Save yourself the time and headache. I don't typically write a bad review, but customers need to know. I was approved for a 12-month 0% interest promotion IN-STORE, yet just two months in I started getting hit with fees and interest charges. If Ashley offered me this and promotes this offer on their website, they should stand by it. Instead, they pass customers around, telling you to “call another number,” with no accountability. After multiple calls and dead ends, it’s clear Ashley’s customer service and store support don’t care about resolving issues or honoring their promises. There are plenty of other furniture stores that actually value their customers—do yourself a favor and shop there instead.

Dion the sleep coach is the best! He clearly explained why this mattress was the right choice for us, and he was absolutely right. Ever since we bought it, we’ve been sleeping so much better and I no longer wake up with back pain like I used to. The mattress is extremely comfortable, and we’re very happy with our purchase. went in to order a bed for our toddler waited 3 weeks for delivery just for the delivery men to leave us with a half put together bed apparently missing hardware but they told us was “ still able to use “ before leaving.I went through the process to order the missing hardware had to submit pictures and sit on the phone for hours, to be told the hardware would arrive in 1-2 weeks .. it’s been over 3 i call for an update they now tell me it’s going to be over a month before we have the hardware then we have to wait for another appointment for someone to come out and put in the hardware.. So for 3 months my toddler is supposed to sleep in a half put together bed that this store and their delivery crew thought was okay to leave here and “ still able to use “. Everyone you speak to no matter the department gets an attitude like we shouldn’t be upset about this and tells us there’s nothing else they can do for us. Absolutely will never buy from another Ashley Furniture ever again

Went to Ashley Furniture looking for an office chair and ended up finding a new bed set for our son. Dion greeted us right away and asked if we were looking for anything specific. He was not pushy at all—just very informative and checked in from time to time. He explained the discounts and what was in stock, which was super helpful. If you need furniture, definitely ask for Dion!

Absolutely horrible customer service from this store. They don’t know anything about who is responsible for certain parts of a warranty process. A headache every time I have tried to call them. They sell you on a deal for warranty damages and stains then they send out a cheap cleaning company and lie about there being no stain when there clearly is. None of these clowns know how to do their job, and they definitely don’t care to help the people they’ve scammed.

Do not shop here. They make promises to push a sale. We were told by the general manager we had 72 hours to return a mattress if we didn’t like it. The mattress came completely different quality then we bought and they refuse to help us. They bully their customers and have no disregard.

This may be my 1st negative review. I don't typically write a bad review, but customers need to know. WARNING...do not shop from Ashley. They do not honor their warranty or products. I bought a sectional less than a year ago and already have issues with both ends. The chase is sunken in and you need to be pulled or roll out to get up. The end recliner has no cushion when you open it and put your legs on it. I called to report the problem and they told me its normal wear and tear and since I have had it for almost a year theres nothing they can do. They tried to send me a frame for the chase, but said if the frame is not broke then my issue is again normal wear and tear.The extended warranty is only for spills, who knew. Unless you have money to waste find another retailer. You will be better served shopping at a yard sale than at Ashleys Furniture. Total junk!!

Awesome! Is how we would describe the sales associate experience given to us today by Dion. After we searched throughout the store looking at the bedroom furniture that we were interested in purchasing, he had us sample the comfortability of the mattresses. He explained the scientific reasoning why mattresses offer comfort for various body parts. My husband had a knee issue and he elevated the foot of the mattress to show how sleeping in this position may relief his pain and give him a more enjoyable night's sleep.

I won't be going back. I was promised a 2.5 week delivery at the time of purchase. I called after 2 weeks for an update and was told two more weeks. I called after another week for an update and was told 3 more weeks. A manager (NOT David- thank you for your help, sorry I do not have your name) found the missing pieces from my order and David called to schedule my delivery for today. I was told I would receive a call yesterday to choose a 4 hour delivery window. I did not receive a call so I called the store at 9am (when their automated message suggested customer service hours began), no one answered. I called every 15 minutes until David finally answered at 10am and told me I scheduled the delivery for next Wednesday, which was not the case since I can not be out of the office that day and it's my birthday, I would have remembered that date! He also mentioned he had no record of me calling prior to 10am. He stated he was there, available in the store. He gave me the number to the "Corporate Office" to try to move up the delivery HE improperly scheduled, choosing not to own his mistake. They could not move up my delivery said I should have contacted the store I purchased from.... I put my old couch out by the curb last night.....to cancel my order I will have to go into the store which should be a real treat. HAD David just said, 'oh my goodness! My error, I am sorry I was not clear, let me see what I can do' I would not be canceling. However, the level of customer service is appalling.

