Overall a very good experience. I entered the store after doing my research and knew exactly what I wanted. So all the salesman Nick had to do was give me the numbers, which he did. However, he suggested the 5 year protection plan stating that it covered pet damage. Since I have 2 cats and a dog I agreed to take it. When I went to check out and finalize the payment, the extremely nice and efficient woman behind the desk informed me that it did not cover pet damage. She went and double checked and gentleman came over and said it did not cover pet damage. I was confused as to why Nick would mislead me and the thought crossed my mind to cancel the whole deal. But since I had done the research and knew what I wanted before entering the store, and really liked the furniture after seeing it and trying it out, I cancelled the protection and still bought the furniture. The rest of the process was easy and I'm just waiting for delivery. Needless to say I don't think I will be dealing with Nick in the future. However, the 4 stars are for the rest of the staff.
