I purchased my sofa and loveseat, and dining set from this store. Prices were reasonable and much cheaper than other branches for exact same items. Nice and personable staff too. Brett was the one who helped us in the entire process. Definitely recommend him!

I will never buy from this store again. The worst costumer service, and it’s not only because of that. My house is spotless, I know is not a reality for many people but is my reality . Over 1 year living in this place we never had any episode of pests, bug, ant, spider, absolutely nothing… it’s an apartment complex and the management takes care of the things very well. I waited over a year to buy nice couches so I got a Walmart cheap thing while I was saving money for this couch, I wanted something really nice and pay in cash. So I did it and guess what? 4 days after they delivered the set we found a mouse inside the couch. I am terrified about these pests and all I did was cry and panicking ( now is funny but when I saw it, I jumped and twisted my back that caused me a bad injury, I ended up on the hospital when my husband came back home from work) We NEVER saw a single thing in our apartment and all the sudden 4 days after I got the couches , There’s a mouse in my house for the first time… and inside the couches … I’m beyond frustrated and the costumer service basically said f* you to us….the agent called Kimberly shouldn’t even be working as a costumer representative, she said she can’t do nothing about it and we asked for someone higher than her, some manager and she said she’s the higher thing and there’s nothing she can do… we called multiple phones and got zero help from them. We want the set replaced or a professional exterminator to exam the couches and make sure there’s nothing else inside them . My house never had this and now after spending $2000 , Ashley brought to my house this mouse and his disease. It’s surreal, I can’t even seat on them … I’m still terrified that can have more hidden in there and I’ll freak out again. I paid 300 for delivery and that’s what they did to me ! Only 4 days after delivered , they turned their back on us and here living with no peace , scared because this set is still in my house and Ashley ignored us.
HOWARD WAS AWESOME!!! We spent a lot of time at Ashley Furniture over the past couple of days. Howard was always there. He was incredibly helpful, but never pushy. He was extremely patient with us as we went from piece to piece, moving furniture, measuring, and totally obsessing about our purchase. Howard is very knowledgeable about furniture and especially mattresses, which is his area of expertise. We are very pleased with our Ashley Furniture experience and Howard is the reason. I went to Cardi's and purchased a love seat, couch, and bedroom set. I moved over to Ashley Home store which happens to be owned by Cardi's. The first thing I observed is that the furniture in Ashely was less expensive and a lower quality. Not to say it was cheap or junk. It's not. But as I was in search of my dining room I wanted to see what was available. I mentioned Cardi's being expensive but very nice. I was directed to a floor model. I was told I could purchase it for a bargain price as long as I picked it up myself. That's fine but here's what happened next. "It's a little scratched and dented but you will do that to it anyway" Uh no I won't. Laughable. I bought a mattress here and it's a decent one. Luckily I wasn't shown a stained one. Because I'd stain it anyway. 😂. Ashley is okay. Just understand that it's not heirloom furniture.
Do not buy from this store, as they do not honor the terms agreed in the contract. purchase made in January 2022, it was not delivered, they do not respond to the email and they do not solve the problem. sero note for this store, without commitment to the customer.

John was very helpful in selling us our mattress. Howard was also friendly knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing our bedroom set. Definitely check Ashley's out first before going anywhere else. Good quality for a good price. Their customer service is outstanding. Their delivery service is very quick in setting things up. Definitely will return.