I went to the Burlington, NJ store off of 541 with my mom because she wanted to order a new dining room table. As soon as we walked in, Tynaria greeted us. I don’t write reviews often, but I am today because Tynaria was ABSOLUTELY incredible. She was super friendly and very personable (and a fellow Gemini). Furniture shopping can be tedious, but she made the experience so wonderful for me and my mom. But there’s a catch … she admitted it was only her SECOND DAY working there. I was blown away. You’d think she’d been there for months or years! She’s knowledgable and honest and doesn’t try to force sales, but I will say she almost convinced me to buy a $2k bed set. That’s how effective she is. We didn’t feel uncomfortable or as if only the sale matters. She is just wonderful. I also want to spotlight Maureen. I don’t know if she’s the store manager, but since it was Tynaria’s second day, she ran and got Maureen to help punch sale numbers for us and I saw how sweet, helpful and respectful she was to Tynaria. The entire experience shows me how great this location is, and how solid the dynamic is amongst workers. My mom and I plan to come back now. We used to show at Macy’s/Home Goods/Wayfair/IKEA for furniture, but this experience is worth coming back for, and also worth the money! Many thanks!!!

Gave misinformation about billing, sales reps pretty pushy and promise things they can’t deliver on. Miscommunicated about estimated delivery, didn’t receive updates. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt post covid but this is now our second less than satisfactory experience with Ashley furniture.

This store gave me the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Ashley in Burlington Township, NJ had a delivery of furniture promised for Thursday, Jan. 25. On Wednesday, Jan. 24, I get a confirmation for my delivery the following day. But it was going to be delivered to my billing address in NJ, rather than my new Philly address. I was on the phone all day trying to rectify the situation. None of the customer service reps were any help and it took until about 3pm for them to tell me that I needed to correct my Sychrony credit card info to match my updated address. This was never communicated to me during the purchasing process despite me telling the salesperson several times that I am moving and have a new delivery address. The folks at Ashley also tried blaming it on Synchrony, claiming that this was new information to them. But when I called up Synchrony to update my address, they said this should not have affected my delivery whatsoever. I was willing to be flexible with Ashley and try to coordinate a delivery for the following day but they told me my furniture would not be delivered until Wednesday, Jan. 31, six days after they were supposed to arrive. The salesperson, to her credit, penciled in that date just to make sure something was in the books but said she was going to follow up with the distribution center to see about it getting delivered even earlier. That did not come to fruition. I am now moving into an apartment this weekend. An apartment where I was planning to have a few guests over this weekend. All I have for them to sit on now is a queen size bed and a desk chair. I am highly disappointed in how this whole situation shook out and I don’t believe I can trust Ashley to meet my furniture needs in the future.

This is store is set up perfectly. It has a great inventory, and is extremely clean. Wendy helped us, and she is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We purchased a new mattress. We will be be back for more furniture. **UPDATE** I knew i should have waited to do this review until the furniture was delivered. We were told the delivery was set up for Saturday, and we would get a call Friday to give us a time frame. 730 pm Friday came and with no call, i called the store. I spoke with Rich, who said the delivery was set for Tuesday. I disagreed, and he asked who told me Saturday. I was not sure. Rich said he would try and get it switched to Saturday, but could not promise. I told him we just got rid of my Mother-In-Law's bed, now she has nothing to sleep on. Maybe this store is too new to understand delivery schedules. They need to realize people make plans on what they are told. If you need furniture, i would try another Ashley store. As for my Mother-In-Law, Saturday, tonight, and tomorrow night she will be on a couch. Still awaiting a phone call. Thanks Rich, thanks Ashley. **UPDATE** Delivery was now rescheduled for today (11/14/2023) between 3 - 7 pm. Here it is 7:40 pm, and still no mattress. The number they were told to call, was never called. I would definitely think twice about dealing with this store. NO communication with the customer.
