I love the furniture I purchased here and the staff, Jared specifically was wonderful. 5 stars on the quality of the items and in store service. 0-1 stars for the wait/delivery process. However, I was told my furniture (it was simply a couch and two stools) would be in within 2 weeks. I just moved here and had no furniture so I was clear I needed something to be delivered quickly. I kept seeing the delivery date change in the online system every few days, then I called twice about the product, and was continually told it was on its way but must’ve shown up broken and that’s why it kept getting pushed out. No one was notifying me that there was a delay, anything was broken, etc. the stools sat at their warehouse for over a month while they waited for my couch. I finally called and said I want my money back to order a new couch if it was just not coming in and to deliver my stools. It took a month and a half before I got my furniture from purchase date. Had I known it would have taken so long I’d have gone to Jaron’s where they deliver as promised. Also, I didn’t realize they give you a crazy must deliver by date (3 months after purchase) until I wanted to get refunded to go elsewhere. The products are AMAZING and I am so happy with them, but the delivery process was TERRIBLE and the customer service when I’d call for information was rude. I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about and that they couldn’t help me. Once they actually delivered the furniture the delivery team was awesome, so helpful, and kind.

My husband and I went into the store to buy new furniture for our family room and were immediately greeted by Dion. He was outgoing and knowledgeable and we knew what we were looking for, and even though I was more concerned about aesthetics, he explained the quality of the fabric and structure of the furniture. He was informative about the care and mentioned the protection plan that was offered. Dion also took the time to show us the latest technology in beds. He had suggested it although we needed a new one and didn’t come in with the intention of buying one today. We tried the beds and pillows and could immediately feel the difference in what Ashley’s offers versus our old bed at home. Dion also explained the science behind the different features. He did not pressure us to make any purchases and provided help and information for us to make decisions. I felt confident to shop at Ashley’s (because all of my children have purchased beautiful furniture there) and fortunate to have the help and guidance of Dion. David at the front desk was great to work with too. We left with new family room furniture and a new adjustable bed which we are very happy to have purchased! Thank you Dion!

Ashley team showed the power of hospitality, caring and knowledge of the business. The store manager; Janice, the sale person; Abraham and the front staff; Abigail and those at the front desk financial team made our shopping a success. These staff members were so present, willing to listen and answer questions as they come either in humor form or actual questions. My wife and I felt like being part of the business. 10/10 experience! Me and my husband were greeted upon entering by the wonderful DION! Asked what we were looking for and delivered! Was very patient and thorough, allowed us to have our own time to take a feel of the options, and also explained the variety! Such a wonderful FUN experience! Would definitely recommend!
