It was time to replace my 25 year old mattress. Yes that's right 25 years old and it was time. I began my search and went to multiple places getting introduced to many 2025 mattresses and the different levels of price, comfort and support. I finally made a purchase at Ashley in Seabrook NH where the price for the mattress and its benefits seemed like the best fit. It also allowed me to upgrade to an adjustable base that I have never had and was a great addition. I worked with Jason who was just awesome at Ashley's. He answered all my questions and was extremely helpful, good natured and friendly. There was no pressure only good vibes in the store with humor which I love. I highly recommend Ashley, Jason and the staff! Love my new bed!

I dread going into some stores because you’re usually inundated with pushy sales people but that was not the case today. It was very low key; I was able to walk around looking because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Karen James ( the salesperson) helped me with my decision and purchase and she was a delight to work with. I definitely would go back in the future for any other furniture purchases I might need.

I was looking for a sofa about 2 years ago at the Seabrook store. The manager was extremely rude like it was a problem to do his job. I tried to use Affirm but they didn’t take it so I applied for a Cardi credit card and was approved. I bought a sofa. Big mistake. The sofa was of low quality for a big price. Very uncomfortable only after 2 years. Only 2 of us and a cat so the sofa took no abuse. Will NEVER buy anything there again.

The Salem NH store was great experience, super helpful. But trying to get warranty repairs done through the corporate end is like pulling teeth. I've been calling these people for over a month now trying to get my couch repaired and they have never gotten back to me or my wife. 48 hours ago I talked to some lady in corporate after arguing with customer service to talk to a manager. And she had told me I would be hearing from someone in 48 hours. I told if my wife and I don't hear from someone I'm taking to the Internet. So with that said, here we are. Also they're furniture is over priced and cheaply built. Your better off going to Bob's or Jordan's and at least getting what you pay for.

Broke the headboard installing… now we are waiting 5 weeks for them to replace it. Unprofessional customer service and unqualified installers… will never waste money here again

John Doyle, Jeff Bell, and Hollie were extremely helpful with the purchase of our mattress. We bought one originally that was too firm, they were more than accommodating and helpful when finding a new one. The store offered a quick turnaround to get the new mattress. You can buy a mattress easily online but won’t get this type of customer service!

Brett Larkin helped us out with our dining set purchase. We walked in the store & bought the set right away; kudos to him helping us placing a special order for the whole set. He was full of charisma and delivered such a good energy. He is also quick & efficient! The best guy we ever worked with. I definitely recommend buying from Brett!

Howard is amazing at this location! We had come in multiple times due to my indecisiveness and constraints of my condo. He was so patient and so helpful each time. What do you say about a man like Howard at the Ashley's in Seabrook? Expertly helpful but not pushy. Understanding and knowledgeable. My partner and I bought a couch here in March and was a painless process. The options are a little limited as far as styles and color choices, but Howard helped us find the items that would fit our size and style requirements. Speedy and professional delivery. I went to Cardi's and purchased a love seat, couch, and bedroom set. I moved over to Ashley Home store which happens to be owned by Cardi's. The first thing I observed is that the furniture in Ashely was less expensive and a lower quality. Not to say it was cheap or junk. It's not. But as I was in search of my dining room I wanted to see what was available. I mentioned Cardi's being expensive but very nice. I was directed to a floor model. I was told I could purchase it for a bargain price as long as I picked it up myself. That's fine but here's what happened next. "It's a little scratched and dented but you will do that to it anyway" Uh no I won't. Laughable. I bought a mattress here and it's a decent one. Luckily I wasn't shown a stained one. Because I'd stain it anyway. 😂. Ashley is okay. Just understand that it's not heirloom furniture.

Because of the outstanding service I received through Brett, my family enjoyed our annual Pasta dinner tradition on Thanksgiving Eve with our new furniture. I am relocating to the New Hampshire area for work and due to schedule constraints was not able visit the store in person to get my furniture purchased. I called the store and Diane was amazing in assisting me with getting the furniture purchased and scheduled for delivery, doing most of that work on her days off to accommodate my schedule. Was not a fan of the multiple room lay out. If I am looking to buy a sofa I don't need to see a bedroom set or dining room table. Segregating the furniture by type is much more efficient. Selections were good style was good.

All of the furniture was extremely hard. And beast off of the furniture with the particle board on the armrest that was already coming off of the piece of furniture I can tell that the furniture is very cheaply made

We had a great experience! Upon entering the store, Jeff greeted us and helped point us in the direction of the furniture we wanted to see in person. Jeff was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. Once he had shown us the couches we were interested in, he left us so we could look at them, sit, and discuss them. Over the past few months, we have been to a variety of furniture stores, and it was extremely refreshing not having someone hover over our shoulder, we appreciated it tremendously. When debating between two different sets, Jeff asked a few questions as to our preferences and his practical feedback helped us make a decision very quickly. We’ve been dreading furniture shopping as a result of past experiences at other furniture stores, but we’re glad we stopped by Ashley’s and had such a great experience!

