DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! we have been missing a piece for 2 weeks now. They keep saying they will call us with an update then ghost us completely. They haven’t given us a new piece or even an answer if we will ever get a new piece. I have called multiple times and my husband and they haven’t been helpful even going as far as to lie about not being able to contact their own warehouse.. they also said if I pay for the upgraded delivery they’d get me the piece… the piece I ALREADY PAID FOR. So they are trying to scam us out of even more money

We visited the Ashley store in Brick NJ . We were immediately greeted by Cindy who was so kind! She introduced herself and let us walk around the store without trying to push a sale. We didn’t see what we were looking for but I showed her a picture I had seen on their website. She was able to look up the item and set us up for delivery (with assembly). The entire process was a pleasant experience! We then spoke with Gus (Store Manager) who was just as pleasant and personable. He completed our paperwork and the final step was speaking with the girl at the desk to process payment (I did not catch her name). She too was wonderful and efficient ! This was my first visit to this Ashley showroom and I will absolutely return in the future ! I highly recommend this Ashley location!

I bought an adjustable frame from Ashley in Brick. It stopped working after two months. I paid for a warranty and im still covered under the warranty. For the Last month I have spent calling the brick location, corporate, the manufacturer of the frame, so on and so forth. I have had horrible customer service. I have been hung up on, not gotten back to, sent to call the same phone number over 3 times. The day I bought the adjustable frame. I spent approximately $4,200 dollars at the store. I bought a mattress, couches, ottoman. I cant even tell you how disgraced I feel by Ashley Furniture as a whole. The staff of the Brick location have not been helpful at all I have sent a complaint through the BBB and at this point it feels as if nothing is going to actually happen. I have run out of routes to getting this situation rectified For your sake DO NOT spend your hard earned money at ANY Ashley furniture. They are completely inept, sold me trash and keep making running me circles like im in a mouse trap. Horrible experience. I would leave no stars if I could

The reason I only gave a 3 is because the service at the Brick store was awful They charged me twice then I had to have that taken off my charge The piece of furniture that came was scratched . They should have definitely checked it before the put it in the truck I did keep it since , I was just so done with the store at that point and used the pen to cover up the scratches. I will say Tyler and Angelina were very good at the Manahawkin store . Tyler helped with getting a credit for when they charged me twice , and Angelina was wonderful trying to find a piece of furniture for the tv. Thank you to both for their services .

This was the absolute worst experience ever. I ordered my sectional on July 6th and it wasn’t delivered until July 23rd. The delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional. The unpacked my sectional literally on the side of the road and dragged it up the steps I pointed out the guy assembling the sectional that it was ripped and dirty he proceeded to let me know that’s not his fault that Ashley’s fault. I then called Ashley’s and they advised me to refuse the delivery which I did. The delivery person then proceeded to fling my door open hitting my mirror which was positioned directly behind the door and made some rude remark after I told him if he breaks my mirror he will be buying it back. All of this was communicated to Ashley’s furniture store in Brick. Absolutely no one reached out to me to rectify the situation or apologize. I will never shop here or do business with them ever again.

I came in late the evening before the 4th of July looking for a sofa set within a short time frame for delivery and Damonn Mahta was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect set. I appreciated his patience annd professionalism throughout especially after looking up several sets only to find that were not available in my time period.

We recently purchased a new home and needed bedroom sets for every room and a dinning room table, Jeff and Paul were exceptional at providing information and helping us through the whole process from start to finish with everything we needed for our new home, highly recommend.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't buy from this store. The furniture was delivered damaged and they refused to repair or replace. I even purchased a 5 year protection plan but they said that only covers damage I cause and I should have lied and told them I caused the damage. They do not return phone calls and do not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Unfortunately have to update this review since the customer service for an issue with our purchase has been less than desirable. My husband and I have left several messages for the store and sales rep Jeff with no return call. My husband finally got in touch with Ashley’s general customer service line which is outsourced and the representatives kept giving incorrect information about our purchase and could not help rectify our issue. I would be happy to update this review once management returns our voicemails to rectify the issue.

Absolutely deceitful sales people just trying to make a sale. We ordered a recliner from the store and we specifically told them we wanted the light grey color. Well they put down the wrong color and they delivered one that was basically black. They tried to tell us about their great return policy, but when we tried to exchange within 30 days because they gave us the WRONG COLOR they told us we couldn't return it. Absolute waste of money. Honestly unreal

Worst experience ever! The customer service was horrible. I went in a few weeks ago and the male staff working there kept pestering me asking if 'i'm going to bring my parents with me' and insinuating that I should just leave because I'm never going to find a mattress in my budget. Sale was easy. Writing up the contract at the desk was very lengthy and I almost called it off because it made me late getting home for the sitter. WIting on delivery date. The salesman said tomorrow and I haven’t heard anything yet.

The Ashley store in Brick is a beautiful, new location. Our salesmen Dave and the team there were so helpful and Dave gave us a great deal. We love our new furniture. The delivery guys were prompt and very courteous.

Vanessa was very helpful to me with a mattress selection, as was the store manager. They made a great price even better by including some other perks. Only problem I have with the mattress is a “chemical” odor that is still, 2 weeks later, easy to smell. I’m airing the mattress out whenever I’m not sleeping on it, but the odor hasn’t completely dissipated.

We just purchased a beautiful sectional with the help of Emily! She worked with us all weekend and gave us time to think about our options before we made our decision! Emily was so sweet and patient ! Would highly recommend her!!

Problems with payment details given by salesman. Impossible to correct because they refuse to return phone calls. There are different sales managers every time I go to the store to try to resolve the problem. The turnover of personnel is unbelievable. Truthfully the furniture purchased was great. It was the sales service which leaves a lot to be desired.
