get some back?) . Made all the measurements and know that the house I'm in that was built in the 1800's that this set was going to fit not exactly the first set of furniture in this house and a heavy Broyhil bedroom set that the dresser alone is 3/4 the size of the couch in fact it's the size of the loveseat of this particular set i bought out I'm blonde not stupid. Saturday 12/28/24 was the delivery day and the " men" neither of them understood anything I was saying or chose not to understand since there is a difference I've worked with enough people and in retail long enough to know that.Nor would the delivery coordinator switch to English so I could speak to him about the delivery. I don't care where people are from but make sure the people in charge can speak to everyone 🤷🏼‍♀️ just a thought. Now these 2 men were half my size and I'm 5'8 . They got it up to the door got it maybe 2 inches into the doorway and decided it couldn't go up the stairs. All the needed to be done was a shelf needed to be moved and they refused to let me move it out of the way so they had enough room to pivot the couch to get it up the stairwell. Called customer service line and that was a waste of time since they couldn't help me. Called the store took forever for someone to pick up the line and tried to say they were busy.... This lot at any given time only has employees cars in it. Jeff who I spoke to said he'd be monitoring the order and would call me when it was scanned in so I could come in and get my refund. Guess who didn't call ? I had to only to find out it was done first thing that morning. Here it is almost a week later and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned and I used a debit card. Not a single person cared about this sale and how badly the delivery went. But elsewhere like I am. Couch in a box is a better more affordable option

I had a very disappointing, frustrating, and stressful experience with Ashley Furniture and would not recommend them. First, I purchased a bedroom set that included a dresser with a mirror, but on the day of delivery, the dresser arrived without the mirror. No explanation or solution was provided at the time. I also bought a few bar stools, and when they arrived, the leather was damaged all over. When I contacted the seller, he was unhelpful and acted like it wasn’t his problem, directing me to call customer service instead. Unfortunately, customer service wasn’t helpful either, and they told me to go back to the store. I ended up returning to the store with the damaged bar stools and explained the entire situation. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to refund what I paid since they didn’t have any replacements in stock. The overall experience was stressful, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service made it clear that Ashley Furniture doesn’t prioritize its customers. I will not be shopping here again.

Was so excited about the purchase of a great new mattress and adjustable base about a month ago. Initial service in-store was fantastic and the delivery was scheduled promptly. Unfortunately, the delivery came with a missing component. Over a month has passed and after 12+ hours of phone calls and several scheduled deliveries (only to be cancelled last minute on their end), we are STILL waiting for a delivery date. We have been offered zero compensation, including that for delivery fees, and now have a $3000 mattress/adjustable base combo we are expected to begin payments on, when we still do not have the item in our possession. May I add that our household has taken now two days off of work to accommodate delivery scheduling, then to have the delivery cancelled with no notice after hours of waiting around. I really wanted to share about a great experience here but we are shocked and disappointed with this purchase. Looking forward to a solution, hopefully soon.

My elderly parents were purchasing a sofa for me as an early Christmas gift. I had family coming for Thanksgiving from out of town and was eager to have a new sofa. Even after giving the salesman the measurements, the sofa didn't fit in my home. Ashley hires UNINSURED delivery guys. My home was damaged in multiple areas as these men tried to push the sofa through the door ways, my front door was cracked, my wood floors were scratched and the door frames have paint & wood chipped off in multiple areas (photos will be uploaded soon) We were promised the situation would be resolved before the holiday. We called 8 times and left three messages over the next week and nobody returned our call. My sister and her daughter had to get a hotel as I was left with no sofa even after being promised this would be resolved before Thanksgiving. My parents, who are in their 70s drove almost an hour to the store to speak with someone as we couldn't get a hold of anyone. Obie, the manager, screamed at my elderly mother & father. He stood over them and was pointing his finger at them after my parents expressed all their frustrations, concerns, the damages & our experience. Obie told them to "do what you have to do" and walked away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! They were so shaken up when they left. Nobody cared about what happened, the damages that occurred etc. Our family had been buying from them for over 10 years. I would leave zero stars if possible. Corporate was no help either as each store is individually owned..it was a nightmare. If your looking for good customer service, follow through and professional sales people, stay away from Ashley Furniture. Jeff (the other manager)& Obie should be ashamed of how the situation was handled.

Poor Customer Service: I have repeatedly reached out to your customer service team regarding my furniture warranty, but no one has returned my calls or emails. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. 2. Warranty Problems: There has been a significant issue with the warranty that was supposed to cover the furniture I purchased. When I attempted to utilize the warranty, I was given conflicting information and denied the coverage that was clearly outlined at the time of purchase. This has left me feeling deceived and disappointed with your company. I would not recommend Ashley’s Furniture.

We had purchased the 5 year protection plan on our first purchase. About 6 months ago we had made a claim and Ashley delivered. We received a full credit and returned to make an additional purchase along with the replacement. Working with Ricardo Heredia was effortless as well as pleasant. He answered all our questions, made some great suggestions and helped us with the warranty credit. This is my 3rd purchase from Ashley and we will not shop anywhere else. Customer service along with pricing makes a great experience. Highly Recommend Ashly as well as Ricardo!!!

