Ordered from Ashley’s and received bedroom set all broken. Waited over 4 months and they brought it all damaged. Now upper management say I have to wait another 3 weeks.. what a horrible experience. I recommend Bobs or anywhere else . NOT SALEM.. I wish I could give them a negative star.
Worst service ever (not salesperson) . Front desk and management talk to clients like trash and don’t help resolve issues. I want to warn people DONT do business with Ashley’s Salem NH. That’s all.
Horrible. Waited 4 months for furniture. After 4 months furniture came damaged . Now I have to wait again .. I highly recommend Bobs way better than Ashley’s . What a joke . No attempt for compensation no nothing.. they just lost my business . HORRIBLE

We had ordered a sofa from Bob’s Discount furniture in July and it kept getting delayed. Due with twins very soon and we were getting desperate to get a couch and recliner chair for their arrival. Candace went out of her way to check the warehouse inventory so we could get a couch right away. So grateful for her help and thoughtfulness! Thank you
The Manager of this store 14 Kelly Road Salem NH 03079 named Matt is the worst when it comes to customer service. He is not trained to work with customers and hates his job. I do not recommend this store because of Matt's poor customer service.

We buy all our furniture from Jordans. We should have continued to do so but we liked an Ashley bedroom set and weren't thrilled about any at Jordans. Bad sales process. Incorrect delivery estimate. Terrible expierience during the delivery of the furniture. Damaged furniture. No response to damage furniture claim after 9 days(and counting). After sending Ashley pictures they requested of the damage the same day we received their request, they resent the original email asking for pictures 8 days later with no acknowledgment of the pictures already sent. Called the store and they can't help, "different department". Read the reviews and understand this is the type of place that doesn't try to improve their service. Once you swipe your card they do not care. This may sound crazy to some but spend the extra money at Jordans and buy something you might not like as much. In the end you will thank me. Take note how all the negative reviews have ZERO responses from management. This is because they do not care, are lazy, and lack customer service skills which should be the foundation of any retail environment. UPDATE: 8/25/22 Still the worst service ever. SHOP ELSEWHERE. UPDATE: 9/21/22 Received my replacement dresser because of the first delivery the dresser was brough with damage. Guess what? This is damaged also and the mirror on the dresser is badly tilted. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE OR ANY ASHLEY. EMPLOYEES AND THEIR PARTNER ARE JUST LIKE THE FURNITURE. TRASH.
