If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't buy from this store. The furniture was delivered damaged and they refused to repair or replace. I even purchased a 5 year protection plan but they said that only covers damage I cause and I should have lied and told them I caused the damage. They do not return phone calls and do not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Was excited about the chair that we picked out, but it was delivered in the wrong color. Because we did not call within 72 hours to notify them of their own mistake (as I left it in the box until someone was available to help move it), they refused to do a return or exchange. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Absolutely deceitful sales people just trying to make a sale. We ordered a recliner from the store and we specifically told them we wanted the light grey color. Well they put down the wrong color and they delivered one that was basically black. They tried to tell us about their great return policy, but when we tried to exchange within 30 days because they gave us the WRONG COLOR they told us we couldn't return it. Absolute waste of money. Honestly unreal

I visited Ashley in Brick , to purchase a sofa and mattress. Vanessa was my Sales Associate. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She directed me to a sofa and oversized chair that would be suitable since I have two dogs that enjoy napping on the sofa. The material easily wipes clean and is puncture resistant. She also recommended a mattress that was comfortable and fit my budget. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and specifically Vanessa, to help with any future furniture needs. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

While I commend the sales staff at Ashley Furniture for their initial helpfulness, the subsequent delivery fiasco has turned a promising purchase into a complete and utter disaster. We placed an order for a new mattress, bed frame, and headboard, granting them a generous two-week window for delivery and expect the delivery on the date they promised. In anticipation, we completely disassembled our existing bedroom setup. Delivery day arrived, and to our utter shock, they attempted to deliver only the mattress. Naturally, we refused. Upon confronting the store, we were met with a baffling explanation: items are shipped from disparate warehouses, and we would now have to wait until the end of the month for the rest of our order. Let that sink in. We are now left without a bed to sleep on, thanks to Ashley's incompetent logistics. The situation only worsened from there. We attempted to escalate the issue with store management, but they were conveniently unavailable, both in person and by phone. Customer service, when finally reached, provided the ultimate runaround, stating we had to deal with the store – the very entity that had already failed us. To add insult to injury, the store confirmed at time of purchase that all items were in stock. So, the question remains: where are they? How can a company claim to have inventory and yet fail to deliver it? This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for customer needs and a demonstration of utter logistical incompetence. This experience should serve as a stark warning to anyone considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture. Their inability to coordinate deliveries, coupled with their appalling customer service, has transformed our home into a chaotic, bedless mess. Before you invest your hard-earned money, ask yourself: are you willing to risk sleeping on the floor for weeks because of Ashley's failures? Think twice before buying from Ashley.

Nelson was an amazing help, he listened to all my needs and requests. Showed me multiple options that would work size wise and we narrowed it down to something in my color scheme and size perfectly. I couldn’t be happier, I would recommend him to anyone else that’s shopping for furniture.

Worst experience ever! The customer service was horrible. I went in a few weeks ago and the male staff working there kept pestering me asking if 'i'm going to bring my parents with me' and insinuating that I should just leave because I'm never going to find a mattress in my budget. I am 20 years old but was being treated like a rowdy teenager looking to steal something. He bothered us the whole visit and kept pushing us to make a decision or just leave. So uncomfortable and rude!!!

Only problem I have with the mattress is a “chemical” odor that is still, 2 weeks later, easy to smell. I’m airing the mattress out whenever I’m not sleeping on it, but the odor hasn’t completely dissipated.

We just purchased a beautiful sectional with the help of Emily! She worked with us all weekend and gave us time to think about our options before we made our decision! Emily was so sweet and patient ! Would highly recommend her!!

Problems with payment details given by salesman. Impossible to correct because they refuse to return phone calls. There are different sales managers every time I go to the store to try to resolve the problem. The turnover of personnel is unbelievable. Truthfully the furniture purchased was great. It was the sales service which leaves a lot to be desired.