Me and my girlfriend walked into your Seabrook location yesterday in search of our first couch in our new home. The store was very nice and inviting Jeff greeted us when we walked in the door and asked us what we were looking for as we told him this was our first time hw went over the sales tags with us so we understood what to look at. We found a couch that fitted the look of our home so we talked it over agreed to see if the item was in stock. This is where we made our mistake our salesmen told us the couch was discontinued and he couldn't sell us a floor model alone claiming he was told to sell the loveseat along with the couch. They wanted the full price for both!!! Unbelievable i was not pleased never have i seen a store offer a floor model that has scuffs on it and been sat on by who knows how many people for the full retail price. We both disagreed to this deal and were told your next door store cardis has a similar couch. It was more then what we were looking at and hideous. After this we visited Bernie and phyls and saw the same exact couches for a much better price so much for being discontinued. We will never be shopping at a ashley furniture in the future. Felt taken advantage of horrible experience.

Jeff B was incredibly helpful in my furniture-buying experience. Jeff worked with me at the Ashley HomeStore, but he was also knowledgeable about the inventory at Cardi's. He patiently worked with me to solve my space dilemmas of finding the right pieces for a sectional to fit my room at home, and he worked within my budget (even helping me to find a footstool at a bargain price across the two stores' inventory). In the end, the supply chain has been impacted due to the pandemic and has furniture backed up for delivery wait times (no matter where you shop), and Jeff patiently checked inventory for me so that I could have my furniture in a timely way. I had spent two entire days shopping the Seacoast area from Somersworth to Seabrook, and twice came close to making a purchase at stores that are known competitors, but ultimately the others couldn't work with me on price or inventory. Thanks, Jeff, for all of your help!

My experience at Ashley’s was great. I had a extremely helpful salesman “Jeff” direct me to a nice and affordable couch.

Paid $200. for delivery and removal. Drivers showed up with .5 the order and charged us $30. to take out chair, came back with couch another day and wanted additional $40. to take that out. $200 was supposed to cover, beware!! I regret giving cash the first time.

Great if you want no help in store and a DIY shopping experience. Just left and the 2 workers spent their entire time sitting on the couches on their cellphones. Over 40 min in store and not a single person asked if we needed assistance.

ABSOLUTE worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and expensive for not great product. I would advise everyone to research their options and not give them any business. There are far better options out there. I ordered some living room furniture on Aug 3rd, a TV stand, a coffee table and two end tables. I specifically chose and ordered these items because it said they were all in stock and would ship in 4-5 weeks. The end tables arrived UPS and were assembled with no issues. I received a delivery date of Sept 18th for the TV stand and coffee table. I paid an extra $200+ for delivery and assemble meaning they'd come in and assemble the items.Sept 18th arrives and I find out from the DELIVERY driver when he shows up at my house that he only has the coffee table and the TV stand is backordered - What the hell? How is this OK that no one contacted me? Meanwhile I had already cleared out the space for it and got rid of my other TV stand. I call the company, they tell me they know nothing about it because it was an online order and I have to call the online department, I call the online department, they say no it looks like you got both items well I DIDN'T. They say I have to contact the home delivery team, I attempt to contact them, have left MULTIPLE voicemails, no call back. Have sent emails, contact via website. NOTHING. Finally last week I get an email about a return scheduled for mid to late NOVEMBER. I don't have anything to return! SO SO SO frustrating. OH and the extra $200+ I paid for aseembly - the guy popped it out of the box all assembled. Such a scam.

Placed and order was told when it was coming. No call nothing call the day before they said. Sorry no one called you one of your items is now out of stock and will be in next week. Waited again NO Call. James my sales Rep gave personal Cell but after Sale was NO HELP TO ME! Now item is out of stock over another month and NO ONE can help me but him! Have called 5 times! I will cancel this order and go to another store! Horrible Customer Service All around! As Cardi's is who owns this store and I got sent to Swansea MA and they did not help Either! :(

Everything about the Ashley store in Seabrook NH was great. Bill the sales guy was very helpful and everything went as planned. The no hassle, casual atmosphere was a nice change from the other furniture stores in the area. The showroom looked new and was laid out nicely. They matched the online price which was lower without question! Couch was delivered in 2 days and so far so good after a couple of weeks.

Joe Barbieri was so helpful and kind when I came in looking for new mattresses. He was very mindful of my budget and didn’t rush me through trying out different models. Amazing customer service, fantastic prices!! I’m not sure I’ve ever left a business feeling so good! Jim, the store manager and Joe, a sales person, were great to work with! This was the first furniture place where I walked in and didn’t feel bombarded by sales people. We were simply greeted and they left us to browse but were available for questions. Prices are reasonable for great quality. Great delivery price and timing too! Highly recommended!!

My boyfriend and I love this couch! Looking at different reviews online about Ashley's Furniture in general I was a little skeptical, but in the store they were super nice and shipping was fast and easy! We got the couch set up in our house two days after purchasing! If you're skeptical because of other reviews, just go for it! We were 100% satisfied.