Buying the couch was an easy process. It was after they got my money when the issues started. My couch was delivered and the delivery men rushed as fast as they could to get the couch in and assembled (which is a service you pay extra for). They screwed the legs to my ottoman on crooked and they ripped the material on my couch coming through the door by pushing it through the doorway. When I called customer care they said it would take a week to receive a call back (which it did). The gentleman said he had to call the warehouse and put me on hold. When he came back he told me no one answered so they would call me back in 72 hours. This was on a Friday. I did not receive a call back until the following Thursday. To which the gentle said he had to call the warehouse and told me they did not answer and someone would call me back in 72 hours. I told him I was already told this. He said he would escalate my issue. No one called me back so I called them the following Tuesday. I was told the warehouse was already closed for the day. It has now been 3 weeks and for some reason the warehouse is always closed or they do not answer. They took my $3,000 but can’t resolve getting me a replacement for their sloppy work. This is beyond unacceptable at this point. I will never purchase from this establishment again. I now have to wait another “72 hours” to hear from someone. Please, STAY AWAY! Read previous comments from other customers too. Is REAL.The materials used on these furniture are of absolute low quality, and deteriorate with light usage. I have purchased many different kinds of furniture over the years to be left disappointed and dissatisfied. The store also has new ownership and they don’t care about customer service. If you ever have a problem; good luck on finding anybody to talk to. Lastly, don’t waste your money buying the “Furniture Insurance” is a SCAM!!! Just another reason to make you spend more money. All of the starts in the sky have to align in order to get a claim approved for poor quality materials braking down on you. Stay away!!!

Update: It has been 2 months and we still have no bed put together. The wrong parts have been sent 5 times. I hate to write a “bad” review, but we have been let down. I am not trying to be mean about this. I do want to provide constructive feedback. We have bought from Ashley furniture for years. Dining table, dining nook, bar stools, coffee and end tables, decor…you name it. We even purchased during the pandemic and though the wait was long, the quality was unmatched. It feels like quality control has gone downhill. We would certainly like to continue purchasing from Ashley again as they have been our go-to, but something needs to change…on the other hand, our experience at the Salem store has always been great. Very helpful sales representatives. We recently bought a couch and bedroom set. Communication was the first downfall. Ashley did not communicate that our items would be built for us on delivery day, so we already expected to put everything together on our own. However, the delivery men wouldn’t have been able to build our furniture completely anyways. Bedroom set was missing pieces and one part of the headboard was missing an attachment slot. Couch was damaged on delivery, but oh well. Things happen. We called and they sent us repair items and the missing pieces, but the pieces for the bed were incorrect. Some of the anchors were falling out as well so we couldn’t even put in the screws. Waiting on a repairman to come and fix up the couch. So, it’s been about 2-3 weeks and my husband and I are without a finished bed. The pieces are all beautiful, but it’s upsetting we’ve been building weekend after weekend with no furniture to enjoy.

Sales people are way too aggressive and follow you around the store. I asked her for space to look around, but she kept following and telling me information I wasn't asking for. I felt pressured to buy something and stalked to the point where I left and immediately went to Bob's and bought a couch from their friendly and respectful of space staff. Would not recommend.

What a great experience today, Gamal was an expert in mattresses he knows everything and was very helpful and pleasant . We picked out the right mattress with his help and I’m very satisfied. Because it was such a great experience I’ll be back for a new couch in a few months. Paula who checked us out was organized and very polite. We not only got a great deal on a sofa and loveseat for our family, Gamal who helped us was super knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to walk us through several different living room sets and ultimately we found the one that was right for us.

Came to the store a couple of weeks ago to buy a sectional. The wife and I found one we really liked and it was decent price. A week later got a disappointing email stating that the piece was being discontinued and was no longer available. So we came back looking to find an alternative and as luck would have it we found another one that we both really liked. Unfortunately, it was almost 2 thousand more than the original one which was disappointing. However, we had a great sales team of PJ and Obie and they both taught hard with upper management for us and ended up honoring the original price of the sectional we had originally purchased. They really made the experience enjoyable and I'm happy we decided to come back and to be treated with such great care. Thanks Ashley.

Went into Ashley to take advantage of the July 4th sale and was not disappointed! Sales associate PJ greeted us at the door, gave us all of the info we needed before sending us on our way to look around. When the time came to make our purchase, PJ was readily available and very knowledgeable. Overall, wonderful experience! If you are in the market for new furniture, go visit PJ at the Salem NH store!

This is the scammiest business model where the company takes no accountability for the store and when the franchise sells the business without delivering the goods they took money for, no one is accountable. We had bad experience throughout with this chain and this location in particular, from the quality of their products to the customer experience. We are going to avoid dealing with such shady operators and stick with big brand chains who care about their brand, reputation and customers.
